WATCH: New York City Mayor Says 'Every Day' City Could Experience 9/11

December 18, 2023

New York City mayor Eric Adams (D.) said Sunday that "every day" the city could experience an attack on par with the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

"New York: This is a place where, every day you wake up, you could experience everything from a plane crashing into our Trade Center to a person who's celebrating a new business that's open," said Adams when PIX11's Dan Mannarino asked him to describe his experience in 2023 in one word. "This is a very, very complicated city, and that's why its the greatest city on the globe."

Adams also discussed 2023's highs, which, he said, included an increase in private-sector jobs and a reduction in crime, as well as its lows, including an FBI probe into his 2021 mayoral campaign and the city's migrant crisis.

The bureau is investigating whether Adams's campaign conspired with the Turkish government and a construction company, which Turkish nationals owned, to receive illicit funds, though neither he nor his campaign have been accused of wrongdoing.

Adams in the Sunday interview dismissed a question on whether he would step aside in the case of an indictment.

"I think it's ridiculous for somebody to say, 'if there's an indictment.' People are throwing these words out there. Let the process carry out. That is what's great about our country: There is a due process system in place. I am going to serve as the mayor of this city and navigate us through this," Adams said.

Adams also said the migrant crisis was more than a "curveball," as Mannarino described it.

"Oh, Curveball? That's not even a curveball," said Adams. "That's a brushback pitch that knocked us to the ground, but we gotta get back up and knock it out of the park." He anticipated that the federal government will not give the city aid in 2024 to deal with the crisis and that the process of cutting the city's budget to deal with the crisis would be "extremely painful."

"Everything's on the table," Adams said when asked what cuts may look like, "but we want to minimize the impact to low-income New Yorkers, our educational institutions, our public safety."

The mayor has spoken out frequently about the crisis's impact on the city. In September, he said the issue would "destroy New York City," adding that he does not "see an ending to this."

In Germany, eight Muslims who gang-raped and assaulted a 15-year-old German girl have been given suspended sentences. More on this travesty of justice can be found here: “Shock: After 15-year-old German girl gang raped by 9 men, only 1 sent to prison,” by John Cody, Remix News, November 29, 2023:

And they showed no remorse -- only boredom.

Europe stands as a grim warning about unlimited Muslim immigration

Islam, by its nature, is an ideology centered around conquest. That’s why, within one hundred years of Mohamed’s death, Muslims had conquered large swaths of the known world. And unlike Christians, this conquest was not effectuated mostly through persuasion (something separate from internecine wars between different types of Christian nations fighting for political control). Instead, this conquest was brutal. In Europe, which started with a trickle of Islamic immigration after WWII that turned into a flood in 2015, we’re seeing what happens when devout Muslims have the wind at their back.

To give you context, here’s a distillation of what Peter Hammond wrote in his book Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat—and yes, the book was controversial, but its premise certainly seems borne out both by Islam’s history and by events in the 18 years since its original publication. This summation comes from Michael Haltman:

As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens.

[snip]

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs.

[snip]

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply.

[snip]

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we are already seeing car burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam.

[snip]

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues…

[snip]

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare…

[snip]

From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia law as a weapon, and jizya, the tax placed on infidels…

[snip]

After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some state-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim…

[snip]

100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word…

It’s difficult to find the numbers for the Muslim population in Europe (many counts stopped in 2016, which was just the beginning of the Muslim influx), but here’s some relatively recent data and guesstimates for countries in Western Europe. All these numbers have probably risen exponentially in the last two to three years.

In England, as of 2021, Muslims were 6.5% of the population. In places such as Yorkshire and Lancashire, they can represent as much as 30% of the urban population. In London, England’s capital, they were 15% of the population.

In France, the numbers are guesstimates because the census takers cannot ask people directly about their faith. Best guesses, though, are that Muslims generally are around 5% of the population, a percentage that stretches up to 10% in major urban areas. I suspect that guess is low.

In the Netherlands, the Muslim population numbers (which are, let’s say, fluid) hint at 5% of the population, although the percentage is much higher in the major cities. There’s a reason the Dutch people elected Geert Wilders.

In Germany, a guesstimate is that, as of 2019, Muslims made up 6.4-6.7% of the population. They are a mix of fairly well-assimilated older-generation Muslims, the post-2015 influx, and converts. And, as with the other countries, they concentrate in urban areas.

In Italy, Muslims make up at least 4-5% of the population, a number growing daily.

One last thing before I get to the videos: As Germany’s early experience in allowing Turkish workers showed, Muslims can assimilate, but that’s only because Mustafa Kemal Atatürk had secularized Turkey in the 1920s after the Ottoman Empire’s collapse. The Muslims moving to Europe and America now are religious, not secular, and do not want to assimilate.

Pakistan, by the way, has expelled all of its Afghans. This may be because, despite the fact that Pakistan is a Muslim country, Afghanis don’t play well with others.

Most immigrants, when leaving a hellhole, embrace their new country. Committed Muslims do not. They see it as green pastures for conquest, and they’re not shy about making that known. Really, that’s the thing about Islam. You don’t have to create complicated, often baseless, conspiracy theories about their urge to conquer. When it comes to devout Muslims, they’re very explicit about their goals.

Empire State Building Honors Country Responsible for 9/11

"Even Osama bin Laden was allowed to pass through Qatar."

After Islamic terrorists destroyed the World Trade Center, the Islamic terror state responsible for saving the mastermind of the attack bought 10% of the city’s surviving major skyscraper

Now, the Empire State Building is bowing to its Qatari masters.

Here’s a section of the 9/11 Commission Report which addresses the Qatari role in 9/11.

(Ramzi) Yousef (one of the key figures in the World Trade Center bombing) was captured in Pakistan following the discovery by police in the Philippines in January 1995 of the Manila air plot, which envisioned placing bombs on board a dozen trans-Pacific airliners and setting them off simultaneously.Khalid Sheikh Mohammed—Yousef’s uncle, then located in Qatar—was a fellow plotter of Yousef’s in the Manila air plot and had also wired him some money prior to the Trade Center bombing. The U.S. Attorney obtained an indictment against KSM in January 1996, but an official in the government of Qatar probably warned him about it. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed evaded capture (and stayed at large to play a central part in the 9/11 attacks)

The 9/11 Commission Report is a bit cagey about specifics, but there were news reports that went into more detail.

American officials say the FBI and CIA just missed capturing the al Qaeda leader believed to have organized the 9/11 attacks — and now believed to be planning a new attack against Americans — because it appears he was protected and tipped off by a member of the royal family in Qatar, Abdullah Bin Khalid al-Thani.

In 1996, the FBI tracked Mohammed, under indictment on charges of terrorism, to Qatar’s capital city, Doha, and was within hours of capturing him.

Cloonan, who was the lead FBI agent on the case, said a specially equipped government executive jet, complete with blacked-out windows, was standing by to transport Mohammed.

“We had located Khalid Sheikh,” Cloonan told ABCNEWS. “We were prepared to fly the plane in and to take him out.”

But Cloonan says Mohammed was tipped off shortly after Qatar officials were told of the plan and headed for the airport.

The FBI then wrote a stern letter to Qatar after the Clinton administration nixed a plan to just grab KSM.

The C.I.A. officer believed, however, that if the United States officially asked for the assistance of the Qatar government, Mr. Mohammed would be tipped off, since it appeared that he was living in Doha under the government’s protection.

Back in Washington, counterterrorism officials at the National Security Council said they shared that worry. Senior counterterrorism officials already knew about the past support for Islamic extremists by one Qatar official, Sheik Abdullah bin Khalid al-Thani, Qatar’s minister of religious endowments and Islamic affairs. This was the same official who had repeatedly allowed Arab extremists who had fought in Afghanistan to live on his farm.

White House officials agreed with the C.I.A. about the inadvisability of going directly to the Qatar government for help. So they began considering a plan to grab him secretly.

At the request of the N.S.C., the Pentagon developed a plan calling for the military to snatch Mr. Mohammed. That plan was taken to the Deputies Committee, an interagency group during the Clinton administration that was made up of high-ranking officials from major departments and agencies, including Justice, Defense, State and the N.S.C. But Pentagon had devised a plan on such a large scale that it was was rejected, according to former counterterrorism officials. The only alternative was to go to the Qatar government…

But Qatar never paid a significant diplomatic price for its support of Mr. Mohammed. About the only rebuke it received was a private one in the form of a stinging letter from Louis Freeh, then the F.B.I. director, to Qatar’s foreign minister.

One government minister is believed to have harbored as many as 100 Arab extremists — including many veterans of fighting in Afghanistan — on his farm in Qatar during the mid-1990’s. There have been reports that even Osama bin Laden was allowed to pass through Qatar.

These days, Qatar is in the headlines over its backing for Hamas, but it’s always been a state sponsor of terror. And yet it’s bought up so many of our political elites, that none of them dare to speak out against it.

After the Taliban betrayal and Oct 7, Qatar is still treated as an ally, rather than the enemy that it is, and Al Jazeera like a news organization instead of the terrorist propaganda network that it is.

A regime with ties to Al Qaeda, Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood is getting the Empire State Building to shine its lights.

Hamas’ Lust for Mutilation, Murder & Sexual Atrocity

The pathology of an honor-shame culture.

Hamas groomed an army of angry, insecure, wife-beating psychopaths and gave them permission to rape, mutilate and kill Israeli men, women, and children. The terror organization drugged these psychopaths, told them to videotape their atrocities, and offered them a $10,000 reward for taking hostages. Hamas savages were high on captagon, Israeli blood, and visions of martyrdom. They believed that they were heroes righting wrongs and injustices by killing and violating the “oppressors” who stole and occupy their land.

The October 7th attack on Israel can be partly attributed to the red-green alliance of radical leftists and Islamists who foster a cult of Palestinian victimhood. The coalition of radicals that divide the world into oppressors and oppressed has generated one of the most successful long-term global information operations by making the Palestinian-Israeli conflict a cause célèbre. Decades of calculated anti-American, anti-Zionist, anti-capitalist, anti-colonialist, oppressor-themed propaganda has resulted in “Palestinian solidarity” and support from Americans and people around the world. Disinformation campaigns combined with shame-based indoctrination techniques facilitated Oct. 7th — and its aftermath of worldwide antisemitic, anti-Israel protests and hate crimes.

The propaganda strategy portraying Palestinians as helpless victims against Israeli aggression is calculated to evoke deep-seated feelings of humiliation and shame that prompts violence. The Palestinians, similar to many other Muslim Arab males, belong to what is referred to as an ‘Honor – Shame’ culture, in which men are in a constant struggle with fear of dishonor and maintaining “reputation.” Emotions of weakness, helplessness and shame are always just below the surface, triggered by a hypersensitivity to any real or perceived act of humiliation. Honor and reputation are everything and can only be restored through violent bloodshed which washes away the insult.

Palestinian men who are continually portrayed in the media as weak, powerless, demeaned, and humiliated by Israel often relieve their feeling of shame and inadequacy by beating their wives. This is exemplified by the extremely high rate of Palestinian domestic violence. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, in 2019, over seventy percent of the women in the Gaza Strip were exposed to violence from their husbands. The United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) attributes Gender Based Violence in Gaza to ‘traditional patriarchal norms and values’ and then justifies violence against women by blaming Israel for frustrating Gazan men.

Domestic Violence is very prevalent in honor-shame cultures and is referred to as honor violence and honor killing. Honor violence is extremely brutal and includes everything from beating, raping, shooting, stabbing, strangling, hanging, and worse. The women’s offenses typically include being too westernized, refusing an arranged marriage, not being properly covered, or just posting a photo on social media. If Palestinian men are willing to beat, rape, and murder their own wives, sisters, and daughters who have allegedly brought dishonor upon the family, it is not surprising that they committed extreme sexual atrocities, murder, and mutilation against Israelis whom they perceive as the primary cause of their dishonor.

During the October 7th attack on Israel, Hamas terrorists raped, gang-raped, beheaded, burned, mutilated, disfigured, and tortured men, women, children, the elderly and the disabled. Hamas terrorists chopped off fingers, arms and feet, gouged out eyes, obliterated faces and tied up dozens of people — including children — before burning them alive. They cut an unborn baby out of a pregnant woman, stabbed the baby with a knife and shot the mother in the head. Sexual atrocities included targeting the genitalia of male and female victims, cutting off breasts, castrating men, and shooting women in the vagina. The body of one woman had “nails and different objects in her female organs.”

Girls were so brutally gang-raped that their pelvic bones were broken. For Hamas terrorists, rape is not just a weapon of war, it is a way to alleviate their feelings of inadequacy, prove their manhood, demonstrate what they think signifies superior masculinity, and to ridicule, taunt and torment Israeli men who are unable, at gunpoint, to protect their women and children.

