GLORIA MOLINA and the Building of the LA RAZA SUPREMACY WELFARE STATE in Mex-occupied Los Angeles

LA RAZA SUPREMACIST GLORIA MOLINA TURNED LOS ANGELES COUNTY INTO MEXICO’S WELFARE OFFICE.

L.A. COUNTY ALONE PUTS OUT MORE THAN ONE BILLION PER YEAR FOR MEXICO’S ANCHOR BABY BREEDERS FOR WELFARE PROGRAM.

NOT A SINGLE AMERICAN (LEGAL) VOTED TO EXPAND MEXICO’S LA RAZA ANCHOR BABY BREEDERS FOR WELFARE PROGRAM… BUT SOME, ALONG WITH HORDES OF ILLEGALS, VOTED FOR LA RAZA MOLINA, A VIRULENTLY RACIST LA RAZA SUPREMACIST.
SHE’S BACKED BY MEXICO, THE LA RAZA SUPREMACY FASCIST MOVEMENT, LA RAZA SUPREMACIST BARBARA “BRIBES” BOXER, LA RAZA FASCIST ANTONIO “TACO RUNT” VILLARAIGOSA, AND LA RAZA FASCIST GIL CEDILLO….

Study Shows 25 Percent Of L.A.'s Welfare Goes To Illegal Aliens
Supervisor says county spends more than $1 billion a year on benefits to illegals. According to new data from the Department of Public Social Services, nearly twenty five percent of Los Angeles County Â’s welfare and food stamp benefits goes directly to the children of illegal aliens, at a cost of $36 million a month ‑‑ for a projected annual cost of $432 million.
"The total cost for illegal immigrants to County taxpayers far exceeds $1 billion a year – not including the millions of dollars for education," said Antonovich. "With $220 million for public safety, $400 million for healthcare, and $432 million in welfare allocations, illegal immigration continues to have a devastating impact on Los Angeles County taxpayers."

In March, illegals collected over $19 million in welfare assistance and over $16 million in food stamp allocations.

Mexican Gangs "Ethnic Cleansing" Blacks In L.A.

Latino thugs indiscriminately murder blacks regardless of gang

membership, genocidal purge aligns with radical Aztlan theology
Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Monday, January 22, 2007

Racist Mexican gangs are indiscriminately targeting blacks who aren't even involved in

gang culture, as part of an orchestrated ethnic cleansing program that is forcing black

people to flee Los Angeles. The culprit of the carnage is the radical Neo-Nazi

liberation theology known as La Raza, which calls for the extermination of all races in

America besides Latinos, and is being bankrolled by some of the biggest Globalists in

the U.S. .... AND ALSO WITH AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS THROUGH BARACK OBAMA!
A story carried on the liberal website Alternet, charts an explosion in brutal murders of blacks by Hispanic street gangs in L.A. Far from being gang on gang violence, the Latinos are targeting innocent blacks in accordance with a concerted ethnic cleansing campaign that seeks to eradicate all blacks from Hispanic neighborhoods.

In one instance, 21-year-old Anthony Prudhomme was shot in the face with a .25-caliber semi-automatic while lying on a futon inside his apartment, slain by a Latino gang known as the Avenues as part of a racist terror campaign in which gang members earn "stripes" for each black person they kill.

In one typical case," writes journalist Brentin Mock, "Three members of the Pomona 12 attacked an African-American teenager, Kareem Williams, in his front yard in 2002. When his uncle, Roy Williams, ran to help his nephew, gang member Richard Diaz told him, "Niggers have no business living in Pomona because this is 12th Street territory." According to witnesses, Diaz then told the other gang members, "Pull out the gun! Shoot the niggers! Shoot the niggers!"

The fatwah against blacks began in the mid-nineties, with a 1995 LAPD report concluding that Latinos had vowed to "Eradicate black citizens from the gang neighborhood." In a follow up report on the situation in east Los Angeles, the LAPD warned that "Local gangs will attack any black person that comes into the city."

The author notes that since 1990 the African-American population of Los Angeles has halved, partly as a result of rampant illegal immigration and that there are noticeably fewer blacks walking the streets because many have been forced to relocate in fear of the racist gangs.

"The LAPD estimates there are now 22,000 Latino gang members in the city of Los Angeles alone. That's not only more than all the Crips and the Bloods; it's more than all black, Asian, and white gang members combined. Almost all of those Latino gang members in L.A. -- let alone those in other California cities -- are loyal to the Mexican Mafia. Most have been thoroughly indoctrinated with the Mexican Mafia's violent racism during stints in prison, where most gangs are racially based," writes Mock.

Mock blames the "Mexican Mafia" for ordering the campaign of ethnic cleansing from prison, as part of a turf war with the Black Guerilla family, another prison gang, but fails to pinpoint the racist creed from which the Mexican kingpins draw their inspiration - the long standing Aztlan invasion agenda.

Aztlan's goal, known as La reconquista, is to cede and take over the entirety of the southern and western states by any means necessary and impose a Communist militant dictatorship. President Bush's blanket amnesty program goes a long way to helping the extremists achieve their aim.

FIFTEEN THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT LA RAZA “THE RACE”

by Michelle Malkin
Only in America could critics of a group called "The Race" be labeled racists. Such is the triumph of left-wing identity chauvinists, whose aggressive activists and supine abettors have succeeded in redefining all opposition as "hate."
Both Barack Obama and John McCain will speak this week in San Diego at the annual conference of the National Council of La Raza, the Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race." Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.
*
Here are 15 things you should know about "The Race":
*
15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses for illegal aliens.
*
14."The Race" demands in-state tuition discounts for illegal alien students that are not available to law-abiding U.S. citizens and law-abiding legal immigrants.
*
13. "The Race" vehemently opposes cooperative immigration enforcement efforts between local, state and federal authorities.
*
12. "The Race" opposes a secure fence on the southern border.
*
11. "The Race" joined the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee in a failed lawsuit attempt to prevent the feds from entering immigration information into a key national crime database -- and to prevent local police officers from accessing the data.
*
10. "The Race" opposed the state of Oklahoma's tough immigration-enforcement-first laws, which cut off welfare to illegal aliens, put teeth in employer sanctions and strengthened local-federal cooperation and information sharing.
*
9. "The Race" joined other open-borders, anti-assimilationists and sued to prevent Proposition 227, California's bilingual education reform ballot initiative, from becoming law.
*
8. "The Race" bitterly protested common-sense voter ID provisions as an "absolute disgrace."
*
7. "The Race" has consistently opposed post-9/11 national security measures at every turn.
*
6. Former "Race" president Raul Yzaguirre, Hillary Clinton's Hispanic outreach adviser, said this: "U.S. English is to Hispanics as the Ku Klux Klan is to blacks." He was referring to U.S. English, the nation's oldest, largest citizens' action group dedicated to preserving the unifying role of the English language in the United States. "The Race" also pioneered Orwellian open-borders Newspeak and advised the Mexican government on how to lobby for illegal alien amnesty while avoiding the terms "illegal" and "amnesty."
*
5. "The Race" gives mainstream cover to a poisonous subset of ideological satellites, led by Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA). The late GOP Rep. Charlie Norwood rightly characterized the organization as "a radical racist group … one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a racist nation out of the American West."
*
4. "The Race" is currently leading a smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race" president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment rights."
*
3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8 million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of collecting rain in our aqueducts. We don't need a White water fountain … ultimately the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of life will eventually lead to our own destruction."
*
2. "The Race" has perfected the art of the PC shakedown at taxpayer expense, pushing relentlessly to lower home loan standards for Hispanic borrowers, reaping millions in federal "mortgage counseling" grants, seeking special multimillion-dollar earmarks and partnering with banks that do business with illegal aliens.
*
1. "The Race" thrives on ethnic supremacy -- and the elite sheeple's unwillingness to call it what it is. As historian Victor Davis Hanson observes: "[The] organization's very nomenclature 'The National Council of La Raza' is hate speech to the core. Despite all the contortions of the group, Raza (as its Latin cognate suggests) reflects the meaning of 'race' in Spanish, not 'the people' -- and that's precisely why we don't hear of something like 'The National Council of the People,' which would not confer the buzz notion of ethnic, racial and tribal chauvinism."

