Mark Levin: The Democrat Party must be 'obliterated'

THERE IS NO GREATER THREAT TO AMERICA THAN THE DEMOCRAT PARTY

Jim Jordan: ‘High Crimes, Misdemeanors, Bribery, Treason’ Could Bring Biden Impeachment

During this week’s broadcast of FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) acknowledged impeachment was still under consideration for President Joe Biden.

According to the Ohio Republican, if there were so-called high crimes and misdemeanors, including bribery or treason, impeachment would be an option, as the Constitution dictates.

“We don’t know if he’s taken in $10 million, $30 million, $100 million from all of these foreign adversaries and foreign nationals,” host Maria Bartiromo said. “But there are some members of your committees that are talking about impeachment. Is that on the table?”

“It sure is,” Jordan replied. “And, look, we’re driven by the facts and by the Constitution. If the facts show that there’s high crimes, misdemeanors, bribery, treason, whatever, if the facts show that there is — there is the crime there that warrants impeachment, then, by our — our duty compels us. But we have to first get all the facts on the table.”

“But you’re right,” he continued. “They’re piling up, 150 suspicious activity reports, 20 different companies they are running money through, all kinds of Biden family members getting paid, now the whistle-blowers coming forward with this set of facts, credible whistle-blowers coming forward and telling us the things they have told us. It is all beginning to pile up.”

“And, again, we’re driven by the facts,” Jordan added. “We will continue to do our investigation, let Mr. Comer and the Oversight Committee complete their investigation, and then look at all that. But if the Constitution dictates we go forward, then we will have to go forward, but that — we’re not there yet. We got to continue to do the investigation.”

THE BIDEN - MAYORKAS, TWO GAMER LAWYERS, ORCHESTRATED INVASION OF 'CHEAP' LABOR - House GOP: ‘Almost All’ Migrants at Ports of Entry Are Being Freed into U.S.

Exclusive: Official Says Biden’s CBP One Program Benefits Drug Cartels

Frontline employees being pulled from normal inspection duties are reducing the number of labor hours dedicated to finding hidden narcotics, according to a source within Customs and Border Protection. Hundreds of hours daily are spent processing more than one thousand migrants using the CBP One application to schedule appointments to secure their release into the United States.

In May 2023, CBP announced the agency would increase the daily number of appointments for migrants wishing to claim asylum to 1,000 per day and that appointments would be prioritized through an algorithm for those who have the longest wait times using the application. In the announcement, the DHS officials said the latter change would “Cut out smugglers who are preying on noncitizens by prioritizing appointments for those who have been waiting the longest. A percentage of daily available appointments will be allocated to the earliest registered CBP One™ profiles, so noncitizens who have been trying to obtain appointments for the longest time will be prioritized.”

Despite the claims that the new “lawful pathway” program would cut out smuggling activities by the cartels, the source, who is not authorized to speak to the media, says the impacts are to the contrary. “Any way you look at it, the border is a dangerous place,” the source stated. “The cartels don’t just profit off of the migrants, they survive and thrive by smuggling narcotics.”

“One worry is by redirecting personnel from inspections to asylum processing we are missing the deadliest drug we have seen in modern times, fentanyl,” the source told Breitbart Texas.

After another increase in available appointments announced in May, some 1,250 migrants began to use the CBP One application daily to schedule appointments to have their asylum claims processed at several southwest border ports of entry. Those ports are located in California, Arizona, and Texas. Some of the designated ports of entry are the busiest in the nation. One is the busiest on a more global scale. At the San Ysidro border crossing near the heart of downtown San Diego, more than 70,000 vehicles enter the country each day. In addition, 20,000 pedestrians are inspected for admission each day at the busiest port of entry in the Western Hemisphere.

At the smaller ports of entry, fewer migrants are allowed appointments. However, due to reduced staffing, the effects on the inspection process just as significant. Several times per day, groups of migrants appear for processing in Eagle Pass, Texas, and are released into the United States. Less than one hundred are processed at this port of entry daily. That port of entry may be forced to receive additional migrants due to a recent cancellation of the program in Laredo, Texas. The pause in the processing of CBP One appointments in Laredo is due to reports of migrants being extorted by authorities in Mexico.

The source tells Breitbart, each day 1,250 migrants from a variety of countries, including Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, Mexico, and others across Central America require hours of administrative processing that is converting some frontline CBP Officers into asylum petition clerks.

The source says the officers tasked with processing the migrants are redirected from pedestrian screening and vehicle inspection stations. “The cartels use humans to serve as body carriers and have become quite creative when concealing narcotics in the thousands of vehicles that cross daily,” the source explained. “Finding the drugs is a time-consuming process that should not suffer as a result of the CBP One program.”

Recent fentanyl seizures made by authorities at the border crossing points and in communities farther away from the border highlight the volume of fentanyl that Mexican cartels move every day.

As the result of a recent two-month DHS coordinated surge of resources to combat the smuggling of fentanyl in California and Arizona — Operation Blue Lotus — authorities in San Diego County noted a 300 percent increase in fentanyl seizures versus the same period last year – from 732 pounds in 2022 to 2,931 pounds in 2023. The operation involved the augmentation of 35 Customs and Border Protection officers and 85 Homeland Security Investigations special agents along the southwest border from March 13 to May 10, 2023.

