HOW LONG CAN AMERICA SURVIVE WITH JOE BIDEN'S SABOTAGE OF HOMELAND SECURITY? - TX Border Sheriff: Problem We’ve Had for ‘Two Years’ Is ‘Getting Worse’ and We’re Getting ‘Nothing’ from Feds

TX Border Sheriff: Problem We’ve Had for ‘Two Years’ Is ‘Getting Worse’ and We’re Getting ‘Nothing’ from Feds

On Friday’s edition of NBC’s “Top Story,” Maverick County, TX Sheriff Tom Schmerber said that the problem along the border in Eagle Pass, TX has “been here for two years now, and it’s getting worse.” And they’re getting “Nothing” from the federal government and the only help they’re getting is from the State of Texas and the state’s Gov. Greg Abbott (R).

Schmerber stated, “I never thought I would see in Eagle Pass all kinds of immigrants coming through here, a lot of countries. And just like — they’re not afraid. They were just walking in line, crossing the river, walking in line, and being processed by the officers, immigration and troopers.”

He added, “We’re going to get more waves, and I am worried.”

Host Tom Llamas then asked, “Secretary Mayorkas is going to go to McAllen, TX with the president of Honduras. Does it bother you that they’re not coming here to Eagle Pass?”

Schmerber answered, “It does, because we’ve been here — this problem’s been here for two years now, and it’s getting worse. And I haven’t seen a higher official like the vice president, whoever it is, coming here to Eagle Pass. I know the vice president went to El Paso a long time ago, but never here. This is where they belong –.”

Llamas then cut in to ask, “What more do you need here? Because yesterday, I had Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) saying that Eagle Pass had not received any federal dollars. The Biden administration disputed that. Are you receiving federal help?”

Schmerber answered, “Nothing. The only help we are getting is from the state, the Governor. He helped us with, of course, grant money. And with that money, we hired a few more deputies and equipment that we needed. And we have a second grant this month…so we can get more equipment and troopers.”

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY OF CORRUPTION - Fourth IRS Agent Says D.C. and California Prosecutors Blocked Hunter Biden Charges

Third IRS Agent Says Joe Biden’s DOJ Blocked David Weiss from Charging Hunter

A third IRS agent reportedly told House investigators last week that President Joe Biden’s Justice Department blocked now-special counsel David Weiss from charging Hunter Biden, seemingly contradicting Attorney General Merrick Garland’s assertion that Weiss had complete authority to charge the president’s son.

“He was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own,” Garland said in June of now-special counsel David Weiss.

Weiss investigated Hunter Biden for five years for tax, gun, and Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations. The probe came to a head when IRS whistleblowers alleged in April that two Biden administration political appointees within the DOJ worked to block charges against Hunter Biden for tax violations against recommendations.

The president's son is reportedly under investigation for tax fraud, money laundering, and gun and foreign lobbying violations by Trump-appointed United States Attorney David C. Weiss.

IRS Director of Field Operations Michael Batdorf told the House Ways and Means Committee on September 12 that the DOJ’s tax division opposed charging Hunter Biden during a June 2022 meeting with IRS officials and Weiss.

“DOJ Tax would have to authorize charges prior to David Weiss recommending an indictment or prosecution,” Batdorf said in a transcribed interview, the Washington Examiner reported.

“So, I mean, my understanding is that, I mean, he can’t make that decision without DOJ Tax authorization,” Batdorf, who was IRS agent whistleblower Gary Shapley’s senior in the IRS chain of command, said.

Notes from Shapley show he quoted Weiss as saying he was “not the deciding person” on charging Hunter Biden with tax, gun, and FARA violations.

Shapley’s subordinate, Joseph Ziegler, the second IRS whistleblower, supports Shapley’s allegation. The claim is also backed by Shapley’s boss, Special Agent in Charge Darrell Waldon, who confirmed Weiss did not have the authority to charge Hunter Biden.

