DESTROYING AMERICA FOR MORE 'CHEAP' LABOR DEM VOTING ILLEGALS

HHS estimates the cost to detain a child in Emergency Intake Sites is $775 per day. In other long-term facilities, they indicate that cost to be approximately $275 per day. Based on these estimates and the number of UACs currently in custody, the cost to the American taxpayer stands at nearly $6 million daily.

A Constitutional Approach to the Border Crisis

The crisis at the nation's southern border has grown exponentially.  Some states are beginning to take an approach to this crisis that would appear to be more in line with the Founding Fathers' vision of America than what America has evolved (or devolved, depending on one's perspective) into.

Instead of waiting on the federal government to act, states are taking matters into their own hands.  Texas is transferring $250 million from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to a disaster fund to build its own wall along the border with Mexico.  While technically this is the federal government's responsibility, if the federal government is unwilling or unable to act, the Founding Fathers would have been more than enthusiastic to see local governments taking this duty up for themselves.  The Founders greatly distrusted a strong centralized government, as evidenced by the weak Articles of Confederation that they wrote to organize the country.

Florida announced that it will send law enforcement to Texas and Arizona to assist along the border.  Nebraska announced that it would do the same.  Have some states found a way around bumbling federal policies?  It seems so.

The Founders did not envision the country being ruled by a centralized ruling class.  The vision for this country was one of decentralized power, where citizens would take time off from their respective trades, serve in office for a short time — not for a lifetime — and then return to their lives.

The country has changed from what the Founders imagined and intended.  The rugged individualist, the Gary Cooper, strong, silent type that Tony Soprano loved to reference, has disappeared.  That spirit has been replaced by an attitude that Big Brother will care for all...er, older non–birthing person sibling will care for all.  The Founders foresaw this, which is why the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights, is a litany of what the government cannot do instead of what the government's responsibilities should be.

The vision for this country was truly one of self-reliance, not one of a government providing for the people.  The Founders were heavily influenced by John Locke's Second Treatise of Government, which clearly states that "the great and chief purpose of men's uniting under government is the preservation of their property."  This sentence explains it all.  Government is supposed to preserve our property, not provide us with property.  The Founders were all too familiar with government seizing property and wealth, hence the Constitution's Third Amendment barring the confiscation of property to quarter soldiers without the consent of the owner.

Somewhere between the founding of this republic and now, government has pushed the limits of what it is constitutionally supposed to and allowed to do.  Clearly, Lord Acton was correct: "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely" and "Limitation is essential to authority.  A government is legitimate only if it is effectively limited."  Apparently, some in power have decided that it was more convenient to neglect the duties of securing the border and protecting the property of the citizens in this country because it was far more important to keep power by ensuring votes for themselves.  Locke and the Founders believed that people organize themselves through a government to set rules to govern their behavior in order to settle disputes and to secure their property.  What happens when government, specifically the federal government, refuses to secure the property of the people?

It appears the answer is that the states themselves will step up and begin to cooperate and assist each other independently of the federal government, as Florida, Nebraska, and Iowa are doing.  Unfortunately, the republic's systems of checks and balances has broken down.  The biggest offender is the Supreme Court.  Tasked with determining the constitutionality of laws, the court has taken on power by ruling on issues that are not mentioned in the Constitution.

Amendment X clearly states, "Powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."  Simply put, anything the Constitution does not grant the federal government the power to do (for instance, determining when the appropriate age is for children to operate a motor vehicle) each state has the right to decide for itself.  The Supreme Court has, over the years, taken to "legislating from the bench," meaning creating law by interpreting what should be law based upon legal, linguistic gymnastics by way of reinterpreting the Constitution, rather than taking it at face value.  Such real-world decisions made by the Court that practically codified issues not mentioned in the Constitution include, but are not limited to, Roe v. WadeLockett v. Ohio (concerns sentencing guidelines), and Roper v. Simmons (deals with age of the offender in capital punishment).

