AMERICA'S RULING CLASS OF BRIBES SUCKERS

VIDEO: HOW MUCH DAMAGE HAVE THESE PEOPLE PERPETRATED? HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE THEY POCKETED DOING IT?

Brooks: ‘I Can’t Even Imagine’ Massively Distrusting Government, But it ‘Probably Is Justified’

On Friday’s “PBS NewsHour,” New York Times columnist David Brooks stated that while deep distrust of the government “probably is justified” by the government’s behavior, looking at D.C.’s “glorious and inspiring buildings, and thinking, that’s full of monsters, all that’s illegitimate, it’s all a fraud. To me, I can’t even imagine that mindset, to be honest.”

Brooks said, “Well, to me, the number one most important statistic in my life covering this stuff has been, two generations ago, you asked people, do you trust government to do the right thing most of the time? And 75% said, yes. And now, what is it, 12%, 19%? It bounces around, but it’s phenomenally low. And so, imagine walking around the city where I live in Washington, D.C., looking at all — what I think of as glorious and inspiring buildings, and thinking, that’s full of monsters, all that’s illegitimate, it’s all a fraud. To me, I can’t even imagine that mindset, to be honest. But it is a mindset that a lot of people have, and, frankly, because of things that have happened over the last 30 or 40 years, a lot of people feel is justified. It probably is justified, because of the failures of a lot of things that have happened in this country over that time.”

The Biden doctrine: “As long as it takes,” or “No matter how many die” - BUT IT'S NOT ABOUT DEFENDING AMERICA FROM NARCOMEX, IT'S ABOUT DEFENDING HUNTER BIDEN'S CRONIES IN UKRAINE

Biden’s “No matter how many die” doctrine means the war will escalate, countless thousands more will die, and the world will be brought to the brink of a nuclear conflagration. Nothing can stop this except the development of an international anti-war movement based on the working class.

The Biden doctrine: “As long as it takes,” or “No matter how many die”

On Wednesday, US President Joe Biden addressed a raucous mob of xenophobic Lithuanian nationalists in Vilnius following the conclusion of a NATO summit that pledged to massively expand military spending in preparation for global war.

Biden’s diatribe addressed the same themes as a speech he delivered last year in Warsaw, Poland, in which he pledged to “fight” for “years and decades to come.” Back in 2022, his unscripted rant compelled White House officials to publicly walk back the president’s remarks. But now his advisers no longer see the need to reinterpret and modify Biden’s bellicose statements. What he says about US war aims are not dementia-induced errors but actual declarations of the policies of his administration.

Speaking in Vilnius, Biden declared, “Our commitment to Ukraine will not weaken. We will stand for liberty and freedom today, tomorrow, and for as long as it takes.”

The length of a war is invariably related to the toll in human life. The longer a war continues, the greater the number of casualties and deaths, of both soldiers and civilians.

Therefore, when Biden proclaims once again that his administration and NATO will supply money and arms “as long as it takes” to bring about the defeat of Russia, what he is really saying is that the war will continue regardless of the cost in human lives.

This is the barbaric essence of what can be called the Biden Doctrine: “No matter how long it takes or how many die.”

Biden’s speech, in both its delivery and content, was typical of the man: Thoughtless, ill-informed, full of malapropisms and mangled grammar. It was pitched to the lowest intellectual level and basest instincts.

Biden delivered lie after lie, absurdity after absurdity, claiming the United States, which has continuously destabilized, bombed and invaded other countries since the end of the Second World War, was a force for democracy and peace.

None other than Henry Kissinger, the oldest living American war criminal, once summed up with his characteristic cynicism the real attitude of US imperialism to moral principles. “The illegal we do immediately,” he said. “The unconstitutional takes a bit longer.”

Biden, whose own fingerprints are to be found on the scene of every crime committed by US imperialism over the last half-century, invoked “the United Nations Charter that we all signed up to: sovereignty, territorial integrity. These are two pillars of peaceful relations among nations. One country cannot be allowed to seize its neighbor’s territory by force.”

What contemptible hypocrisy! There is no single country that has violated the UN charter’s prohibition on the “use of force” as flagrantly and repeatedly as the United States, whose former Secretary of State Colin Powell once declared that it was his goal to turn the United States into “the biggest bully on the block.”

During his time in the Senate and then as vice president, Biden was a leading advocate and supporter of the United States’ invasion of Iraq in 1991, followed by the bombing of Yugoslavia eight years later in 1999. He backed the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, and another invasion of Iraq in 2003. Biden advocated the American bombing campaigns and efforts to instigate regime-change in Libya and Syria.

These actions were carried out in open and flagrant defiance of the United Nations and of international law. In 2002, the United States withdrew from the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court, and does not recognize the legitimacy of any international body to try US officials for the war crimes they regularly perpetrate.

Just last week, Biden announced that he would send cluster munitions to Ukraine, which are banned by over 100 countries because they kill and maim civilians for decades after conflicts end.

