Hawley: Biden Can’t Incapable of Standing Trial and POTUS at the Same Time — ‘You Can’t Have It Both Ways’
Monday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) reiterated the contradiction of the claim that President Joe Biden was incapable of standing trial for his handling of classified documents and capable of holding the office of President of the United States.
The Missouri Republican called on Democrats to act to remove Biden from office.
“The choice is this — it can’t possibly be that Joe Biden at one and the same time is not capable of standing trial and, Sean, can still be president of the United States,” Hawley said. “It’s one of the other. And what the special counsel said is he willfully retained classified documents. He willfully disclosed them. That’s a crime, but the special counsel said, oh, but I can’t charge him because, you know, he can’t stand trial. Well, all right, then he shouldn’t be president. So, Garland needs to either charge Biden, prosecute him, or go to the cabinet under the 25th Amendment and say, guys, he can’t be president. We need to remove him. That’s the choice. It’s one or the other. You can’t have it both ways.”
“I mean, what it says is the guy can’t remember when he was vice president,” he added. “Think about that, years as vice president, he can’t remember it. He can’t remember when his own son died. He can’t remember key questions about the Afghanistan debate when he was VP. He clearly is not in charge of his mental faculty, so much so they can’t charge him with a crime, which means he cannot be president of the United States any longer. I mean, it’s just that simple. And, Sean, everybody can see it to your point. The American people know. You could see it in that press conference. He doesn’t know where Mexico is. He doesn’t know who the president of Mexico is. He doesn’t know what’s going on in Gaza.”
“He has no idea,” Hawley continued. “The guy is not fit to be president. He should be removed. And if the Democrats had some integrity, they would do it.”

Tony Bobulinski: Joe Biden Had ‘Plausible Deniability’ in Family Business While Compromised by CCP-Linked Company
President Joe Biden maintained “plausible deniability” while his family business raked in millions from several foreign entities, including CEFC China Energy Co., which compromised the president, former Biden family business partner Tony Bobulinski told the House impeachment inquiry on Tuesday.
Bobulinski’s testimony is significant because he met Joe Biden in the lobby of the Beverly Hilton Hotel in May 2017 to discuss business with CEFC, an entity closely linked to the Chinese Communist Party. Bobulinski is also the whistleblower who confirmed the infamous message about a stake of “10 held by H for the big guy,” as referring to Joe Biden.

Suspicious activity reports obtained by House Republicans show Hunter Biden’s business partner, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC in 2017. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut.
Walker, during his interview with investigators, said Joe Biden attended a meeting with Hunter Biden, additional business partners, and CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming. “I don’t remember the exact time, but I remember being in Washington, D.C., and the former vice president stopped by. We were having lunch,” Walker testified.
“The Bidens are the best I know at doing exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership,” Hunter Biden told a CEFC associate in 2017.
That same year, in 2017, Hunter Biden told Bobulinski in a text exchange that he did not want to register as a foreign agent on behalf of CEFC. Hunter, who was indicted on several counts, was not charged with violating the FARA.
Bobulinski also testified that Biden “enabled” his son Hunter to sell access to some of the U.S.’s “most dangerous adversaries,” including the Chinese Communist Party.
The only reason any of these international business transactions took place – with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family – was because Joe Biden was in high office. The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period. Other key players have made this point clear as well: Hunter Biden himself has adamantly stated it in a variety of communications, as did another Biden family business associate, Devon Archer, in his testimony last year. Foreign nationals on the other side of these transactions – including from China, Ukraine and Romania – have also explained how and why these transactions took place. Once again, I would call that extensive evidence.

Bobulinski recalled his business relationship with Joe Biden and CEFC, noting the business operations increased in 2016, the last year Joe Biden was vice president:
It is not a coincidence that CEFC’s aggressive approach to the Biden family happened around the same time. It is also not a coincidence that CEFC used the Biden family’s weakest link, Hunter Biden, and the promise of large sums of money to the tune of tens of millions of dollars initially, and eventually the profits from investing billions of dollars in the United States and around the world.

