COVID rapidly spreads in China as government eases strict quarantine rules
China’s lifting of Zero-COVID and the ongoing dangers of the pandemic
As the year 2022 draws to a close, a dangerous new stage of the COVID-19 pandemic has opened with the universal lifting of all measures that slow the spread of the coronavirus. Throughout the world, governments have decided to allow COVID-19 to spread entirely unchecked, infecting or reinfecting billions of people. This policy allows the virus to mutate and produce new and potentially more dangerous variants.
The global epicenter of the pandemic is now China, where the ruling Communist Party (CCP) has dismantled its Zero-COVID policy, which had kept China’s per capita infection and death rates the lowest of any major country. Since November 11, the CCP has ended lockdowns, mass testing, contact tracing, quarantine and isolation protocols, and every other public health measure.
On Monday, China’s National Health Commission (NHC) reclassified COVID-19 from a Class A to a Class B infectious disease starting on January 8, prompting the scrapping of all quarantine requirements for inbound travelers. This followed Sunday’s NHC announcement that they will no longer report COVID-19 infections, after last week adjusting their definition of a COVID-19 death, in a transparent effort to suppress all data on the spread of the pandemic.
The reversal of Zero-COVID in China has produced a wave of mass infection. A leaked report by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Deputy Director Sun Yang estimated that 248 million people were infected with COVID-19 across China during the first 20 days of December. The majority of China’s 1.4 billion people are expected to be infected over the next two months amid the Lunar New Year travel season.
Hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai and other major cities are collapsing under a massive influx of patients, morgues are suspending burial services, and hundreds, if not thousands, of people are believed to be dying at home every day. Social media posts by people suffering from Long COVID describe prolonged symptoms, including extreme fatigue, deep coughs, shortness of breath, difficulties concentrating and more.
Breaking his month-long silence on the disastrous spread of COVID throughout China, President Xi Jinping employed Orwellian double-speak at a press conference Monday, stating, “We should launch the patriotic health campaign in a more targeted way. … fortify a community line of defense for epidemic prevention and control, and effectively protect people’s lives, safety and health.”
In justifying the abandonment of Zero-COVID, CCP officials and the Chinese state media have repackaged all the lies and propaganda developed over the past year throughout the rest of the world, particularly in the United States. Referring to the Omicron variant as “mild,” they falsely claim that the current surge of infections will be their “COVID exit wave.” In the words of Zhong Nanshan, a doctor and spokesperson for the CCP’s COVID policy, China will return to “pre-epidemic conditions” by mid-2023.
Three recent articles published in the New York Times and Financial Times have stated that China appears to be striving for “herd immunity” through rapid mass infection. But the reality is that “herd immunity” is a mirage manufactured by far-right politicians and corrupt scientists in 2020 which has no scientific basis. The Chinese population is being forced to join the rest of the world in a horrific cycle of ongoing mass COVID infections and reinfections, which will cause compounding damage to the physical and economic health of society, with global ramifications.
The future confronting Chinese society can be seen in the United States and throughout the Northern Hemisphere, where the third winter of mass infection is now underway.
Despite the suppression of data over the past year, throughout December official COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations and deaths have climbed steadily in the US. According to more accurate wastewater sampling, COVID-19 is currently spreading at the third-highest rate of the entire pandemic, surpassed only by previous surges of Omicron subvariants last winter and spring.
Hospitalizations and deaths are increasingly impacting the elderly, with hospitalization rates among those 70 years and older now at the highest point since last winter. The seven-day average of daily new deaths now stands at 426, meaning that each week the number of Americans dying from COVID-19 is now equivalent to the death toll from the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Over 90 percent of these deaths are people over the age of 65.
Last week, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed that life expectancy in the US decreased for the second year in a row in 2021, by roughly 0.6 years, bringing the figure to 76.4 years, the lowest level since 1996. The pandemic thus amounts to a social retrogression of roughly a quarter-century. This is part of a global trend, in which life expectancy declined worldwide in 2020 and 2021 for the first time since World War II. Notably, the first two years of the pandemic saw life expectancy increase in China and surpass the US in 2021, a process now set to reverse.
