All the players in these massive, sordid affairs will be deemed “too big to jail” – and too closely tied to the Democratic Party to be investigated further.

Spies Like Hillary

John Durham's latest revelation casts disturbing light on Hillary's private spy network and "Russiagate".

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

If you were to watch CNN, the former cable news network’s biggest story about Hillary Clinton is that she’s selling a $32 baseball cap with “But Her Emails Hat” stitched on it pink as a “dad hat”.

Unlike Jeffrey Epstein and Vince Foster, Hillary and CNN’s credibility really did kill themselves.

Compared to Uranium One, the Lincoln Bedroom, and the State Department, this lame meme may be the least offensive thing that Vince Foster’s former boss ever sold at a markup..

Outside the mainstream media echo chamber, the big story is that the latest revelation by Special Counsel John Durham exposes more of the scope of the Clinton spy operation. We already know that elements of Russiagate encompassed recruiting Christopher Steele, a former MI6 operative, and Igor Danchenko, an alleged former Russian FSB agent employed by a Qatari-allied think tank, already arrested and indicted as part of the Durham investigation.

The big Hillary revelation doesn’t involve the $32 baseball cap that CNN is promoting, but a digital Clinton spy network that allegedly targeted Trump Tower and even the White House.

In the fall of 2016, as the election was approaching and the investigation into her own server was heating up. Hillary Clinton threw out the bizarre claim that "computer scientists" had "uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank."

The secret Russian server was too much even for most of the media which had a boundless appetite for Russiagate garbage, but the discredited story did have a real scandal behind it.

The Durham Indictment of Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann in September revealed that a tech executive “had exploited his access to non-public data at multiple Internet companies to conduct opposition research concerning Trump” and “had enlisted, and was continuing to enlist, the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract” and “were continuing to coordinate with representatives and agents of the Clinton Campaign.”

The latest filing notes that "The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic pertaining to" Trump Tower, Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and the Executive Office of the President of the United States.

This wide net was being used to bolster claims of Hillary’s secret Russian bank nonsense and continued well after the election was over and President Trump was in the White House.

The Clinton spy operation always had two trajectories, a public smear campaign intended to affect the outcome of the election, and a covert coup exploiting allies in the DOJ. The latter effort continued well after the election was over and was an actual “attack on democracy”.

Clinton’s people weren’t just trying to win an election, but remove a sitting president.

Turning to a British former agent who was allegedly sourcing material from Russian spies was bad enough, but the Clinton spy network was literally spying on a sitting president. That’s not the behavior of political opponents, but domestic enemies. Passing the products of that spying on to the FBI as supporting evidence for removing Trump from office was an actual coup.

It also goes to the question of the “Resistance” within the government loyal to a faction and working to coordinate with it and its media allies to bring down a sitting president. It has been widely alleged that “Tech Executive-1” was Neustar Senior Vice President Rodney Joffe.

Neustar has plenty of White House connections.

Glenn Yorkdale, Neustar’s director of professional services, had worked as the White House's Director of Security Programs for the National Security Council under the Clinton administration.

Scott Deutchman, Obama's Deputy Chief Technology Officer, had served as Deputy General Counsel at Neustar during the election and until 2018 before joining up with Google.

Michael Rowny, who is on the Board of Directors of Neustar, was a veteran of the Carter White House. Lisa Hook, Neustar's former President and CEO, served on Obama's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. Joffe was described by Neustar before his retirement as "one of the White House’s go-to security experts".

To understand the explosive nature of Hillary’s spy network, you need to understand Neustar.

Neustar had been spun off from defense contractor Lockheed Martin (which has a huge government footprint) and it had the massive NPAC golden egg at its disposal.

NPAC or the North American Numbering Plan is where you get your phone numbers.

As a Foreign Policy article touting a role for Neustar in managing the NSA's secret database under Obama noted, "it keeps a record of all cell phone numbers in the United States. The company also acts as a kind of middleman between law enforcement agencies serving surveillance warrants on telephone companies."

Joffe was quoted as being very enthusiastic about getting involved with the NSA database.

The tech exec, who allegedly wrote, “I was tentatively offered the top job by the Democrats when it looked like they’d win", later retired the same month of the original Sussman indictment.

In the summer of 2016, Neustar lost the NPAC contract it had held for nearly two decades in an FCC bidding war. That put the company, which derived around half of its revenues from NPAC, in a very bad place. But Neustar still had DNS registry and resolution services.

DNS services, much like NPAC, served as a kind of organizing principle, as a map of internet traffic. The tech company in question, anonymous in the filings, was allegedly providing DNS resolution services to the White House Executive Office.

That allowed it to spy on White House traffic.

UltraDNS, Neustar's DNS operation, didn't quite have the same reach as its NPAC contract, but its clients have included Netflix, CNN, the BBC, Nike, Mercedes and manages over "14 billion daily DNS queries". And Joffe wasn't just a Neustar exec: he was the founder of UltraDNS.

The spying was surface level. That was convenient because all of the Russiagate allegations were surface level connections of the kind that conspiracy theorists love. There was never a smoking gun and like most conspiracy theories had to depend on generating suspicions.

The entire Alfa Bank scam depended on, as Durham’s filings demonstrate, a misreading of the information. Joffe had all but admitted as much. But as we had already seen with the FBI, Clinton allies just needed to generate enough smoke to create the illusion of a fire.

Spying on the White House and Trump Tower added to the general sense that there were many connections between Trump and Russia. And the preponderance of those connections, often manufactured by methods as sloppy as the “secret server” or media stories about Steele’s dossier being treated as confirming evidence, allowed the Clintons to launch a coup.

The Clinton spy network may at times have seemed inept, but the breathtaking scope of their abuses has only been matched by the media’s reluctance to address their shocking violations.

If Joffe, Neustar and UltraDNS indeed turn out to be involved, as some reports have alleged, then the implications of the investigation go beyond Trump and the 2016 election, and the attempted coup afterward, and strike at the privacy of millions of Americans.

Many of whom have political views that could potentially make them surveillance targets.

The media will report on Clinton’s hat, but not that a company with vast powers of surveillance over much of the country’s internet traffic has allegedly been implicated in spying for Hillary.

The privacy violations from a powerful company have earned a tiny fraction of the media coverage lavished on reports of NSO Pegasus software being used to spy on leftist activists.

And yet that may be the biggest story here.

Neustar has since been purchased by TransUnion. The credit reporting firm has "200 million files profiling nearly every credit-active consumer in the United States".

These are businesses where privacy violations are the ultimate civil rights nightmare.

Will there be any reckoning for the Clinton spy operations, not just for the lawyers who served as their middle men, but for the tech firms and companies who eagerly did their dirty work, in an industry that already relentlessly censors conservatives and elevates leftist narratives?

Clinton Campaign Lawyer Gave ‘Sensitive’ Trump Data to CIA, Special Counsel Claims

A lawyer for the Clinton campaign in early 2017 gave computer data to the CIA that was obtained from the Trump White House and Trump Tower’s computer servers through a "sensitive" government contract, according to Special Counsel John Durham.

Durham alleged in A Court Filing that Michael Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer who worked for the Clinton campaign, met with the CIA in February 2017 to provide the agency with a dossier of purported computer links between Trump and Russia. Sussmann obtained the sensitive data from a tech executive whose firm monitored web traffic for the White House executive office. Rodney Joffe, the executive, "exploited" the White House data, as well as that of Trump Tower and Donald Trump’s apartment building in Manhattan, in order to find "derogatory" information about Trump’s ties to Russia, according to Durham. The prosecutor said his investigators have found no evidence to support the information Sussmann passed to the CIA.