In two letters to Congress, Weiss contradicted himself about whether he was the deciding authority to charge Hunter Biden. Weiss ultimately reversed his position to agree with Garland, as both claimed Weiss was the sole authority to charge Hunter Biden.

Batdorf also told investigators he believed his team was frustrated that Weiss found opposition to prosecuting Hunter Biden. “I was frustrated,” he said. “[Weiss] was probably a little frustrated … because he now had to make some decisions on what he was going to do.”

“David Weiss made his decision to go forward in May. I’m not sure what drove that decision,” Batdorf added.

In addition, Batdorf confirmed that Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf was taken off the case in May or June, the Examiner reported. According to the New York Times, Hunter Biden’s lawyers worked with Wolf to draft the sweetheart plea deal that collapsed under judicial scrutiny.

IRS agent Darrell Waldon echoed IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley’s testimony that prosecutors in Washington, DC, and California previously blocked now-special counsel David Weiss from charging Hunter Biden in those jurisdictions.

“Mr. Weiss went to the U.S. Attorney’s Office — I can’t recall the dates — and they did not agree to prosecute the case in D.C.,” Waldon told the House Ways and Means Committee during a transcribed interview in September, the Washington Examiner reported.

“I’m aware that it was presented to the District of Columbia and, at some point, the Central District of California, I believe,” he added.

Waldon’s transcribed interview comes after he previously confirmed Shapley’s claims in April of political interference. Waldon later left the Hunter Biden case for another responsibility within the IRS.

As the investigation progressed, Weiss never charged Hunter Biden in the jurisdictions of Washington, DC, or California. Instead, he formed a sweetheart plea agreement with Hunter Biden that collapsed in July under judicial scrutiny. Shapley’s testimony in April reportedly triggered the plea deal, filed in Delaware. Weiss later brought three gun-related charges in Delaware against Hunter Biden.

The recent testimony by Waldon, who was Shapley’s boss, is notable because Attorney General Merrick Garland testified Wednesday that nobody had the authority to block Weiss from charging Hunter Biden, though “they could refuse to partner with him.”

“You said [Weiss] had complete authority, but he’d already been turned down. He wanted to bring an action in D.C. and the US Attorney there said, ‘No, you can’t’ — and then you go tell the U.S. Senate, under oath, that he has complete authority?” House Oversight Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked.

“No one had the authority to turn him down; they could refuse to partner with him.” Garland replied.

“You can use whatever language — ‘refuse to partner’ is turning down,” Jordan replied.

“It is not the same under a well-known Justice Department practice,” Garland claimed.

Waldon previously confirmed Shapley’s notes presented to Congress regarding an October 7, 2022, meeting between Waldon, Shapley, and Weiss, among others. “Darrell asked me to shoot an update from today’s meeting. Darrell — feel free to comment if I miss anything,” the top line of the email read.

In point two of the email to Waldon, Shapley recapped that “Weiss stated he is not the deciding person of whether charges are filed. I believe this is a huge problem — inconsistent with DOJ public position and Merrick Garland testimony.”

Waldon replied to Shapley, “Thanks, Gary. You covered it all”:

Waldon is the fourth person to voice concerns about the DOJ blocking charges against Hunter Biden.

Shapley, along with his subordinate, Joseph Ziegler, the second IRS whistleblower, support the allegation. In addition, IRS Director of Field Operations Michael Batdorf told the House Ways and Means Committee on September 12 that the DOJ’s tax division opposed charging Hunter Biden.

White House on Concerns Expanding TPS Will Encourage Crossing Border: We’ve ‘Met’ Pledge to Act on Illegal Migration - AFTER JOE BIDEN ORCHESTRATED 5 MILLION OVER THE BORDER AND QUICKLY SCATTERED THEM ALL OVER THE NATION

White House on Concerns Expanding TPS Will Encourage Crossing Border: We’ve ‘Met’ Pledge to Act on Illegal Migration

On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Way Too Early,” White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Olivia Dalton responded to concerns that the Biden administration’s move to grant temporary status to Venezuelan migrants will incentivize more people to cross the border by stating that there has been a clear message from President Joe Biden that “If you don’t enter the country lawfully, we will take action, and the President has met that with increased enforcement.”