Another recent study on excess deaths found that COVID-19 was among the leading causes of death in 2020 and the leading cause of death in 2021 globally, killing a combined 14.83 million people by the end of 2021.
Alongside and connected to the spread of COVID-19, unprecedented numbers of children are being hospitalized by the flu and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), in what has been termed a “tripledemic.” Across the US, Canada, Germany and other countries in North America and Europe, pediatric hospitals are at or above capacity and children are dying from these preventable diseases.
A growing body of research indicates that COVID-19 can substantially damage a patient’s immune system, through the depletion of naive T-cells, rendering them susceptible to more serious disease from other viral or bacterial infections. Many scientists and physicians have warned that the mass infection and reinfection of children and all of society is a primary factor behind the present surge of hospitalizations due to other respiratory viruses.
Finally, the immense societal impact of Long COVID is increasingly coming into focus. According to the latest data from the CDC, roughly 17.7 million Americans are presently experiencing Long COVID, of whom 23.1 percent report that this affliction causes “significant activity limitations.” The most significant study on COVID-19 reinfections, published in October, found that each reinfection greatly compounds one’s risk of Long COVID, a risk only slightly reduced by vaccination.
The growing volume of scientific data which prove the ongoing and alarming dangers of COVID-19 can only be covered up and suppressed with a continuous stream of lies and propaganda. In the United States, the White House, the corporate media and all official institutions peddle unending happy talk, speak of the pandemic in the past tense and denigrate the most basic public health measures.
Last week, White House COVID Response Coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha absurdly stated, “There is no study in the world that shows that masks work that well.” Media talking heads routinely compare COVID-19 to the flu and promote holiday shopping and travel. In August, US President Joe Biden declared, “the pandemic is over.” This propaganda has had an impact, with a recent Ipsos poll finding that only 30 percent of Americans still wear masks at least some of the time, down from 90 percent in December 2020 and 69 percent just one year ago.
The deliberate disarming of the global population to the dangers of the pandemic and promotion of unending mass infection—from China to the US, and everywhere in between—places society in great danger in the face of future variants.
The laws of viral evolution are objective and detached from baseless claims of governments that COVID-19 will gradually become less dangerous. At any point, a new variant could evolve that combines increased immune-resistance, transmissibility and virulence, producing an even greater global wave of infections and deaths.
In 2023, the international working class must draw the political and scientific lessons from the first three years of the pandemic, reject the lies of the capitalist ruling elites and their pliant media, and take up a global struggle to stop the spread of COVID-19 and massively expand public health in every country. The capitalist subordination of human life to profit and the accumulation of wealth must be ended.
Census: Foreign-Born Population Increases Across All 50 States in 2022
The foreign-born population grew across all 50 states and Washington, DC, this year, a result of the nation’s decades-long legal immigration levels, the latest United States Census Bureau figures show.
While the foreign-born population grew nationwide, California, Florida, and Texas saw the highest gains. California, which lost overall residents this year, added nearly 128,000 immigrants to its population.
Florida, the fastest-growing state in the nation, added more than 125,600 immigrants to its population, while Texas added almost 119,000 immigrants this year.
The South, with 128.7 million residents, was the fastest-growing region in the nation this year, fueled by 868,000 Americans moving to the area from other states and the arrival of almost 415,000 immigrants.
As Breitbart News reported, the U.S. population hit 333.3 million residents this year. More than 80 percent of that population growth is due to the nation’s legal immigration levels, where more than a million foreign nationals are given green cards each year and another million arrive on temporary work visas to take American jobs.
The process known as “chain migration,” wherein newly naturalized citizens can sponsor an unlimited number of foreign relatives for green cards, drives more than 70 percent of the nation’s legal immigration every year.
Without the continued flow of legal immigration to the U.S., the population would have stabilized naturally with about 245,000 new residents added.
