The principal recipients of the funding were JPMorgan, Bank of America, Citigroup Inc., Wells Fargo & Co., Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley.
Trump criticized Dimon (Obama’s fave bankster donor) in 2013 for supposedly contributing to the country’s economic downturn. “I’m not Jamie Dimon, who pays $13 billion to settle a case and then pays $11 billion to settle a case and who I think is the worst banker in the United States,” he told reporters.
JPMorgan’s investment arm, which includes its energy group, collects $14 billion annually; in comparison, six months’ worth of fines would amount to a paltry $180 million.
The new financial disclosures reveal that top Obama advisors directly involved in setting these policies have received millions from Wall Street firms, including those that have received huge taxpayer bailouts.

CNN misses the mark on midterm predictions, and blames it all on bumbling Biden
Just yesterday, CNN published a piece asserting the only way for Democrats to retain control of at least one chamber of the federal legislature hinges upon “Republicans blowing it.” The analysis took historical trends, and sought to apply the data in an effort to determine “why” Republicans are pulling ahead nearly everywhere.
There’s one glaring misstep though — this is an unprecedented election year, and never have the Democrats been this destructive, this quickly.
The author declares impending losses are statistically true, and nothing more than a Biden performance review — but completely ignores the real reasons Democrats are on track to get their clocks cleaned.
The first is that their policies, across the board, are radical and extreme, and the results are terrible. The issues on most Americans’ minds is inflation and the unaffordable cost of living, which is a direct result of Democrats actions over the past two years. Both in policy and spending, Biden and his comrades have waged a war on fossil fuels and destroyed energy independence in pursuit of the Green agenda — crippling a country that runs on oil hits everyday Americans who make up a vast majority of the populace. The media facilitates the false narrative, blaming “greedy” oil and energy companies; odd though, because those for-profit companies existed during Trump’s tenure when prices were affordable and inflation was low.
Another reason they are set to lose is because their candidates are awful, and totally removed from reality. When mentally deficient people like Fetterman and Biden are actual political contenders, they’ve got a serious problem. The rest of the politicians are basically voting puppets for Pelosi and Schumer, rubber-stamping every bad bill that comes to the chamber floor. Just last night, Biden asserted that stolen elections are a “big lie.” What about all the Democrat election deniers though? Hillary Clinton is already spreading conspiracy theories claiming, “Right-wing extremists already have a plan to literally [emphasis added] steal the next presidential election[.]” That is as dishonest as the Russian collusion and dossier story she infected the public with for years; a narrative repeated by a complicit media.
Democrats consistently blame Republicans for what they do. Bill Clinton, the man who repeatedly patronized “Whites-only” establishments, says the ‘Make America Great Again’ slogan implies an agenda which would see the U.S. restore the racism that accompanied the Jim Crow era; (un)ironically, Jim Crow laws were creations of the Democrats.
They lie, claiming there is a “war” against women, when in reality, an overwhelming majority of the country disavows the murder of preborn children.
School choice, a policy which gives parents the freedom to choose where their child(ren) attends school, is a political referendum and an impetus to compel an education that serves the parent and child. Yet according to Obama, it means Republicans want to disadvantage the underprivileged.

Arizona Democratic gubernatorial nominee Katie Hobbs is holding a meet and greet with former Obama Administration Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday in Phoenix.
The “African Americans for Katie Hobbs” meet and greet will take place in downtown Phoenix at 1:00 p.m.
Holder has faced no accountability for the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Fast and Furious scandal, which saw thousands of guns walk to Mexico under his watch. In December 2010, some of the guns were used by members of a Mexican rip crew to murder border patrol agent Brian Terry.
Holder’s visit comes a day after former President Barack Obama stumped for Hobbs and Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), who is locked in a dead-heat with republican challenger Blake Masters.
A Phillips Academy poll released Tuesday shows that Hobbs, Arizona’s secretary of state, trails her Republican opponent, Kari Lake, by double digits. Lake received 53 percent of likely voter support, while Hobbs garnered 42 percent. In fact, 11 of the last 13 polls posted on FiveThirtyEight’s website show Lake leading. The other two have the candidates tied.
The candidates were polling by a closer margin before early October. Hobbs’s fall has coincided with her refusal to debate, which has developed into a disastrous narrative for her. She has faced criticism from both Democrats and Republicans for her decision, and Lake has branded her a “coward.”
Moreover, Hobbs has drawn scrutiny after one of her former employees in the Arizona State Senate, a black woman named Talonya Adams, successfully sued the legislative body for racial and sexual discrimination that she blames Hobbs for. Adams was awarded $2.75 million to Adams, but state law capped it at $300,000. Between lawyer fees and the payout, which was finally sent in September, the case has cost Arizona taxpayers $758,806.
Finally, last month Arizona up to 6,000 Arizona voters received faulty ballots only listing federal races under Hobbs’s watch due to a “voter registration error,” as the Associated Press reported. She stated that the error was corrected and the voters would soon receive complete ballots.

The 2022 Election is the Opening Salvo in the Repudiation of America’s Elites
A massive Republican victory in the 2022 midterm elections is imperative in stopping the disastrous policies of the Marxist left. However, far more important and potentially more enduring than a temporary victory by the Republican Party, is that this election can be the American citizenry’s opening salvo in the permanent repudiation and marginalization of the American Elites or ruling class. They are a clique that has betrayed and broken faith with the American people through their mindless infatuation with Barack Obama and near-psychotic obsession with defeating Donald Trump.
The elites can be loosely defined as those in the small minority of wealth, power, and prestige who have influence or control over the structures and institutions that govern a nation and stage-manage its culture and society.
This cabal can be further defined within three categories based on who they are:
The political or governing elites: those who take an active or influential role in the administration of political power whether through government or various non-government institutions such as universities and the corporate media.
The economic elites: those who are the wealthiest Americans by income and net worth, many of whom oftentimes use their wealth to influence or abet government and manipulate society.
The cultural elites: those that have an over-sized influence through their social standing and prestige emanating from the entertainment complex, sports or media, many of whom frequently use that status to shape and affect the culture.
Over the past 14 years the bulk of the American people have been forcibly awakened to the breathtaking level of narcissism, obliviousness, and megalomania of this ostensibly well-educated and influential cabal (who are overwhelmingly members of the Democrat party) but who are also scattered throughout the Republican Party hierarchy.
In 2008, because of his skin color and ability to deliver a speech, the American elites embraced a juvenile infatuation with Barack Obama and unabashedly catapulted him into the presidency. While the elites mindlessly acquiesced, Obama mainstreamed American Marxism into government and society and facilitated the de facto takeover of the Democrat party by these same Marxists.
For eight years of Obama, the American people were exposed to overt denigration of America and its history as well as cultural disintegration, racism and racial animosity. For the last two years, Americans have endured the economic, foreign and societal disasters of a senescent Joe Biden, an Obama minion stage managed by Obama administration puppeteers like Susan Rice and Valerie Jarrett.
On the other hand, for four years the American people experienced the forthright pro-Americanism and overwhelming economic and foreign successes of Donald Trump.

