JOE BIDEN - IS IT 50 YEARS OF TAX EVASION OR DID JOE GAME IT AND DECLARE THE BRIBES? - GOP Rep. Tenney Says the ‘Real Story’ Is Joe Biden Used His Son Hunter for ‘Money Laundering, Tax Evasion’

GOP Rep. Tenney Says the ‘Real Story’ Is Joe Biden Used His Son Hunter for ‘Money Laundering, Tax Evasion’

Representative Claudia Tenney (R-NY) said Monday on Fox Business Network’s “Morning with Maria” she believed that the “real story” was President Joe Biden “used his son” Hunter Biden to enrich himself illegally.

Tenney said, “The FBI is dirty. These are dirty cops. This what is happened during this investigation. The Department of Justice engaged basically in obstructing justice, in preventing the story from coming out. They interfered to make sure that these IRS agents, who by the way were investigating a pornography ring, somehow end up with Hunter Biden’s story. This is an important part of the mix too. We can all focus on Hunter Biden but the real story here is Joe Biden and how Hunter Biden was the proxy for Joe and the family. This started, as Peter Schweizer pointed out, back when Joe Biden was vice president. He was peddling his influence, using his son.”

She added, “While he’s vice president we are seeing influence peddling we are seeing violation of ethics laws, violation of campaign financing. Then he becomes a private citizen but they’re still trying to get this money from Hunter Biden to Joe and this is how the relationship started and continues. So while he’s a private citizen this becomes money laundering, tax evasion and all those things that these IRS agents really stumbled upon, these whistleblowers that we heard from.”

Tenney added, “This has been going on for years, using his position to protect himself and also using his position, Joe Biden, to enrich himself and his family.”

Exclusive – Elise Stefanik: IRS Whistleblower Claims Show ‘Heinous Cover-Up’ of Hunter Biden’s Tax Case

U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) speaks at a press conference following a House Republican caucus meeting at the U.S. Capitol on May 16, 2023 in Washington, DC. President Biden and congressional lawmakers continue to work on a deal to raise the debt ceiling ahead of the June 1 deadline, when …

House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) exclusively told Breitbart News the IRS whistleblower accusations of political interference leveled against the Department of Justice (DOJ) on behalf of the Biden family are “disgusting, although not surprising,” vowing “transparency, accountability, and true justice brought to the American people.”

On Thursday, the House Ways and Means Committee released bombshell testimony from two IRS whistleblowers. The whistleblowers raised at least 13 new allegations against the DOJ and the Biden family, including preventing United States Attorney David Weiss from bringing stronger charges against Hunter Biden.

“It is disgusting, although not surprising, that Biden’s politicized, corrupt DOJ is involved in a heinous cover-up in the tax fraud investigation of Hunter Biden,” Stefanik said.

She also promised to hold the “Biden Crime Family” and the Justice Department accountable for the alleged wrongdoing, calling it an “unprecedented betrayal of the American people.”

“The Biden Crime Family Saga is being fully exposed for their unprecedented betrayal of the American people, and we are going to ensure that there is transparency, accountability, and true justice brought to the American people immediately,” she said.

Throughout the investigation, Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed Weiss had the autonomy to bring charges against Hunter Biden. But Garland also said in March he would have to authorize those potential charges.

“I certainly understand that some have chosen to attack the integrity of the Justice Department as components and its employees by claiming that we do not treat like cases alike,” he claimed Friday. “This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy and essential to the safety of the American people. Nothing could be further from the truth.”

According to IRS whistleblowers, Weiss wanted to bring charges in two separate locations against the Hunter Biden but was denied. Weiss also went to Garland and asked for a special counsel, the whistleblowers alleged, but Garland refused to name one. The special counsel could have provided a degree of separation between President Joe Biden and his DOJ.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Sunday signaled an impeachment inquiry of Garland could be imminent if the whistleblower allegations are true.

On July 26 Hunter Biden will appear before a judge, who will presumably accept the plea deal. Hunter Biden’s lawyer claimed in an interview with MSNBC that no additional allegations of wrongdoing alleged by Republicans could ever be brought against the president’s son if the plea is accepted.

Hunter Biden's Lawyer Responds to Bombshell Texts: My Client Was Too Doped Up on Crack To Be Trusted

June 23, 2023

Hunter Biden was too doped up on crack cocaine when he invoked President Joe Biden’s name in threatening texts to a Chinese businessman to be taken seriously, his attorney said in a statement Friday.

The attorney, Chris Clark, said Hunter Biden’s "verifiable words or actions" took place "in the midst of a horrible addiction" and therefore have "no connection to anyone in his family." The statement is an apparent reference to a July 30, 2017, text message Hunter Biden sent to an official with the Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy threatening that he and then-former vice president Joe Biden would come down on him with their full weight if he did not fulfill his "commitment."

"We would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled." Hunter Biden said in the message. "I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father."