Symbolically, raping women in war signifies conquered territory and the rape of a nation. During their attack, Hamas terrorists raped not only women but men as well. The symbolic meaning of male-on-male rape is that the victims are being turned into women, which from a Palestinian hypermasculine and homophobic culture is one of the worst forms of humiliation. For Palestinians, shame is experienced as female traits of weakness. Hamas terrorists raped and tortured Israeli men to expunge their own hidden shame and project their humiliation onto their alleged oppressors. Similar to prison culture, the victims become their “bitch.” The rationale is, “he, and not me, is actually the woman.”

Hamas terrorists also castrated many of the Israeli men. According to testimony by a female police officer at a presentation to the United Nations, men were shot in their genitalia. The officer added, “They had a thing with sexual organs — both in women and in men, either amputation or targeted shooting [to that part of the body].” Male sexual organs symbolize masculinity, strength, and the reproduction of more enemy occupiers. Dishonor is signified by female qualities; hence, castration is the ultimate symbol of emasculation and implies that the victim is no longer a man. Historically, castration was used to eliminate potential opponents.

Hamas terrorists also tortured, sexually mutilated, and disfigured Israeli female soldiers. A member of an Israeli military reserve unit reported that several of the female soldiers who were killed on Oct. 7 “were shot in the crotch, intimate parts, vagina, or were shot in the breast.” “Others had mutilated faces, or multiple gunshots to their heads.” Women soldiers are particularly offensive to Hamas because they signify the epitome of emasculation. For Palestinian men who by tradition oppress their women, Israeli female soldiers are a mockery of their masculinity. Women who can defend themselves are an existential threat that undermines Palestinian  entire patriarchal culture. Their worst fear is being killed by a woman, an enemy or one of their own.

Many Israeli victims’ faces were mutilated or entirely obliterated. It was reported that heads were often badly disfigured. “Heads and faces were covered in blood. They were shot in the eyes, face, and skull,” “It seems as if mutilation of these women’s faces was an objective in their murders.” Some had their “heads bashed in so badly that their brains were spilling out.” Some “were shot in the head so many times at close range that their heads were almost blown off.”

Facial mutilation is the archetypal sign of dishonor. A mutilated victim is forever stigmatized, a personification of shame, a visible sign of dishonor and a political advertisement for who is in power. Symbolically, to damage or defile the face is to damage reputation and honor. It is a literal loss of face.

Hamas terrorists also gouged out and shot many Israelis in the eyes. While torturing a family of four, including a young boy and girl, 6 and 8 years old, the father’s eye was gouged out in front of his kids. The mother’s breast was “cut off, the girl’s foot amputated, the boy’s fingers cut off before they were executed.” Gouging out eyes is a common form of Jihadist mutilation. Symbolically, shame resides in the eyes because you can only be shamed in the eyes of others. So, destroying eyes is destroying shame. For Hamas terrorists, their imagined disrespect is experienced as shame that originates and resides in the eyes of the innocent Israeli victims. In order to alleviate their feelings of humiliation and restore a sense of honor, Hamas terrorists have to destroy the organs that saw it. The mutilation of eyes is the manifestation of “see no evil.”

Hamas’ sexual atrocity, murder and mutilation is a deliberate desecration of the enemy. Castration, hacking off breasts, disfigurement, and dismemberment represent power and control of the body at the moment of death. The slow defilement of the body prevented Israeli victims from having any dignity in death. In the context of an honor shame culture, Israeli victims are always potential witnesses to Palestinians unspoken and imagined shame. By killing Israelis, Palestinians kill their own shame. Without the witnesses, Palestinian shame no longer exists. Hamas’ humiliation of Israelis  transforms into Palestinian pride. Murder feels good.

For Hamas terrorists, torture and murder is not immoral but righteous blood vengeance that restores honor to Palestine. Culturally, the violence is sanctioned as a socially acceptable punishment for enemy occupiers. The blood of enemies washes away dishonor, and proves to the world that Palestinians are not weak victims. This is, in part, why they filmed everything — because they want the world to view them as strong fighters who have reclaimed their honor. Torturing, raping, and killing Israelis elevates them from men ashamed of their status in life into respected ruthless warriors recognized and celebrated by other terrorist groups and antisemitic extremists around the world.

Hamas shame is not the result of alleged Israeli oppression. It is the direct result of information operation strategies that portray Palestinians as helpless victims against Israeli aggression. You can only be shamed in the eyes of others; without disinformation, there is no dishonor. The problem is not that Palestinians have no shame, it is that they have too much, and it is fabricated.

Berkeley Disinvites Oakland City Council Member Who Criticized Hamas

Oakland City Councilmember Dan Kalb speaks at a listening session on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's proposal to repeal the Clean Power Plan at the main library branch in San Francisco, Calif. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018. (Photo by Paul Chinn/San Francisco Chronicle via Getty Images)

A class at the University of California Berkeley disinvited Oakland City Council member Dan Kalb from giving a lecture on environmental issues after students objected that he had made pro-Israel statements online, including criticism of Hamas.

As Breitbart News reported in November, Kalb joined the 8-0 majority on the council in voting to endorse a ceasefire in Gaza. But he also proposed an amendment in which the council would condemn Hamas terrorism. The amendment was rejected.

The Jewish News of Northern California reported that Kalb had been disinvited from Berkeley, which has been a hotbed of anti-Israel protests and antisemitic attacks on Jewish students:

Dan Kalb, 64, has spent decades working on environmental policy in the nonprofit sector, advocating for clean energy, combating climate change and working on other conservation priorities.

But in the weeks leading up to Kalb’s Nov. 21 presentation, a group of students looked into his background and found social media posts that they said promoted “pro-Israeli propaganda.” Days prior to the event, Kurt Spreyer, the course instructor and an adjunct professor, contacted Kalb and shared a strongly worded letter that had been composed and co-signed by more than 30 students.

The letter, which was seen by J., alleged a litany of crimes committed by Israel, including environmental harms that the students said “forever chang[ed] the ecology of a once flourishing community and landscape.” The letter accused Kalb of playing an “active role in retweeting and spreading pro-Israeli propaganda, which often equates pro-Palestinian voices as ‘anti-Semitic.’”

Kalb had addressed the class before, which had nothing to do with Israel.

The letter by the student is a poorly-informed screed, accusing Israel of “environmental apartheid.”

The administration of the college condemned the actions of the students and said it is investigating to make sure such a disinvitation never happens again.

Berkeley is being sued by Jewish groups for antisemitism, partly due to a policy shared by many student groups that bars pro-Israel speakers, which excludes the vast majority of Jews. Berkeley was spared — for now — an investigation by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights, which is investigating “UCLA, UC San Diego, Stanford, San Diego State and Santa Monica College,” the Los Angeles Times reported last week.

Minnesota to get a new state flag… that looks nearly identical to one out of Somalia

If you’ve ever wondered what colonization in real time looks like, look no further:

In September, Minnesota launched an initiative to create a new state seal and flag to replace the longstanding designs after it was determined these dated elements were “offensive” to certain elevated classes. From an item published at AP News at the time:

A state commission went to work Tuesday on designing a new state flag and seal for Minnesota to replace a current emblem in both that’s considered offensive to Native Americans.

One of the main elements of Minnesota’s state flag includes a prominent state seal against a blue background. The seal depicts a Native American riding off into the sunset while a white settler plows his field with his rifle leaning on a nearby stump. The imagery suggests to many that the Indigenous people were defeated and going away, while whites won and were staying.

As you could have guessed, the decision to erase and rewrite history à la Howard Zinn was made by the Democrat-controlled legislature, which delegated the task to a commission composed of “tribal” people and “other communities of color,” and according to the commission’s vice chair Anita Gall via AP:

‘What I am looking forward to is creating a flag that we can all be proud of, and a flag that everybody can look at and say: ‘Yeah, that’s Minnesota’s flag. That’s a cool flag. That’s very distinctive[.]’

Well as we saw above, the final design has now been selected; but not only has the white man been eliminated from the equation, but the rest of those “tribal” people too—the proposed design looks nearly identical to that of Puntland, an “autonomous” zone of Somalia that remains unrecognized by the international community. From a Flags of the World website on the Puntland flag:

The blue stripe with the white star symbolize [sic] the Somali flag; of which Puntland is part.

The central white stripe symbolizes the peace and stability of the region.

The green stripe symbolizes the natural wealth of the Puntland State.

This is a flag of which I’m utterly ashamed and embarrassed, and I suspect millions of Americans would agree—but we aren’t who “they” were considering. Imported people, conditioned to subjugation, poverty, and tyranny, have no interest in, expectation of, or practice with a government restrained from violating unalienable rights. (As the post to X noted, Minnesota has the largest Somali population in the West.)

It’s been a number of years since I’ve read Mark Steyn’s America Alone: The End of the World as We Know It, a book in which he argued that the West was headed towards collapse, in large part due to the growth and importation of Muslim third world populations—and a new flag, one that looks strikingly similar to that which represents a foreign Muslim third world group of people, that’s fixing to be hoisted at American public schools, American Capitol buildings, and American businesses, proves Steyn was undeniably right.

Feds to CAIR: ‘We Just Can’t Quit You’

Last week, the Biden administration discontinued working with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), on a national strategy to combat anti-Semitism.

Reports surfaced that CAIR executive director, Nihad Awad, told a pro-Palestine gathering this November “he was ‘happy’ to witness Hamas’ terror attack against Israel on Oct 7.” He also said, “Israel as an occupying power does not have [the] right to self-defense.”

To anyone familiar with CAIR’s true mission -- not its disguise as a “Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization” -- Awad’s remarks are no surprise. As far back as 1994 Awad publicly announced his support for “the Hamas movement.”

But some of you might be asking, What is CAIR, anyhow?

The better question is, What is the Muslim Brotherhood? Because CAIR is the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States.

The Muslim Brotherhood is “without question the world’s most influential modern Islamist organization.” It was founded in Egypt in 1928 by Hassan al-Banna, Islamic scholar and admirer of Hitler and the Nazis. He coined the term “Islamist” as part of his work towards a politicized Islam able to achieve total global conquest: “It is in the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.”

“[T[he parent organization of Hamas and al Qaeda (and Islamic Jihad),” explains Islam expert Robert Spencer, Muslim Brotherhood Alumni include 9/11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, al Qaeda leaders Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri, and Islamism’s chief expounder, the late Yusuf al-Qaradawi.

In Egypt, the Brotherhood’s efforts to “dominate” included assassinating the Egyptian prime minister in 1948, attempting to assassinate President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1954, and participating in the assassination of President Anwar Sadat in 1981 for making peace with Israel.

Frequently banished from Egypt, the Brotherhood grew a substantial membership in Syria, Jordan,  Libya, Tunisia – up to 80 countries today -- western countries included. In democracies like the U.S., the Brotherhood avoids jihadist rhetoric, relying instead on deception and “camouflage,” to “appear moderate and use existing institutions to gain power.” A 1991 Muslim Brotherhood “Explanatory Memorandum” describes the “process for settlement” in North America as a “civilizational-jihadist process… a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house… so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

The Brotherhood spun off the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) in 1979. The PIJ’s mission is “to establish an Islamist Palestinian state that is committed to the destruction of Israel.” It was the PIJ’s misfired rocket, intended for Israel, that exploded in the parking lot of Gaza’s Al-Ahli Arab Hospital.

In Gaza, the Brotherhood created the Islamic Resistance Movement, what we know as Hamas, in 1987. Hamas’s 1988 Covenant expressly identifies it as “one of the wings of Moslem Brotherhood in Palestine.” The Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, in an October 2023 report, summarizes the Covenant as: “Palestine, nationalism, and Islamic law (sharia), and… fundamental rejection of any negotiations with Israel.” Hamas demands “the complete destruction of Israel and creation in its place of an Islamist state in all of historic Palestine,” achievable “only through violence -- specifically jihad.”

To assist Hamas in its terrorist activities, the Muslim Brotherhood activated its various offshoots around the world, including the formation of the Palestine Committee in the United States. The Committee set up subsidiary organizations, including the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) to handle propaganda, and the Holy Land Foundation, (HLF) a front raising money for Hamas ostensibly destined for needy children in the Middle East.

Hamas could operate legally in the U.S. until the early nineties, but the Palestine Committee knew that was going to change. A new front group was needed, able to promote Hamas, within the law. This became the focus of Palestine Committee leaders gathered for a Philadelphia convention in 1993. FBI wiretaps recorded IAP President Omar Ahmed stressing the need for “infiltrating the American media outlets, universities and research centers,” and establishing a headquarters in Washington to gain necessary “influence in Congress.” Public Relations Director Nihad Awad “highlight[ed] the importance of writing op-eds in prominent American newspapers…. using tones that are quite different from those used in Arabic.” Conflicting messages for western or Arabic audiences became a favorite Brotherhood ploy.

