LYING LAWYER KAMALA HARRIS SAYS JOE'S INVADERS TREATED LIKE SLAVES - BUT NOT A WORD OUT OF HER FAT MOUTH ABOUT THEIR CRIMES!

THE MOST COMMON THREAD BETWEEN LAWYER JOE BIDEN, LAWYER KAMALA HARRIS AND LAWYER MAYORKAS IS THE BRAZENESS OF THEIR DESPERATE LIES! THESE FUCKERS CAN'T OPEN THEIR MOUTHS WITHOU LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ALL OVER AGAIN!

  • VP Kamala Harris said she was "outraged" by images of officers on horseback chasing Haitian refugees at the border.

  • While sidestepping direct questions about deportation policies, Harris compared the images to "times of slavery."

  • The Biden administration is still deporting thousands of Haitians, many of whom want asylum in the US.

Vice President Kamala Harris admonished border patrol officers who in images appeared to whip Haitian refugees at the Texas border, calling the treatment "deeply troubling" and evocative of "some of the worst moments of our history."

Images circulated last week of Haitian refugees attempting to gain asylum by crossing the border in Del Rio, Texas as Department of Homeland Security agents charged at them on horseback. In one instance, a US Border Patrol officer yelled "this is why your country's shit" at immigrants.

Harris called the images "horrible and deeply troubling," adding that she was "outraged" by them.

"Human beings should not be treated that way, and as we all know, it also evoked images of some of the worst moments of our history where that kind of behavior has been used against the indigenous people of our country, has been used against African Americans during times of slavery," Harris said on ABC's The View on Friday.

The Biden administration is continuing to deport thousands of asylum-seeking Haitians after a year marked by a deadly earthquake, the assassination of the country's president and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Harris sidestepped a question from ABC's Sara Haines about whether the Biden administration would halt deportations and allow refugees to apply for asylum.

The US started deporting some of the 12,000 immigrants camped along a bridge at the border last week.

"I feel very strongly and the president feels very strongly that we've got to do more. There's no question. The United States is a member of the Western Hemisphere. Haiti is our neighbor in that regard," Harris said, adding that the country is still recovering from the 2010 earthquake and the assassination of the Haitian president.

Harris said the administration granted Temporary Protected Status to over 150,000 Haitian immigrants in May 2021. The designation protects immigrants already living in the US. Thousands of Haitians have since attempted to cross the US-Mexico border even though they do not qualify for TPS.

This week, the Biden administration resumed deportations under Title 42, a Trump-era public health policy used to deport migrants and deny them the ability to apply for asylum. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas said on Friday that the Haitian migrants had been cleared from the area in Del Rio, NBC News reported. Of the 15,000 migrants that were at the border, about 2,000 were flown back to Haiti and 12,400 others remain in the US awaiting their asylum cases, Mayorkas said.

"Today, we have no migrants remaining in the camp under the International Bridge," Mayorkas said. "Migrants continue to be expelled and under the CDC's Title 42 authority. Title 42 is a public health authority and not an immigration policy, and it is important to note that Title 42 is applicable, and has been applicable, to all irregular migration."

Top Democrats have criticized the Biden administration, comparing President Joe Biden to his predecessor, who enacted the law at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. The Biden administration has defended the law and is actively using it to address the current border crisis.

In June, Harris warned Guatemalan immigrants not to migrate to the US.

"I want to be clear to folks in this region who are thinking about making that dangerous trek to the United States-Mexico border: Do not come. Do not come," Harris said.

Biden Admin Releasing Haitian Migrants into USA Despite Promise to Remove Them

Media outlets report that despite promises from DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Haitian migrants are being released into the U.S. interior. One official told the Associated Press the number of migrants released in recent days is in the thousands.

“If you come to the United States illegally, you will be returned, your journey will not succeed, and you will be endangering your life and your family’s life,” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas said during a press conference in Del Rio on Monday. “Your journey will not succeed, and you will be endangering your life and your family’s lives.”

“We in DHS are securing additional transportation to accelerate the pace and increase the capacity of removal flights to Haiti and other destinations in the Western Hemisphere,” he stated.

Despite these bold promises of removal, it appears the number of Haitians being removed is in the hundreds while those being released are in the thousands.

The AP reports:

The releases come amid a quick effort to empty the camp under a bridge that, according to some estimates, held more than 14,000 people over the weekend in a town of 35,000 people. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, during a visit Tuesday to Del Rio, said the county’s top official told him the most recent tally at the camp was about 8,600 migrants.

The criteria for deciding who is flown to Haiti and who is released in the U.S. was unclear, but two U.S. officials said single adults were the priority for expulsion flights.