Clark’s move to discredit his own client appears to be an effort to shield the president from the implications of the message. If Joe Biden was sitting next to his son as he sent the message as it suggests, it would be a blow to his repeated claims that he never discussed overseas business deals with his son. Ten days after Hunter Biden sent the message, a Chinese official associated with CEFC China Energy wired two payments totaling $5.1 million to the first son.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee that federal prosecutors blocked their attempts to confirm the locations of Joe and Hunter Biden when the first son sent the threatening message through WhatsApp. But photos from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop place him at his father’s house the day he sent the message, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Clark also said Shapley and another IRS whistleblower, both of whom alleged the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden was marred by political interference and unjustified delays, can’t be trusted. Clark provided no specific reasons to back up his claim.

"Biased and politically-motivated, selective leaks have plagued this matter for years," Clark said Friday. "They are not only irresponsible, they are illegal. A close examination of the document released publicly yesterday by a very biased individual raises serious questions over whether it is what he claims it to be. It is dangerously misleading to make any conclusions or inferences based on this document."

This is not the first time Clark has accused the IRS whistleblower of being a criminal. He said in April that Shapley committed a crime by disclosing information about an ongoing tax investigation to Congress.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and National Security Council spokesman John Kirby both refused to answer questions about Hunter Biden’s threatening text during a press briefing Friday.

Following the briefing, White House spokesman Ian Sams provided a contradictory statement to the Free Beacon claiming that Joe Biden "was not in business with his son."

This is a marked departure from Joe Biden’s previous statements on his son’s foreign business dealings, such as in August 2019 when he said he "never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses. Period."

Sams also said the White House was not involved in the Justice Department’s decision to close its five-year investigation into Hunter Biden with a sweetheart deal letting the first son plead guilty to misdemeanor tax crimes and enter a diversionary program to avoid a felony gun charge.

"As the President has said, he loves his son and is proud of him accepting responsibility for his actions and is proud of what he is doing to rebuild his life," Sams said.

Joe Biden honored his son with an invitation to a glitzy state dinner at the White House for Indian prime minister Narendra Modi on Thursday. Hunter Biden ignored a reporter’s question at the event about his plea deal.

Karine Jean-Pierre Ducks Questions on Hunter Biden's Texts Linking Father to Shakedown

June 23, 2023

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to comment on newly uncovered text messages that indicate Hunter Biden threatened a Chinese business partner with political retaliation from his father, Joe Biden, in 2017.

Jean-Pierre repeatedly dodged questions about the messages during a press briefing on Friday and referred reporters to the White House counsel’s office.

"My colleague at the White House counsel has dealt with this, and I would refer you to them," said Jean-Pierre, who also snapped at reporters, "I just answered the question. It’s not up to you how I answered the question."

The White House counsel’s office has not appeared to address the text messages. Responding to Hunter Biden's plea deal on tax charges earlier this week that will likely see him avoid prison time, the counsel’s office said the president and first lady "love their son and support him as he continues to rebuild his life."

The White House’s refusal to address the texts comes as Biden has publicly embraced his son. Hunter Biden attended a high-profile White House state dinner with Indian prime minister Narendra Modi on Thursday night, and the president told reporters Tuesday that he was "very proud of my son."

The text messages were revealed in testimony from IRS agent Gary Shapley and published by House Republicans on Thursday. In a July 30, 2017, WhatsApp message, Hunter Biden told Chinese businessman Henry Zhao that he was with his father and "we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled."

"Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand," wrote Hunter Biden. "I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction."

Hunter Biden added that he was "sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is very very important."

Photo metadata from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop indicate that he was at his father’s house in Wilmington, Del., on the day he sent the text messages, the Washington Free Beacon reported Thursday.

Jean-Pierre said during the briefing that she had not spoken to Joe Biden about the text messages and has no plans to do so. She also said she stands by her previous statement that Biden never discussed business dealings with his son.

"Nothing has changed," she said. "Nothing has changed and I will leave it there."

The IRS Is Alright. It’s the DOJ That

Needs Help.

President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland / Getty Images

President Joe Biden says that the United States suffers from a "two-tiered tax system," where "regular workers pay the taxes they owe on their wages and salaries" while "wealthy tax cheats" play by different rules. He used this argument to secure $80 billion in additional funding in the "Inflation Reduction" Act for the tax agency to hire 75,000 employees.

Turns out the IRS is quite effective at ferreting out wealthy tax cheats, but sometimes the Department of Justice is not so good at prosecuting them.

According to whistleblower testimony from IRS agent Gary Shapley, the agency uncovered an array of tax crimes committed by Hunter Biden after receiving a tip from the FBI. The younger Biden routinely wrote off almost every part of his hedonistic, depraved, and criminal lifestyle as a business expense, Shapley and a colleague say: hookers (and their travel), a sex club membership, and swanky hotel rooms for his drug dealer and father.

Since 2002, Shapley’s unidentified colleague told Congress, Hunter Biden has brazenly flouted the nation’s tax laws. That’s why the feds recommended a litany of charges including tax evasion, a felony. Shapley called it a "slam dunk case."

But Merrick Garland’s DOJ was able to pick up what the elder Biden was putting down when he insisted his son "has done nothing wrong." Hence the sweetheart plea deal struck Tuesday between Hunter Biden and the DOJ that is a middle finger to the American people.

