President Biden’s approval rating is underwater in his home state of Delaware, a Thursday Civiqs poll found.
Biden’s favorability rating in Delaware is 46 percent, while his disapproval rating is 49 percent. Biden’s net approval rating in his home state is negative three points.
Biden’s approval rating, where he was a senator for 36 years, has shrunk in recent weeks. In April, Biden’s approval rating was 50 percent in Delaware, dropping from 62 percent at a similar time last year, a Morning Consult poll revealed.
In 41 states, the president is underwater, according to the Civiqs poll. Biden holds a net positive approval rating in Democrat states like Vermont, California, Washington, New York, and Maryland. However, in Rhode Island, Biden’s net approval rating is just +3 points. In Illinois, Biden’s net approval rating is +1.
Biden’s highest disapproval rating is in Wyoming (77 percent) and West Virginia (75 percent). Biden’s respective ratings are important because Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) are facing political headwinds.
In Wyoming, Cheney is running for reelection against Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman. Cheney has allied herself with Democrats and refused to support America First policies, which are very popular.
Former President Trump has scheduled a rally for Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. MDT on Memorial Day weekend to boost support for Hageman. The primary will be held on August 16.
West Virginia, a state that voted for Trump in 2020 by nearly 40 points, is represented by Democrat Manchin. The senator has routinely opposed many but not all of Biden’s radical initiatives.
For instance, Manchin opposes nuking the filibuster to codify abortion with a simple majority vote. Manchin also opposes Biden’s Green New Deal-like energy agenda, which would transpose the American economy from capitalism to socialism.

Joe Biden's candidacy is built on his three outstanding "abilities": electability, plausible deniability, and (after he is elected) disposability.
Electability
Electability was what got him the nomination. The Democrats' backroom clique thought Biden was the most electable candidate, so they pulled strings to get him the nomination. Recall that Biden was not doing all that well in the polls and early primaries against Bernie Sanders. In fact, if the already defeated Elizabeth Warren had not stayed in the race, bleeding away progressive votes from Sanders until Biden had it wrapped up, Sanders might now be the Democrat leader.
Plausible Deniability
Tony Bobulinski, a former key man in the Biden Family Racket, appeared on the Tucker Carlson show and drew the outlines of the shady practices that enriched Joe and his family on the backs of the American people. At one point, Bobulinski talked about how he came to the conclusion that what they were doing was not right morally and for most people would be a crime. Bobulinski related a conversation he had with James Biden, Joe's brother.
"I remember saying, 'How are you guys getting away with this?' 'Aren't you concerned?'" he told Carlson.
He claims that Jim Biden chuckled.
"'Plausible Deniability,' he said it directly to me in a cabana at the Peninsula Hotel," he said.
This highlights the fact that Joe Biden has been living on the mere idea of plausibility for most of his career, never more so than in this election cycle. Even before he went into politics, he was stealing ideas, wholesale chunks of speeches and written words. He has become uber wealthy on a Senate salary that has never gone higher than $175,000 a year. His immediate family has accumulated fabulous wealth through government contracts and no-show jobs with organizations in countries Joe has had responsibility for in his posts as senator and vice president. He has skated by all that because of the fog of plausibility conferred by his position, political correctness, and his connections to the power brokers of the Democrat party.
If this is all very insubstantial, it is even more mysterious that he is now so close to becoming what would plausibly be the first temporary president of the United States. Finally, in the twilight of his life, disposability has become his defining attribute.
Disposability
The frail, confused, mumble-mouthed character we see at pathetic rallies and in Zoom calls is arguably less presidential than anyone you could pick at random out of the Omaha, Nebraska phone book (if you remember what they were). But that is of no consideration for the claque that put him forward. Nancy Pelosi has already been doing exploratory drills using the 25th Amendment. You only have to watch and listen to Ol' Joe for a little while to know that his handle on the Oval Office will be thoroughly greased up by his "supporters" in the party apparatus who can't wait to do all the things they can't convince us to vote for.
Have no doubt: he will be disposed of if voted in. After that, the deluge.

President Joe Biden reportedly has avoided delivering speeches in the Oval Office because it is difficult to keep a teleprompter there.
“The White House has largely abandoned using the Oval Office for press events in part because it can’t be permanently equipped with a teleprompter,” a Thursday Politico article admitted .
Biden’s hesitancy to deliver speeches without the teleprompter has been remedied by constructing a studio specifically for accommodating the president’s crutch.
“Biden aides prefer the fake White House stage built in the Old Executive Office Building next door for events, sacrificing some of the power of the historic backdrop in favor of an otherwise sterile room that was outfitted with an easily read teleprompter screen,” the report added.
Biden’s reported trouble delivering speeches without prompts comes as polling shows Americans are worried about Biden’s mental ability to lead the nation.
Sixty percent want transparency about Biden’s mental health via a publicly disclosed cognitive test. Fifty-three percent of voters have “doubts” about Biden’s mental ability. Sixty-two percent said Biden is not fit to be president because he is too old.
Biden routinely makes gaffes and stutters when reading off the teleprompter. He has blamed the stutter on a childhood speech disorder. But these issues are also accompanied by flashes of anger. Angry flare-ups like Biden’s are a common feature among elderly men with senility, according to Tucker Carlson.
“Uncontrollable flashes of anger are common among people who are aging, particularly among men, and they often accompany senility,” Carlson explained in March. “Losing it is a very frustrating experience and your heart goes out to anyone who is.”
The president seems aware of his anger issues, and once apologized for them.

The only reason that Biden became president is because Democrat campaign workers, posing as journalists, buried a truthful story about the Biden family corruption that most of them knew was true. In an interview set to air on Sunday’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Life, Liberty & Levin,” Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer said an independent counsel would be required to investigate Hunter Biden’s financial dealings given the potential conflict of interest for his father, President Joe Biden.
Schweizer, the author of Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win , also warned the case could be settled outside of court without public knowledge.
“This is a tailor-made case for an independent counsel,” Schweizer said. “It’s an investigation involving the family of the president. The attorney general is, of course, appointed by the president. And he’s the one who’s going to direct this U.S. attorney that has this grand jury in Delaware — so you need an independent counsel.”
“There is lots of evidence … some of that money ended up with Joe Biden,” he added. “The money was fungible. It moved around. It went to James Biden and others.”
Schweizer also told FNC host Mark Levin the investigation might find opposition from Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) because of the business interests that McConnell and his wife, former Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, have abroad.
