WAVING THEIR MEXICAN FLAGS IN OUR FACES - Open Borders Lobby Begs for Amnesty After DACA Ruled Unconstitutional

ANCHOR BABY OF CORRUPTION ALEX PADILLA HAS SPENT HIS POLITICAL LIFE ATTEMPTING TO TURN AMERICAN INTO ANOTHER MEXIFORNIA.

Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) suggested this week that President Joe Biden is on board with slipping an amnesty through Congress via the filibuster-proof reconciliation maneuver.

Open borders activists are decrying Judge Andrew Hanen’s ruling that declared former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program unconstitutional, stating that amnesty for illegal aliens is now more important than ever.

On Friday, Hanen ruled that the Obama administration had illegally implemented the DACA program to shield hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from deportation. The program, Hanen ordered, must be effectively shut down to new, illegal alien applicants.

In response, the nation’s leading open borders organizations are blasting the ruling and demanding that Congress pass an amnesty to keep millions of illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for DACA in the United States.

“This ruling is wrong and is subject to appeal. But Dreamers’ futures shouldn’t be in the hands of the courts,” the American Civil Liberties Union’s Omar Jadwat said in a statement:

It is absolutely urgent that Congress acts now through the budget reconciliation process to provide Dreamers and other undocumented members of our communities with reliable status and a pathway to citizenship. [Emphasis added]

CASA’s Gustavo Torres said in a statement that his group “is furious that Judge Hanen has once again attacked the immigrant community from the bench” and vowed to “fight back against this terrible decision.”

“Nothing should be more urgent than for Congress to move on citizenship for all, including DACA holders, immediately,” Torres continued.

United We Dream, an open borders group linked to billionaire George Soros, wrote in a statement that Hanen’s ruling is “vindictive and cruel” and pleaded with Senate Democrats to pass amnesty through a filibuster-proof maneuver known as reconciliation that would only require majority support in the Senate.

“Just this week, Senate Democrats included a pathway to citizenship for millions in their proposed budget resolution, which was a direct result of our movement’s power,” United We Dream’s Greisa Martinez Rosas said. “Democrats must act now to make citizenship a reality.”

The American Immigration Council, a powerful mass migration lobbying organization, said Hanen’s ruling only underscores the necessity that Congress pass amnesty:

Despite the fact that the legality of DACA has already been settled by multiple courts, Judge Hanen has now done what the Trump administration tried unsuccessfully for years. Congress has a unique opportunity to finally do what is right, not just for DACAmented youth, but also for the millions of people who have been forced to live in the shadows for far too long. The time is now. [Emphasis added]

Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) suggested this week that President Joe Biden is on board with slipping an amnesty through Congress via the filibuster-proof reconciliation maneuver.

Should Democrats try to sneak an amnesty into a budget via reconciliation, it will be up to Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough to halt the plan on the grounds that the measure is not budget-related but actually alters federal immigration law. MacDonough previously stopped Democrats from increasing the federal minimum wage via reconciliation.

A DACA amnesty would put more U.S.-born children of illegal aliens — commonly referred to as “anchor babies” — on federal welfare, as Breitbart News reported, while American taxpayers wouldpotentially be left with a $26 billion bill.

Additionally, about one-in-five DACA illegal aliens, after an amnesty, would end up on food stamps, while at least one-in-seven would go on Medicaid.

At the southern border, a DACA amnesty has the potential to trigger a border surge that could triple the number of illegal aliens pouring through the border. Since DACA’s inception, more than 2,100 recipients of the program have been kicked off because they were found to be either criminals or gang members.

Former CBP Chief: GOP Must Thwart Biden’s Open Borders ‘At Every Turn’

Former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Mark Morgan says elected leaders must thwart President Joe Biden’s open borders policies “at every turn.”

On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed that more than 178,000 border crossers were encountered by federal immigration officials in June along the southern border. This total does not include illegal aliens who successfully crossed into the United States, undetected by federal immigration officials.

Now, analysts project that nearly 1.7 million illegal aliens could arrive at the U.S.-Mexico border by the end of 2021 — a figure that would make this year the worst year for illegal immigration in American history.

Morgan, a Heritage Foundation visiting fellow and FAIR senior fellow, says that the Biden administration’s facilitating illegal immigration to the U.S. via an expansive Catch and Release operation coupled with the elimination of vital border controls “has sparked a constitutional crisis in pursuit of what it perceives to be a political benefit.”