The Committee envisioned an organization with no apparent ties to Hamas, “operating in ways that would have made it appear as moderate in the eyes of Americans.” They compared it to a basketball player’s “head fake.”

The next year, was incorporated by three IAP leaders -- Nihad Awad, Omar Ahmad, and Rafeeq Jaber -- incorporated CAIR, which Awad hired as Executive Director. That same year, Awad was declaring to a university audience, “I am in support of the Hamas movement.”

The head fake succeeded beyond all expectations. For decades CAIR has been revered as America’s premier “Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization,” despite its transparent support of Hamas and its goal of annihilating Israel. CAIR’s website significantly boasts of providing “first-hand training on Islam and those who practice the faith” to local police departments, Homeland Security, and the FBI.

Last week’s White House embarrassment at partnering with genocide sympathizers is hardly the first time CAIR has made chumps of federal officials.

Right after 9/11 FBI Director Robert Mueller chose CAIR as a “liaison partner” – teaching agents Islam’s total lack of connection to terrorism. But in 2009, Mueller was forced to break it off with CAIR when CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008 terrorism trial of the Hamas “charitable front,” the Holy Land Foundation. The trial judge found, “The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR with Hamas.”

But the CAIR co-conspirators were never indicted, despite the “mountain of evidence” amassed during the HLF investigation, and prosecutors raring to go with indictments of CAIR officials. According to a DoJ source interviewed by investigative reporter Patrick Poole, higher-ups in Obama’s DoJ “scuttled” those prosecutions, because prosecuting their “interfaith allies” would make the administration “look like absolute fools.” Notes Poole, “It’s kind of hard to prosecute someone on material support for terrorism when you have pictures of them getting handed awards from DoJ and FBI leaders for their supposed counter-terror efforts.”

Likewise, under pressure from the organization’s leaders. Mueller quickly reversed CAIR’s banishment. CAIR then forced the FBI to “purge[] all anti-terrorism training material deemed ‘offensive’ to Muslims,” like a “highly inflammable” article that “inaccurately argues the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization.” Also scrubbed were instructions “conflating Islamic Militancy with terrorism.”

So alas, this current Biden spat with CAIR won’t last. As reported by the Daily Caller, when the administration announced cutting ties with CAIR, they “brushed aside years of its documented history of antisemitic statements years prior.” And Biden, unprincipled to begin with, is surrounded by Obama-era holdovers and elite-university snowflakes steeped in Obama’s anti-Israel venom.

Poole’s source mentioned one other reason Eric Holder’s DoJ quashed the CAIR indictments: Because people the source knew at DOJ “see CAIR not just as political allies, but ideological allies… fighting the same revolution.”

That’s why it won’t be long before CAIR -- Hamas’s ambassadors in America -- are welcomed back to the White House.

First Muslim Elected in Delaware Disrupts VP’s Christmas Party, Shouts, “Baby Jesus Under Rubble”

The enemies of America are inside the house.

Elect enemies, get enmity.

Vice President Kamala Harris was momentarily shouted down by a Democratic state lawmaker as she gave remarks during a holiday party at her home on Monday.

Harris, 59, was in the middle of her speech when Delaware state Rep. Madinah Wilson-Anton (D) unfurled a sign that read “ceasefire” and began shouting at the vice president.

“Madam Vice President, I am a rep from Delaware. Did you know in Bethlehem they are not celebrating Christmas? Did you know in Bethlehem, baby Jesus is under rubble? Why won’t you call for a cease-fire?” Wilson-Anton

Wilson-Anton has served in the Delaware House of Representatives since 2021 and became the first Muslim elected official in the state after winning her 2020 race by more than 40 points.

“Christmas is cancelled in Bethlehem,” Wilson-Anton wrote on X after interrupting the vice president.

Bethlehem is in the West Bank, not Gaza, and it’s Islamic occupation that has pushed Christians out of Bethlehem. As a Muslim, Rep. Wilson-Anton only seems to care about Christians when she can exploit them to attack Jews in support of Islamic terrorists.

But it’s not like pro-Hamas ceasefire propaganda ever makes much sense. And Rep. Madinah Wilson-Anton’s feed has been non-stop propaganda since the Oct 7 Hamas attack on Israel.

Rep. Wilson-Anton responded to that attack by posting that, “so long as a government refuses to respect the existence of a people it should expect resistance”.

None of this could be too surprising. Wilson-Anton had been involved with the antisemitic Students for Justice in Palestine hate group and assorted anti-Israel organizations. Few were paying attention when she ran for office in a tiny state, but that’s also how Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib got their start. What happens in Delaware or in state legislatures doesn’t stay there.

The enemies of America and the Judeo-Christian tradition are in the house and not just the Delaware State House.

Gaza Woman Denounces Hamas for Stealing All the Aid

How much did Haniyeh’s son spend on jewelry?

An elderly woman in Gaza was being interviewed by an Al Jazeera reporter when, no doubt to his surprise, she denounced Hamas for stealing all the aid meant for the people of Gaza. You can see her brave outburst here: “WATCH: Gaza woman tells Al-Jazeera Hamas stealing all the aid,” Times of Israel, December 7, 2023:

In a rare display of public criticism, a Gaza resident tells the Al-Jazeera TV channel that the lack of aid to residents of the Strip is due to Hamas stealing it.

Asked about the supposed trickle of aid coming into Gaza, the woman, says there is plenty of aid, but “all aid goes down (into Hamas tunnels).”

“The aid does not reach the nation, all the people,” she says.

When the journalist from the pro-Palestinian Qatari channel tells her that only a small amount of aid is coming in and it is all being distributed, she shakes her fingers at him and says: “All of it goes into their houses. They take it and will even shoot me or do whatever they want, Hamas.”

In a related story, the IDF recently found receipts in a Hamas-occupied house in Gaza, made out to Moaz Haniyeh, the son of Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas’ “political wing,” for $25,000 worth of jewelry. That story can be found here: “IDF shows receipts it says show Haniyeh’s son bought thousands of dollars of jewelry,” Times of IsraelDecember 7, 2023:

The IDF publishes receipts found during raids on Hamas sites in the Gaza Strip that it sayshows that a son of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh bought jewelry in recent years worth thousands of dollars while many in Gaza were going hungry.

The post from IDF Arabic language spokesman Avicha ynAdraee purport to show receipts from both Gaza and Qatar for purchases made by Moaz Haniyeh.

The five receipts total some $25,000.

The post notes that the “amount of just one receipt is equivalent to approximately two years’ wages for a Gaza resident.”

What will Gaza residents make of such lavish spending by a member of Hamas’ royalty? And what will the Gazans think,as they try to survive, and support their families, on a few thousand dollars a year, when they discover that Ismail Haniyeh, who has for years been living in five-star luxury in Doha, has amassed a fortune of $4 billion? Or when they find out that two other Hamas leaders, Moussa bin Marzouk and Khaled Meshaal, both of them also living large in Doha, have helped themselves to $3 billion and $4 billion, respectively, that is, at least a thousand times what the average Palestinian breadwinner can make in a year of toil, assuming he can even find a job?

Once the IDF has destroyed Hamas’ military might, what will the people of Gaza do to the remaining Hamas members, now suddenly vulnerable? They are likely to explode — like the elderly woman who denounced Hamas to an Al Jazeera reporter — in murderous rage at the Hamas operatives still alive in Gaza who have made their lives so miserable for so long. How will those in the West who are now so busy defending Hamas as the legitimate “resistance” to colonial-settler-apartheid-genocidal Israel then react? Will those students on campus now loudly declaring “we are Hamas” and “we echo Hamas” find a new way to express their hatred of Israel? Of course they will.

Hamas Nazis and Western Feminists

Rape, mutilation and kidnapping of Israeli women and girls - and a deafening silence.

China’s Communist Party has detained an estimated 2 million Uyghurs, Kazakhs and Turkestan Muslims in a network of concentration or reeducation camps. In August, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, described as the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights advocacy group, put out a statement “calling on travel companies to stop selling trips to China’s Xinjiang region, where the Chinese government is conducting a campaign of genocide and mass internment against Muslim Uyghurs and other Turkic minority groups.”

That took a while.

Three years earlier, in a July 2020 article in The Guardian called “Why do Muslim States Stay Silent Over China’s Abuse of the Uighurs?: Nations that claim to be defenders of the faith offer no protest to the concentration camps,” British political commentator Nick Cohen wrote: “Today, they bend their knees and bite their tongues as China engages in unspeakable atrocities against the largely Muslim Uighur population of western China. One of the great crimes of the 21st century is being committed in front of our eyes, yet we don’t register it. … They use the idea of Muslim solidarity only when it suits them.”

Black Lives Matter portrayed George Floyd, a black man who died after being subdued by a white cop, as a blatant example of police anti-black “systemic racism.” Never mind that the lead prosecutor, a black man, said, “I wouldn’t call it [a hate crime] because hate crimes are crimes where there’s an explicit motive and of bias. We don’t have any evidence that [defendant] Derek Chauvin factored in George Floyd’s race as he did what he did.” Yet, Floyd’s death sparked four months of “civil rights” protests. The New York Times, in July 2020, wrote: “…about 15 million to 26 million people in the Unite States have participated in demonstrations over the death of George Floyd and others in recent weeks. These figures would make the recent protests the largest movement in the country’s history…” Yet, this year in Chicago over Memorial Day weekend, 53 mostly black people were shot, including two toddlers, and 11 people fatally shot. And this does not include a victim stabbed to death. Black Lives Matter’s silence suggests black lives only matter when killed by non-black lives.

This brings us to the deafening silence by women’s rights/feminist groups over the murder of an estimated 1,200 Israelis, including the rape, mutilation and kidnapping of Israeli women and girls by Hamas, a State Department-designated terror organization. In April 2014, Boko Haram, another State Department-designated terror organization, kidnapped 276 Nigerian schoolgirls, aged 16 to 18 years old. First Lady Michelle Obama said, “This unconscionable act was committed by a terrorist group determined to keep these girls from getting an education — grown men attempting to snuff out the aspirations of young girls.” Yet, May Golan, Minister for the Advancement of the Status of Women in Israel, said she asked Obama to comment on Hamas’ brutality. Golan said, “Not a word. And we approached her…”

Where’s the outrage by Planned Parenthood? The Women’s March? National Organization of Women? Emily’s List? Two months after Hamas’ massacre, NOW released a statement with this headline, “NOW condemns the use of rape as a weapon of war.” No mention of Hamas. No mention of Israel.

Israeli survivors and first responders described the horror. A survivor said: “He didn’t pick up his pants. He shot her while inside her.” An Israeli medic said: “There was a liquid on her back that looked like semen. She was shot in the back of the head.” Another first responder witnessed “a naked woman with a sharp object stuck in the intimate area of her body.” A morgue worker said, “We saw many women with bloody underwear, with broken bones, broken legs, broken pelvises.”

Last week, Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), the Congressional Progressive Caucus chair, said: “It’s horrific, and I think that rape is horrific and sexual assault is horrific. I think that it happens in a war situation, terrorist organizations like Hamas, obviously, are using these as tools. However, we have to be balanced about bringing in the outrages against Palestinians.”

She later walked this back, insisting she “unequivocally condemns Hamas’ use of rape and sexual violent as an act of war.”

It’s rather interesting seeing in the same statement the words “rape” and “balanced.”

‘Free Palestine’ Activist Accused of New York Synagogue Shooting Immigrated to U.S. from Iraq

Albany County Sheriff's Office
ACSO

The suspect accused of firing gunshots outside of an Albany, New York synagogue is an immigrant to the United States from Iraq and said, “Free Palestine” when police officers arrested him.

Mufid Fawaz Alkhader, 28, has been arrested and charged with firing two shots from a Kel-Tec KS7 12-gauge pump-action shotgun outside the Temple Israel synagogue in Albany on Dec. 7, the first night of Hanukkah.

Alkhader did not injure anyone at the time of the shooting, but children at the synagogue’s preschool were forced to take shelter. When police officers arrested Alkhader, he told them “Free Palestine” and later told officers that “The events in the Middle East have impacted him.”

Though it is unclear what visa or green card category Alkhader used to arrive in the U.S., he immigrated from Iraq and eventually was able to secure naturalized American citizenship.

On Monday, federal prosecutors charged Alkhader with conspiracy to make a false statement during the purchase of a firearm. He was previously charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, because he was under the influence of marijuana at the time.

In the latest charge, prosecutors allege that Alkhader knew he was not allowed to own a firearm due to a prior restraining order that had been placed on him. As a result, prosecutors allege Alkhader had a friend  purchase the firearm for him, sending the friend $600 in return.

