According to a source within CBP, nearly 1,000 mostly Venezuelan migrants living in a makeshift encampment in Juarez surged across the border into El Paso Wednesday night. The migrants were camped out and waiting for an end to CDC Title 42 COVID-19 expulsions. The source says more than 900 are currently being held in Border Patrol processing facilities.
The source, not authorized to speak to media, told Breitbart Texas the chaos began when the migrants received word about a U.S. District Court ruling that ended the practice of expelling certain migrants under the CDC authority. Although the ruling did order the Biden Administration to abandon the practice, the same judge later amended his Tuesday order on Wednesday, granting the government’s request for a stay until December 21, 2022.
The source says the fate of the more than 900 migrants is not known as the current agreement with Mexico to receive the Venezuelan migrants under Title 42 is capped at 200 per day locally. As reported exclusively by Breitbart Texas, the agreement allows for the return of up to 1,000 Venezuelan migrants at five specific locations across the southern border, including El Paso. The source believes many in the group will achieve their goal of release.
The discontinuance of the use of Title 42 carries the potential for devastating consequences at the southern border as other policies and legal mechanisms to quickly remove migrants from the country are no longer available.
The region has been hard hit by the migrant crossings in recent months, resulting in the El Paso Sector taking the top spot for border crossings in October. The sector jumped ahead of the Rio Grande Valley and Del Rio Sectors with approximately 53,000 migrant arrests during the month, up from 14,000 in October 2021.
The City of El Paso awaits a $6 million reimbursement from FEMA for expenses to provide shelter, food, and transportation to the migrants.
The source believes local non-government shelters and a county government migrant facility will be left to care for many of the migrants that were arrested Wednesday night if Mexico does not agree to their return.

Texas to Use ‘Every Available Strategy’ to Repel Migrants Crossing Border, Says Governor Randy Clark/Breitbart Texas 4:03
Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordered state police and military forces to use “every available strategy” to repel migrants illegally crossing the border. The governor also ordered protection from “an invasion of the southern border.”
“Until Congress acts or the Biden Administration does its constitutionally required job, Texas Guardsmen and Troopers must bear the burden of securing the border,” Abbott wrote in a letter to the commanders of the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Military Department. “You must continue to keep Texans and Americans safe and protect against an invasion of the southern border. I order you to use all resources and tools available to repel immigrants from attempting to cross illegally, arrest those who cross illegally and return them to the border, and arrest criminals who violate Texas law.”
The governor called on the agencies involved in Operation Lone Star, the state’s border security and illegal immigration initiative, “defend Texas against what amounts to an invasion of America’s southern border,” a statement from the Office of the Texas Governor reads.
“Amid the Biden Administration’s ongoing failure to secure the border, DPS troopers and Texas National Guard soldiers, through Operation Lone Star, have repelled and turned back historic numbers of immigrants trying to cross the border illegally, arrested dangerous transnational criminals and criminal trespassers, and seized enough deadly fentanyl to kill every man, woman, and child in the nation,” the governor’s office stated.
Abbott also wrote a letter to Texas county judges explaining his recent executive order when invoked the invasion clauses of the U.S. and Texas Constitutions.
“Just two years ago, we had the fewest illegal crossings in decades,” Abbott wrote. “This past year under President Biden, an all-time record was set for the number of immigrants crossing the border illegally.”
“In my Executive Order GA-41, I invoked the Invasion Clauses of Article I, § 10 of the U.S. Constitution and Article IV, § 7 of the Texas Constitution to fully authorize Texas to take unprecedented measures to fight back against the invasion at our border,” he added.
The governor’s order calls for additional resources for counties “to increase their efforts to respond to the border invasion.”
In a letter to DPS Director, Colonel Steve McCraw and Texas Military Department Adjutant General, Major General Thomas M. Suelzer, the Texas governor wrote:
You have an essential assignment: Use every available tool and strategy to fight back against the unprecedented invasion that Texas is seeing at our border. Until Congress acts or the Biden Administration does its constitutionally required job, Texas Guardsmen and Troopers must bear the burden of securing the border. You must continue to keep Texans and Americans safe and protect against an invasion of the southern border. I order you to use all resources and tools available to repel immigrants from attempting to cross illegally, arrest those who cross illegally and return them to the border, and arrest criminals who violate Texas law.
Abbott also called on Congress to pass legislation to protect Texas law enforcement officers and National Guard soldiers and airmen from federal criminal prosecution “for protecting Texas against illegal entry between the ports of entry.”
Finally, Governor Abbott called upon Congress to begin impeachment proceedings against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and other “federal officials who have not faithfully executed the nation’s immigration laws.”

