TUCKER CARLSON - IMPEACH THE FUCKER!

Tucker: They won't admit they are wrong and don't care what you think

The case for impeachment

In the past half-century, two Presidents have been impeached, and one resigned on the verge of impeachment. It may now be Joe Biden’s turn.

Article II of the U.S. Constitution requires the President to take an oath to “faithfully execute the office of President of the United States,” and “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” The Vice President takes a similar oath, promising to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Article II also obligates the President to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” These include the immigration laws. Article IV requires the federal government to protect every state against invasion. Clearly, by opening the southern border, President Biden has failed to faithfully execute the immigration laws, to fulfill his constitutional duty to protect the states against invasion or to protect the health and safety of our citizens.

The political rationale for opening the border to Central Americans is to change the demographics of the country to bolster the rolls of Democrat voters. Many states do not require citizenship as a requirement for voter registration, and several automatically register people to vote when they are issued a drivers’ license. Cubans, however, are unwelcome, presumably because they tend to vote Republican.

More than a million aliens have entered illegally since Biden took office. Many who cross illegally carry COVID, or are members of criminal gangs, bringing fentanyl, heroin, meth, or children trafficked into sexual slavery. It is outrageous that a President would sacrifice the health and safety of his citizens to solidify his Party’s grip on power.

The Supreme Court held that Joe Biden’s moratorium on eviction effectively confiscates the private property of landlords without just compensation in violation of the Fifth Amendment. Biden reimposed the moratorium in contemptuous defiance of the Supreme Court.

Biden’s calamitous withdrawal delivered Afghanistan to the Taliban, along with a generous arsenal of modern weaponry, while exposing those left behind to torture and carnage, and unleashing ISIS and al-Qaeda to exact revenge against America. Terrorists know our southern border is open. Psychologically, the perceived weakness of American leadership may embolden America’s adversaries, including China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. As a consequence, America and its allies may be faced with the dilemma of either sending soldiers to repel foreign aggression or standing aside while tyrants invade their neighbors.

If Jill Biden loved her husband, she would never have let him wander into the public spotlight. If Hunter loved his father, he would have sobered up and abstained from influence peddling. If President Biden is ousted via the 25th Amendment because of declining mental acuity “to discharge or perform the duties of his office” or is impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate under Article I because of dereliction of duty, Vice President Harris becomes President.

If Harris is ousted because of dereliction of duty (particularly for her failure to meaningfully address the border crisis, for which President Biden gave her primary responsibility), Speaker Pelosi would become president. Pelosi began to tee up the 25th Amendment in the final weeks of Trump’s presidency, perhaps anticipating that an elderly Joe Biden would be unable to fill his full term.

If words spoken on a telephone call can be deemed “high crimes and misdemeanors” sufficient to trigger impeachment, then certainly any of the errant actions described above would qualify. However, although it takes only a House majority to impeach, it takes 2/3 of the Senate to convict.

If history is any indication, impeachment rarely results in removal from office. Andrew Johnson was impeached, Bill Clinton was impeached, and Donald Trump was impeached, twice. No impeached President has been convicted by the Senate. However, the threat of impeachment for obstruction of justice during the Watergate scandal did persuade Richard Nixon to resign. New York Governor Cuomo also resigned on the precipice of impeachment.

The threat of impeachment may also be enough to inspire President Biden to resign. Politically, however, the prospect of having Kamala Harris or Nancy Pelosi as President may be sufficiently unpleasant (and no, not because of their gender) to dissuade the House or Senate from proceeding down that path, at least until the 2022 mid-term election determines which Party controls Congress. If the Republicans re-take the House, the new Speaker (Kevin McCarthy, perhaps) will be third in line.

Conversely, the threat of impeachment might inspire President Biden to fulfill his Constitutional obligations . . . if he is still capable.

Exclusive—Michael Savage: Biden’s Afghanistan Disaster Is ‘Terror’s Greatest Victory in My Lifetime’

Conservative radio legend and New York Times best-selling author Michael Savage offered his insights on President Joe Biden’s disastrous handling of the U.S.’s withdrawal from Afghanistan in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News on Monday.

The following transcript has been edited for length.

BREITBART NEWS: Dr. Savage, let’s drive into the interview with a big and broad question: What’s your overarching analysis of Biden’s handling of the situation in Afghanistan in recent weeks?

MICHAEL SAVAGE: I don’t think I can add to what’s already been said and written about [Biden], this imposter, this failure, this bum, this mook, this faker who has gotten people killed. I am so incensed and outraged about what I am watching. Not only because of the deaths and destruction that have occurred thus far, but because what is coming will be far worse. Today we read that Biden’s friends, the Taliban, who he has entrusted with airport security [in Kabul], take an elderly folk musician and shot him in front of his family because music is not permitted, according to the Quran. This is terror’s greatest victory in my lifetime and it’s directly tied to Biden. It’s his biggest blunder. And to make it worse, look at the sad performance of [Biden officials] like [Pentagon press secretary] John Kirby and [White House press secretary] Jen Psaki putting on the lies, trying to gloss over the failures. All the world can see they are lying and smirking through it. These kids remind me of the kids who cheated in school and ended up running the government. They’re absolutely incapable of it.