Research conducted last year shows that the nation’s foreign-born population is projected to hit a record nearly 70 million by 2060 if current legal immigration levels go unreduced. Today’s foreign-born population, at 48 million, is already the largest number of immigrants ever recorded in American history.
The latest Rasmussen Reports survey finds that 69 percent of Americans want legal immigration levels reduced — including a plurality of 36 percent who want levels cut in at least half. Likewise, 57 percent of Americans want to end chain migration.

They are pretty well going to town with this "record cold" stuff, using it to portray Abbott as a heartless bastard, even though the bus trips were voluntary, the buses themselves were heated, and alternative seems to have been to let the migrants sleep in the streets of border cities such as ice-cold El Paso, which is what a lot of the 10,000 who rolled through that city this week, are doing.
(Note: Migrants have been reportedly crawling into the U.S. through the sewers in El Paso, which may explain why some are unvetted.)
Seems the press claims "compassion" for the migrants only if Greg Abbott puts them on a bus to some other city.
Never mind that with shelters full, and the domestic homeless populations being shut out of them, federal officials are doing the same thing, dropping off busloads of the incoming migrants in places like San Diego (which is the only warm spot in the country) now. News reports say that San Diego's shelters are now filled to the brim, too.
The whole approach is dishonest, because the migrants are coming in from Mexico, which is also experiencing record-cold temperatures. Whether the migrants stay in Mexico, cross illegally into El Paso, or volunteer to take a heated bus to Washington, D,C, they are going to be cold no matter what.
Let's once again look at what the temperatures are like in Mexico's border cities right now, checking Accuweather. As of this writing, we have:
Matamoros: 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
Nuevo Laredo: 43 degrees.
Juarez: 38 degrees.
Piedras Negras: 37 degrees.
Nogales (Mexican side): 43 degrees.
Accuweather notes a dramatic warmup in the past day. It should be noted that night time temperatures all drop dramatically by about 10 or 15 degrees.
Let's look at what these same temperatures were on Christmas eve, when the rage about Abbott was going strongest:

Juarez: 29 degrees.
Matamoros: 33 degrees.
Nuevo Laredo: 28 degrees.
So logically speaking, the migrants would be just as cold if they stayed in Mexico as they would if they crossed over illegally into the U.S. They might be more likely to get a free coat, a free meal, and a free bus right here, but that is the only difference.
Left unsaid is how it could be that migrants who can pay smugglers thousands of dollars to cross illegally into the states somehow not remember or have the resources to buy a coat. Coats are perfectly available for purchase in northern Mexico, and they aren't expensive there, so the failure to plan must be part of the belief that Uncle Sam will pay for everything when they get there. When I travel to a foreign country, I pay attention to what kind of clothing I will need and certainly don't expect my host country to pay for my hotel. The migrants? Not so much.
Which brings us to the real source of the problem: That Joe Biden has created this humanitarian crisis by inviting the migrants in through his policies, and creating great expectations for full care -- transport, food, warm clothing, medical care, education, and housing, all free of charge, with incoming illegal border crossers not even charged fees for seeking asylum. It's all free and who wouldn't take 'free'?
That's the root of the crisis and why we now see migrants sleeping on the streets of El Paso, being dumped by the Border Patrol at San Diego County bus stops, purchasing plane tickets in San Diego for flights out and waiting at the airport for the flights to resume, or transported by bus to Kamala Harris's mansion gate.
Biden invited them in, Biden tell the American people that this is all seasonal and spontaneous or else because global warming, and he fails to use the tools he's been given to only allow in those who have likely valid asylum cases, taking all comers instead, the vast majority of whom are looking for a better life, and a certain number of whom are criminals who can't get in the legal way.
Now we have a humanitarian crisis with the record cold, and Joe Biden's press minions are trying to blame those trying to call it to Joe Biden's attention. Biden can't even be bothered to visit the border, claiming as he has that he has "more important things." Tell that to the people freezing in the cold who were enticed by Joe to come on in.