The attorney general on Friday responded to critics of this deal by gaslighting them: "Some have chosen to attack the integrity of the Justice Department by claiming that we do not treat cases alike. This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy." He added: "Nothing could be further from the truth."

If Democrats like Garland want their political opponents to take seriously actual attacks on our institutions of government, such as occurred on January 6, 2021, maybe it’s time to cut the crap.

The bottom line is that the IRS appears well-equipped to sniff out missing tax dollars. A Department of Justice that administers the law without fear or favor—now, that’s something that might be worth $80 billion.

Drew’s Receipts: Media Failures of the Week

June 24, 2023

Think about Hunter Biden's pain. Talk to your dad about his feelings—and his period. And be warned: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is suspiciously cozy with his wife.

These were actual mainstream media narratives last week. As usual, I’m saving the receipts.

"I don’t know how they sleep at night"

Almost as soon as news broke Tuesday that Hunter Biden reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors that will probably allow him to avoid jail time for tax and gun charges, the media were ready to move on. What kind of monster wouldn't be?

ABC News focused on the emotional impact of the development on Hunter Biden and his father:

President Joe Biden had just six words to offer after his 53-year-old son Hunter pleaded guilty to federal tax offenses in a deal that is also likely to spare him time behind bars on a weapons charge.

"I’m very proud of my son," he said.

That pride has been accompanied by pain, and for the president’s family, both have been on public display. Republicans have worked to use Hunter Biden’s actions—and his acknowledged struggle with addiction—as an anchor to try to drag down his father.

Also ABC News: "It is clear Republicans are not going to drop [their investigations of Biden's corruption] despite the fact that there is nothing in this agreement to substantiate their concerns."

On MSNBC, former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D., Mo.) raged at Republicans for daring to continue investigating the Bidens: "I don’t know what America they live in. And I don’t know how they sleep at night. What do these jerks in the House want Joe Biden to do, throw [Hunter Biden] out, refuse to speak to him, say he doesn’t love him publicly?"

Watch two more glorious minutes of the media rushing to Biden's defense, courtesy of Washington Free Beacon video guru Thaleigha Rampersad.

"I want to know more about how you’re feeling"

Father's Day 2023 was about getting in touch with your feminine side, at least according to the media.

An MSNBC host praised her dad for defying "tired, old gender roles" and urged: "In this time of intolerance, we should encourage everyone to say goodbye to old harmful gender stereotypes and allow them to freely express themselves. To be vulnerable and open and to embrace and celebrate that open vulnerability."

CNBC featured an essay by a father suggesting that "instead of telling dads how strong and emotionally bulletproof they are, consider saying: 'I’m grateful for the time we get to spend together, and I want to know more about how you’re feeling.'"

NPR profiled a "father" who recently gave birth to two young daughters and looks forward to one day sharing his lived experience as a "menstruator" with them:

Both pregnancies were difficult because he "spent more time fighting for autonomy over myself to just get an equitable space comfortable enough for me to give birth" and didn't get a chance to "actually enjoy the process of being pregnant." ...

"For those of us who identify more on the masculine spectrum, just because we identify as such does not take away our desire to have kids. If we have the body parts to do so, why not?" ...

"I also just have certain experiences. I know how to do hair. I'll know how to navigate when the menstrual cycle starts and the bodies start changing. I know how to prepare them for what society is going to be expecting of them and teach them that they have autonomy over themselves."

"Ron was always talking about the two of them"

The Washington Post came out with the latest anonymously sourced hit-piece about how Casey DeSantis's husband loves and respects her too much.

Ron DeSantis regularly refers to his wife and himself as a unit, the Post scooped:

Ron was always talking about the two of them as one—when "we" got elected, when "we" protect freedom, when "we" fight the woke agenda—as if it was hard to see his role and hers in clear relief.

Furthermore, the newspaper was able to report, the couple enjoys spending time together as a family.

They don’t take social calls to the mansion, except for Christmas receptions and Easter egg rolls and the like.

In unrelated news, the Post's new CEO, Patricia Stonesifer, has contributed more than $600,000 to Democrats, according to campaign finance disclosures reviewed by the Free Beacon.

That’s enough media for now. See you next week.

16 Bombshells on Hunter Biden From The IRS Whistleblowers

Getty Images

Two IRS whistleblowers leveled serious allegations about Hunter Biden and the government’s investigation of the troubled first son, according to transcripts of testimony released this week.

The whistleblowers, IRS supervisory criminal investigator Gary Shapley and a second unnamed IRS investigator, provided evidence to the House Ways and Means Committee that top Justice Department officials stonewalled an investigation into Hunter Biden’s taxes and foreign business ventures. They also call into question President Biden’s repeated denials that he has no knowledge of his son’s business dealings.

Here are 16 of the biggest revelations from transcripts of their interviews:

Hunter linked dad to Chinese deal in threat to business partner

Hunter Biden invoked his father’s name in a text message, threatening his Chinese business partner to come down on him with their full weight if the business partner did not fulfill his "commitment."

Biden claimed he was sitting right next to his father in an encrypted message on July 30, 2017, to an associate at CEFC China Energy. While the message does not verify that Joe Biden was sitting with his son, the Washington Free Beacon obtained photographic evidence that places Hunter Biden at his father’s Delaware home the day of the text message.