It is not the few died-in-the-wool Marxists but the far larger number of gullible and spineless American Elites who are now intimidated by and acquiesce to the Marxists in order to maintain their status in American society.
The growing naïveté, obliviousness and narcissism of the elites has become so dominant among the upper classes within American society that the future of this nation as a prosperous and freedom loving country is in serious jeopardy. The potential descent into the pitfalls of collectivism by the nation that has done more than any country in world history to lift vast swaths of mankind out of poverty and despair would precipitate a catastrophe, not only for the American people but for the rest of humanity.
There is little doubt that a major contributing factor to the ignorance and gullibility of much of the elite class can be traced back to a Marxist leaning education establishment that has been increasingly focused, for the past fifty years, on indoctrination and not education.
Concurrent with a precipitous drop in achievement in the core subjects of math, reading and science, curricula previously used for over a century in secondary and higher education, designed to foster appreciation of the Judeo-Christian basis of the nation’s founding as well as the development of reason and independent thinking by the students, were deliberately abandoned. Most notably at the nation’s colleges and universities. In their place was an emphasis on grotesquely revisionist American history, so-called self-esteem and its corollary, victimhood.
While this calamitous makeover of the education establishment is a major underlying factor in the growth of gullibility among the ostensibly well-educated, there are other dynamics at play as well.
Four generations of Americans have been born since this nation experienced a catastrophic national crisis and attendant hardships. Over those eighty years of unprecedented peace and prosperity, a mindset of “it could never happen here,” coupled with “the omnipotent entity known as government will take care of any problems” took root among the upper classes. This overall viewpoint essentially replaced a belief in God with a reliance on man and his institutions.
Thus, when combined with an inculcated inability to reason or generate an original thought, far too many have willingly accepted any inane pronouncement or machination proffered by the Marxists in the ruling class. Mindlessly believing and acting on these proclamations has revealed the herd mentality of the vacuous among the elitists.
In 2020, these same overwrought upper-class dupes were single-mindedly determined to oust supervillain Donald Trump by any means fair or foul. They, with premeditation, unconstitutionally and fraudulently changed election laws in numerous states, exploited mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting, and had thousands of “mules” stuff ballots in drop-off boxes. They, thus, succeeded in installing Joe Biden as president. However, thanks to their inability to reason and think independently, they gullibly believed that once Trump was removed from office America would return to their version of normal with a “moderate” Joe Biden they could control.
But that did not happen. The Marxists, through political blackmail, control and manipulate Joe Biden and his Administration. They dominate the dissemination of ideas through the universities and news through the corporate media. Further, the violent tactics of their militant arms, Antifa and Black Lives Matter, have been tacitly legitimized by the quiescence of the American Elites. Thus, they will never agree to any form of the liberalism that much of the current elites claim to espouse.
The Marxists cannot and will not acquiesce to any attempt at appeasement or compromise. The true believers in the media and the universities have confirmed this mindset, as the ostracization of Bari Weiss and James Bennet from The New York Times for being insufficiently obeisant to current Marxist dogma verifies. Media figures initially and foolishly seeking to accommodate and placate their Marxist colleagues rarely succeed. The examples of similar blacklisting of professors and academics who did not 100% toe the party line while seeking to appease their Marxist colleagues or students are legion.
The only way to defeat the Marxists is through an unarmed revolution that focuses on permanently marginalizing their abettors, the American Elites. The opening salvo of this revolution is to not vote for anyone running as a Democrat in 2022, regardless of the office. The second stage is to purge any elite-affiliated elected Republican over the next two years through the primary process while the America First Movement fully takes over the Republican Party and the Democrat party is left in shambles with no viable elitist or Marxist candidates.

Report: Soros-Linked Group Wins $41M Contract from Biden to Help Illegal Aliens Evade Deportation

A non-governmental organization (NGO), with financial links to billionaire George Soros, has won a $41 million federal contract from President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to help illegal aliens evade deportation from the United States.
The Acacia Center for Justice, an NGO with financial ties to the Soros-linked Vera Institute of Justice, scored a contract from Biden’s DOJ to provide “legal services” to border crossers and illegal aliens after they are released into the U.S. interior in the hopes of staying permanently.

The Acacia Center for Justice, a Washington, D.C.,-based nonprofit born from a partnership between the Vera Institute of Justice and Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR), has received six “legal services” contracts from the Department of Justice that carried start dates of Sept. 1, according to records. [Emphasis added]
The multimillion-dollar contracts began just months after the under-the-radar nonprofit received a July 29 determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service, which stated the group’s effective date of tax exemption was Dec. 29, 2021. [Emphasis added]
The Soros-linked Vera Institute of Justice, as Breitbart News previously reported, was recently awarded a $172 million contract from Biden’s DOJ to do the same work — help illegal aliens evade deportation from the U.S.
In 2018, the Vera Institute of Justice was previously awarded $310 million by the Obama administration to help Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) avoid deportation.
The latest estimates reveal that the Biden administration, from February 2021 to August 2022, has released at least 1.35 million border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities — a foreign population larger than the resident populations of Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Montana.

George Soros with his Open Society money plus the Chicago Marxist contingency of Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, Penny Pritzker, and Barack Obama are five people I'm inclined to group as the Biden puppet masters. Is there a pecking order among them? Does it matter? I suppose it matters to these individual megalomaniacs, but to anyone else? No. Just get that totalitarian state up and running. Maybe it will matter when all nations are under someone's thumb and one of those thumbs wants to be the one-world Big Thumb. Not to worry — I'm positive the Big Thumb will be chosen by consensus.
Back in the '90s, my father casually commented, "Clinton [Bill] wants to be president of the world." A light came on; I'm not thinking big enough. To look back, Bill and Hillary were the power-hungry transitionalists too early to the game. Their flaws were parochial ruthlessness and being irritatingly petty. If one wants to be king of the new world order, one doesn't waste time taking the White House china when one moves out, as they did. With the tech boom, the Clinton's "apotheosis syndrome" spread with the wildfire of social media. Egos mushroomed, and Andy Warhol's uncanny prediction that "in the future everybody will be famous for fifteen minutes" came true.
Barack Obama still believes he was adored. He was just the swooned-over Democrat choice redeeming white liberal guilt with nothing to show for it. He was the darling in the moment who would win. No one actually cherishes him now, but he is still voracious. He, like Soros, longs to be The Man with cohorts at the center of a radical worldview responsible for ushering in utopia. Soros, of course, is too old. Obama is not, but again, so what?
When the roll-out of Marxist world upheaval and chaos begins, does it matter an iota who the instigators are? "I'm so glad it was Obama and not someone else who took away our freedoms." A "great reset" dictator's first mission is to confiscate everyone's free agency. People end up doing things they don't want to do, mostly against their core values, and then remark, "I mean, what choice did I have?" Free agency protections halt the modification process. The FBI's raids are foundationally a free agency elimination tactic. Billionaire George Soros is that rare megalomaniac who not only believes he’s a god but revels in behaving like one. “It’s a sort of a disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out,” he once boasted to The Independent.
This god complex, combined with his downright amorality and bizarre ideas about society, makes the 92-year-old extremely dangerous to democracies, especially America. The warning comes loud and clear in Matt Palumbo’s recent book, The Man Behind the Curtain: Inside the Secret Network of George Soros, which documents Soros’sdecades of financial dealings, political operations, and nefarious networks.
Early in the book, Palumbo highlights Soros’samorality, planted perhaps when his Hungarian Jewish family assumed Christian identities and collaborated with the invading Nazis. The teenaged Soros accompanied his phony godfather, who inventoried properties seized from Jewish families sent to concentration camps. Yet, he says he feels no guilt, only detachment.
“I was only a spectator; the property was being taken away. I had no role in taking away that property. So, I had no sense of guilt,” he said in a 1998 interview on 60 Minutes. He likened his actions then to his playing the markets later. “In a funny way,” he said, “it’s just like in the markets – that if I weren’t there – of course, I wasn’t doing it – but somebody else would – would be taking it away anyhow.” He recounts that period as “probably the happiest year of my life” and “a very happy-making, exhilarating experience.”
Besides hubris and amorality, two major ideas drive Soros. He has a personal theory of ‘reflexivity’ and the philosophy of Karl Popper, his guru at the London School of Economics (LSE). Both have inbuilt ironies. While ‘reflexivity’ might be just an eccentric speculator’s hobby horse, Popper’s ideas, riding on Soros’smind and money, could lead the free world into an anarchist-leftist hell.
Simply put, reflexivity says the world is very complex, so humans use perceptual shortcuts like generalizations, dichotomies, metaphors, and decision rules. These, in turn, affect reality via the changes they cause in human behavior. Soros believes that, guided by this concept, he has gamed the markets by recognizing when perception and reality are at enough variance for betting big. Like all ‘systems’ to beat the casino, this is humbug and hubris, for it posits someone immune to the perceptual shortcomings that, by the premise, afflict everyone. But every successful speculator’s theorizing gains some indulgence, never mind the informants and networks he’ll never mention. Nor is Soros innocent of insider trading, either.
That is Soros’sbusiness. What should worry us is his obsession with implementing Popper’s ideas. In The Open Society and Its Enemies, Popper propounded that no single philosophy possesses the truth, no society is superior to another, and ‘closed’ cultures are built on taboos and a single version of reality. In Soros’swords, in ‘open’ cultures, “nobody has a monopoly on the truth; a society which is not dominated by the state or any particular ideology, where minorities and minority opinions are respected.”
This may seem idealistic. But, quoting Eduardo Andino of Philanthropy Daily, Palumbo points out that, if groups must let go of “their truth,” the open society becomes the overarching truth by which its members must live, leaving no diversity. Witness how conservatives and others resisting the left’s anarchic impulses are denounced as authoritarian.
Much of that is because Soros funded leftist causes like Antifa, and BLM through his Open Society Foundation (OSF), the NGO he set up with $32 billion to spend on disruption. He is the largest donor in American politics, spending billions on political projects in 37 countries through over 50,000 grants. With sociopathic aplomb, he has destabilized and toppled governments, broken currencies, and attacked Western democracies and institutions, all in the name of freedom, rights, and equity.
Palumbo calls Soros a “Schrodinger’s meddler,” both denying and boasting about his activities. When President Eduard Shevardnadze’s government fell in 2003, Soros said it was the Georgian people’s will, and he had nothing to do with it. Months later, he told the New York Times: “I’m delighted by what happened in Georgia, and I take great pride in having contributed to it.”
Soros’sinitial projects involved anti-communist activities in Poland, ousting a popularly elected president in Ukraine, and anti-Gorbachev interventions in Russia. The last denied Russians, emerging from 70 years of communism, any chance of economic freedom. As a one-size-fits-all globalist, he sees the European Union as “the embodiment of the idea of the open society,” where like-minded states surrender their sovereignty for the common good.
But Soros’sbiggest mission is America’s downfall, which he considers the biggest impediment to an open society. He entered American presidential politics in 2003, opposing George W. Bush and the war on terrorism after 9/11. He started numerous left-wing organizations to influence America’s social fabric. As tax-exempt groups, they receive unlimited funds and use them to influence elections.
Using his hold on the media, universities, and the White House, Soros has been able to push his ideas on racism; ecology and conservation; welfare for illegals; legalizing drugs; going soft on crime; automatic voter registration; canceling student; housing; and medical debt; and cutting military budgets. Equally, he has pushed socialist agendas, such as increasing government dependency, unionizing all jobs, and advancing racial and gender diversity. This may seem unusual coming from someone who made billions in the markets, but it’s a potent strategy to destroy the American ideals of competition, merit, and excellence.
In 2015, Soros began backing state prosecutors who want to dismantle the criminal justice system, portraying it – and America itself – as systemically racist. According to him, one should “blame the system, not the criminal, who is the real victim.” Around the time BLM was growing, he spent hundreds of millions to back candidates who were anti “law and order,” weak on crime, tough on gun control, and opposed to cash bail.