Noem: Biden Is ‘Destroying Our Border’ to ‘Remake America’
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R) said Tuesday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends” that President Joe Biden is “destroying our border” on “purpose” to “remake” the country.
Noem said, “It’s not a governor’s job. It’s the federal government’s job to secure our border. Greg Abbott is doing what he needs to do down there, spending billions of dollars a year to secure the border because of the failure of the Biden Administration. So, you talk about them building a tent down there on the border. I think that that is just showing the agenda that the federal government has. This isn’t unexpected. This isn’t something that they didn’t foresee happening. This is on purpose. This is on purpose that they are destroying our border because they want to remake this country into something that is not built on the trust that our Founders gave people themselves. Listen, personal responsibility was something that our Founders wanted to give to the people of this country. They wanted them to be able to defend themselves, to make choices for their families, to be able to have liberty and freedom. They didn’t envision what Joe Biden wants for this country.”
She added, “The Biden administration is doing this on purpose. I think it’s time that the American people, whether you are Republican, Democrat, Independent or not even political that you, recognize that what this president is doing is trying to remake America.”

Most Americans Don’t Know How Bad the Border Crisis Is
Now we see what happens when the media ignore a story.
This week could mark the most consequential development on the U.S.-Mexico border since January 2021, when President Joe Biden essentially opened the nation’s doors to millions of illegal border crossers. Depending on how court fights turn out, Title 42, the Trump-era measure that allows the U.S. government to quickly return illegal crossers to Mexico on the grounds of preventing the spread of COVID, will likely soon expire. After that, officials expect a flood of illegal crossers, all coming into the United States confident that they, like hundreds of thousands before them just this year, will be allowed to stay.
The disaster will come on top of the Biden administration’s currently disastrous border policy. In fiscal year 2022, the period from Oct. 1, 2021 to Sept. 30, 2022, Border Patrol agents encountered a record number of migrants crossing illegally into the United States — 2,378,944. Add onto that the estimated 600,000 illegal crossers who got away without any contact with the Border Patrol, and that means close to 3 million border crossers in a single year. The two months since the beginning of the new fiscal year have seen crossings at an even higher rate. And that is before the Title 42 change.
Already, the numbers have risen to unheard-of levels. Recently the Border Patrol reported encountering 16,000 migrants in just 48 hours — 8,000 per day. Compare that to the assessment of Jeh Johnson, President Barack Obama’s head of homeland security, who once said that 1,000 encounters a day constituted a crisis. Now, there are predictions that post-Title 42 encounters might hit as many as 14,000 a day.
Cities and towns along the border have been overwhelmed since the Biden changes took place. Look at these figures from El Paso, Texas, in a story by the Washington Examiner’s Anna Giaritelli: “According to all the data that are publicly available from the city, the 678,000 residents of El Paso have seen 84,082 immigrants released into their town between August 22 and December 11.” That’s an extraordinary influx in the last few months, repeated in other U.S. communities along the border.
But perhaps just as extraordinary has been the decision by many major media organizations that what is happening on the border is no big deal. In particular, major television news networks, with the notable exception of Fox News, have virtually pretended that the crisis was not happening. Recently Fox’s Bill Melugin, who has covered the current crisis close-up since it began, was asked about coverage on the national networks. “I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve seen them down here in my 19 months of covering this,” Melugin said.
Now, we are seeing what happens when so many in the media ignore a story. A new Harvard-Harris poll shows that Americans have no idea how bad the crisis is. When asked how many illegal crossers are entering the United States, they grossly underestimate the number. They are, in short, in the dark about what is happening on the border.
The pollsters asked: “How many border crossings by illegal immigrants do you think are occurring each year?” They were then given several ranges of numbers to choose from. Now remember, the correct answer for fiscal year 2022 is nearly 3 million.
Sixteen percent guessed that less than 100,000 illegal border crossers entered the United States in a year. Another 21% estimated that somewhere between 100,000 and 250,000 entered the U.S. Another 18% guessed between 250,000 and 500,000. And then 20% guessed between 500,000 and 1 million.
