'Does Biden Want More Migrants to Come to Delaware?' Jean-Pierre: 'I Don't Even Understand That Question'
(CNS News) – At the White House on Wednesday, when asked whether President Joe Biden would be willing to send illegal immigrants to his home state of Delaware, Press Secretary Karen Jean-Pierre she did not “understand that question.”
During the Oct. 19 press briefing, a reporter asked Jean-Pierre, “You condemn governors sending migrants to various cities across the country, but where should officials that are overwhelmed by the number of migrants coming into their cities and into their shelters, where should they send the migrants?”
Jean-Pierre replied, “Well, we have said many times before there’s a process, a legal process, and that we are willing to work with cities who are dealing with this issue. What we have seen from governors is that they are using migrants as a political tool. That’s not the way to do it.”
She continued, “They’re sending migrants, as we have seen the last several months and the last several weeks, they are sending migrants without letting city officials know. Without letting the federal government know. And what they do is they call TV news stations to be there to capture this moment and use it as a political stunt. We will continue to call that out, but we are willing and open to work with cities that are dealing with this issue, as we have done with New York City, as we have done with Washington, D.C., and other cities as well.”
The reported then asked, “Does President Biden want more migrants to come to Delaware?”
The White House press secretary replied: “I don’t even understand that question.”
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), who sent illegal immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard recently, said last year that if the Biden administration was going to send the immigrants to Florida cities, he would “send them to Delaware.”
"If he’s [Biden’s] not going to support the border being secure, then he should be able to have everyone there," he said.
Last month it was rumored that DeSantis had also sent some illegals to Delaware. At the time, Jean-Pierre said, “Our heads up did not come from Gov. DeSantis because his only goal, as he's made it really quite clear, is to create chaos and using immigrants fleeing communism as political pawns.”
When asked about illegal immigrants being sent to Delaware, President Joe Biden responded, "You should come visit. We have a beautiful shoreline."

As the November midterm elections inch closer, Democratic and Republican candidates — especially those in tight races — will deploy any last-minute advantages at their disposal to gain even a slight increase in their chances of emerging victorious.
For Democrats, one of those advantages, weirdly enough, is first lady Jill Biden. She was described by The New York Times as one of President Joe Biden’s “most popular” surrogates, and requests for her appearance at Democratic political events and fundraisers before the midterms are reportedly piling up.
However, as Americans struggle to determine how they’ll buy groceries, fill up their gas tanks and pay their electric bills under the historic inflation that has marked her husband’s presidency, the first lady recently asked donors at an Atlanta fundraising event for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams to throw even more money at Abrams and other candidates, even though they’d already paid a cool $1,000 to attend the event, the Times reported.
“I’m asking you to dig a little deeper,” Jill Biden told the audience during her 20-minute appearance before she slipped out through the kitchen door to head to the next event.
The fact that the White House deployed the first lady to Georgia probably means Abrams is scrambling for a last-minute boost to her campaign as incumbent Republican Gov. Brian Kemp continues to dominate her in the polls.
According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Abrams said earlier this month that she anticipated “having folks from the Biden administration, including the president himself, if he can make it.”
While many Democratic candidates are clearly frightened by President Biden’s unpopularity, Abrams and her campaign are leaning into it.

“I want to be a partner to the White House, not in opposition to it,” she said, according to the Journal-Constitution, “because billions of dollars are coming to the state because of Joe Biden’s leadership, because of the leadership of [Democratic Sens.] Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff and our Democrats in our congressional delegation.”
Nathan Price, a University of North Georgia political scientist, said he believes Abrams is gambling on sticking close to the struggling U.S. president despite it being considered a contrarian play at the moment.
He said she “may feel like this is a risk worth taking if it helps energize her base.”
According to The Hill, Georgia was far from Jill Biden’s only stop in the weeks before Election Day.
Within the past week, the first lady has also made stops in Tennessee, Wisconsin and Florida.

In the Sunshine State, she appeared alongside Democratic Rep. Val Demings, who is running for the Senate, and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist.
“The first lady will be an active campaigner for Democrats this fall and will carry a message of optimism and hope, focusing on the accomplishments of her husband’s administration,” one of the first lady’s senior advisers told the Hill.
Her schedule ahead of one of the most impactful midterms in U.S. history stands in stark contrast to that of former first lady Melania Trump, who mostly stayed out of the limelight during the 2018 midterms.
As to why Jill Biden is being sent across the country when her husband becomes increasingly unpopular, the Times reported that “White House officials believe she appeals to suburban women and can communicate to Americans ‘beyond the Twitterverse and cable news chatter,’ according to Elizabeth Alexander, her communications director.”
One might question why the first lady would ask fundraiser attendees for more money in addition to what they’ve already donated, but like most in the Biden administration, she is so out of touch with the struggles that her husband helped create for the average American that it shouldn’t come as a surprise.