He war-gamed election outcomes and, visualizing a “despotic” Trump’s refusal to leave office, started the Transition Integrity Project, a backup plan of civil disobedience and revolutionary protests. He infiltrated the Biden-Harris team even before it took office by raising $20 million for transition teams of officials to prepare the duo to “hit the ground running” on Day One.
The same year, Soros budgeted over $63 million to further progressivism in higher education, beginning with the Central European University (CEU) in his native Hungary. He also brought together world leaders and Harvard liberals to create a “multilateral economic system where America is not dominant.” When Victor Orban forced him out of Hungary for supporting mass refugee resettlement in Europe, he turned to funding universities in America and other countries.
Palumbo’s painstakingly researched book also traces Soros’shand in the media, including journalism schools – which is why they push his pet issues and put out “fact checks” to deny his infamous past. Thus, he can shape narratives and target those who don’t match his global vision. As he angles to perpetuate his influence beyond the grave, through his son Alexander, his second wife Susan Weber, and other acolytes, free societies worldwide should brace for a long battle.
George Soros’s Open Society Foundation Funded Pro-Prostitution Organizations
George Soros’s Open Society Foundation (OSF) has donated over $1 million to organizations that work to normalize and legalize prostitution.
George Soros’s OSF donated a total of $185,000 to an organization called the Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) in 2019 and 2020. The organization is just one of several groups that has received funding from OSF and advocates for the normalization of prostitution.
According to their mission statement, the organization calls itself “a national grassroots social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers and their communities,” with a focus on “ending violence and stigma through education, community building, and advocacy.”
Their website also explains that the organization was founded when prostitutes in California’s Bay Area protested the arrest of a prostitute named Shannon Williams, who was also an employee at Berkeley High School.
The website also notes, “SWOP has grown into a national network of regional chapters and local activists. This network works together to address stigma and criminalization.”
Founded in 2003, the organization received five grants from George Soros’s Open Society Foundation in 2019 and 2020. The largest grant supplied $60,000 “to support policy advocacy on sex work reform.”

The organization’s “values” page indicates that they support the decriminalization of prostitution.
While one grant was intended “to provide general support,” another went to support SWOP’s attempt “to reduce the stigma and dehumanization associated with sex work and to increase power and collaboration among sex workers.”
The organization published a guide on “How to Be an Ally to Sex Workers.” The guide includes a number of suggestions, all of which are intended to normalize prostitution.
Business owners were told to “Put up sex-work-positive signs in your window,” while those in hiring or admission roles were instructed to “Ignore prostitution, drug, and non-violent convictions or arrests when they appear on applicant background checks.”
Meanwhile, the guide told policymakers to “Work to eliminate policies/laws that discriminate against individuals currently or previously involved in the sex trade.”
SWOP, which has also received monetary support from Neo Philanthropy and the Comer Family Foundation, is just one organization that works to normalize prostitution and has received support from OSF.
OSF has also poured about $700,000 into a group called “Mama Cash” from 2016 to 2020. The four grants all go to support a project of Mama Cash called the “Red Umbrella Fund” (RUF).
The fund calls itself “the first global fund guided by and for sex workers. Launched in 2012, Red Umbrella Fund joins together funders and sex workers in support of the human rights of sex workers.”
The organization articulates its agenda by saying, “We oppose criminalization and all forms of stigma and discrimination against sex workers. We recognize that sex work is work, RUF’s website reads.”
The OSF has also given two grants totaling $134,987 to the Red Umbrella Worker’s Collective. One grant of $49,987 went to “changing the narrative on sex work through video advocacy,” while one for $85,000 was dedicated to a project called “Revolting Prostitutes with the Sex Workers Advocacy and Resistance Movement.”
Even this, however, is just a small snapshot of the OSF’s continued support of the legalization and destigmatization of prostitution. The Soros-backed fund gave just under $150,000 to Yale University, with the grant intended “to support policy advocacy on diversion programs and decriminalization of sex work.”
A search for grants on the OSF website for the term “sex work” yields over 30 results, including organizations in the United States, Denmark, Germany, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
A report from the OSF, published in 2015 and titled “Ten Reasons to Decriminalize Sex Work” claims that legalizing prostitution “respects gender equality.” The report reads, “Decriminalization respects gender equality and sexual rights.”
It goes on to argue “Laws against sex work intrude into private sexual behaviors and constitute a form of state control over the bodies of women and LGBTI persons who make up a large majority of sex workers worldwide.”