"I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father," Hunter Biden wrote to CEFC official Henry Zhao. Hunter pressed Zhao to call him to discuss a delay in payment as part of the multimillion-dollar consulting agreement.

"I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. All too often people mistake kindness for weakness—and all too often I am standing over top of them saying I warned you," Hunter wrote.

Joe Biden attended other business meetings with Hunter and his Chinese partners

Biden family friend and business partner Rob Walker told the FBI that the elder Biden often attended business meetings with his son, including when he was vice president.

The bombshell claim undermines Joe Biden’s claims to have never been involved in his son’s business ventures.

Walker said he was present when Joe Biden stopped by a meeting at the Washington, D.C., Four Seasons hotel with executives from CEFC China Energy.

The FBI authenticated Hunter Biden's laptop almost a year before we knew it existed

The FBI authenticated Hunter Biden’s laptop as far back as November 2019 and knew the device was not part of a foreign disinformation campaign.

Democrats had questioned the authenticity of the laptop after it was released in October 2020. They cast doubt on Delaware computer shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac, who said Biden had abandoned his computer at his store in April 2019. The Biden campaign even orchestrated an initiative to portray the laptop as a Russian intelligence operation.

But FBI agents authenticated the laptop as Biden’s in November 2019 and found no evidence that its contents were manipulated, according to IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley.

Investigators also obtained evidence that placed Hunter Biden near Isaac’s computer shop on the day he allegedly dropped it off for repairs.

Hunter deducted hooker and sex club payments from his taxes

Hunter, who has been known to frequent strip clubs and pay for sex, deducted payments he made to prostitutes and a Los Angeles sex club from his 2018 taxes, according to Gary Shapley, who called the evidence a "slam dunk case" of tax fraud.

According to another whistleblower, Biden sent wire payments to a "West Coast assistant," who was actually a prostitute. He also sent a $10,000 wire earmarked for a golf club membership that was actually a dues payment for a sex club.

The FBI division that investigates foreign spies was involved in Biden probe

The FBI’s national security division, which investigates foreign intelligence and espionage operations, took an interest in Biden’s dealings with China, according to Shapley.

"The FBI is considering a lot of national security type issues here," Shapley said in a discussion about Hunter Biden’s work with CEFC China Energy, which had links to Chinese military intelligence.

Hunter Biden received at least $6 million from CEFC China Energy. The company approached Biden in late-2015 with an offer to donate to a charity affiliated with the first son.

Biden referred to one of his CEFC associates, Patrick Ho, as the "fucking spymaster of China" in a 2018 audio recording. CEFC had hired Biden to the tune of $1 million to represent Ho after he was indicted for trying to bribe African officials for oil rights.

The Justice Department and FBI obtained Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants to surveil Ho based on suspicion that he was acting as a covert agent of China.

Shapley said he does not know the status of the FBI’s national security probe.

The investigation into Biden had porn-related origins

The investigation into Hunter Biden has a strange but not entirely shocking origin given Hunter’s history of sex addiction.

"The investigation into Hunter Biden, code name Sportsman, was first opened in November 2018 as an offshoot of an investigation the IRS was conducting into a foreign-based amateur online pornography platform," Shapley testified.

Shapley did not provide additional details, but said that the investigation turned up evidence that Biden had committed tax crimes.

Prosecutors wanted to charge Hunter with felonies, but he ended up with misdemeanors

In early 2022, prosecutors and IRS investigators recommended felony tax evasion charges against Biden for the years 2014 to 2018.

Shapley said Biden engaged in "textbook" tax evasion and detailed Biden’s scheme to record his foreign income as loans, which are not taxable. Biden evaded $2.2 million in taxes, by Shapley’s conservative estimate.

U.S. attorney David Weiss ultimately settled on a plea deal with Hunter Biden on misdemeanor charges of failure to pay taxes in 2017 and 2018.

Biden’s Department of Justice blocked investigation at multiple turns

According to Shapley, Biden-appointed prosecutors in Washington, D.C., and California rejected David Weiss’s requests that they charge Biden with tax crimes in their jurisdictions.

Shapley also claimed that Weiss said in an Oct. 7, 2022, meeting that he sought special counsel status for the investigation, but was rejected by "Main DOJ" and told to "follow the process."

The denial prevented Weiss from taking aggressive steps in the investigation or from bringing charges against Biden in jurisdictions where he allegedly committed tax fraud.

The IRS whistleblower’s boss corroborated bombshell claims

Shapley’s boss, IRS special agent Darrell Waldon, confirmed Shapley’s recollection of the meeting with Weiss on Oct. 7, 2022.

Shapley emailed his summary of that three-hour meeting to Waldon, who concurred with his memory.

"You covered it all," Waldon wrote.

Hunter won’t ever pay tax on $400,000 income from Ukraine

While Biden has paid off around $1.4 million in unpaid taxes, he will never have to pay taxes on more than $400,000 in income he received in 2014 from Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings.