Alkhader faces up to 20 years in prison, a maximum of three years of supervised release, and up to a quarter of a million in fines if convicted of the charges.

CAIR’s Top Dog Cheers for Hamas

It's even too much for the Biden regime.

[Make sure to read Robert Spencer’s contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]

Now even the Biden regime has had enough of CAIR.

Ever since it was founded in 1994, the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), with considerable help from the establishment media and clueless law enforcement officials, has carefully cultivated an image as a legitimate civil rights advocacy organization. Nowadays, however, masks are slipping all over as open support for Hamas and gleeful antisemitism have become social contagions and are rapidly becoming normalized among leftists.

Accordingly, it was not a massive surprise when CAIR’s cofounder and longtime executive director, the taciturn and stone-faced Nihad Awad, avowed that Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre of 1,200 Israeli civilians made him “happy.” What was surprising was that this proved to be the straw that broke the camel’s back for the Biden regime in its endless courting of support from the sinister organization.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) recently published excerpts from Awad’s Nov. 24 speech at the national convention of American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) in Chicago. Awad spun the horrific Oct. 7 massacre as the action of an oppressed people striking back at their oppressor: “The people of Gaza only decided to break the siege, the walls of the concentration camp, on Oct. 7.”

He didn’t bother to explain how the inmates of this alleged “concentration camp” managed to procure the rockets that they had rained down on Israel on so many occasions before Oct. 7. Nor did he mention the fact that not just Israel but Egypt has closed its border with Gaza; might the Gazans themselves bear some of the responsibility for their unpopularity?

Awad went on to cheer the massacre itself: “And yes, I was happy to see people breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land, and walk free into their land, which they were not allowed to walk in. And yes, the people of Gaza have the right to self-defense, have the right to defend themselves, and yes, Israel, as an occupying power, does not have that right to self-defense.”

This claim that Israel does not have the right to defend itself is a new CAIR talking point; CAIR operative Hussam Ayloush (MEMRI misspells his name as Aylush) said the same thing in a Dec. 1 Friday sermon in Oklahoma City. It’s a specious argument that might impress the ignorant, but it dissolves upon a moment’s thought.

In the first place, Israel is not an occupying power in Gaza (or anywhere else, for that matter). There has not been a single Israeli in Gaza since 2005. And the idea that an occupying power has no right to self-defense is absurd. Did the Allies have no right to self-defense in Germany or Japan after World War II? Occupation is not unjust or immoral in itself, and by every standard of international law, Israel is not illegally occupying the land on which Hamas carried out its massacres on Oct. 7.

Awad was attempting to defend the indefensible, and even his friends in the White House were alarmed. The Biden regime announced Thursday, according to the New York Post, that it had “ended its work with the Council on American-Islamic Relations on crafting a national antisemitism strategy.”

Yes, CAIR was part of the White House’s campaign to combat antisemitism, and that was ridiculous enough in the first place. But now, White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates said of Awad’s cheerleading for Oct. 7: “We condemn these shocking, antisemitic statements in the strongest terms. The horrific, brutal terrorist attacks committed by Hamas on October 7th were, as President Biden said, ‘abhorrent’ and represent ‘unadulterated evil.’” He added that “everyone has a responsibility to call out antisemitism and violence wherever it rears its ugly head.”

The regime is attempting to tread an exceedingly fine line. Awad has previously threatened the Bidenites over their support for Israel. At a rally in early November, he declared, “The language that President Biden and his party understand is the language of votes in the 2023 elections and our message is: No ceasefire, no votes. No votes in Michigan, no votes in Arizona, no votes in Georgia, no votes in Nevada, no votes in Wisconsin, no votes in Pennsylvania. No votes for you anywhere if you don’t call for a ceasefire now.”

Biden and his henchmen are trying to keep the Israel-hating far-left happy while not alienating supporters of Israel among their base as well. This was nigh impossible in the first place, and now Awad has made it even harder. Could the leftist/Islamic alliance finally be severed for good? Grab some popcorn and watch.

The IRS Refuses to Act Against a Hamas Nonprofit

Islamic terror groups should not be subsidized by taxpayers.

[Make sure to read Daniel Greenfield’s contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]

It has been 5 years since journalists warned that an anti-Israel nonprofit was lending its tax-exempt status to a BDS group whose coalition included Hamas and other terror groups.

Since that time the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR) has held on to its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. USCPR’s response to the brutal Hamas butchery of entire families, the rapes and the abductions of children was to state that the “Palestinian people have the right to defend their homeland from Israel” and to retweet messages describing the horrors as a “response” to Israeli oppression and bragging that “Gaza just broke out of prison”.

USCPR, which calls itself the Education for Just Peace in the Middle East in tax documents, had previously been exposed as the “fiscal sponsor” for the Palestinian BDS National Committee which means that when someone donates money to the BDS umbrella group, it uses USCPR’s nonprofit status to make it a charitable tax-deductible donation.

The BDS National Committee referred to the Hamas atrocities as the “resistance of the oppressed” and the “powerful armed reaction of the oppressed Palestinians in Gaza.”

The BDS National Committee’s general coordinator had previously expressed support for Hamas terrorism which is not surprising since the BDS National Committee’s members include a coalition of Islamic terrorist organizations known as the Council of National and Islamic Forces in Palestine.

That includes Hamas.

The Jihadist council features Hamas along with Islamic Jihad, the PFLP and two other terror groups banned by the United States. This terror coalition was the first to sign the call for BDS.

USCPR had previously lost its fundraising account over the Hamas connection, but not its nonprofit status. Both USCPR and the BDS National Committee have defended the horrors committed by Hamas as legitimate. But while many Islamic and allied nonprofits have done as much, the BDS National Committee is unique in its connection to a Hamas-backed organization.

It’s also unique in that the BDS network has been the subject of multiple campaigns to bring this to the attention of the United States government. In 2021, Rep. Burchett expressed concern that money raised on ActBlue by the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel, part of the BDS National Committee, could be “directed to foreign terror organizations” because of the “ties with foreign terrorist groups such as Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”

After the Hamas mass killings in Israel, the Hilton Houston Post Oak hotel canceled USCPR’s “Seize the Moment US Campaign for Palestinian Rights National Conference” gala, stating that it “cannot serve as the venue for this event because of the potential risks.” Gov. Abbott tweeted that, “Hilton Hotels in Houston was correct to pull the plug on the U.S. Campaign for Palestine Rights event hosted by Hamas supporters. Texas has no room for hate & antisemitism like that supported by Hamas. No location in Texas should host or sponsor USCPR.”

The IRS clearly does not agree. And so USCPR retains the tax-exempt status that it’s held since 2005. Over that time, the pro-terror group has taken in millions of dollars, including $1.5 million in 2021 alone, and over $1 million in 2020, 2019 and 2018. It also received over half a million dollars from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund which funds much of the anti-Israel Left. And  $450,000 from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. It’s unknown how much money the BDS National Committee may have received by utilizing USCPR’s sponsorship.

USCPR and the BDS National Committee are deeply integrated organizations. A lawsuit by terror victims noted that, “Nasser Barghouti, the brother of BNC founder and Secretariat member, Omar Barghouti, is USCPR’s Treasurer and member of USCPR’s steering committee.”  Omar Barghouti had stated that USCPR “is simply the BNC’s most important strategic ally and partner in the U.S.”

Omar Bargouhti, a founder of the BDS movement, has called for the destruction of Israel and endorsed terrorism against Israel. The Barghouti clan includes top Hamas terrorists including a Hamas leader also named Omar Barghouti, now dead, several of whom have carried out attacks on Israelis including the mass shooting at a bus stop in 2018 whose victims included a pregnant woman, as well as Marwan Barghouti, a top Palestinian Authority terror leader responsible for multiple massacres and who is serving five life sentences in Israeli prison.

USCPR and the BDS National Committee are not the only examples of terror-linked groups who enjoy nonprofit status. The David Horowitz Freedom Center had previously profiled Samidoun, which was banned in Israel as a terrorist front group, and was recently banned in Germany after handing out candy in Berlin to celebrate the Hamas atrocities of October 7.

“Holding spontaneous ‘jubilant celebrations’ here in Germany in response to Hamas’s terrible terrorist attacks against Israel demonstrates Samidoun’s antisemitic, inhuman worldview in a particularly sickening way,” German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser stated.

Samidoun was too sickening for Germany, but not for the IRS to let it function as a charity.

In the United States, Samidoun celebrated the Hamas butchery on social media, boasting that “the resistance” is “seizing occupation settlers” and urged support for the “resistance”.

The terror front group was linked to pro-Hamas rallies. And even the Ford Foundation, the New Venture Fund and a number of other major leftist donors announced that they would stop directing money to Samidoun’s fiscal sponsor, the Alliance for Global Justice, which also sponsors some BLM groups. However the IRS has still refused to act against Samidoun. And so Samidoun assures donors that they can make a “US tax-deductible donation today, and donate safely and securely from around the world.” This would not be possible without the IRS.

As the David Horowitz Freedom Center has documented in our ongoing project, Internal Radical Service, the failure by the IRS to enforce the laws against leftist nonprofits has wrecked cities, cost lives and spurred the illegal invasion of our borders. The next step is up to Congress.

Islamic terror groups should not be subsidized by taxpayer-backed donations.

Terror nonprofits are exploiting loopholes and IRS complicity to promote banned terror groups. Hamas should not be a charity. Congress can close the ‘terror loophole’ in the tax code.

And that will make America and the world safer.

Mutants Among Us

How do you create a generation that will believe in anything?

After Oct 7, some purple-haired genderqueer activists on TikTok have taken to reading the Koran and are pondering converting to Islam. That may seem like a leap, but once you’re a teenage girl who decides to be a boy for internet clout, changing to Islam is less difficult.

Hijabs, like dyed hair and androgynous clothes, have long become just another accessory of restless social change. Commercials that claim to relate to the youth invariably include a woman in a hijab as a progressive marker alongside a purple haired they/them, an ascetic activist type in a t-shirt and random minorities laughing together while having lattes on a college campus.

Every generation in the last 60 years has grown up with less of a sense of who it is than the previous one. The intangible sense of being an American that once came from boundless frontiers, a work ethic, a sense of fair play and meritocracy was replaced by cultural programming distributed by daily newspapers, big publishing houses and movie theaters, then television networks and colleges, and finally a massive chaotic stream of social media sewage.

American identity used to be so strong because it was internal and acquired through hard work and the character shaping experiences of life in a country with many possibilities, but it became performative for those members of newer generations with diminishing frontiers who acquired theirs from following a script written for them by the entertainment industry and radical academics. Rather than learning who they were, they copied who they thought they should be.

Social media combined with academic theories that reduced all identities to a construct unleashed a generation of mutants who mimeographed behaviors on social media. Identity became a game. And identity could be gamed for maximum advantage. Socially astute and emotionally unstable teens spread social media diseases like transgenderism or facial tics

Politics became just another cultural identity that could be cosplayed at will. Some social media influencers played far-leftists and then fascists, putting on and taking off costumes, swapping t-shirts with different slogans, Antifa shirts giving way to farm dresses and then hijabs.

On Sunday, they’re wearing pink hats, on Monday, they’re attending alt-right art shows, on Tuesday, they have their fists in the air for BLM, and on Wednesday they’re waving ‘Palestinian’ flags. “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” segueways to “From the River to the Sea.” They rarely understand any of the causes they embrace, but politics to them is just a fashion show.

It’s hard to blame the mutants. They grew up on social media where the old high school cliques are about international politics, massive lifestyle changes or castrations and mastectomies. The outfits and the posturing are about getting attention, finding a group, and a lucrative side hustle.

Social media and academia turned millions of people into living viruses whose emotional needs drive them to find weaknesses in our existing systems and ways of living. Teenage girls who might have gone goth and flirted, but not too seriously, with suicide in a previous generation announce that they’re boys and encourage impressionable younger girls to join them.

People die and have their lives ruined, but teenage fads always did that. They rarely disrupted society on this scale, and the teenagers usually moved on and grew up. But that was when there was something to grow up to and a sane world waiting out there for them. In the age of corporate affinity groups and workplace DEI, the intellectual chaos of teenage and college years extends into their adult jobs. And social media continues to incentivize the same behaviors.

The adult world with its fixed truths and serious responsibilities is less present than ever. Rather than imposing the reality that so many had expected, dismissing campus antics with, “just wait till they grow up and get jobs”, that world is a reflection of the same cultural chaos and instability. What is truth, morality, love, family, right and wrong, or even a woman, are up for grabs. And social media has become the battlefield for the endless debates about every element of reality.

The essence of ‘mutantness’ is that change has become its own identity. Radicalism exists for the sake of radicalism. The culture war was always about making leftist politics into the source of identity, but much as in Weimar Germany, this didn’t lead to dominance, just instability. What does perpetual rebellion turn into when there is nothing to rebel against? A broken society eventually slides into communism or fascism just so someone will finally end the chaos.