Biden made a garbled reference to Lithuania’s myth-based narrative of struggle against tyranny, and he boasted of the United States’ commitment to its freedom. But what Biden left out of his rambling history lecture was the intense collaboration of Lithuanian nationalists with Nazi Germany and direct participation in the mass murder of virtually the entire Jewish population of the country.

During the three-year Nazi occupation of Lithuania, 95 percent of the country’s Jewish population was exterminated—195,000 men, women and children were systematically killed.

This reality gave an ominous tone to Biden’s declaration that “the bonds between Lithuanian and the American people have never faltered,” praising Lithuanian exiles who traveled to the United States.

What Biden did not mention, however, is that two of the Lithuanian immigrants welcomed by the United States happened to be the individuals most responsible for the Holocaust in that country.

Aleksandras Lileikis, the chief of the Lithuanian Security Police in Vilnius during the Nazi occupation of Lithuania and a perpetrator of the Holocaust, was given safe passage to the United States and was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency. His deputy, Kazys Gimžauskas, also emigrated to the United States, as well as three of his subordinates.

Neither of the two men saw a day of jail time for their participation in the Holocaust.

Even as he denounced Russia for refusing any “diplomatic solution” to the conflict, Biden boasted of his own role in the expansion of NATO. He declared, “I had the great honor as United States senator to champion Lithuania and other Baltic States to join NATO in 2004. Wasn’t I brilliant doing that?”

In voting for the expansion of NATO in 1998, Biden proclaimed “the beginning of another 50 years of peace.” In reality, the United States was deliberately setting the stage for the type of fratricidal war that has erupted in Ukraine, with the aim of drawing Russia into wars on its borders and bleeding it white.

Among the most absurd of Biden’s lies was his attempt to posture as a proponent of a “diplomatic outcome” of the war in Ukraine. “Unfortunately, Russia has shown thus far no interest in the diplomatic outcome,” Biden said.

“Russia could end this war tomorrow by withdrawing its forces from Ukraine, recognize these international borders,” he declared. But he defined this “diplomatic outcome” as the total capitulation by Russia and the achievement of all of NATO’s war aims. Biden’s “diplomatic solution” is military victory.

The president’s provocative statements are intended to preclude any negotiated settlement of the conflict, which US imperialism sees as a critical component of its drive to subjugate Russia and China.

Biden’s “No matter how many die” doctrine means the war will escalate, countless thousands more will die, and the world will be brought to the brink of a nuclear conflagration. Nothing can stop this except the development of an international anti-war movement based on the working class.

Biden, long known as Delaware’s “senator from DuPont,” Biden served on committees that were most sensitive to the interests of the ruling class, including the Judiciary Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee. He supported the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999, a milestone in the deregulation of the banks, and other right-wing measures. After nearly four decades in the Senate, Biden became Obama’s vice president, helping to oversee the massive bailout of Wall Street following the 2008 financial crisis and the subsequent restructuring of class relations to benefit the rich. That included the bailout of General Motors and Chrysler, based on a 50 percent cut in the pay of all newly hired autoworkers. JERRY WHITE, JOESEPH KISHORE

Getting Biden Wrong

By Paul Gottfried

Okay, I get it! From listening to Republican TV and reading Republican publications, I have learned that Joe Biden is a sleazy, mendacious, and demented chief executive. He has weaponized the entire Justice Department and the IRS against his real and suspected political opponents, thrown open our southern border to drug cartels, and reduced our armed forces and international posture to shambles. Moreover, Joe has a gangster son with whom he has engaged in illegal business ventures; and it’s entirely possible that the cocaine recently found in the West Wing of the White House came from son Hunter, who is a drug addict as well as many other bad things.

Biden seems to be far and away the most incompetent, unprincipled, and verbally incoherent president of my lifetime, going back to the 1950s. It would be hard to think of any president who has disgraced his office to the same degree or who has unleashed more problems on this country.

Devon Archer: Bidens ‘Intimidated’ People Not to Legally Mess with Them

The Biden brand “intimidated” people to not legally mess with the Biden family, Devon Archer told Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY) during his transcribed congressional interview.

Archer, who testified that Hunter Biden included then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone more than 20 times with business associates to sell “the brand,” also told Goldman the Bidens intimidated people into not legally probing the family’s business activities.

Archer told Goldman that Hunter Biden was able to survive on the board of Burisma Holdings because of the Biden brand.

“I don’t understand. How does that have an impact?” Goldman asked.

“The capabilities to navigate D.C. that they were able to basically be in the news cycle. And I think that preserved them from a longevity standpoint. That’s like my honest — that’s like how I think holistically,” he replied.

“But how would that work?” Goldman asked.

“Because people would be intimidated to mess with them,” Archer stated.

“In what way?” Goldman pressed.

“Legally,” Archer replied.