That’s because the statute of limitations has expired on Biden’s possible tax evasion crimes for that year, according to Shapley.

In his testimony, Shapley described Biden’s alleged scheme to conceal income from Burisma, where he served as a director. Shapley said Biden funneled his Burisma income through his consulting firm, and then disguised payments to himself as loans, which are untaxable.

Agents wanted to search Biden family homes, but were shot down due to ‘optics’

IRS and FBI agents were blocked from searching Hunter Biden’s residence and a guest house at Joe Biden’s compound where his son often stayed, according to Shapley.

The whistleblower said the Biden investigative team discussed search warrants during a meeting on Sept. 3, 2020. Assistant U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf said there was enough probable cause to support a warrant, but she questioned the "optics" of conducting a search of Biden properties close to the election.

The next day, officials at the Justice Department ordered investigators to "cease and desist" from any "overt" investigative steps—such as search warrants—because of the upcoming election.

Ironically, if that search had been conducted, investigators may have discovered the reams of classified documents that Joe Biden stored at his house.

IRS wanted search warrant for Hunter’s storage locker, but prosecutor tipped off his lawyers

After Joe Biden’s election, investigators learned that Hunter Biden maintained a storage locker in northern Virginia where he stored documents related to his company, Owasco.

Seeing this as a potentially fruitful tranche of evidence, Shapley and other investigators pushed for a search warrant for the unit.

But before agents could conduct the search, according to Shapley, assistant U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf informed Hunter Biden’s legal team that investigators had identified his storage unit.

This gave Biden a chance to remove evidence from the facility.

A mole tipped off Hunter that FBI wanted to interview him

According to Shapley, someone from the FBI informed Hunter Biden’s legal team and the Joe Biden transition team of investigators’ interests in interviewing Hunter Biden on Dec. 8, 2020.

"I was informed that FBI headquarters had notified Secret Service headquarters and the transition team about the planned actions the following day," Shapley testified.

He said the tip-off gave Hunter Biden and his team "an opportunity to obstruct" the investigation.

Hunter’s lawyer said prosecutors would be committing ‘career suicide’ if he was charged

According to Shapley, Hunter Biden attorney Chris Clark threatened prosecutors that if they charged his client, they would be committing "career suicide."

Clark did not respond to the Free Beacon’s request for comment about this allegation. But he smeared Shapley in a statement on Friday as a "very biased individual" whose allegations are "dangerously misleading." Clark claimed without merit back in April that Shapley broke the law by making whistleblower disclosures to Congress.

Joe Biden visited FBI Delaware office during investigation

As vice president, Joe Biden visited an FBI field office in Delaware, the unnamed whistleblower alleges. Although that visit was about an "unrelated matter," the whistleblower said it was "joked" about with investigators.

"Delaware was in the State in which the subject's father lived, and the family was extremely well-known throughout the State, including people on the team," the whistleblower said.

Hunter deducted hotel rooms for father and drug dealer from his taxes

The unnamed whistleblower said that Hunter Biden "deducted expenses for hotel rooms for one of his drug dealers, or what we believed to be one of his drug dealers."

In another instance, investigators found a hotel invoice in President Joe Biden’s name. That stay was for two nights and subsequently deducted as a business expense.

Bombshell revelation: Hunter paid for secret $300/month ‘global phone’ used by VP Biden while in office

Shades of Hillary Clinton’s “home brew” email server!  Ace sleuth Peter Schweizer, who has an impeccable record digging up revelations of the Biden crime family’s misdeeds, revealed to Maria Bartiromo's outstanding Sunday morning series, Sunday Morning Futures, that Hunter Biden had been paying for an expensive telephone used by his father, the then-vice president, that could call anywhere on earth. It would be very surprising, indeed, if this phone were equipped with the scrambling devices normally employed to protect secret conversations of US officials, especially when dealing with overseas parties. Were any secrets compromised this way?

Here's the transcript of what he told Maria Bartiromo, followed by the Grabien video:

BARTIROMO: “Look, you both have broken so much news on this story. Peter, you broke a lot of this years ago, about the Biden family influence peddling, and you’ve got new information this morning, breaking news on a cell phone that Joe Biden was using. Tell us about that.”
SCHWEIZER: “Yeah. I mean, it’s interesting, what is the line of communications between Hunter Biden and his business partners and Joe Biden when he’s vice president of the United States? It’s not the government phone, it’s not Joe Biden’s personal phone. We know from the laptop that Hunter Biden’s business paid for a private phone line that Joe Biden used while he was vice president. It was from AT&T, it was $300 a month, it was a global phone where you could access somebody anywhere around the world. We shared that phone number and that account information with people at the House Oversight Committee. My hope is that, if they haven’t already, they will subpoena those records because I think it will give an indication on how tight the communication was. And that may be the phone, for example, that the Ukrainian, the Burisma executive might have used in this allegation that the he talked to Joe Biden and recorded conversations. I would just say one other thing, Maria, as it relates to that sort of shakedown phone call with Henry Zhao that we alluded to, Henry Zhao in 2015 had already sent $5 million to the Bidens. He was the head of a Harvest Investment firm. And what’s interesting is, in the correspondence there, Hunter Biden again talks to Zhao in the context of ‘This is a deal that’s important to my family,’ involving his father. Let’s also keep in mind we fixate on the criminal element of this, we also have to focus on the espionage element of this. Henry Zhao paid $5 million to Hunter Biden from an account that was part of a company that he co-owned with the family of the minister of state security of China, who’s in charge of the entire spy apparatus. And you see that in every deal that Hunter Biden did in China, these individuals that are sending him money have ties to Chinese intelligence.”
BARTIROMO: “Unbelievable. We have to take a quick break and then talk more about that and the 17 recordings that the Burisma executive has.”