- TRANS WOMEN IN WOMEN'S SPORTS: The gross unfairness of allowing men into women's sports (no, I will not call them "women") is so blatant and outrageous, that proponents are seen not merely as insane, but malevolent. The destruction of women's sports is viewed by all rational people as evil in the name of wokeness.
- CORRUPTION IN THE FBI: The malicious and ethics-free raid on Mar-a-Lago is viewed even by many Democrats and all Republicans as vicious political intimidation, with the goal of destroying any followers of Donald Trump. This began in earnest during the "Russia collusion" case and saw its culmination in midnight raids of innocent conservatives revealing a hateful, vengeful vigilantism on the part of the radical left. In the hope that supporters of Trump and other conservative candidates would drop out of politics in fear of similar reprisals, these Gestapo tactics have not only solidified Trump's support and the support of even moderately conservative candidates, but have shown the Left to be petty children in a deranged, red-haze temper tantrum.
- COVID MASK AND VACCINE MANDATES: Certainly a show of power rather than anything prophylactic against COVID, blue states and leftist groups have revealed that they know the masks do not prevent COVID, but instead are a symbol of big-government Stasi tactics designed to subjugate the citizenry in order to prepare them for eventual control.
- DRAG QUEENS IN THE SCHOOLS: Young children have been indoctrinated into sexual fetishism and perverse sexual behavior at the behest of school administrators and leftist parents who seem to see nothing morally wrong with gay men dressing up as women in highly sexually-suggestive costumery and behavior. Why they are doing this has become clear: They want to break down all parental control over children and indoctrinate them into pedophilia, perversity, and compliance. For most parents, this was a bustier too far.
- THE ECONOMY: From the start in 2021 when Joe Biden killed the Keystone pipeline and halted all drilling and new permits, the economy began tanking. Gas prices, supply line problems, paying people not to work, profligate spending, and other avoidable problems has hit the average American smack dab in the wallet. No matter how much the Biden administration denies their role in inflation and no matter how many times Joe says the economy is "strong as hell," Americans watch their buying power dwindle. They want relief and it is clear they will not get it from the Democrat Party.
- ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION: From day one, the borders were flung open by the Democrat Party to drug traffickers, murderers, and myriad other miscreants in the hope they would be new Democrat votes. As a result, crime is rampant, blue cities under Democrat rule are suffering and homelessness is on the rise, all the while Biden spokespeople are claiming the "border is closed." Squealing like stuck pigs, places like New York City which have reluctantly become home to Texas' illegals, have seen a marked inability to safely house the very illegals they claim to have wanted to live in their "sanctuary city."
- CRIME: Because of the Democrat rule in blue cities, crime is not being prosecuted in the name of some weird kind of reparations. What the Democrats don't get is that they hurt their own innocent population by allowing criminals a get-out-jail-free card, and by not prosecuting at all. Their racist policies hurt the very people they claim to want to help. Why are they doing this? To deliberately create chaos in the execution of anti-white racism. The one solution to the rising crime rate, the prosecution and incarceration of criminals, is the one thing blue cities under Democrat rule will not do. Mayor Lightfoot makes weird and demonic home videos of herself dancing around in what appears to be a drugged stupor. Rather than be a responsible mayor, she has totally ignored the death-by-violence rate in Chicago. This is another very clear example of Democrats doing what they do best; destroying things.
All this is happening under Democrat governance and it is clear even to Democrat voters of good will that their party is no longer serving them but is serving Luciferian ends.
Judicial Watch Sues for Records of Possible FBI Obstruction in Hunter Biden Case
(CNS News) -- The government watchdog organization Judicial Watch is suing the Department of Justice for all records of its Supervisory Intelligence Analyst, Brian Auten, to learn whether the FBI possibly obstructed a senatorial investigation into Hunter Biden and his alleged malfeasance.
“It is no coincidence the FBI operatives implicated in improperly protecting Hunter and Joe Biden were also abusing President Trump,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in an Oct. 17 press release. “The Justice Department and the FBI have been irredeemably compromised and their refusal to follow federal transparency law further confirms their corruption.”
Judicial Watch filed its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit because the DOJ did not reply to a standard FOIA request made on Aug. 2, 2022.
In that initial request, Judicial Watch asked for "All unclassified records, including emails, email chains, email attachments, notes (digital and/or hand-written), briefings, data, documents, letters, evidence, assessments, in the possession of FBI," and "Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten concerning an August 6, 2020, briefing provided to members of the U.S. Senate, specifically, Senator’s Johnson and Grassley."
Sens. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) have been investigating Hunter Biden's business machinations since 2020.
