Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), running for United States Senate, has signed onto legislation that would ban localities and states from receiving federal funds if they permit foreign nationals to vote in elections.
The legislation, introduced by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) and now co-sponsored by Brooks and other House Republicans, strips federal funds to states and local governments that allow foreign nationals to vote in any federal, state, or local elections.
Likewise, the legislation requires states and local governments to certify that they do not allow foreign nationals to vote in any elections before they are cleared for federal funds.
“Non-citizen voting in American elections threatens American governments by denying citizens control over their own governments’ destinies … this is the United States, not the United Nations,” Brooks said in a statement:
Socialist Democrats denigrate the sacrifice of countless Americans who have laid down their lives protecting the right of American citizens to vote and control America’s future. Democrats’ giving voting rights to illegal aliens and other non-citizens undermines our Republic and the voting power of American citizens. Worse yet, Socialist Democrat dilution of the voting rights of American citizens is motivated solely by their desire for political power. [Emphasis added]
Brooks said cities and states allowing foreign nationals to vote is merely a “power grab” by elected Democrats in “a brazen attempt to import a solidly socialist Democrat voting bloc.”
“… the Democrat strategy is to try to import as many non-citizens and illegal aliens into America as possible, all the while giving them voting privileges,” Brooks said:
Quite frankly, Democrats don’t like the current make-up of the American electorate. They don’t like the votes of American patriots who prefer, honor and support liberty and freedom while abhorring dictatorial Socialism. So, Democrats seek to change the American electorate in their thirst for even more dictatorial power over the lives of American citizens. [Emphasis added]
The legislation comes after Democrats on the New York City Council approved a plan that gives voting rights in municipal elections to nearly a million foreign nationals. The plan means that foreign nationals who have lived at least 30 days in New York City are now eligible to vote.
Black Americans, as well as the New York State Republican Party, are now suing the New York City Board of Elections for violating the 15th Amendment by imposing a “racially discriminatory” policy that is set to drastically dilute the voting power of American citizens in New York City, and specifically of black Americans.

Can the Democrats Undermine the Midterms?
In late January, President Biden told a national TV audience that he was not prepared to say that the coming midterm elections would be legitimate. This startling admission was quickly walked back, but it shone a white-hot spotlight on Democrat efforts in Congress to federalize elections. The 2022 election promises to be one of significant change in the dynamic in Washington D.C. despite the efforts of Democrats to do more than just cast doubts on the election's integrity.
The Democrats have a demonstrated history of trying to make elections as one-sided as possible and thus enthrone themselves for perpetuity as they have done in cities throughout the country. The Democrats and their allies in Big Tech and the media regularly work to make this happen by subverting election integrity laws like requiring an ID, pushing for unregulated and unmonitored mail-in voting, providing support for one-sided ballot harvesting initiatives, repealing or fighting laws intended to allow states to revise voter rolls, and pouring enormous sums of money into Democrat districts to pay for election officials and ballot drop boxes. The Democrats and their allies make no secret that they intend to use these efforts to cement their place in government because they tell us. You only need to look at the Molly Ball Time Magazine article of February 4, 2021 or writings of the lawyer Mark Elias, arguably the Democrats’ most effective litigant against election integrity laws, in his article "Four Pillars to Safeguard Vote by Mail" to see this. Or perhaps turn on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC at any time of the day or night or peruse the pages of the Washington Post, New York Times, or LA Times to see how the Democrats’ media allies beat the drum of “disenfranchisement” to speak openly about using the power of government to suppress the Rights of Americans and silence Republicans.
Congress' efforts to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights and the Freedom to Vote Acts are really thinly veiled efforts by the Democrats to give them the one-party rule they so desperately desire. Among other things, these acts are particularly nefarious in the way they use the potential for voter disenfranchisement, which they have yet to demonstrate, to resurrect oversight of elections and meddling in election laws in Red states that have not been necessary for 30 or more years. Thankfully, these travesties are stalled in Congress.
The frustration Democrats must be feeling because two members of their own party will not support their efforts to impose one-party rule will only increase in the coming months. Voter sentiment is surging against the Biden Administration and its mishandling of, well, everything. Americans are sick and tired of woke and socialist policies and the actions of big tech and academia that support them. They are increasingly frustrated with a domineering and tyrannical, unaccountable administrative state. And the anger and frustration over COVID mandates and restrictions pushed by Democrats is reaching a boiling point. So, what can we expect from the Democrats in the coming months to prevent the collapse of their initiatives?
I believe the Democrats are going to begin to behave even more erratically than they have been, much like a fish out of water thrashes about fighting for its life, gasping for air. They will pull out all the stops to undermine the coming election and we can expect to hear an increase in the screeching, irrational wail of "racism," "fascism," "terrorism," “white supremacy” and accusations that Republicans are opposed to Democracy, the Civil Rights Act, and the Voting Rights Act. They will accuse Republicans of the very things that Democrats are trying to achieve through their lawsuits and passage of their voting rights acts in a demonstration of projection on a massive scale designed to stoke fear in the voting public.
But there is one more thing I believe we can expect, and it will represent the very height of dissembling and lying on the part of the Democrats who see their majority and support for their inane policies evaporating. Specifically, Congress' 
January 6 Commission will release a report accusing key Republicans, including current officeholders and members of the Trump administration, of crimes and will even go so far as to brand some as treasonous. The report will be full of dubious examples that they claim will demonstrate conclusively that what happened on January 6 was an insurrection and that elected Republicans and members of the Trump administration are guilty of sedition and treason. These statements will completely ignore the role of the Capitol Police, the FBI and other organizations that include Mayor Muriel Bowser's office and Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office. It will ignore accusations that they have tampered with evidence and denied access to exculpating information. It will be malfeasance of the highest order.
The focus will be entirely on branding specific Republican officeholders and all Republicans in general as white supremacists supporting an insurrection against a duly elected president. There will be immediate motions pushed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to remove select Republicans from their committee assignments. The Capitol Police and Sergeant at Arms will be told to deny elected officials access to the Capitol and their offices. A great cry will go out to big tech to censor and deplatform Republicans or all stripes. Financial institutions will be told to scrutinize the transactions of anyone associated with the Republican party or having contributed to it in the past. Given the inability to pass their sham voting rights acts, all normal congressional business will cease, and investigative committees will convene to remove so-called seditionists in the Capitol that threaten the very foundation of Democracy. Directives will fly like rockets from the Speaker and Majority leaders’ offices that will demand that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice begin to prosecute the so-called insurrectionists and seditionists. The major networks will all engage to perpetuate the false narrative and voices of sanity will be drowned out unless you happen to listen to Fox News, watch Joe Rogan, read Substack or visit the pages of American Thinker, among others.
The level of invective and vituperation directed at Republicans will eclipse the hysteria at the height of Trump Derangement Syndrome. It will be ugly. It will be incessant. And it will all be a lie. I will also predict that most Americans will not be swayed by the frenzy of madness the Democrats will fabricate to undermine their inexorable fate in the midterm elections. Americans have lived through five years of claims by Democrats that have all proven to be lies: the Russia Hoax, the masking and vaccine lies, the Russian bounties on American soldiers lie, and many, many others. Americans no longer believe the media, as can be seen by the collapse in ratings at CNN and MSNBC, and have no faith in the government institutions we used to believe had Americans’ best interests at heart.
In the end, Americans will reject the Democrats’ false narratives in a resounding way, but the Democrats and their media and big tech allies will put us all through months of misery as they attempt once again to undermine our elections in their quest to enthrone themselves as tyrants.