NATIONAL COUNSEL FOR LA RAZA “THE RACE”

NCLR: Agents for the Government of Mexico?

Especially troubling is NCLR's leading role in the Fundacion Solidaridad Mexicano Americana (Foundation for Mexican-American Solidarity, FSMA), an organization founded and funded by the government of Mexico and directed by the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Education. Both of these ministries have been engaged in efforts aimed at demanding full political rights for illegal aliens in the U.S. and indoctrinating America's Hispanic population in radical, racist La Raza ideology.

The National Council of La Raza (NCLR) is not only one of the

wealthiest and most politically powerful militant organizations

in the country, it is also notoriously racist and subversive. The

group's name, "La Raza," means "The Race," by which they

are referring to ethnic Mexicans, or more broadly to

"hispanics" or "latinos." And it is quite clear from their

decades of vitriolic rhetoric — both spoken and written — that

the La Raza activists are trying to engender not only race

consciousness amongst hispanic U.S. citizens and Mexican

migrants, but also racial militancy and animosity toward

"Gringo America."

The NCLR grew out of the La Raza Unida (The Race United) Party and the Southwest Council of La Raza in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The key leaders were Marxist-Leninist followers of Fidel Castro and Che Guevarra.

The radical student group MEChA (Moviemento Estudiantil

Chicano de Aztlan), with which NCLR has been closely allied

for several decades, is even more explicitly and militantly,

having adopted the slogan, "Por La Raza Todo, Fuera de La

Raza Nada," which translated means: "For the Race,

Everything; Outside the Race, Nothing."

MEChA's founding documents and literature are replete with appeals to "La Raza de Bronce" (The Bronze Race) and condemnation of the "brutal gringo." MEChA, as its name suggests, is also a leading promoter of the radical "reconquista" (reconquest) movement, a plan of to take over the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas — a region they refer to as "Aztlan" — which they claim was stolen from the "Aztecan" peoples. NCLR provides major financial support to MEChA and many of NCLR's leaders were MEChA leaders in their college days.

M.E.Ch.A. AGENDA:

THE AZTLAN INVASION & THE LA RAZA FASCIST PARTY FOR MEXICAN SUPREMACY
“The radicals seek nothing less than secession from the United States whether to form their own sovereign state or to reunify with Mexico. Those who desire reunification with Mexico are irredentists who seek to reclaim Mexico's "lost" territories in the American Southwest.”

A result of all that is the failure by Chicanos to be fully assimilated into the larger American society and culture. As Earl Shorris, author of Latinos: A Biography of the People, observed: "Latinos have been more resistant to the melting pot than any other group. Their entry en masse into the United States will test the limits of the American experiment...."

MULTICULTURALISM, IMMIGRATION AND AZTLAN

By Maria Hsia Chang Professor of Political Science, University of Nevada Reno

One of the standard arguments invoked by those in favor of massive immigration into the United States is that our country is founded on immigrants who have always been successfully assimilated into America's mainstream culture and society. As one commentator put it, "Assimilation evokes the misty past of Ellis Island, through which millions entered, eventually seeing their descendants become as American as George Washington."1 Nothing more vividly testifies against that romantic faith in America's ability to continuously assimilate new members than the events of October 16, 1994 in Los Angeles. On that day, 70,000 people marched beneath "a

sea of Mexican flags" protesting Proposition 187, a referendum

measure that would deny many state benefits to illegal

immigrants and their children. Two weeks later, more

protestors marched down the street, this time carrying an

American flag upside down. Both protests point to a disturbing

and rising phenomenon of Chicano separatism in the United

States — the product of a complex of forces, among which are

multiculturalism and a generous immigration policy combined

with a lax border control. The Problem Chicanos refer to "people of Mexican descent in the United States" or "Mexican Americans in general." Today, there are reasons to believe that Chicanos as a group are unlike previous immigrants in that they are more likely to remain unassimilated and unintegrated, whether by choice or circumstance — resulting in the formation of a separate quasi-nation within the United States. More than that, there are Chicano political activists who intend to marry cultural separateness with territorial and political self-determination. The more moderate among them aspire to the cultural and political autonomy of "home rule". The radicals seek nothing less than secession from the United States whether to form their own sovereign state or to reunify with Mexico. Those who desire reunification with Mexico are irredentists who seek to reclaim Mexico's "lost" territories in the American Southwest.
Whatever their goals, what animates all of them is the dream of Aztlan. According to legend, Aztlan was the ancestral homeland of the Aztecs which they left in journeying southward to found Tenochtitlan, the center of their new civilization, which is today's Mexico City. Today, the "Nation of Aztlan" refers to the American southwestern states of California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, portions of Nevada, Utah, Colorado, which Chicano nationalists claim were stolen by the United States and must be reconquered (Reconquista) and reclaimed for Mexico. The myth of Aztlan was revived by Chicano political activists in the 1960s as a central symbol of Chicano nationalist ideology. In 1969, at the Chicano National Liberation Youth Conference in Denver, Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales put forth a political document entitled El Plan de Aztlan (Spiritual Plan of Aztlan)