The ideal recruits for totalitarians are believers who can latch onto any mass movement at the drop of a dime because they desperately need something to believe in to fill the hole within. The leftist culture war has left behind generations of cultural orphans, robbed of faith, family and country, who veer between causes and identities, changing politics, religions and genders with total ease because they want to believe, yet they were born without anything to believe in.

Academic theories have taught them to see everything from the outside, not the inside. Gender, race and sexuality are mere constructs. So they become genderfluid and invent minority roots. Politics is all-consuming, but also meaningless, so they scream for the ‘current thing’. They’ve been robbed of the ability to feel so they go to extremes to try and briefly feel something.

They act out political and gender roles from the outside: they imitate because they have been made incapable of experiencing. With no identity of their own, they’re all ‘Obamas’, trained to see the culture from the outside, fitting in by sending cultural signals, gaining social clout by manipulating people on social media, and yet remaining cold and unfeeling inside.

You might say that a generation raised on social media is a generation of Obamas.

Leftist culture warfare and extremism has created a culture that no one can fit into except by mimicry and running along to keep pace with its latest shifts. The pop culture of last year is this year’s hate crime. Yesterday’s virtue is today’s vice. The best way to adapt is to just shout along. And that is how you end up with mobs chanting in support of Hamas. You could just as easily get them to rally in support of burning witches or killing all the children because most of the participants don’t understand the cause and have learned to internalize a barrage of memes and first-person emoting without feeling the reality of the cause or grasping the consequences.

Nothing is real to them except their own internal unreality and the emotional pain they feel.

Mutants are too busy running away to want to think about what they’re running to. Today’s cause will get tiring soon. It will require too much commitment and then grow stale. They will have to look at themselves in the mirror and see that they are the same people they were yesterday. And then they will find a new cause to champion and a new disguise to wear.

Today they’re transgender, tomorrow they’re Muslims. And the day after tomorrow? Maybe they’ll be Nazis. There are so many possibilities, so many shades of eyeshadow they can put on while listening to lo-fi beats derived from 1920s music: a new reinvention is just waiting for them.

This one, the next current thing, will surely work and make them feel like they matter.

The first casualty of a culture war is the culture. People who derive their identity from the culture, become mutants, changing all the time, zombies, shambling soullessly along, or grab a piece of the culture to recruit their own mutant and zombie armies to gain power.

Or they unplug from a culture gone mad and reach for the truths of their own character.

Know thyself, an old dead white man once said. That is still the only bulwark against mass cultural programming and a society gone mad. We are entering a world of knowers and mutants, those who know what they believe and those who will believe anything. Those who do and those will do anything so they never have to look themselves in the eye.

The business of a healthy society is expecting each man and woman to know themselves. Those who believe in nothing, can become anything, but those who know themselves, can become who they are and fulfill their potential. Mutants can’t change the world,  only destroy it. To change the world, a man or woman has to first deal with their greatest enemy: themselves.

The mutants are willing to do anything to avoid being themselves. They will disfigure themselves, tear down our society, or kill millions so they never have to know themselves.

Empire of God

Robert Spencer's new masterpiece unveils how the Byzantines saved civilization.

[Order Robert Spencer’s new book. Empire of God: How the Byzantines Saved CivilizationHERE.]

Founded as a kingdom in 753 B.C., Rome became a republic in 509 B.C. and an empire in 27 B.C By the fourth century A.D., the empire was so huge – extending from present-day Scotland to the Persian Gulf – that it was decided to divide it, for administrative purposes, in half, with one capital (and one emperor) at Rome and another at Constantinople. Most reasonably educated people in the Western world today are aware that our civilization began with Rome, and had its antecedents in Athens and Jerusalem. If we went to decent schools, we acquired at least some awareness of Rome; some of us read Virgil’s Aeneid, Shakespeare’s Antony and Cleopatra and Julius Caesar, Shaw’s Caesar and Cleopatra, and Robert Graves’s I, Claudius; those of us with a fondness for old movies have seen Roman epics like Spartacus and The Robe and Quo Vadis? We know that while the Greeks were big on philosophy and drama and art, the Romans were more practically inclined, constructing massive arenas and aqueducts, not to mention a number of roads that are still used to this day. No, we’re not experts on Rome, but it’s a part of our consciousness. Indeed, a series of postings on social media that were widely shared just a few weeks ago suggested that a not inconsiderable percentage of American men think about the Roman Empire several times a day.

But what are they thinking about when they think about Rome? Almost invariably, they’re thinking about the Rome that had its capital in the city of that name – the Rome, that is, of Caesar, Caligula, Claudius, and Nero. But if the empire centered at Rome – first, the united empire, and then the western empire – is very much alive in our consciousness, the eastern empire, which was ruled from Constantinople, isn’t. When we think about the timeline of history, that empire may well fall often between the cracks: we don’t know much about it; we don’t have much of a sense of it; we can’t picture it. If we think of the people of the western part of the empire as our forebears, we think of the eastern part as exotic – almost as alien, perhaps, as ancient India or China or Japan. And yet, as Robert Spencer writes in his magnificent, eye-opening new book, Empire of God: How the Byzantines Saved Civilizationthe eastern part of the empire is also a central part of our heritage. Whereas the western part lasted barely a century after the east/west split, the eastern empire went on for more than a millennium. Today we know it as the Byzantine Empire, but in its day, during all those centuries after the city of Rome fell, what remained of the empire in the east was known simply as the Roman Empire, and Constantinople was, to all intents and purposes, the New Rome.

Constantinople, of course, was founded by and named for the Emperor Constantine, who ruled from A.D. 306 to 337, and whose personal conversion to Christianity was crucial to the establishment of that faith as the majority religion throughout the western and eastern parts of the empires. During his reign of a year and a half (361-363), Julian the Apostate, who worshiped Jupiter, Apollo, Venus, and all the other old deities, used strongarm tactics in an attempt to turn around the empire’s Christianization. Crisis came under Valens (364-378), who made the mistake of inviting Goths (who’d been conquered by the Huns) to settle in Thrace; soon enough, in the Romans’ most catastrophic defeat in centuries, the Goths turned on their hosts with “unspeakable savagery,” slaughtering them en masse in a years-long war that ended in Roman capitulation: ultimately, the Goths were permitted to remain in Thrace on their own terms, maintaining their distinctive culture rather than conforming (as had long been the expectation) to Roman norms. Spencer’s account of this nightmarish chapter brings to mind several current situations – the recent Hamas massacres and their aftermath, the ongoing Islamization of Europe, and the daily flow of illegal aliens across America’s southern border – and carries a chilling lesson for all those who look upon such matters with nonchalance. It was, by the way, Rome’s ill-advised immigration policies that were the principal cause of what has long been known as the “fall of the Roman Empire” in A.D. 476 – even though, as Spencer notes, the events of that year have long been misunderstood. “The unfortunate phrase ‘Fall of the Roman Empire’ has given a false importance to the affair of 476,” wrote historian John Bagnell Bury in a passage quoted by Spencer. “But no Empire fell in 476; there was no western empire to fall. There was only one Roman Empire.” And it lasted until 1453.

Most of us are familiar with at least the lineaments of early Christianity. After the gospel came the letters of Paul, a persecutor of Christianity whose conversion to the faith played a huge role in securing its future; and after Paul came Constantine, another convert whose acceptance of Christianity was also pivotal. In A.D. 325, he summoned the Council of Nicaea to resolve the theological dissension surrounding what would come to be known as the Arian heresy; from that council emerged the earliest version of the Nicene Creed, which is still a central part of almost all Christian denominations today. It’s not insignificant that the council took place in the eastern part of the empire, as did every one of the subsequent six councils that shaped Christian theology for all time – Constantinople (381), Ephesus (431), Chalcedon (451), Constantinople again (553, 680–681), and Nicaea again (787). In A.D. 380, the Emperor Theodosius made Christianity the empire’s official religion; and in an episode that illuminates the degree to which Christian clergy and Christian values actually carried weight in the empire, Theodosius, because he’d responded to the murder of a general by having many citizens put to death at random, was denied access to a church in Milan by the local bishop, Ambrose, who assailed him in the strongest terms: “How could you lift up in prayer hands steeped in the blood of so unjust a massacre?” Theodosius, instead of adding Ambrose to the death toll, accepted his rebuke and, returning to his palace, “shed floods of tears,” after which he strove to repent of his sins.

Among the more important later emperors was Justinian (527-565), whose reign Spencer describes as “Byzantium’s finest hour.” Justinian built the Hagia Sophia and introduced a legal code that was superior to the ones in effect at the time in Western Europe; under him, the empire survived a devastating plague and reached its greatest extent ever. Under Heraclius (610-641), the empire finally defeated the Persians after decades of combat but also lost the Levant to the bellicose adherents of the newly hatched Muslim faith. Leo III (717-741), deciding that the reason for the losses to Islam was the empire’s tolerance of religious images (which Islam rejected), tried to ban them; but the Second Council of Nicaea affirmed that venerating icons was consistent with Christian belief (although this ruling didn’t bring a total end to the struggle over iconoclasm). Nikephoros (802-811), perhaps under the influence of the Islamic doctrine that those who die in the act of jihad go straight to paradise, declared that soldiers killed in battle for the emperor were martyrs.

By the middle of the tenth century, the Byzantine Empire was the most powerful nation in the Western world, and Constantinople the most splendid city, an occasion of awe and wonderment to foreign visitors; classical education was undergoing a powerful revival, with “young noblemen boast[ing] of their libraries as a sign of their erudition.” Meanwhile Roman Catholicism and what was coming to be known as the Orthodox Christianity of the east were quickly diverging from one another. A great victory for the latter came when Prince Viadimir of Kyiv sought to pick out a state religion for his realm: his emissaries gave a thumbs-down to the worship services of the Bulgars and Germans, but were overwhelmed by the splendor and beauty of the ceremonies at the Hagia Sophia. Their report back to Vladimir played a crucial role in his eventual decision to enter Russia into the Orthodox camp. It was in 1054 that “[t]he thousand-year estrangement between the Eastern and Western churches” began; and it was around the same time that, because “Constantine IX [1042-55] first disbanded a large Roman army in the east, and then Constantine X [1059-67] preferred to rely on paying tribute and reaching out in friendship to the empire’s enemies rather than fighting them,” that the Byzantine Empire commenced its long decline.

A key factor in that decline was Islam, whose followers in Turkey defeated the empire in a series of wars in the late twelfth century, mostly during the reign of the incompetent Romanos IV (1068-71), shriveling it to half its size and devastating it economically. These losses were followed by the Crusades (1095-1291), in which warriors from all of Christian Europe passed through Constantinople on their way to liberate the Holy Land from the infidels. Alas, even after the Crusaders had driven the Muslims from the Levant, the latter continued to hold power in Asia Minor and to represent a threat to the empire. So, as it happened, did the Crusaders, who in 1204 sacked Constantinople, reducing the great metropolis, “the mistress of the world,” to ruins and destroying many of its priceless artistic treasures. For the contemporaneous historian Niketas Choniates, this barbaric act exposed the Crusaders as “frauds,” traitors to the holy cause that had allegedly motivated them to retake Jerusalem from the Muslims. After this indignity, the empire was crushed, but not yet dead: for two and half more centuries it stumbled along, and among the major developments was that Orthodox Christianity became increasingly oriented toward mysticism, even as Roman Catholicism headed in the opposite direction. It was on May 29, 1453, that Constantinople – and what was left of the empire – finally fell to the Muslim Turks, whose leader, Sultan Mehmed II, had ordered them to “slaughter all the survivors” and “plunder at will.” Entering the Hagia Sophia, in which “a large number of Christians” were “praying for the city’s deliverance,” the jihadis covered the floors with the blood of the supplicants and a cleric sent by Mehmed proclaimed from the pulpit the statement of the Muslim faith: “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammed is his prophet.” After nine centuries, the “cathedral was now a mosque.”

All in all, then, the tale of the Byzantine Empire is an immensely colorful one – a tale of some emperors who were virtuous and wise and strong and honest, and others who were evil and foolish and weak and corrupt; of endless palace intrigue, with one emperor deposing another and then being deposed himself, almost invariably in ways that involved unspeakable savagery; of messy transfers of power, also involving unspeakable savagery; of alliances and betrayals and invasions and wars and conquests and defeats, all of which, needless to say at this point, also involved unspeakable savagery. Through it all, right up until its ignominious fall, Constantinople remained the envy of every other city in Christendom – rich in learning and culture, respectful of the ancient Roman legal tradition, and devoted to the perpetuation of classical Greek schooling. Among the areas in which the Byzantine Empire influenced the contemporary Western world – especially the U.S. – is law: Justinian’s legal code, notes Spencer, was “highly valued among America’s Founding Fathers,” notably Adams and Madison. Spencer further points out that if the Second Council of Nicaea had forbidden iconography, Western art would never have undergone the flowering that made possible everything from Michelangelo to Dali. And Spencer writes about all of it with elegance and insight, bringing to life one Byzantine emperor after another – plus many other prominent players – and making this reader, at least, exceedingly grateful to have become more fully acquainted with the rich history of the mysterious empire in the east.