In a July 25, 2022 letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote, "First, it’s been alleged that the FBI developed information in 2020 about Hunter Biden’s criminal financial and related activity. It is further alleged that in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by a FBI Headquarters (‘FBI HQ’) team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease. Based on allegations, verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation."
"The basis for how the FBI HQ team selected the specific information for inclusion in Auten’s assessment is unknown, but in more than one instance the focus of the FBI HQ team’s attention involved derogatory information about Hunter Biden," wrote Grassley. "Accordingly, the allegations provided to my office appear to indicate that there was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation."
In a July 26, 2022 letter to Garland, Wray, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Sen. Johnson wrote, "[O]n August 6, 2020, Senator Grassley and I received a briefing from the FBI which we always assumed was a set up to intentionally discredit our ongoing work into Hunter Biden’s extensive foreign financial entanglements."
He continued, "Indeed, months after that briefing—which was not specific and unconnected to our investigation—it was leaked to the Washington Post who reported on it and tied it to 'an extensive effort by the [FBI] to alert members of Congress . . . that they faced a risk of being used to further Russia’s attempt to influence the election’s outcome[.]”
"If these recent [FBI] whistleblower revelations are true, it would strongly suggest that the FBI’s August 6, 2020 briefing was indeed a targeted effort to intentionally undermine a Congressional investigation," wrote Johnson. "The FBI being weaponized against two sitting chairmen of U.S. Senate committees with constitutional oversight responsibilities would be one of the greatest episodes of Executive Branch corruption in American history."
In addition to this FOIA lawsuit, Judicial Watch has filed numerous lawsuits to obtain government records on Hunter Biden's activities. Some of these actions include,
-- Lawsuit for records from the Department of Homeland Security and Secret Service about a handgun purchased by Hunter Biden and then reportedly placed in a dumpster in Delaware.
-- Lawsuit for records from the State Department "tying Hunter Biden’s Burisma Holdings’ lobbying operation to an influence-peddling operation involving the Clinton campaign during the 2016 election."
-- Records from the Secret Service showing that "for the first five-and-a-half years of the Obama administration, Hunter Biden traveled extensively while receiving a Secret Service protective detail. During the time period of the records provided, Hunter Biden took 411 separate domestic and international flights, including to 29 different foreign countries. He visited China five times."
Big Three Evening Nets Ignore Report Hunter Biden Business Received $40M from Russian Oligarch
The Big Three evening news networks completely ignored a new report that Hunter Biden’s real estate company received a $40 million investment from a Russian oligarch.
“Yelena Baturina, the billionaire widow of a corrupt Moscow mayor” reportedly invested $40 million into Hunter Biden’s real estate company, the Daily Mail revealed in an Oct. 17 exclusive. The investment reportedly took place while now-President Joe Biden was vice president during the Obama administration.
Baturina's brother Viktor Baturin reportedly told the Daily Mail that the money was “‘a payment to enter the American market.’” But the Big Three evening news shows — ABC's World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News — failed to cover the Daily Mail’s report during their Oct. 17 evening broadcasts.
Radio host Tara Servatius tweeted a day after Daily Mail broke the news on Hunter Biden: “We finally found the Russian payoff money the MSM was looking for!!! Not a cent went to Trump. Not one bloody cent. But $40 million went to Hunter from a Russian oligarch.”
Forbes described Baturina as “Russia’s wealthiest woman” and the owner of “real estate in Europe and [the] USA.” She was the second wife of Yury Luzkhkov, the former mayor of Moscow, who died in 2019, according to Reuters. Luzkhkov seemingly has a long and storied history of reported corruption. The Guardian reported in 2011 that Luzkhkov was accused of committing “financial wrongdoing worth 230bn roubles” in 2009 and 2010.
This isn’t the first time that Hunter Biden has been tied to a Russian oligarch. Sens. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) previously released a report in September 2020 headlined “Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns,” which highlighted the reported connection between Baturina and Hunter Biden.
“Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow,” Johnson and Grassley wrote. “The records acquired by the Committees show that Hunter Biden and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe.”
But the $40 million investment wasn’t the only Hunter Biden news that the Big Three ignored last night.
MRC news analyst Kevin Tober also called out the evening news shows for ignoring a whistleblower report that revealed that President Joe Biden was aware of his son Hunter’s shady business dealings:
"‘Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley says new whistleblower documents reveal President Biden was aware of son Hunter Biden's business arrangements and may have been involved in some of them,’” Fox News Special Report anchor Bret Baier said on his Oct. 17 show.

