Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) called on the State Department and Attorney General Bill Barr on Wednesday to bring a case against China in the International Court of Justice for failing to contain the coronavirus.
Banks, a member of the House Armed Services Committee, said in a statement:
If China’s leaders hadn’t become embarrassed by the outbreak and tried to cover up its spread, the world may have had a better chance to prepare for this or even contain it in Wuhan or China. Instead, we have a pandemic. China shoulders most of that blame. Rather than succumb to the propaganda and spin of Chinese officials, the world must hold them accountable for mishandling this outbreak. If the United Nations cannot even do that, it has completely lost its purpose.
The Hoosier congressman said that he will circulate a letter around Congress to show congressional support for bringing a case against China.
If China does not submit itself to the International Court of Justice, then it is possible that China could be removed from international organizations such as the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Banks has served as one of the leading lawmakers to make China pay for its failure to contain the coronavirus. He was one of the first lawmakers to call on China to pay reparations for their refusal to reveal the dangers of the coronavirus and also proposed to have China cancel America’s debt.
Other lawmakers, such as Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX), have called for proposed legislation that would allow for the United States to press charges against China.
Banks told Breitbart News Saturday, “If China had been honest from day one, if they had talked about how serious this was, then the flight bans would have started much sooner, and the response could have started much sooner, and the world could have prepared for this. Now, we are suffering and losing American lives.”

Silicon Valley, and the Chinese Connection to Coronavirus Infection

By James Fulford

After Feinstein was elected to the Senate in 1992, Blum continued profiting off their ties to China. A the same time, the freshman lawmaker was pitching herself as a “China hand” to colleagues, even once claiming “that in my last life maybe I was Chinese.” HARIS ALIC

FEINSTEIN HAS SPENT HER POLITICAL LIFE STALKING THE HALLS OF CONGRESS SNIFFING OUT DEALS THAT PUT HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN HER POCKETS.

SHE HAS AVOIDED PROSECUTION BY VOTING AGAINST ANY ETHICS BILLS AND HER HUSBAND, RICHARD BLUM'S HANDING OUT "CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION" BRIBES TO EVERY DEMOCRAT OUT THERE!

IN THE November 2006 election, the voters demanded congressional ethics reform. And so, the newly appointed chairman of the Senate Rules Committee, Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., is now duly in charge of regulating the ethical behavior of her colleagues. But for many years, Feinstein has been beset by her own ethical conflict of interest, say congressional ethics experts.

“All in all, it was an incredible victory for the Chinese government. Feinstein has done more for Red China than other any serving U.S. politician. “ Trevor Loudon

Senator Who Employed Chinese Spy Endorses Joe Biden for President

A high-profile U.S. senator with professional and personal ties to China — including once employing one of its spies — is backing former Vice President Joe Biden amid mounting questions over his son’s business dealings with the communist regime.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), a former chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, announced her endorsement of the former vice president on Tuesday, claiming to have witnessed Biden’s “fortitude” and leadership during their overlapping tenures in Congress.
Feinstein said in a statement:
I’ve worked closely with Vice President Biden and I’ve seen firsthand his legislative ability, his statesmanship, and most importantly his moral fortitude (NO, IT’S NOT A JOKE, BUT THEN FEINSTEIN IS THE MOST SELF-SERVING CORRUPT POL IN U.S. HISTORY). During his time in Congress and in the White House, Joe Biden has been a tireless fighter for hard working (ILLEGALS) MEXICAN families.

An outspoken Chinese Communist Party critic and millionaire property tycoon, Ren Zhiqiang, has been placed under investigation for "serious violations of discipline and law", an anti-graft watchdog said.
The Beijing Commission for Discipline Inspection announced late on Tuesday that the 69-year-old former chairman of the state-owned real estate developer Beijing Huayuan Group was under investigation.
Rights campaigners accuse President Xi Jinping and the Communist Party of using charges such as "disciplinary violations" -- often considered to refer to corruption -- as a way to silence dissent.
Beijing has stepped up its crackdown on civil society since Xi took power in 2012, tightening restrictions on freedom of speech and detaining hundreds of activists and lawyers.
Ren disappeared from the public eye in March, shortly after penning an essay that was fiercely critical of Xi's response to the coronavirus outbreak.
The retired entrepreneur has emerged in recent years as one of the Party's most prominent critics in the business world.
His essay has been scrubbed from China's internet, which regularly censors content that challenges the authorities, but it has been shared online outside China and a copy has been saved by news aggregator China Digital Times.
"This epidemic has revealed the fact that the Party and government officials only care about protecting their own interests, and the monarch only cares about protecting their interests and core position," Ren wrote, without referencing Xi by name.
It also accuses the government of concealing the initial outbreak.
Nicknamed "Big Cannon" for his fiery rhetoric, Ren formerly enjoyed close links with major figures in China's political establishment, including his former classmate Vice President Wang Qishan.

Viral 'malevolence': US fears China will exploit economic fallout from pandemic despite cover-up

China could gain strategic influence in Western economies suffering from the coronavirus pandemic, U.S. officials and experts fear, despite anger that the contagion spread due to Beijing’s duplicity.

“We are in that moment where the wife discovers that her rich husband has had an affair, but, that if she divorces him, she and her kids are going to be living in an apartment and driving a 30-year-old car, and so she decides to stay with him,” a senior U.S. official told the Washington Examiner.

“The world has seen the romance of China before now,” the official added. “And I think that romance is giving way to a clear sense of Chinese malevolence, but equally coupled with a recognition of dependence.”

U.S. officials fear China will continue to expand its Belt and Road initiative to gain economic and political influence around the world.