Chuck Schumer has apparently had an epiphany — without serfs, there can be no lord.
Yesterday, the re-elected Senate leader addressed a crowd of reporters, and recognized a serious issue plaguing America, “Now more than ever, we’re short of workers. ”
But don’t fret, the fearless leader has a solution: fill the void with foreign-born invaders, and grant them citizenship.
Citing the shortage, Schumer announced his party’s reinvigorated support for amnesty and citizenship for the illegal populations currently within our (fluid) borders — amnesty because these aliens are criminals for already having already violated America’s laws, and citizenship so they can officially become tax slaves, and of course, vote Democrat. In fact, disdain for the American identity and zero desire to assimilate is a bonus.

Democrats Plot Corporate-Backed DACA Amnesty in Lame Duck Congress: Illegal Aliens ‘Deserve Nothing Less’ 3:42
Senate Democrats are urging 10 Senate Republicans to join them in passing an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, enrolled and eligible for former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, in the lame-duck Congress.
During a press conference on Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) joined Sens. Dick Durbin (D-IL), Alex Padilla (D-CA), and Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) in calling on 10 Senate Republicans to join them in supporting the DREAM Act.
“We know that it’s important that we pass the DREAM Act in December of this year … when we return from Thanksgiving,because if the House moves as we think it might, politically, it becomes increasingly difficult after the first of next year to take up this issue,” Durbin said.
The plan would give amnesty to 3.3 million illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for Obama’s DACA program, providing them with green cards to remain permanently in the United States and, eventually, gain naturalized American citizenship.
Schumer suggested that the amnesty is necessary to provide businesses with a constant flow of foreign workers to hire as well as replenish lagging native-born American birth rates.
“We’re short of workers, we have a population that is not reproducing on its own at the same level that it used to,” Schumer said. “The only way we’re going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants, the DREAMers, and all of them.”
As Breitbart News reported in 2017, the amnesty would open a surge of chain migration — where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. — ranging from 10 million to 19 million foreign nationals.
Likewise, such an amnesty would cost American taxpayers at least $115 billion by opening Obamacare rolls to newly legalized illegal aliens.
“DREAMers deserve nothing less,” Padilla said. “It is not right that they live year after year, in fear of deportation, after all they have done to make our nation greater.”
Schumer also said the Democrats’ “ultimate goal” is to provide amnesty to all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living across the U.S.
“We will not stop fighting until we get a fix for DACA, a pathway to citizenship for DREAMers, and a pathway to citizenship for all undocumented,” he said.
For years, Durbin and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have been introducing the DREAM Act despite lacking enough support in the Senate to get the amnesty passed. The amnesty enjoys broad support from multinational corporations and the donor class,who are hoping to inflate the U.S. labor market, increase the number of consumers, drive up housing prices, and keep wages at a relatively low level.
Last year, executives with Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce , among others, lobbied House and Senate Republicans to back Durbin and Graham’s DREAM Act. Likewise, the Koch network has long asked Republicans to get behind the amnesty.
As Breitbart News reported, from 2012 to 2018, more than 53,000 illegal aliens were awarded DACA despite having prior arrest records, including for crimes like murder, kidnapping, rape, child pornography, and sex crimes.

Mexico features Philadelphia blue-city drug chaos in public service ad as a warning of 'what not to do'
Once upon a time, Mexico admired the United States so much it named itself after us and modeled its constitution on that of the U.S: The official name of Mexico is still the United Mexican States.
Today? Not so much. The U.S. under one-party leftist rule is now a cautionary tale of 'what not to do,' and being featured in Mexican government public service ads.
According to the Daily Mail :
The Mexican government is using video of homeless people and open-air drug users in Philadelphia's troubled Kensington neighborhood in a national ad campaign to try to scare young people away from drugs.
Jesús RamÃrez, the spokesman for Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, proudly presented the ad series Tuesday, saying the campaign 'seeks to inform young people of the damage caused to health by the consumption of chemical drugs.'
RamÃrez did not respond to repeated requests for comment as to where the government got the Philadelphia videos or why they used them in ads aimed at a Mexican audience.