Fox News also reports the release of Haitian migrants into the U.S. interior. The migrants are reportedly being flown by Aero Airways, a major government contractor, to U.S. destinations including Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, New York City, Yakima (Washington), and Harrisburg (Pennsylvania).

The AP claims as many as 6,000 migrants have been released from the camp in Del Rio, Texas.

Breitbart News reached out to CBP and DHS for confirmation of these flights and the numbers of migrants being removed and released. An immediate response was not available by the time of this publication.

‘I Never Saw Agents Whipping Anyone,’ Says Photographer of Images at Center of Border Patrol Hoax

The photographer who witnessed the incident where horseback-mounted Border Patrol agents attempted to control Haitian migrants crossing the Rio Grande last week said he never saw agents whipping anyone. His photographs led to unfounded claims from many officials including President Joe Biden that agents were whipping or “strapping” the migrants with whips.

In an exclusive interview with KTSM NBC9 in El Paso, photographer Paul Ratje said he “didn’t ever see them (the agents) whip anybody. ” He was swinging it (the reins), but I didn’t see him actually whip someone with it.”

Ratje said the incident occurred when Haitian migrants attempted to run around the horses. He took the infamous photos that have “really been misconstrued” from the Mexican side of the river.

Among those who apparently misconstrued the images is the President of the United States. “To see people treated like they did, horses running them over and people getting strapped, it’s outrageous I promise you those people will pay,” the president said during a press conference on Friday.

One day earlier, the White House announced a policy banning the use of Border Patrol horses in the Del Rio Sector. “[W]e will no longer be using horses in Del Rio,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters during the daily briefing.

Vice President Kamala Harris also turned against the Border Patrol agents who are currently under investigation. “I was outraged by it” the vice president said on ABC’s “The View”. “It was horrible and deeply troubling. There’s been now an investigation that is being conducted which I fully support, and there needs be consequences and accountability.”

Horse Patrol Units of the U.S. Border Patrol have a long history of carrying out migrants rescues in remote and hazardous terrains all along the southwest border. Breitbart Texas regularly reports on the rescues and apprehension of migrants and the seizure of drugs carried out by the men and women of the Border Patrol who serve on horseback.

CNN’s Flores: Border Patrol’s Horse Patrol ‘Used to Save the Lives of Migrants’ a Lot of the Time

1:04

On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Lead,” CNN Correspondent Rosa Flores said that, many times, the Border Patrol’s “Horse Patrol is used to save the lives of migrants that are in treacherous areas” where “the timing of them getting there can be the difference between life and death.”

Flores said, “I’ve done a story with Horse Patrol before, Jake, and I can tell you that what I learned is that a lot of the [time], this Horse Patrol is used to save the lives of migrants that are in treacherous areas. The Border Patrol sector in Laredo, for example, has emergency beacons in some of the most desolate areas where many migrants died trying to cross into the United States, and it’s these horse patrols that are deployed to these desolate areas, and the timing of them getting there can be the difference between life and death. A lot of the [time], they’re used to save lives.”

White House Does Not Know if Joe Biden Has Ever Visited Southern Border

The White House admitted Wednesday they did not know if President Joe Biden had ever visited the Southern border to demonstrate his commitment to border security.

“I will have to look back in my history books and check the times he’s been to the Southern border,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said in response to a question from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy during the daily White House briefing.

It remains unclear whether Biden has ever been to the Southern border, as he spent most of his political career as a U.S. senator representing Delaware.

Psaki reminded reporters that Biden worked as vice president in the Obama administration to reduce “root causes” of immigration, but she was unaware if he ever visited the border.

“I can check and see when the last time or when he may have been,” Psaki replied.

Before he was president, Biden voiced support for border security.

In 2006, Biden boasted in a South Carolina speech that he was in support of a border fence.

“Folks, I voted for a fence, I voted, unlike most Democrats – and some of you won’t like it – I voted for 700 miles of fence,” Biden said during a speech in South Carolina.

Biden went on to say that unless the political system in Mexico changed and businesses were punished for hiring illegals, a 40-foot high fence was merely “window dressing.”

“Now, I know I’m not supposed to say it that bluntly, but they’re the facts, they’re the facts,” he said.

Randy Clark: Mayorkas Cannot Claim He Was Surprised by Border Bridge Crisis

DEL RIO, Texas — Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas delivered some astonishing remarks about the humanitarian crisis occurring locally. A few hundred yards from a squalid migrant camp at a closed international port of entry, Mayorkas told a gaggle of reporters that “our borders are not open.”