Three of the migrants who were flown in by Gov. DeSantis to Martha’s Vineyard filed a lawsuit against the Florida governor claiming that they were somehow lured to the sanctuary island.
The lawsuit is completely baseless since the “false promises and false representations” that the migrants would get “employment, housing, educational opportunities” were actually copied by Florida from a brochure put out by the Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants.
It’s Massachusetts and the elites of Martha’s Vineyard who refused to honor their promises.
The lawyers representing the migrants, Yanet Doe, Pablo Doe, and Jesus Doe, are from the Boston chapter of Lawyers for Civil Rights. The national organization was created at the behest of JFK and RFK and funded by the Ford Foundation making it an obviously partisan group. Despite its partisan agenda, it functions as a 501(c)(3). As do many other leftist lawfare groups.
Internal Radical Service by David Horowitz and John Perazzo discusses how nonprofits are defrauding “taxpayers into subsidizing an illegal invasion of the United States” because “of the collusion of the White House and the I.R.S. in supporting this subversion of the American immigration system.” The pamphlet reveals how the tax code has become corrupted with nonprofits facilitating the invasion every step of the way. Including through immigration lawfare.
Lawyers for Civil Rights represents the migrants and Alianza Americas, a “migrant-led” group which has received millions from George Soros. Alianza also operates as a 501(c)(3) despite not only lobbying for illegal aliens, but repeatedly engaging in political advocacy, including denouncing Trump and Republicans, and cheering Biden and Democrat victories.
Soros’ Open Society Policy Center, a 501(c)(4), provided $150,000 in funding in 2020 to Alianza to “support policy advocacy on immigration”. Soros, a top Democrat donor who allegedly immigrated to this country under false pretenses, is a major funder of illegal alien activist groups. One of the projects funded by Soros is “Notifica – Deportation Defense”, a smartphone app that alerts lawyers of illegals. Unlike conservative free speech apps, Apple has not removed Notifica from its app store. Also funding it was the Justice Department.
The organizations behind it, United We Dream and National Immigration Law Center, are C3s.
As discussed in the Freedom Center’s new pamphlet, Internal Radical Service, tax regulations specifically state that “exempt purposes may generally be equated with the public good, and violations of law are the antithesis of the public good”. They clearly lay out that, “violation of constitutionally valid laws is inconsistent with exemption under IRC 501(c)(3)” and that “planned activities that violate laws are not in furtherance of a charitable purpose”.
Promoting illegal migration is plainly the “antithesis of the public good” and a violation of basic border and national security. But C3’s remain major players in the illegal alien pipeline.
And some of the lawfare is coming from almost fantastically wealthy left-wing groups.
The ACLU, which appears to have assets approaching a billion dollars, has repeatedly filed lawsuits on behalf of illegal aliens and policies that maintain open borders. The Southern Poverty Law Center, whose endowment was recently estimated at over $700 million, has its Immigration Justice Project setup. And local litigation is further backed by gargantuan foundations like the Ford Foundation with assets of over $17 billion.
The sheer scale of immigration litigation is massive and much of it is carried on by non-profits like the American Immigration Council, a C3 founded by the Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Immigration Law Center, a C3, the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project, a C3, and the National Immigration Justice Center from the Heartland Alliance, another C3 at whose shelters migrant children were allegedly forced to scrub toilets with their bare hands.
Heartland scored the “fourth-highest amount of federal dollars for housing” illegal minors and was first scrutinized after “an employee was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a minor”. Originally founded by Jane Addams, a co-founder of the ACLU and the NAACP, the Heartland Institute conducts refugee resettlement and works with migrants. The Institute brings in around $20 million a year and has been involved in multiple immigration lawsuits.
The Immigrant Defenders Law Center is a C3 as is the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, established by the Conference of Catholic Bishops, HIAS, formerly known as the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society before dropping its Jewish identity, and the International Refugee Assistance Project which, along with its offices in Muslim countries, has a program to provide legal aid to open borders migrants invading the United States.
The National Lawyers Guild, which has an extensive Communist history, has its National Immigration Project. So do most leftist litigation-oriented non-profits like Democracy Forward, chaired by Clinton lawyer Marc Elias, a 501(4)(c), which interfaces with a number of immigration lawfare groups. Even the NAACP which sued the Trump administration over the end of the DACA program illegally legalizing illegal aliens, is in the immigration litigation racket.
There are also numerous local counterparts like the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and specific demographic groups like Al Otro Lado and the Haitian Bridge Alliance beyond counting.
Many immigration lawfare nonprofits first received 501(c)(3) status in 2018 or 2019 indicating that the organization and deployment of these groups was closely connected to Trump taking office. But even under Biden, they continue to operate in order to facilitate the illegal alien invasion and the demographic transformation of the country into a leftist political fiefdom.
But immigration lawfare is no longer confined to conventional non-profits.
New York State has provided millions to fund the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project, California plunged $35 million into its Immigration Services Funding, and Nashville hijacked $1.8 million from federal relief funds to fund the Tennessee Immigration and Refugee Rights Coalition and Tennessee Justice For Our Neighbors.
Government funding of immigration lawfare is so widespread that the Vera Institute of Justice, co-founded by a Soros trustee, claims that there are “more than 50 publicly funded local and state deportation defense programs nationwide”.
Academic institutions, many of them nonprofits, have immigration lawfare built in like the Maryland Carey Law Immigration Clinic which embeds a deportation defense machine into the university’s law school, and the Immigration Justice Clinic at Cardozo Law School.
Law schools are becoming just another mobilization center for immigration lawfare on the U.S..
In The New Leviathan, David Horowitz first warned of a massive leftist network that has since become even vaster and also more specialized, branching out into very specific areas as part of a larger master plan for destroying America. Immigration lawfare now encompasses public-private partnerships between governments and nonprofits, universities and virtually every major leftist litigation and civil rights group in the country.
The millions of illegals invading America have their counterpart in the many millions of dollars being spent on the hundreds of groups that are doing everything from organizing caravans and flights, to cashing in on housing them to waging a ruthless legal war to protect the invasion.
Writing of the way that the IRS has allowed open borders nonprofits to operate, Horowitz and Perazzo conclude in Internal Radical Service that it’s impossible to read the tax code “without concluding that the Internal Revenue Service itself is not only derelict in its duty but has operated with criminal intent to violate its own statutes, indeed its own mission – and on a massive scale.”
The scale of the invasion is a testament to the scale of the leftist subversion of our government.
As Horowitz wrote in Internal Radical Service, “The I.R.S. is the patron saint of a movement to break America’s immigration laws.”
Illegal aliens not only invade our country, violating our borders and our laws, but they are the pawns of a vast network of leftist nonprofits who flout the “public good” and “violations of law” in the tax code, and then once here file lawsuits to rob taxpayers of even more money.
America doesn’t just need a wall on the border, we need a wall in our tax code to end criminal nonprofits who operate with the purpose of subverting our laws and destroying our nation.

Soros-Funded Group Behind Lawsuit Targeting DeSantis for Flying Illegal Aliens to Martha’s Vineyard

A left-wing non-governmental organization (NGO) partially funded by billionaire George Soros is behind a lawsuit targeting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) for flying illegal aliens to the elite coastal island of Martha’s Vineyard.
Late last week, DeSantis sent two flights packed with 50 illegal aliens from Venezuela to Martha’s Vineyard, where former President Obama has a sprawling 29-acre summer estate.
Despite having the capacity to house six million new arrivals, the illegal aliens were bused off Martha’s Vineyard less than 48 hours later to Joint Base Cape Cod.
A handful of illegal aliens flown to Martha’s Vineyard have since filed a class action lawsuit against DeSantis, alleging their Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights were violated. The illegal aliens are being represented by lawyers at Alianza Americas — an NGO that has received nearly $1.4 million from Soros’s Open Society Foundation from 2016 to 2020.
Most of the Soros funding to Alianza Americas has gone to promote an open border agenda between the United States, Mexico, and Central America, including lobbying for pro-mass immigration policies in the U.S.

Since the illegal aliens were bused off Martha’s Vineyard to Joint Base Cape Cod, some left-wing attorneys have claimed that arrivals remain “very traumatized” by being flown to the island.
Some illegal aliens, though, have said they want to return to Martha’s Vineyard.
Despite the backlash from elected Democrats and the open borders lobby, DeSantis has vowed to fly more illegal aliens to sanctuary jurisdictions and the doorsteps of the Democrat Party’s wealthiest and most well-connected donors.