The power overreach does not end with the Supreme Court.  The other two branches are just as guilty and often work together to accomplish the amassing of power.  FDR and Congress at the time oversaw the largest growth of the federal government at any time in American history through laws passed by Congress and executive orders written by the president.

Once individuals, or branches of government, gain power, they are reticent to relinquish those powers.  The answer to the federal government being derelict in its duties to protect our border and property can be found in Amendment X, in that the Constitution does not prohibit the states from doing protecting borders or property and thus allows the states to come to the aid of one another to do so.

Imagine what else could be accomplished by cutting out the heavy-handed red tape of the federal government and the states taking care of issues themselves.  This may be the way to restore our country and our freedoms.

ONE OF JOE BIDEN'S DEM VOTING ILLEGALS!

According to court records obtained by KTSM 9 News, Arciniega-Saenz is accused of decapitating Garcia before mutilating the rest of his body and kicking his head around like a soccer ball. At the time of the murder, Arciniega-Saenz was out on bail, according to Las Cruces Sun-News.

Kevin McCarthy Picks Amnesty Advocate for 2022 Immigration Messaging

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has picked amnesty advocate Rep. John Katko (R-NY) to lead a team of GOP legislators that will “focus on solutions to secure our borders.”

John Katko is the typical corporate Republican,” said one person active in the immigration debate. He added:

He speaks a great game on illegal immigration, and is sorrowfully bad on legal immigration to the United States. He has never found a guest worker program he does not support, he’s never found a legal immigration program he does not think should be expanded, and I don’t think that he considers immigration as something that affects working Americans.

“2021 has seen chaos at our southern border brought on by an administration in denial about a crisis,” said a statement from McCarthy’s office about the task forces:

The American Security Task Force, led by Ranking Member John Katko, will focus on solutions to secure our borders, protect the nation against cyber-attacks, and support the men and women in law enforcement. The American people deserve safety and security and a Congressional majority that delivers common sense solutions, not dangerous policies that weaken law enforcement and open our borders.

In March, Katko voted for a bill that would provide farm companies in his district and nationwide with an unlimited inflow of cheap H-2A visa workers. The H-2A workers would displace many Americans, shrivel spending at local stores, shrink towns’ tax revenue, and reduce the pressure on farm companies to invest in wealth-generating machines, such as cow-milking robots.

The bill would also provide a fast-track amnesty for more than a million Democrat-leaning illegal migrants plus their families. It would also pay future H-2A workers with shares of Americans’ citizenship, providing more voters for Katko’s Democrat opponents.

Katko was one of the 30 GOP legislators who voted for the giveaway to investors, employers, and the Democrat party.

The farm amnesty is pushed by Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us, a group of West Coast investors that also includes Gates and the Business Roundtable, representing the nation’s largest companies. These business groups favor a greater inflow of consumers, renters, and workers into the U.S. economy — especially white-collar workers.  For example, Bill Gates helped create FWD.us, and he would gain from the farmworker bill because he is reportedly the largest owner of farmland in the United States.

Katko’s office did not respond to emails from Breitbart News.

There is no obvious mention of Katko’s new role on his website. His Twitter account announced his new role but portrayed it as a pro-police role.

Katko’s 14-member task force only includes one notable immigration reformer, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX).

The other members are Ralph Norman (R-SC), Carlos Gimenez (R-FL), Andrew Clyde (R-GA), Greg Steube (R-FL), Tony Gonzales (R-TX), Carlos Gimenez (R-FL), John Rutherford (R-FL), Steven Palazzo (R-MS), Warren Davidson (R-OH), Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), and Troy Nehls (R-TX). Some committee members openly support labor migration, including Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) and Greg Pence (R-IN).

Katko gets many donations from investors and real estate groups that favor migration.