Eight Brand New Hunter Biden Scandals the Nets Are CENSORING
Friday will mark two years since The New York Post broke the Hunter Biden laptop story and it’s been two full years of the Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks doing all they can to avoid telling their audiences about the stunning revelations that have sprung from Hunter’s hard drive.
Even their favorite liberal organ of record – The New York Times – finally acknowledging the “laptop from hell” was authentic and not a part of a Russian hoax did little to spur the networks to cover the scandal.
The networks did manage to cover The Washington Post (it was a front page story, hard for them to ignore) reporting that the FBI had collected enough evidence to charge President Hunter with tax and gun-related charges. However ABC, CBS, NBC (10/6 through 10/9) spent a total of only 15 minutes, 51 seconds on it. By October 10 the story was completely dropped.
Hunter’s laptop has been a literal treasure trove of evidence of wrongdoing, much of which can be linked to Joe Biden and proves he was lying when he claimed in 2019: “I’ve never spoken to my son [Hunter] about his overseas business dealings!”

Before Facebook Suppressed the Hunter Story, They Were Briefed by FBI Agents Who Were Dem Donors
On October 10, the New York Post reported the following:
Both FBI officials who briefed Facebook before the social media giant opted to censor The Post’s initial reporting on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop made small-dollar donations to Democrats during the 2020 election cycle, according to campaign finance records and court filings.
An amended complaint released Monday by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s office says Laura Dehmlow, the section chief of the bureau’s Foreign Influence Task Force, and Elvis Chan, who manages the cyber branch of the FBI’s San Francisco field office, were “involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.”
Federal Election Commission records show that Dehmlow and Chan donated a total of $160 to Democrats in 2020. Chan contributed $50 each to Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock for their Georgia Senate runoff campaigns in November of that year, while Dehmlow gave the Democratic National Committee $60 in $10 increments between March 30 and August 30
…The amended complaint was filed last week as part of an extensive lawsuit against the Biden administration by Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. The top prosecutors have accused the administration of leaning on big tech companies to censor so-called “misinformation” about a variety of topics, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2020 presidential election.
Dehmlow and Chan’s interactions with Facebook were not detailed in the court filings released Monday. However, the documents state that Chan “has openly boasted about his official role on behalf of FBI in coordinating with social-media companies.”
The filings note comments made by Chan in a recent podcast where he states that the FBI San Francisco field office was “very involved in helping to protect the US elections in 2020 … working in conjunction with the private sector, as well as with election officials from every single state and protectorate, we were really able to do it.”
After The Post broke the story on Oct. 14, 2020, that Hunter Biden had introduced his father to an executive at Ukrainian energy company Burisma, Facebook spokesman Andy Stone — a former Democratic flack — announced the company was limiting the story’s reach.
At the same time, Twitter locked The Post’s primary account, claiming that articles about the messages obtained from Hunter Biden’s laptop broke the social network’s rules against “distribution of hacked material.”
In August, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg said on the “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast that his company restricted the reporting due to a vague FBI warning about possible “Russian propaganda” meant to discredit the Bidens leading up to the 2020 election.

White House Spending $265,000 of Taxpayer Money to Fend Off Hunter Biden Probe

The White House is gearing up for a growing army of staff to fend off potential Republican-led probes on everything from Hunter Biden to the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan — and taxpayers are footing the bill.
Battening down the hatches should the GOP regain control of the House of Representatives in the midterm elections, the White House is shelling out $265,000 a year in salary for staff whose primary portfolio will be to run comms and defense for the administration from an approaching blizzard of subpoenas.
In May, the White House poached Richard A. Sauber, the top attorney for the Department of Veterans Affairs, to serve as a “deputy counsel to the president” tasked with handling House oversight probes. Ian Sams, a veteran of Vice President Harris’ failed 2020 presidential campaign, was hired to run official comms for the team. White House records show the two men will take home $155,000 and $110,000 respectively.
And the team is only expected to grow, the Washington Post reported — indicating that its staffing and operational expenditures will balloon further.
“Americans deserve transparency from President Biden about his family’s suspicious business dealings. But instead of providing transparency, the White House is hiring staff at the American taxpayers’ expense to stonewall congressional oversight and accountability.” said Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), who is on track to chair the House Oversight Committee next year if Republicans retake the House.

Letter Discovered on Hunter’s Laptop Exposes 2017 Qatar Deal That Undermined Trump Administration

A letter on Hunter Biden’s infamous abandoned laptop shows the Biden family pursuing a deal with Qatar, undermining the Trump Administration and appearing like an effort at a shadow foreign policy.
The letter — retrieved from the “Laptop from Hell” by Congressman Darrell Issa’s (R-CA) office after being in a previously unreadable format — shows James Biden, President Biden’s brother, making an overture to an associate of Qatari Sheikh Abdulla Bin Mohammed Al Thani.
They say, “my family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest levels,” despite unfavorable policies of the “fractured” and “beleaguered” then-Trump administration for Qatar.
The letter, dated August 1, 2017, to be relayed to the Sheikh, criticizes the Trump administration as having a “fractured nature” and as being “beleaguered by major issues that are not soon to be resolved” — offering to help in “effectuating the vision” of the Sheikh.
“I would be honored to assist in effectuating the vision of His Excellency but would be remiss in not pointing out the fractured nature of our current administration,” the missive begins. “This administration is beleaguered by major issues that are not soon to be resolved,” the now-president’s brother also says of the Trump White House.
Through his family’s “deep and wide” relationships, which he boasts have “lasted through many years and many administrations,” Biden proposes partnership for a “different vision” than the Trump government’s of American interest and U.S.-Qatari relations.

It is not clear whether the letter was ever delivered, or if it is a draft.
James Biden oddly notes in the middle of the letter that “we are not, however, lobbyists and do not operate in that arena,” despite spending the missive before and after that statement describing what some critics might say looks like a lobbying pitch.