For one thing, there’s a very sordid background to the story. The family  has a long history of corruption and drug use unhampered by legal prosecution.

Almost three years later, the media and other Democrats are still burying the story of massive Biden family corruption, no matter how much proof they are shown.

And they never ceased promoting the biggest lie of all, which is that the Obama administration was scandal-free because no one went to jail.  That's called skating in the real world.

Biden, long known as Delaware’s “senator from DuPont,” Biden served on committees that were most sensitive to the interests of the ruling class, including the Judiciary Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee. He supported the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999, a milestone in the deregulation of the banks, and other right-wing measures. After nearly four decades in the Senate, Biden became Obama’s vice president, helping to oversee the massive bailout of Wall Street following the 2008 financial crisis and the subsequent restructuring of class relations to benefit the rich. That included the bailout of General Motors and Chrysler, based on a 50 percent cut in the pay of all newly hired autoworkers.

There it is.  That's the issue.  To begin, you have the corrupt family Biden.  They've been scamming us and our system well for almost fifty years.  The man is supposedly worth over 250 million dollars.  How is this possible on his salary?  It's not.  So where did his wealth come from?  Not from being a brilliant businessman. DAVID PRENTICE

Wilmington: The Next Netflix Series?

This week, as accounts of the whistleblowers who blew the lid off the hampered investigations of the President’s crackhead son Hunter were made public, I imagined a writer making a pitch to producers for a dramatic program called Wilmington, a political version, if you will, of Dallas with more than a hint of the Godfather. Clearly, my proposed dramatization covers so much ground, it will have to be serialized.

For one thing, there’s a very sordid background to the story. The family  has a long history of corruption and drug use unhampered by legal prosecution.

Informed by writers like Jonathan Turley, Julie Kelly, Miranda Devine, Margot Cleveland, and Paul Sperry, this week the story reads like the sleaziest of television series. There’s incest, the president showering with his young daughter per her diary which she left behind in a hotel room; tax cheating and sexual peccadillos -- Hunter writing off payments to prostitutes and sex clubs as business expenses; millions in undisclosed bribes by Chinese and Ukrainian figures, often seemingly as part of a Mafia-type Biden muscling in which benefits and/or consequences are promised and/or threatened for non-payment.

There are more than a few hints of lawfare vendettas: Attorney General Merrick Garland, embittered at having been denied a seat on the Supreme Court, appears to have helped shove under the carpet extensive evidence of the Biden corruption. The newest revelations from whistleblowers to Congress follow on the Durham Report, which can provide the series with a female villain always a necessary subplot for noir tales:

“Former President Barack Obama and his director of national intelligence, James Clapper, were both briefed in 2016 on reports that then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton planned to vilify Donald Trump by claiming he was colluding with Russia to win the election in 2016.”

Intelligence and FBI heads -- Brennan, Clapper and Comey -- fabricated Russiagate to tie up President Trump and prevent him from exercising fully his rightful office.

The Hunter Biden laptop by itself, which the FBI knew in 2019 was authentic despite 51 former intelligence officials publicly suggesting  it was “likely “Russian disinformation” details multiple business, sex, and drug crimes. You can download it for free.

How could the government not know after having obtained a copy of this, that Hunter was a security risk?

There was evidence received this week that a credible account of the family’s receipt of foreign bribes was kept hidden from investigators by DoJ officials. Professor Margot Cleveland summarizes:

The Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office hid an FBI report that the Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma paid Hunter and Joe Biden each $5 million bribes, documents released by the House Ways and Means Committee reveal. [snip] “Most recently, former Attorney General Bill Barr provided an interview in which he stated that information provided by a Confidential Human Source (‘CHS’) concerning an alleged bribery scheme by President Joe Biden was received through the Pittsburgh [U.S. Attorney Office] and was determined it was not likely to have been disinformation,” Shapley said in his affidavit. Barr noted the FD-1023 “was provided to the ongoing investigation in Delaware to follow up on and to check out,” the affidavit continued.

But according to the IRS whistleblower, the CHS information Barr referenced was never provided to Shapley, nor to any of the IRS agents acting under his supervision, nor to the FBI agents working with the IRS investigators.

Shapley added that he and other IRS criminal investigators had asked to participate in the briefings the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney’s Office was providing Delaware, but their requests were denied. Had they participated in those briefings, Shapley stressed, they would have undertaken proper investigative steps to determine the veracity of the CHS’s claims. According to Shapley’s affidavit, however, because the information was never provided to the investigators, the agents involved took no steps to determine if the CHS’s allegations could be substantiated.