“It is time for the people’s representatives to take meaningful steps to hold this administration accountable for its blatant and willful disregard for our laws,” Morgan said:

Federal, state, and local leaders should use their considerable authority to thwart this administration’s open-borders agenda at every turn. Texas is already leading the way here, and I’m glad to see other states stepping up to support them. [Emphasis added]

Leaders in Congress are also not powerless. They can withhold funding that is directed only at facilitating the crisis instead of truly stopping it, refuse to approve any nominees who will implement this agenda, and support states forced to respond to the Biden administration’s inaction. It cannot be “business as usual” when the White House is violating its most sacred duty to protect this country. Every point of leverage, whether directly immigration and border-related or not, should be used to force the Biden administration to end this constitutional crisis. [Emphasis added]

While enticing border crossers, the Biden administration is also coordinating their release into the U.S. interior.

This week, Fox News’s Tucker Carlson revealed that Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is using the U.S. Armed Forces and military bases to help release border crossers into the U.S. interior. Military staff was asked in private emails to keep quiet about the operation.

For months, Breitbart News has chronicled the Biden administration’s expansive Catch and Release operation through which at least tens of thousands of illegal aliens are being briefly detained, put up in migrant hotels, then bused or flown into the U.S. interior with only the promise that they will show up to their asylum hearings months, or a year, later.

In June, Breitbart News reported that it is not only border crossing family units that are being resettled via the Catch and Release operation. The Biden administration is busing and flying single male adult border crossers into U.S. cities that remain undisclosed to American citizens.

The latest available data, from February 19 to April 22, reveals that the Biden administration has flown about 7,200 border-crossers into the U.S. interior on domestic commercial flights. Border crossers are allowed to bypass photo identification requirements, boarding flights without a photo ID, and do not have to prove they are negative for the Chinese coronavirus.

EXCLUSIVE: ICE Will Issue Cell Phones to Released Migrants

A law enforcement source within U.S. Customs and Border Protection says ICE Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers are ramping up their release or “Alternatives to Detention” capabilities. Cell phones with tracking apps will eventually replace ankle monitoring bracelets, according to the source.

The source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, says the phones will allow for GPS tracking and check-ins using facial recognition. The available supply of ankle bracelets will be issued until depleted–at which time the phones will circulate.

The source notes the ankle monitoring efforts have proven expensive and, in many cases, the devices are discarded. The bracelets cost between $400 and $800, depending on the model. In many cases, ERO officers are tasked with tracking and recovering the discarded devices from dumpsters. The cost of a cell phone unit is currently unknown.

The 2022 Homeland Security funding bill advanced by the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday allocates $475 million to enhance ICE’s Alternatives to Detention Program. This amount is $34.5 million above the agency’s request–a sign the “catch and release” stance of the current administration will continue.

Further complicating the situation along the southwest border is the anticipated end to the existing CDC Title 42 COVID-19 emergency order. As reported by Breitbart Texas, a target date of July 18 has been set for the expiration. The move is expected to result in an immediate surge of migrants across the southwest border.

According to a spokesperson from ICE, there are several technologies used to monitor released migrants. Those methods include ankle bracelets, phone applications, and telephonic reporting. In 2021, $440 million was allocated to conduct the Alternatives to Detention program, a steep increase from the $149 million in 2020.

Tucker Carlson: Joe Biden Using Military to Fly Illegal Aliens to U.S.

President Joe Biden’s administration is using the United States Armed Forces to help fly illegal aliens into the interior of the U.S., Fox News’s Tucker Carlson reveals.

On Wednesday evening, Carlson unveiled internal emails in which Lt. Col. Matthew Burrows informs military personnel that commercial planes at Laughlin Air Force Base, east of Del Rio, Texas, will board and fly illegal aliens into the U.S. interior.

Burrows, Carlson noted, asked personnel to keep the operation from becoming public.

“This show has confirmed that the Biden administration has enlisted the U.S. military, secretly, around our country,” Carlson said. That is happening at Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas. We know it’s happening there because a man called Lt. Col. Matthew Burrows sent his subordinates spelling it out very clearly.”

Burrows’ email reads, “Over the next few days, weeks, or months, you may see passenger aircraft on our ramp transporting undocumented non-citizens. Please review the attached public affairs guidance on the issue” [Emphasis added].

“Burrows’ email then instructed uniformed military personnel to hide what was happening on the base from the country they’re sworn to serve,” Carlson continued:

Carlson said the Pentagon confirmed to him that the secretive operation is occurring under the guise of the Department of Homeland Security’s “mission.” The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, though, refused to disclose where in the U.S. illegal aliens are being flown.