Durham leveled the explosive allegation in a court filing Friday as part of the federal case against Sussmann. He is Charged with lying to the FBI in September 2016 about the extent of his efforts to investigate Trump’s ties to Russia. He is also accused of withholding information from the CIA during his February 2017 meeting that undercut the theory of nefarious web links between Trump and Russia. Durham refers to the CIA as "Agency-2" throughout court filings, but news outlets have Confirmed the identify of the agency.

The court filing shows the extent to which Clinton operatives went to portray Trump as an agent of Russia. Sussmann’s fellow Clinton campaign lawyer, Marc Elias, commissioned the Steele dossier, which falsely accused Trump of colluding with Russia in order to win the 2016 election. Elias Briefed Clinton campaign officials, including current national security adviser Jake Sullivan, about the investigation of Trump. Sussmann and Elias also provided their findings to media outlets in order to prompt investigations into Trump.

"This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution," Trump said in a statement about the Sussmann revelation.

Sussmann’s meeting with the CIA has been previously reported, but it was not known that he provided the agency with information taken from White House web servers. According to Durham, Sussmann gave the CIA data purportedly showing a series of suspicious Internet lookups between Russian mobile phones and Trump associates at the White House. But according to Durham, the lookups were common and had also occurred during President Barack Obama’s tenure. Sussmann failed to provide the additional context about the Internet lookups to the CIA, Durham alleges.

It is unclear whether Sussmann knew that Joffe obtained the data from his company’s federal contract. Joffe served as chief technology officer at Neustar until he retired last year. He had long worked with the FBI and other federal agencies on cybersecurity issues. He Received the prestigious FBI Director’s Award in 2013.

Sussmann began working with Joffe beginning in mid-2016 to investigate possible links between Donald Trump’s real estate company and Russia’s Alfa Bank. Joffe and a team of computer scientists, some working at Georgia Tech, claimed they found a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank. They gave the information to Sussmann who in turn provided it to the FBI and media outlets prior to the 2016 election. Several media outlets reported the Alfa Bank allegation, adding to the narrative that Trump had illicit contacts with Russia. It was not revealed until December 2019 that the FBI had debunked the Alfa Bank connection in early 2017.

Joffe has not been charged in the Durham probe, and his motives for accessing Trump’s data remain unclear. According to Durham, Joffe told associates that he was investigating Trump in order to please "VIPs" on the Clinton campaign. Joffe also allegedly told associates he hoped for a position in the Hillary Clinton administration.

Attorneys for Joffe and Sussmann did not respond to requests for comment. Neustar also did not respond.

Hot sheets: Putin's bed with top Democrats is very, very warm

By Monica Showalter

Democrats for years have accused President Trump of being in bed with Vladimir Putin, but a new investigative report from Daniel Greenfield demonstrates pretty damningly that they're the ones who've been keeping Putin's bed warm.

Where's Hillary?

Hillary Clinton is in big trouble.

With revelations from Special Counsel John Durham's investigation that her 2016 campaign literally paid tech companies to spy on the Trump campaign, the Trump transition, the Trump residence, and the Trump White House, the question now is what kind of felony charges are coming. It looks like this:

Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio noted Special Counsel John Durham alleged in Friday’s legal filing that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid an Internet company to “infiltrate” servers at Trump Tower and the White House to try to tie Donald Trump to Russia.

“Yep, there was spying going on, and it was worse than we thought because they were spying on the sitting president of the United States,” Jordan told “Fox & Friends.” “And it goes right to the Clinton campaign. So God bless John Durham.

“His investigation is taking a long time. But we’re getting to now what we all suspected,” Jordan said. “The only thing we didn’t understand was it was worse than we thought.”

At the center of the unraveling spider web is Hillary Clinton herself, and attention is rightly turning to her.

The New York Post's editorial page opens with:

So there you have it.

Russiagate, the collective delusion that Donald Trump was secretly a Russian agent aided and abetted by the Kremlin, the topic of uncountable inches of Washington Post and New York Times copy and the entire prime-time lineup of MSNBC, was a dirty trick by the Hillary Clinton campaign. Not just part of it. All of it. One of the most diabolical, successful misinformation campaigns ever concocted.

And curiously, she's made herself scarce these past few days. Her normally active Twitter account has gone silent.

But it doesn't mean she's hiding in shame. She's all full of defiance and mockery.

On Feb. 11, she put up this sarcastic tweet and even tried to hawk hats from it for cash, pinning her tweet to the top of her feed:

Which on first glance, didn't age well, what with the revelations that have since come. Did she know they were coming? It's unknown but either she put up a tweet that draws attention to her potential felonies and in a logical world would be expected to be taken down -- or, she knew the charges were coming and she wanted this mocking message to be up.

The mockery, though, has gotten old. It's almost as jurassic as "I don't recall." It may well be that if the latter possibility is operative, she's grotesquely out of touch and confident of her chops to get away with it.

She's put on the radio silence now, so the mockery remains her only statement. Bernie Sanders got the ball rolling on that one in 2015 -- declaring at a debate that "the American people are sick and tired of your damn emails." The entire spin has been that her emails are boring -- and she's still using it now. Note the big laugh of surprised relief on her face as feckless Bernie dropped that political gift into her lap.

Durham makes allegations that make Watergate look like small potatoes

On Friday, Special Counsel John Durham filed with the D.C. Federal District Court a what should have been a boring conflict of interest motion, but it hid a surprise: The Clinton campaign, through Perkins Coie, spied on Trump both before and after he was president. The following is a plain English-language summary of relevant parts of the motion:

Michael Sussman was a partner at Law Firm-1 (i.e., Perkins Coie). He met with the FBI General Counsel (i.e., James Baker), and offered data and “white papers” purporting to show that Trump was communicating covertly with a Russia-based bank (i.e., Alfa-Bank). Mueller, incidentally, had to admit this was untrue.

Durham indicted Sussman because he allegedly told Baker that he was not divulging this information for a client. In fact, he was acting for at least two clients: the Clinton campaign and “Tech Executive-1” (i.e., Rodney Joffe), who worked at a “U.S.-based internet company” (i.e., Neustar Inc., a federal contractor).

As part of his work on the Clinton campaign, Sussman repeatedly met and communicated both with Joffe and with “another law partner” who was “Campaign Lawyer-1.” (I guess we can await that indictment soon....)

Beginning in July 2016, Joffe began to work with (1) Sussman, (2) an investigation firm that Perkins Coie hired for the Clinton campaign, (3) cyber researchers, and (4) “employees at multiple Internet companies” to assemble the data handed to James Baker. To do so, Joffe exploited access to private and/or proprietary internet data. He even coopted researchers at a U.S. university who were receiving lots of internet data as part of a cybersecurity research contract that was pending with the feds. (The Conservative Treehouse says the university is Georgia Tech and it was a DARPA contract.)

Durham alleges that Joffe was accessing internet traffic for “a particular healthcare provider” (speculated to be Spectrum Health), Trump Tower, Donald Trump's Central Park West apartment building, and “the Executive Office of the President of the United States (‘EOP’).” (Emphasis mine.)

Joffe had a very specific assignment for the people working for him: He wanted them to mine internet data (and again, this was not public data) to “establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’” that would tie then-candidate Trump to Russia. He told people that he was “seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,” meaning both Perkins Coie and the Hillary campaign.

Much of the motion is concerned with allegations already familiar to you from the indictment against Sussman. Thus, after talking to Baker, Sussman also talked to another government agency, telling its employees that DNS data (that is “Domain Name System” info, which is like an internet telephone directory) revealed that Trump or his team had looked up Russian contacts millions of times.