Dalton said, “Earlier, this week, this President mobilized additional enforcement resources to the borders, on top of the record levels of CBP agents already enforcing our border and enforcing our policies, and he is expanding capacity at the border.”

Host Jonathan Lemire then asked, “So, let’s talk about the Venezuelans, this move to offer temporary legal status, some have suggested or expressed a concern that that might just provide incentive for more to cross the border. What’s the response to them?”

Dalton responded, “Well, this President has been very, very clear. We put in policies earlier this year to ensure that we are sending a very clear message that if you do not come to this country lawfully, you will be removed. We’ve stepped up enforcement on the border to do just that. We, right now, have doubled ICE international flights and removals over last year’s levels. And so, our message remains very clear: If you don’t enter the country lawfully, we will take action, and the President has met that with increased enforcement.”

HAND OVER YOUR JOB TO AN ILLEGAL WHO WILL WORK CHEAPER?

And one group that isn't naive is the migrants themselves, who, hearing about the instant work permits, will head on north to get one, or to get a chance at one, waiting on the platform for it as if for the next subway. It will come.

YOU WONDERED WHY JOE BIDEN IS SO SOFT ON THE MEXICAN CARTELS AS HE HANDS OVER BILLIONS FOR UKRAINE'S BORDER?

Results of Illegal Immigrant Parenting

The conscious decision to illegally enter America has consequences. Often it leads to some immediate economic and educational advantages for illegal immigrants and their children. Education and a job in America afford the ability to send money back home to relatives in the country of origin. However, drug cartels forcibly require illegal immigrants to pay for assistance in crossing our American border. Sometimes such money is extracted violently or via forced sex trafficking behaviors. Intimidation by cartel criminals shows cowardice.

The Psychology of Illegal Immigration

During American presidential campaigns, frequent questions posed are, “What will we do with millions of illegal immigrants already in America? And, how about the many hundreds of thousands more arriving constantly? Biden made it clear from the start that he welcomed open borders. Bidenites did not ponder the more precise and important questions which are:

“What will ‘good’ immigrant parents decide to do about their illegal status?”

“What impact over time does a parent’s living in the shadows of illegal, unethical, and criminal status have on their own character structure and by psychological influence, the character structure of their children?”

“Does the dubious atmosphere of being an “illegal” cause denial of that reality?”

“Does denial or repression about being illegal often cause defiance, rebellion, and a false sense of entitlement?”

“Does being illegal often cause a passive sense of psychological invisibility and submissiveness?”

Is skipping to the head of the line to gain American citizenship and potential prosperity a violation of personal conscience? Does denial of such cheating cause character defects?

Why did an illegal immigrant parent not fight for freedom, safety, and prosperity in their country of origin? Is such cowardice easily denied after illegal immigration?

Is searching for a better economic life in America a valid excuse for ignorance of or breaking the law?

What are personality, character, and character disorder as they relate to the parenting processes of illegal immigrant parents and the impact on the character of their children? Little has been written about the unconscious psychosocial aspects of illegal immigrant’s identities and actions as parents. We do know of frequent reports of illegal immigrants’ criminality and alcoholism in addition to the primal crime of illegal immigration.

Personality and Character Disorder

Good character implies adequate intelligence, a good sense of humor/playfulness, personal integrity, ethical consistency, respect for authority, social adaptability, and flexibility during adversity. It has survival value. Character Disorder or Sociopathy is manifested by an individual's chronic, habitual, repetitive, and maladaptive patterns of behavior and emotional reactions. These patterns are relatively inflexible, limit the optimal use of potentialities, and often provoke responses that the person or group want to avoid.

