JOE BIDEN - I'VE CAUGHT 800 UNREGISTERED DEMOCRAT VOTERS TODAY ALONE!

The cost of the Dream Act is far bigger than the Democrats or their media allies admit. Instead of covering 690,000 younger illegals now enrolled in former President Barack Obama’s 2012 “DACA” amnesty, the Dream Act would legalize at least 3.3 million illegals, according to a pro-immigration group, the Migration Policy Institute.”

Another day at Biden's border: Record 800 unaccompanied migrant children are apprehended in 24 hours - almost DOUBLE the average - flights take migrants to Louisiana and 650 test positive at a camp in Texas after crossing the border

  • The 800 figure is higher than the 30-day average of 512 daily apprehensions
  • More than 14,500 children are in HHS custody, and nearly 3,000 are with CBP
  • Joe Biden is taking heat from Republicans for enforcing Title 42 less than Donald Trump did while facing criticism from left-wing groups wanting it abolished
  • Last week a Louisiana city saw daily flights coming in with migrants on board
  • A TX border county is under a disaster order amid influx of migrants with COVID
  • A recent report says 210,000 migrants were encountered at the border in July
  • The figure is up from Border Patrol's reported 188,000 encounters in June

The crisis at the southern border continues to surge past unprecedented levels Friday as concerns over the influx of unaccompanied minors and others are compounded by COVID-19 fears - while Joe Biden heads to his home state of Delaware for the weekend.

The number of children under age 18 apprehended at the border was 834 on Thursday, according to Health and Human Services. The 30-day average is just 512.

Just 612 children in HHS custody were released to parents and guardians, meaning the total number of migrant children held by the US increased by more than 200.

More than 14,500 children are currently in HHS custody, and according to Fox there are 2,784 children in Border Patrol custody.

The rising figure is likely partially fueled by the Biden administration pulling back on the Trump-era Title 42 policy which under CDC direction enables Border Patrol to turn asylum-seekers away over COVID concerns.

While the policy was used on all migrants under Donald Trump, Biden's law enforcement authorities are admitting children and families with small children - expelling single adults and all but what Press Secretary Jen Psaki called 'a small, limited number of families.'

The number of children traveling alone who were picked up at the border reached an all-time high of more than 19,000 in July, according to preliminary numbers shared with the Associated Press by David Shahoulian, assistant secretary for border and immigration policy at DHS.

It's just a sign of a greater influx - 210,000 migrants crossed into the US along the southern border in July.

It's the highest one-month total in 21 years, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

More than 188,000 migrants were encountered by law enforcement in June - compared to 33,000 in June 2020.

Beyond the southern border migrants are being flown to places like Louisiana, where the Alexandria airport saw up to four flights a day arriving with migrant detainees last week, according to a local ABC affiliate.

All of the flights were operated by Swiftair and came from all over the country, the outlet's investigation uncovered - New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Virginia and Ohio.

The planes observed landing have capacities ranging between 149 and 162 passengers.

Those migrants are held at the Alexandria Staging Facility, which is run by a private prison firm that acts as an ICE contractor.

Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy told the outlet he believes the area is used to hold migrants before they are flown out of the country.

Departure records reportedly show Swiftair flights flying to Jamaica and Honduras.

Along the Texas border towns and cities are grappling with the latest US COVID surge.

Hidalgo County and its city of McAllen have seen a surge in migrants. According to a video posted to Facebook by Mayor Javier Villalobos earlier this week, the number of migrants being sent to his city reached 1,800 per day - and 15 percent test COVID positive.

In a Thursday news conference Hidalgo officials said a temporary tent city to house COVID-positive migrants was moved from McAllen to Mission, Texas to be further away from residents who complained.

Officials reportedly said the area's initial capacity had to be expanded from 250 to 650, according to a CBS affiliate.

The temporary encampment had to be built when the Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley - a nonprofit dedicated to helping migrants who cross the border - said they couldn't sustain the heavy influx of demand.

McAllen and Hidalgo County both invoked disaster declarations over the surge in migrants being left there by CBP officials.

In an effort to try and mitigate the number of people coming from Central and South America, the Biden administration began flying Central American and Mexican families to southern Mexico under Title 42, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Nearly 200 Mexican and Central American family members were expelled deep into Mexico on Thursday in what are expected to be regular flights, the person said. The flights, which will include adults, aim to disrupt a pattern of repeat crossings.

The Biden administration also announced last week that it would subject migrant families to a fast-track deportation process known as 'expedited removal' to their home countries from U.S. detention centers.