In 2014, Archer and Hunter Biden both joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company with legal challenges, as it was under investigation for wrongdoing. Burisma paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month to sit on its board.

Archer also testified that in December 2015, co-founder of Burisma Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma executive Vadym Pozharski put pressure on Hunter Biden to get help from Washington, D.C., regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption.

Years later, in 2018, Joe Biden bragged about the firing of Shokin during an official visit to Ukraine in 2015. During the visit, he met with former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv about Ukraine’s corruption.

Archer said that Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, “called D.C.” to speak about the legal situation. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski stepped away to take the call.

Breitbart News reported that Archer’s testimony produced evidence implicating Joe Biden in a bribery scheme in which a foreign company paid Hunter Biden in return for the use of the Biden “brand.”

Devon Archer: ‘Burisma Would Have Gone Out of Business’ Without Biden Brand

Burisma Holdings “would have gone out of business” without the Biden brand attached to the company, Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, said during a transcribed congressional testimony.

Archer told investigators that Hunter Biden put then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone over 20 times with business associates to sell the Biden brand. That brand is what saved Burisma from going bankrupt, according to Archer.

In 2014, Archer and Hunter Biden both joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company with legal challenges, as it was under investigation for wrongdoing. In turn, Burisma paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month to be a board member and provide the Biden brand.

“My only thought is that I think Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn’t have the brand attached to it,” Archer told Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY). “That’s my, like, only [sic] honest opinion.”

During an interview with Tucker Carlson, Archer expounded on what the Biden brand meant. “Obviously, the brand of Biden, you know, adds a lot of power when your dad’s vice president,” he said.

“It’s an abuse of soft power,” he added.

Archer also told congressional investigators that the Bidens intimidated people into not legally probing the family’s business activities.

“The capabilities to navigate D.C. that they were able to basically be in the news cycle. And I think that preserved them from a longevity standpoint. That’s like my honest – that’s like how I think holistically,” Archer said.

“But how would that work?” Goldman asked.

“Because people would be intimidated to mess with them,” Archer stated.

“In what way?” Goldman pressed.

“Legally,” Archer replied.

Archer’s testimony produced evidence implicating Joe Biden in a bribery scheme in which a foreign company paid Hunter Biden in return for the use of the Biden “brand,” as Breitbart News reported.

Devon Archer Confirms Breitbart News’ 2020 Report on Joe Biden, Kazakhstan Dinner

Devon Archer, former business partner of Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, confirmed to Congress what Breitbart News reported in October 2020: that then-Vice President Biden met with Hunter’s associates from Kazakhstan at Café Milano in 2014.

A photograph taken at the meeting was first published in 2019 at an anti-corruption website called the Kazhakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery (KIAR). A source informed Breitbart News that the location was likely the Café Milano in Washington, D.C.

Breitbart News reported at the time:

The photo … purports to show Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, together with Kazakhstan’s former prime minister, Karim Massimov, at far right.

At far left, the photo shows Kenes Rakishev, described as “a relative and junior partner of [oligarch] Timur Kulibayev.”

Rakishev and Hunter Biden once reportedly explored business opportunities together.

A U.S. Senate report on Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings also noted that Rakishev, who had been at the Café Milano dinner, gave $142,300 to Archer, ostensibly for a car, and that the timing coincided with Vice President Biden’s visit to Ukraine:

Archer received $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan, purportedly for a car, the same day [in 2014] Vice President Joe Biden appeared with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsemy Yasenyuk and addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv regarding Russia’s actions in Crimea.

At the time, the date of the photograph was unknown, but Archer’s testimony to the House Oversight Committee earlier this week confirmed that the date of the meeting was 2014.

Archer also confirmed that Biden — who denied during his 2020 campaign  that he had ever discussed his family’ business interests — had dinner that evening with his son’s associates, and that they included Yelena Baturina, the widow of former Moscow mayor Yury Luzkkov, who had earlier wired Hunter Biden $3.5 million.
From the transcript:

Majority Counsel: And I want to talk about the value. Going back to this, it would be, spring of 2014 Cafe Milano dinner ‑‑

Mr. Archer: Uh‑huh. The spring of ’14, yeah, the first one.

Majority Counsel: And since we talked about it before the break, if you could just recap. Can you just say again who was there?

Mr. Archer: Sure. Kenes Rakishev, Karim Massimov, Yelena Baturina, possibly Yury, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, possibly Eric Schwerin.

Majority Counsel: The duration of time that Joe Biden stayed there you said you couldn’t recall. But do you recall whether he had dinner or whether ‑‑

Mr. Archer: He had dinner, yeah. I recall that he had dinner. It was a regular ‑‑ not a long dinner, but dinner.

Majority Counsel: And so this dinner takes place in spring of 2014, approximately. But then do you recall getting a wire on February 14th of 2014 from Yelena Baturina for $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton?

Mr. Archer: To Rosemont Seneca Thornton?