Hunter’s Ex-Business Partner Tony Bobulinski Proclaims FBI “Altered History”

Former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski expressed outrage at the FBI’s handling of damning information he provided them about the first son’s business dealings involving his uncle, James Biden, Chinese and other foreign interests, and reportedly the current president of the United States himself.
Bobulinski, a Navy veteran and the former head of SinoHawk Holdings, which he described as a partnership between the CEFC Chinese energy conglomerate and two Biden family members, told “Tucker Carlson Tonight” in an exclusive interview Tuesday that he decrypted subtle word choices by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg from his own sit-down with UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan. He explained how it allegedly showed the FBI must have known how damaging his information on the Biden family was to the then-candidate.
Zuckerberg told Rogan earlier this year that FBI officials came to Facebook executives and warned them of “a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election” and to be on notice “there’s about to be some kind of dump -- that’s similar to that, so just be vigilant.”
Keying into Zuckerberg using the term “dump” rather than an “article” or “report,” Bobulinski said he believes that meant the FBI suggested as much to Facebook, while the agents may not have used the exact term.
“He used the word ‘dump,’ right? He said the FBI beat us [to] that a dump might be coming. They didn't say there might be a story. The dump the FBI was well aware there was a laptop that well aware there were hundreds of thousands of emails and text messages and stuff like that,” he said.
“The New York Post published a couple of emails trying to make the American public aware of it. But Mark Zuckerberg just casually said, oh, yeah, the FBI came to us and warned us of a dump,” he pointed out, adding executives at the company later “throttled” the overall story’s reach.
Combining the two factors, Bobulinski cited the narrow margins by which Donald Trump lost Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona – arguing that, had it not been for both the FBI and social media executives’ behavior, the results could have been different.
“Twenty-one-thousand-five-hundred votes,” he said, citing Joe Biden’s net margin in those three swing states.

Tony Bobulinski Claims Hunter Committed “Fraud” Against Business Partners

Tony Bobulinski says his former associate, Hunter Biden, committed crimes against his business partners by tampering with key documents to funnel over $5 million into a company he owned. “It’s called fraud,” Bobulinski told Fox News host Tucker Carlson, during an in-depth conversation that will air during “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Tuesday.
Bobulinski, a retired lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, is the former CEO of SinoHawk Holdings, which he has long said was the partnership between a Chinese energy firm and the Biden family. He believes Hunter Biden changed references to a SinoHawk-linked LLC called Oneida Holdings in a 2017 limited liability company agreement to divert millions of dollars to a company he held a larger stake in.
“It’s sort of staggering that that document is exactly the same document as SinoHawk Holdings, LLC. And it appears that Hunter Biden, Jim Biden and the Biden family literally copied the same document down to typos… they removed Oneida Holdings, which was the Delaware LLC that represented Jim Biden, Hunter Biden, myself, Rob Walker and James Gilliar,” Bobulinski said.
“Hunter and his lawyer, Jorge Misires, replaced it with Owasco, which was Hunter Biden’s law firm or business that he operated,” Bobulinski said. “He effectively swapped out an entity that he owned 20% of to a business that he owned 100% of, which is fraud.”
Carlson then asked Bobulinski if he saw any other possible explanation than fraud committed by Hunter Biden. “I’m sure you can reach out to the Biden family and get comment from them, but there are calls,” Bobulinski said. “He received over $5 million.”

Hunter’s Lawyer Allegedly Spied On Set of Movie About Biden Scandal
On September 7, the New York Post reported the following:
The State Bar of California is investigating an ethics complaint brought against Hunter Biden’s attorney and “sugar brother” Kevin Morris by filmmaker Phelim McAleer, who wants the wealthy Malibu lawyer disbarred for allegedly infiltrating the set of his movie “My Son Hunter” using false pretenses to gather information for the first son.
In the complaint, filed last week and obtained by The Post, McAleer alleges that Morris, who made a fortune representing the co-creators of “South Park,” flew on his private jet in November to Serbia, where the Hunter Biden biopic was being filmed, and pretended he was an independent documentary filmmaker producing content for “South Park streaming.”
“Kevin Morris was Hunter Biden’s lawyer who used deception and misrepresentation to spy on a movie project about his client to gather information to help his client,” the complaint alleges.
“He used deceit to secure such access by not disclosing he was Mr. Biden’s lawyer. Mr. Morris used his cover as a documentary filmmaker to conceal his true purpose: performing legal investigative work on behalf of his client, Mr. Hunter Biden.”
A source close to Morris on Tuesday confirmed that Morris, who lent Hunter as much as $2.8 million to pay off a tax bill, was one of Hunter’s “attorneys and trusted adviser.”

Hunter Tries to Get His Child Support Payments Slashed, Cites Change to “Financial Circumstances”
On September 14, the New York Post reported the following:
Hunter Biden is trying to get his child support payments for his 4-year-old love child lowered by claiming a substantial change to his “financial circumstances,” according to court documents.
President Biden’s son, 52, has asked an Arkansas judge to recalculate the child support payments he makes to Lunden Roberts, 31 — the mother of the daughter he’s never met, according to a Monday court filing obtained by the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
Hunter cited “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income,” for the reason behind his request. It wasn’t immediately clear what the change in Hunter’s income was.

Hunter’s motion was filed in Independence County, which is where Roberts — a former stripper — lives with their daughter, Navy Joan. Roberts’ attorney, Clint Lancaster, was quick to express doubt over Hunter’s monetary status — and vowed to look into his financial records.