The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or “CEFC” … successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House. This process started in the Fourth Quarter of 2015 and continued through when Joe Biden left office in January 2017 to March of 2018 when CEFC Chairman Ye was detained for corruption in China, never to be seen again.
Bobulinski said Joe Biden was aware of the deal with CEFC, which had “a known surrogate of the Chinese Communist Party by the U.S. Government and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York as far back as 2016, possibly earlier”:
Joe Biden was aware of the CEFC transaction, enabled it and had a constitutional responsibility and obligation to the American people to shut it down before it began. This is because CEFC had been identified as a known surrogate of the Chinese Communist Party by the U.S. Government and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York as far back as 2016, possibly earlier. I would encourage Congress to gather all of the exact facts and dates. It is clear to me that alarm bells should have been going off in the Obama-Biden White House and that Joe Biden should have been aware that his own administration had red-flagged CEFC as a tool of the Chinese Communist Party. This should have made any business transaction with CEFC a non-starter.
In addition, Bobulinski said law enforcement never contacted him to speak about the Biden business, including special counsel David Weiss, who failed to indict Hunter Biden on FARA violations or mention Joe Biden in the document:
United States law enforcement appears to have been singularly unwilling to speak with me or to hear the facts we will be discussing today. I have never been contacted to provide testimony nor asked to speak with anyone connected with Joe Biden’s administration, including his Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, or local law enforcement. That includes U.S. Attorney David Weiss for the District of Delaware or any of the several grand juries I now know were convened after my name became publicly known. On October 23, 2020, I voluntarily walked into the Washington Field Office of the FBI with several phones containing years of encrypted communications between me and numerous members of the Biden family and their associates. That conversation, which was subject to False Statement statutes, lasted many hours, and was never followed up upon by anyone in government or law enforcement in any way. Rather, when the House Ways and Means Committee recently released the FBI 302 report of those meetings, Hunter Biden’s lawyers laughably tried to use a single note-taking error by a junior FBI agent to accuse me, falsely, of lying about my attendance at a meeting with Hunter Biden and CEFC in Miami. I was crystal clear to the agent in my interview that I was physically in Miami during that time for other things and did not attend the actual CEFC meeting. Hunter Biden’s lawyers should focus their energy on the facts and the extensive indictments Hunter is fighting versus creating smoke screens and distractions with their empty threats. I have only told the truth, I continue to tell the truth, I have the facts and, as we will discuss today, I also have the receipts to back them up.
House investigators launched the probe into the Biden family in November 2022. They revealed Joe Biden received money from James Biden and Hunter Biden. They also showed that nine additional Biden family members received payments from the family’s foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