The expulsion flights to southern Mexico will be faster than that process, the person familiar with the situation said.

Pro-migrant groups on Monday restarted litigation that aims to stop the Biden administration from expelling families under Title 42, which the administration renewed that day.

Exclusive — Tom Cotton: Illegal Aliens Committing ‘Murder’ and ‘Rape’ Because Joe Biden ‘Won’t Secure Border’

MANCHESTER New Hampshire — Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) warned in an interview with Breitbart News that illegal aliens are committing “murder” and “rape” because President Joe Biden “won’t enforce the law and secure our border.”

“We see stories time and time again of illegal aliens committing murder or rape or carjacking people who shouldn’t be in our country to begin with. But they’re here because the Biden administration won’t enforce the law on secure our border,” Cotton began during an exclusive interview with Breitbart News while in New Hampshire to raise money for the granite state Republican Party.

“I know we may be in New Hampshire here, but every town in New Hampshire is a border town, because so much of the drugs that you see in New Hampshire and across the country comes from our southern border,” Cotton said.

Cotton asserted the “lion share” of drugs fueling the opioid crisis come from China by way of the Mexican-American border.
“The evidence on that is clear,” he began. “China has super case laboratories where they make the precursors to synthetic opioids like fentanyl. They send them [drugs] to the cartels in Mexico which finished the job by pressing them into pills or cutting them into other drugs, and they ship them into America.”

“Our boarder patrol does a good job of trying to detect these drugs, which in some cases are literally shipped over in the quantity that they could kill every American. They’re so deadly. And just such a small amount is captured at our border, but that’s just what they catch, think about what they miss. That’s one reason why we just saw the terrible tragedy of the biggest number of drug overdoses in American history last year.”

Cotton also advocated for getting “control of our border” by “finish[ing] building the wall… to enforce our laws” while not “letting illegal immigrants” inside the United States.

“We also need to get control of our legal immigration system at a time when we still have millions of Americans still out at work,” Cotton continued, “We shouldn’t be increasing the number of legal immigrants we have to come here and compete against Americans for those jobs.”

Cotton also outlined a proposal to fix the legal immigration system, which would be based on a “simple mathematical formula that awards points based on your level of education, the field you have, your education, and your ability to speak English, whether or not you have distinctive contributions in your field,” Cotton explained, adding that Canada has implemented a similar plan.

Cotton denied that states protecting the border, a duty the Constitution outlines as a federal responsibility, is leading to a secession movement away from the union.

“No, I don’t, but I do think that when it comes to things like immigration, it’s much more helpful to have a federal approach,” Cotton directly answered. “But the federal approach has to be based on common sense about protecting our border and protecting our people from the illegal aliens and the crime and the drugs that come across our border.”

Cotton additionally commented on a recent court ruling from a federal judge in Texas that said former President Barack Obama violated federal statute when he unilaterally implemented the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

“I totally agree with the ruling; the judge is right,” Cotton said.

“The case is… about whether the President can rewrite laws that Congress has passed, and that’s what Barack Obama tried to do in 2012… The president cannot simply say he is not gonna enforce an entire category of our laws, so the case was rightly decided. There should be no more DACA permits issued period,” Cotton said. “And what Congress should do is address these problems in a targeted way, but what the Democrats won’t do, it’s just that they want to use the people who have received the docket benefits as leverage to get a massive amnesty.”

“Even when President Trump proposed a step that would give those recipients legal status in return for things like eliminating chain migration, finishing the wall, eliminating the diversity lottery, the Democrats said no, because they want a massive amnesty. That’s what they’re trying to do right now, and in their big budget blow out, they wanna slip in amnesty there, they’re gonna claim it’s just for a few very sympathetic DACA recipients.”

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Texas Border City Street Commandeered to Hold Migrants

ROMA, Texas — During the early morning hours Friday, Border Patrol closed an entire city street to accommodate a non-stop stream of migrants coming across the Rio Grande. Breitbart Texas witnessed hundreds emerge from darkness and walk into the city to surrender.

The migrants, mostly family units and unaccompanied children, walked through the dimly lit streets and were directed to a nearby corner closed to the public. The street was effectively commandeered as a temporary outdoor detention and processing area. As migrants provided the Border Patrol with basic information, they were loaded onto buses.

The migrants were mostly Central American, but a few claimed to be from Cuba.

As the Border Patrol struggles with overcrowding in their facilities, they are forced to use areas under bridges or city streets. Many migrants could be seen arriving without masks in groups of more than 100 at a time. Shortly after midnight on Friday morning, more than 200 were sitting in the temporary holding area.

