Internal documents revealed to Breitbart Texas show Border Patrol agents being instructed to cease expelling all migrant family units under the Trump era Title 42 Emergency COVID order. The instructions come after a federal judge ordered the Biden Administration to cease using the COVID-19 emergency order to immediately expel any family unit containing minors. The instructions to release the migrants into the United States took full effect Thursday.

The operating instructions to the Border Patrol come as the result of a September 16 injunction issued by D.C. District Judge Emmet Sullivan.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and other migrant rights groups are challenging the CDC emergency order and secured an injunction, resulting in the migrant family unit releases.

Judge Sullivan’s injunction allowed for a 14-day stay to allow the administration to explore appellate options. The stay expires Thursday. As such, the CBP operational instructions will result in an increase in the number of migrant family units into the United States.

A source says the CBP instructions call for Border Patrol agents to cease processing Haitian national family units for delayed Title 42 repatriations to Haiti and instead release them under an ICE Alternative to Detention (ATD) program. ATD monitors the migrants with cell phones or ankle bracelets. A source within ICE says many of the costly devices are discarded after release.

Family units from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala will no longer be eligible for return to Mexico under the Title 42 CDC order, according to the instructions. Migrant family units from these originating countries will also be released into the United States under ATD.

Family units from Mexico will be afforded the opportunity to voluntarily return. Should they choose not to, they too will fall under an ATD release option. The newly issued operational instructions do not apply to single adult migrants. Single adults will continue to be subject to the Title 42 CDC emergency order and expelled, according to the source.

The Biden Administration voluntarily reduced the application regarding family units earlier in the year. Of the more than 415,000 migrants apprehended as family units since October, the order was only applied to roughly a quarter. This fact was cited in Judge Sullivan’s injunction as reason to deny the government’s argument that the use of Title 42 CDC order was critical to combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

The initial impact to border communities will most likely be a 25 percent increase in migrant releases, so long as the current level of illegal border crossings remains consistent.

On Wednesday, as reported exclusively by Breitbart Texas, the Border Patrol surpassed all historical apprehension records for the southwest sectors.

Texas Border County Votes to Sue Biden for ‘Failing to Enforce the Law’

A Texas border county voted this week to sue the Biden Administration for allegedly failing to enforce the immigration and border security laws of the United States. County officials say the White House “failed Del Rio” in the buildup of the Haitian migrant crisis that brought thousands of migrants to the county this month.

The bipartisan Val Verde County Commissioners Court voted unanimously to seek legal action against President Joe Biden for “the invasion of the county in Del Rio,” San Angelo Live reported.

“It is time that we get together with other counties and cities along the border to stand up and do something,” Commissioner Beau Nettleton, a Republican, said during the meeting of the commissioners court. “I don’t have the answer to whether a lawsuit solves this problem but it draws attention to this problem. They took the same oath of office that I did which is to uphold the constitution, the laws of the United States and the laws of Texas. They need to do their job and stop what is going on.”

Earlier this month, Val Verde County Judge Lewis Owens, a Democrat, told the San Angelo news outlet he blamed the Biden Administration for the crisis that built when upward of 15,000 migrants were camped under the Del Rio Bridge in his county.

“Our administration, our president has done a shit job,” Judge Owens stated. “They do not realize what they are doing for us.”

San Angelo Live reported that Val Verde County officials continuously reached out to the federal government for answers regarding the Haitian migrant camp. They said the government left them in the dark.

“Fifty percent of the population of this city was sitting underneath our International Bridge – how is a town of this size, with our tax base supposed to deal with that problem,” Nettleton added. “I don’t want to put our county in this position but we have no choice because it’s going to happen again and it has to end.”

EXCLUSIVE: Gulf Cartel Gunmen Shoot at Mexican Federales in Human Smuggling Attempt

Migrant shooting Main
Breitbart Texas / Cartel Chronicles

Gulf Cartel gunmen shot at Mexican federal agents who were trying to stop vehicles loaded with dozens of migrants headed for the U.S. border.

The shooting took place this week near China, Nuevo Leon, a busy human smuggling route controlled by the Gulf Cartel. Breitbart Texas consulted with U.S. law enforcement sources operating in Mexico who revealed the Federales were in fact undercover agents with Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office working on a separate case.

The agents spotted a convoy of three SUVs driving north through Cadereyta and tried to pull them over. Rather than stop, the vehicles sped off and split up with two of the SUVs exiting toward another highway, while the third remained on the road. The truck had Nuevo Leon license plates PP-2101-A.

As the agents continued the chase, gunmen pulled alongside and began shooting at the agents. The agents tried to fight off the attack and called for backup from nearby authorities.

The gunmen fled as police vehicles joined in the chase. The cops managed to arrest the 20-year-old driver and rescued 30 migrants, including eight children. Two men from Guatemala sustained minor gunshot injuries during the shootout but are expected to recover. The driver of the vehicle has been identified as 20-year-old Brayan David Flores Cruz from Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas. He remains under investigation.

The incident has drawn concern within Mexican authorities since criminal organizations rarely resort to violence to protect human smuggling operations. It is premature to know if this is an emerging trend.

Joe Biden’s Lawyers Block ACLU Lawsuit to Open U.S. Borders

President Joe Biden’s pro-migration deputies have persuaded three federal judges to let them keep the Title 42 barrier to uncontrolled migration.

The September 30 legal win over the ACLU was politely lamented by the various pro-migration activists who quietly recognize that the Title 42 anti-epidemic rule is helping Biden’s political support.

Biden’s deputies are using the Title 42 rule to help muffle public opposition while they boost migration into Americans’ homeland.