Causes of Character Disorder

Some personality traits are influenced by genes and inherited. However, "Nature/Nurture" issues arise from the fact that character and character disorder are formed over many years of personality development. Character forms in the context of family and social life in a community. Parental attitudes, parenting style, nurturing connection, and values (or lack of them), are clearly shaping factors in a child’s personality formation over many years. The child unconsciously identifies with many parental traits or stoutly rebels against them.

Moreover, the shadow-side of the illegal entry decision lives on and festers in the subconscious mind of illegal immigrants. The implications of such an illegal immigrant parent’s decision results in the intergenerational transmission of guilt and shame to the minds of their children and grandchildren. If there are no overt signs of this cultural class guilt and shame it is because of massive denial and reaction formation. Shameful and shameless behavior and hidden guilt about it can spawn acting-out behavior. Alcoholism, crime, reckless driving, and shameless predatory sexual behavior can result.

In other words, illegal immigrant parents’ actions have conscious, preconscious, and unconscious impact on their children’s minds, morals, and character. A parent who is haunted or should be haunted by illegal behavior finds it hard to be an effective role-model and example of moral integrity for his child. The child can repress or suppress the hints about the shadowy family secret. But young people during adolescence can rebel and become defiant. The sense of entitlement and defiance can lead to acting-out and authority conflict. Without a strong parent with good moral character, they push school authorities or the police into roles as stern parental-figures.

Earning legal citizenship, a good college education and a job is different than expecting it to be handed out as free stuff. Hard work earning an education builds character as part of the process. “Free education” and other free stuff can promote future generations of sucking dependency upon government entitlement programs.

In conclusion, the shadowy family secret of an illegal immigrant family often gets transmitted over several generations unless or until the truth is faced and resolved. It is alarming to consider how seldom the illegal immigrant’s parenting as it effects their children’s identity formation is seriously discussed. Paradoxically, the more personal integrity the child has, the more they will be haunted and hampered psychologically unless they transform their guilt and shame into effective community service, often in the military or health care fields.

With border surging, Biden cooks up new ways to make it worse

The U.S. southern border is now a full-blown disaster.

Illegal border crossings are hitting record highs now, and even the mainstream press is taking notice. The Border Patrol reported that 35,000 illegal migrants crossed into the U.S. into the Eagle Pass corridor in just four days. The long lines of migrants on the march, some hanging out from Mexican trains rolling in, are still coming. The Wall Street Journal has just reported that an even bigger surge is on its way now. CNN has just reported that the surging will continue based on huge numbers still marching north from Panama's Darien gap, a huge backlog of migrants waiting in Mexico based on previous surges, and large numbers of Mexicans now fleeing the drug mayhem and violence that comes of vast sums of money from migrants and drug-smuggling fattening its infamous cartels..

Biden's border is in such chaos that White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre wouldn't even answer a question about it from Fox News's Peter Doocy.

But that doesn't mean Joe Biden, undoubtedly panicking because of the news photos of massing migrants, isn't making things worse. He is.

His latest moves have been to speed up air flights of illegal migrants to their destinations of choice in the U.S. and to issue instant work permits for nearly half a million Venezuelans rolling into the country.

According to the Center for Immigration Studies's Todd Bensman:

A little-known part of the Biden administration's CBP One parole program permits inadmissible aliens to make an appointment to fly directly to airports in the interior of the United States, bypassing the border altogether. Partial data on the program, just obtained by the Center for immigration Studies pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act request, reveals that more than 200,000 people from four countries have used this direct-flight and parole program over the past year.

Presumably, the migrants pay for these flights, as Bensman found, but what does that say about their claims to being poor and desperate asylum-seekers with that kind money for private plane trips? How do these fares compare to private commercial air travel, by the way, and does this Uncle Sam air taxi service break even from migrant fares? Does the U.S. also run an air taxi service into the states for U.S. tourists abroad?