Sussman neglected to add that these DNS lookups were for Trump Tower as a whole, which is a massive business center. More importantly, when reporting about lookups from the “EOP” (that is, the White House server), Sussman didn’t mention that many of those DNS lookups went back to 2014—that is, when Obama was in the White House.

Image: Man with binoculars by lookstudioWhite House by Rob Young (CC BY 2.0).

So again: Durham just let everyone know that the Hillary campaign, acting through Perkins Coie and its attorneys, engaged a tech-savvy executive to spy on Trump internet searches. This executive exploited his connections to obtain private and proprietary data (including federal government data) to review internet searches originating in Trump Tower, Trump’s home, and the White House. Moreover, this spying, which began when Trump was still a candidate, continued once he became president.

Trump, obviously, trumpeted the fact that he was right all along, as well as making clear the enormity of what happened:

Obviously, it’s nice to be proven correct. However, I agree with Conservative Treehouse that there are a few glaring problems here. Preliminarily,

The obvious question is: If Rodney Joffe is spying on the office of the president, why hasn’t he been indicted?

That’s just one question, though. The real problem, which Sundance places at the head of his post, is this:

CTH begins every outline of the ongoing Durham investigation with the following disclaimer: How is John Durham going to reveal everything that is possible about the deep state Trump targeting operation, and simultaneously handle the involvement of Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and the Special Counsel team who were specifically appointed to cover it up?

The short answer is, Durham can’t. The ramifications would collapse the U.S. government; yes, all three collaborating branches.

As a consequence, some of these revelations are only valuable insofar as they will be needed by historians who look upon the scattered rubble of this once great republic and seek to explain to future generations how it all went wrong.

In other words, the Durham investigation is almost certainly just another cover-up. The Russia Hoax is a huge infection in the American body politic. It was Mueller’s responsibility, and it’s now Durham’s, to hide that infection. To that end, Durham is going to focus America’s attention on a few hangnails and scratches, in the hope it deflects us from the fact that the American political system is dying from sepsis. I would love to see Durham expose the whole festering mess, and I’d happily eat my words, but I don’t see that happening.

There’s only one reason why Hillary would think about running again

By Bob Parks

For all the conservatives who are hand-wringing over the seemingly slow pace of the Durham investigation, there is one person who knows exactly what the special counsel is up to and who he’s closing in on: Hillary Rodham Clinton, and it appears she doesn’t like what’s coming.

If Hillary was in any kind of personal legal jeopardy, what card would she play? Turns out she’s been down that road, back in 2017, and it worked:

The Justice Department’s inspector general announced Thursday he is probing the FBI’s handling of the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server during the 2016 presidential campaign. The decision revived Democrats’ arguments that FBI Director James Comey helped swing the election in Donald Trump’s favor at the same time as he once again finds himself playing a central role in the most sensitive political story of the moment: briefing the President-elect on unsubstantiated allegations that Russia has compromising information about him.

While the drive-by media narrative is that any mention of criminality regarding Hillary is verboten, we also know Biden’s Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation won’t go there. But be assured that Donald Trump, if he decides to run again, will bring up the whole Steele dossier/Trump-Russia collusion thing, no matter who his opponent is. And while the pro-Democrat media will shrug it off as old news, John Durham will not...and he may start handing Clinton bad news soon.

So, what would be the only shield Hillary has available to keep a prosecution away from her?

A run for president.

Image: Hillary Clinton (edited in befunky). Rumble screen grab.

Let’s not forget Hillary doesn’t need to run. Aside from a bruised ego that still refuses to let her give up her sense of being robbed in 2016, she’s living a relatively good life. She has book and podcast deals, and an assortment of potential media deals at the drop of a phone call to the 818 area code. She can drink all the Chardonnay she wants and no one sees her fall over. She knows all that another run for president would bring. But what she also knows is that John Durham could put a serious crimp in her financials, if not her freedom.

That is, Hillary’s Durham’s ultimate target and she knows it. Opposition research coordinated between her campaign and the DNC, culminating in the Russia smear that resulted in millions in investigations, as well as warrants, prosecutions, and the continued smear of a United States president, was something that only the candidate could have green-lighted. Hillary Clinton was solely responsible for that Big Lie.

So, when the pundit class speculates about the motives for yet another Hillary run for the presidency, here’s something else to consider: She wouldn’t be doing so to get a second crack at Trump or try to help the country. It would only be to save her pantsuit-clad derriere. If she does go as far as announcing a run, you’ll know that really bad Durham news is soon to follow. Then, she’ll scream to her friends for sympathy, insisting it’s a political smear.

She would know.

Greenfield singles out Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer as Exhibit A:

Schumer, along with a number of other top Democrats, is a beneficiary of campaign contributions from top Democrat fundraiser Vincent Roberti whose lobbying firm was paid over $8.5 million by Nord Stream 2 which is owned by Putin's state-run Gazprom energy monopoly.

Roberti, a former Dem politician, has maxed out his donations to Schumer and to Rep. Eric Swalwell, who may have been cheating on Fang Fang with Vladimir, and threw in a generous $171,000 to the DCCC, as part of the over $545,000 donated to the Democrat political machine.

The top Dem bundler is reportedly lobbying on “issues related to the U.S. position toward the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, including potential financial sanctions affecting the project.”

Suddenly, Schumer, who was accusing the GOP and Trump of being in bed with Putin, and demanding that they vote on sanctions, was refusing to hold a floor vote on Russia sanctions.

So Schumer took the Nord Stream 2 lobbyist cash, perhaps under the claim that he was also a bundler, collecting cash from many Democrats, and never mind that cash is fungible, and all of a sudden, he decided to block a vote on any sanctions to the Russian company, which is Putin's top instrument for luring away Western Europe away from NATO and into the Russian orbit?

That curious vote-blocking from him might not be related to the lobbying cash he took from Nord Stream's Man in Washington? Funny how that happens.

All of this comes against a backdrop of continuous phony accusations from him and other Democrats directed against President Trump, claiming the man was a Russian asset, a blackmail target, and a traitor to America. They dined out on this garbage for years, while taking the lobbyist cash (and doing what the lobbyist-cum-bundler wanted for his client) on the side.

Greenfield singles out Schumer, but actually, it's been pretty much all of them. Greenfield reports that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took the lobbyist cash, and so did her houseboy -- Reps. Eric Swalwell. Other reported beneficiaries have been Senators Richard "CPUSA" Blumenthal, Patty Murray, Catherine Cortez Masto, as well as Joe Biden himself.

If the report is right, they've all taken the king's penny, and surprise, surprise, they just coincidentally do the king's bidding.

It's disgusting. And it sure as heck doesn't serve U.S. national security interests. I'd be curious about where Bernie Sanders figures in all this -- the Russians were rooting for him, not Trump, to win the 2016 as well as 2020 election. In 2016, they calculated that Hillary Clinton with all her machinationsw would actually do it, but they worked hard to leak bad information about her to help Bernie, which in the end, may have drawn voters to Trump. I have no idea if he took lobbying cash or the Russians have some kind of other leverage over him, but their support for him is strange.

But we do know the Russians had Schumer and other Democrats on their string through that bundler (funny how these lobbyist/bundlers turn up a lot in Russian influence affairs, they were very present in the creation and passing around of the Steele dossier, too.)

Seems the Russians know how to play the system with Democrats, through this K Street crowd. And the loudest Democrat voices against Trump were the biggest hypocrites. Hypocrite is indeed the word for this -- saying one thing about the other guy but actually doing it oneself. How do these people live with themselves? And pity poor America, whose security is being sold out for a bundler's farthling.