The Title 42 rule is vital because it allows them to regulate the cross-border flow so there is minimal media coverage of the wage-cutting, rent-raising, diversity-boosting migration into Americans’ jobs and homes.

Also, the Title 42 rule is a public health rule. That purpose helps Biden’s people to muffle opposition from the pro-migration progressives who emotionally opposed President Donald Trump’s similar and very successful Remain in Mexico program.

On September 16, the ACLU persuaded a D.C.-based federal judge to take down the Title 42 barrier to migrants who bring children, regardless of Congress’ long-standing decision to give the President emergency authority over who can cross the nation’s borders. The judge set a 14-day delay on his decision, which expired on September 30.

The administration quickly appealed, and a three-judge panel decided on September 30 to preserve the Title 42 enforcement pending the completion of a lengthy trial – and a likely appeal to the Supreme Court.

The ACLU executives made a perfunctory complaint at their loss.

“A federal court has temporarily failed to block Title 42, a cruel policy that misuses public health to unjustly expel asylum seekers,” said an ACLU tweet. “If the Biden administration really wants to treat asylum seekers humanely, it must end this lawless policy NOW and withdraw its appeal.”

The White House is using Title 42 to cap the border inflow at about 100,000 economic migrants per month.

Officials let many of the 100,000 migrants cross the Title 42 barrier by excusing them as “vulnerable,” according to a pro-migration policy set by Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden’s pro-migration border chief.

Meanwhile, the childless young men and families’ husbands are allowed to sneak across the border at a rate of roughly 50,000 per month.

The southern inflow is in addition to the inflow of roughly 100,000 legal immigrants per month, and a large inflow of visa workers for various white-collar and blue-collar jobs. Overall, the administration is inviting roughly one migrant for every two American births this year.

But this anti-American agenda spilled into the evening news when Mexico’s government guided roughly 15,000 Haitian migrants to the Del Rio landing site in Texas.

Since the Haitian landing exploded on the evening news, the public’s support for Biden’s policies has shifted more than 10 points against his immigration policies.

For example, a September 26-28 poll by YouGov showed only 24 percent approval and 61 percent disapproval. The poll also showed 41 percent strong disapproval and four percent strong approval. A September 23-27 poll of 1,099 adults for the Associated Press showed 35 percent approval, 61 percent disapproval. In late August, the poll tracker at RealClearPolitics.com showed Biden’s poll ratings were 38 percent approval, 56 percent disapproval.

The declining poll numbers have pressured Biden’s deputies to launch a much-publicized airlift of roughly 5,400 Haitian migrants back to Haiti. The airlift — plus a Biden-backed hoax about border officers abusing migrants —  helped to divert media attention from their quiet release of at least 13,000 Haitians and other migrants into Americans’ jobs and homes around the United State.

Biden’s officials are also using the threat of Title 42 to help deter the next wave of roughly 50,000 Haitians who are now trekking northwards from their migrant homes in South America towards Texas.

However, the promise of an American life is so great that many Haitians, especially Haitians with children, are expected to soon reach the U.S. border — unless Biden agrees to a deal with Mexico to block them.

Migration is deeply unpopular because it damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, widens regional wealth gaps, and wrecks their democratic, equality-promoting civic culture.

For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

AP Poll: Biden’s Immigration Approval Drops, Again

President Joe Biden’s poll rating on immigration has slipped down to 35 percent, according to a survey by the Associated Press.

The September 23-27 poll of 1,099 adults asked, “Do you approve or disapprove of the way Joe Biden is handling immigration?”

Biden’s approval ratings fell to 35 percent, down from 40 percent in a June AP poll.

Biden’s disapproval ratings rose to 64 percent, up from 54 in June.

Biden’s average ratings on immigration have dropped to 34 percent approval, 58 percent disapproval, according to polls collected by RealClearPolitics.com. For example, a September 26-28 poll by YouGov showed only 24 percent approval and 61 percent disapproval. The poll also showed 41 percent strong disapproval and four percent strong approval.

The AP and YouGov polls were taken as Biden’s border chief tried to hide and disperse the huge flow of 30,000 migrants who crossed into the Del Rio landing site in Texas.

But the border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, was unable to prevent the chaotic migration from spilling into the network TV shows that are watched by millions of non-partisan swing voters.

The AP did not release the poll’s cross tabs, which would show Biden’s declining support among independents, Latinos, women, and suburban voters.

The data displayed by RealClearPolitics.com suggests that the televised chaos at Del Rio seems to have chopped roughly 10 points off Biden’s approval numbers.

However, the GOP may choose to miss the political opportunity to win over swing voters with the promise of pro-family, pocketbook immigration reform.

For many years, donor-funded GOP leaders, including McCarthy and Rep. John Katko (R-NY) — and their staff — have downplayed the pocketbook impact of migration on Americans’ communities. One reason for this policy is to avoid making any campaign promises on immigration that would be opposed by the donors.

Instead, the GOP tries to spin up the turnout of its base voters by spotlighting the non-economic aspects of the migration problem, including crime by migrants, border chaos, and drug smuggling.

Migration is deeply unpopular because it damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, widens regional wealth gaps, and wrecks their democratic, equality-promoting civic culture.

For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

This pocketbook opposition is multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisan,  rationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity Americans owe to each other.

This push amnesty is being led by Zuckerberg’s FWD.us network of coastal investors who stand to gain from more cheap labor, government-aided consumers, and urban renters.

The network has funded many astroturf campaigns, urged Democrats to not talk about the economic impact of migration, and manipulated coverage by the TV networks and the print media.
