BLACK LIVES MATTER FASCIST DR LISA COOK - Senate Democrats Discharge Biden Fed Nominee with History of Black Lives Matter Bullying

She claimed that “free speech has its limits.”... BUT BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE AND BLACK MURDER, RAPE, HOME INVASION, CARJACKINGS, STORE LOOTING AND ASSAULT APPARENTLY DOES NOT HAVE LIMITS. BLACK CRIME RATES CLEARLY REFLECT THIS.

Senate Democrats discharged Biden Federal Reserve nominee Dr. Lisa Cook, who has a history of canceling those critical of Black Lives Matter (BLM), supporting reparations, and advocating for policies that could politicize the Fed.

The Senate voted on Tuesday to discharge Cook from the deadlocked Senate Banking Committee when the committee voted 12-12 after Banking Republicans unanimously opposed her nomination. Republicans all voted against the motion to discharge her nomination, except for Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), who did not vote. Kennedy had voted against her nomination in committee.

The Senate voted 50-49 to discharge her from the committee, which will make her eligible for a full Senate confirmation vote, although she will face a tough voting schedule, as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) plans to spend next week confirming Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) said in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News that Cook would politicize the Federal Reserve.

“At a time when inflation is at a 40-year high and Montana families are struggling with rising prices on everything from gas to groceries, we need leaders that are committed to an independent, apolitical Federal Reserve that will tackle inflation. I don’t believe Dr. Cook is that nominee,” he said.

Cook, if confirmed, would be the first black woman Fed governor, and Democrats have claimed that she would bring a different perspective to the nation’s central bank.

“She’s a Ph.D. economist, she is a tenured professor, and she is sought by organizations around the world for her input and perspective. She will bring a critical voice to the Fed — one that has been missing for far too long,” Senate Banking Committee Chairman Sherrod Brown (D-OH) said.

Republicans have questioned her experience and sounded the alarm about her political activism.

Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA), the ranking member of the Senate Banking Committee, said on the Senate floor ahead of the vote:

Professor Cook’s history of extreme left-wing political advocacy and hostility to opposing viewpoints also makes her unfit to serve on the Fed.

As I’ve said numerous times, it is exceptionally important to keep politics out of the money supply. But unfortunately, we’ve seen the encroachment of politics at the historically independent Federal Reserve.

There are people on the left, including in the Biden administration, advocating that the Fed use its supervisory powers to resolve complex political issues, like what to do about global warming, social justice, and even education policy. These are important issues. But they’re wholly unrelated to the Fed’s limited statutory mandates and expertise.

Professor Cook’s record indicates that she is likely to inject further political bias into the Fed’s work—at a time when hyper-focus on inflation and adherence to the Fed’s dual mandate is at its most critical.

In over 30,000 public tweets and retweets, Professor Cook has supported race-based reparations, promoted conspiracies about Georgia voter laws, and sought to cancel those who disagree with her views, such as publicly calling for the firing of an economist who dared to tweet that he opposed defunding the Chicago police.

After Banking Committee Republican staff highlighted these tweets for the public’s attention, Professor Cook blocked the Banking Committee Republican Twitter account—one day before her nomination hearing. Apparently Prof. Cook not only realizes how inflammatory her own tweets are, but also has no regard for the Senate’s constitutional responsibility to vet her public statements.

Cook, a professor of economics and international relations at Michigan State University, gave a presentation in support of H.R. 40, a bill that would create a commission to study and develop reparations proposals.

She has also appeared to agree with calls to have the Federal Reserve focus on targeting its federal funds rate to improve the black unemployment rate, rather than the national employment rate.

The Federal Reserve nominee has also said that alleged disparities in coronavirus aid are due to “systemic racism.”

She has also indicated support for reparations, instituting affirmative action at California universities, corporate board diversity quotas, and job guarantees.

She seemed to suggest that this may not be enough, which is why we need “blue sky thinking” to address the “systemic issues … “structural racism and racial disparities.”

University of Chicago economics professor Harald Uhlig in June 2020 criticized the Black Lives Matter movement for its “full fledged-support” of defunding the police.

Cook soon took to Twitter to accuse Uhlig of “racial harassment” and called on Uhlig to be fired as the editor of the Journal of Political Economy and removed from working with students.

She claimed that “free speech has its limits.”

5 Times Will Smith Pushed a Radical, Left-Wing Agenda: Pro-BLM and CRT, Anti-Voter ID

About a year before A-list Hollywood actor Will Smith blew up his iconic career by attacking Chris Rock at the Academy Awards, he revealed he’s open to running for public office ‘at some point” in the future. Smith’s years of pushing a radical, left-wing agenda offer insight into how this $350 million Hollywood elite would act if elected.

The King Richard star told CBS Sunday Morning back in 2015 he was feeling compelled to run for office to counter former U.S. President Donald Trump‘s successful 2016 campaign — although no such move was forthcoming.

Here are five times Will Smith used his money, his massive platform to push a radical leftist agenda:

1.Will Smith went full-fledged Black Lives Matter , using a GQ interview to praise the message behind the Marxist movement. “This is a difficult area to discuss, but I feel like the simplicity of Black Lives Matter was perfect,” the Men in Black star said. “Anybody who tries to debate Black Lives Matter looks ridiculous. So when I talk about the marketing of our ideas, Black Lives Matter was perfection.”

