A pair of illegal alien brothers have been charged with stabbing a man to death in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Breitbart News has learned.

Gaspar Gaspar Andres, a 36-year-old illegal alien, and Pascual Gaspar Andres, a 26-year-old illegal alien, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder this month after local police say they stabbed a man to death.

On March 14, police were called to the scene of a fight where 32-year-old Miguel Ruiz Ruiz was injured and lying in a pool of his own blood on the ground of a residence. An affidavit states that Ruiz seemingly had multiple stab wounds to his body.

An eyewitness said she saw one of the Andres brothers fighting with Ruiz outside before the other brother ran out to help drag the man into a residence. Shortly thereafter, the eyewitness said she saw the Andres brothers run out of the residence shirtless and speed off in a vehicle.

The Andres brothers, the eyewitness said, left the door of the residence open. That is when the eyewitness said she and her boyfriend went to check on Ruiz and found him on the bathroom floor bleeding to death.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency confirmed to Breitbart News that the Andres brothers are illegal aliens from Guatemala. One has been stopped for traffic violations before while the other has no known criminal history.

Now, the Andres brothers are facing life in prison and are being held in Garland County, Arkansas, without bail.

EXCLUSIVE LEAKED VIDEO: Human Smugglers Drop Small Children from Border Wall in New Mexico

A U.S. Border Patrol surveillance video leaked to Breitbart Texas shows a human smuggler dropping two small children from a border wall near Santa Teresa, New Mexico. The children, ages 3 and 5, were transported to a local hospital for evaluation, according to a law enforcement source.

A law enforcement source told Breitbart Texas the incident occurred at about 7 p.m. Tuesday night approximately four miles west of El Paso, Texas, in the Santa Teresa Area of Operations. The source is a veteran law enforcement official with knowledge of the incident but who is not authorized to speak to the matter.

The source told Breitbart a human smuggler scaled the international border wall near Santa Teresa. The source described the wall as a section of the older wall technology that is about 14-feet in height. A second smuggler handed a child up the fence to the smuggler who proceeded to lower and then drop the child to the ground. Seconds later, a second child is dropped to the rough terrain below the wall.

After Breitbart published this article, El Paso Sector Border Patrol officials issued a press release and the video to the general public.

The two human smugglers can be seen running back to Mexico after dropping and abandoning the two tender-age children who officials described as sisters.

“That could have been anyone’s children or grandchildren being dropped and abandoned by these smugglers,” the veteran law enforcement official said. “It’s really heartbreaking.”

“This video shows the real cruelty of these smugglers,” the official stated. “They have no feelings about the humanity of these people. They are just ‘cargo’ to them.”

Border Patrol officials identified the two children as Ecuadorian girls, ages three and five.

The video shows the three-year-old girl landing awkwardly on the uneven surface. She lays facedown and motionless for nearly 20 seconds before struggling to stand up. The second girl’s feet slip out from under her as she lands, slamming her tailbone to the ground. She also struggles for a few seconds before getting up.

The smuggler tosses some kind of package to the ground before retreating back to Mexico and leaving the helpless girls to fend for themselves.

“No one was waiting for these children on the U.S. side of the border,” the law enforcement source explained. “The smugglers know Border Patrol monitors this area with cameras and assume they will respond.”

The area is described as a landfill located about a mile from any roadway. “The children would have no idea where to go if Border Patrol agents did not find them,” the source said.

Border Patrol agents from the Santa Teresa Station did respond to the children and provided first aid before arranging transportation to a hospital for examination, Border Patrol officials stated.

Doctors cleared the two little girls medically and released them to Border Patrol custody. Border Patrol is holding the girls pending placement by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services workers.

“It’s really tough to see what happens to these victims,” the source said. “It makes me very sad and emotional — it breaks my heart.”

Choking back an emotional reaction, the official said, “Every life is precious, but when you see children being treated with such callous disregard, it takes it to a whole different level.”

El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria Chavez said, in a written statement, “I’m appalled by the way these smugglers viciously dropped innocent children from a 14-foot border barrier last night. If not for the vigilance of our Agents using mobile technology, these two tender-aged siblings would have been exposed to the harsh elements of desert environment for hours.”

“We are currently working with our law enforcement partners in Mexico and attempting to identify these ruthless human smugglers so as to hold them accountable to the fullest extent of the law,” Chief Chavez added.

Not all migrants are surrendering to Border Patrol agents in South Texas. Rio Grande Valley Sector agents continue to disrupt human smuggling incidents where the goal is to reach the U.S. interior and skirt immigration courts.

McAllen Border Patrol Station agents received a call on March 29 from a concerned citizen regarding a large group of migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico near Sullivan City, Texas, Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol officials reported. Agents responded to the area and observed migrants attempting to load into a vehicle, according to information from sector officials. Sullivan City is located along the Texas-Mexico border west of Mission.

The agents approached the vehicle and multiple people bailed out and fled into the brush. The responding agents initiated a search of the area and rounded up 15 migrants illegally present in the U.S. The driver managed to escape apprehension.