Look at the tanks and weapons left behind. I thought any other government would have dissolved after the suicide bombing killing 13 U.S. service members and many Afghans. First, our hologram Biden was in hiding, then he came out and was clutching his cheat sheets during a press conference when being asked a question. He was leaning his head forward as if he was overwhelmed by it all. I’ve said Trump defeated ISIS and Biden brought them back to life. ISIS and the Taliban are two of the same sides of evil. It’s good cop, bad cop. Trump and the Russian air force ran ISIS out, which ran rampant under Obama. ISIS was locked up at Bagram Air Force Base and were released by the Taliban under Biden.

On top of this, Biden has weakened the military overseen by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley — a proponent of Critical Race Theory. They’re pushing woke ideology instead of military readiness. They were looking for white supremacists while Afghanistan blew up in their faces. And just the other day, Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller blasted the military’s leadership. He should replace Milley. Instead he was fired and his pension denied. Then we hear a U.S. drone killed two ISIS planners with no names released. Why not identify them? To me, this feels like when [then-President Bill Clinton] bombed the aspirin factory in Sudan in retaliation for the attacks on its embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. Now they have Taliban death squads, Al Isha, using U.S. scanners and biometric databases to identify Afghans who worked with the U.S. or NATO, just like a Nazi unit out of Hitler’s Germany, and executing and torturing them.

The left, of course, is blaming Trump as part of their message, which is ludicrous. Trump wanted to withdraw from Afghanistan and had a strategy that didn’t include giving up Bagram Air Force Base. It will get a lot worse tomorrow when we withdraw for good. That’s when the slaughter and rapes will begin in earnest.

BREITBART NEWS: In a recent interview with Newsmax, you warned that there’s more than meets the eye regarding the establishment media’s seemingly critical coverage of Biden’s handling of Afghanistan. You suggested that it was less about the disaster ensuing post-withdrawal and more to do with planning for Biden’s successor, who right now would be Vice President Kamala Harris. Let’s unpack that.

MICHAEL SAVAGE: Who is really running the nation? Biden is not fit to be president. I don’t need to make any jokes about a man who is way past his shelf life. To me, he has presenile dementia or has overt dementia. Who is next? Kamala Harris, who is a stooge of the San Francisco political machine. She doesn’t really exists on her own and has no base. The Getty-Pelosi machine put in her power. I’ve lived in California long enough to see what goes on in this one-party state of ours, which is why it’s dying. Watch out, if Harris takes over, we will be looking back on old Joe as a centrist. God forbid we see her a president. Who would take her slot as vice president? They would pick a party hack. We’re in trouble one way or another, stuck with a two-party system which I’ve been opposing for years. I like the parliamentary system better because after [Afghanistan], there would have been a call for a new government like England or Israel. No question, a new U.S. government would have been formed. [Biden] would have been gone.

Let’s also talk about the Afghans being airlifted to the United States that are not being vetted. I asked on my podcast a week ago how many are trojan horse refugees. Common sense would say many. I don’t know how this ends. I know it’s going to get much, much worse. This is happening as our police have been deballed.

BREITBART NEWS: Thinking about Afghanistan through the lens of the Savage doctrine, what should the U.S. do or not do next about the war-torn country? What are your thoughts on Neoconservative Republicans and pro-war Democrats possibly pushing for re-engagement there.

MICHAEL SAVAGE: Of course. The military-industrial complex wants to build everything again that was just given to the Taliban. Think about the trillions of dollars that would cost. I wouldn’t send one U.S. troop [back into Afghanistan]. I would use drone strikes to knock out all the heavy equipment we gave [the Taliban] before it’s transferred to Iran or some other country.

FLEECED! How aid billions were squandered in Afghanistan: £4 million on Tuscan goats for the cashmere trade, £120 million on Dubai villas for corrupt politicians and £400 million on aircraft left to rot

Hannity: Biden clearly lied

Osama bin Laden’s prophetic statements about Joe Biden

In 2010, Osama bin Laden, despite living in hiding, was still the brains behind al Qaeda. And, while he may have been completely evil (anyone who revels in killing civilians to advance his goals is evil), he was no dummy. He was, instead, an acute observer of Western culture—especially American culture. That’s why it shouldn’t be surprising that, a year before he was killed, he was writing letters to his followers planning future murder attacks. Nor should it be surprising that he characterized Joe Biden as a moron.

In 2011, despite Biden’s protests against doing so, Barack Obama finally ordered a mission to kill Osama bin Ladin. Not only did the SEALS successfully carry out that mission, but they also recovered a treasure trove of documents from bin Laden’s safe house in Pakistan.