Biden Imports More Ukrainian Migrants for Investors
President Joe Biden announced a new program on Thursday to help immigration advocates and corporate donors import tens of thousands of Ukrainian workers and consumers from safe European countries.
The migrants will be brought into the United States via the “parole” side door in the border that was created to help individual foreigners in emergencies.
“They don’t have the [legal] power to do it,” said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who now works with the Center for Immigration Studies.
The parole side-door was created by Congress for rare and small-scale emergencies, such as when a foreign ship needs to transfer a sick crewmember to a U.S. hospital, “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
But Biden will likely get away with the plan unless a state Attorney General takes him to court, he added. “The biggest [political] issue is that [the Ukrainians] a sympathetic group of people … consequently, nobody’s actually going to challenge this in federal court. So the Biden administration is going to be allowed to go ahead and do what it wants.”
Biden’s Ukraine immigration program does not increase the safety of Ukrainians, he noted, because they would otherwise be able to settle in Europe. “There’s no reason to do this … The EU [European Union] has already said that the [Ukrainian refugees] can remain in the EU for up to three years,” Arthur said, adding:
I’m sympathetic, which is why I wholly support what the EU is doing to protect those people. And if the United States wants to do the most that we can for the largest number of people, [we should help the] bear the burden of the good work that they’re doing. For the money that we’re going to be spending to bring 100,000 [Ukrainians] to the United States, we could probably take care of half a million in Ukraine or in Europe.
Bringing the Ukrainians to the U.S. is also bad for Ukraine, he said:
We all hope the Ukrainian war will be over quickly and then those people are going to be needed to rebuild their country. If they come to the United States, the longer they’re here, the more roots they put down, the more likely it is that they’re never going to leave. [So] they’re not going to be there to rebuild the country, nor are they going to want to. They’ll start a new life in the United States. It might be good for these migrants, but it’s not good for Ukraine.
Meanwhile, other Ukrainians are expected to stay in Ukraine to fight Russian artillery and tanks. “I’m going to be sending to Congress a supplemental budget request to keep weapons and ammunition flowing without interruption to the brave Ukrainian fighters,” Biden said as he announced the migration program.
“It’s a bad principle,” he added: “Every time there’s a war anywhere in the world, is the U.S. going to swoop in and take up 100,000 people?”