Blue State Blues: John Durham Found the First Evidence of ‘Russia Collusion’ — and Hillary’s Team Did It

Special Counsel John Durham’s indictment Thursday of “dossier” source Igor Danchenko revealed the first real evidence of “Russia collusion” — and it was linked to Hillary Clinton’s associates, not to Donald Trump or his presidential campaign.

Danchenko, a Russian-born, U.S.-based researcher, had worked from 2005-2010 at the Brookings Institution with Strobe Talbott, a former official from Bill Clinton’s State Department.

He later became the main “Russian” source for former British spy Christopher Steele, who compiled the fraudulent “Russia dossier” on Donald Trump on behalf of opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which was secretly being paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

The “dossier” was fed to the FBI and the press, and was used in FISA surveillance warrants on (innocent) Trump aide Carter Page. Through Page’s communications, the Clinton-friendly Obama administration had visibility into Trump’s campaign.

That much was known before Thursday. But the indictment revealed even more.

A figure identified as “PR Executive-1,” and later confirmed to be communications consultant (and Clinton apparatchik) Charles Dolan Jr., was working with Danchenko.

Dolan had the kind of Russian contacts that Trump’s enemies searched for, in vain, when they persecuted the 45th president. Had Special Counsel Robert Mueller found anything like these contacts near Trump, the hoax would have been vindicated.

The indictment notes that Dolan “spent much of his career interacting with Eurasian clients with a particular focus on Russia.” He had even handled “global public relations for the Russian government and a state-owned energy company.”

It gets worse.

Dolan had relationships with “senior Russian Federation leadership,” including Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary and his staff. He also was friendly with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. and his deputies.

Dolan attended meetings at the Russian embassy in Washington, DC. He arranged meetings in Moscow at which Danchenko met with Russian officials and “sub-sources” who gave him information that later ended up in Steele’s sensational dossier.

Durham’s indictment filing tells the story of the infamous “pee tape” allegation, in which Trump was alleged to have hired prostitutes to urinate on a bed where President Barack Obama was to have slept during a visit to a Moscow hotel. In June 2016, the indictment alleges, Dolan and another associate, identified as “Organizer-1,” stayed at the same hotel, and were given a guided tour by the management.

Durham told the court: “According to Organizer-1, during the aforementioned tour of the Presidential Suite, a Moscow Hotel staff member told the participants, including PR Executive-1, that Trump had stayed in the Presidential Suite. According to both Organizer-1 and PR Executive-1, the staff member did not mention any sexual or salacious activity.”

The entire story of the prostitutes was therefore a fabrication — and Danchenko is now being charged for lying to the FBI about whether Dolan was a source for “Trump’s stay and alleged activity in the Moscow hotel.”

In October 2016, Dolan and Danchenko attended a conference in Moscow with “several Russian government officials.” The conference included meetings in the Kremlin itself.

Though the Clinton campaign supposedly did not know about Dolan’s activities (according to Dolan), one important “sub-source” believed that Dolan was an “advisor” to Hillary Clinton, whom he hoped would win. He expected to be taken to the State Department in the event that Hillary Clinton defeated Trump.

Whether Dolan was acting on the campaign’s instructions or not, Danchenko was providing information to Steele, whose research was being funded by the campaign. And Dolan was making sure Danchenko had information Steele could use.

Dolan’s contacts with Russia went much further than a random meeting at Trump Tower — an arm’s-length contact that once fueled establishment media conspiracy theories.

Dolan was in direct contact with officials close to Vladimir Putin himself.

And at least some of his sources made clear that they wanted Hillary Clinton to win. One even asked for her autograph.

This was “Russia collusion” of the highest order, reinforcing the possibility that the Steele dossier was itself Russian disinformation.

The irony of it all is that Danchenko and Dolan were manufacturing evidence of Trump’s supposed “collusion” with Russia, while colluding with Russia themselves.

And it looks like Durham’s indictment is just the tip of the Arctic iceberg.

Trump-haters greeted every “Russia collusion” leak by declaring “the walls are closing in” or that it was “worse than Watergate.”

Well, now the walls really are closing in — on the Clintons’ world. And this really was worse than Watergate.

RUSSIA PUMPED $160 MILLION INTO THE PHONY CLINTON FOUNDATION AND THEN THE DEMOCRATS BLAMED TRUMP.

VIDEO:

THE FRAUDULENT CLINTON FOUNDATION EXPOSED.

PAY-TO-PLAY FROM THE FIRST DAY!

https://hillaryclinton-whitecollarcriminal.blogspot.com/2019/01/sucking-in-bribes-dirty-story-of-two-of.html

Is it a signal that she's back in the game because she's selling her president-ability to the world's global billionaire crowd and laying the groundwork for more funds?  There are all kinds of ways for foreign billionaires to get money to the U.S. without consequences, after all.  What's more, it's pretty much the biggest base of support she has, which is at least one reason why she lost the 2016 election.

“The couple parlayed lives supposedly spent in “public service”
into admission into the upper stratosphere of American wealth, with incomes in the top 0.1 percent bracket. The source of this vast wealth was a political
machine that might well be dubbed “Clinton, Inc.” This consists essentially of
a seedy money-laundering operation to ensure big business support for the
Clintons’ political ambitions as well as their personal fortunes.

The basic components of the operation are lavishly paid speeches to Wall Street and Fortune 500 audiences, corporate campaign contributions, and donations to the ostensibly philanthropic Clinton Foundation.”

"But what the Clintons do is criminal because they do it wholly at the expense of the American people. And they feel thoroughly entitled to do it: gain power, use it to enrich themselves and their friends. They are amoral, immoral, and venal. Hillary has no core beliefs beyond power and money. That should be clear to every person on the planet by now."  ----  Patricia McCarthy - AMERICANTHINKER.com

THERE'S ALWAYS A PACK OF PARASITE LAWYERS FEEDING ON IT!

They paid a foreign national, a Trump hater, over $10 million to create a dossier full of pure lies. They funneled the money through Democrat operatives at a private law firm.

Our mostly complicit, compliant, sycophant press has no concern about facts, only Democrat power

By Jack Hellner

What happened to Donald Trump in 2016 and beyond dwarfed Watergate. Most of the media not only didn't care about the corruption of the Democrats, but they were also major participants in seeking to destroy a candidate, and later, president, they didn't like.

Special Counsel John Durham has started to hit paydirt with three arrests so far, the tip of the iceberg, and the story is essentially buried because the media doesn't care, and they don't want the public to know the truth. If the public learns the truth, they will see how dishonest, corrupt, and dangerous the media is. They will set out to destroy anyone they don't want in elective office. The truth and evidence are never necessary when they are campaigning for Democrats.

The basic story of the 2016 election is that the corrupt, criminal, unlikable Hillary and the DNC couldn't run on their record or unpopular leftist Democrat policies, so they needed to destroy Trump. They clearly couldn't dig up enough truthful dirt, so they set out to create pure fiction. They paid a foreign national, a Trump hater, over $10 million to create a dossier full of pure lies. They funneled the money through Democrat operatives at a private law firm. They committed fraud when they signed documents to the FEC saying these payments were for legal fees. No one at the Hillary campaign or DNC was punished for the fraud because no one cared. They were also supporting Hillary. The swamp is deep.

Then these lies were spread throughout the media and throughout the corrupt Obama-Biden administration to destroy Trump and his associates. The lies were obvious, yet no one cared. All they cared about was electing and protecting Hillary.

Dishonest people working at the FBI used these fictitious documents in lies to the FISA court as they set out to spy on and entrap anyone associated with Trump.

These same agents protected the career criminal Hillary from prosecution no matter how many laws she violated and how many pieces of information she destroyed to obstruct justice. The media didn't care.