But he also gets hammered by pro-migration business groups who want even more migrant consumers, renters, and workers. In March, Syracuse.com reported:

A coalition that wants immigration reforms will begin a $200,000 ad blitz today that criticizes Rep. John Katko for taking a trip to the Southwest border after voting against a Covid-19 relief bill.

The We Are Home campaign, launched in January, urges members of Congress to pass immigration reforms that include a pathway to citizenship for an estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States.

The pro-migration campaign is funded by wealthy progressives and by Zuckerberg’s FWD.us investor group.  The $200,000 spent on the anti-Katko attack-ad campaign is an “insane” amount of money to spend so early in the two-year election cycle, one Hill staffer told Breitbart News.

Joe Biden won Katko’s district in 2020 by nine points. But Katko won his 2020 race by 10 points. His district has few immigrants but has many labor-intensive dairy farms that prefer to hire skilled, disposable, and powerless migrants instead of Americans or robots.

The per capita income in his district is roughly $35,000, significantly below the $42,000 annual income in New York. Overall wealth in his district is relatively low because real estate values are far below the government-inflated values in the coastal cities.

The real-estate wealth in cities is higher because investors concentrate their job-creating investment in the coastal and urban districts preferred by government-imported, lower-wage immigrants. Without those desperate immigrant workers, consumers and renters, investors would be forced to hire young Americans in other districts, such as Katko’s district or Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D) West Virginia.

Katko’s district is adjacent to Rep. Elise Stefanik’s (R-NY) similarly investment-starved, low-wealth 21st district. In May, Stefanik was elected as House Republican Conference chair, despite her prior support for amnesties and cheap labor, and her alliance with the former GOP leader, Paul Ryan.

Katko is the top Republican on the House’s Committee on Homeland Security. In hearings, he has not confronted Biden’s homeland security chief about Biden’s strategy of opening up the border by allowing job-seeking migrants to enter through various small side-doors.

In a March hearing with DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas, Katko said that “We will only be successful by working together, and I must say, engaging into divisive rhetoric is not the answer and never will be.”

Katko continued by pleading for cooperation from Mayorkas, who is publicly refusing to comply with Congress’s border-wall spending laws, or to enforce deportation laws, or to protect Americans’ right to their national labor market, or even to recognize the dignity of Americans.

Katko told Mayorkas:

I do not want to simply throw stones. I just don’t. I would sincerely like to work with you and the administration on this issue and come to the table with solutions.  Today, I would like to propose several measures the administration can take in short order to get this crisis under control. We can restart [spending] already appropriated wall funding … reimpose the Remain-in-Mexico policy, end catch-and-release … I sincerely hope that despite the rhetoric, the administration has taken this crisis seriously and that we can work together to find solutions that are good for the country.

In a June 17 hearing, Katko asked Mayorkas about diversity at DHS and visits to the border, but not about the legality or scale of Mayorkas’s open-door rules and regulations.

“He talks a great game about why we need to enforce the laws on the books for illegal immigration, and that’s fine,” said the immigration activist. “But immigration affects family economics in a significant way, and if he’s not willing to talk about that, then he’s not fit to lead this task force for national security,” he added.

“Katko is the classic example of a Wall Street Republican where as long as stocks [values] are up, as long as overall GDP is up — not [median income] — I think he is content,” he said, adding:

There are a lot of Republicans — certainly fewer than pre-Trump — who still think that as long as we have material prosperity, regardless of the social impact, regardless of the cultural impact, regardless of the impact on the middle and lower classes, then [migration] is okay.

Katko and other establishment Republicans chatter about illegal immigration and the border because they want to divert attention from the economic impact of national migration, he said:

Republicans have been guilty of this for years. …  Immigration doesn’t change because of whether it’s someone who’s illegal or illegal. The numbers matter because of their effect on the economy: Whether you’re an illegal alien working in construction, or whether you’re a legal alien working for Amazon, you’re displacing an American.

Democrat pollsters smile when Republicans focus on the border, crime, or illegals.