‘60 Minutes’ 13-Minute Segment on Surge of Chinese Illegals Spends Zero Seconds on the Threat
On Sunday, “60 Minutes” reported that Chinese nationals are the “fastest-growing group” of illegal immigrants into the U.S. But, without devoting a single second to the threat posed by the illegal arrivals from a hostile communist regime, it blamed “tensions” with the U.S. for making it more difficult to enter legally.
The segment features Correspondent Sharyn Alfonsi reporting from a popular gap in the California border, through which illegal aliens are able to easily enter the country without confrontation.
Not once in her 13-minute segment does Alfonsi mention the possibility that any of the illegal immigrants from Communist China may be seeking to do us harm. Instead, she fawns over the Chinese nationals illegally breaking into the U.S., portraying them as “middle-class” bankers, business owners and job-seekers pursuing “freedom.”
“Oh, my goodness,” Alfonsi exclaimed, when one of the Chinese illegals said she was a teacher.
“Many of the migrants told us they made the journey to escape China's increasingly repressive political climate and sluggish economy,” Alfonsi said.
One reason the Chinese are entering the U.S. illegally is that the U.S. is granting fewer visas, due to “tensions between the two countries,” Alfonsi says – failing to mention that the U.S. has tightened its visa policy in an effort to protect itself from the growing threat of Chinese spying, hacking, fentanyl facilitation, etc.:
“For years, millions of Chinese entered the U.S. with a visa that allowed them to visit, work, or study.
“But, in the last few years, those visas have been increasingly difficult to secure, as tensions between the two countries have grown.
“In 2016, the U.S. granted 2.2 million temporary visas to Chinese nationals. In 2022, it was just 160,000.”
“It only takes one terrorist“ and Pres. Xi Jinping of China would “happily and enthusiastically“ exploit Pres. Biden’s catch-and-release policies, “to bring pain and terror to the American people,“ Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) warned in a recent Senate speech, noting that U.S. Border Patrol apprehended more Chinese migrants in Fiscal Year 2023 than it did in the previous ten years - combined.
It’s easier to simply enter the U.S. illegally, especially since Chinese nationals are three times more likely to be granted asylum, than are illegal immigrants from other countries, Alfonsi said:
“According to the Department of Justice, last year, 55% of Chinese migrants were granted asylum, compared to 14% for every other nationality. With the odds in their favor and a phone to guide them, there's little to discourage more Chinese migrants from coming through the gap near Jerry Schuster's place.”
And, even if they’re apprehended trying to break into the U.S, the Chinese nationals will be back on the streets within 72 hours, Alfonsi noted:
“Typically, within 72 hours, they are released into the United States and can begin the process of filing an asylum claim.”
“What do some migrants do after being released by border patrol? They call an Uber and they're gone,” the segment ended, teasing another immigration story.
Joe Biden Joins China’s TikTok to Reach Younger Voters
President Joe Biden has officially joined the Chinese app TikTok in an effort to reach younger voters. The president uploaded his first TikTok video on Sunday, alongside the caption, “lol hey guys.”
In the first video uploaded to the Biden-Harris campaign TikTok account, @bidenhq, President Biden can be seen answering softball questions during the Super Bowl LVIII game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

After being asked by an aide, “Chiefs or Niners?” Biden replies, “Two great quarterbacks. It’s hard to decide, but if I didn’t say I was for the Eagles, then I’d be sleeping alone. My wife’s a Philly girl.”
The aide then asks a question that appears to play into the theory that pop star Taylor Swift’s relationship with Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce is part of a plot to rig the NFL’s championship game and help get Biden re-elected in November.
“Deviously plotting to rig the season so the Chiefs would make the Super Bowl or the Chiefs just being a good football team?” the aide asks, to which Biden replies, “I’d get in trouble if I told you.”
After that, an image of Biden with beaming red laser eyes flashes across the screen, in reference to the “Dark Brandon” meme that the president’s campaign has decided to embrace.
“Dark Brandon” is the Biden campaign’s attempt to troll conservatives by combining the famous “Let’s Go Brandon” meme and the phrase “Dark MAGA,” which Trump supporters use while calling on former President Donald Trump to run an even more bold campaign in 2024.
The “Dark Brandon” meme also features eyes made of red laser beams, in reference to another meme that reportedly started among supporters of Bitcoin cryptocurrency.
Biden’s TikTok video concludes with the aide asking, “Trump or Biden?” to which the president replies by laughing, adding, “Are you kidding? Biden.”
The Biden-Harris campaign’s TikTok account arrives on the heels of the Chinese app being banned from most U.S. government devices, as TikTok is considered a national security threat by U.S. lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.
On Thursday, the 81-year-old president confused Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi as “the president of Mexico” following the release of a damning report by Special Counsel Robert Hur, who revealed he wasn’t recommending charges against Biden in his classified documents case, because the president is, in part, a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
While Biden tries to win over younger voters on an app owned by a hostile foreign country, the president’s age and relentless gaffes have been a major concern for voters of all ages. Opinion polling suggests that up to 75 percent of voters think Biden is too old to be president.
Some surveys have even found Biden trailing behind Trump among younger voters.