. The Plan is a clarion call to Mexican-Americans to form a separate Chicano nation: In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historial heritage, but also of the brutal "gringo" invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the nothern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers ...declare that the call of our blood is...our inevitable destiny.... Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops, and not to the foreign Europeans. We do not recognize capricious frontiers on the bronze continent.... Brotherhood unites us, and love for our brothers makes us a people whose time has come .... With our heart in our hands and our hands in the soil, we declare the independence of our mestizo nation. We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan.
How Chicanos are Unlike Previous Immigrants Brent A. Nelson, writing in 1994, observed that in the 1980s America's Southwest had begun to be transformed into "a de facto nation" with its own culture, history, myth, geography, religion, education, and language. Whatever evidence there is indicates that Chicanos, as a group, are unlike previous waves of immigrants into the United States. In the first place, many Chicanos do not consider themselves immigrants at all because their people "have been here for 450 years" before the English, French, or Dutch. Before California and the Southwest were seized by the United States, they were the lands of Spain and Mexico. As late as 1780 the Spanish crown laid claim to territories from Florida to California, and on the far side of the Mississippi up to the Great Lakes and the Rockies. Mexico held title to much of Spanish possessions in the United States until the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ended the Mexican-American war in 1848. As a consequence, Mexicans "never accepted the borders drawn up by the 1848 treaty."
That history has created among Chicanos a feeling of resentment for being "a conquered people," made part of the United States against their will and by the force of arms. Their resentment is amply expressed by Voz Fronteriza, a Chicano student publication,
which referred to Border Patrol officers killed in the line of duty as "pigs (migra)" trying to defend "the false frontier."
Chicanos are also distinct from other immigrant groups because of the geographic proximity of their native country. Their physical proximity to Mexico gives Chicanos "the option of life in both Americas, in two places and in two cultures, something earlier immigrants never had." Geographic proximity and ease of transportation are augmented by the media. Radio and television keep the spoken language alive and current so that Spanish, unlike the native languages of previous immigrants into the United States, "shows no sign of fading."
A result of all that is the failure by Chicanos to be fully assimilated into the larger American society and culture. As Earl Shorris, author of Latinos: A Biography of the People, observed: "Latinos have been more resistant to the melting pot than any other group. Their entry en masse into the United States will test the limits of the American experiment...." The continuous influx of Mexican immigrants into the United States serve to continuously renew Chicano culture so that their sense of separateness will probably continue "far into the future...." There are other reasons for the failure of Chicano assimilation. Historically, a powerful force for assimilation was upward social mobility: Immigrants into the United States became assimilated as they rose in educational achievement and income. But today's post-industrial American economy, with its narrower paths to upward mobility, is making it more difficult for certain groups to improve their socioeconomic circumstances. Unionized factory jobs, which once provided a step up for the second generation of past waves of immigrants, have been disappearing for decades. Instead of the diamond-shaped economy of industrial America, the modern American economy is shaped like an hourglass. There is a good number of jobs for unskilled people at the bottom, a fair number of jobs for the highly educated at the top, but comparatively few jobs for those in the middle without a college education or special skills. To illustrate, a RAND Corporation study forecasts that 85 percent of California's new jobs will require post-secondary education. For a variety of reasons, the nationwide high-school dropout rate for Hispanics (the majority of whom are Chicano) is 30 percent — three times the rate for whites and twice the rate for blacks. Paradoxically, the dropout rate for Hispanics born in the United States is even higher than for young immigrants. Among Chicanos, high-school dropout rates actually rise between the second and third generations. Their low educational achievement accounts for why Chicanos as a group are poor despite being hardworking. In 1996, for the first time, Hispanic poverty rate began to exceed that of American blacks. In 1995, household income rose for every ethnic group except Hispanics, for whom it dropped 5 percent. Latinos now make up a quarter of the nation's poor people, and are more than three times as likely to be impoverished than whites. This decline in income has taken place despite high rates of labor-force participation by Latino men, and despite an emerging Latino middle class. In California, where Latinos now approach one-third of the population, their education levels are far lower than those of other immigrants, and they earn about half of what native-born Californians earn. This means that, for the first time in the history of American immigration, hard work is not leading to economic advancement because immigrants in service jobs face unrelenting labor-market pressure from more recently arrived immigrants who are eager to work for less. The narrowing of the pathways of upward mobility has implications for the children of recent Mexican immigrants. Their ascent into the middle-class mainstream will likely be blocked and they will join children of earlier black and Puerto Rican migrants as part of an expanded multiethnic underclass. Whereas first generation immigrants compare their circumstances to the Mexico that they left — and thereby feel immeasurably better off — their children and grandchildren will compare themelves to other U.S. groups. Given their lower educational achievement and income, that comparison will only lead to feelings of relative deprivation and resentment. They are unlikely to be content as maids, gardeners, or fruit pickers. Many young Latinos in the second and third generations see themselves as locked in irremediable conflict with white society, and are quick to deride successful Chicano students as "wannabes." For them, to study hard is to "act white" and exhibit group disloyalty. That attitude is part of the Chicano culture of resistance — a culture that actively resists assimilation into mainstream America. That culture is created, reinforced, and maintained by radical Chicano intellectuals, politicians, and the many Chicano Studies programs in U.S. colleges and universities. As examples, according to its editor, Elizabeth Martinez, the purpose of Five Hundred Years of Chicano History, a book used in over 300 schools throughout the West, is to "celebrate our resistance to being colonized and absorbed by racist empire builders." The book calls the INS and the Border Patrol "the Gestapo for Mexicans."
For Rodolfo Acuna, author of Occupied America: The Chicano's Struggle Toward Liberation, probably the most widely assigned text in U.S. Chicano Studies programs, the Anglo-American invasion of Mexico was "as vicious as that of Hitler's invasion of Poland and other Central European nations...." The book also includes a map showing "the Mexican republic" in 1822 reaching up into Kansas and Oklahoma, and including within it Utah, Nevada, and everything west and south of there.

Mexicans Have Plans for the American Southwest

They vow to take it over
Our southern neighbor is not shy about expressing its intention to conquer the American Southwest, which Mexico regards as territory lost in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo in 1846. Mexican children are taught in school that the United States stole that land, which they call “Aztlan.” Absurd rantings of political extremists? Consider…
• In 1997, then-President Zedillo proclaimed that “I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders. Our superior intellect and ambition will allow us to rule the nation to the north.”
• Mexican American Legal Defense Fund founder Mario Obledo stated, “California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave. Every constitutional office in California is going to be held by Hispanics in the next 20 years.” People who don't like such demographic changes “should go back to Europe.” (Incidentally, Mr. Obledo was also the California Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Gov. Jerry Brown.)
• Mexico's President Fox has been unrelenting in his brazen demands on the United States, starting with open borders even before he was elected. He has called for the border to be “a joining line.” His visits to the U.S. have been filled with endless requirements for Mexican citizens illegally in this country — free food, free healthcare, taxpayer-subsidized in-state tuition for illegals at state colleges and universities, guestworker programs and amnesty for all. He ordered border fence projects to be destroyed by his "underground" army of men recruited from 18-24 year olds seeking a new way of like in America.
Propaganda distributed as far south as Mexico City declares "The United States is our enemy. Take back our lands at all costs." and advertise smuggling operations to gain access to Phoenix, Los Angeles, Dallas and other large metroplexes where hispanics can blend in.
Encouraged by their leaders in both countries, the 20 million Mexicans in America are similarly emboldened to insist that the United States surrender to their demands, particularly amnesty which will speed the acquisition of political power. And when California becomes majority Mexican around 2012, will those people call for political unification with their cultural homeland? Their leaders are planning for such a scenario. One Mexican activist declared "bow down to the Mexican invasion or die. Simple as that. Our sheer numbers will overwhelm you all"
It's hard to fathom how America's elected Congressional leaders, those who swore to uphold the Constitution and to protect the nation, are prepared to give it away for some perceived short-term political gain, if that. The front man for globalist corporations who currently occupies the White House is allowing Mexico City to dictate America's immigration policy, while few in his party object. Does anyone think that Vicente Fox cares about what happens to America? He sees the United States as a full refrigerator and he is hungry, very hungry.
Why do American public officials value so little what thousands have fought and died to protect? A foreign power has stated its plans to conquer this nation by demographic warfare, but in Washington, apparently no one cares. One wonders what Secretary of State Colin Powell thinks about surrending American sovereignty to a foreign power. He was a general in the U.S. Army and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, after all. Doesn't it bother him to be following the wishes of a foreign leader? Why does the most powerful nation in the world cower before the third-world country to the south? Because they grew soft and want "civil rights" and open borders. LOL
Never a party to be outdone, California’s Democrats are now pushing their class-warfare tactics to new heights, or depths, depending on how one examines the issue.
Now in control of every level of state government, they manifest an abject reluctance to address (let alone acknowledge) their financial negligence. The governor deflects rumors that he will resign, and Assembly Speaker Herb Wesson trots around the state campaigning for increased taxes, seeking a vindication of reality only he can understand.
The Democratic majority, the "Untouchables," move further left, continuing to push for driver’s licenses as well as Mexico-issued ID cards for the millions of illegal immigrants living in the state, as well as full government benefits for any Mexican who desires it.
Late-night comedy shows consistently find material from the crazy legislation and knucklehead ideas that surface out of Sacramento and become law. We tend to examine what each of the parties does on a partisan basis, without any real discussion of who the individual legislators are, what they believe or what they say. In fact, very few people in California can even name their assembly person or state senator.
This piece examines what several very powerful California politicians have revealed in their own words, perhaps divulging where ultimate loyalties reside, using words many would consider incendiary and racist. If one definition of loyalty is "faithful in allegiance to one’s lawful government," then we may have some real problems on our hands.
The outward appearance of California Democrats actually performing the job they raised their right hand and swore to do is both a myth and a strategy.
The myth is that they are looking out for the public’s best interest. The strategy is to thrust new taxes upon the public to pay for services for illegal immigrants, knowing the "brotherhood of silence" in the press has rubber-stamped a Hispanics-as-victims script that trumps neutral pursuit of facts. Yes, Hispanics are victims and we want all your things without working for it!
If this party had even a modicum of concern for both the financial and security interests of California, it would engage in an honest and open debate about the costs and sustainable assimilation of immigrants, most of whom are decent people, balanced against the overwhelming burdens on strapped taxpayers, enforcement of immigration law, and the legitimate threats posed by porous borders. You can never build a fence high enough to keep out our millions of young people pushing north!