The two-month fentanyl-enforcement surge along the southwest border resulted in the seizure of about 4,721 pounds of fentanyl and 1,700 pounds of fentanyl precursors, according to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of California.

On May 30, one of the largest seizures of fentanyl by the Border Patrol was reported at a Yuma highway checkpoint. As reported by Breitbart Texas, Border Patrol agents seized more than 190 pounds of fentanyl discovered meticulously concealed in a passenger vehicle. That seizure, according to the Border Patrol, contained enough lethal doses of the drug to kill 40 million people and had a street value estimated at over $2 million.

This single seizure was more than the entire amount of fentanyl seized by the Border Patrol in the month of April according to CBP. In most cases involving intricate concealed compartment smuggling detected in Border Patrol cases, the narcotics are loaded in Mexico and driven through a port of entry according to the source.

The source worries that future increases in the number of migrants allowed to seek asylum appointments at ports of entry through the CBP One application will further detract from the agency’s ability to adequately inspect pedestrians and vehicles entering the United States.

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is rerouting illegal immigration through Ports of Entry at the United States-Mexico border to give the appearance that the inflow has dropped under his watch, House Republicans say.

Following Biden’s rescinding the public health authority known as Title 42 that helped return millions of illegal aliens to Mexico since 2020, the establishment media and the White House touted a supposed drop in apprehensions along the border.

Under a series of Catch and Release-style programs, though, DHS has funneled tens of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens through Ports of Entry, Republicans on the House Homeland Security Committee detailed in a report issued this month:

While the Biden administration is celebrating a reported 25 percent decrease in encounters between Ports of Entry, 35,317 aliens were encountered at Ports of Entry — 17% of the total encounters in May. According to the Office of Field Operations, this is a 20% increase from April 2023 and a staggering 34% increase from January 2023, when the CBP One app was first expanded to non-commercial use. [Emphasis added]

In particular, as the report notes, Biden has deployed the CBP One app that foreign nationals in Mexico are using to schedule appointments at the border for direct release into American communities.

Since its implementation in January, more than 100,000 foreign nationals have entered the U.S. interior through the migrant mobile app — a population equivalent to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Annually, close to half a million foreign nationals will be able to schedule appointments at the border and subsequently get released into the U.S. interior at a 99 percent success rate through the mobile app.

“The increase in Office of Field Operations encounters depicts that once Title 42 ended on May 11, Secretary Mayorkas utilized the CBP One app to shift more, otherwise illegal, aliens to ports of entry in order to make it appear that ‘illegal’ crossings were decreasing,” House Republicans write in the report.

“Almost all of these inadmissible aliens will ultimately be released into the interior, regardless of whether they are granted parole,” they continue.

Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions outlined in a policy memo to Republicans where he urges them to remind voters that “this situation is outrageous and untenable, and that we can fix it” through a massive increase in deportation powers.

“We can replace the vicious cycle with a virtuous one, in which a clear message goes out to the world that we will defend our sovereign borders and that unlawful entrants will be stopped and deported,” Sessions writes.

Trump Plans to Move ‘Massive Portions’ of Federal Law Enforcement into Immigration Enforcement if Elected

Former President Donald Trump outlined his southern border and immigration policy platforms in great detail Saturday night, including laying out a vision to end “automatic citizenship for the children of illegal aliens,” resurrecting all “incredibly successful border policies” from his first term, and moving “massive portions” of federal law enforcement into immigration enforcement.

Speaking at the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Road to a Majority Conference in Washington, DC, Trump went into his border and immigration plans in great detail. He first blasted automatic citizenship as “so unfair for our country” and vowed to end it on his first day in office, if elected.

“I’ve already announced that I will sign on day one an executive order ending automatic citizenship for the children of illegal aliens. You have to do it. We’re the only country in the world that does it,” he said.

Trump added he would reinstate his previous administration’s border policies, including Remain in Mexico, Safe Third Agreement, and asylum bans, while also finishing the southern border wall. Moreover, Trump envisions reinstating “the prosecution policy which saw a record number of prosecutions of illegal aliens who had to leave the country.”

“Sometimes they were so evil, so bad, that we put them in prisons in our own country because they have a tendency to come back,” Trump added, before later promoting legal immigration.

“We want people to come into our country, but we want them to come into our country legally,” he explained.

Moreover, he stated he would reinstate the public health authority Title 42 — which the Biden administration allowed to expire in May — “based on all of the diseases that illegal aliens are bringing,” calling it “unbelievable.”

“And we will have to do rapid deportation of all of these border crossers, but we have people that are very seriously ill with contagious diseases, and they’re pouring into our country along with all of the rest,” he added. “We have no idea who these people are. Nobody cares.”

Trump added he would use the policy “to end the child trafficking crisis by returning all trafficked children to their families in their home countries immediately,” which drew loud applause.

Lastly, he detailed his vision to “shift massive portions of the existing federal law enforcement apparatus to immigration enforcement.” This includes moving “parts of the DEA, ATF, FBI, and Homeland Security investigators.”

“I will issue a policy directive making clear that our core national defense mission is to protect American sovereignty, and therefore we must use any and all resources necessary to stop this incredible, incredible invasion,” he said.

Along with the move, Trump reiterated he would deploy “thousands of troops … to the border.”