2. He backed proponents of critical race theory (CRT), going so far as to say in an interview with GQ that it should be re-branded as “truth theory.” Will Smith believes a political theory that promotes the organization of society along racial lines, including the demonization of white people, should be called “truth theory.”

3. The Hollywood star embraced boycotting Georgia over the state’s voter integrity law, which were intended to combat voter fraud. Smith moved the shooting of his slavery-themed movie Emancipation from Georgia to Louisiana in protest, as Breitbart News reported. He explained the move this way: “The new Georgia voting laws are reminiscent of voting impediments that were passed at the end of Reconstruction to prevent many Americans from voting. Regrettably, we feel compelled to move our film production work from Georgia to another state.”

4. In 2020 Smith joined other Hollywood elites and made a financial contribution to Democrats running in Georgia’s Senate runoff elections. A-list Democrat celebrities including George Clooney, Joaquin Phoenix, and Leonardo DiCaprio joined Smith in pouring cash into Georgia’s runoff elections, hoping to push Democratic challengers Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock across the finish line, thereby flipping the Senate blue. They succeeded.

5. Smith saw nothing but darkness and hopelessness in Donald Trump’s rise to the White House. Without mentioning the then incumbent by name, Smith told an interviewer: “This is the purge, right?” according to Indiewire. “This is the cleanse, this is what happens. This is the natural reaction to the amount of light that came into the world when Barack Obama was the president […] We had to expect that [the pendulum] was going to go the other way, as a cleanse – but this is the darkness before the dawn.”

Who would be Smith’s role model in the Oval Office?

In August 2016 he spoke directly about his admiration for Barack Obama during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

“I was thinking about it but, you know, I watched [Barack] Obama for the last 8 years [and] that’s a hard job,” Smith conceded. “I definitely have had the itching. I have lots of views and ideas and sometimes I hear people say things on television and I just want to run against them.”

‘Moderate’ Conor Lamb Paid BLM-Linked Firm Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars

The self-described "moderate" in Pennsylvania's Senate race, Conor Lamb, has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to a consulting firm that also works for Black Lives Matter, which supports defunding police and abolishing prisons.

From August to December 2021, Lamb funneled more than $270,000 to Fireside Campaigns for "communications consulting" and other services, federal campaign finance disclosures show. Fireside, which describes itself as a "majority queer-owned progressive digital, data, and communications consulting firm," also features the national Black Lives Matter group as a client.

Lamb's decision to employ a "progressive," BLM-linked firm to craft his campaign messaging could jeopardize his "moderate" status. Lamb has portrayed himself as the centrist alternative to liberal lieutenant governor John Fetterman in Pennsylvania's Democratic Senate primary, and the congressman often attempts to distance himself from the movement to defund police. But BLM is at the forefront of that movement. The group—which was cofounded by self-described "trained Marxists"—works to "reimagine public safety" by defunding police and abolishing prisons.

Fireside's work with BLM has landed the firm in hot water. Last week, Fireside sent a fundraising email on behalf of BLM's charity, Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. The email asked for contributions to BLM's political group, Black Lives Matter PAC. IRS rules, however, prohibit charitable groups from soliciting donations to a political entity, putting Fireside in "clear violation" of the federal agency's laws, the Washington Examiner reported.

Neither Fireside nor Lamb returned requests for comment. In addition to Fireside's partnerships with Lamb and BLM, the firm works with a slew of other Democratic congressional hopefuls, including Ann Roe and Christy Smith. The two Democrats—who are running in competitive districts in Wisconsin and California, respectively—combined To Send Fireside $145,000 in 2021. Fireside has also worked with the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, which works to elect Democrats to state legislative seats.

Lamb's campaign against Fetterman has thus far struggled to take off. According to Politico, Penn Progress, a super PAC backing Lamb, recently warned donors that the Democrat is trailing Fetterman by 30 points. The group attributed Lamb's shortcomings to the perception that "primary voters don't yet see Fetterman as the liberal he is," a dynamic Penn Progress said "needs to change" for Lamb "to have a path in the primary."

Fetterman, who has referred to himself as a democratic socialist and endorsed Bernie Sanders in the 2016 presidential race, has taken on a number of far-left positions during his time in the lieutenant governor's office. In late 2019, for example, Fetterman called to end life sentences for anyone who did not directly take another's life, a stance that could lead to the release of hundreds of heinous criminals serving life without parole for second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and other homicide charges. As head of Pennsylvania's five-person Board of Pardons, Fetterman went on to vote to release violent criminals who were jailed for their roles in brutal murders.

Lamb's Democratic allies could now look to highlight those positions in anti-Fetterman ads. A Penn Progress memo tested a slew of negative messages against Fetterman, including some that said the Democrat is a "dangerous radical who proudly calls himself a socialist" who "supports far-left policies like a $34 trillion-dollar government takeover of health care" and has "spoken at Defund the Police rallies and wants to release convicted felons back onto our streets."

Pennsylvania's Senate race became a top priority for both Democrats and Republicans after GOP incumbent Pat Toomey announced his retirement in October 2020. Fetterman is considered the Democratic frontrunner in a primary race that also includes state legislator Malcolm Kenyatta. On the Republican side, combat veteran and former hedge fund executive David McCormick leads celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz by 6 points, a March Washington Free Beacon poll shows.