Border Patrol agents on the scene were patiently attempting to deal with the groups as they arrived but were vastly outnumbered.

In a recent interview with Breitbart Texas, incoming Chief of the Border Patrol Raul Ortiz says the Rio Grande Valley Sector is seeing nearly 3,000 apprehensions a day. Chief Ortiz spoke to the challenges faced by the Border Patrol, other federal and state government agencies and local communities due to the increased influx of migrants entering the country illegally.

A DACA amnesty would put more citizen children of illegal aliens — known as “anchor babies” — on federal welfare, as Breitbart News reported, while American taxpayers would be left potentially with a $26 billion bill.

Additionally, about one-in-five DACA illegal aliens, after an amnesty, would end up on food stamps, while at least one-in-seven would go on Medicaid. JOHN BINDER

This annual income for an impoverished American family is $10,000 less than the more than $34,500 in federal funds which are spent on each unaccompanied minor border crosser.

study by Tom Wong of the University of California at San Diego discovered that more than 25 percent of DACA-enrolled illegal aliens in the program have anchor babies. That totals about 200,000 anchor babies who are the children of DACA-enrolled illegal aliens. This does not include the anchor babies of DACA-qualified illegal aliens. JOHN BINDER

Sen. Paul: Biden is Distributing Border Kids Across U.S., Like 'Wishing to Seed' America With 'New (COVID) Variant'

While commenting on the authoritarian nature of placing unvaccinated Americans on a no-fly list, Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) described the Biden administration's nearly open borders policy as "hypocrisy" because officials are taking kids at the border, who may have COVID, and "putting them all over the United States, as if they’re wishing to seed the country with the new [COVID] variant."

"It's an awful thing to do," he added. "They're seeding people."

On Fox & Friends, Aug. 5, co-host Brian Kilmeade introduced part of a commentary, by Juliette Kayyem in The Atlantic, which called for placing unvaccinated Americans on a no-fly list.

Kayyem wrote, “While flying, vaccinated people should no longer carry the burden for unvaccinated people. ... [A] no-fly list for unvaccinated adults is an obvious step that the federal government should take.”

Kilmeade then asked Senator Paul, “What’s your take on the suggestion in The Atlantic?”

Paul said, “Obscene. If we now disagree in our personal medical decisions with the left, they’re going to declare that we’re a terrorist and we can’t fly. But even with the practicality of it, even if you said, 'okay, we’re going to do this,' even the CDC says you’re not supposed to get vaccinated if you’ve been infected within three months."

“Even according to the CDC, this idiot [Juliette Kayyem] would have us not flying for three months. So, it makes no sense. It’s complete collectivism.""So, what are we going to do, tell people they cannot fly for three months, even according to the CDC?" he added.

Paul continued, "And all of these people, the same people who hooted and hollered and said, ‘Trump is leading us to authoritarianism,’ what could be more authoritarian than a no-fly list for people who disagree with you?"

"Most people are wearing cloth masks and 97% of virus-sized particles go through cloth masks," said Paul.  "So it’s actually a disservice."As for new mask mandates, Sen. Paul, a medical doctor, said, “If you look objectively at mask mandates ... there’s no correlation between a mask mandate and a reduction in terms of the disease. In fact, it’s just the opposite. The more mandates we got, the more of the disease we got."

"When Dr. Fauci says, ‘Oh, the mask is more important than the vaccine,’ that’s malpractice," said the senator.  "The vaccine is very important, so is natural immunity. But the cloth masks don’t stop the disease."

Paul said, “Yes, it’s just pure hypocrisy. They’re seeding people. They’re taking kids from down at the border, who may have it [COVID], and then plucking them up and putting them all over the United States as if they’re wishing to seed the country with the new [COVID] variant. It’s an awful thing to do.Brian Kilmeade then asked, "If you're telling me to get vaccinated, that I'm the problem or you're the problem, how can you do that and leave the southern border open to one-plus-million people since you [Biden] took office? Many of them test positive for COVID-19 -- you're totally compromised!"

"But the bottom line is," he added, "if you’re vaccinated, you are overwhelmingly safe from hospitalization and death. Mind your own business.”

THE OBAMA-BIDEN HISPANICAZATION of AMERICA… first ease millions of illegals over our borders and into our voting booths!

The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. Initially, officials made 140,000 arrests per year in the mid-2000s, but the northward flow dropped so much that officials only had to make 6,000 arrests in 2013, according to a 2014 letter by two pro-migration Senators, Sen. Jeff Flake and John McCain.