After that, 12% estimated between 1 million and 2 million cross in a year. And then 6% said between 2 million and 3 million. Finally, 7% said the number was over 3 million.
Remember again that the correct answer is about 3 million. All told, 87% of those surveyed underestimated the number of illegal border crossers each year. Significant groups of Americans really underestimated the number — about one-third believed fewer than 250,000 crossers are coming each year, which is a remarkably uninformed opinion. More than half believe less than 500,000 are coming, another remarkably uninformed opinion.
How is it that so many people are so ignorant of what is happening? Might the answer have something to do with the fact that so many news organizations have ignored the problem? Ignore the story and you’ll have ignorant viewers.
The information deficit among so many Americans favors the Biden administration. If more people knew the true scope of the problem the president’s policies have created, then more would likely be concerned, and more would oppose the administration’s actions. Indeed, the Harvard-Harris pollsters, once they informed respondents of the correct answer, asked, “Given these numbers, should the administration continue its current policies or issue new, stricter policies to reduce the flow of people coming across the border?” Sixty-seven percent of those polled favored new, stricter policies, while just 33% wanted to continue current policies.
If more people knew what was happening, more people would demand change.
El Salvador’s Most Wanted was Illegal Alien Living in Virginia
Open borders have consequences.
Open borders have consequences: they feed votes to pro-illegal alien pols while creating havens for criminals. A recent update by ICE is a reminder of how bad the open borders crime crisis is.
Deportation officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington, D.C. field office arrested a Salvadoran fugitive, who is listed as one of El Salvador’s top 100 most wanted criminals. ERO Washington D.C. apprehended Herberth Bonilla-Garcia, 40, during a targeted operation in Manassas, Virginia Dec. 1.
Bonilla-Garcia previously entered the U.S. at least twice on an unknown date, at an unknown location without, and without having been admitted or paroled by a designated immigration official. He was previously removed from the U.S. in both 2006 and 2012.
So much for those removals. When there’s no border security, removals are meaningless. Anyone with the funds and resources to try again can get back into America.
This cat-and-mouse chase with foreign criminals is aided and abetted by pro-crime sanctuary cities and states.
ERO Los Angeles Officers apprehended Luciano Trejo-Dominguez, 31, during a targeted enforcement operation in the city of Santa Ana, California. A Newark, New Jersey immigration judge ordered Trejo, one of ICE’s 10 most wanted fugitives, removed on October 5, 2021.
Trejo is also the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the sheriff’s office in Bridgeton, New Jersey, for failure to appear related to an aggravated sexual assault offense involving a victim 13 to 15 years old.
Trejo originally came to ERO’s attention in Aug. 2018, while he was incarcerated for contempt of court in the Cumberland County Jail in Portland, Maine.
ERO encountered Trejo again in 2019 while he was in the Vineland Police Department’s custody for assault. Following his release from the Vineland Police Department’s custody, he was taken into ICE custody. He was later granted an immigration bond and released from ICE custody. An immigration detainer was issued for Trejo again Aug. 13, 2019, following his arrest the previous day by Vineland Police Department for aggravated sexual assault. That detainer was not honored.
Trejo was returned to his home country of Mexico Dec. 9.
Will he be back? Almost as certain as Arnold Schwartzenegger will do another ad incorporating one of his catchphrases. And Americans will go on paying the price for the demographic transformation of America.

Bottom line, all of these new services for illegal border crossers are bonanzas, not just for the NGOs who benefit, they are benefits for human smuggling rackets, who can now advertise these wares as part of their illegal alien benefit packages and use the news of them to draw more business. Biden is helping that bunch ultimately with these free-hotel contracts even Americans in distress don't get. Cartels will use this incentive to drum up more business.
EXCLUSIVE: 1100 Migrants Cross West Texas Border in Five Hours
Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 1,100 migrants during a five-hour period Tuesday morning. The apprehensions took place in a small section of the border south of Eagle Pass. Agents apprehended more than 400 in a single group.