Boxer, Villaraigosa back Gloria Molina in her race to unseat L.A.
Former Los Angeles County Supervisor Gloria Molina said Thursday she has landed three high-profile endorsements in her race for Los Angeles City Council: U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer, former Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Councilman Gil Cedillo.
Outgoing L.A. County Supervisor Gloria Molina opts for new challenge

Molina, who is seeking to unseat Councilman Jose Huizar in the March 3 election, abruptly made the announcement after the three politicians appeared as endorsers on a League of Women Voters' information page describing Molina's candidacy. That information was provided by Molina's campaign.
Fred Register, Molina's political consultant, told The Times on Thursday night that he was unaware the page listing the endorsements had already gone live. That development forced the campaign to reshuffle its plans, by confirming the endorsements all at once on a Thursday night.
"All I can say is, I'm proud of every single one" of the endorsements, Molina said in an interview. "All these endorsements are good, and the reason they're good is that these are people who know me. I've been in the trenches with them from day one."
The endorsements were first reported Thursday by the Mayor Sam political blog. The former mayor did not immediately return a call from The Times. A Boxer representative confirmed the endorsement, saying an announcement had been planned for later this year.
Cedillo spokesman Louis Reyes also confirmed his boss is backing Molina but said little more. "I'm sure we'll put out something formally," he said "We're just not prepared to do so."
Los Angeles County is majority Latino; California soon will be. Is it time to begin redefining majority and minority?

PATT MORRISON ASKS
Gloria Molina
The supervisor is L.A.'s 'first Latina.'
August 29, 2009

Gloria Molina's life has been one of contradictions: the famous feminist politician from East L.A., the career policymaker/politician who still feels like an outsider. She can claim many "firsts," a lot of admirers and a lot of political foes. The first Latina elected to the Legislature, to the Los Angeles City Council, and the first woman and Latina elected to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, where she'll likely be until she is termed out in 2014. Her reputation is one of picking fights, but she also picks her fights -- killing a proposed prison in East L.A. in the 1980s, watchdogging cushy government pensions and perks and budget practices, and looking out for Los Angeles' poor, of which she was once one herself, the eldest of 10 kids of a poor Mexican immigrant. You may see her only in TV news clips, jabbing a finger on some point. There's more, and some slow-mo, to GloMo.

Once again you're the only woman on the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. Outside of having a bathroom all to yourself, what is wrong with this picture?

You can't measure where women are by what's going on here because the opportunities to run for this office are very limited. It's still a struggle, but there are opportunities for women. When I'm termed out [in 2014] and Zev [Yaroslavsky] at the same time, hopefully there'll be a real opportunity for women.

Ted Kennedy was someone you thought highly of. He was a great compromiser. You've said you don't compromise very effectively. Why is that?

Let's face it, you can't survive in this system [without] some compromise. But anything that compromises my own personal sensibilities and about certain issues, I just won't move. Sometimes I would rather lose than compromise. The East L.A. prison fight was exactly that. I had carried a package of about 12 bills [in the Legislature] on high school dropouts. The governor [George Deukmejian] asked me if I wanted him to sign them, and I said, "Absolutely," and he said, "We would like you to accept the prison in East L.A." I had to reject that, and he vetoed all of my [education] bills.

What did that teach you?

So many colleagues said, "Gloria, you have to cut your losses on this one, there's another day." But in my community this issue was so strong. I also felt betrayed by the political system. I think I made the right decision. I think that's also one of the reasons I have enjoyed a lot of support in my community.

Your name has been mentioned for Congress, even governor. Is this job the best fit for you?

This is a very good fit for me. It meets all of my personal needs about being a, quote, politician or policymaker, because of the range of issues -- children's issues, senior citizen issues, all aspects of government. I really don't think [Congress] would have been a good fit for me, working through the caucus, waiting for seniority opportunities, having to do the bidding of so many senior members in order to get opportunities. So this seat was just a perfect fit. I love what I do and I wish I could stay here forever, but it's just as well that I move on and find something else, hopefully not elective office.

How have you changed the culture of the board?

I think I've had a huge impact. Whether it is noticeable or not, I'm not sure. When I first arrived, it was very acceptable to allow the county administrative officer to basically operate everything. His recommendations were accepted; the department heads ran the departments with little or no questions. To me, the budget determines what your priorities are. And the board always let the CAO do the budget. There was a lot of rubber-stamping. I worked very hard to create a very different system, to ask questions. The other part is this ownership thing [about] money. My daughter was watching [me] on TV arguing with my colleagues, and she said, "Mom, why do you care? It's not your money." And I said, "It is, and I treat it like my money."

In the process, you've ticked off a lot of people, administrators. If you've made things better for the system, have you made it harder for you to operate in it?

Certainly I have had people refuse to give me information, and we've had battles. The sheriff [Sherman Block] was one of the first. I'd question what was going on and how the expenditures were made. Sheriff Block was a very tough guy to deal with. I said, "Sheriff, I don't tell you who to hire, where to send out the cars, how you handle anything -- there's only one thing I can do legally, and that's your budget. I want to understand your budget." Just asking the questions made him very angry. They eventually started fibbing to me. There was a deputy -- I barred him from this office. I don't need anybody to come in and not tell me what's going on. I didn't want to embarrass him; I just wanted him to tell the truth. That was the first struggle; it's still continuing.

One of your colleagues used the word "grandstanding."

Sometimes I have to take things public. When I first came here, on the pension issue, my colleagues, all of them, were very angry with me. Sometimes I have to go that far in order to make a point.

My colleague, Garrett Therolf, says it bugs you that reporters come to you for what you've called the "bitch quote" -- is that how you've been cast by the press?

Absolutely. Particularly in the L.A. Times, my name always has a lot of adjectives like "feisty" or "hostile" or "angrily." When Zev asks a question as aggressively as I do, it doesn't have those adjectives in front of his name. Granted, I get angry about some of our people and how badly they do certain things. I do know that's [my] reputation. I really even don't mind it. I'd love being sweet and nice all the time if I could, if I didn't care about all of this, but I do.

Los Angeles County is majority Latino; California soon will be. Is it time to begin redefining majority and minority?

We're going to be a majority, but what does that mean? If you still [have] the highest dropout rate and the most crime-infested neighborhoods and all those things, then it doesn't mean anything. It doesn't create anything unless you are empowering along the way. So, yes, we are more in numbers, but I don't know that we are effective enough collectively, as Latinos. We will not be the power majority at all because there's too many shortcomings in the Latino community for all kinds of reasons, unless we make the kind of dramatic changes to make sure that as you move up, you're going to have a healthier number of Latinos in every way -- health, education, financial independence.

Were you surprised at the huge reaction against your ordinance cracking down on illegally parked taco trucks?

Absolutely. The people who made it kind of a gag almost certainly don't know any of the issues. I had a taco truck in front of a school -- they wouldn't move, they just paid the citations and parents complained they were crossing with their children and couldn't see around them. I had no ability to move it out of there. We spent a lot of years negotiating -- "Come on, guys, move on" -- and they wouldn't do it. I remember getting a letter from someone in West Covina who said, "What is wrong with you? There's nothing better than going into East L.A. and having these wonderful tacos." [These] weren't people who had these trucks in their neighborhoods. Why is it they don't have them in Pasadena on Colorado Boulevard? Because they don't permit it. I've had good meetings with the loncheros and said, "I'm not trying to ruin your business." [But some operators are] urinating on lawns, making noise, they're there until 2 or 3 in the morning.

Ever eat from them?

Of course I did; I don't do it now -- someone would take my picture! I did it years ago.

You told NPR's "Story Corps" that you wanted to be a fashion designer.

We all have dreams, right? I loved old movies, I loved the fact that everything was so beautiful and perfect. How did Jean Harlow have this dress that flowed so beautifully? Then, of course, everybody asks you what you want to be when you grow up, and becoming a fashion designer was something I really wanted to do. I didn't know anything about being a lawyer or doctor. I read about Edith Head and Coco Chanel and this very glamorous life, and so I thought, "What a great career!" Little did I know I have no talent in that, none whatsoever!

Now you belong to a sewing group?

I'm a quilter. I make lots and lots of quilts. It has become an unbelievable passion for me. We meet every Wednesday. You have to have something besides this part of it [she gestures around the office]. I'm not great at it, but I love doing it.