Ordinary Americans will pay the price for Biden’s generosity to the Ukrainian migrants, Arthur said:
When they come here, they’re going to use public services, they’re going to send their kids to school. If they get sick, they’re going to go to the local emergency room. These are all costs the taxpayers have to pay, which is why we have [annual] limits on the number of foreign nationals who are allowed to come to the United States. They’re also going to be put in direct competition with American workers — both citizens and aliens — with similar skills …[and] they drive up housing prices.
On the same day that Biden announced the extraction plan, the Washington Post reported:
Rents continue to rise at the fastest pace in decades, making housing costlier than ever for many Americans. Nationally, rents rose a record 11.3 percent last year, according to real estate research firm CoStar Group. That fast pace of growth remained elevated in the first months of 2022, as many parts of the country continued to notch double-digit jumps in rent prices.
The higher rents will be paid by most young Americans, including many college-trained Americans who support immigration.
The vast majority of the economic benefits go to investors and landowners in a few coastal states where migrants prefer to live. For example, more than half of the Ukrainian-American population lives in the four states of New York, Pennsylvania, California, and New Jersey.
Most Americans want to help Ukrainian refugees, but just one-in-three say they support permanent residency for more than 50,000 refugees, according to a March poll by Rasmussen Reports.
Biden announced the corporate giveaway on Thursday morning:
I’m announcing a program, Unite for Ukraine, a new program to enable Ukrainians seeking refuge to come directly from Europe to the United States. This new humanitarian parole program will complement the existing legal pathways available to Ukrainians, including immigrant visas and refugee processing. It will provide an expedient channel for secure, legal migration from Europe to the United States for Ukrainians who have a U.S. sponsor such as a family or an NGO [Non-Government Organization].
This program will be fast. It will be streamlined and will show the United States honors its commitment to go to the people of Ukraine and [they] need not go through our southern border.
Agency officials identified one of the participating NGOs as Welcome.us, which was recently created by elites and billionaires to import more migrants. The NGOs will be allowed to spend charitable funds to import the Ukrainians, rent housing for them, and train them for jobs.

This economic policy of extraction migration annually delivers at least 1 million people who cut Americans’ wages, push up housing prices, expand retail sales, transfer wealth from heartland states to the coastal states, and spike values on Wall Street.
Much of this economic policy has never been approved by Congress. For example, aides to President George W. Bush created the uncapped Optional Practical Training work-permit program for foreign graduates of U.S. colleges.
Biden’s officials have already allowed 15,000 Ukrainian migrants who flew into the safe country of Mexico to cross the border into the U.S. His officials have also granted work permits and residency to about 60,000 Ukrainians via the Temporary Protected Status program.
The Ukraine inflow accompanies the recent arrival of 70,000 Afghans, 40,000 Cubans, at least 10,000 Cameroonians, and roughly 1 million other migrants who crossed the southern border since January 20. These inflows are in addition to the annual inflow of roughly 1 million legal immigrants and to the resident population of roughly 1.5 million foreign white-collar contract workers. Overall, the federal government has imported 45 million foreigners who are now living legally or illegally in the United States.
To quickly pull more people out of Ukraine, U..S. officials are looking beyond the regular programs for legal immigrants and refugees. They are trying to identify groups of pitiable Ukrainians that can be quickly imported through myriad humanitarian and work visa programs. For example, CBS reported:
But the administration on Thursday also announced an effort to refer more Ukrainians to the U.S. refugee program, focusing on identifying vulnerable displaced individuals in eastern Europe, including women, children, the elderly, people with severe medical conditions and members of the LGBTQ community.
The State Department, a senior administration official said, is also working to track down 18,000 Ukrainians who had entered the U.S. refugee pipeline before the Russian invasion under the so-called Lautenberg program, which allows religious minorities in former Soviet republics to obtain expedited U.S. resettlement.

Administration officials said U.S. embassies and consulates are also working to increase appointments for Ukrainians seeking temporary U.S. visas and to expedite cases of Ukrainians with urgent humanitarian, medical or otherwise “extraordinary” needs.
Extraction Migration
Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has extracted tens of millions of migrants and visa workers from poor countries to serve as legal or illegal workers, temporary workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.
This economic strategy of Extraction Migration has no stopping point. It is brutal to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities, shrinks their salaries and wages, raises their housing costs, and has shoved at least ten million American men out of the labor force.

Extraction migration also distorts the economy and curbs Americans’ productivity, partly because it allows employers to use stoop labor instead of machines. Migration also reduces voters’ political clout, undermines employees’ workplace rights, and widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ coastal states and the Republicans’ Heartland and southern states.
An economy built on extraction migration also alienates young people and radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture because it allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.
The policy is hidden behind a wide variety of excuses and explanations, such as the claim that the U.S. is a “Nation of Immigrants” or that Americans have a duty to accept foreign refugees. But the economic strategy also kills many migrants, exploits poor people, splits foreign families, and extracts wealth from the poor home countries.

The economic policy is backed by progressives who wish to transform the U.S. from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into a progressive-led empire of competing identity groups. “We’re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,” Rep. Rohit Khanna (D-CA), told the New York Times on March 21. “It will be an extraordinary achievement … we will ultimately triumph,” he insisted.
Not surprisingly, the wealth-shifting extraction migration policy is very unpopular, according to a wide variety of polls. The polls show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.
The opposition is growing, anti-establishment, multiracial, cross-sex, non-racist, class-based, bipartisan, rational, persistent, and recognizes the solidarity that Americans owe to one another.