Later that day, agents working near Roma, Texas, received a tip about a possible human smuggling stash house. The agents conducted a welfare check on the residence and found another 14 migrants from Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico.

Rio Grande Valley Sector Chief Patrol Agent Brian Hastings tweeted photos from eight additional human smuggling interdictions that occurred over the weekend. These interdictions led to the arrest of 105 illegal immigrants, Hastings wrote.

During the first six months of this fiscal year, which began on October 1, 2020, Rio Grande Valley Sector agents successfully disrupted more than 200 human smuggling stash house operations, Chief Hastings tweeted.

GRAPHIC-EXCLUSIVE: Migrant Deaths Jump 20 Percent in Texas County 80 Miles from Border

The migrant border surge bringing hundreds of thousands of people to Texas yielded a 20 percent increase in deaths in Brooks County in 2021 to date. The increase in deaths in this county, located 80 miles inland from the Mexican border, follows multiple years of decreasing deaths, according to the local sheriff.

Brooks County Sheriff Benny Martinez told Breitbart Texas his office is witnessing an increase in the number of migrants dying in his county this year as a result of the migrant surge at the border. The deaths occur when human smugglers drop the migrants off on ranches located south of the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint located on U.S. Highway 281 in the middle of the county. The smugglers force the migrants to march through the ranches, resulting in 18 deaths so far this year.

“Marching through these ranches is an arduous process,” Sheriff Martinez explained. “So far this year, the migrants had to deal with extreme winter weather conditions in addition to the usual perils faced by these marchers.”

Martinez said that when the migrants become fatigued, sick, injured, dehydrated, hypothermic, or suffer heat exhaustion, the human smugglers leave them behind to die.

“So far this year, we found the remains of 18 deceased migrants,” the sheriff said. “This is up by 20 percent from a year ago and follows several years of decreasing numbers of deaths.”

Martinez blamed some of the increase on the movement of Border Patrol agents from his county to the border region to deal with the massively increasing numbers of migrants illegally crossing the border following the inauguration of President Joe Biden.

“It is hard to imagine the new administration would open the border up this way,” he said. “We are feeling the impact of the policy changes here and we are not even a border county.”

“Ranchers in our county are concerned for their safety and that of their families,” Martinez continued. “They are seeing more and more smugglers cutting the locks of their gates and driving through the ranches. Oftentimes, they end up in the residential areas of the ranch leading to confrontations.”

“One rancher recently reported that a smuggler took a wrong turn on the unmarked sandy roads on the ranch and ended up in his driveway,” he reported. “When the rancher came out to speak with the driver, the man shoved him and then sped away.”

“These kinds of actions could easily escalate and become dangerous for anyone involved,” the sheriff stated.

Martinez noted an increase in pursuits and property damage as the numbers of smuggled migrants continues to increase. “They are coming by volumes,” he said. “With most of the Border Patrol agents being pulled from patrolling the ranches to cover the migrant family apprehensions at the border, it will continue to get more dangerous here.”

Ranchers experience property damage as smugglers cut the locks off gates to drive through the properties and drive through fences while attempting to flee from law enforcement. “We are seeing pursuits on a more frequent basis than before,” the sheriff asserted. “With no agents in the fields because of the border crisis, smugglers see it as a green light to try to move their ‘human cargo’ through our county.”

With the rising temperatures in South Texas, the increasing numbers of smuggled migrants, and the lack of Border Patrol agents to interdict the smuggling attempts, Martinez said he expects the numbers of deaths to continue to rise over the next several months.

All but two of the 18 recovered migrants’ bodies or remains occurred after January 20, 2021 when President Joe Biden took office.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized nearly 370 pounds of methamphetamine at a Texas border crossing commercial lane. The officers found the $7.3 million in drugs in a tractor-trailer attempting to enter from Mexico.

CBP officers assigned to the Laredo Port of Entry on March 25 observed a tractor-trailer approaching from Mexico to enter the United States via a World Trade Bridge commercial border crossing, according to information received from Laredo, Texas, CBP officials. The driver presented a manifest listing the cargo as industrial magnets.

Officers referred the driver to a secondary inspection station where they conducted a K-9 search and a non-intrusive imaging system inspection, officials stated. During the inspection, the officers observed anomalies in the cargo. This led the agents to conduct a physical search of the load.

During the secondary inspection and search, the officers found 104 packages allegedly filled with methamphetamine. Officials said the drug load weighed 367.24 pounds. They estimated the value of the shipment to be $7,344,845.

“The level of methamphetamine abuse in the U.S. continues to rise,” Acting Port Director Eugene Crawford, Laredo Port of Entry, said in a written statement. “Seizures like this one underscore the vital role that CBP officers play in advancing our overall national border security mission and protecting the public from illegal narcotics.”

The officers seized the drug shipment and turned the case over to ICE Homeland Security Investigations for preparation of charges.