What we learn here is that there are actually more illegal migrants getting into the country than even the border surge numbers suggest. Does Congress, or the Constitution say that Uncle Sam needs to run an air taxi service for all self-declared would-be asylum seekers in addition to accommodating them in all other ways? There are more than 200 million migrants who want to move into the states, according to a Galllup poll. Something says 'no.' But what we do know is that making it cheaper and more convenient for illegal migrants who have not applied to come to the country legally will bring in more of them, particularly as word gets around.

As for another migrants-first convenience, work permits, the New York Times reports this:

The Biden administration said late Wednesday that it would allow hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans already in the United States to live and work legally in the country for 18 months.

The decision followed intense advocacy by top New York Democrats, including Gov. Kathy Hochul, Mayor Eric Adams and party leaders in Congress. It will affect about 472,000 Venezuelans who arrived in the country before July 31, temporarily protecting them from removal and waiving a monthslong waiting period for them to seek employment authorization.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claimed it only protected border surgers from previous surges and that August-and-later crossers "would not be protected." But we know how these things go. The 18-month insta-permit for working in the U.S. will expire, and after an activist pressure campaign, Joe will extend it. The next crop of migrants will be grandfathered in after that, triggering another surge that comes in in anticipation of another work-permit give-a-thon. Constant amnesties beget constant amnesties effectively rendering them permanent. We've already seen this with the continuous extensions of temporary protected status and DACA for certain politically connected sectors of migrants. Anyone who thinks this work-permit handout will be the last one is naive in the extreme.

And one group that isn't naive is the migrants themselves, who, hearing about the instant work permits, will head on north to get one, or to get a chance at one, waiting on the platform for it as if for the next subway. It will come.

That's an incentive for many more to migrate illegally bypassing the usual rules for immigration into the states and getting it all at once.

At a time when migrants are surging and Joe continues to resist all reasonable measures to stop it -- from refusing to build the border wall to ending catch-and-release, it's a heckuva message to send to migrants that if they get in, they get a work permit right off the bat.

Jean-Pierre did say this much about Biden (emphasis added):

“We have taken steps without the help of Republicans in Congress to do everything that we can to deal with this issue,” Jean-Pierre told reporters at the White House.

"Everything that we can" has a funny sound to, it. Former President Obama offered perspective on this when he reportedly said this about Joe: “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f–k things up.”

Yes, he is doing everything he can ... to f-- things up.

Biden to Grow Labor Market with Expedited Work Permits for Migrants, Skipping over Americans on Sidelines

President Joe Biden is bragging about growing the United States labor market by expediting work permits for border crossers released into the nation’s interior, even as tens of millions of employable Americans are on the sidelines of the workforce.

“We’re significantly expanding legal pathways to entry so businesses can get workers they need,” Biden told the Congressional Hispanic Caucus during a speech this week.

The remarks came as Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that the agency would start expediting work permits for border crossers released into the U.S. interior — specifically for those who enter through the administration’s parole pipeline and border appointments via a migrant mobile app.

To massively increase the labor supply — a crucial policy goal for corporate special interest looking to keep wages down while spiking housing costs — DHS will send emails and text messages to border crossers, urging them to apply for work permits.

“To date, more than 1.4 million email and text notifications have been sent by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Ukrainian, and Russian,” agency officials wrote in a press release:

DHS is deploying 50 personnel to New York this month to educate recently arrived migrants on the immigration system and how to apply for employment authorization documents. [Emphasis added]

The announcement came as lawmakers heard from economic experts last week that mass immigration to the U.S. is driving down wages, crowding working class Americans out of jobs, and serving as a boon to big business, Wall Street, and real estate investors.

“If we didn’t have access to all this immigrant labor, employers and the American people … would demand that we try to reinstill the value of work,” Steven Camarota of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) told House members. “Raising wages would be one of the most important things to make work more attractive. Immigration lets us not do any of that, including the current flow of massive illegal immigration.”

0 seconds of 1 minute, 31 secondsVolume 90%

Notably, Camarota estimates that more than 44 million native-born Americans remain on the labor market sidelines — not including the millions of native-born Americans counted in monthly unemployment figures.