“In the suburbs … we have very good evidence, going back more than a decade now, that there are white female suburban voters who do not care for the politics of meanness, and they tend to vote against that,” pollster Gary Segura said in a June conversation with Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us group. The FWD.us group is part of the coalition which dropped the $200,000 attack ads on Katko.

In contrast, the FWD.us investors are urging pro-migration legislators to sideline mention of immigration economics — such as wages and jobs — in favor of uplifting or inspiring stories about migrants. They urge Democrats to win suburban and female swing voters with promises of “humane, orderly, and safe” migration, without any mention of jobs, wages, or migrant numbers.

“There’s often this kind of conventional wisdom out there, that Republicans have a magic bullet around this issue with just saying the word ‘security’ or ‘border security’ or something as the answer to all ills,” said Nick Gourevitch, a partner at Global Strategy Group, which works for FWD.us.

But one of the key questions in our poll — “What do you prefer as an approach to the border: “Build a functioning immigration system that processes people in a fair, orderly and humane way” — gets 55 percent and [the offered alternative] “More border security, more border patrol agents and crackdowns on illegal immigration” gets 45 percent. So it’s a 10-point advantage in states and battleground states that are essentially tied politically.

This soft-focus response to the GOP’s border-only talking points seems to be effective. A June Harvard Harris poll showed voters split evenly when asked if they approve Biden’s migration policies — so threatening the GOP’s hopes for a win in 2022.

“The obvious choice [for the GOP] is to make the immigration safe, legal, and rare,” responded Mark Krikorian, the director of the Center for Immigration Studies. His group’s motto — “Fewer immigrants but a warmer welcome,” he said, adding:

Immigration is the elephant with seven blind men feeling different parts of it [even though] it is all the same thing. Economics is a big part of it, but so is Social Security and so is assimilation, and so is the government funding, and all the rest of  …  Money and wages and jobs. that’s part of it but it’s only part of the problem.

The chairman of the Republican Study Committee, Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), has proposed immigration-related talking points that emphasize the impact of immigration on Americans’ jobs and families.

Many polls show that the public’s quiet opposition to labor migration emerges whenever asked about the scale and economics of migration, such as the impact on housing prices in Los Angeles.

For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates. This opposition is multiracial,  cross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisanrationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity Americans owe to each other.

Migration moves wealth from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to investors, from technology to stoop labor, from red states to blue states, and from the central states to the coastal states such as New York.

The voter opposition to elite-backed economic migration coexists with support for legal immigrants and some sympathy for illegal migrants. But only a minority of Americans — mostly leftists — embrace the many skewed polls and articles pushing the 1950’s corporate “Nation of Immigrants” claim.

However, it is unclear if the GOP’s donors even want a GOP majority if the political price is more public opposition to the migration that inflates their stock market and real estate values.

More Than 500K Illegal Immigrants Crossed Southern Border Since Kamala Harris Named ‘Border Czar’

Vice President Kamala Harris finally visited the southern border, three months after being put in charge of solving the immigration crisis. In that time, more than half-a-million illegal immigrants were apprehended at the southern border.

Upon arriving in El Paso on Friday, the vice president continued to attack journalists for asking questions about why she waited so long to make the trip. "It's not my first trip, I've been to the border many times," Harris snapped, apparently referring to previous visits she made as a senator.

Since President Joe Biden made Harris his "border czar" on March 24, illegal immigrants have crossed the southern border at a record rate of nearly 180,000 per month, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

CBP agents apprehended 178,854 illegal immigrants at the southern border in April, which at the time was the highest monthly figure since April 2000. At least it was until the following month, when CBP agents apprehended 180,034 illegal immigrants attempting to enter the country.

When the CBP data for June is reported next month, the total number of illegal crossings since late March is likely to surpass 500,000, which would mark a tremendous increase compared with last year. During that same three-month period (April-June) in 2020, CBP apprehended just 73,392 illegal immigrants. The 2020 numbers were likely deflated due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but CBP reported just 146,210 illegal border crossings for that same three-month period in 2018, significantly below this year's figure.