You grew up the eldest of 10 children; your daughter is an only child. Do you think about how different her life is from yours?

Absolutely, every day, and it's troubling. One of the things that I worry about is that she has had a very easy go of it, and one of the things that was helpful to me was the struggle that I had, coming from a poor family. I think it inspired me to strive, and it has given me the courage to look at things very differently. Sometimes my daughter says things or does things that remind me of how comfortable she's gotten, and so it worries me. She's wonderful and strong and has so many wonderful values, it's just that -- her college was paid for, she had a car, she has a credit card. I appreciate my upbringing, I really do. I didn't appreciate it much [then], but I think it really helped me in the long run.

Is there one thing you wanted to fix when you came into public life that you haven't been able to?

The high school dropout rate. Right now I'm working on a foster-care project that has been, painfully, the only place I have any jurisdiction on educational attainment, for the most part. I traded it for an issue that was very significant: We still don't have a prison in East L.A., and East L.A. is the better for it. I made the right decision, but it is a regret.

THE AMERICAN BELONGS TO US CHAPTER OF LA RAZA WHORES NEWSLETTER....

Our motto: “We must depress wages for bigger corporate profits. Employers must hire illegals. Stupid gringos must subsidize the real cost of miserable wages!”

NEWS ON THE MEXICAN INVASION:

“WE WILL TAKE CONTROL OF OUR COUNTRY (U.S.) BY VOTE IF POSSIBLE AND VIOLENCE IF NECESSARY!” ---- La Raza member.
(read and post this newsletter and send it to everyone you know all over the country. Your La Raza whore will not come clean as to what she’s doing for the illegals on behalf of her big business pimps)

SPECIAL PROFILE ON A FAVORED LA RAZA WHORE: HARRY REID

Reid’s state of Nevada is now one-third illegal. Illegals, working with stolen social security numbers, work for Reid’s paymasters, BIG GAMBLING where they’ve depressed wages miserably for the billionaire owners of the gambling business and of Reid. Illegals also have all the jobs in construction.
Harry Reid went to Congress and got 5 million extra gringo dollars to pay La Raza to get the illegals’ illegal votes for Hillary. Reid’s son is Hillary’s campaign manager in the State of Nevada.
Las Vegas has one of the highest rates of foreclosures in the country. It is now truly LA RAZA’S LANDS.

UNDERSTAND THE INVADERS.....BASIC FACTS ON LA RAZA:

La Raza is a fascist Mexican supremacy organization to keep the borders between Narco-Mex and your jobs OPEN! It’s all about the WALMARTing of America. Just look at what it has done to LA RAZA LAND NEVADA!

La Raza has total contempt for freedom of speech. Anyone that disagrees is a “racist”. La Raza means “the race”... the Mexican race! In sanctuary county of Los Angeles Mexican gangs are murdering African-AMERICANS to “cleanse” the communities they are taking over. Google it!

La Raza has endorsed and promotes illegals voting illegally. You’ve heard... “the Latino vote”... To understand the dynamics of La Raza you must understand that American laws and ordinances are like our borders; just stupid gringo jokes. Loretta Sanchez of Orange County, California didn’t win a gig in Congress because highly conservative Orange County republicans voted for her! This area is now virtually in the control of the illegals, and they’re voting for amnesty candidates.

La Raza has an operating budget of nearly 100 million per year. This comes from big business, such as La Raza donors Bank of America and Wells Fargo, both of which illegally open bank accounts for illegals and make billions off sub-prime mortgages to them. Another is La Raza donor Bill Gates, an advocate of open borders to depress wages for stupid gringos. La Raza also receives millions of dollars in your tax money. Yes, I repeat; your tax dollars go to support this racist party of the invaders. Harry Reid recently went to Congress and easily obtained another 5 million dollars for this racist organization. The Mexican government is obviously a major financier of La Raza and is spending 100 million in PR costs to keep the invasion in full momentum. Mexico has their surge as well. It’s on our undefended borders!

La Raza’s doctrine is that the American middle class should be Mexico’s welfare system. We pay for the free delivery of millions of illegals (now 1 in 5 in Los Angeles), educate their children, pay out welfare, which in Los Angeles County is 40 million per month, and house their criminal drug gangs in the largest prison system in the United States. The cost of depressed wages for Americans from the Mexican invasion and occupation is calculated to be 200 billion annually.

Mexico is listed by the Christian Science Monitor as one of the most corrupt nations in the world with more billionaires than even Saudi Arabia. To maintain the oligarchy’s control on their economy’s monopolies, they must dump their poor, pregnant and criminal classes over our border so we pick up their welfare and education costs.  An example of Mexican economics is Carlos Slim. Slim controls Mexico’s phone monopoly. Mexicans pay the highest phone rates in the hemisphere. Carlos Slim has assets of over $70 billion.

While we are Mexico’s welfare system, the second biggest stream of money Mexico takes in is transfers from illegals working in the United States back to Mexico. This is another reason Bank of America and Wells Fargo violate Federal laws and illegally open bank accounts using fraudulent ID’s. The transfer fees are a huge cash cow for these La Raza donors. The government of Narco-Mex had set up nearly 50 Mexican consulates (compare to the UK which has 8)  to hand out their phoney consulate ID’s the banks are happy to pretend are legit.

“Wherever there’s a Mexican, there is Mexico!”... President Calderone.

“WE WILL TAKE CONTROL OF OUR COUNTRY (U.S.) BY VOTE IF POSSIBLE AND VIOLENCE IF NECESSARY!”
Agendas of MEChA, La Raza, MALDEF, and Southwest Voter Registration Projects These are transcripts of live, recorded statements by elected U.S. politicians, college professors, and pro-illegal alien activists whose objective is to take control of our country "by vote if possible and violence if necessary!" 1. Armando Navarro, Prof. Ethnic Studies, UC Riverside at Latino Summit Response to Prop 187, UC Riverside, 1/1995
"These are the critical years for us as a Latino community. We're in a state of transition. And that transformation is called 'the browning of America'. Latinos are now becoming the majority. Because I know that time and history is on the side of the Chicano/Latino community. It is changing in the future and in the present the balance of power of this nation. It's a game - it's a game of power - who controls it. You (to MEChA students) are like the generals that command armies. We're in a state of war. This Proposition 187 is a declaration of war against the Latino/Chicano community of this country. They know the demographics. They know that history and time is on our side. As one community, as one people, as one nation within a nation as the community that we are, the Chicano/Latino community of this nation. What this means is a transfer of power. It means control."

“THE NEW LEADERSHIP OF THE AMERICAS... IS MEXICAN!”
“REMEMBER: (PROPOSITION) 187 IS THE LAST GASP OF WHITE AMERICA IN CALIFORNIA!”
2. Art Torres, former CA state senator, currently Chair of California Democrat Party at UC Riverside 1/1995 "Que viva la causa! It is an honor to be with the new leadership of the Americas, here meeting at UC Riverside. So with 187 on the ballot, what is it going to take for our people to vote - to see us walking into the gas ovens? It is electoral power that is going to make the determination of where we go as a community. And power is not given to you -- you have to take it. Remember: 187 is the last gasp of white America in California. Understand that. And people say to me on the Senate floor when I was in the Senate, 'Why do you fight so hard for affirmative action programs?' And I tell my white colleagues, 'because you're going to need them.'"

“WE ARE NOT IMMIGRANTS THAT CAME FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY TO ANOTHER COUNTRY....WE ARE FREE TO TRAVEL THE LENGTH AND BREADTH OF THE AMERICAS BECAUSE WE BELONG HERE.”3. Jose Angel Gutierrez, Prof. Univ. Texas at Arlington, founder La Raza Unida Party at UC Riverside 1/1995 "The border remains a military zone. We remain a hunted people. Now you think you have a destiny to fulfill in the land that historically has been ours for forty thousand years. And we're a new Mestizo nation. And they want us to discuss civil rights. Civil rights. What law made by white men to oppress all of us of color, female and male. This is our homeland. We cannot - we will not- and we must not be made illegal in our own homeland. We are not immigrants that came from another country to another country. We are migrants, free to travel the length and breadth of the Americas because we belong here. We are millions. We just have to survive. We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. It's a matter of time. The explosion is in our population."