Majority Counsel: Yes.

Mr. Archer: Yes. And why I remember that is from the ‑‑ from other testimony. Yes.

In the first presidential debate of 2020, President Biden denied, falsely, that Baturina had sent his son $3.5 million. Archer’s testimony confirmed the transfer, as well as the fact that Biden was on at least 20 phone calls with Hunter Biden’s associates.

Democrats attempted to claim, following Archer’s testimony, that the fact that Joe Biden spoke on the phone with his son’s associates on the phone did not mean that they spoke about business. Legal analyst Jonathan Turley mocked that claim:

While Turley was referring to the Café Milano in jest, it turns out that Biden did not talk “on speakerphone” to Hunter Biden’s associates at that particular restaurant, but he actually dined with them in person, as confirmed by Archer’s testimony Monday.

The head of the Department of Justice’s Public Integrity Section at the time of the Bidens’ dinner was Jack Smith, who is now the Special Counsel prosecuting former President Donald Trump. Smith did not prosecute the Bidens at the time, nor has he since.

Tucker Carlson Reveals Joe Biden Sent an Endearing Thank You Letter to Devon Archer

Then-Vice President Joe Biden wrote an endearing thank you letter in 2011 to Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, Devon Archer, Tucker Carlson revealed during an interview released Wednesday on Twitter.

“It’s from January 20th, 2011, which, I think, puts you in your late thirties,” Carlson described the letter. “This is from the vice president of the United States, Joe Biden, to you, personally.”

Carlson held up the letter during the interview, displaying a personalized handwritten note from Joe Biden at the bottom.

Carlson read the letter to Archer in which Joe Biden thanked him for attending a lunch:

I apologize for not getting a chance to talk to you at the luncheon yesterday. I was having trouble getting away from hosting President Hu (Jintao, who’s running China at that point). I hope I get a chance to see you again soon with Hunter. I hope you enjoyed lunch. Thanks for coming. Sincerely, Joseph R. Biden, Jr. P.S. (handwritten) Happy you guys are together.

“What was he thanking you for?” Carlson asked.

“First of all, it’s a lovely letter,” Archer replied.

“It’s quite enthusiastic; it’s a little weird though, right?” Carlson questioned.

“Well, it was,” he admitted. “Listen, it was, it was kind of the beginning of our partnership.”

“And he was thanking me and thanking Hunter, I think, at the end of the day, for bringing this idea of this government regulatory strategic advisory business into the private equity world,” Archer explained. “And I think he was excited about the prospects for Hunter. And, you know, he was just, just thanking me. I think it was a nice gesture.”

During the interview, Carlson asked Archer about Hunter Biden’s business specialization. Archer said Hunter Biden specialized in reducing regulatory exposure for businesses, specifically for Burisma Holdings.

“So really, the business of Washington is selling access,” Tucker stated.

“Understanding a regulatory environment means selling access,” Archer replied.

“He [Hunter Biden] knew a lot of people. But obviously, there were some familial, you know,” Archer said. “And obviously, I know you’re pointing to the father being the key relationship.”

“It’s an abuse of soft power,” Archer added. “Obviously, the brand of Biden, you know, adds a lot of power when your dad’s vice president.”

DOJ Denies It Tried To Jail Hunter Biden Witness Devon Archer Ahead of Testimony

WASHINGTON, DC - JULY 31: Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner (L), arrives at the O'Neill House Office Building before testifying to the House Oversight Committee on Capitol Hill on July 31, 2023 in Washington, DC. July 31, 2023

The Department of Justice denied it tried to prevent Hunter Biden's ex-business partner from testifying to Congress when it requested this weekend he report to prison.

Devon Archer, who sat on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma with Hunter Biden, testified Monday behind closed doors to the House Oversight Committee about Joe Biden, who as vice president was involved in policy on Ukraine while Hunter Biden was on the board.

Speculation grew that the DOJ was trying to intimidate Archer after it sent a letter on Saturday requesting a judge set a date for him to report to prison in a separate case not involving the Bidens. Archer was convicted last year of defrauding a Native American tribe out of millions, and now federal prosecutors are pushing for his one-year sentence to begin.

In a letter to Judge Ronnie Abrams, who is overseeing Archer's fraud case, the DOJ said it "respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment."

But the DOJ on Sunday denied the notion that the letter sought to lock away Archer before he could testify before Congress, according to the New York Post, noting that the process of sending Archer to prison would take "several weeks or months" and therefore would not interfere with his testimony.

"Nonetheless, for the avoidance of all doubt, the Government requests that any surrender date, should the Court order one, be scheduled to occur after the defendant’s Congressional testimony is completed," U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a second letter to Abrams.

Matthew Schwartz, the lawyer representing Archer, said his client "does not agree" with speculation that the letter was intended to prevent his testimony.