Harris has come under fire for not taking the border crisis seriously. She has on several occasions laughed like a maniac in response to questions about her refusal to visit the border until now. During an interview with NBC's Lester Holt earlier this month, Harris falsely claimed "we've been to the border" and attacked the journalist for asking about it.

"This whole thing about the border. We've been to the border. We've been to the border," Harris said, contrary to the facts.

When Holt pointed out that she had not, in fact, been to the border, Harris lashed out in a manner unbecoming of an elected official. "I—and I haven't been to Europe. And I mean, I don't—I don't understand the point that you're making," Harris said.

The vice president's decision to finally visit the border is unlikely to silence Harris's critics who contend that she is a terrible politician who has no idea what she's doing.

Biden Admin Releases 10K Unaccompanied Alien Children into U.S.

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) continues the rapid pace of releasing unaccompanied alien children (UAC). A Wednesday HHS report notes the Biden Administration released 10,189 to sponsors in the U.S. throughout June.

The number of UACs in federal custody dropped from a high of nearly 23,000 in May to 15,550 on Wednesday, due in part to the speed at which they are being released. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas deployed a volunteer workforce from multiple federal agencies to assist HHS to quickly process, transfer, and ultimately release the UACs to sponsors.

One Member of Congress believes the Biden Administration should seek out professionals to deal with the children. In a statement released Wednesday, Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) highlighted the border crisis in the House Appropriation Committee’s first full markup for Fiscal Year 2022.

Gonzales spoke in support of Congressman Ken Calvert’s (CA) amendment requiring an emergency declaration from the president before deploying federal employees to the southern border:

Every day I’m on the border. Every day I see unaccompanied children, by the thousands, that are left alone. Regardless of their legal status, these are innocent children, and we cannot have volunteers taking care of these children. We have to have professionals. In El Paso, there is 1,600 unaccompanied children at Fort Bliss, 120 of which have been there for greater than two months. This is a national crisis that deserves the attention if we are going to solve this, beyond just pushing a political football around.

The flow of unaccompanied migrant children is still in full swing. As HHS released the UACs to sponsors in June, more than 8,000 more were apprehended and placed in Border Patrol custody–resulting in marginal reductions to the total number of UACs detained.

Health and Human Services opened more than a dozen Emergency Intake Sites to deal with the influx of migrant children. These facilities make use of vacant oilfield man camps, buildings, and COVID-shuttered convention centers.

These unlicensed facilities faced criticism due to insufficient staffing, drinking water issues, and COVID-19 protections. Earlier this year, Texas Governor Greg Abbott sharply criticized the Biden Administration over conditions at multiple HHS detention facilities, specifically citing a water issue in Midland plus a COVID-19 outbreak in Carrizo Springs.

Illegal Alien Out of Jail on Bail Accused of Beheading Man, Playing ‘Soccer with His Head’

An illegal alien out of jail on bail in New Mexico is now accused of beheading a man and then kicking the man’s head around like a soccer ball, Breitbart News has learned.

Joel Arciniega-Saenz, a 25-year-old illegal alien, was indicted by a grand jury this week after being arrested for allegedly murdering 51-year-old James Garcia in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, the day after Father’s Day.

When arrested after Garcia’s mutilated body was found 10 yards from his head, Arciniega-Saenz allegedly confessed to the murder, telling investigators that he was seeking revenge because he believed Garcia had raped his wife four years prior.

At the park where Garcia’s body was found, Arciniega-Saenz allegedly confessed to confronting the man before stabbing him with a switchblade, decapitating him, and then playing “soccer with his head,” according to an affidavit.

Arciniega-Saenz allegedly told investigators he kicked Garcia’s decapitated head at about 14 vehicles nearby.