Someone in the DoJ is not telling the truth about who hid this.

Every successful series needs some humor, and this week we also got that. The Bidens obviously find most damning an email in 2017 from Hunter demanding payment or else from a corrupt Chinese businessman and threatening that his father, who was sitting there with him, would retaliate if the promise to pay was not kept.  Just days following these inducements, millions of dollars flowed into the coffers of the family members through a series of LLCs and a bank in Malta. (I’m not sure how to show the money channeling.  I keep seeing an old timey movie technique on the order of Flash Gordon -- a map of the world with flying dollars flitting from one account to another.)

In any event, the response by Hunter’s lawyer seems particularly laughable. “Any verifiable words or actions of my client, in the midst of a horrible addiction, are solely his own and have no connection to anyone in the family.”  Of course, the defense -- he’s a crackhead and you can’t believe anything he says -- conflicts with Hunter’s claim that the millions he received for “consulting,” “legal,” and “board fees” were for some expertise and good judgement. David Burge (Iowahawk to his legion of fans, of which I am part) hits the satirical nail on the head: “Your honor, did I mention that the alleged event took place during a full moon and my client is a werewolf.”

The Washington Post finally got around to covering the story in a few graphs, in my hard copy on p. 15, highlighting instead, almost two full pages on the effects of the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Maybe because the paper’s CEO has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to Democrats, including the head of this corruptocrat clan, “Big Guy” Joe. In any event, for those of us who are older and have still retained some of our mental faculties, it is a sharp contrast to the paper’s coverage of the far less scandalous Watergate which, as I recall, ran on the front page day after day after day, made Woodward and Bernstein (stenographers for a bitter Associate FBI Director Mark Felt who had been passed over for FBI head) into make-believe heroes in press and film.

For any remaining movie producers who like to pretend we have a free press, we might do a shot of CNN and the New York Times belatedly covering the story. Or this week’s presser where for a couple of minutes the press gallery got off its duffs and started asking real questions. For all that has been revealed so far, it’s clear the Department of Justice whiffed over and again, but Congress can and probably will subpoena a number of witnesses the attorney general’s troops chose not to or were kept from, and in time the press may be forced into doing its job more assiduously. In the meantime Hunter and Garland were both guests at a White House dinner Thursday night, where Hunter, due to be sentenced this week on seriously watered-down charges, can be seen smiling and chatting with guests. Optics, but for what message? To suggest the government has nothing on Hunter, that Garland is not corrupt, or happy faces to disguise concern over what is coming? It certainly doesn’t help Garland to have attended.

To be continued....

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

The Biden family is notorious for being the crookedest clan not only in Delaware, but in D.C.

Delaware is a pretty small place, but D.C. is even smaller, yet the scope for corruption, unethical behavior, conflicts of interest, and even brazen thievery are far greater in Washington D.C.

And yet the Biden family stood out even there. To be born a Biden in the era after Joe switched his party affiliation, plagiarized his speeches, and inappropriately touched every woman or girl he could get his hands on in the state and the nation, was to be bred into dirty money.

Joe Biden was now asked in Wisconsin if Hunter had “profited off the Biden name”.

“None whatsoever,” the godfather of Delaware retorted. And the entire state laughed.

Say it ain’t so, Joe.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, in Delaware, everyone knows that the Biden name means money in the bank. Literally. Just ask MBNA, Hunter’s former employer, whose executives poured $200,000 into Joe’s coffers, and one of whom bought his house.

“Don’t worry about investors,” James Biden, Joe’s brother, famous for scoring a billion dollar contract to build houses in Iraq, told executives at Paradigm Global Advisors.  “We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

James had bought Paradigm together with Hunter Biden.

Biden can try to deny the obvious, but he isn’t even trying to deny that the emails and photos are real, or that it was his son’s laptop. Instead, he spouted a word salad of gibberish, stating, “the vast of the intelligence people have come out and said there’s no basis at all.”

Why does Biden need to call on “the vast of the intelligence people” who carefully avoided making a firm statement, to deny something he is better able to deny on his own?

Because it’s really an admission.

The latest emails make it all too clear that Joe Biden got Viktor Shokin, the Ukranian prosecutor, fired because Burisma wanted him gone and that Hunter Biden’s purpose in making deals with a powerful Chinese energy company linked to the Communist regime was to produce income for “me and my family”. It’s no wonder that the latest reports link the FBI’s subpoena of the laptop, not to the media’s false claims of a Russian op, but to a money laundering investigation.

Investing in Joe Biden or, as one message allegedly has it, “the big guy”, meant depositing the money with James or Hunter. And then Hunter deposited a laptop with a small computer repair shop in Delaware five miles from his father’s home, and never picked it up. The rest is history.

And the history is happening now.

The Hunter Biden laptop unrolls two ragged threads. One is the descent of Joe Biden’s son into new depths of depravity and the other are the foreign investors who bought into Joe Biden Inc.

The alleged photos of Hunter Biden’s drug use and underage girls might be dismissed as a spoiled rich kid’s demons. But, looking at public photos and videos of Joe Biden touching, caressing, and sniffing women and young girls, it’s hard not to see the influence. What did a teenage Hunter grow up seeing his father do? How did that shape him into the man he is?