"We are aware of speculation that the Department of Justice’s weekend request to have Mr. Archer report to prison is an attempt by the Biden administration to intimidate him in advance of his meeting with the House Oversight Committee," Schwartz said. "Archer does not agree with that speculation."

Archer was expected to tell members of Congress in his Monday testimony that he witnessed on dozens of occasions Hunter Biden calling his father during meetings with foreign business partners.

Joe Biden has frequently distanced himself from his son's lucrative foreign business dealings.

"I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their business, period," Biden said in August 2019.

The development comes as Hunter Biden continues to face legal troubles surrounding his alleged tax crimes. A plea deal he made with the DOJ fell apart last week when federal judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the deal and told prosecutors and Biden's legal team to craft a new one.

The original deal would have allowed him to plead guilty to misdemeanor tax crimes and receive immunity on a broad range of criminal charges, all while avoiding jail time. The White House said Biden will not issue a pardon for his son.

WATCH: Hunter Biden’s Ex-Business Partner Is Speaking Under Oath to House Republicans

July 31, 2023

A former associate of Hunter Biden appeared before a congressional panel on Monday for an interview that Republican lawmakers hope will shed light on unproven allegations against Democratic president Joe Biden and his family.

Devon Archer, who was subpoenaed by the House of Representatives Oversight Committee in June, appeared for an interview behind closed doors led by committee staff. Allies of former President Donald Trump are calling for an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden.

House Republicans allege that Hunter Biden used his father's status as vice president in an influence peddling scheme while sitting on the board of Ukraine energy company Burisma nearly a decade ago. They hope Archer can provide evidence that the president was directly involved in his son's alleged dealings.

Burisma played a central role in Trump's 2019 impeachment over his alleged efforts to pressure Ukraine to investigate the Bidens and help him win re-election. A Republican-majority Senate later acquitted Trump.

Representative Jamie Raskin, the committee's top Democrat, said last week that the Republican investigation of the Bidens has shown a pattern of concealing key evidence to advance "a false and distorted narrative" and has failed to develop any evidence of wrongdoing.

Claims of Biden wrongdoing in Ukraine have also been contradicted by former Trump insider Lev Parnas, who helped former New York City Mayor and one-time Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani try to dig up damaging information about the Bidens in Ukraine.

But Republicans remain undaunted.

"We know that Devon Archer has met and communicated many, many times with Joe Biden about Burisma and other things," House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer told Fox News on Sunday.

Comer's committee has also heard testimony from two Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers who say their investigation of Hunter Biden was stymied by the U.S. Justice Department, claims that House Republicans view as evidence of political influence to ensure a lenient treatment for the president's son.

Biden's son appeared in court last week amid expectations that he would plead guilty to two tax charges and avoid a gun charge. But the judge in the case said she could not accept the plea agreement with prosecutors.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy warned last week that -Republicans could begin an impeachment inquiry against President Biden if the federal agencies fail to cooperate with oversight committees probing his administration and family's business dealings.

Some Republicans dismissed the warning as part of an effort by the speaker to rally his House majority behind appropriations bills, as the chamber prepares for a showdown over spending with the Democratic-led Senate.

THREE PIG LAWYERS.

Benedict Arnold, Bill Clinton, Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas – liars and traitors all

By Patricia McCarthy

We can only wonder at the question:  do the last two generations know who Benedict Arnold was?  Most likely not; they’ve not been taught legitimate American history for decades.   To the young of today, Arnold might be a hero for betraying his country.

Polls show our young people do not respect or even like this country.  Arnold, who had been a good soldier, was angry at being passed over for promotion and so began colluding with the British.  He was an 18th century.  Mark Felt.  His name is (or was) interchangeable with the word “traitor.”

Bill Clinton was generally known as a brazen liar about the Lewinsky affair and all that it entailed; a tawdry, unseemly affair that he lied about incessantly until he couldn’t.  He paid Paula Jones a court-ordered $800k but was never prosecuted for his loathsome behavior and gross dishonesty.

His wife is equally and personally devious and corrupt; she had the fake “dossier” concocted she was certain would take Trump out of the running for president in 2016.  Hillary used her position as Secretary of State of State to rake in millions of  dollars to her phony Clinton Foundation, much of that money from other nations that sought to benefit from her largesse when President.

That couple’s corruption was and is a blight on America’s history.  They made LBJ seem like an amateur.  The Clintons were criminals and they delighted in their criminality; they knew they were untouchable.  They were a greedy couple, and their illicit machinations made them fabulously rich.

The Obamas learned their lessons well and also became fabulously rich by perfidious means.   It’s likely that Biden has based his corruption on the Clinton model.

Joe Biden has been a pathological liar for all his years in Congress, as a representative and then as a senator.  He can’t open his mouth without lies spewing forth; there are far too many to list.  From his early support of segregation to his later denial; his plagiarism, his lies about his academic record, etc., etc.