So in other words, the Mexicans are seeing what we see and what Democrats don't see, which is that Democrat one-party blue rule in big cities creates chaotic drug-addicted dumps.
They don't want that for Mexico, any more than east Asian countries such as China, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore do, swiftly executing drug dealers to make sure their countries don't become drug hellholes. Mexico instead is using U.S. failure to enforce its drug and vagrancy laws as a cautionary tale -- which might just tamp down open-border immigration as a side effect.
Which is sorry stuff, the U.S. being held up internationally as an example of failure, a warning of what not to do, just as Venezuela is held up as an example of the effects of one-party-state socialism. We expect this kind of thing with Venezuela. It's pretty significant that now we're the example of what-not-to-do, a monstrous cautionary tale of the failure of Democrat one-party rule.
A Fox News commentator named Jennifer Stefano of the Philadelphia Inquirer blames Mexico itself for its role in allowing cartels to let fentanyl across the open U.S. border, and after that improbably claims the war on drugs is behind the Philly chaos as a result, strangely claiming that the U.S. jails drug users instead of puts them into treatment -- even as the video itself offers concrete evidence that actually, nobody's being busted, drugs are effectively legal in Philly. After that, she goes on to talk about Soros-funded district attorneys who don't bother to enforce drug laws -- which is exactly what she wants, which is to drop the war on drugs. Yes, that's what Soros D.A.s are doing. The whole thing is emblematic of the fact that few understand in Philly what is going on, which is one reason why they can't do anything about it.
But in Mexico, the video speaks for itself. Philly is run by leftists. The result of that one-party rule is a dump.
We already have indicators that the ads may resonate. Hispanic voters, many of whom have recent and ongoing ties to Mexico, have moved sharply toward the GOP in recent elections. Many of the reasons cited have been wokester education, jobs, inflation, kitchen table concerns. But drugs and crime are likely a very big one -- and these ads being run in Mexico are being done because the public is receptive to such a message. The Mexican public is completely disgusted and repelled by such activity and same as the citizens of Singapore and elsewhere, doesn't want that chaos and disorder imported into their country.
So now we have America as a beacon not of liberty and prosperity, but of what-not-to-do. Seems our prosperity and freedom are no longer a sign of our country, our social decay and chaos now are. And this is not like the old Soviet propaganda which was largely made up of lies -- all of the scenes in Philadelphia are perfectly true.
Call that progressivism in action. What a hell of a transformation that is. Leftists who have turned these cities in hellholes and now have become an international cautionary beacon to the world can now stand up and take a bow.

A group of cartel gunmen tried to hang a man from a highway overpass in the Mexican border state of Nuevo Leon. The attempt failed and the cartel members left the tied-up body at the scene. The hanging of bodies is a common tactic used by drug cartels in order to inspire fear in their rivals.
The incident took place Friday morning along the highway that connects the Monterrey metropolitan area with the border city of Nuevo Laredo. Authorities initially received a call regarding a man hanging from a highway overpass near the city limits between the towns of Cienega de Flores and Salinas Victoria.
Authorities claim the victim was not hanging from the overpass but had been placed in a grassy area next to the overpass. It remains unclear if the gunmen did hang the body and it was later moved.
The victim had his hands and feet tied up and appeared to have had his pants pulled down; additionally, his pink shirt had been pulled over his head. Authorities have not publicly identified the victim nor revealed which criminal organization is responsible for the crime.
The gruesome crime scene comes as the Sinaloa Cartel is fighting with other groups, including the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas and some independent groups, for control of the local distribution of drugs as well as control of lucrative drug corridors to the Texas border, Breitbart Texas reported . Leaked Mexican Army Report Unveils Cartel Drug Routes to Arizona, California Breitbart Texas / Cartel Chronicles 3:24
A recently leaked Mexican military report courtesy of hacktivists revealed the routes cartels use to reach Arizona and California.
The documents show land, rail, air, and sea routes used primarily by the Sinaloa Cartel to move large quantities of drugs. In October, hacktivists called Guacamaya managed to break into the servers of Mexico’s Army and steal a large trove of documents . Those data revealed key issues that Mexico’s government has tried to keep hidden from public view.
According to some of the documents first reported by Infobae , cartels in Sonora and Baja California use four federal and two state highways to run tractor-trailers loaded with hidden drug loads:
-Federal Highway 2, which runs from Agua Prieta, Sonora to Mexicali, Baja California.
-Federal Highway 8, which runs from Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) to Sonoyta, Sonora.
-Federal Highway 7, which runs from Hermosillo to Agua Prieta, Sonora.
-State Highway 3, which runs from Miguel Aleman to Puerto Libertad, Sonora.
-State Highway 37, which runs from Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) to San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora.
The documents revealed there are several military checkpoints along those routes. However, according to Sonoran journalist Jesus Alberto Ibarra, the checkpoints do little to stop any trafficking.
Another mode of transporting drugs is through train routes which connect throughout Sonora to border cities.
The third mode of transportation is a mix of commercial airlines and private planes using clandestine landing strips.
Most of the clandestine air routes start from Topolobampo, Sinaloa. From there, small planes take routes to Puerto Penasco or Delicias, Baja California.