“WE HAVE TO BAND TOGETHER, AND THAT MEANS LATINOS IN FLORIDA, CUBAN-AMERICANS, MEXICAN-AMERICAS, PUERTO RICANS, SOUTH AMERICANS, WE HAVE TO NETWORK BETTER......”
4. Bill Richardson, New Mexico Governor, former U.S. Congressman, U.N. Ambassador, U.S. Secretary of Energy interviewed on radio Latino USA responding to Congressional Immigration Reform legislation in 1996 "There are changing political times where our basic foundations and programs are being attacked, illegal and legal immigration are being unfairly attacked. We have to band together, and that means Latinos in Florida, Cuban-Americans, Mexican-Americans, Puerto Ricans, South Americans, we have to network better - we have to be more politically minded, we have to put aside party and think of ourselves as Latinos, as Hispanics more than we have in the past."

“WE’RE GOING TO TAKE OVER ALL THE POLITICAL INSITUTIONS IN CALIFORNIA. IN FIVE YEARS THE HISPANICS ARE GOING TO BE THE MAJORITY POPULATION OF THIS STATE.... ANYONE THAT DOESN’T LIKE IT SHOULD LEAVE IT!”5. Mario Obledo, founding member/former national director of Mexican-American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), former CA Secretary Health/Welfare on Tom Leikus radio talk show "We're going to take over all the political institutions in California. In five years the Hispanics are going to be the majority population of this state." Caller: "You also made the statement that California is going to become a Hispanic state and if anyone doesn't like it they should leave - did you say that?" Obledo: "I did. They ought to go back to Europe."

“WELCOME TO CALIFORNIA.. THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION STATE!”6. Mario Obledo CCIR commentary on Mario Obledo: When CCIR, the California Coalition for Immigration Reform, erected a billboard on the California/Arizona border reading, "WELCOME TO CALIFORNIA, THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION STATE", Mario Obledo, infuriated, went to the billboard location and threatened to blow it up or burn it down. Even after this threat to deny American citizens their freedom of speech, President Clinton awarded Obledo the Presidential Medal of Freedom, America's highest civilian honor. CCIR question to Obledo: "Jose Angel Gutierrez said, 'We have an aging white America, they are dying, I love it.' How would you translate that statement?" Obledo: "He's a good friend of mine. A very smart person."

“THEY’RE AFRAID THAT WE’RE GOING TO TAKE OVER THE GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS. THEY ARE RIGHT, WE WILL TAKE THEM OVER....”
7. Richard Alatorre, former Los Angeles City Councilman at Latino Summit conference in Los Angeles opposing CA Prop. 209 ending affirmative action in 9/1996 "Because our numbers are growing, they're afraid about this great mass of minorities that now live in our community. They're afraid that we're going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They are right, we will take them over, and we are not going to go away - we are here to stay, and we are saying 'ya basta' (enough!) and we are going to turn... and de... not elect or re-elect people that believe that they are going to advance their political careers on the backs of immigrants and the backs of minorities."

“THE LATINOS ARE COMING... THE LATINOS ARE COMING!!! AND THEY’RE GOING TO VOTE!”8. Joe Baca, former CA Assemblymember, currently member of Congress at Latino Summit Response to Prop 187 UC Riverside 1/1995 and Southwest Voter Registration Project annual conference in Los Angeles, 6/1996 "We need more Latinos out there. We must stand up and be counted. We must be together, We must be united. Because if we're not united you know what's going to happen? We're like sticks - we're broken to pieces. Divided we're not together. But as a unit they can't break us. So we've got to come together, and if we're united, si se puede (it can be done) and we will make the changes that are necessary. But we've got to do it. We've got to stand together, and dammit, don't let them divide us because that's what they want to do, is to divide us. And once we're divided we're conquered. But when we look out at the audience and we see, you know, la familia, La Raza (the family, our race), you know, it's a great feeling, isn't it a good feeling? And you know, I started to think about that and it reminded me of a book that we all read and we all heard about, you know, Paul Revere, and when he was saying, 'The British are coming, the British are coming!' Well, the Latinos are coming, the Latinos are coming! And the Latinos are going to vote. So our voices will be heard. So that's what this agenda is about. It's about insuring that we increase our numbers. That we increase our numbers at every level. We talk about the Congressional, we talk about the Senate, we talk about board of supervisors, board of education, city councils, commissions, we have got to increase out numbers because the Latinos are coming. Because what's going on right now, with 187, the CCRI (CA Civil Rights Initiative against affirmative action), and let me tell you, we can't go back, you know, we're in a civil war. But we need to be solidified, we need to come together, we must be strong, because united we form a strong body. United we become solidified, united we make a difference, united we make the changes, united Latinos will win throughout California, let's stick together, que si se puede, que no? (it can be done, right?)

“IF THEY’RE SUPPORTING LEGISLATION THAT DENIES THE UNDOCUMENTED DRIVER’S LICENSE, THEY DON’T BELONG IN OFFICE, FRIENDS. THEY DON’T BELONG HERE!” 9. Antonio Villaraigosa, Chair of MEChA (student wing of Aztlan movement) at UCLA, former CA assemblymember, former CA Assembly speaker, currently Los Angeles City Mayor, and formerly Councilman at Southwest Voter Registration Project Conference in Los Angeles, 6/1997 "Part of today's reality has been propositions like 187 (to deny public benefits to illegal aliens, 1994), propositions like 209 (to abolish affirmative action, 1996), the welfare reform bill, which targeted legal immigrants and targeted us as a community. That's been the midnight. We know that the sunny side of midnight has been the election of a Latino speaker - was the election of Loretta Sanchez, against an arch-conservative, reactionary hate-mongering politician like Congressman Dornan! Today in California in the legislature, we're engaged in a great debate, where not only were we talking about denying education to the children of undocumented workers, but now we're talking about whether or not we should provide prenatal care to undocumented mothers. It's not enough to elect Latino leadership. If they're supporting legislation that denies the undocumented driver's licenses, they don't belong in office, friends. They don't belong here. If they can't stand up and say, 'You know what? I'm not ever going to support a policy that denies prenatal care to the children of undocumented mothers', they don't belong here."

GLORIA MOLINA AND THE LA RAZA SUPREMACY OF MEX REVENGE ON THE VERY LEGALS THEY’RE LOOTING!

“I’M GONNA GO OUT THERE AN VOTE BECAUSE I WANT TO PAY THEM BACK!”

10. Gloria Molina, one of the five in Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors at Southwest Voter Registration Project Conference, 6/1996 "This community is no longer going to stand for it. Because tonight we are organizing across this country in a single mission, in a plan. We are going to organize like we've never organized before. We are going to go into our neighborhoods. We are going to register voters. We are going to talk to all of those young people that need to become registered voters and go out to vote and we're are politicizing every single one of those new citizens that are becoming citizens of this country. And what we are saying is by November we will have one million additional Latino voters in this country, and we're gonna march, and our vote is going to be important. But I gotta tell you, there's a lot of people that are saying, 'I'm gonna go out there and vote because I want to pay them back!' And this November we are going to remember those that stood with us and we are also going to remember those that have stood against us on the issues of immigration, on the issues of education, on the issues of health care, on the issues of the minimum wage."

“LONG LIVE OUR RACE!”

11. Vicky Castro, former member of Los Angeles Board of Education at Southwest Voter Registration Project Conference, 6/1996 "Que viva la raza, que viva la raza (long live our race)! I'm here to welcome all the new voters of 18 years old that we're registering now in our schools. Welcome, you're going to make a difference for Los Angeles, for San Antonio, for New York, and I thank Southwest for taking that challenge. And to the Mechistas (MEChA students) across this nation, you're going to make that difference for us, too. But when we register one more million voters I will not be the only Latina on the Board of Education of Los Angeles. And let me tell you here, no one will dismantle bilingual education in the United States of America. No one will deny an education to any child, especially Latino children. As you know, in Los Angeles we make up 70% of this school district. Of 600,000 -- 400,000 are Latinos, and our parents are not heard and they're going to be heard because in Los Angeles, San Antonio and Texas we have just classified 53,000 new citizens in one year that are going to be felt in November!"