Muslim Family in Nashville Assaults Son for Converting to Christianity

"His family demanded he take back his Christianity belief and say he was a Muslim"

 by  8 Comments

Don’t worry, they’re moderates. If they were extremists, he wouldn’t have lived long enough for the police to save him.

A mother, dad and son were arrested after officers responded to a welfare check to find a juvenile who appeared to be “cut haphazardly” with lumps on his face.

According to an arrest warrant, the victim told police his family attacked him for recently becoming a Christian. The family are Muslims, the warrant adds.

The victim told officers his mother, brother and father repeatedly punched him and spat in his face. Arrest records show his mother then took a knife and scratched the back of his right hand with it.

His family demanded he take back his Christianity belief and say he was a Muslim during the attacks, the arrest record adds. The victim said the abuse continued until law enforcement arrived at the home.

When officers saw the victim, he was “trembling and wide eyed” with “disheveled” hair. The boy was transported to a local hospital for treatment, arrest records state.

Officers responded to the welfare check at the Nashville home on Dec. 11 after the boy’s employer called police with concerns.

They started with some beatings and scratched him with a knife. Very moderate.

How are we dealing with this in Nashville? There’s no information on the family yet, but Nashville has been a hub for refugee resettlement. More recently large numbers of Afghans have poured into Nashville.

The state had previously produced convert terrorists.

Carlos had a cousin who was a lifelong Muslim, and he had once seen Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan speak, so he decided to explore Islam as well. As it turned out, and somewhat to the surprise of his family, Carlos would not have to venture far from his college campus at Tennessee State.

As it happened, Tennessee State offered the free course “Introduction to Islam,” taught by founders of the Olive Tree Education Foundation, the proselytizing arm of the local Islamic Center of Nashville. Promoting itself as a moderate outreach group embracing a tolerant version of Islam, Olive Tree had provided hundreds of hours of instruction to TSU students.

He went on to shoot up a recruiting station in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This is how you end up with the worst aspects of the Islamic world in ‘Music City’.

Radical Pro-Palestinian Leftists Shut Down L.A.’s 110 Freeway; 75 Arrests

Police arrested 75 people for blocking Interstate 110 in Los Angeles on Wednesday as part of a pro-Palestinian protest demanding a “ceasefire” in Gaza — one that would leave the Hamas terror group in power, with over 100 civilian hostages taken from Israel.

Local Fox affiliate KTTV-11 reported:

Dozens of protesters calling for a cease-fire in Gaza amid the Israel-Hamas war halted traffic for close to two hours on the 110 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday.

A group called IfNotNow Los Angeles had announced plans for a downtown protest although the organization did not indicate it intended to shut down the freeway. The group called the protest “to demand that all of our elected officials call for a lasting ceasefire and an end to U.S. support for Israel’s war on Gaza.”

SkyFOX images from the scene showed the group sitting on the freeway next to a 7-foot menorah. At one point, frustrated drivers were seen arguing and even shoving some protesters.

The Los Angeles Times persisted in calling the group “IfNotNow” Jewish, though it is not representatives of the Jewish community, which supports Israel.

IfNotNow has actually targeted Jewish groups for abuse, and has given moral support to Hamas terrorists in the past. It once formally mourned Hamas members who “protested” at the Gaza border fence in an attempt to break through and invade Israel in 2018, and who were shot and killed by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Stop Lecturing Us on Palestinian Civilians

Who's really responsible for civilian casualties?

A day does not go by without some politician or talking head demanding that Israel worry about killing fewer Palestinian civilians. Sorry, while we do not wish for human suffering, the Palestinians have brought upon themselves everything they are currently suffering.

You live in Chicago and you’re in the kitchen making a steak. The TV in the background is blurting out the news. Suddenly, there is a news flash. “A jumbo jet with over 300 people has crashed into multiple residential buildings. Details to come.” You stop what you’re doing and wait for the report to continue. Let’s imagine two scenarios:

1. The crash was in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.

2. The crash was in Chicago, a few blocks from your kids’ school.

In the first instance, you would feel bad for those killed and wounded, but you would probably go back to making dinner and think no more about the event. In the second case, you would frantically start making phone calls and probably rush out of the house to see if your kids are okay and if anyone you know was harmed.

Such a reaction is normal. Professor Mike Sandel of Harvard is a bigshot. When I had his course on Moral Reasoning 40 years ago, he was an assistant professor. Professor Sandel had a theory of “justice” that involved a person having concentric rings of interests and connections: family, job, country, religion, etc. These rings move according to the situation at hand. An example he brought forth back in the day was Mujaheddin from Afghanistan asking you if you were a freedom-loving person. The response was ‘Yes, I am.’ He’d then counter, ‘So come fight with us against the Soviets!’ But the natural response was, ‘Well, my family, country and job come before my ring for foreign freedom lovers, so sorry guys.’

We all feel closer to some than to others. And sometimes a religious obligation trumps work, or work trumps a family event. That is normal. But every night for the past six weeks we have been treated to some news host, or even Kamala Harris, demanding that Israel be more careful and invent bullets and bombs that can only kill card-carrying Hamas members. I will not deny that the Palestinian people in Gaza are suffering. One can see the destroyed buildings, their moving south with their belongings and the taking apart of aid trucks out of desperation. The IDF today estimated 2 civilian shields killed for every Hamas terrorist. While the Palestinians are suffering, they alone are responsible for their plight:

1. Hamas started the war. I think that Colin Powell called it “the Pottery Barn Rules”. You break it, you pay for it. Everything that happens in Gaza is on them. Everything.

2. The Palestinian population was and is ecstatic about Jewish suffering. Remember the Palestinian civilians (including the old guy with a walker) shown on CCTV coming into Israeli settlements to steal, rape and take captives? Remember their wild reception in Gaza of Hamas barbarians and the raped women they brought back in their trucks?

People here in Israel generally feel towards the Palestinians EXACTLY what the latter feel towards Israelis. No, Israelis do not hand out candies when Palestinians are killed en masse, but the Palestinian suffering is something of their own making. If Israeli tanks and planes for no apparent reason on 10/7 simply went into Gaza to kill civilians, I hope that I would be at the front of any protest, demanding an end to the killing. But details matter, and Hamas started the war, and those Palestinians with the mule-carts are the same ones who spit on the Israeli women abused by Hamas psychos.

The media and politicians often like to leave out or bend details, as they can then push forward whatever agenda they have. I remember during the Trump presidency Forbes touting immigrants who had been super-successful and had made it big in the US. Their list included Sergei Brin of Google and Jan Koum of WhatsApp. Wonderful. Those immigrants were LEGAL immigrants who filled out the forms, paid the fees, stood in line, and completed the legal process to enter the US. They have nothing to do with the millions illegally entering the US with few skills and little education.

An Israeli-Russian captive succeeded in escaping his Hamas handlers and was hiding for four days. He reported after his release that Palestinian citizens turned him over to Hamas. A UNRWA teacher held a captive in his house. A woman with a gunshot wound was treated by a veterinarian. The Palestinians started the war and were enthralled with the killing, raping, and plundering. Now that Hamas is receiving its comeuppance, the world demands that Israel treat Palestinian human shields with kid gloves. Sorry. As Kurt Schlichter always writes, if the Palestinians want to protect their citizens, then let Hamas put down its weapons and stop fighting.

Those demanding so much from Israel are antisemites. Why? Because when Syrian civilians were being slaughtered by the Assad government or Uyghurs were being abused by Chinese authorities, they said nothing. They did not form some BDS movement or demand a halt to the killing and torture. But when they can stick it to the Jews and demand that Israel fight an impossible war against a cowardly enemy that hides in population centers, then they are marching endlessly.

Israel does not kill civilians. It actually puts its soldiers into harm’s way to reduce civilian deaths. But civilians will continue to suffer and die as long as Hamas is still around. So blame Hamas and not Israel. It will make the war end more quickly when the murderers realize that they have lost their fans in the West.

Attacking Muslims Gets You 5 Years. Attacking Jews Gets a Pass.

Two cases. Two very different outcomes.

[Make sure to read Daniel Greenfield’s contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]

The distance between a Turkish restaurant and a Sushi place in Los Angeles is a short drive and a politicized legal system that punishes attacks on Muslims and Jews very differently.

On Nov 4, 2020, during the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War, two Armenian men attacked a Turkish restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. Federal hate crimes charges were brought against them. One of the men in the ‘Islamophobic’ attack was sentenced to 5 years in prison while the other was thrown in jail for 15 months.

On May 18, 2021, during fighting between Israel and Hamas, a pro-terrorist convoy passed Sushi Fumi, a restaurant 10 minutes away from the Turkish place. Members of the convoy assaulted Jewish diners, waved a terror flag, demanded to know who at the restaurant was Jewish, and witnesses said chanted, “Death to Jews” and “Free Palestine”.

(Among the Jewish men, an Armenian Christian man dining with them also faced violence.)

There were no federal charges. The Muslims faced two two felony counts of assault. A judge let them off with probation and ordered them to visit a Holocaust museum.

The difference between 5 years in prison and an order to visit a Holocaust museum is the vast gulf between how attacks on Muslims and Muslim attacks on Jews are treated. While it can be hard to measure and compare the treatment of different groups, the attacks on two restaurants within walking distance of each other a year apart is revealing of the very different treatments.

Both of the attacks happened within the context of fighting abroad. Both involved convoys of protesters. In both cases, a vehicle diverted to a restaurant where its members expected to find members of a group they opposed. In both cases they demanded to know whether the people there were members of that group: Turkish in the former case and Jewish in the latter.

But the same basic behaviors led to very different consequences in a biased system.

An Armenian man got 5 years in prison because, in the words of the Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, he “likely caused lasting psychological pain” to Muslims at a restaurant. Muslim thugs got a pass after kicking a Jewish man in the head.

The Department of Justice and the FBI got involved in the Muslim case. Not the Jewish case.

“The defendants violently attacked people inside a family-owned restaurant because of their perceived nationality,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke claimed of the Turkish case. “Such violence based on national origin has no place in our society. The Justice Department will continue to vigorously prosecute bias-motivated crimes in an effort to secure justice for the victims and the communities they are meant to target and intimidate.”

But it turns out that “such violence” does have a “place in our society” when directed at Jews, just not at Muslims. Attack a Turkish restaurant and you’ll spend half a decade in prison, but attack Jews at a restaurant in support of Islamic terrorists and you won’t even spend 24 hours in jail. Even when you’re booked for “assault with a deadly weapon” as part of a hate crime.

“Our police department together with our sheriff’s department, our FBI, and other partners is rightly investigating this assault as a hate crime,” Former Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti had said of the attack on Jews at the sushi place. The FBI apparently chose to do nothing about it.

The promised “full force” of the law was condensed down to some bias training.

The differing treatment of the assault on Muslims and Jews at Los Angeles restaurants was a decision partly made by the Justice Department and the local FBI office. Assistant Attorney General Kirsten Clarke had a long history of antisemitism that may have factored into it. But it was also a decision made by a local judge aided by members of the anti-Israel Left.

Jewish leftists swiftly rallied to the cause of the Muslim thugs who were represented by a Jewish lawyer. Rob Eshman, a Forward columnist and anti-Israel leftist, claimed that sentencing the Muslim attackers to visit a Holocaust museum “was fair, maybe even a little harsh”.

Rationalizations and excuses swiftly followed. The Jews had fought back which made them complicit in the violence. Non-prison sentences like this were part of “restorative justice”..

But what happened when a Turkish restaurant was attacked shows that for the lie that it is.

Accountability is possible: it’s just more possible for some groups than for others. The attention paid to the Cafe Istanbul attack by federal and local authorities and by the media diverged sharply from what happened when Jews were attacked by a Muslim pro-terrorist convoy.

There were no rationalizations allowed in the Cafe Istanbul attack. No one in the media bothered to report that the Armenian men had been responding to Islamic attacks on Armenians in the area. And no one asked to define what “likely caused lasting psychological pain” was even supposed to mean. No judges told them to just go visit a mosque to learn tolerance.

Armenian men had trashed a Turkish restaurant during a time when Black Lives Matter mobs routinely did such things and one of them was sent away for a period that more typically goes with a manslaughter conviction. Was this a consistent application of justice? No it was not.