While Texans gave $14.5 million to the Democrat's campaign, nearly half of O'Rourke's record-breaking $27.6 million fundraising haul came from out-of-state donors.
Out of state like George Soros?
Money is money and every campaign is looking for it, but Soros money comes with a certain reputation. In other words, Soros is usually supporting primary challenges to centrist Democrats. Just ask Rep. Henry Cuellar, who survived a primary challenge because a guy named George supported his opponent. Soros money is going to support a lot if leftist candidates, as we see in this report:
Ahead of the 2022 midterms, Democracy PAC has already cut big checks to two major Democratic super PACs aligned with the party’s congressional leadership: $2.5 million to Senate Majority PAC and $1 million to House Majority PAC.
Another $1 million went to the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State, the group dedicated to electing Democrats to statewide administration offices.
So yes a million dollars is always helpful. In this case, it may bloat the checking account but add an issue to the campaign.
Of course, they must be working on a new ad at the Abbott campaign. How about "We told you so"! "Beto is with Soros." So let's see how O'Rourke explains this one or distances himself from Mr. Soros's overall political objectives.
By the way, Gov. Abbott is up 6 in the RCP average. On the other hand, Beto O'Rourke has been stuck in the 38-43% range all year. He did hit 45% in one poll once but trailed the governor by 7, or 52-45%.
Far-left billionaire George Soros contributed $1,000,000 to failed Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke’s gubernatorial campaign in Texas late last month.
The Texas Ethics Commission’s website shows that Soros’s contribution to the Beto for Texas PAC came on June 23. Soros is a major donor to Democrat campaigns, having contributed millions to the top pro-Clinton Super PAC during Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign. He also contributed to PACs that supported radical leftist district attorneys during their campaigns in recent years, including Alvin Bragg in New York County, New York, George Gascón in Los Angeles County, California, and Kim Foxx in Cook County, Illinois.
Between late February and the end of June, O’Rourke raised a record of $27.6 million, while his general election opponent, Gov Greg Abbott (R-TX), was not far behind, taking in $24.9 million, the Texas Tribune reported. Since November 15, 2021, O’Rourke has raised $40.9 million, but only 60 percent of the total has come from contributors in Texas, compared to Abbott’s $37 million, 83 percent of which has come from in-state donors. Abbott has 45.7 million in cash on hand, leading his opponent by a nearly 2-1 margin, as O’Rourke has 23.9 million in his war chest.

Soros-backed O’Rourke launched a presidential bid in 2020 and failed to secure a single delegate following a 2018 bid for U.S. Senate in Texas, where he lost to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). Now, he looks to unseat Abbott, who is vying for his third term as governor. recent polling out of the Lone Start State consistently shows the sitting governor leading the race. A University of Texas poll from earlier this month had Abbott ahead of O’Rourke by six percentage points at 45 percent and 39 percent, respectively, among Texas voters. In A CBS/YouGov poll released on June 30, O’Rourke garnered 41 percent of the response among adult residents in Texas, which was eight points behind Abbott with 49 percent.
Following the school shooting at Robb Elementary School, O’Roruke showed up at an Abbot press conference in what Uvalde Mayor Don Mcloughlin called an effort to score cheap political points, as Breitbart News previously noted.
“You’re doing nothing,” O’Rourke told the governor.
“He needs to get his ass out of here,” McLoughlin declared. “Sir, you’re out of line! Sir, you’re out of line! Please leave this auditorium.” “I can’t believe … you’re a sick son of a bitch,” the mayor continued, “that would come to an event like this to make political issues.”
Sen. Tillis: Terrorist Watchlist Encounters Way Up Because Biden Wants ‘Open Border’
(CNS News) -- When asked why there has been a dramatic increase in the number of encounters with people on the Terrorist Watchlist this year, at the southern border, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) said it was because “the Biden administration wants an open border.”
At the Capitol on Sept. 21, CNS News asked Senator Tillis, “According to Customs and Border Protection, in fiscal year 2020 it encountered three people on the terrorist watchlist trying to cross the Southwest border between the ports of entry. Last year, it encountered 15. In the first 11 months of this fiscal year it had encountered 78. Why do you think there has been an increase?”
Tillis replied, “Beause the Biden administration wants to have an open border. The vice president says it's a secure border, but it is not -- it's an open border.”
He further stated that an open border, “creates definitive national security challenges just like [CNS News] articulated.”
As CNS News has reported, “The 78 Border Patrol encounters with people on the terrorist watchlist reported in the first 11 months of this fiscal year is 5.2 times the 15 encounters that occurred through all of fiscal 2021.
“In fiscal 2017, according to the CBP data, the Border Patrol only had 2 encounters with individuals on the terrorist watchlist between the ports of entry on the Southwest border. In fiscal 2018, it was 6. In fiscal 2019, it was zero. In fiscal 2020, it was 3. In fiscal 2021, it was 15. Then, in October through August of this fiscal year, it was 78.”
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Terrorist Screening Dataset (TSDS) holds sensitive information on terrorist identities. Although TSDS originally contained information on only known or suspected terrorists (KSTs), it now includes individuals that pose a potential threat to the U.S.

The Current Crime Wave Is Unlike Any Ever Experienced In America
If New Orleans were an outlier, it would be a shame; the fact that it’s not is a tragedy. Instead, New York, Chicago, Portland, LA, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and other American cities are part of the club. Crime has been up across America over the last two years, in most cases dramatically.
We’ve always had crime in America—such is the price of freedom—but what we are experiencing today is something altogether different. It’s not just crime. America can sometimes be a dangerous place. Everyone knows working the midnight shift at a convenience store is riskier than working the day shift at your local library, just as common sense tells you the odds of getting into a fight in a bar on a Saturday night are far higher than at church on Sunday morning.
And to be clear, this is not Antifa thugs and BLM cultists burning down cities. Protest, even violent protest, has been part of American history since its founding and is mainly event-driven, like Shay’s Rebellion, the Vietnam War protests, the riots after MLK’s assassination, or the acquittal of the police in the Rodney King video.
No, this is something different. It’s one thing to rage against the machine; it’s another to commit violence against citizens, particularly when they are unsuspecting innocents or compliant victims. This is today’s issue, which we see taking place across the county, from urban jungles like New York City to Midwestern communities like Salt Lake City.
What America’s experiencing today is exponentially worse than the typical crime that America is used to—and the truth is, young Black men and, increasingly, young Black women are perpetuating most, although far from all, of it.
Violence is not only going to a new level in terms of frequency but also its locales. It’s no longer limited to dark corners or deserted parking lots. It now occurs in the middle of the regular hustle and bustle of Americans’ daily lives. It’s taking place in broad daylight, in full view of video cameras—often with others videoing the carnage to share on social media. Violent crime occurs on Main Street USA, in schools, drugstores, fast food restaurants, subway platforms, high-end retail stores and, of course, homes.
We see large groups of young people blitzing stores, grabbing merchandise off shelves, and running out with smiles on their faces. We see “shoplifters” methodically clear store shelves of merchandise and simply stroll out the door, unconcerned about getting stopped or arrested and often assaulting employees along the way.
Moreover, an element of violence seems unprecedented in its scale. Almost daily, we see random innocent people on subways or stairs or in restaurants getting shoved, kicked, or punched. We see fast food workers attacked as customers come over or around counters and spark mayhem. We see bus drivers attacked, shop owners beaten, and cops spat upon. Indeed we see countless instances where robbers beat or shoot victims even after taking whatever they were after. We also read daily of innocents of all ages killed in the crossfire while sleeping in their beds, standing in a bar, or sitting in their cars.
There also seems to be a racial element to this new crime wave, with black perpetrators targeting a disproportionate number of White or Asian victims. Make no mistake, though. Now, as always, the single largest group of victims of this crime wave is black citizens.
The question is, why is this happening? What has caused an increasing number of black Americans to believe they can rob, beat, and even kill their fellow citizens with impunity?
No doubt, there are countless contributing factors, from missing fathers to failing schools to social media, but those problems (at least the first two) have existed for quite some time. No, the reason for the sharp jump in violent crime and unhinged behavior on the part of large numbers of primarily young Black Americans is the Democrat proposition that everything bad that happens to Blacks results from racism. As such, Blacks are not responsible for their choices. Therefore, they should not be held accountable for their actions.
Ronald Reagan once said, “If you want more of something, subsidize it.” That is precisely what the Democrats have been doing with violent crime. While they are not yet directly paying criminals to attack their fellow citizens and rob local businesses, they are subsidizing crime nonetheless.
Indeed, the lunatics running Illinois have just passed a law that eliminates bail for virtually every offense below 1st-degree murder and prohibits police from arresting or removing trespassers caught in the act while burglarizing a home or business. That means that, if someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night and you call the police, first, you’ll be lucky, given the Democrat “Defund the police movement” if police respond while the trespasser is still there and, second, police are literally no longer allowed to remove them from your home.
All of this is happening exactly when America’s cultural and political elites are telling young Black Americans that the system is rigged against them; that they’re incapable of succeeding when playing by the rules; that most white people hate them; and that, if they break the law, there are no consequences to be had. That is literally a recipe for societal collapse.
Today in Democrat-run America, only the criminals’ rights matter, never the victims…and the fact is that most of the victims of this American renaissance of violence are, in fact, Black Americans. That is, the new rules victimize the very people about whom Democrats pretend to care.
To accumulate power, Democrats have leveraged the fictions of “systemic racism” and millions of “White supremacists” running wild, and Americans of all races are paying the price. But this is exactly what happens when politicians pursue policies of balkanization and victimization, setting groups of Americans against one another to achieve power. The Democrats and their grifter partners thrive, while all of America’s citizens suffer.
America was founded on the principle that all men were created equal in the eyes of God and in the laws of man. While the execution of those truths has been imperfect from the beginning, it has consistently improved for over 200 years, bringing Americans freedom and prosperity unmatched in human history. Those benefits include black Americans, who make up fully 8% of American millionaires.
In just half a generation, Democrats have undone 200 years of progress and created a violent cage match between demographics in the public square. The result has been a body blow to civil society, mayhem in cities, and blood on the streets (most of it Black). Yet somehow, Black America continues to vote Democrat in Stalin-like numbers. Perhaps they should reconsider..
George Soros, the Obamas, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, and many other wealthy, elite, no-borders, one-world Marxist climate zealots have an iron grip on the Democrat Party from bottom to top. Soros Prosecutor Twice Sprung Criminal Who Went On To Kill A Man
Latest instance where Steve Descano's bail policies freed a would-be murderer