“I STARTED THIS VERY QUIETLY BECAUSE THERE ARE THOSE THAT IF THEY KNEW THAT WE WERE CREATING A WHOLE NEW CADRE OF BRAND NEW CITIZENS IT WOULD HAVE TREMENDOUS POLITICAL IMPACT.”

“WE HAVE PROCESSED A LITTLE OVER 78,000 BRAND NEW CITZENS.”

12. Ruben Zacarias, former superintendent of Los Angeles Unified School District at Southwest Voter Registration Project Conference, 6/1997 "We have 27 centers now throughout LAUSD. Every one of them has trained people, clerks to take the fingerprints. Each one has the camera, that special camera. We have the application forms. And I'll tell you what we've done with I.N.S. Now we're even doing the testing that usually people had to go to INS to take, and pretty soon, hopefully, we'll do the final interviews in our schools. Incidentally, I started this very quietly because there are those that if they knew that we were creating a whole new cadre of brand new citizens it would have tremendous political impact. We will change the political panorama not only of L.A., but L.A. County and the State. And we do that we've changed the panorama of the nation. I'm proud to stand here and tell you that in those close to three years we have processed a little over 78,000 brand new citizens. That is the largest citizenship program in the entire nation."

“I HAVE PROUDLY AFFIRMED THAT THE MEXICAN NATIONAL EXTENDS BEYOND THE TERRITORY ENCLOSED BY ITS BORDERS....”

13. Ernesto Zedillo, former president of Mexico announcing the Mexican constitutional amendment allowing for dual citizenship on 6/23/97 "I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican national extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders, and that Mexican migrants are an important - a very important part of it. For that reason my government proposed a constitutional amendment to allow any Mexican with the right as he desires to acquire another nationality to do so without being forced to first give up his or her Mexican nationality. Fortunately, the amendment was passed almost unanimously by our federal Congress and is now part of our constitution. I am also here today to tell you that we want you to take pride in what each and every one of your Mexican brothers and sisters are doing back home.

“WE’RE HERE... TO SHOW THE WHITE ANGLO-SAXON PROTESTANT L.A., THE FEW OF YOU WHO REMAIN, THAT WE ARE THE MAJORITY, AND WE CLAIM THIS LAND AS OURS, IT’S ALWAYS BEEN OURS, AND WE’RE STILL HERE, AND NONE OF THE TALK ABOUT DEPORTING. IF ANYONE’S GOING TO BE DEPORTED IT’S GOING TO BE YOU!”

“WE ARE THE MAJORITY IN L.A. THERE’S OVER SEVEN MILLION MEXICANS IN L.A. COUNTY ALONE.”

 14. Augustin Cebada, Information Minister of Brown Berets, militant para-military soldiers of Aztlan shouting at U.S. citizens at an Independence Day rally in Los Angeles, 7/4/96 "Augustin Cebada, Brown Berets, we're here today to show L.A., show the minority people here, the Anglo-Saxons, that we are here, the majority, we're here to stay. We do the work in this city, we take care of the spoiled brat children, we clean their offices, we pick the food, we do the manufacturing in the factories of L.A., we are the majority here and we are not going to be pushed around. We're here in Westwood, this is the fourth time we've been here in the last two months, to show white Anglo-Saxon Protestant L.A., the few of you who remain, that we are the majority, and we claim this land as ours, it's always been ours, and we're still here, and none of the talk about deporting. If anyone's going to be deported it's going to be you! Go back to Simi Valley, you skunks! Go back to Woodland Hills! Go back to Boston! To back to the Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You're old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you, leave like beaten rats. You old white people, it is your duty to die. Even their own ethicists say that they should die, that they have a duty to die. They're taking up too much space, too much air. We are the majority in L.A. There's over seven million Mexicans in L.A. County alone. We are the majority. And you're going to see every day more and more of it, as we manifest as our young people grow up, graduate from high school, go on to college and start taking over this society. The vast majority of our people are under the age of 15 years old. Right now we're already controlling those elections, whether it's by violence or nonviolence. Through love of having children we're going to take over." Other demonstrators: "Raza fuerza (brown race power), this is Aztlan, this is Mexico. They're the pilgrims on our land. Go back to the Nina, the Pinta, the Santa Maria."

“BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT IF WE DO NOT MOBILIZE OUR COMMUNITY WE ARE NOT PUTTING TOGETHER A SETTING - THE PARAMETER IS TO ESTABLISH A MASSIVE MOVEMENT IN OUR COMMUNITY. THAT’S WHAT THIS IS ABOUT. THAT’S WHY I AM HERE TODAY.... TO TALK ABOUT WHO HERE WANTS TO ORGANIZE THE MASSES....”

15. Fabian Nunez, formerly Alliance for Immigrant Rights, political liaison for L.A. School District, currently Speaker of the CA Assembly at Latino Summit Response to Prop 187 at UC Riverside, 1/1995 "There's only two forms of power in this country and in this world. One is economic power, We certainly don't have the economic power because we don't own the means of production, but there's another form of power, and that's the power of the masses. So you can be as revolutionary as you want, you can be Chicano nationalist, you can be Mexican-American, you can be Hispanic, you can believe in the concept of Aztlan, you can believe in the concept of multi-culturalism. Somebody can say 'Everybody here is wrong, I am the only one that has reached revolutionary completeness'. But the bottom line is that if we do not mobilize our community we are not putting together a setting - the parameters to establish a massive movement in our community. That's what this is about. And that's why I am here today - to talk about who here wants to organize the masses, and who here is interested in developing that movement that somebody earlier said that the sleeping giant is in a coma.

17. Tom Tancredo, U.S. Congressman from Colorado,, speaking on CSPAN, 6/27/2001 "In the June 21 issue of Time Magazine, the lead story of which is titled, "AMEXICO". It describes the de facto elimination of the border between Mexico and the United States. I believe that the debate revolving around our immigration policy should reflect the fact that this phenomenon is underway. President Fox (of Mexico) yesterday stated that he came to the United States to "play a more active role in establishing the new international architecture". I believe that this new "international architecture" can be described as AMEXICO.

Judicial Watch Exposes Mexican Separatist School

Is Academia Semillas del Pueblo Training the Next Generation of Mexican Revolutionaries?
http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/news/city/carrollton/stories/100706dnteximmigrationcops.32285f9.html

(Washington, DC) -- Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes corruption, today announced the release of a special report, Academia Semillas del Pueblo (Seeds of the People Academy): Training the Next Generation of Mexican Revolutionaries with American Tax Dollars. Judicial Watch’s report includes excerpts of new documents obtained by Judicial Watch through the California Public Records Act that highlight the school’s radical agenda. According to the report’s introduction: “Academia Semillas del Pueblo is not much more than a training ground for the Mexican reconquista movement, which seeks to conquer the American Southwest – by force or by ballot box – and return it to Mexico.”

Among the highlights of Judicial Watch’s special report:

• Academia is led by Mexican revolutionary radical Marcos Aguilar, who recently told an interviewer with UCLA’s Teaching to change L.A.: “We don’t necessarily want to go to White schools…the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of life will eventually lead to our own destruction.”

• Academia offers an 8th grade United States history and geography class entitled, “A People’s history of Expansion and Conflict – A thematic survey of American politics, society, culture and political economy; Emphasis throughout on the nations the U.S. usurped, invaded and dominated; Connections between historical rise of capitalism and imperialism with modern political economy and global social relations.”

• Academia is funded by the Mexican reconquista organization “National Council of La Raza.” Moreover, Aguilar previously served as a leader of M.E.Ch.A., a radical student-run Chicano organization, while attending UCLA. According to M.E.Ch.A.’s official statement of principles, “Aztlan (the American southwest) belongs to indigenous people, who are sovereign and not subject to a foreign culture…We are a union of free pueblos forming a bronze Nation.”