In particular, Camarota finds how the nation’s working class is the most impacted by waves of illegal aliens entering the labor market. For American men 16 to 64 years old with only a high school degree, the labor force participation rate has dropped from 88 percent in 1960 to just 67 percent in 2023.

Even among prime-age working class American men, 25 to 54 years old, the labor force participation rate has declined from near full employment in 1960, at 96 percent, to just 82 percent this year.

As Breitbart News reported in May, Biden has brought in so many legal immigrants and illegal aliens that foreign workers now account for the largest share of U.S. job holders since the numbers have been tracked.

In 2022, foreign workers saw their share of the labor market hit the highest level in almost 30 years at more than 18 percent, with close to 30 million now holding U.S. jobs.

Report: Joe Biden’s DHS Plans Photo ID Cards for Illegal Aliens Freed into U.S.

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is reportedly planning to give photo identification (ID) cards to border crossers and illegal aliens before they are released into the United States.

Leaked images of the photo ID cards for illegal aliens were first published by Adam Shaw at Fox News, showing space for the carrier’s photo, a QR code, and information about the carrier, including name and age — similar to a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

The ID cards, part of a DHS pilot program, could be used by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents at airports or to access public benefits.

When news of the ID cards leaked last year, officials with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency defended the program, saying, “For provisionally released noncitizens, the digital modernization will provide ongoing access to important immigration documents through the secure card and connected portal.”

John Fabbricatore, a former ICE official and advisory board member at the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), told Breitbart News that the ultimate goal of the Biden administration is to limit illegal aliens’ face-to-face contact with DHS agents as much as possible.

“It’s a normalization of illegal immigration,” Fabbricatore said.

Lora Ries, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center, told Breitbart News that House Republicans should act to stop the ID cards, among other things.

“Congress needs to get a handle on the Biden administration turning ICE into another social services agency for illegal aliens and return it to a law enforcement agency that enforces the laws Congress made, including detaining and deporting Biden’s mass illegal alien population,” Ries said.

Through an expansive catch-and-release network at the U.S.-Mexico border, Biden is releasing, on average, more than 60,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities every month. This is a foreign population four times the size of Martha’s Vineyard.

In total, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) estimates that Biden and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas have welcomed five million border crossers and illegal aliens to the U.S. since early January 2021.

Kamala Harris Fails to End Border Crisis, So Biden Taps Her to Also End Gun Violence

Despite her failure to secure the nation’s border, Pres. Joe Biden’s Border Czar – Vice Pres. Kamala Harris – has been given a new responsibility: stopping gun violence.

As the border crisis V.P. Harris was supposed to stop continues to worsen and outrages even residents in Democrat-run, so-called “sanctuary” cities, Pres. Joe Biden announced Thursday that Harris will oversee a new office charged with stopping gun violence:

“The new Office of Gun Violence Prevention will be overseen by Vice President Harris, who has been a been a key leader in the Biden-Harris Administration’s effort to end our nation’s gun violence epidemic.”

Meanwhile, Fox News reported that, as of Friday, the number of migrant encounters by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) has already broken the fiscal year record of 2,378,944 set in FY 2022 – with eight days to go before the end of the current fiscal year.

Democrat Eagle Pass, Texas Mayor Rolondo Salinas told CNN Thursday that he feels “abandoned” by the Biden Administration, even though he has declared a state of emergency in his city, which is one of the major points of entry for illegal aliens. “Not all of these people come in peace,” Mayor Salinas said.

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol said Friday that it has confirmed three cases of Tuberculosis among the migrants surging into the U.S. through the El Paso sector.

“Dems are shameless hypocrites,” Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) commented on social media, posting video of Democrat New York Gov. Kathy Hochul complaining about her immigration “crisis” and telling migrants thinking of coming to self-professed “sanctuary” New York City to “go somewhere else.”