Mayorkas’ comments raised eyebrows among locals and law enforcement. Despite declarations of a closed border, he stood near an encampment where thousands of migrants were detained in squalid conditions after meeting little to no resistance at crossing points.

Mayorkas’ comments were delivered at a 200-mile stretch where federal agents cannot afford the manpower to perform routine patrols. All inland highway interdiction checkpoints in the Del Rio Sector are closed to throw personnel at the border zone. Migrants cross unimpeded. Even those who wish to surrender to Border Patrol for asylum processing often wait hours for an agent to happen upon them within the Del Rio city limits.

Contrary to Mayorkas’ statement, the borders are wide open to irregular migration. They are, however, closed to those wishing to cross legally. United States citizens and green card holders who rely on crossing the border bridges for work or commerce are locked on both sides of the Rio Grande. The ports of entry in Del Rio are closed for all.

As Mayorkas delivered his remarks on the international bridge he shut down on Friday, he said nothing about the devastating effects the closure has on those who live and work in Texas and Mexico. Employers’ staff rosters are short with workers stuck at home for an undetermined period.

Wage earners in the service industry cannot afford lost hours during a pandemic. The lost services to the community is felt as local hotels are operating with minimal staff at maximum occupancy.
The secretary had no words for the workers who may face weeks of unemployment due to the interruption in border crossings between Del Rio and Ciudad Acuna.

Secondly, the Secretary told reporters when asked why it took so long for the administration to respond adequately to the situation, “the volume was rather sudden, rather dramatic, rather quick.”

It was no secret these migrants have been fighting their way through Mexico to get to Del Rio for weeks.

For nearly a month, constant news reports from Breitbart Texas followed the migrant population count and eventually about the population at the camp. These data did not escape the intelligence-gathering capabilities of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The government’s own press releases helped to tally the arrivals.

In early September, 500 migrants were detained by DHS at the camp. By September 12, 1,500 were detained. By the end of that same day, 2,000 had arrived. On the 14th, 3,000 were living in squalor below the bridge. By the 15th5,000 had arrived without a federal response.

On September 16, the count had risen to 10,000 mostly Haitian migrants. Over the next three days, the count reached nearly 15,000.

Despite the continuous reporting on the matter from both sides of the border since July, the administration’s explanation of events was that it was caught off-guard.

Mayorkas told the gaggle, “If you come to the United States illegally, you will be returned.” As reporters departed, van loads of migrants being dropped off at a Del Rio transportation hub were plainly visible. These actions continue in Del Rio and surrounding communities.

Despite the removal flights for some to Haiti, thousands were freed in recent months due to the overcrowding in federal facilities. At the current rate of removal flights, it will take several months to empty the camp without more built-out detention space.

Carlson Slams Biden for Attacks on Border Patrol — ‘Has a Fetish for Going After the Weak’

4:03

On his Friday broadcast, FNC’s Tucker Carlson took aim at President Joe Biden’s remarks attacking Border Patrol officers on horseback, which had been alleged to have been using whips but apparently were reins according to captured video.

The Fox News host said the Border Patrol had been weakened under the Biden administration and noted Biden’s harsh criticisms were because the Border Patrol were on horses and using reins provided by Biden’s U.S. government.

Carlson called Biden’s remarks an example of the president attacking the “weak.”

Partial transcript as follows:

CARLSON: So you’ve been hearing all week from the usual hysterical liars that the Border Patrol, somehow officers used a whip to beat immigrants at the Southern border just searching for a better life trying to get refugee status, everything about that is a complete lie. A lot of the Haitians at our Southern border in Del Rio already had refugee status in other countries that don’t offer free healthcare, so they came here.

By the way, the Border Patrol doesn’t have whips. They don’t whip anybody. They ride horses, and horses have reins. Today, the photographer who shot that picture of the alleged whips were on the record to confirm that the officers were using reins and they weren’t whipping anybody. So that should be the end of the story, but of course, it suits the Biden administration’s political purposes, which is rushing as many new people into the country as possible so they can win the next several election cycles, so they’re continuing to lie.

The Biden administration has banned the Border Patrol from using horses, and today, Joe Biden, who has a fetish for going after the weak we noticed, vowed to crush the hourly workers who were involved in this, the Border Patrol officers. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BIDEN: To see people treated like they did, horses running them over and people being strapped, it’s outrageous. I promise you those people will pay. There will be an investigation underway now, and there will be consequences. There will be consequences.

It’s an embarrassment.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: Can you imagine talking like that? Those Border Patrol officers didn’t bring their own horses to beat immigrants for fun. They were riding horses owned by Joe Biden’s government. They were doing what they were told to do, which is enforce Federal law passed by the United States Congress.