In truth, Biden has always been a racist, a rather vicious one at that.  See his attempt to humiliate Clarence Thomas at his SCOTUS confirmation.  The man is one of the most greedy, corrupt politicians ever to steal the presidency, which he did, and to end up in the Oval Office.

He is entirely without “knowledge” now; he is obviously in the throes of dementia.  How else to explain his shocking inappropriate jollity when he was sent to a podium to speak about the Nashville murders of six people, three of them aged nine?

Biden has always been a liar; he became a traitor when he began using his position, his son, and brother to sell influence to China, Russia and Ukraine for millions of dollars.  Given the damage he’s done to the country in two years, it is safe to assume he is a controlled asset of China. They own him, which is why he has allowed the destruction of the dollar as the global currency.

Every American surely knows by now that the Democrat party is pro-criminal, anti-dissent. In blue states across the nation, criminals are routinely allowed onto the streets without bail to commit more crime.  Innocent people are being attacked with impunity on a daily basis in DC, in NYChicagoSF, and LA, etc.

If the perpetrators are caught, they are often released onto an unsuspecting public by Soros-funded DAs to repeat and escalate their criminal behavior.  Our Marxist left relies on chaos, on the calculated destruction of the family, on the thorough indoctrination of our children.

How do they go about this decades-old plan?  They advocate for the normalization of homosexuality, transgenderism and the genital mutilation that comes with that particular form of mental illness.  The pro-trans activists encourage doctors to remove the breasts of girls as young as thirteen, even hysterectomies.

Who are the doctors that perform these procedures?  They are purely evil, traitors to the Hippocratic Oath they may have sworn to uphold.  The lies that undergird the ideology of transgenderism are not only appalling but provable. There are only two sexes.  It is tragic that there is a Supreme Court justice that does not know what every three-year-old knows.

The appearance of Alejandro Mayorkas before the Senate on Tuesday was the height of prevarication.  The man did not answer a single question.   He stonewalled, dissembled and flat-out lied.  He claimed not to know how many migrants have died on their journey to our southern border.  He did not know how many children have been trafficked.

When Senator Cruz showed him pictures of the wrist bands that all migrants wear as ordered by the cartels, Mayorkas pretended not to know what they were.  The bands indicate how much money each migrant owes the cartels for getting them across the border.  There is no way Mayorkas does not know what they are, what they mean; the children especially will be slaves to the cartels.  This man is truly abhorrent, another enemy of America in a position of undeserved power.

That the Republicans in congress have not impeached him is a testament to their culpability, their slavish cowardice. But they’ve also done nothing about the unconstitutional abuse of the J6 prisoners, so what more can we expect?  The uniparty is the uniparty.  The few who do remember and revere the Constitution are too few and their meek colleagues offer no support.  They too, like the doctors who mutilate kids confused about their gender, have forgotten their oath.  They too are liars and traitors.

In short, we are being governed by a host of Benedict Arnolds, liars and traitors who have done far less for the nation than even Benedict Arnold did.  The Biden cabinet is an assemblage of incompetents, people chosen for their skin color or sexual orientation, not any particular skill or expertise.  Consider Defense Department boneheads, Austin and Milley.  Apparently there are drag queen performances for children on our military bases around the world!  They each claimed not to know this!  How is that possible?

Unless all Republicans step up to the plate to save the nation, we are well and truly done; over.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.  An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.  But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rutling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.   Marcus Tullius Cicero

Devon Archer to Tucker Carlson: Biden Brand Is ‘Abuse of Soft Power’

The Biden brand is an “abuse of soft power,” Devon Archer told Tucker Carlson during an interview released Wednesday on Twitter.

Archer was Hunter Biden’s best friend in business. Together they sat on Burisma Holding’s board and co-founded BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund.

“Obviously, the brand of Biden, you know, adds a lot of power when your dad’s vice president,” Archer told Carlson.

Archer told House investigators on Monday that Hunter Biden included then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone more than 20 times with business associates to sell “the brand.” One of those called included a dinner in China with Jonathan Li of BHR Partners.

“I don’t know if it was an orchestrated call-in or not,” Archer said. “It certainly was powerful, though, because if you’re sitting with a foreign businessperson and you hear the vice president’s voice, that’s prize enough. I mean, that’s pretty impactful stuff for anyone.”

Archer described a business situation in which Joe Biden called Hunter Biden, who flipped the call on speakerphone.

“Sometimes it was the call was coming in, and the speaker would go on. So it was [sic] it’s just the president,” Archer said.

“The power to have that access in that conversation — and it’s not in a scheduled conference call — and that’s a part of your family. That’s like the pinnacle of power in D.C.,” Archer added.

Archer also told Carlson that Hunter Biden specialized in reducing regulatory exposure for Burisma. “So really, the business of Washington is selling access,” Tucker stated.

“Understanding a regulatory environment means selling access,” Archer replied.