In May, Kevin Alexander Lemus was released from jail for the second time in a month, thanks to one of Virginia's top progressive prosecutors. Four months later, he killed a man.
Lemus confessed to second-degree murder for the shooting of Darlin Ariel Diaz Flores, Fairfax County police announced on Wednesday. Fairfax County commonwealth’s attorney Steve Descano (D.) released Lemus without bail in April on gun and drug charges. In May, Descano released Lemus again after he was charged for drug possession and having violated his pretrial release. Lemus killed Flores four months later.
The case is the latest instance in which progressive bail reform has allowed repeat offenders to commit murder. Descano’s office has released or dropped charges on four offenders this year who have gone on to kill. In June, Descano released a violent repeat offender on probation who later beat an elderly homeless woman to death.
The left-wing billionaire George Soros donated over half-a-million dollars to Descano's campaign as part of a nationwide push to elect progressive prosecutors. Many Soros-backed prosecutors have since eliminated bail and released offenders before trial in an effort to reduce incarceration.
Virginia attorney general Jason Miyares (R.) told the Washington Free Beacon that "the Fairfax commonwealth's attorney must do his job and fight for justice for victims, not criminals."
"Routinely giving repeat offenders light sentences and allowing them to quickly return to Virginia's streets is not only disrespectful to the victims of violent crime, but encourages more crime and creates more victims," Miyares said.
Maj. Ed O’Carroll said Lemus was "no stranger" to police in Fairfax County, having more than 80 interactions with officers in the past.
"We are all safer with Lemus behind bars," O’Carroll said. "He chose to have a gun—not his first time. He chose to shoot a man and ultimately take a life Saturday night in Fairfax County. Now he will face his consequences for his actions."
Homicides in Fairfax County rose 40 percent after Descano’s first year in office. They are set to outpace their 2021 levels, with at least 12 recorded so far this year.
But Descano shows no signs of changing course. In September, the prosecutor’s office dropped the majority of charges against a repeat offender who in February threatened officers with a loaded rifle. Given his record, the man could have been sent to prison for over a decade. Thanks to Descano’s intervention, the offender will serve just six months in prison.
After publication, a spokesman for Descano's office told the Free Beacon that it was "inaccurate to state our office decided to release this individual," because a judge made a decision to release Lemus. But a Virginia law passed in 2021 instructs judges to grant bail in most cases, leaving it to prosecutors to decide which offenders should be kept in jail.
Lemus committed nonviolent offenses in April and May this year. He is now being held at Fairfax County's Adult Detention Center. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 25.

Are Democrats Deliberately Choosing Impaired Candidates?
Once could be excused. Twice is suspicious. Three times seems like a strategy. Are Democrats choosing infirm, intellectually challenged, feeble people to run for office so that they can be easily manipulated?
Joe Biden was and is clearly infirm, physically, psychologically, and cognitively.
John Fetterman is also clearly infirm due to two things: He has had a recent stroke which seems to have left him cognitively impaired, and he also has a rather prominent swelling on the back of his neck, which could be the sign of several very serious conditions.
Kamala Harris is intellectually suspect, linguistically incontinent, and verbally incoherent. Why are these people being chosen by the Democrat Party for the highest offices?
My observation leads me places I would rather not go. With Joe Biden in the White House, he is clearly doing what he is told by others. This much is clear; he simply does not have the stamina, the wisdom, or the political acumen necessary to be an effective President of the United States. His gaffes, his verbal dyslexia, his delusional prevarications, his garbled verbiage, and his ability to reliably make statements his handlers have to mop up afterward, are all deeply troubling. No political party would run such a candidate unless two things were happening: One, the election would be guaranteed to affect a win for the candidate, and two, the candidate would simply be a figurehead for the real powers behind the throne. Biden would have to know that others would be running his presidency. Were he and Jill that easy to roll?
If someone offered a Democrat the most powerful position on the planet and told him, “Don’t worry, we will do all the hard work, you just relax and sign the papers,” wouldn’t most Democrats close the space between them and a pen at the speed of light? Biden would have to have assumed that his old buddy, Barack Obama (and his underlings) would be doing the heavy lifting, allowing Lunchbucket Joe to cruise, basking in the reflected glory without lifting a finger.
The bulb in Kamala Harris' attic is also known to be a little dim. She is supremely arrogant, lacking in leadership and a decent work ethic. She is lazy, entitled, and is unable to keep staff due to her abrasive and very ambitious personality. She was not even able to get enough votes from her own party in 2020 to get on the ticket for POTUS and is so impaired on so many levels that no one wants much to do with her. So imagine our surprise when she was chosen by the Democrat Party as Biden’s running mate. The most unpopular Democrat candidate gets to be vice-president without having a single thing to offer except her well-documented pliability. Kamala’s myriad word salads and bizarre rants about “working together” and the “passage of time,” to name just two, reveal a vapidity that is hard to explain unless her intellectual betters viewed her as malleable in return for the perks of being Veep. She is a mental cipher now a heartbeat away from the Presidency.
John Fetterman’s candidacy seems to be another cruelty perpetrated on the American public in the name of winning at all costs. The candidate for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania has physical and mental problems that preclude coherent statements and reactions to the pressures of running for office. He has already revealed he is not up to the job.
Yet Fetterman is another case where the Democrat Party has chosen the weakest, not the strongest, candidates. It is almost as though the party has made a decision to deliberately choose impaired, malleable, but ambitious people who have failed in their past attempts at wielding power or who are recognized as those who might sell their souls for some power. Were the candidates told, “Don’t worry, we’ve got this"? Were they told, "We’ll handle the voting aspect of this, you just do what you’re told and you’ll cruise your way to power”?
It would make sense if this were indeed the case, because we already know that the Democrats’ insatiable lust for power creates new cynical methodologies: Choose the weak to represent the stronger powers behind the thrones. A malleable winner is preferable to a strong, self-sufficient winner who may not take orders from the real powers behind the thrones. That the Left has an agenda is clear; it involves weakening the populace through policies such as a national gun registry. But they cannot put those policies in place unless the selected leaders promote those radical agenda items which further the leftist cause.
George Soros, the Obamas, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, and many other wealthy, elite, no-borders, one-world Marxist climate zealots have an iron grip on the Democrat Party from bottom to top. After all, why run candidates with minds of their own when you can run a candidate who has a mind that can easily be hijacked for radical leftist causes?
We should thank Barack Obama and Joe Biden for clearly illustrating to the American people the dangers inherent in an enforcement arm of the federal government. We are now living in a police state that will, through intimidation and force, move the country toward one-party rule and totalitarianism.
Republicans and conservatives like to say that we must reform the Justice Department and FBI. I disagree. If we win the majority in Congress, they both need to be gone. That means completely gone, with no attempt to reform or rebuild them. That may sound like an overreach but the time to restore our constitutional republic is upon us.
Do any of us really believe that we are somehow safer or more secure with an intact DOJ and FBI? They are irredeemably corrupt. Weeding out some of the more sinister miscreants within those organizations will not change the culture that has evolved over the past few decades. We have already tried that, and it made matters worse.
We should thank Barack Obama and Joe Biden for clearly illustrating to the American people the dangers inherent in an enforcement arm of the federal government. We are now living in a police state that will, through intimidation and force, move the country toward one-party rule and totalitarianism.
How many more lives must be destroyed before we all understand that we are under attack for what we believe including (indeed, especially) exercising our First Amendment rights? It has moved far beyond just Donald Trump and virtually anyone associated with him. Now, if you sell pillows for a living and in any way suggest that you believe the 2020 election was a fraud, then you’re on the list for FBI harassment and possible arrest. Never mind all that “free country” and “Bill of Rights” stuff.