CBS 4 News reported that Arciniega-Saenz had an extensive criminal record. In 2017, he was accused of first-degree murder but a year later, the charges were dropped. In May, Arciniega-Saenz was arrested when he was caught throwing rocks at businesses.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seemingly confirmed to Breitbart News that Arciniega-Saenz is an illegal alien in the United States with an ICE detainer on him, requesting that local authorities do not release him from jail until they can assume custody.

“Under federal law, ICE has the authority to lodge immigration detainers with law enforcement partners who have custody of individuals arrested on criminal charges and who ICE has probable cause to believe are removable noncitizens,” an ICE official told Breitbart News.

“The detainer form asks the other law enforcement agency to notify ICE in advance of release and to maintain custody of the noncitizen for a brief period of time so that ICE can take custody of that person in a safe and secure setting upon release from that agency’s custody,” the official said.

Arciniega-Saenz is being held at the Dona Ana County Detention Center without bail.

An accused illegal alien MS-13 gang member, who first arrived in the United States as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) at the southern border, has pleaded guilty to helping murder 18-year-old Bryan Steven Cho Lemus.

Samuel Ponce, an illegal alien from El Salvador, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder this week for his role in murdering Lemus in August 2016 allegedly with other MS-13 gang members, the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office announced. Ponce was 15 years old at the time of Lemus’ murder.

“Bryan Lemus was just 18-years-old when he was viciously attacked and violently murdered with machetes by the defendant and multiple MS-13 members,” Acting Nassau County District Attorney Joyce A. Smith said in a statement.

According to prosecutors, Lemus was lured into the Massapequa Preserve in Nassau County by a number of MS-13 gang members, including alleged illegal alien 23-year-old Christian Rodriguez, who has been charged with another murder.

Lemus, prosecutors say, was hacked with machetes by Ponce and others until he was dead and was put into a shallow grave where his body was not found until May 2019.

According to Newsday, Ponce first arrived in the U.S. at the southern border from El Salvador at the age of 13 years old. Ponce was briefly held in federal custody before being released to a sponsor, his father, in Long Island, New York.

Ponce is facing nine years to life in prison for his involvement in Lemus’ murder. His sentencing hearing is set for August 25, 2021.

Other accused MS-13 gang members have been charged with Lemus’ murder. Aside from Ponce and Rodriguez, Jeustin David Maldonado, Raul Ponce, and Gerson Stanley Juarez were indicted last year on murder charges in connection to the case.

WATCH: Kamala Harris Is ‘Misleading America’ on the Border, Says Texas Governor

WESLACO, Texas — Governor Greg Abbott, sitting alongside former President Donald Trump, told former senior Department of Homeland Security officials, Texas sheriffs, and Members of Congress on Wednesday that Vice President Kamala Harris is misleading America with respect to the ongoing border crisis.

“She’s misleading America.” Abbott declared. The Governor went on to say that the only place to solve the crisis is at the border. Abbott was critical of the Biden Administration’s plan to address poverty and crime in Central America. Abbott went on to say that if Harris is successful in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, the nation will still need to address illegal migration from the other 147 countries arriving at the southern border.

In addition to deploying more than 1,000 Texas Highway Patrol Troopers and Army National Guardsmen, Abbott issued state of emergency declaration asking for other states to assist with border-related issues.

Abbott said that many states, including Florida, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Ohio, Arkansas, and Georgia have already responded by sending law enforcement or National Guard assistance.

“Just know that the people of Texas and people of America,” Abbott said. “Thank you for stepping up and providing your resources to help secure the border, knowing full well that what comes across the border does not stay at the border in fact it goes to your states and other states across the entire country.”

Abbott told President Trump that during Operation Lone Star, Texas law enforcement officers have already arrested nearly 1,800 people for criminal violations of state law.

The governor said this is in addition to: “40,000 apprehensions of people who’ve come across the border illegally, and they have busted 41 stash houses.”