For years, the Democrats, including Reps. Schiff and Nadler set out to destroy Trump with endless investigations based on fictitious documents. The media participated in targeting Trump with no evidence. They needed to destroy him because they didn't like his policies.

Schiff, Swalwell, Clapper, Brennan and others went on compliant media outlets to spread lies about Trump being a Russia agent.

The corruption and dishonesty of the media has been clear for decades. Here are some things they haven't cared about or have lied about as they campaigned for Democrats and set out to destroy their political opponents.

Didn’t care about how many women the Clintons physically and mentally abused. People who we are told respect women called them bimbos and trailer trash. The women were disposable as the media, entertainers, and other Democrats campaigned for Bill.

Didn’t care about Bill committing perjury and causing a young subordinate to commit perjury and obstruct justice. Monica was disposable.

Didn’t care how many trips Bill took with known pedophile Epstein. The young girls were disposable if the Clintons wanted power. How many women and young girls were sexually abused by powerful men because so many were campaigning for the Clintons?

Didn’t vet Obama, or care that he associated with radical leftists such as Reverend Wright and Bill Ayers. They also didn’t care about Biden’s record as they sought to destroy McCain and Palin. All that mattered was electing Obama.

Didn’t care about all the lies used to pass Obamacare, nor did they care that Pelosi wouldn’t let members of Congress, the media or the public see it before it was voted on. All the media cared about was the agenda.

Didn’t care about separation of powers when Obama illegally bypassed Congress to pay for shortfalls in Obamacare.

Didn’t care when Obama and Holder obstructed justice for years on Fast and Furious.

Didn’t care when Holder or others in the Obama committed perjury before Congress. They were above the law.

Didn’t care when the corrupt, politicized IRS illegally targeted political opponents of Obama, destroyed computers and documents and lied to Congress. The politicized, corrupt Justice Department decided that the swamp creatures at IRS were above the law. Political opponents of Obama and constitutional rights were disposable.

Didn’t care when the corrupt Justice Department, EPA, and CFPB shook down corporations and set up slush funds to give kickbacks to Obama supporters. Laws and ethics were disposable.

Didn’t care when Obama and Hillary didn’t lift a finger to help people under attack by terrorists in Benghazi. Instead, they concocted a lie about a video causing the attack because the truth might have jeopardized their power in the coming election. They even sent Susan Rice out to five networks to intentionally lie. Now this known liar is high up in the Biden administration.

Didn’t care that people continually lied through the media to get the Iran deal done. Ben Rhoades bragged about how gullible and helpful the media was in perpetuating the lies.

Didn’t care that Obama sent $1.8 billion in unmarked bills to the tyrants in Iran to bribe them.

Didn’t care that Obama dictatorially ordered the politicized, corrupt Justice Department to drop a multiyear, multi department investigation into a billion-dollar drug running operation by terrorists to appease the tyrants in Iran. They were above the law. Obama’s legacy was more important.

Don’t care how many people were killed by drugs and terrorism because Obama cared more about his legacy. The Americans who died were disposable.

Don’t care that the corrupt, politicized, Justice Department was so busy campaigning for Hillary and seeking to destroy Trump that they didn’t care how many laws Hillary and her aides broke, didn’t care how many computers and documents they destroyed, didn’t care how much they obstructed justice, and didn’t care how much they lied. They were above the law because they wanted Hillary to defeat Trump.

Don’t care that Comey, McCabe, Schiff, Brennan, Clapper and others intentionally lied about Trump and Russia for years. They still trot them out when they want to trash Trump.

Willingly participated in spreading the “Hands up Don’t Shoot” lie after Ferguson to gin up racial hate against white cops. They don’t care how many cops were injured or killed by these intentional lies. The cops were disposable.

Participated in the intentional lies as they sought to destroy white Christian boys for the crime of wearing MAGA hats. The young boys were disposable.

Participated as they sought to destroy Judge Kavanaugh with no evidence. It is astonishing and deplorable how many people the media is willing to destroy to push the leftist agenda.

Never cared about the Biden family corruption. Even buried the truthful story about the Hunter Biden laptop to protect Biden before the election. They still don’t care about all the kickbacks to the Biden’s no matter how much evidence there is.

Instead of caring about the Biden family corruption, the media and other Democrats sought to destroy and impeach Trump for wanting to investigate the corruption -- which should be his job.

Don’t care about sanctuary cities and states and the Biden administration refusing to enforce immigration laws they swore to uphold.

Don’t care about how much Fauci, WHO and others have lied or got wrong or about the Wuhan lab and gain of function research. The children’s financial, physical, and mental health were disposable as schools were unnecessarily closed.

Don’t care about natural immunity as they are willing to fire anyone who dares disagree with the dictatorial mandates to get shots.  Those people who get fired are disposable.

Don’t care about how well Florida is doing compared to the rest of the country without mask or vaccine mandates.

Don’t care about all the states where election laws were intentionally violated in the 2020 election. Instead, they pretend that there is nothing to question. They had no concerns when the 2016 election was challenged, and Trump was called an illegitimate President for four years. Instead, they participated in the big lie. They don’t care about voter integrity as they claim requiring a photo ID to vote is racist.

They participate in continuing to call an unarmed protest on January 6 an armed insurrection to intentionally mislead the public.

They don’t care about the only person killed by a weapon on January 6. An unarmed veteran woman shot by a Capitol cop. Ashli Babbitt was disposable.

They not only don’t care that CRT is taught throughout the U.S. They lie about it as they regurgitate the terms, white supremacy, white privilege, and systemic racism to gin up racial hate and division. They do this while they pretend that they are for unifying the country.

They have never cared about evidence to support the radical climate change agenda to destroy America. They don’t care that all the dire predictions have been 100% wrong for decades. All they care about is the agenda.

And they certainly don’t care what is in all the slush funds the Democrats are seeking to pass and how they are paid for. They don’t care that Pelosi is trying to get them passed before they are read and before they are scored by the CBO.  They campaign for these bills, sight unseen, because facts don’t matter and haven’t for a long time.

I am sure others can think of many other things that the media doesn’t care about.

What should we call the press who cares more about who they elect and an agenda than the truth? What should we call people who are willing to destroy anyone who gets in the way of the left’s quest for power? Wouldn’t enemies of the people be an appropriate term? Calling these people progressive is certainly mislabeling.

The left cared nothing about that bit of collusion.

Hillary and her campaign aides have long been involved with Russia for reasons of personal gain.  Clinton herself got $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation for allowing Russia to take over twenty percent of all uranium production in the U.S. Her campaign chairman, John Podesta, is reaping the financial benefits of being on the board of a Russian company, Joule, which he did not disclose.  PATRICIA McCARTHY

Clinton Operative Linked to Steele Dossier Did Not Disclose Work for Russia to Justice Department

Charles Dolan's involvement in the dossier saga flips Democrats' allegations of Russian collusion on their head

Charles Dolan Jr. / kglobalChuck Ross • November 5, 2021 6:20 pm

The Clinton operative who provided information for the infamous Steele dossier worked for years for the Russian government and its state-owned gas giant Gazprom, though his activities are not disclosed in foreign agent filings with the Department of Justice.

Charles Dolan, a longtime Democratic operative and public-relations maven, worked as a senior consultant for the Russian government from 2006 to 2014 and in 2016 had extensive contacts with high-level Russian officials, according to an indictment unsealed Thursday by Special Counsel John Durham. Dolan in 2016 also fed information to Igor Danchenko, a Russian analyst who served as the primary source for Christopher Steele, a former British spy who investigated Donald Trump on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. During the years he worked for Russia, Dolan was not registered with the Justice Department under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, according to a review of government records.