Hunter Hooked Client Up with Dinner at Chinese Embassy, After Luncheon Hosted by Then-VP Biden
On September 1, FoxNews.com reported the following:
Hunter Biden was instrumental in helping a Rosemont Seneca Partners client and Democratic donor secure an event at the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C., after networking with one of the top officials at the embassy during a January 2011 luncheon hosted by then-Vice President Biden, according to emails reviewed and verified by Fox News Digital.
Those emails show that Hunter and his former business partner, Eric Schwerin, helped Marvin Lang, the managing director of Guardian Realty in Maryland, plan a dinner with the Chinese Embassy’s minister, Deng Hongbo, on April 28, 2011, which was later touted on China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
Planning for the event appears to have started in December 2010 after Lang, who has donated tens of thousands of dollars to Democrats, emailed Hunter thanking him for meeting him for lunch and saying he was “excited” to form a “long relationship” with Rosemont, Hunter and Schwerin’s now-defunct investment firm.

Based on emails and news articles reviewed by Fox News Digital, the lunch that Schwerin is referring to in the email was the luncheon that then-Vice President Biden and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton hosted for Hu Jintao, China’s president at the time, in the State Department’s Benjamin Franklin Room on Jan. 19, 2011. One of the emails that Schwerin sent to Hunter late at night the night before the luncheon said that Hunter was sitting at the same table as Ron Klain, who was the chief of staff for Vice President Biden until the end of January 2011 and is currently Biden's chief of staff.