“He [Hunter Biden] knew a lot of people. But obviously, there were some familial, you know,” Archer added. “And obviously, I know you’re pointing to the father being the key relationship.”

“It’s an abuse of soft power,” Archer said.

Are the Walls Closing in on the Bidens?

When a protection racket starts to sink.

Everyone paying attention to the latest revelations about Hunter Biden and his energetically supportive father knows that journalists and Republican officials have opened a vein, or “the walls are closing in.” Even so, the leftist media are trying to report as little of this damaging scandal material as they possibly can.

We can scarcely imagine the anxious political chatter inside pro-Biden newsrooms, but let’s imagine it sounds something like Jen Psaki’s MSNBC show. Psaki brought all her persuasive pressure on former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan to recant how he tweeted former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden were both unpopular and “both potentially face very serious legal troubles.” It should apparently be unthinkable to compare them. Psaki argued, “Hunter Biden is not in office, he’s not serving in government … not equivalent!”

New scoops are underlining this is a Joe Biden scandal. The New York Post reported Hunter Biden’s former business partner and friend, Devon Archer, will be testifying that he put Joe Biden on the phone with his business associates from Burisma at least two dozen times. That’s worse than the story of Hunter intimidating foreign clients by claiming his dad is in the room, listening in.

The website Business Insider reported Hunter Biden made $1.3 million for his amateurish watercolor paintings. One unknown buyer spent $875,000 on “artworks.” Joe Biden appointed one buyer, Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, to a prestigious commission.

The Washington Free Beacon added that Naftali has visited the White House at least 13 times since December 2021, including a meeting with senior Biden adviser Neera Tanden. All of Naftali’s visits occurred after Hunter Biden’s first art show opened in New York in November 2021.

The Washington Examiner found a close personal friend and aide to the Biden family appears to have worked for years in the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s office under David Weiss, including when the Hunter Biden probe began.

Democrats are clearly telling their journalistic allies that you can’t cover stories like this on the Biden scandals because to cover them automatically means that Biden and Trump both face “serious legal troubles.” They cover Trump scandals so meticulously, hour after hour after hour, that one screen on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” simply said this: “DC Grand Jury Meets As Possible New Indictment Looms.”

This is their business model. “Grand Jury Meets” is worth hours of airtime, and “Possible New Indictment” can be a news hook for weeks. Meanwhile, even those network stars who are tiptoeing on the Biden investigations sound extremely tentative.

On CNN’s “State of the Union,” host Dana Bash could only ask Rep. Nancy Pelosi about Hunter Biden probes, “Are you confident the politics did not play a role here?” This is like asking, “Are you sure humans are made up of molecules?” This only cued Pelosi to disparage Republican hearings as a “ridiculous clown show.”

On CBS’s “Face the Nation,” host Margaret Brennan told former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie that the Biden Justice Department’s sweetheart plea deal with Hunter “infuriated” Republicans, but, “I wonder, after this plea happens, if you would advise your party to move on?”

Christie said no, but what kind of question is this? Would she ask Democrats whether they should just move on from their Trump investigations? This question isn’t about holding the Bidens accountable. It’s a journalist demanding that the Bidens should be in charge of handling the Bidens.

The media elites did not vet Joe Biden before he won the 2020 election. They spent the 2020 election cycle protecting him like a journalistic Secret Service. Their protection racket continues and should be obvious to anyone who observes the press in action — or inaction.

Lawmakers Call for Emergency Hearing into DOJ’s ‘Interference’ of Devon Archer Testimony

At least five members of the House Judiciary Committee called for lawmakers to return to Washington, DC, for an emergency hearing about the Justice Department’s “interference” in the House Oversight Committee’s scheduled testimony of Devon Archer, a key Biden family associate.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) was the first member to demand an emergency hearing into the alleged interference. Then followed Reps. Mike Johnson (R-LA), Chip Roy (R-TX), Harriet Hageman (R-WY), and Dan Bishop (R-NC).

The demands came after House Oversight Committee chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed Sunday morning that the DOJ requested a judge on Saturday to set a date for Archer to begin a jail sentence regarding an unrelated, prior conviction for defrauding a Native American tribal entity in 2022.

Many interpreted the letter as a means by which the DOJ was trying to prevent Archer from testifying before Congress on Monday. Comer said the DOJ rarely conducts business on a Saturday.

“The DOJ is trying to arrest Devon Archer ahead of his bombshell testimony Monday about Joe Biden’s involvement in his son Hunter’s Ukraine business when he was VP,” New York Post‘s Miranda Devine tweeted. “US attorney in the SDNY Damian Williams issued a menacing letter yesterday – Saturday – telling Judge Abrams to order Archer to go to jail immediately to serve a one year sentence for his fraud conviction.”

As the rumor of the DOJ’s shenanigans swirled throughout the day, the agency issued a second letter Sunday in an attempt to either backtrack on its previous request or clarify its actions.