Dolan's involvement in the dossier saga flips Democrats' allegations of Trump-Russia collusion on their head. Democrats have long accused the Trump campaign of having illicit ties to Russia. Special Counsel John Durham on Thursday indicted Danchenko for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Dolan. Danchenko had denied that Dolan provided any information to him that made its way to Steele. The FBI relied heavily on Steele's since-discredited dossier for its investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

The indictment lists Dolan's extensive work for the Clintons and says he took part in events and calls as a volunteer for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. It does not identify Dolan by name, but his attorneys confirmed that he is the person referenced in the indictment as "PR Executive 1." Dolan is a partner at public relations firm kglobal. He is also on the board of directors of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, a nonprofit group that says it "advances democracy for a better future."

The Justice Department requires individuals who work on behalf of foreign governments to disclose their influence activities. Other filings submitted by Ketchum Inc., the firm where Dolan worked through 2014, show that the company had extensive contacts with U.S. media outlets during the course of its work for Russia. Dolan is listed in two filings submitted by Ketchum. Those show that in 2012 he received $157,000 to cover out-of-pocket expenses. Dozens of other employees at Ketchum are registered as foreign agents of Russia and Gazprom during the same period.

While Dolan was not widely known before he surfaced in the Durham investigation, he has extensive contacts in Washington. He was photographed with then-vice president Joe Biden in February 2014, while he was still working for Russia.

According to the indictment, Dolan provided Danchenko information about former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort that ended up in the dossier. Danchenko had asked Dolan to share any "thought, allegation, or rumor" about Manafort. Dolan told Danchenko that a Republican friend of his had shared insights about turmoil regarding Manafort within the Trump campaign. The information would later appear in one of the memos from the Steele dossier. Dolan told the FBI that he lied to Danchenko about speaking with a Republican friend about Manafort.

Dolan was also involved in perhaps the most controversial allegation in the dossier. According to the indictment, Dolan and an associate spoke with staff members of the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow about Donald Trump's stay there years earlier. The dossier alleges that the Russian government has video footage of Trump with prostitutes at the hotel. But according to the indictment, Dolan said that none of the hotel staff members to whom he spoke mentioned any sexual activity.

The indictment also reveals that an official at the Brookings Institution, a prominent liberal think tank, introduced Danchenko to Dolan around a decade ago. Steele in 2017 told the FBI that Brookings senior fellow Fiona Hill introduced him to Danchenko around 2011, according to documents declassified last year. Hill is not identified by name in the indictment, but documents released last year by the government identify her as the person who introduced Danchenko to Steele. Hill served as the Russia expert for the National Security Council during the Trump administration.

It is unclear whether Durham asked Dolan about his work for Russia or his failure to register as a foreign agent. Dolan and his lawyer did not respond to requests for comment.

The list of predicate crimes is extensive and includes bribery, embezzlement, fraud, theft, money laundering, and obstruction of justice.

Insights to Consider Before November

Read this like your future depends upon it.

Here are some interesting points to think about prior to the November election, especially for my friends on the fence, like moderate Democrats, Libertarians and Independents, Never-Trump Republicans, and those thinking of "walking away" from the Democrat party.

Women are upset at Trump’s naughty words. They also bought 80 million copies of 50 Shades of Gray.

Not one feminist has defended Sarah Sanders. It seems women’s rights only matter if those women are liberal.

No border wall. No voter ID laws. Did you figure it out yet? But wait... there's more.

Chelsea Clinton got out of college and got a job at NBC that paid $900,000 per year. Her mom flies around the country speaking out about white privilege.

And just like that, they went from being against foreign interference in our elections to allowing non-citizens to vote in our elections.

President Trump’s wall costs less than the Obamacare website. Let that sink in, America.

We are one election away from open borders, socialism, gun confiscation, and full-term abortion nationally. We are fighting evil.

They sent more troops and armament to arrest Roger Stone than they sent to defend Benghazi.

Sixty years ago, Venezuela was 4th on the world economic freedom index. Today, they are 179th and their citizens are dying of starvation. In only 10 years, Venezuela was destroyed by "democratic socialism".

Russia donated $0.00 to the Trump campaign. Russia donated $145,600,000 to the Clinton Foundation. But Trump was the one investigated.

Nancy Pelosi invited illegal aliens to the State of the Union. President Trump invited victims of illegal aliens to the State of the Union. Let that sink in.

A socialist is basically a communist who doesn’t have the power to take everything from their citizens at gunpoint... yet.

How do you walk 3000 miles across Mexico without food or support and show up at our border 100 pounds overweight and with a cellphone?

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants to ban cars, ban planes, give out universal income and she thinks socialism works. She calls Donald Trump crazy.

Bill Clinton paid $850,000 to Paula Jones to get her to go away. I don’t remember the FBI raiding his lawyer’s office.

I wake up every day and I am grateful that Hillary Clinton is not the president of the United States of America.

The same media that told me Hillary Clinton had a 95% chance of winning now tells me Trump’s approval ratings are low.

“The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people’s money”— Margaret Thatcher

Maxine Waters opposes voter ID laws; she thinks that they are racist. You need to have a photo ID to attend her town hall meetings.

President Trump said, "They’re not after me. They’re after you. I’m just in their way."

Now, go back and read this again like your future depends upon it. Because it does.

Secretary Hillary Clinton and the Deep State: A RICO Criminal Conspiracy

By Ron Wright

We who elected President Trump understood our elected officials and the Deep State were sandbagging Trump and self-dealing public funds. It was no secret that President Trump is no angel, unpresidential, blunt, and crude, and a disruptor. Trump was hired to drain the swamp.

I watched this kabuki theater unfold over the last several years. Through my eyes as a shopworn gumshoe, I will explain what is happening. My investigative curiosity was first piqued by the ATF Fast and Furious scandal and continues through the recent House impeachment show trial. There is a common element running through all of these cons — the actions of an organized crime conspiracy.   A group of people either acting alone or in concert with others committed crimes with a common purpose - a criminal enterprise as described in "CRIMINAL RICO: 18 USC. §§1961-1968 A Manual For Federal Prosecutors."

The players acted together – in the usurpation of power, the abuse of power by public officials, bribery, thefts by fraud including federal funds, money laundering, perjury and the obstruction of justice, the violations of fundamental of civil rights, aided and abetted in the commission of these crimes and or to conceal these crimes. Criminals will lie and can't keep their lies straight. Their methods and behaviors are the same, whether engaging in street crimes or elaborate white-collar financial schemes. The only difference is when more money is involved, the perps are more adept in concealing, covering up their sins, and hiding where the money went. Many of these scandals are well known to the American Thinker readers. I will focus my comments on Hillary's home brew sever and the Clinton Foundation as an example of how RICO can be used to prosecute the players.

FBI Director James Comey indicted Hillary Clinton for her home brew server at his press conference. Comey then egregiously concluded that there was no evidence of criminal intent purportedly “required” to prosecute. Comey bastardized the Federal Espionage Act in absolving Hillary Clinton. FBI's investigation of Clinton's emails was low-balled. There was never a real search for the truth. The outcome was preordained. My jaw dropped wide open. I knew the fix was in. FBI Director Comey lied to the people with a straight face. Why?

The chance meeting of Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch on the airport tarmac was no mere coincidence. This chat was not about the grandkids. Bill Clinton was there to convey a specific message to Lynch that there would be no indictment of Hillary. Hillary Clinton's email case must tank. This would have constituted bribery, if AG Lynch was assured she would continue as AG in  Clinton Administration. This meeting took place only weeks before Comey's press conference dumping Hillary Clinton's email case.