Between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Tuesday morning, agents apprehended approximately 1,000 migrants who crossed the border from Piedras Negras, Mexico, into the U.S., according to a source operating under the umbrella of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The source reported the largest group to be more than 400 migrants who crossed at the same time.

In addition, agents apprehended more than 200 migrants in a single group further north but still on the south side of Eagle Pass.
The source said the migrants consisted mainly of Cuban migrants. The groups also included migrants from Ecuador and Nicaragua.
Human smugglers use the large migrant group tactic to tie up Border Patrol resources for hours. This enables them to move drugs and other high-value human cargo” across the border with less chance of being apprehended. The large groups who crossed in the overnight hours this morning caused agents to remain on duty for nearly 12 hours, the source stated. Other resources had to be called in early.
The Del Rio Sector leads the nation in large migrant group apprehensions, Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens previously tweeted.
During the first two months of Fiscal Year 23, Del Rio Sector agents apprehended more than 90,000 migrants, according to the November Southwest Land Border Encounters report published by U.S. Customs and Border Protection Report late on the Friday night before Christmas. This is second only to the El Paso Sector where agents apprehended more than 106,000 migrants during this period.

Cartel Gunmen Brag on Social Media Showing Cocaine-Filled Airplanes
Cartel members are flaunting their activities on social media to offer insights into their world. On Christmas, a short video clip from inside a cockpit appears to show a small plane flying through Mexico.
The video shows the inside of a small propeller plane where the passengers present three rifles and then pan the camera out a window. A narco-song called Linea Directa plays in the background.
In the social media post, cartel members added the word “Mayiza,” referencing the Sinaloa Cartel faction led by Ismael “El Mayo Zambada. A date for the recording is unclear.
On December 5, Mexican military forces seized a cocaine shipment flown into the Mazatlan International Airport, Sinaloa Hoy reported. The traffickers used a Cessna-type craft to move the drugs presumably from Puerto Vallarta to Mazatlan. Though authorities seized 10 packages of cocaine, they did not make any arrests.
The Sinaloa Cartel has a long history of using small planes to move drugs from Central and South America into and around Mexico. The main product is usually cocaine. Late last month, cartel gunmen shared videos where small planes could be seen at clandestine airstrips in Mexico.

Kamala Harris received a Christmas gift from the great state of Texas. As the clock struck midnight, and December 24th became December 25th, Kamala Harris looked outside her window, encountering three busloads of illegals. Based on Harris’ record as the “border czar” for Joe Biden, and her statements on illegal immigration, she should be very happy that the illegals were brought close to home. For Kamala, this was a magical Christmas indeed!
The New York Post reports, “About 110 to 130 men, women, and children were let off near the Naval Observatory in temperatures that hovered around 15 degrees on Saturday night, Christmas Eve.” Of course, the Naval Observatory is the residence of the Vice President. If the illegals were suffering from the cold weather, why didn’t the Vice President let them into her home? How immoral. Soon, the charlatan media will say that Governor Greg Abbott is such a horrible person for playing politics with the lives of illegals. However, the one at fault is Kamala Harris. Harris and Joe Biden are directly responsible for the argosy of illegals that are pouring through our southern border, and yet they keep saying that our border is “secure.”
Then came the attacks. “White House spokesman Abdullah Hasan called the bus drop-offs a “cruel, dangerous, and shameful stunt.” A stunt? Where was the White House when the illegals started crossing the Rio Grande into Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and other states? Of course, the White House was very quiet. Since Biden and Harris don’t live in any of the border states, then illegal immigration is not a problem. Remember when Florida governor Ron DeSantis sent 50 illegals to the utopian paradise of Martha’s Vineyard? The liberal Karens began to cry and complain about how immoral DeSantis is. Yet, no one ever hears them complain when thousands of illegals show up out of the blue in Texas. All of a sudden, crime goes up. I wonder why.