• According to Academia’s original charter application, the school targets “communities [that] are highly self-identified as Latino.” English instruction for Academia’s students does not begin until the fourth grade.

“Marcos Aguilar’s school seems to be brainwashing school children with Mexican separatist, anti-American, Marxist propaganda, and getting American taxpayers to pay for it,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “How could the Los Angeles Unified School District agree to fund this sham of a school with tax dollars?”

Public comments by Mexico’s occupation mayor of Los Angeles, aka “The Taco Runt” FROM A LIST OF MEXICAN SUPREMACIST RACIST.

9. Antonio Villaraigosa, Chair of MEChA (student wing of Aztlan movement) at UCLA, former CA assemblymember, former CA Assembly speaker, currently Los Angeles City Councilman at Southwest Voter Registration Project Conference in Los Angeles, 6/1997

"Part of today's reality has been propositions like 187 (to deny public benefits to illegal aliens, 1994), propositions like 209 (to abolish affirmative action, 1996), the welfare reform bill, which targeted legal immigrants and targeted us as a community. That's been the midnight. We know that the sunny side of midnight has been the election of a Latino speaker ‑ was the election of Loretta Sanchez, against an arch‑conservative, reactionary hate‑mongering politician like Congressman Dornan!
LA RAZA SUPREMACY IN LOS ANGELES
Over American Crime Victims
By Walter Moore, Candidate For Mayor of Los Angeles, WalterMooreForMayor.com

On March 2, 2004, the Los Angeles City Council ‑‑ including Villaraigosa, Zine, and Smith ‑‑ voted 15 to 0 to pass an ordinance (No. 175853) requiring all City agencies to accept Mexico's "Matricula Consular" cards as valid identification.  This phony ID is handed out by Mexico like grocery store coupons. La Raza donors Bank of America and Wells Fargo both accept them. There’s big money is the Mexican drug cartel’s fund transfers back to nacromex.
Repeat: the vote was 15 to ZERO.
The only people who benefit from that ordinance, of course, are illegal aliens. After all, anyone in the country legally would have valid identification. The ordinance is part of the City's "sanctuary city" policy: aiding and abetting illegal immigration by changing our rules to accommodate illegal aliens.
Fast forward to today, May 8, 2008.
It has been a month since the Shaw family came to City Council and urged them to pass Jamiel's Law, to spare another family the heartbreaking burden of a preventable murder.
What action has City Council taken? None. No vote. No ordinance. Nothing but talk and Zine's watered‑down counterfeit motion, which would merely "request" that Chief Bratton modify Special Order 40 somewhat. Incredibly, City Council hasn't even had the guts to put that tepid, toothless motion to a vote. And Bratton has arrogantly declared that he won't change one word of Special Order 40 in any event.

Nor, of course, has Villaraigosa himself taken any action. His silence on Jamiel's Law is deafening. He came to Jamiel's funeral for a "photo op," but he won't come to the aid of Jamiel's family now that they're trying to spare other families the terrible loss they themselves have suffered. Villaraigosa could deny "sanctuary city" protection to gang members with the stroke of a pen. Special Order 40 is a memo, not a law. The Mayor has to power to amend it or even abolish it by issuing a simple Executive Directive. He refuses to use that power. He insists on making our city a sanctuary for gangs.

So we're done with the Mayor and the City Council. Last night, the Shaws and I signed a formal request for the City Clerk to put Jamiel's Law on the March 2009 ballot. Today I will FedEx the request to City Hall. Within a month, we should have petitions ready for L.A.'s voters to sign.

The state should go after employers who hire them, curb taxpayer-funded benefits, deploy the National Guard to help the feds at the border and penalize 'sanctuary' cities.

“Illegal immigration is another matter entirely. With the state budget in tatters, millions of residents out of work and a state prison system strained by massive overcrowding, California simply cannot continue to ignore the strain that illegal immigration puts on our budget and economy. Illegal aliens cost taxpayers in our state billions of dollars each year. As economist Philip J. Romero concluded in a 2007 study, "illegal immigrants impose a 'tax' on legal California residents in the tens of billions of dollars."

Mexican Gangs "Ethnic Cleansing" Blacks In L.A.

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/january2007/220107mexicangangs.htm

Latino thugs indiscriminately murder blacks regardless of gang membership, genocidal purge aligns with radical Aztlan theology

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Monday, January 22, 2007

Racist Mexican gangs are indiscriminately targeting blacks who aren't even involved in gang culture, as part of an orchestrated ethnic cleansing program that is forcing black people to flee Los Angeles. The culprit of the carnage is the radical Neo-Nazi liberation theology known as La Raza, which calls for the extermination of all races in America besides Latinos, and is being bankrolled by some of the biggest Globalists in the U.S.

The National Council of La Raza (NCLR) is not only one of the wealthiest and most politically powerful militant organizations in the country, it is also notoriously racist and subversive. The group's name, "La Raza," means "The Race," by which they are referring to ethnic Mexicans, or more broadly to "hispanics" or "latinos." And it is quite clear from their decades of vitriolic rhetoric — both spoken and written — that the La Raza activists are trying to engender not only race consciousness amongst hispanic U.S. citizens and Mexican migrants, but also racial militancy and animosity toward "Gringo America."

The NCLR grew out of the La Raza Unida (The Race United) Party and the Southwest Council of La Raza in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The key leaders were Marxist-Leninist followers of Fidel Castro and Che Guevarra.

The radical student group MEChA (Moviemento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan), with which NCLR has been closely allied for several decades, is even more explicitly and militantly, having adopted the slogan, "Por La Raza Todo, Fuera de La Raza Nada," which translated means: "For the Race, Everything; Outside the Race, Nothing."

On that day, 70,000 people marched beneath "a sea of Mexican flags" protesting Proposition 187, a referendum measure that would deny many state benefits to illegal immigrants and their children. Two weeks later, more protestors marched down the street, this time carrying an American flag upside down. Both protests point to a disturbing and rising phenomenon of Chicano separatism in the United States — the product of a complex of forces, among which are multiculturalism and a generous immigration policy combined with a lax border control.

In 1969, at the Chicano National Liberation Youth Conference in Denver, Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales put forth a political document entitled El Plan de Aztlan (Spiritual Plan of Aztlan).

“FOR THE RACE, EVERYTHING, FOR THOSE OUTSIDE THE RACE, NOTHING!”

19. MEChA (student wing of the Aztlan movement) - motto: "For the race, everything, for those outside the race, nothing." - Chants at national conference, Cal State Univ., Northridge, 6/1996 "Viva la raza (long live our race)", "Chicano power" "We didn't cross the border, the border crossed us" "Long live the revolution" "Esta es mi tierra, esta es mi lucha (This is my land, this is my fight)"

In California, League of United Latin American Citizens has adopted a resolution to declare "California Del Norte" a sanctuary zone for immigrants. The declaration urges the Mexican government to invoke its rights under the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo "to seek third‑nation neutral arbitration of ....disputes concerning immigration laws and their enforcement." We’ll have the story.

Mexican President Felipe Calderon is in New York today on the first leg his five‑day tour across America to meddle in immigration issues in the United States. This is his first visit to the U.S. since he became President in 2006, but he will not meet with President Bush or any of the presidential candidates, who he has accused of spewing anti‑immigrant rhetoric. Join us for that report.

Judicial Watch Exposes Mexican Separatist School

L.A. City Council candidate Gloria MolinaThen you, I and our fellow voters will have 120 days to gather at least 74,000 L.A. voters' signatures. We will do that, and we will put Jamiel's Law on the March 3, 2009 ballot.
And on March 3, 2009, we will make L.A. a sanctuary not for gangs, but for law‑abiding American citizens and legal aliens. ….unfortunately illegals reelected VILLARAIGOSA and helped him expand la raza supremacy and the la raza welfare state in los angeles even more!