“Update: The weaponized DOJ now “clarifies” they won’t try to prevent Devon Archer from testifying tomorrow,” Mike Johnson tweeted Sunday evening. “Witness intimidation & obstruction? Nah, nothing to see here”:

Archer’s scheduled testimony could reveal a lot of information about the Biden family, as he goes back a long way with Hunter Biden. In the late 1990s, they attended Yale together. Archer went on to become the vice chairman of finance for John Kerry’s failed 2004 presidential campaign, where he connected with his college classmate Chris Heinz, Kerry’s stepson and another Biden family business partner.

In 2014, Archer served with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer resigned from Burisma’s board after his arrest in 2016. Authorities convicted him of defrauding a Native American tribal entity in 2022, and he was ordered to pay a $43,954,416.75 judgment to the victims.

Some of Archer’s largest deals involved Bohai Harvest, an entity controlled by Chinese state-owned interests.

In 2019, Hunter texted Archer that he was a part of the Biden family and that the price of power was persecution: “Every great family is persecuted prosecuted in the US — you are part of a great family — not a side show not deserted by them even in your darkest moments,” he said. “That’s the way Bidens are different and you are a Biden. It’s the price of power.”

The House Oversight Committee announced late Monday it has subpoenaed Devon Archer, a Biden family associate, to appear for a deposition to Congress this Friday.

Did the Justice Department try to jail Devon Archer before he could testify to Congress Monday?

One can’t rule out anything when it comes to the behavior of Department of Justice officials functioning as partisan protectors of the Democrats and their current figurehead, Joe Biden. So, it is not out of line for close students of the Biden crime family bribery scandals to suspect the worst, as such luminaries as Miranda Devine and Matt Gaetz.

Ms. Devine:

The DOJ is trying to arrest Devon Archer ahead of his bombshell testimony Monday about Joe Biden’s involvement in his son Hunter’s Ukraine business when he was VP. US attorney in the SDNY Damian Williams issued a menacing letter yesterday - Saturday - telling Judge Abrams to order Archer to go to jail immediately to serve a one year sentence for his fraud conviction.

Rep. Gaetz goes step further, charging criminality:

The DOJ is now actively committing the crime of obstructing a congressional investigation.

@SpeakerMcCarthy

@RepJamesComer

@Jim_Jordan

If Devin Archer isn’t in the witness chair Monday, we better haul every SOB at the DOJ before congress EVERY DAY to make them pay for this. Lmk - I’ll come back to Washington tomorrow to do this. Archer is in that chair or Garland is. Yield me the time and let me ask the questions. I’ll handle it from there.

For such a gambit to work, it would require a federal judge to work over the weekend and issue an order for the immediate imprisonment of Archer, and thereby risk fierce blowback for cooperating with an  effort to silence a congressional witness of the highest profile (even as corporate media attempts to downplay the story).

It is unusual, though not unprecedented, for federal prosecutors to file motions with a court on a weekend, so suspicions are in order that a nefarious intent was at work. Bt if so, it was extraordinarily clumsy and counter productive.  Deep State defender Politico writes:

On Saturday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York wrote to trial judge Ronnie Abrams and asked her to schedule a date for Archer to report to prison, after the Second Circuit Court of Appeals finalized an order days earlier upholding his one-year sentence.

The court isn’t expected to make a decision before Archer will meet behind closed doors with the House Oversight Committee, meaning that even if the court ultimately sides with the request Archer wouldn’t have to report to prison before the meeting. And his attorney said in a statement that he will move forward with his planned appearance Monday.

A spokesperson for the office of United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York declined to comment on the filing or the timing of the letter. But according to the one-page letter, filed by assistant U.S. attorney Negar Tekeei, prosecutors had asked Archer’s attorney to recommend a reporting date in light of the Second Circuit ruling but were rebuffed.

Archer’s counsel, according to the DOJ letter, said it was “premature” to set a sentencing date because Archer was considering further appeals and intended to raise an “error” in the sentencing process. Archer’s lawyer plans to file a response to the U.S. attorney’s demands by Wednesday.

Matthew Schwartz, Archer’s attorney, also rejected the notion that there’s any connection between Archer’s tiff with the Justice Department and his potentially imminent jail time.

“We are aware of speculation that the Department of Justice’s weekend request to have Mr. Archer report to prison is an attempt by the Biden administration to intimidate him in advance of his meeting with the House Oversight Committee,” Schwartz said in a statement. “To be clear, Mr. Archer does not agree with that speculation. In any case, Mr. Archer will do what he has planned to do all along, which is to show up on Monday and to honestly answer the questions that are put to him by the Congressional investigators.”

As of the early hours of Monday, Judge Ronnie Abrams has not ordered Devon Archer to prison, so it seems likely this effort (if that’s what it was) was a stupid, doomed failure.

Update: The DOJ has issued a "clarification" that of course it never intended to block Archer's testimony.