And why was Hunter able to get away with it for so long?

In alleged text messages exchanged between Joe and Hunter Biden, father and son discuss “sexually inappropriate” behavior with a 14-year-old girl.

“She told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with [name of 14-year-old girl redacted] when she says that I facetime naked with her and the reason I can’t have her out to see me is because I’ll walk around naked smoking crack talking [redacted] girls on face time,” Hunter appeared to message his father.

What was done about this? The odds are good that the answer is nothing.

The Hunter Biden laptop was turned over to the FBI in December of 2019. And the FBI appears to have done little with it. Giuliani submitted material allegedly showing criminal sexual behavior to the Delaware police who passed it off to the Delaware Department of Justice.

A spokesman for Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings said it was sent to the FBI.

Jennings is not only a Democrat, but a friend of the Biden family who had worked under Beau Biden and has been vigorously campaigning for Joe Biden.

“I’ve known Joe, Jill, and the Biden family for most of my life. Joe is one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever known,” Jennings had posted on her Facebook page.

The Biden family may have been able to get away with a lot for the same reason as the Kennedy clan. They were big fish in a small pond being protected by the Democrat club. Like some Kennedy sons, Hunter may have spun out of control because he could get away with it.

That’s why Hunter Biden’s story is just an echo of Joe. Father and son appear to share a boundless greed for unearned wealth and women, and a complete lack of self-control with both.

And both men have spent their lives being protected from the consequences of their actions.

Laptop computers, like notebooks, are the mirrors of their owners. We use them and fill them with the things that matter to us. Going through a lost laptop or phone tells us a lot about the man or woman who spent years with it. Hunter Biden’s laptop is a mirror of the man. And the mirror shows a broken and corrupt human being filling its gigabytes with his demons.

What were Hunter Biden’s demons? The same as the ones that bedeviled Joe. Women and money. And as dirty and wrong as possible. That’s why Hunter allegedly didn’t just seek out money, he went after business opportunities in the most corrupt places in the world, like Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China, and he didn’t just chase women.

Instead, Rudy Giuliani has said that the laptop contained photos of underage girls.

But the bigger story isn’t Hunter’s depravity, it’s the business opportunities, the lobbying gigs and board seats offered to him by foreign companies looking to invest in Joe Biden.

In less than two weeks, Joe Biden’s stock will either boom or bust. And voters are entitled to know who, beyond the battalions of domestic special interests from Wall Street to Hollywood, from the gun control lobby to green businesses, pouring hundreds of millions into his campaign, is getting ready to collect interest on the foreign money that financed Hunter’s lifestyle.

Hunter Biden’s emails offer a window into a global operation, in the Ukraine, in Kazakhstan, and the People’s Republic of China, of investing in Joe Biden courtesy of his wastrel son.

Joe Biden has claimed that he has nothing to do with his son’s business affairs, but that’s a transparent lie that had been shot down even long before the laptop by media reporting. The media is frantically trying to bury information that backs up their own reporting from the primaries when the same media now trying to save Joe Biden originally wanted to bury him.

Why did so many Democrat officials, beginning with Barack Obama, try to keep Joe Biden from running in 2016 and then 2020? Joe Biden is a mediocre hack, but he’s a better candidate than Hillary Clinton, not to mention lefty luminaries like Al Gore or John Kerry. The problem was that the small state that spawned the Biden crime family was littered with their dirty laundry.

And now, in the final stretch before Election Day, the messy stained laundry is spilling out.

Like Humpty Dumpty, all the Democrat horses and men are trying to keep the mess contained. Twitter and Facebook are blatantly suppressing the story. The media has refused to cover the biggest scandal of the election while falsely claiming that Hunter Biden’s laptop is Russian disinformation despite clear denials by the intelligence community and the FBI.

Hunter Biden’s laptop isn’t just evidence of a degenerate past, but of the coming attractions.

The Biden crime family has built a global network of contacts. And when their father was a mere veep, they could only wet their beaks a little. If he wins, they’ll be able to drown in money.

Joe could throw around his weight in a backwater like Ukraine, but if he wins, Burisma will just be a tiny taste of what is to come. And the corruption in D.C. will make Delaware blush again.

Corruption is nothing new in D.C., but what the laptop reveals about Hunter Biden and his father is that, like the Clintons, they have no self-control. And the only thing more dangerous than cunning crooks at the head of a nation are inept kleptocrats who would leave evidence of their financial and sexual corruption on a laptop abandoned in a Delaware repair shop.

As new details trickle out, two things are obvious about the Biden crime family: they’re not only as crooked as a bent tree in a thunderstorm, they’re also hopelessly stupid at covering it up.

Even as the media denies everything for the Bidens, they have yet to deny the core facts.

Rep. Schiff may claim that Hunter Biden’s laptop is a Russian conspiracy, but neither Joe nor Hunter will say it. And what Schiff and the Democrats and their media can only say behind their backs is that they can’t believe how corrupt and incompetent the horse they bet on really is.

They haven’t seen anything yet.