By refusing to report on the Hunter Biden scandals, particularly the ones that touch President Joe Biden it is clear that ABC, CBS and NBC are in the business of protecting the Democratic Party as we head into a pivotal midterm election.
For this study MRC analysts looked at the ABC, CBS, NBC evening and morning shows and their Sunday roundtable programs from September 1, 2022 through the morning of October 13, 2022.
The FBI: A Campaign Arm of the Democrat Party
“Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity” is the FBI motto. According to the FBI website, this motto, “Succinctly describes the motivating force behind the men and women of the FBI.”
The motto may have been accurate in the 1965-1974 TV series, “The FBI”, where Efrem Zimbalist Jr epitomized those words every Sunday night on prime-time television. But today the FBI has morphed into a campaign arm of the Democrat Party, attempting to influence elections in favor of their preferred candidates, acting more like the East German Stasi or Soviet KGB rather than the premier law enforcement agency in the world.
Perhaps a new motto of “Funny Business Incorporated” or “Friendly to Biden Interests” would be more appropriate to their apparent new mission. When did the FBI, the largest and most heavily armed law enforcement agency in America, now inserting itself unconstitutionally into American politics, pivot from fidelity and integrity to partisanship and dishonesty?
Start with the 2016 presidential election. Many are already familiar with Spygate. According to Jeff Carlson:
Efforts by high-ranking officials in the CIA, FBI, Department of Justice (DOJ), and State Department to portray President Donald Trump as having colluded with Russia were the culmination of years of bias and politicization under the Obama administration.
The weaponization of the intelligence community and other government agencies created an environment that allowed for obstruction in the investigation into Hillary Clinton and the relentless pursuit of a manufactured collusion narrative against Trump.
A willing and complicit media spread unsubstantiated leaks as facts in an effort to promote the Russia-collusion narrative.
The Spygate scandal also raises a bigger question: Was the 2016 election a one-time aberration, or was it symptomatic of decades of institutional political corruption?
The FBI was in the middle of this true insurrection, meant to derail a presidential campaign, election, transition, and administration with fabricated claims of collusion, lying to Congress and the American people, and then attempting to cover everything up via the Muller/Weissman investigation, including a recent raid on Mar-a-Lago to possibly confiscate incriminating Spygate documents in President Trump’s possession.
Other Obama administration agencies and officials were also involved but the FBI was in the thick of it, with Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Other familiar names include Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok and his girlfriend FBI attorney Lisa Page.
Don’t forget another FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith who knowingly lied on a FISA warrant application about Carter Page’s work for the CIA. Despite pleading guilty to a felony false statement charge, Clinesmith is once again free to practice law. Are any of the January 6 detainees recipients of such judicial largess?
There has been little or no reckoning for these Spygate players and rather than being punished for their criminal and seditious activity, they have been rewarded with university teaching gigs, book deals, and frequent appearances on left-wing cable news shows. Perhaps Special Counsel John Durham will eventually hold the FBI bad actors to account, but Spygate is now six years in the past and it is looking increasingly likely that the FBI will skate.
Jeff Carlson raised the interesting question of whether Spygate was a one-off event or part of a larger and more systemic corruption of the FBI and other three-letter agencies. Despite not derailing candidate or President Donald Trump in 2016, they certainly tried again in 2020, this time succeeding. And they are already working on 2024, before a single candidate has announced his or her candidacy.
The FBI obtained Hunter Biden’s laptop in December 2019, a full year before the presidential election. Rather than investigating and reporting on what they found, they slow rolled the laptop as it revealed knowledge of and involvement in foreign business deals with candidate Joe “Big Guy” Biden and his son Hunter, in a manner that could be construed as a quid pro quo of selling the office of the president to foreign interests.
A letter from Senator Ron Johnson to Justice Department Inspector Michael Horowitz spelled out the FBI’s role in again “campaigning” for the Democrat candidate. Senator Johnson asserted the following,
Whistleblowers have come forward to Congress alleging that FBI officials intentionally undermined efforts to investigate Hunter Biden.
After the FBI obtained the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer shop, these whistleblowers stated that local FBI leadership told employees, “You will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop” and that the FBI is “not going to change the outcome of the election again.” Further, these whistleblowers allege that the FBI did not begin to examine the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop until after the 2020 presidential election -- potentially a year after the FBI obtained the laptop in December 2019.
And influence an election they did. Media Research Center conducted a poll of 1,750 voters in seven swing states and learned 
that, “One of every six Biden voters (17%) said they would not have voted for him had they known the facts about several of the news stories the national media refused to investigate thoroughly because they might have hurt his candidacy.”
Jesse Watters noted that the 2020 presidential election was decided by 44,000 votes in Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona. The FBI suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story would have been more than enough to account for this margin if the above survey was reflective of voter sentiment, demonstrating how the FBI interfered with and likely altered the outcome the election.
Not only did the FBI interfere directly, they also urged social media to do the same, the government suppressing the right to free speech by proxy. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg explained to Joe Rogan recently,
Speaking on an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Zuckerberg explained, "The FBI, I think, basically came to us -- some folks on our team -- and was like, 'Hey, just so you know, like, you should be on high alert… We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that, basically, there's about to be some kind of dump of that's similar to that. So just be vigilant.’"
Zuckerberg acknowledged that "the distribution on Facebook was decreased" of the New York Post’s story about Hunter Biden's laptop, noting, "fewer people saw it than would've otherwise."
The FBI had the laptop for almost a year and right before the election conveniently declared it Russian propaganda, a falsehood parroted by “51 former intelligence officials.” The FBI, and Big Tech under FBI encouragement, fabricated and spread Russian propaganda in 2016 when it could hurt the Republican candidate and suppressed and censored a real story in 2020 it when it could hurt the Democrat candidate. That certainly sounds like election interference.
The Mar-a-Lago raid is a shot across the bow for any GOP presidential candidates for 2024, Trump being the presumptive nominee at this point. Will the FBI ask the DoJ to indict Trump on nonsensical declassification accusations? While they gave candidate Hillary Clinton a pass despite her using an unsecured server and personal email account to traffic highly classified emails? The FBI is delivering a warning to Trump. Will Governor Ron DeSantis be the next one to have his home raided by the FBI?
We expect this type of behavior from the corporate media, academia, Hollywood, big finance, big pharma, big tech, and other Democrat party constituent groups, but not the FBI and other government agencies.
This is a true insurrection, not the nonsense “soon to be former” representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are bloviating over. And where are congressional Republicans? Most are voicing support for the FBI, ignoring this blatant subversion of democracy and the Constitution.
Perhaps most Republicans support the new FBI mission -- stopping Donald Trump at all costs, ignoring the weaponization of the federal government against political enemies. Will voters reward milquetoast Republicans, most of whom are no better than their Democrat colleagues across the aisle, or will many say “why vote Republican,” throwing up their hands on election day, not wasting time on meaningless elections? Such a strategy may not lead to an expected red wave.
Is a weaponized national police force something the Founding Fathers wrote into the Constitution? Or just another example of America sliding from a representative republic into a totalitarian state?

Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal with Russian Billionaire While Joe Biden Was VP
Hunter Biden reached a $40 million real estate deal in 2012 with Russian billionaire and wife of the former mayor of Moscow, Yelena Baturina, while President Joe Biden was vice president.
The massive deal is connected to a previously reported $3.5 million fee Baturina paid Hunter’s real estate entity to access the American business market, the Daily Mail reported Monday from documents obtained by an anti-corruption group, the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery.
The $40 million real estate deal was structured as a part of a pooled real estate fund to be allocated into long-term investments Hunter identified as profitable in the United States. Such investment vehicles are common among sophisticated investors and experienced fund managers. Due to the complexity of a fund’s transactions, the entity is often subject to stringent disclosures with government oversight agencies.