This is obviously not the American way. It is, however, the type of behavior that was instrumental in stirring up the American Revolution. We are witnessing a “long train of abuses and usurpations.” President Trump recently said that, if he were to serve a second term, he would fire 50,000 swamp creatures across several government agencies. God bless him, but that number is woefully inadequate. It literally needs to be upwards of a million pink slips if we are ever to restore our constitutional government.
I understand that people have become accustomed to the nanny state and that we need to move forward slowly, with respect for both the constitution and the rule of law, but we’ve been going in reverse for more than a century. There are now well over 400 federal government agencies, and almost all of them are unconstitutional. People are beginning to understand that the “nanny” can morph into an unholy witch at a moment’s notice. Our representatives need to start making big changes to try and unravel this mess before it consumes us. Defunding it is a good place to start.
The Constitution clearly spells out the government’s role. Nowhere does it call for a government police force. There is also little doubt that, as matters now stand, removing the DOJ and FBI would enhance domestic tranquility. These rogue agencies consider half the American population their enemies. That’s hardly a recipe for domestic tranquility. We did just fine without them for nearly a century, and we would be better off if they were gone tomorrow.
After all, the Constitution intended for the states to absorb the policing duties that are now assigned to the federal government. If a state “department of justice” and its police force become corrupt, that does not affect the lives and rights of American citizens in the same way that it does at the national level.
It’s also easier to fix corrupt agencies belonging to the individual states. Those institutions are closer to the people and can more readily be protested or elected away. If a state government becomes in any way oppressive, people have the option of leaving. Most would not but, depending on the level of oppression, many would.
You need look no further than what is happening in California today. A torrent of people is leaving the state. This solution is not available at the federal level. Most people do not have the means to leave the country and would not want to leave if they did. They are Americans.
If the government needs lawyers to defend itself or to prosecute individuals within the government, they can be hired out of the private sector as they were before the DOJ’s creation. Think of how much money would be saved yearly—somewhere in the neighborhood of a quarter of a trillion dollars.
What manner of ominous changes might we face without ten thousand government lawyers and their police force? Perhaps, securing the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity? Maybe an American renaissance? The pre-COVID booming Trump economy was largely the result of his efforts at deregulation. Downsizing the government is the ultimate form of deregulation and what better place to begin than with the corrupt police state.
Few persons have done more damage to free societies than George Soros, the Hungarian-born billionaire. Yet in left-wing circles, the 92-year-old is regarded as a hero. That may have something to do with the fact that his Open Society Foundations have been greasing them for decades. Less well known is his record of bigotry.
Soros is known as a "self-hating Jew." As a young man in Hungary he became a Nazi collaborator.
In a 60 Minutes interview, Soros admitted that he helped confiscate property from Jews. He told Steve Kroft that he never regretted doing so. When asked if this was difficult, Soros said, "Not, not at all. Not at all." Stunned, Kroft said, "No feeling of guilt?" "No" came the reply.
The hatred that Soros has for Israel is indisputable.
He funds groups such as Bend the Arc, a far-left Jewish group that supports anti-Semites such as Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib. He also throws considerable money at the BDS movement (boycott, divestment and sanctions) which is trying to bankrupt Israel. By funding Amnesty International and the Human Rights Watch, he is instrumental in branding Israel an "apartheid" racist state, the two bodies promoting this cause.
Soros has a long history of supporting anti-Catholicism.
Catholics for Choice is the oldest anti-Catholic "Catholic" entity in the modern era. Though no organization has given it more money than the Ford Foundation, Soros' foundations have not been miserly. This letterhead has a history of lying about the Church's official teaching on abortion.
In January, Catholics for Choice vandalized the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. At a prayer vigil that was held there before the March for Life, the Soros-funded entity desecrated the Basilica by using light-projecting technology to post anti-Catholic messages on it.
When President Obama was in power, the atheist billionaire threw his weight behind Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good and Catholics United, two Catholic front-groups founded to manipulate Catholic voters.
Both of the two anti-Catholic "Catholic" groups were founded in 2005, following the defeat of John Kerry the year before. Kerry lost to President George W. Bush in part because of the "values voters," mostly Catholic and evangelical Protestants who stood for traditional values. Soros wasn't happy with these traditionalists, or the outcome, and sought a corrective by establishing phony Catholic groups to alter the political landscape.
It was a stealth campaign to end all stealth campaigns. There was nothing Catholic about either of these entities, but they gave the impression to the public that one could be a Catholic in good standing and oppose the Church's teachings on marriage, the family and sexuality. In 2016, they came crashing down.
That is when the Wikileaks revelations became public. Leaked emails showed that John Podesta, Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman, sought to create mutiny in the Catholic Church by funding Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good and Catholics United. One of Podesta's associates, Sandy Newman, said there was a need for a "Catholic spring," and that the goal should be to "plant the seeds of the revolution." Made possible, of course, with Soros' money.
There is one other aspect to this story worth mentioning. After Obama was elected in 2008, the IRS contacted me to say that the Catholic League was under investigation for violating IRS strictures for non-profit organizations. After the probe was finally finished, we received a slap on the wrist.
I promised the IRS official I would not stop hammering pro-abortion anti-Catholic politicians, and that he should inform his superiors of my pledge.
More important, I told him that I knew who was behind the attempt to destroy me. Just before the 2008 election, a CNN staffer sent me copies of a long document detailing news releases I had sent that allegedly violated IRS rules. She did this because the person who sent it to her tried to get me kicked off TV; he sent the document to validate his request.
When the IRS complaint was sent to me before Thanksgiving in 2008, I quickly concluded that it looked amazingly like the document forwarded to me by the CNN employee. It was sent to her by Catholics United.
In other words, Soros was behind the attempt to silence the Catholic League.
He lost. It's too bad he hasn't lost more often—his legacy of hate has done much harm.

Virginia Progressive Prosecutor Freed Felon Who Went On To Murder Two Men

A progressive Virginia prosecutor this year dropped charges against a felon with a history of gun charges. Months later, that felon killed two innocent men.
In July, Francis Rose shot two "innocent bystanders" in the head while robbing an apartment complex in Alexandria, Va., according to police. In February, he was freed from jail by the office of Arlington County commonwealth’s attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti (D.). Rose, who was already on probation for illegally carrying a weapon in Washington, D.C., was arrested in October 2020 for possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine and fentanyl with intent to distribute.
The double murder is the latest instance where soft-on-crime Virginia prosecutors enabled violent felons. Dehghani-Tafti’s ally Steve Descano (D.), Fairfax County’s top prosecutor, released three offenders with gun charges who each went on to murder. Both prosecutors’ campaigns received over $600,000 from the Democratic megadonor George Soros. Like Soros-backed prosecutors across the country, Dehghani-Tafti and Descano have abolished cash bail and pushed for decarceration.
"What happened in Alexandria was senseless and tragic," Virginia attorney general Jason Miyares told the Washington Free Beacon. "Unfortunately, it continues to be true that the vast majority of violent crime is committed by the same repeat offenders."
Police announced the double homicide of Adrian de Jesus Rivera Guzman and his step-son, Juan Carlos Anaya Hernandez, on Tuesday. Rose’s victims were landscape workers who had escaped gang-led violence in their native El Salvador.
Arlington police arrested Rose during a traffic stop in 2020 after finding a loaded handgun, cocaine, and fentanyl on him. In February, a county judge ruled the search unconstitutional. The evidence was not legally admissible because the drugs and gun were "appended" to Rose rather than in the car, his defense attorney argued, according to the Washington Post. Dehghani-Tafti’s office dropped the charges following the judge’s ruling and criticized the arresting officers’ conduct.
But before the ruling, a prosecutor in Dehghani-Tafti’s office praised the officers’ conduct, according to the Arlington Coalition of Police. Her office held Rose in jail without bond for more than a year before his trial, the law enforcement group said, implying prosecutors believed the officers had acted lawfully.
Rose will appear in court on Oct. 28. He faces up to 40 years in prison for each count of second-degree murder. Juan Hernandez’s wife told the Post she hopes he will stay behind bars this time.
"I know that if he’s in prison, my son and husband, they won’t come back," Laura Hernandez said. "But this man can’t get out. He can’t get out."