Biden's Deathly Presidency

For four years under President Trump, America enjoyed peace, security, and unparalleled prosperity. Trump's presidency was a historic era of good times in which we began to regain faith in the American Dream. Now we have the nightmare, and the death and destruction that go with it.
Yes, the Trump Era was prosperous, with historically low unemployment rates, low inflation, energy independence, and rising wages. But aside from that, the most important thing about Trump's presidency was the fact that Americans were secure, as they had not been under Obama and certainly are not under Biden. Under Trump, America was in so many senses vibrant and "alive" with pride in our country and hope for its future.
Now we have regular mass shootings in which citizens disarmed by the State have no way to defend themselves. Overseas, we have a war in Ukraine, the threat of a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, and Iran developing nuclear weapons with the encouragement of the Biden administration. The common thread is death and the fear that goes with it. And this does not even include Biden's aggressive defense of abortion on demand.
Under President Trump, I lived without fear. I knew that Trump supported my right to defend my home and that he supported the police who defended me as well. Just having the president and his administration on my side made me breathe easier. America was moving in the right direction, as was confirmed by every opinion poll during Trump's time in office before COVID was unleashed.
Long-term death rates are more a matter of demographics than policy, and they have been rising ever since Obama took office in 2008. But murder rates, deaths in war and civil unrest, drug overdose deaths, and accidental deaths are attributable to policy, and they have been rising under Biden, even during his short time in office. Under Biden, the U.S. murder rate, which had been declining under President Trump, is the highest in 25 years. According to former N.Y. police commissioner Howard Safir, the spike in violence is partly attributable to lack of support for police and soft-on-crime prosecutors. And it is Biden, with his anti-police rhetoric and refusal to prosecute (as in the case of those picketing Justice Kavanaugh's home), who is responsible for this climate of anarchy.
Now I plan my trips carefully, avoid eye contact with strangers, and carry only a driver's license and credit card. I drive inconspicuously as well, given the explosion of road rage incidents.
The most galling thing is that Biden never says a word about the victims of crime unless he can twist the incident into an anti-gun lecture, and he takes no action to protect anyone, especially law-abiding citizens in middle-class neighborhoods like my own. In this and so many other ways, he seems on the side of those who wish to destroy us. It's no accident that murder rates are spiraling at home and war is breaking out overseas. Both are a response to Biden's weakness, and death is the consequence.
I fear there will be more death ahead. I expect an invasion in Taiwan, Moldova, or Finland, and new outbreaks of violence in the Middle East involving either Iran or its surrogates. The incomprehensible Iran deal, which Biden is pushing, would "make Biden 'the biggest funder of terrorism in the world,'" according to Rep. Jim Banks. "Terrorism" is not just a derogatory word; it is the act of murdering innocent human beings, including women and children. Hasn't that fact entered into Biden's Iran deal calculations?
Biden's weakness has emboldened our enemies, and their actions pose a threat to our security. This is the way major wars begin. They can be prevented only by the projection of force of the kind we saw under President Trump, and Biden projects about as much force as a lady's fan. His weakness will get us into another war, and our young men and women will die in that war. There is death hanging over us, and Biden seems oblivious, fumbling with his note cards to find some kind of answer.
There is a new national mood in America unlike anything I've seen since the 1960s: a sense of foreboding and caution based on the very real threat of violence and collapse. There are more threats to our country, including the wealth destruction of inflation, to which Biden simply rolls his eyes, chuckles, and whispers some idiotic riposte. There are more criminal gangs, and Biden just welcomes more in. There is more road rage, more random shooting, more felons out on no bond/low bond. And there is a callous and brutal disregard for the lives of the unborn.
In response to the mounting violence, Biden seems remote, fuddling with his microphone like a man slipping into dementia, and those around him seem inept, if not callous, including his new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, who is said to have "frequently stumbled" during her first weeks. A president who is weak and advisers who are incompetent and anti-American to boot — that is a recipe for disaster, and disaster will end, as it always does, in poverty, destruction, and death.
There are bullies in the world who watched as Biden stumbled out of Afghanistan, and bullies don't have much respect for doddering fools who just want to survive a four-year term and leave a mess for someone else to clean up.
As a citizen, it is difficult to watch my country besieged by violence. Biden's presidency has been deadly in every respect: turning off economic growth and imposing environmental restrictions, proposing inflation-adjusted cuts in national defense while paying off student loans, and putting citizens at risk with his anti-police rhetoric.
There is little chance of a second Biden term, but just another two and a half years is painful to imagine. How many thousands will lose their lives because of one incompetent and wrong-headed leader? How far will America go into danger and destruction? And how much more difficult will it be for our next president, Trump or a Trump lookalike, to repair the damage and Make America Safe Again?

Their unpopular “Any Willing Worker” plan would have allowed U.S. employers to easily import low-wage employees from central and south America. It was derailed following the 9/11 attack.