Harris has yet to comment on the matter. Yet, one can suspect she will start saying contumacious things about Governor Abbott and how “racist” he is. Indeed, this is how the Left operates. If you disagree with them, you’re a misogynistic, transphobic, xenophobic, racist bigot. The migrants who were dropped at Kamala’s home were mainly from South and Central America. The trip took two days from Texas to Washington D.C. This marks the second time Greg Abbott has sent illegals to the VP’s home. In September, Abbott had sent two busloads of illegal migrants to Harris’ home and continued to do that through the Fall. Moreover, as pressure mounts to end Title 42, illegal immigration will only get worse, jeopardizing the lives of Americans. Recently, Abbott sent a letter to Joe Biden stating, “This terrible crisis for border communities in Texas is a catastrophe of your own making.” Indeed, this is true. Under President Trump’s policies, we had a secure border, we were a sovereign nation. Now, under Joe Biden, we have become a sanctuary country, housing illegals, and treating them better than our own citizens. As a result, crime has soared, and Americans have felt financial burdens, in the name of “morality.”
All in all, the United States is no longer a sovereign country. We defend other nations’ borders, yet we refuse to defend our own. The impact this has on American lives is devastating. There is a fentanyl crisis and soaring crime. Harris and Biden are at fault for the mess our country is in. They say the border is “secure” and they call us conspiracy theorists. However, the moment you send a couple of illegals near their homes, they cry wolf and complain about how “immoral” Republicans are. In the end, their only trait is being immoral.

Poll Shows Media, Politicians Hide Migration Numbers from Americans
Public opposition to President Joe Biden’s lax border policies surges when voters discover the huge scale of the economic migration, according to polling data from a December survey by Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll.
The poll asked 1,851 registered voters:
Over 2.75 million came into the United States illegally over a twelve-month period ending September 2022, more than 1 million more immigrants the previous 12 month period. Given these numbers, should the administration continue its current policies or issue new, stricter policies to reduce the flow of people coming across the border?
In response, 81 percent of Republicans and 68 percent of swing-voting independents called for stricter policies.
Just one-third of all voters were content with current lax border policies once they learned the real numbers, according to the poll
A prior question showed just 56 percent of independents disapproved of Biden’s lax policies.
The problem and opportunity for Republicans is that the establishment media hides the scale of Biden’s migration, as well as the pocketbook impacts on American families. Establishment media outlets also refuse to sum up the annual inflow of legal and illegal migrants and instead prefer to treat illegal migration as a non-economic issue of civil rights or of law and order.
The poll also showed that the public — including Republicans — grossly underestimate the scale of migration.
In 2022, Biden’s deputies allowed almost two million southern migrants to enter the country alongside more than one million legal immigrants and visa workers. The total 2022 inflow of more than three million was close to the number of 3.6 million births in 2021.
But the Harvard/Harris poll showed that 67 percent of Republicans and 87 percent of Democrats thought the southern inflow in 2022 was less than a million people. In fact, a third of Republicans and a quarter of Democrats thought the inflow was less than 250,000.
Harvard CAPS/Harris PollThe public’s misunderstanding is expected because many establishment media outlets hide the numbers, usually by saying that Biden is allowing only “thousands” of migrants to cross — not “hundreds of thousands” or “millions.”
For example, Politico.com reported in December that “Over the last month, thousands of migrants have crossed into the U.S. at the Texas border ahead of the expiration of Title 42.” But in late December, Bidens’ deputies quietly admitted that 230,740 migrants were registered crossing the border during November. Officials allowed 166,756 to stay and get jobs and homes in the United States.
In November, the New York Times reported that “in recent months, the United States had allowed thousands of Venezuelans to enter the country and ask for asylum.” But that language downplayed the huge number of Venezuelan migrants — even though the federal government shows that 85,000 Venezuelans entered during the prior five months.