The Deep State needed Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 presidential election, or the dike holding back the truth would burst. Trump, the disruptor, was an immediate threat to both the Republicans, Democrats, and the Deep State. If the truth were laid bare, it would expose the Obama Administration, Hillary Clinton, the Senate and House, and many executive departments for these abuses of power, corruption, bribery, frauds, and thefts of public funds.

High-level government officials and the Deep State committed many serious felonies either in furtherance of or to conceal the crimes committed in the pay to play scam. In exchange for favorable consideration by Secretary Clinton, those who benefited would donate to the Clinton Foundation. The FBI started and stopped investigations into the Clinton Foundation at least twice as reported by the Washington Post. Peter Schweizer's book, Clinton Cash, is the most damning. Dinesh D'Souza slammed the Foundation in the National Review, as did The Federalist.

The status of the investigation of the Foundation by US Attorney John Huber's is unknown. Rudy Giuliani said there was enough to pursue "Clinton Inc" as racketeering under RICO. The Foundation and its affiliated nonprofits require a real investigation with an in-depth forensic audit to determine where the money went. In financial crimes investigation, the prime rule is "follow the money, honey." Illicit nonprofits have many ways to divert funds by inflating salaries, expenses, and money laundering.

Illegal nonprofit schemes are difficult to prosecute without hard evidence and the testimony of insiders. The motive of Hillary Clinton's use of the home brew server was to conceal emails from FOIA requests that would provide the hard evidence. Hillary Clinton destroyed the data on her server and cell phones with the knowledge of the FBI. It took years for Judicial Watch and others to pry and recover some of these damning emails from the foot-dragging executive departments that were complicit and knew what was going on.

RICO initially was used to target mob families. RICO is also a useful tool to fight white collar conspiracies. They both have the same hierarchy of low-level crooks led by the top players, linked together with a common purpose. RICO has tools to squeeze the low-level operatives to gather evidence to prosecute, jail, and seize assets of the conspirators. The critical element required is a pattern of criminal or racketeering activity. This pattern is proved by showing two predicate crimes were committed within ten years. The list of predicate crimes is extensive and includes bribery, embezzlement, fraud, theft, money laundering, and obstruction of justice. The typical five-year statute of limitations for most federal felonies is extended to ten years from the last criminal act or acts committed to conceal the conspiracy, i.e., lying under oath and similar actions to obstruct justice. The prison sentences are steep. The effect is to cut off the head of the organization and not just the low-level players.

The criminal activity extends back to the ATF's Fast and Furious program through the House impeachment show trial to cover up the illegal acts of the Obama Administration, Hillary Clinton, the Department of State, the DOJ, the FBI, and the CIA. A telltale sign that the DOJ under US Attorney General Barr is willing to play hardball and may use RICO, came when he spoke to the Federalist Society: "Barr accuses liberal 'resistance' of trying to 'sabotage' Trump." AG Barr said this, "shows FBI launched Trump campaign investigation on the 'thinnest of suspicions." AG Barr is the new sheriff in town, he wears a badge, has guns and will travel, can impanel grand juries, indict and arrest people, and is not limited in his jurisdiction, like DOJ IG Horowitz.

The collective actions of the Deep State are and were a silent coup to delegitimize a Presidential candidate. Once elected to impede and resist the duly elected President. The President's law enforcement and intel agencies were corrupted at the highest level and went rogue.

Organized crime can't exist without corrupt law enforcement. As I wrote in a letter to President Trump earlier this year:

. . . I believe you understand the gravity of the situation and of its importance to the very survival of our Country as we know it. If the people involved are not held accountable for their actions, we will be no different than some Third World Banana Republic.

Failure to act will destroy our founding principle of the Rule of Law as stated by President John Adams, "We Are a Nation of Laws, Not of Men" and we cannot allow a two-tiered justice system to prevail.

Our Russia Collusion Nightmare: All Hillary's Fault?

By J.B. Shurk

The biggest political scandal in the history of the United States.  Three years of constant lies told by government agents, political operatives, and deceitful news personalities.  Thousands of hours of criminal investigative interviews; thousands of written stories and television segments; thousands of leaks and insinuations and threats.  All to take down the legitimately elected American president, Donald J. Trump.

Now that some light is finally revealing just how rotten this whole nonsense has been from the very beginning, the most maddening aspect of all is the one thing not said nearly enough: every bit of this frame-up job to hang the American president for being a Russian agent and traitor to his nation began as a way to inoculate Hillary Clinton from her largest political vulnerabilities going into the 2016 campaign.

Aside from her questionable health and a lifetime of scandal, Hillary had two sizable liabilities (of her own creation) that threatened her ability to win the general election: (1) her use of the Clinton Foundation as a vehicle for laundering bribes from foreign governments and moneyed interests and (2) her decision to conduct the business of the State Department (as well as to discuss our nation's most guarded secrets) on an unsecured private email server that had been hacked by known and unknown foreign governments and adverse entities.  Peter Schweizer's Clinton Cash did a remarkable job exposing the Clinton Foundation as a spectacular pay-to-play operation that had allowed Hillary to trade the powers of her office for personal aggrandizement (including the sale of 20% of America's uranium to Russia for, among other things, $145 million transferred to her foundation).  And even though the Obama Justice Department was doing its best to minimize the revelation of Hillary's gross breach of national security and slow-walk any repercussions, the American people were discovering that life-and-death secrets had been entrusted to a person with such disregard for our well-being that she stored them on a personal server in a downstairs bathroom.

For a normal person with a modicum of ethical concern, sense of shame, or patriotic duty, these crimes would have been more than sufficient to prompt withdrawal from an election for the country's highest office.  This type of honest self-reflection and private admission of guilt is alien to the Clintons, though, so what would have represented immovable obstacles to anyone else became just another set of political variables that had to be neutralized in her favor.

I can just imagine the conversation Hillary had with her most trusted advisers — not the ones with the official titles like Robby Mook and Brian Fallon, whose chief value lay in their expendable nature and the ease with which Hillary could roll them up into any unexpected scandal to be disposed with the trash at a future time of her convenience.  I mean the real group of confidants, the ones who have "the ends justify the means" tattooed on their souls and have gotten away with more crimes than we'll ever know.  If you're Sid Blumenthal or John Podesta or Cheryl Mills or Marc Elias or Lanny Davis and you know where some of the bodies are buried along the spectacular trail of Clinton corruption through the years, then the prospect of a massive pay-to-play scandal or criminal indictment for mishandling top-secret intelligence or engaging wittingly or unwittingly in espionage is just another bump on the long road of progressive relativism and Clinton nihilism.  If Clinton Cash and FBI investigators come knocking, you simply accuse all your political opponents of being the real grifters and foreign agents.

That's exactly what Team Hillary did.  They leveled allegations of criminal bribery at Jeb Bush; they questioned Marco Rubio's loyalty to the United States; but Donald Trump was the prize.  A man who had spent a lifetime in the exotic world of luxury real estate around the globe while mixing it up with all kinds of powerful figures in that often shady world was the ideal mark, and he also happened to be a political novice who the Democrats universally believed would lose in a landslide of historical dimensions for political lore long to come.  When Paul Manafort joined his team just before the kickoff to the general election and brought with him a lifetime of political baggage that included skullduggery around Russia's zone of interest, it must have seemed as if Christmas had come early for the Clinton team.  (Kind of makes you wonder how coincidental this unforced error really was.)