Hunter’s overall acquisition plan included acquiring seven office buildings throughout Texas, Colorado, Alabama, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with $52 million in cash and $160 million in leverage, the Daily Mail reported. Hunter’s real estate fund, Rosemont Realty, had apparently raised a total of $69.7 million to invest into 2.15 million square feet of office space.
Hunter’s firm put $15 million of its own money inside the fund. It is unknown where Hunter’s business firm attained such a large sum to invest within the complex investment scheme.
The $40 million Baturina invested into the fund reportedly flowed from a Swiss company she owned named Inteco Management AG, which is a plastics and construction giant that made Baturina a Russian oligarch and the richest woman in Russia in 2012, Forbes reported.
“Rosemont Realty has entered into property acquisition contracts for $212,580,000,” Hunter’s prospectus read, according to screenshots given to the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery via Baturina’s brother Kenes Rakishev, who is a connected Kazakh businessman and partner of Hunter’s.
In 2015, Rakishev was photographed with Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden at Cafe Milano in Washington, DC, one of the 17 instances Joe Biden has been involved in the Biden family business:
“The Managing Partnership will receive a total investment of $69,700,000 from the partners” a Russian translation of the prospectus read. “The Managing General Partner will invest at least $15,000,000 of share capital on the same terms as all partners in the Investment Partnership.”
The fresh reporting of a Biden family business venture during the time Joe Biden was vice president raises questions of whether or not Hunter was selling influence to the White House in order to obtain such a large amount of infused cash. Such complicated investment schemes are typically performed by experienced fund managers and with investors who feel comfortable with the fund managers’ experience and historic returns.
Two years after the real estate deal, in 2014, Baturina was living in the United Kingdom with her late husband Yuri Luzhkov, a one-time mayor of Moscow, who was accused of real estate corruption, Breitbart News reported:
Baturina and her husband immigrated to Great Britain in 2011 after Luzhkov was dismissed from public office by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as part of a public corruption probe. The former mayor, in particular, was accused of using his office to approve more than 20 real estate projects linked to Baturina’s business interests, according to the Homeland Security Committee.
Hunter received a $3.5 million wire transfer in 2014 from Baturina, according to a 2020 report by Senate Republicans, who revealed her involvement with Hunter was “a financial relationship,” though no further explanation of the payment to Hunter was given.
Hunter’s real estate venture was occurring while Hunter sat on the board of Burisma and reportedly collected $80,000 a month, while Joe Biden was vice president. It was cut in half after Joe Biden left office.

Chuck Grassley: FBI Has ‘Voluminous Evidence’ from Whistleblowers Against Biden Family
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possesses “voluminous evidence” from congressional whistleblowers against members of the Biden family business, according to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA).
The Justice Department has reportedly delayed its “final decision” on whether Hunter will be charged for alleged tax- and gun-related violations due to his drug abuse. Critics of the president’s family say Hunter’s altered mental state seemed to have no negative impact on his ability to sell access to President Joe Biden via business deals with Chinese and Ukrainian entities.

Hunter’s former business partner and whistleblower Tony Bobulinski “formed a sufficient basis to open a full field investigation on pay-to-play grounds; however, it is unclear whether the FBI did so and whether the information is part of the ongoing criminal investigation by U.S. Attorney Weiss,” Grassley wrote.

Grassley suspects former FBI agent Tim Thibault shut down an investigation into Hunter’s laptop, a separate case from the tax- and gun-related probe. Bobulinski personally met with President Joe Biden in 2017 for an hour to discuss “the Bidens’ family business plans with the Chinese.” Bobulinski confirmed “ten held by H for the big guy,” was in reference to a discussed plan for Hunter to hold equity on behalf of Joe Biden.
“The evidence within the FBI’s possession that I am referencing is included, in part, in a summary of Tony Bobulinski’s October 23, 2020, interview with FBI agents,” Grassley’s letter continues:
In that interview, Mr. Bobulinski stated that the arrangement Hunter Biden and James Biden created with foreign nationals connected to the communist Chinese government included assisting them with potential business deals and investments while Joe Biden was Vice President; however, that work remained intentionally uncompensated while Joe Biden was Vice President. After Joe Biden left the Vice Presidency, the summary makes clear that Hunter Biden and James Biden worked with CEFC and affiliated individuals to compensate them for that past work and the benefits they procured for CEFC.
Grassley has stated that CEFC, a now-defunct Chinese energy company close to the CCP, wired Hunter and James Biden’s firms $5 million in 2017. The Washington Post has admitted Hunter profited $4.8 million in retainer and consulting fees from CEFC through 2017 and 2018. Emails show that Hunter cut a key to an office for Joe and Jill Biden to facilitate their agreement with CEFC.
Grassley also detailed further evidence against Hunter regarding the Biden family’s business ventures in Ukraine, where Hunter sat on Burisma’s board and reportedly collected $80,000 a month while Joe Biden was vice president.
“The FBI has within its possession a series of documents relating to information on Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, and his business and financial associations with Hunter Biden,” Grassley wrote. “The documents in the FBI’s possession include specific details with respect to conversations by non-government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden.”
Overall, 17 instances show Joe Biden has been involved in his family’s business deals. Joe Biden and his staff have claimed seven times the president has had no part in the family business.
“I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Joe Biden claimed in 2019.
But in 2018, Joe Biden called Hunter and left a voicemail about a business deal with the Chinese energy company CEFC. The voicemail revealed the Biden family’s concern that sensitive information was included in a New York Times article about Hunter’s involvement with CEFC’s chairman Ye Jianming.

“Hey pal, it’s Dad. It’s 8:15 on Wednesday night. If you get a chance just give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to talk to you,” Joe Biden said. “I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good. I think you’re clear. And anyway if you get a chance give me a call. I love you,” the message concluded.