Justice comes from consistent application of the law. An Armenian attack on Muslims should not be punished any differently than a Muslim attack on Jews or a BLM attack on anyone. But we don’t have a consistent justice system: what we have is a heavily politicized justice system.

Politics is the difference between a 5 year prison sentence and a free pass. Leftist politics prioritizes those crimes that are politically wrong based on which group is targeted.

A similar phenomenon happened in the recent killing of Paul Kessler, a Jewish man assaulted at a pro-Israel rally (pictured above), and the shootings of three Muslim men in Vermont. ATF agents showed up to arrest the man involved in the confrontation with the Muslim men and the shootings were, despite the complete absence of evidence of hate, attributed to Islamophobia. But much as in the Sushi Fumi case, the FBI is merely in “communication” in the Paul Kessler case. And without federal intervention, the outcomes and sentences are certain to be very different.

Our justice system has two very different standards that favor groups for political reasons. Even though Jews suffer the majority of hate crimes, especially violent ones, those are also the ones least likely to be punished. Last year, Americans for Antisemitism documented 194 cases of anti-Jewish assaults in New York City and found that only two cases led to prison time.

While the book gets put away when it comes to attacks on Jews: it’s thrown at Muslim cases.

Michael Wolfe, a Florida man, was sentenced to 15 years in prison and another 15 years probation, for throwing bacon at a mosque and vandalizing it. Wolfe had been facing life in prison for the behavior that BLM rioters had carried out unpunished across the country.

This is not justice. The Left claims that the justice system is biased. They’re right. And they are the ones who corrupted it. A generation of “progressive prosecutors” and “criminal justice reform” advocates, along with selective federal “civil rights” interventions, have made it so that similar crimes can lead to wildly different sentences in a politicized justice system.

And that means attacking Muslims at a restaurant gets you 5 years and attacking Jews at a restaurant some blocks away gets you a mandatory visit to a Holocaust museum.

WHO INVADED WHOM FIRST???

The Grand Assembly of the Turkish parliament was ostensibly debating budgetary considerations on Tuesday, but Bitmez launched into a fiery condemnation of Israel’s war against the terrorists of Hamas in Gaza, accusing Israelis of “crimes against humanity” and “ethnic cleansing.”

Turkish MP Suffers Heart Attack During Tirade Against Israel

Turkish parliamentarian Hasan Bitmez suffered a heart attack and collapsed next to the podium at the Turkish National Assembly on Tuesday after delivering a tirade against Israel.

“Even if history remains silent, the truth will not remain silent. They think that if they get rid of us, there will be no problem. However, if you get rid of us, you will not be able to escape the torment of conscience,” he said.

Bitmez’s last words before collapsing were reportedly, “Israel will not escape the wrath of Allah!”

Bitmez, 54, reportedly suffers from diabetes. Fortunately, one of the fellow MPs who rushed to his aid, Turhan Comez of the IYI Party, is a trained physician. After Comez rendered aid at the scene, Bitmez was removed from the National Assembly chamber by stretcher after collapsing and taken to intensive care at Ankara’s Bilkent City Hospital. He was reported to be in critical condition as of Tuesday afternoon.

Bitmez is the deputy chief of Turkey’s Saadet or “Felicity” Party, an Islamist party formed in 2001. Saadet is considered the more hardline Islamist alternative to the ruling Justice and Development (AKP) party of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Turkey and Israel agreed to restore full diplomatic relations in September 2022 after years of estrangement, but their relations took a turn for the worse after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, and Israel launched its counter-terrorist operation in Gaza.

Erdogan has been critical of the Israeli military response while praising the savage rapists and murderers of Hamas as “freedom fighters.” Bitmez was evidently trying to be even more critical when he suffered his heart attack. According to some observers of the parliamentary debate, Bitmez grew agitated after AKP legislators began banging on their desks to protest parts of his speech.

WELL, WE KNOW WHAT BIDEN DID WHEN THE MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS INVADED! ABSOLUTELY NADA!

Biden Trashes Israel in Private D.C. Fundraiser; ‘Indiscriminate Bombing’

President Joe Biden trashed Israel and the Israeli government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at a private fundraiser in Washington, DC, on Friday, after telling guests at the White House Hanukkah party the night before of his admiration for Israel.

The Times of Israel reported that Biden accused Israel of “indiscriminate bombing” in Gaza. Biden provided no evidence.

Biden also said that Netanyahu had to replace members of his democratically-elected governing coalition, and accept a Palestinian state.

In July, Biden made similar comments when explaining why he refused to meet with Netanyahu since his election the year before, saying that he had “extreme” Cabinet members. Biden routinely meets with autocrats from a variety of nations across the globe.

The Times of Israel said:

US President Joe Biden says Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu needs to change his hardline government that has made it very difficult for the international community to back Israel in the war against Hamas. The president also says Israel is losing global support due to its “indiscriminate bombing” in Gaza.

“This is the most conservative government in Israel’s history,” Biden says during a campaign fundraiser in Washington, adding that the Netanyahu-led coalition “doesn’t want a two-state solution” — the path Washington has called for after the war with Hamas.

Last month, Biden also used the word “indiscriminate” to describe Israel’s bombing campaign in Gaza. However, he was referring to the early stage of the war and indicated that the IDF has been more pin-pointed since. His comments at the fundraiser reveal that he no longer thinks that is the case.

On Monday night, as Breitbart News reported, Biden told guests at the White House that he “loved” Netanyahu, even though they did not agree on many things. Biden also said he was a “Zionist,” claiming “southern parts of the country” did not like that.

In response to Biden’s claim about “indiscriminate bombing,” Israel Defense Forces spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari told the Israeli press, in Hebrew, that Israel targets very carefully in Gaza, and has shown the U.S. proof to back that up. He noted that Israel had been especially careful in Gaza in the last several weeks, since it had a large number of its own soldiers on the ground.

The “extreme” members of Israel’s government are supposedly the religious Zionist parties, including national security minister Itamar Ben Gvir. Last month, Israel’s Army Radio reported that members of Israel’s left privately said they were thankful that Ben Gvir was in the government, after he threatened to quit if Netanyahu bowed to international pressure to stop the invasion of Gaza.

Netanyahu’s government now includes the center-left Blue and White Party, as part of an emergency national unity government.

Netanyahu has publicly opposed the U.S. insistence that Palestinians be rewarded with a state after the October 7 terror attack, and has also opposed the return of the Palestinian Authority to Gaza. His government is said to be drafting an alternative plan.

Israeli Doctor: Hamas Committed Sexual Abuse, Psychological Torture; Drugged Kids

An Israeli doctor is adding to growing accounts of torture and abuse by Hamas terrorists against Israeli hostages, telling the media that she has seen evidence of sexual abuse, psychological torture, and forced medication with powerful drugs.

The Times of Israel spoke to Dr. Renana Eitan, head psychiatrist at a prominent Tel Aviv hospital, on Tuesday:

“The physical, sexual, mental, psychological abuse of these hostages who came back is just terrible,” she added. “We have to rewrite the textbook.”

The hospital has been treating 14 former hostages held by Hamas, some of whom reported being drugged, including with what doctors believe were benzodiazepines, a class of depressants with a sedative effect that includes drugs like Valium.

“One of the girls was given ketamine for a few weeks,” she continued, referring to a powerful dissociative anesthetic known for giving the recipient a sense of detachment from their environment.

Another, male hostage was reportedly told that his wife had been killed when she was, in fact, still alive. Some hostages were kept in darkness for days, and some freed hostages experienced flashbacks, in which they believed erroneously that they were still in captivity.

Reports have already emerged of Hamas drugging hostages before their release, to make them look happy for propaganda videos; of psychological torture of children, who were forced to watch violent videos; and of Israeli hostages being beaten with electrical cables. Several reports have also noted that Jewish hostages were given less food and medicine than other hostages.

Over One Million Muslim Americans Favor a Global Terrorist

What, exactly, is the redeeming quality of Ismail Haniyeh?

On October 20, 2023, the polling company Cygnal released a report on Americans’ views about the early October Hamas terrorist attack on Israel. The report was titled Survey of General Population: Israel-Hamas Awareness and Attitudes.[1] The survey presented the same questions to six different groups: Jewish Americans, Muslim Americans, Evangelicals, Republicans, Independents, and Democrats, with the results being shown for each.

One of the disturbing results of this survey came in response to this question:

Below you will read a list of names of various people mentioned in the news recently. For each one, please indicate if you have heard of the person, and if you have, whether you have a favorable or unfavorable impression of the person. If you don’t recognize a name, choose so.

The name given was Ismail Haniyeh, a senior Hamas leader, and 38.6% of Muslim Americans had a favorable impression of him (of the other five groups, the closest favorable rating came from Democrats at 14.9%). There are an estimated 3.45 million Muslim Americans in the United States. This survey indicates that around 1.3 million Muslim Americans have a favorable impression of Haniyeh.

This is disturbing for two reasons. On October 8, 1997, the United States designated Hamas as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. And in January 2018, the U.S. State Department designated Ismail Haniyeh as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.

This favorable impression of Haniyeh was not due to a lack of information among Muslim Americans. The survey showed that when asked how closely they had followed events in Israel since the attack by Hamas on October 7th (“Hamas Awareness”), 30.9% of Muslim Americans responded “Somewhat Closely,” and 44.9% responded “Very Closely.”

When asked about being informed with regard to “Fatah, Hamas and Palestinian politics,” 65.4% of Muslim Americans considered themselves “Informed,” and 7.3% considered themselves “Expert.”

The survey showed that Muslim Americans were also aware of the following events regarding the October 7th attack by Hamas:

  1. “Over 1,200 people were killed in Israel, including women, infants, the elderly, and Holocaust survivors.” Very Aware: 36.4%, and Somewhat Aware: 41.9%
  2. “Over 250 people who were attending an all-night music festival were killed in Israel.” Very Aware: 33.7%, and Somewhat Aware: 42.7%
  3. “Over 100 people, incljuding women and young children, were abducted from Israel and are bing held hostage in Gaza.” Very Aware: 36.9%, and Somewhat Aware: 44.4%
  4. “Hamas militants decapitated young children during their attack in Israel.” Very Aware: 25.9%, and Somewhat Aware: 40%

So despite the extent of the knowledge among Muslim Americans about the above incidents, around 1.3 million Muslim Americans still had a favorable impression of Haniyeh, and by inference, HAMAS. It would have been very interesting to see the results if Cygna had asked the Muslim Americans their opinions on the above incidents.

Another disturbing result came from the same question about favorability being asked, but this time the name was Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. He is a man with whom the chants of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” are closely associated. 31.3% of Muslim Americans had a favorable impression of Khamenei (of the other five groups, the closest favorable rating came from Democrats at 15.9%). So a little over one million Muslim Americans have a favorable impression of Khamenei.

Just as disturbing was the response to this question:

The Biden administration acknowledges that Hamas is nothing but a proxy for Iran and is funded and supported by Iran. Would you be more or less likely to vote for a political candidate who supports releasing billions of dollars in frozen assets for Iran to use any way it chooses?

32.6% of Muslim Americans were “More Likely” to vote for such a candidate (of the other five groups, the closest “More Likely” rating came from Democrats at 18.6%).

28.3% of Muslim Americans were “More Likely” to “vote for a political candidate who supports allowing Iran to evade sanctions and earn billions of dollars from oil sales” (of the other five groups, the closest “More Likely” rating came from Democrats at 15.9%).

And 44.7% of Muslim Americans support the recent pro-Palestinian protests and demonstrations across multiple cities in the United States (of the other five groups, the closest “Support” rating came from Democrats at 25.2%).

Conclusion

The results of this survey show a generally inverse relationship between the responses of Muslim Americans and the responses of the other five groups. In theory, there is nothing wrong with public differences in opinion, and that is one of the freedoms we cherish in the United States. However, it is a different matter when survey results reveal one group’s massive support for a global terrorist (and by inference, the foreign terrorist organization that he heads), massive support for the leader of a terrorist-supporting country in which the chants of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” are regular features, and massive support for that particular country to evade sanctions and receive billions of dollars in frozen assets to be used anyway that country chooses.

I have already shown in my book Islamic Doctrine versus the U.S. Constitution: The Dilemma for Muslim Public Officials,[2] that core tenets of Islamic Doctrine are in direct, irreconcilable conflict with the United States Constitution. The attitudes and beliefs of around one million or more Muslim Americans regarding terrorists and the support of terrorists shown in this survey raise serious questions about the security of the United States. This is especially so when considering that in fiscal year 2023, the Border Patrol encountered and released over 900,000 illegal aliens into the United States, and also estimated that during that same time period there were over 600,000 unidentified “gotaways” who had evaded the Border Patrol and entered the United States.[3] How many are unidentifed HAMAS or Iranian terrorists, and what kind of welcome might they be receiving?