And then the President of the United States — these are some of the weakest people by the way in our country, they’re just Border Patrol agents. They have no power. Imagine being married to one of these guys or being the child of one of these guys and seeing the President of the United States say, we’re going to crush these people because they’re evil and implying they are racist. It is sick.

So the DHS Secretary and Kamala Harris today both claimed the officers had used whips. Liars. They said the non-existent whips prove that systemic racism is real.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ALEJANDRO MAYORKAS, SECRETARY OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY: The investigation into what occurred has not yet concluded. We know that those images painfully conjured up the worst elements of our nation’s ongoing battle against systemic racism.

KAMALA HARRIS (D), VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: And there needs to be consequence and accountability. Human beings should not be treated that way, and as we all know, it also evoked images of some of the worst moments of our history where that kind of behavior has been used against the indigenous people of our country, it has been used against African- Americans during times of slavery.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: This is someone who went to high school, and not even from here. She is from Canada. How did the best country in the world get the worst people in the world to run it? It’d be interesting to know that.

We can’t control it at this point. All we can do is assess what they’re doing.

Syrian Refugee Pleads Guilty to Supporting ISIS with Plot to Bomb Pennsylvania Christian Church

A Syrian refugee has pleaded guilty to providing material support to the Islamic State (ISIS), a terrorist organization, in relation to his plot to bomb a Christian church in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

On Thursday, 23-year-old Mustafa Mousab Alowemer, who came to the United States in August 2016 as a refugee from Syria, pleaded guilty to one count of providing material support to ISIS when he sought to bomb the Legacy International Worship Center in Pittsburgh sometime in 2019.

“The defendant, motivated by ISIS’s call to violence and hate, plotted a terrorist attack targeting a church in Pittsburgh,” Acting Assistant Attorney General Mark Lesko said in a statement.

According to federal prosecutors, Alowemer was motivated to bomb the Christian church to garner support from other ISIS members within the U.S. Alowemer had hoped that his terrorist attack would rally other ISIS members to commit similar acts of terrorism against American citizens.

In 2019, Breitbart News exclusively reported that at the time of Alowemer’s arrest, he had been seeking to secure a green card from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to permanently remain in the U.S. and eventually be eligible for naturalized American citizenship.

Alowemer first entered the U.S. through the New York port of entry on August 1, 2016 as a refugee from Syria, being granted RE3 status, which indicates he was the child of a refugee. Sometime after, Alowemer wanted to adjust his immigration status to become a lawful permanent resident.

Alowemer’s green card application was pending with USICS at the time of his arrest.

Sentencing for Alowemer is scheduled for January 2022 and he faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and a lifetime term of supervised release.

Exclusive – Sean Parnell Makes Case for Biden Impeachment: He’s ‘Aiding and Abetting’ Terrorists in ‘Plain Sight’

Army veteran Sean Parnell laid out the reasons he believes President Joe Biden should be impeached during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Saturday this past weekend, detailing step by step to host Matthew Boyle how the recent disastrous chain of events in Afghanistan was “all Joe Biden’s fault.”

Parnell, who served in heavy combat in Afghanistan for more than a year, heatedly explained what he perceived were Biden’s wrongdoings throughout the U.S. military’s withdrawal process, providing his remarks to Breitbart News on the 20th anniversary of 9/11.

“It’s hard to wrap your mind around, or for me to wrap my mind around, just how bad Joe Biden got this withdrawal,” Parnell said. “I have been vocal about the importance of withdrawing from Afghanistan in a responsible way. You know, we’ve been there for 20 years. It was time to do a battle handover with the Afghan National Army, but not the way Joe Biden did it.”

Listen:

Parnell continued, “Just think about this, that someone in the Pentagon or the White House thought it was a good idea to pull our military out of the country before we got all of our American citizens, fully vetted allies, who fought and bled, out of that country. That to me is just beyond the pale. … You don’t have to be Gen. Patton to know that it might be a bad idea to pull your military out of that country before you get your people out of there in one of the most hostile, rugged places on the earth.”

Taliban forces in mid-August toppled Afghanistan’s government, leading the Biden administration to hastily pursue an evacuation mission out of the country.

The botched effort left many American citizens and foreign allies behind and did not end without a deadly suicide bombing happening mere days before the evacuation’s conclusion. Parnell assessed that abandoning the largest base the U.S. had occupied in Afghanistan, Bagram Airfield, in July was one of the president’s early missteps.

“[From] the decision to relinquish, or abandon, Bagram Air Base to allowing the Taliban to secure our people’s exfil and march to the airport, which is insane because the Taliban’s a terrorist group … no doubt about it that that suicide bomber was let through a Taliban checkpoint,” Parnell said.