“ICE did not deny they were using Laughlin Air Force Base to relocate large numbers of foreign nationals into the interior of our country and do it secretly,” Carlson said. “The question is, where are all these people going? Several times, ICE promised us additional details. But in the end, we never heard back. Apparently, Americans do not have a right to know where foreign nationals are being resettled in their own country.”

“What you’re watching is demographic transformation in our country without our consent and in violation of our laws. That is happening,” Carlson continued.

Biden is using the military to ship illegal aliens across America

Tucker Carlson opened his show Wednesday night by announcing that he’d gotten information from a whistleblower about Biden’s latest activity to bring illegal aliens into America. It turns out that the military has been involved in secretly transporting illegal aliens (or as the military coyly calls them, “undocumented non-citizens”) to resettle them in America’s heartland. The administration is acting illegally and there’s a good argument every person involved – the President, Vice President, congressional Democrats,  and the military officers signing off on this scheme – must be impeached.

As Tucker explains, in the last six months, despite explicit laws detailing orderly immigration (laws that reflect the will of the people through their legislature), the Biden administration has opened America’s southern border. Under Biden’s aegis, one million Latin Americans (plus people from African and the Middle East) have flooded into America...and then they’ve vanished. We know that the administration has been shipping them to Red states. What we learned from Tucker is that the United States military, which is sworn to protect America against invasions, is complicit in this conduct.

Here’s Tucker’s report. In addition to breaking the story, he makes an extremely important point about the fact that Biden and his puppet masters are deliberately and illegally changing America entirely against the will of the American people.

ICE confirmed the whistleblower’s claim:

And here’s Tucker’s conversation with Stephen Miller, who makes the case that what Biden is doing is not just illegal but is also unconstitutional and deserving of impeachment:

Of course, the current Democrat-run Congress wouldn’t dream of impeaching Biden. Instead, it is complicit in this plan. It is imperative that we get Republican control over Congress – although I must say that the current crop of Republicans is so cowed by fear of being tarred as racists, insurrectionists, or White Supremacists that they’re useless quislings. So, it’s not just imperative to get Republican control over Congress, it’s imperative to get courageous conservatives into Congress.

Once that’s done, let the impeachments begin – and I meant “impeachments plural.” Everyone in the administration and the upper levels of Congress is involved in what’s happening here – and what’s happening here is so grossly illegal it constitutes the most serious violation of these people’s oaths to abide by the Constitution and the laws of the United States. You could say that it’s turtles all the way down. Impeach Biden, Kamala, Pelosi, Schumer, Milley, and any other government official involved in this travesty.

And what about the illegal aliens now in America? You’ll hear that it’s impossible to deport so many. That may be true, but we’ve already learned that if you cut off benefits, most will self-deport. The first thing a conservative Congress should do is end all benefits for people here illegally – health care, education, housing, everything.

As I’ve said before, I don’t blame these people at all for leaving their shabby, corrupt, pathetic homelands for the more affluent America, especially because Biden has extended the (illegal) welcome mat for them. Bring in enough cheap, illegal labor, though, all with the expected potential to vote for Democrats, and we too will be a shabby, corrupt, pathetic country. The illegal aliens need to go back and fix their own countries, rather than drag down ours.

Washington, D.C. (July 15, 2021) – Despite attempts by advocates to downplay the evidence that immigration hurts U.S. workers, the empirical evidence is overwhelming. In this week’s episode of Parsing Immigration Policy, Jason Richwine, a Resident Scholar at the Center, highlights Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) cases in which a clear pattern of discrimination against U.S. workers emerges. Dr. Richwine and Mark Krikorian, the Center’s executive director and host of the podcast, discuss how this qualitative evidence complements the quantitative studies that have found similar impacts. They lament that D.C. journalists – and even some activist academics – seem more interested in pro-immigration talking points than they are in fair summaries of the literature.

In his Closing Commentary, Krikorian notes that the old “wet foot/dry foot” policy for Cuban illegal immigrants may be making a comeback in a different form. DHS Secretary Mayorkas announced this week that migrants fleeing unrest in Cuba and Haiti will be turned away – but only if they are caught at sea. Mayorkas neglected to mention that many migrants at the southern border – including thousands of Haitians and Cubans – are already being admitted, particularly if they bring a child with them, so long as they step foot on the north bank of the Rio Grande.

Excerpt: Asylum is the loophole that renders moot the entire body of immigration law. There is no possibility of regaining control over immigration without either detaining all asylum-seekers until they receive a decision, and deporting those who don’t qualify, or making them wait in Mexico for their hearing date. The Biden administration refuses to do either, and so the border crisis the president created by ending Trump’s Remain in Mexico program will continue.