One of those documents, which was made public in 2012 but was forgotten until today, saw bin Laden explaining to a subordinate why, while both Obama and General Petraeus were jihad targets, it would be a mistake to kill Biden. According to bin Laden, Biden was such an idiot that his stepping into Obama’s shoes as President would be fully as damaging to America as any terrorist attack:

Giving his reasoning for attacking Obama, he says: ‘Obama is the head of infidelity and killing him automatically will make Biden take over the presidency for the remainder of the term, as it is the norm over there.

‘Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the US into a crisis.’

Those words appear very prophetic in light of Biden’s seven months in the White House. During that time, his physical capabilities seem to have diminished before our eyes. He’s gone from being vaguely loopy to appearing like a drugged-up automaton. As Biden demonstrated during his interview with George Stephanopoulos, he frequently becomes completely incoherent:

STEPHANOPOULOS: I-- I think a lot of-- a lot of Americans, and a l-- even a lot of veterans who served in Afghanistan agree with you on the big, strategic picture. They believe we had to get out. But I wonder how you respond to an Army Special Forces officer, Javier McKay (PH). He did seven tours. He was shot twice. He agrees with you. He says, "We have to cut our losses in Afghanistan." But he adds, "I just wish we could’ve left with honor."

BIDEN: Look, that’s like askin’ my deceased son Beau, who spent six months in Kosovo and a year in Iraq as a Navy captain and then major-- I mean, as an Army major. And, you know, I’m sure h-- he had regrets comin’ out of Afganista-- I mean, out of Iraq.

He had regrets to what’s-- how-- how it’s going. But the idea-- what’s the alternative? The alternative is why are we staying in Afghanistan? Why are we there? Don’t you think that the one-- you know who’s most disappointed in us getting out? Russia and China. They’d love us to continue to have to--

It’s not just Biden’s verbal nonsense, though. Either on his own initiative or acting as a puppet for the unknown persons pulling his strings, Biden managed in seven months to tank the economy, destroy America’s energy independence, wipe out our immigration laws, dramatically increase racial tension in the country, put America on a totalitarian track with masks and vaccines, and sign off on dramatically increasing our nation’s already overwhelming debt.

Of course, the pièce de résistance was his handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan. First, he managed to do it bass-ackwards, pulling out the military before extracting civilians, allies, and weapons. He also forgot to tell our European allies.

Thus, while leftists insisted that Trump was the outlier whom everyone hated, it was Biden who managed to get himself held in contempt by England’s Parliament, a first for an American president. Biden has also been lying steadily to the public, so much so that members of his own administration, anxious to escape his now toxic miasma, are refusing to go along with it.

As I said, bin Laden may have been evil but he was also smart. He had the measure of Biden and fully understand that a living Biden was much more dangerous to America than a martyr to a jihadist assassination.

The Biden administration scorecard

The perpetual media blitz of current events and the rapid pace of the news cycle these days make it hard to keep track of even recent history.  So to help maintain our collective memory of changes that have transpired since the days of the Trump administration, the following is an attempt to catalogue those in the hope that it will help reveal the “big picture” to guide future action.

To start with, don’t forget that the shamefully botched Afghanistan withdrawal disaster is just the latest of the Biden administration's atrocities.  In addition, and in just a little over seven months since the Biden administration and the radical left took the White House, we have witnessed:

  • Loss of energy independence,
  • Markedly resurgent inflation,
  • Out-of-control government spending,
  • Eroding public confidence in our election system,
  • Exploding southern border crisis,
  • Continued virus fear and hysteria,
  • Threats of lockdowns, mask and “vaccine” mandates,
  • Replacing education with indoctrination,
  • Devaluing the nuclear family and parental authority,
  • Abusive sexualization of society and children,
  • Constitutional rights declared “not absolute,”
  • “Cancel culture” oppression of free speech,
  • Attempts to infringe upon the 2nd Amendment,
  • Escalating social division via “intersectionality,”
  • Magnifying discrimination via forced “inclusion,”
  • Reframing America as founded on hate and oppression,
  • Labeling rioters and looters as “peaceful protesters,”
  • Labeling law-abiding patriots as “domestic terrorists,”
  • Urging people to turn in “radicalized” family and friends,
  • Open Judeo-Christian religious persecution,
  • Epidemic property, human trafficking and violent crime,
  • Disempowered law enforcement and prosecution,
  • Eviscerated “woke” military leadership,
  • Rekindling the threat of homeland terrorist attacks
  • Widespread international distrust and disrespect, and
  • Growing Chinese control of the U.S. economy, news outlets, social media, education, entertainment, sports, corporations, and Wall Street.

America is in an unprecedented governmental crisis. Given its recent history, the Biden administration is clearly not willing and/or able to protect American interests or defend our Constitution.