Who are the Innocent Palestinians?

Will Israel ever have peace partners?

A recent poll by the Arab World for Research and Development (AWRAD) painted a vivid picture of who the innocent Palestinian Arabs are about whom the world is decrying their treatment in Israel’s war with Hamas, the same world that’s been an impotent deaf mute, overlooking decades of abuse and war crimes against the Palestinian Arabs under Hamas, the PLO, and Islamic Jihad.  The current situation begs the question, for another conversation, as to whether anyone in the world actually cares about the well-being of the Palestinian Arabs or if this is just a cover for antisemites to find an excuse to blame Israel again and again and again.

The wartime poll was conducted between October 31 and November 7 among 668 people in the Palestinian Authority, including Gaza and the “West Bank” (Judea and Samaria).

So, who are the innocent Palestinian Arabs?

Spoiler alert in case you don’t care or have time for the details: the poll shows that Palestinian Arabs roundly support terror against Israel, reject peace with Israel, and deny Israel’s very right to exist.

To its credit, ARWAD actually published these results. They did so with no shame. But they should be ashamed for their society and everything it says about the century-long dehumanization of Jews and delegitimization of Israel. Maybe it depicts their desire to portray this reality in the hope that there will be change.  However, as deep as the hostility to Israel is, it’s hard to imagine even a handful of righteous people looking to change their society rather than celebrate its deeply rooted evil.

The AWRAD poll depicts widespread hostility, hatred, and legitimization of terror. It did not start just because of the war, and certainly not as a response to the horrific October 7 massacre against Israel. It shows that innocent Palestinian Arabs celebrate it. These results are the product of hateful incitement against Israel from long before the advent of the Palestinian Authority in the 1990s and since celebrating terror, honoring the terrorists, and providing generous pensions to the perpetrators and their families.

The results must be a wake-up call for Israel, the broader world (even the antisemites for whom these facts are an inconvenient truth), and anyone in the international community who truly seeks peace in the Middle East. It underscores that the worn-out paradigms of the past are invalid, and the world needs to look through the prism of helping to resolve a problem based on reality, not how people want to think the world ought to be.

The poll’s overall results indicate that an overwhelming percentage of innocent Palestinian Arabs:

  • overwhelmingly support the October 7 massacre against Israel (75%),

  • support the genocidal creation of a Palestinian state “from the river to the sea” in place of Israel (74.7%),

  • seek the restoration of “historical Palestine” as a final resolution (71.1%), albeit that there was never an independent entity under Arab authority known as Palestine to restore,

  • and obviously, they reject coexistence with Israel (85.9%).

As if in a high school popularity contest for homecoming king and queen among competing terrorist organizations, innocent Palestinian Arabs:

  • believe that Hamas plays a somewhat to very positive role (76%),

  • believe that Palestinian Islamic Jihad plays a somewhat to very positive role (84%),

  • believe that Fatah’s (the PLO) terror wing, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade, plays a somewhat to very positive role (79.8%),

  • believe that Hamas’ armed wing, the Al-Kassam Brigades, plays a somewhat positive function (88.6%).

Innocent Palestinian Arabs also harbor unsurprisingly antisemitic and anti-Western views and believe that they are victims and not the perpetrators:

  • 91.5% think that support for Israel is the result of the “influence of the Israeli lobby;”

  • 85.5% think that support for Israel is the result of “hatred of Arabs;”

  • 79.5% agreed with the belief that this support is the result of “hatred of Muslims and Islam.”

Biting the hands that feed them, which have provided untold millions to fund their society, innocent Palestinian Arabs:

  • see the U.S. role as unfavorable (98.2%),

  • see the UK role as unfavorable (96.7%),

  • see the EU role as unfavorable (92.6%)

But innocent Palestinian Arab’s disdain is not just for the Western hands that feed them. Within the Arab world, innocent Palestinian Arabs:

  • see the United Arab Emirates playing the most negative role (96%),

  • see Saudi Arabia playing the second most negative role (95.5%),

  • see Egypt playing the third most negative role (84.6%)

  • see Jordan playing the fourth negative role (75.6%).

Notably, these countries have either made peace with Israel, or were close to that before October 7.  No doubt innocent Palestinian Arabs must hold in high esteem countries that are rocks of stability and democracy in advocating for their well-being such as Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Iran.

Looking locally at their own “society” , innocent Palestinian Arabs seek greater control by the most hardline terrorists, in a population where all their leaders come from terrorist organizations. Innocent Palestinian Arabs believe:

  • the Palestinian Authority plays a negative role (87.3%),

  • Fatah (the PLO) plays a positive role. (23.2%),

  • Hamas should continue to play a role in the Palestinian government (85.8%),

  • support a “national unity” government of Fatah (the PLO) and Hamas. (72.2%),

  • The war will end with a Palestinian victory that “achieves the liberation of Gaza from the Israeli invasion.” (74.3%)

Innocent Palestinian Arabs’ positive perception of the terror organizations that control their society remains high despite their role in the October 7 massacre and being used as human shields by the very same terrorist leaders who they hold in high esteem.

To be clear, I don’t want to see the death or suffering of any actual innocent Palestinian Arabs. Nor do the vast majority of Israelis. The truism before October 7 remains, if they were to lay down their weapons today, they could have peace tomorrow. If we were to lay down our weapons (or be unprepared or live in a naïve false reality) they would slaughter us.  On October 7 we saw that.

Israelis desperately want peace. But when we look at statistics like these among “innocent Palestinian Arabs,” it makes us question whether there are in fact any actual peace partners on the other side. It’s not only impossible under Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza. In the Palestinian Authority controlled “West Bank,” the percentage of people who hold negative and genocidal views of Israel is actually greater.  According to the AWRAD poll, innocent Palestinian Arabs in the “West Bank ” (Judea and Samaria) support the massacre against Israel at a far greater rate (83.1%) than those in Gaza (63.6%).

The AWRAD poll shows that innocent Palestinian are delusional and hold views that are self-defeating.  It raises the legitimate question as to whether Israel has, or ever will have, peace partners. It raises the question as Israel continues its combat to eradicate Hamas, whether all the innocent Palestinian Arabs are really so innocent after all.

Germany: 8 Muslim Migrants Who Gang-Raped Girl, 15, Given Suspended Sentences

And they showed no remorse -- only boredom.

Eight gang rapists have been set free to walk the streets of Germany despite being convicted of a heinous and violent rape of a 15-year-old girl, with the case drawing outrage in a country known for its lax policy towards migrant rapists. The Hamburg regional juvenile court gave its guilty verdict Tuesday; however, only one convicted rapist, an Iranian migrant, was sentenced to two years and nine months in juvenile detention despite DNA evidence being found on the victim from all nine men.

The case dates back to 2020, when the crowd robbed a drunk female student in Hamburg city park, raped her repeatedly, and then filmed the whole incident.

All the defendants, who are between 19 and 23, received suspended sentences, except for the one Iranian, which means none of the others will serve any jail time. Media reports indicate that eight of the nine rapists had migration backgrounds, with the convicted rapists coming from Egypt, Kuwait, Iran, Armenia, and Afghanistan.

The court determined that the 15-year-old victim, who was heavily intoxicated, was dragged into a bush in the park in September 2020. Four of the convicted men raped her, and then stole her cell phone and wallet. Then, two others sexually abused the woman. However, it did not end there, with three others then moving in to sexually abuse the young girl.

Traces of semen were found from all the men on the victim.

The light suspended sentences were handed out despite none of the men showing any remorse during the trial, according to Bild newspaper, which sat in during the proceedings. One perpetrator was described as nearly falling asleep during the trial.

Not only was there no remorse shown by any of the defendants, but the whole business seemed to bore them. One was even seen nodding off during the trial. Knowing how lenient German courts have been with migrant criminals, they may well have believed that they would be given very light sentences — and they were right.

The migrants’ lawyers argued that the men were operating with high testosterone levels as an excuse behind the gang rape.

The Iranian who was sent to juvenile detention responded during the trial: “What man doesn’t want that?”…

How proud those nine Muslims were of their exploits videotaping one another as they took turns raping or otherwise sexually assaulting the 15-year-old German girl.

Why were eight of the defendants — all but the youngest one, whose age made him eligible for juvenile detention — all of whom had been found guilty either of rape or of sexual assault, nonetheless received suspended sentences? Four of them had been convicted of rape, as well as of having stolen her wallet and cell phone. What conceivable reason was there for suspending their sentences? Or those for the five other Muslims who had not raped her but had abused her sexually?

Could it be that there so many Muslim malefactors, committing so many crimes, and their trials taking so long and costing so much money — this one lasted 68 days and had 96 witnesses — that the courts in Germany are simply overwhelmed with dealing with them, and lack space in prisons to accommodate them? Or is it simply that the German judge’s leniency reflects her subliminal sense that these Muslims are savages, behaving as savages will, and she thinks it is too much to expect them to behave as non-Muslims do?

If the AfD wins the next election, its first order of business should be to restore the five-year residency requirement for German citizenship. Second, it must undo Angela Merkel’s madness and put a halt to Muslim migration. Third, it should provide the police with sufficient resources to round up and deport illegal migrants. Fourth, it should limit welfare benefits to migrants who have resided in the country, gainfully employed, for five years. Fifth, Muslims who have been convicted of a crime should, after serving their sentences, be stripped of their citizenship (if they have it), and be deported back to their countries of origin. That would be a start.

ISRAEL FIGHTS TERROR: Is Israel’s Response to Hamas Legal and Justified?

Joel Pollak

Saadet Party chair Temel Karamollaoglu told Turkey’s Daily Sabah on Tuesday that “Bitmez’s health was still at risk” and “asked for prayers for his recovery.”

Rape, Torture, Mutilation and Murder by Hamas Nazis – of Both Men and Women

The horror grows and grows.

More eyewitness accounts have just been released about the sexual assaults, followed by torture and decapitations, of both men and women, carried out by Hamas on October 7. The story can be found here: “Hamas raped men as well as women during October 7 attack: Investigators reveal how sex assault victims were tied up, stripped and mutilated as Israel launches its ‘biggest ever criminal investigation,’” by Summer Goodkind and David Averre, Daily Mail, December 4, 2023:

Israeli investigators probing the fallout of the brutal October 7 attacks have found evidence that men as well as women suffered sexual violence and rape at the hands of Hamas and Islamic Jihad attackers, activists have claimed.

Yael Sherer, a spokeswoman for Israel’s Survivors of Sexual Violence advocacy group, said there was physical evidence as well as eyewitness accounts of sexual violence perpetrated against both sexes amid the attacks.

‘There was sexual violence and rape in these communities in the south of Israel… we have a few living survivors – not a lot – of both genders. It didn’t only happen to women, it happened to men as well,’ she told BBC Radio 4.

‘Aside from finding bodies of people who were murdered, a lot of the bodies were mutilated… terrorists made sure to disgrace these people and dishonor them,’ she added….

Yoni Saadon, 39, who survived the attack on the Nova music festival by hiding under dead bodies, this weekend gave a harrowing account of the sexual violence he saw perpetrated against women at the campground.

One horrifying image he described was the moment a woman’s decapitated head rolled across the road, after she was beheaded for refusing to be stripped naked….

After an hour, the shift manager peeked out. ‘I saw this beautiful woman with the face of an angel and eight or ten of the fighters beating and raping her.’

The woman was screaming ‘stop it’ he said, and begged the terrorists to kill her to put her out of her misery.

‘When they finished they were laughing and the last one shot her in the head’, he said.

The father of four admitted how his mind kept reminding him it could have been one of his daughters, or his sister, who at the last minute bowed out of the festival.

The horror was far from over for Yoni as, hiding in the bushes, he saw two more Hamas fighters catch a woman.

‘She was fighting back, not allowing them to strip her,’ he recalled. ‘They threw her to the ground and one of the terrorists took a shovel and beheaded her and her head rolled along the ground. I see that head too.’…

Haim Outmezgine, commander of a special unit of Zaka, that collects the remains of bodies said: ‘We collected 1,000 bodies in ten days from the festival site and kibbutzim. No one saw more than us.

‘It was clear they were trying to spread as much horror as they could — to kill, to burn alive, to rape … it seemed their mission was to rape as many as possible.’

David Katz, head of the Lahav 443 criminal investigation unit, did not give a precise figure for the number of cases under investigation, but said the inquiry could take ‘six to eight months’.

The horror grows and grows. Those who still are unable to appreciate Israel’s determination to eliminate Hamas, and — like the Bidenites — preposterously hector Israel to “use great care to limit civilian casualties,” when that is something the IDF already does, more than any other army in the world, should study carefully these eyewitness accounts of unparalleled barbarity.