The Army veteran then pointed to a U.S. drone strike conducted in Kabul on August 29, which the Pentagon said killed a suicide car bomber suspect. Investigative reporting by the New York Times, however, suggested the drone strike may have been a mistake that killed ten innocent family members, including seven children.

WASHINGTON, DC - AUGUST 20: U.S. President Joe Biden gestures to Secretary of State Antony Blinken as he gives remarks on the U.S. military’s ongoing evacuation efforts in Afghanistan from the East Room of the White House on August 20, 2021 in Washington, DC. “Almost every single day, the situation got worse and worse, culminating with Joe Biden authorizing a drone strike that killed a U.S. aid worker and an entire Afghan family, and then went out to the podium and bragged about it,” Parnell said. “It was clear that it wasn’t an ISIS terrorist because there were no details about the strike. Nobody released anybody’s names. … The fact that this is not a greater national scandal to me is just unbelievable.”

Parnell also noted that Biden’s July 23 phone call with Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani, a partial transcript of which was published by Reuters, demonstrated Biden’s intent to “convince the president of Afghanistan to lie about the Taliban, their strength and the speed of their advance. The lie of course was egregious but the quid pro quo after was also egregious.”

Because, in part, American citizens and foreign allies from the 20-year war have been forced to exit Afghanistan by way of Taliban-controlled borders, the Biden administration also reportedly has been and continues to engage in negotiations with the new Taliban leadership, which includes now-Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani.

The FBI designates Haqqani as a global terrorist and is offering an up to $10 million reward for any information leading to his arrest.

Haqqani

(FBI)

Parnell, who is running as a Republican for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania next year, asserted he would vote to convict a hypothetically impeached Biden over “aiding and abetting terrorist groups.”

“If he is impeached in the House, you can bet that as the next United States senator from Pennsylvania, I would vote to convict in the Senate because Joe Biden is aiding and abetting terrorist groups, and he’s doing it in plain sight,” Parnell said. “He’s negotiating with the Taliban. He’s promising them aid, and the Haqqani network is part of the Taliban government. … That is absolutely an impeachment-worthy offense.”

Taliban hang body in public; signal return to past tacticsThe Associated PressKABUL, Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — The Taliban hanged a dead body from a crane parked in a city square in Afghanistan on Saturday in a gruesome display that signaled the hard-line movement’s return to some of its brutal tactics of the past.

Taliban officials initially brought four bodies to the central square in the western city of Herat, then moved three of them to other parts of the city for public display, said Wazir Ahmad Seddiqi, who runs a pharmacy on the edge of the square.

Taliban officials announced that the four were caught taking part in a kidnapping earlier Saturday and were killed by police, Seddiqi said. Ziaulhaq Jalali, a Taliban-appointed district police chief in Herat, said later that Taliban members rescued a father and son who had been abducted by four kidnappers after an exchange of gunfire. He said a Taliban fighter and a civilian were wounded by the kidnappers, and that the kidnappers were killed in crossfire.

An Associated Press video showed crowds gathering around the crane and peering up at the body as some men chanted.

“The aim of this action is to alert all criminals that they are not safe,” a Taliban commander who did not identify himself told the AP in an on-camera interview conducted in the square.

Since the Taliban overran Kabul on Aug. 15 and seized control of the country, Afghans and the world have been watching to see whether they will re-create their harsh rule of the late 1990s, which included public stonings and limb amputations of alleged criminals, some of which took place in front of large crowds at a stadium.

After one of the Taliban’s founders said in an interview with The Associated Press this past week that the hard-line movement would once again carry out executions and amputations of hands, the U.S. State Department said such acts “would constitute clear gross abuses of human rights.”

Spokesman Ned Price told reporters Friday at his briefing that the United States would “stand firm with the international community to hold perpetrators of these — of any such abuses — accountable.”

The Taliban’s leaders remain entrenched in a deeply conservative, hard-line worldview, even if they are embracing technological changes, such as video and mobile phones.

“Everyone criticized us for the punishments in the stadium, but we have never said anything about their laws and their punishments,” Mullah Nooruddin Turabi said in the AP interview. “No one will tell us what our laws should be. We will follow Islam and we will make our laws on the Quran.”

Also Saturday, a roadside bomb hit a Taliban car in the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, wounding at least one person, a Taliban official said. No one immediately claimed responsibility for the bombing. The Islamic State group affiliate, which is headquartered in eastern Afghanistan, has said it was behind similar attacks in Jalalabad last week that killed 12 people.

The person wounded in the attack is a municipal worker, Taliban spokesperson Mohammad Hanif said.