“It certainly seems that the corporate media is largely on board with trying to obscure the extent of the problem,” said Robert Law, director of the Center of Homeland Security and Immigration at the America First Policy Institute:
We have a government and a lot of special interest groups go out of their way to obscure it, to hide what the real levels are by talking about the problem in the abstract. That just allows people to reach their own conclusions, and they tend to low-ball the numbers compared to reality ….
The [media] people who write [immigration] articles are well aware of the outrage that would actually happen if it was quantified properly.
However, both Republicans and Democrats also try to minimize the scale and impact of the migration.
Both parties rely heavily on donors who support the continued importation of more wage-cutting workers, revenue-boosting consumers, and rent0-spiking renters.

The GOP’s avoidance was spotlighted by a December 21 press conference where six Republican senators complained about the civic impact of illegal migration — but said nothing about the pocketbook damage to Americans.
“We’re going to continue to see terrorists come across our border, criminals come across our border, drugs come across our border, more Americans are going to die,” Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) said at the event. “I’m from an immigration state — we like legal immigration,” he added.
Throughout 2021 and the 2022 election, nearly all Republican politicians declined to mention the pocketbook damage of migration, despite promising polling data.
Biden’s massive inflow of at least three million migrants is far above what Americans want.
An April 2021 poll by the pro-migration CATO Institute showed that almost half of Americans want just less than 100,000 migrants per year. Another 42 percent favored somewhere between 500,000 and one million migrants per year.
In fact, the current inflow is so great that 52 percent of independents, 72 percent of Republicans, and even 41 percent of Democrats say Biden is “creating an open border [not] just trying to enforce immigration laws more humanely.”
A poll in July showed that many Americans view Biden’s migration as an invasion. Breitbart News reported:
Almost half of Hispanics, blacks, and Asians believe President Joe Biden’s global invite has created an “invasion” of migrants, says a July poll by Ipsos.
The shocking result shows the breadth of public opposition in the poll, which also showed 54 percent of all Americans describe Biden’s migration as an “invasion.
The “invasion” view is mainstream: 58 percent of white Americans — and 40 percent of Democrats — say Biden’s global invite is an invasion, according to data released on August 19 by Ipsos.
The public thinks Biden’s inflow is also boosting drug smuggling, the Harvard Harris poll showed. Seventy-seven percent of Republicans and 60 percent of independents say that “the Biden border policies are increasing the flow of drugs and crime to the United States.”
The inflow has forced down Americans’ wages and boosted rents and housing prices. The influx has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and has reduced native-born Americans’ clout in local and national elections.
The federal government’s supply of imported wage-cutting workers has also shifted job-creating investment away from heartland states and towards wealthy coastal states, such as Florida, California, New York, and Texas.
Biden Condemns Greg Abbott’s Migrant Buses to Kamala Harris’s Home: ‘Cruel, Dangerous, and Shameful Stunt’
President Joe Biden’s White House is condemning Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) sending migrant buses to Vice President Kamala Harris’ Washington, DC residence on Christmas Eve in freezing temperatures.
As Breitbart News reported, Abbott sent three buses filled with roughly 130 border crossers to Harris’s D.C. residence, the Naval Observatory, on Christmas Eve when temperatures ranged from seven degrees to 22 degrees.
Abdullah Hasan, a spokesman for Biden’s White House, released a statement condemning the migrant buses and suggesting that Abbott put the border crossers in harm’s way.
“Governor Abbott abandoned children on the side of the road in below-freezing temperatures on Christmas Eve without coordinating with any federal or local authorities,” Hasan said. “This was a cruel, dangerous and shameful stunt.”
Biden’s condemning Abbott’s migrant buses comes as his administration has released over a million border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States interior since taking office.
From February 2021 to October 2022, estimates indicate that the Biden administration has released some 1.4 million border crossers and illegal aliens American towns and cities — leaving all to deal with the immense social, economic, and cultural costs of illegal immigration.
Recently published data reveals that border crossers and illegal aliens, released into the U.S. interior by the Biden administration, have arrived in all 50 states over the last nearly two years.
Annually, illegal immigration costs American taxpayers more than $143 billion.