And so, after a lifetime in the public eye, starring in a popular television show, and rubbing elbows with celebrities and politicians of all stripes, Donald Trump woke up one day to find himself being generally slandered (and libeled) as a Russian spy by the information merchants who control America's airwaves and print media.  That had to have made him laugh, considering that the press had spent most of his foray into politics demeaning him as a greedy capitalist playboy nationalist who selfishly placed America's interests before those of our common world.

Yes, before John Brennan devised a global espionage ring to frame President Trump as a national security risk and enable the FBI to open up counterintelligence investigations into his political associates; before Jim Comey and Andrew McCabe attested to false information with the FISA Court; before Robert Mueller put the screws to General Flynn in order to sink a lifetime defender of America for political purposes; before President Obama initiated changes to security classification that opened up scurrilous investigative records on President-Elect Trump to an exponentially greater number of bureaucrats with partisan motivations; before Susan Rice left an electronic CYA memorandum at 12:15 P.M. on Inauguration Day of 2017 noting that Sally Yates and James Clapper and John Brennan and Joe Biden and Jim Comey had all agreed in the Oval Office with President Obama to continue any investigations "by the book"; before Samantha Power unmasked hundreds of names picked up during the course of electronic surveillance that were deemed to somehow implicate the new president in wrongdoing; even before the Clinton operatives and Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele first started composing the fan fiction now known as "the Dossier" — before all of this and everything else we have been forced to endure for three long years, there was Hillary Clinton, doing what she and her people know best: accusing her political opponent of the very crimes she had committed herself.

As awful as this orchestrated campaign against President Trump has been, it is absolutely maddening to realize that none of it would have happened had Hillary Clinton not engaged in one of the greatest pay-for-play operations in American history while placing our most guarded secrets (as well as the very lives of our soldiers and civilians) on a silver platter for those governments and adversaries who wish us the most harm in this world.  Three years of Russian hysteria happened only because of the deep corruption of Hillary Clinton.

This scheme of political projection and wicked treachery should go down as a final reminder that America survives today only because President Trump managed to prevail against the nearly insurmountable wave of our government's intelligence agencies, the justice system, media propagandists, and the combined wills of the Democrats and NeverTrump Republicans intending to swamp him.

Hillary Clinton's Russia collusion IOU: The answers she owes America

BY JOHN SOLOMON, OPINION

During the combined two decades she served as a U.S. senator and secretary of State, Hillary Clinton’s patrons regularly donated to her family charity when they had official business pending before America’s most powerful political woman.

The pattern of political IOUs paid to the Clinton Foundation was so pernicious that the State Department even tried to execute a special agreement with the charity to avoid the overt appearance of “pay-to-play” policy.

Still, the money continued to flow by the millions of dollars, from foreigners and Americans alike who were perceived to be indebted to the Clinton machine or in need of its help.

It’s time for the American public to call in their own IOU on political transparency.

The reason? Never before — until 2016 — had the apparatus of a U.S. presidential candidate managed to sic the weight of the FBI and U.S. intelligence community on a rival nominee during an election, and by using a foreign-fed, uncorroborated political opposition research document.

But Clinton’s campaign, in concert with the Democratic Party and through their shared law firm, funded Christopher Steele’s unverified dossierwhich, it turns out, falsely portrayed Republican Donald Trump as a treasonous asset colluding with Russian President Vladimir Putin to hijack the U.S. election.

Steele went to the FBI to get an investigation started and then leaked the existence of the investigation, with the hope of sinking Trump’s presidential aspirations.

On its face, it is arguably the most devious political dirty trick in American history and one of the most overt intrusions of a foreigner into a U.S. election.

It appears the Clinton machine knew that what it was doing was controversial. That’s why it did backflips to disguise the operation from Congress and the public, and in its Federal Election Commission (FEC) spending reports.

Clinton and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) used the law firm of Perkins Coie to hire Glenn Simpson’s research firm, Fusion GPS, which then hired Steele — several layers that obfuscated transparency, kept the operation off the campaign’s public FEC reports and gave the Clintons plausible deniability.

But Steele’s first overture on July 5, 2016, failed to capture the FBI’s imagination. So the Clinton machine escalated. Steele, a British national, went to senior Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr — whose wife, Nellie, also worked for Fusion — to push his Trump dirt to the top of the FBI.

Nellie Ohr likewise sent some of her own anti-Trump research augmenting Steele’s dossier to the FBI through her husband. Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussmann used his connection to former FBI general counsel James Baker to dump Trump dirt at the FBI, too.

Then Steele and, separately, longtime Clinton protégé Cody Shearer went to the State Department to get the story out, increasing pressure on the FBI.

In short, the Clinton machine flooded the FBI with pressure — and bad intel — until an investigation of Trump was started. The bureau and its hapless sheriff at the time, James Comey, eventually acquiesced with the help of such Clinton fans as then-FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

To finish the mission, Simpson and Steele leaked the existence of the FBI investigation to the news media to ensure it would hurt Trump politically. Simpson even called the leaks a “hail Mary” that failed.

Trump won, however. And now, thanks to special counsel Robert Mueller, we know the Russia-collusion allegations relentlessly peddled by Team Clinton were bogus. But not before the FBI used the Clinton-funded, foreign-created research to get a total of four warrants to spy on the Trump campaign, transition and presidency from October 2016 through the following autumn.

The Clinton team’s dirty trick was as diabolical as it was brilliant. It literally used house money and a large part of the U.S. intelligence apparatus to carry out its political hit job on Trump.

After two years of American discomfort, and tens of millions of taxpayer dollars spent, it’s time for the house to call in its IOU.

Hillary Clinton owes us answers — lots of them. So far, she has ducked them, even while doing many high-profile media interviews.

I’m not the only one who thinks this way. Longtime Clinton adviser Douglas Schoen said Friday night on Fox News that it’s time for Clinton to answer what she knew and when she knew it.

Here are 10 essential questions:

1. In January 2018, the Senate Judiciary Committee sent a formal investigative request for documents and written answers from your campaign. Do you plan to comply?

2. Please identify each person in your campaign who was involved with, or aware of, hiring Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson and Christopher Steele.

3. Please identify each person in your campaign, including Perkins Coie lawyers, who were aware that Steele provided information to the FBI or State Department, and when they learned it.

4. Describe any information you and your campaign staff received, or were briefed on, before Election Day that was derived from the work of Simpson, Steele, Fusion GPS, Nellie Ohr or Perkins Coie and that tried to connect Trump, his campaign or his business empire with Russia.

5. Please describe all contacts your campaign had before Election Day with or about the following individuals: Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Glenn Simpson, Christopher Steele, former Australian diplomat Alexander Downer, former foreign policy scholar Stefan Halper and Maltese academic Joseph Mifsud.

6. Did you or any senior members of your campaign, including lawyers such as Michael Sussmann, have any contact with the CIA, its former Director John Brennan, current Director Gina Haspel, James Baker, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page or former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe?

7. Describe all contacts your campaign had with Cody Shearer and Sidney Blumenthal concerning Trump, Russia and Ukraine.

8. Describe all contacts you and your campaign had with DNC contractorAlexandra Chalupa, the Ukraine government, the Ukraine Embassy in the United States or the U.S. Embassy in Kiev concerning Trump, Russia or former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

9. Why did your campaign and the Democratic Party make a concerted effort to portray Trump as a Russian asset?

10. Given that investigations by a House committee, a Senate committee and a special prosecutor all have concluded there isn’t evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, do you regret the actions by your campaign and by Steele, Simpson and Sussmann to inject these unfounded allegations into the FBI, the U.S. intelligence community and the news media?

Hillary Clinton owes us answers to each of these questions. She should skip the lawyer-speak and answer them with the candor worthy of an elder American stateswoman.