Two men were shot to death the morning of July 16 after a botched residential burglary at 7:28 a.m. in the Assembly Alexandria apartment complex in the 100 to 200 blocks of Century Drive, according to a police report.
The victims, Adrian Dejesus Rivera Guzman, 48, and Juan Carlos Anaya Hernandez, 24, were innocent bystanders to the burglary when they were both shot in the head by suspect Francis Deonte Rose, 27.
The suspect is in custody on burglary charges and police said other charges are expected.
According to ALXnow, Alexandria police radio traffic at the time suggested that the burglary suspect was the ex-boyfriend of an apartment resident and was known to carry a gun.
This is not the first time Rose has been in trouble with the law, as he has previously been arrested in D.C. and Arlington County.
In D.C., he was charged with carrying a pistol without a license, bench warrant, possession of unregistered ammunition and possession of an unregistered firearm. In Arlington a year later, he was charged with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute cocaine and fentanyl as well as possession of a gun and ammunition by someone convicted of a felony within the past 10 years, according to ALXnow. Rose was released from jail in Arlington after these charges were dropped following a judge’s decision to suppress evidence that the judge ruled had been illegally obtained, ALXnow reported.

In May 2019, an illegal immigrant in North Carolina tried to kill his ex-girlfriend just days after his release from prison. A month later, Democratic congressional hopeful Wiley Nickel opposed a bill that would have prevented the ordeal from happening again.
As a North Carolina state lawmaker, Nickel roughly three years ago voted against House Bill 370, which required sheriffs in the state to comply with Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers issued against illegal immigrants. Those detainers help ICE take custody of illegal immigrants when they're arrested on local charges and subsequently released on bail. Just one month before Nickel's vote, a self-described "progressive" sheriff's refusal to honor an ICE detainer prompted a violent rampage.
On May 15, 2019, police arrested 37-year-old Honduran national Luis Analberto Pineda-Anchecta—who was deported from the United States in 2006 but reentered the country illegally—after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend. One day later, ICE placed a detainer on him, which, if honored, would have kept the illegal immigrant criminal in custody. But progressive Mecklenburg County sheriff Garry McFadden ignored that detainer, and Pineda-Anchecta was free to roam the streets following his release on bond on May 17, 2019. Four days later, Pineda-Anchecta kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, tied a rope around her head to keep her quiet, told her he intended to kill her, and took her to a secluded, wooded area near a highway. The victim escaped, and Pineda-Anchecta was later sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Three years after the incident, Nickel is running to replace outgoing Republican congressman Ted Budd in North Carolina's 13th Congressional District. Nickel says he's running in part to "support law enforcement" and make sure "everyone feels welcome and safe in our communities." For the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association, however, Nickel's vote on House Bill 370 did just the opposite—the association supported the bill with "high priority," arguing that it provided "an appropriate and careful balance under the Constitution for the rights of the accused and for the public safety of our communities."
Nickel did not return a request for comment. His decision to vote against the sheriffs' association-backed bill could become a flash point in his race against Republican Bo Hines, who has called to "enforce our laws, deport all criminal aliens, and save Americans from dying."
Nickel first entered the political arena in 2006, when he ran for state Senate in his native California. Nickel lost to Republican incumbent Jeff Denham by approximately 20 points, despite funneling thousands of dollars of his own money into the race and running in a district that "was carved out specifically to elect a Democrat." Nickel's own family donated to Denham's campaign before Nickel entered the race.

With Joe Biden stepping back into the national scene, the time is ripe for a close assessment of the administration in which he served as vice-president.

With only 18 days left until the 2022 midterm elections, the top five news stories that Facebook is pushing to its users include Diwali becoming an official holiday in New York City schools and landscapers finding a car buried in a yard. Meanwhile, the issues that matter to voters are not chosen by Mark Zuckerberg’s algorithm to trend on the platform.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is allowing trivial news stories to trend as “top” stories while the United States is plagued with inflation, an illegal migration crisis, crime waves, and the deadly fentanyl drug making its way across the country’s southern border.
According to analytics firm NewsWhip, the top five trending news stories for a 12-hour window on Friday morning include the following headlines:
1) Diwali will be honored as an official holiday in New York City schools
Diwali, a holiday known as the “Festival of Lights” and celebrated primarily in South Asia and the Caribbean, will become an official school holiday in New York City, local leadership announced Thursday.

Bannon flouted demands for documents and testimony from the panel investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. Lawmakers on the House Select Committee wanted to know why he said a day before the siege that “all hell is going to break loose tomorrow.”
4) Landscapers find car buried decades ago in the yard of San Francisco Bay area home
A car was found buried Thursday in the yard of a home in the affluent town of Atherton in the San Francisco Bay Area, police said.
Landscapers working in the yard discovered the car around 8:50 a.m. It had been buried below 4 to 5 feet of dirt and was thought to have been there since the 1990s, police said.

Clyburn said, “Well, let me make it very clear, all of us are concerned about these rising costs. And all of us knew this would be the case when we put in place this recovery program. And we do know that price gouging takes place. … We knew that the moment we went to aid the Ukrainians, the Russians would do what they could possibly do to undercut this administration. So, they cut this deal with the OPEC nations to reduce the production of oil so as to drive the price of gasoline up.”

On Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain responded to criticisms by Republicans that the Strategic Petroleum Reserve should only be used for emergencies and that President Joe Biden is using it for political purposes by stating that he can’t take Republicans seriously because “we had Republicans say, hey, he needs to do something about gas prices, and then we did something about gas prices, and they’re, like, well, don’t do that.” And that Biden has been releasing from the reserve for the past year, which has lowered prices.
4) CDC Panel Unanimously Votes in Favor of Recommending Coronavirus Vaccine to Child Immunization Schedule
A U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) panel on Thursday unanimously voted in favor of including the coronavirus vaccine on a child’s routine immunization schedule, stoking concerns among critics who fear states and localities will enforce the recommendation.
In a 15-0 vote, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted in favor of adding the Chinese coronavirus jab to the federal health agency’s formal list of immunization recommendations for children. It should be noted that the vaccine recommendations do not have any actual staying power, but many states and local jurisdictions have, in the past, enforced the CDC’s recommendations, as seen with universal masking throughout the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
5) Exclusive: Konnech, Now Accused of Storing U.S. Poll Worker Data in China, Once Contracted with Pentagon to Help Soldiers Cast Ballots
Konnech, the Michigan-based election software management company whose CEO was recently arrested for allegedly storing the personal data of poll workers on servers located in China, contracted with the Department of Defense to manage election logistics for service members Breitbart News has confirmed.
Eugene Yu was arrested by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office on October 4th in connection with the purported theft of personally identifiable information of county poll workers whose data was allegedly discovered on servers in the People’s Republic of China. Konnech’s software, the PollChief Election Worker Management System, was used by LA County and many other counties in the United States to manage, pay and communicate with election poll workers. LA County asserts Konnech “was supposed to securely maintain the data and that only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it,” but said that information has been discovered on Chinese servers.