Rep. Ashley Hinson: Democrats Transfer Border Wall Funds to Plants Trampled by Illegal Aliens

A Democrat-approved spending budget for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) strips previously approved funds for a wall along the United States-Mexico border and transfers the money to be spent on plants that are trampled by illegal aliens, Rep. Ashley Hinson (R-IA) says.

On Tuesday, House Democrats on the House Appropriations Committee approved their DHS spending budget, which, as Breitbart News reported, revokes all funding for a border wall and expands upon President Joe Biden’s “sanctuary country” orders by making it increasingly difficult for federal immigration officials to deport illegal aliens.

No House Republicans on the committee voted for the budget.

Hinson, who unseated U.S. Chamber of Commerce-endorsed Democrat Abby Finkenauer last year, said the budget actually siphons $100 million — previously approved to continue building border wall — to treat plants that have been trampled on by illegal aliens crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

“While bill today cuts our funding to CBP by more than $900 million with no new money for border agents, tucked away in Section 211 is a provision that transfers $100 million in funds that were previously enacted for border security,” Hinson said:

So where is this money going when it’s ripped from CBP’s anemic budget? It is instead going to plants that have been trampled by illegal immigrants. It’s certainly not being used as I believe it was intended to be used which is to secure our border. [Emphasis added]

Ladies and gentlemen, our southern border is open for business and the cartels are a hungry customer walking through our doors … we need to secure our borders, we need to protect Americans, that’s our job. [Emphasis added]

The budget provision mentions that $100 million previously approved for border wall construction will now be spent on “mitigation activities.”

The budget states:

The Committee continues to be concerned about the impacts of border barrier construction on sensitive lands and wildlife along the southwest land border, including in national wildlife refuges, national forests, national monuments, wilderness areas, and on imperiled species. To address these concerns, the bill provides authority to use up to $100,000,000 of available prior-year funds appropriated for border barrier construction for mitigation activities, including land acquisition, related to the construction of border barriers on federal land. Authority is also provided to allow for the transfer of funds to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Forest Service, and the National Park Services for the same activities. [Emphasis added]

The budget, among other things, cuts Customs and Border Protection (CBP) funding by almost $930 million and reduces Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) funding by $1.5 million compared to the current fiscal year’s spending levels.

Also, the budget rescinds the previously appropriated $2.06 billion for border wall construction and provides no funding for additional U.S. Border Patrol agents.

Most consequential, the budget prevents ICE agents from deporting an illegal alien who applies to sponsor an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) and illegal aliens whose only criminal history is possession of marijuana.

While revoking all funding for border wall construction, the Democrats’ Department of Defense budget spends nearly a billion of American taxpayer money on border security for foreign countries such as Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Oman.

Radical Democrat Rashida Tlaib: ‘We Must Eliminate Funding for CBP, ICE,’ and DHS

Radical Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib (MI) on Tuesday, during a conversation with Julie Mao from Just Futures Law on digital walls, borders, and deportations, said the United States needs to stop funding the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Tlaib, answering a question, said, “[The United States] must eliminate funding for our CBP, ICE, and their parent organization DHS.”

She continued, “time after time, we have seen it as advocates on the ground, as human services agents on the ground, to continue to see over and over again to see that these agencies are inept.”

She then added government organizations are supposed to be “humanely guiding migrants through our immigration system and further continue. Instead, they further continue to terrorize migrant communities located within our communities.”

The RNC War Room shared the video of the exchange on YouTube:

Recently, reports showed the Appropriations Committee in the radical Democrat-controlled House of Representatives released their funding bill for the DHS for the fiscal year 2022. It notably decreased the funding for the “border controls and interior immigration enforcement, including stripping funding from border wall construction.”

Additionally, they reduced CBP funding by almost $930 million and $1.5 million for ICE, compared to the previous year. More so, the “budget rescinds the previously appropriated $2.06 billion for border wall construction and provides no funding for additional U.S. Border Patrol agents,” according to reports.

The report continued:

It also allows up to $100 million that was previously designated to build a border wall to instead go to the Department of Interior.

Meanwhile, the budget shifts funds of $132 million for “new technology” along the border, a longtime talking point of Democrats and establishment Republicans who argue that a virtual wall is more feasible than physical barriers that stop or deter border crossers.

For ICE, the budget provides $332 million less towards the agency’s Civil Immigration Enforcement Operations while spending $475 million to expand alternatives to detention for illegal aliens that more easily allows detainees to be released into the U.S. interior.

“The budget prevents ICE agents from deporting an illegal alien who applies to sponsor an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) and illegal aliens whose only criminal history is possession of marijuana,” the report explained.
