Poll: Americans Know Biden Is Too Old, Slow, and Stupid to Be President
This isn’t a shock to anyone who’s been paying attention for the past 18 months. Joe Biden is not fit to be president. He can’t fill the office. He isn’t suited for the role, and everyone can see it. He doesn’t know where he is half the time. If Jill wasn’t around, he’d wander for hours. He has multiple domestic crises, and he hasn’t been able to solve one of them. He knew baby formula was going to run out several months ago. He did nothing.
‘I’m Joe Biden. I’m a Democrat. I’m right. It’ll all sort out.’ That’s the mindset of this man. Inflation is transitory. Remember that one? He can’t do the job. He’s lost. He can’t create any more task forces—he already has several of them. None of them have done anything. It reinforces the notion that the adults are not in charge. The White House is a nursing home. And gross incompetence is pervasive within the walls of this administration. Gas prices are through the roof, inflation is killing American families, job growth is anemic, and the economy shrank last quarter. It’ll shrink next quarter which means we're officially in a recession. We’re already in it, but I just want to see the liberal media sweat trying to defend a recession as a Biden accomplishment. And now, majorities of Americans see Biden as too old and slow to be president. He’s also too stupid (via National Review):
Harvard-Harris finds that 47 percent of Americans believe that Joe Biden is “mentally fit to serve as President of the United States,” with 53 percent having “doubts about his fitness for office.” Among independents, those numbers are 39-61. It also finds that 62 percent of Americans believe that Joe Biden is “showing he is too old to be President,” with 38 percent believing otherwise. Among independents, those numbers are 72-28.
Is that the ballgame? You cannot run for re-election with numbers like this, even if the economy rebounds, which it won’t with this president. As Charles Cooke, who wrote the blog post concluded, “Perceptions of the opposing party can deteriorate. But once people think you’re old and mentally unfit, you’re toast.”
I don’t think he even runs for re-election with these figures. He can’t. Before he makes that decision, his party faces a shellacking. It’s never a good thing when the leader of your party is viewed as having lost his marbles. Biden probably wants to help his party members down-ticket, but the man is more radioactive than Chernobyl right now.
WHO RUNS THE NATION? THE GLOBALIST DEMOCRAT PARTY AND THEIR BANKSTERS AND BILLIONAIRES FOR OPEN BORDERS…. or George Soros, their paymaster?

Those are the subliterate, low-skill, non-English-speaking indigents whose own societies are unable or unwilling to usefully educate and employ them. Bring these people here and they not only need a lot of services, they are putty in the hands of leftist demogogues as Hugo Chavez demonstrated - and they are very useful as leftist voters who will support the Soros agenda.

When it comes to the Biden Administration’s regular and ongoing failures to a) follow the laws on the books and b) enforce the laws on the books, I do not know which is worse. What I do know is that, increasingly, it has become clear that Biden is failing to carry out his constitutional duties.
The Constitution imposes two duties on a president. First, the language of Article II, Section 1 requires that the president swear (or affirm) an oath to “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” including a promise to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Second, the language of Article II, Section 3 says, “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
The former is a mandate that the president (and his subordinates) follow the law, which is derived from and subservient to the Constitution; the latter is a mandate that the president (and his subordinates) enforce the laws on the books.
The Biden Administration is repeatedly failing to carry out both obligations.
On May 20, for example, federal district Judge Robert Summerhays of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana issued a 47-page ruling halting the Biden Administration’s plans to rescind the use of a public health authority known as Title 42 to help control immigration flows on the southern border.
In the ruling, Judge Summerhays noted that when the Trump Administration first put the Title 42 order in place in March 2020, it followed the strictures of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA), which require that a federal agency engage in a public comment period seeking guidance on a proposed rule-making. After obtaining 218 comments during the 30-day public comment window called for by that law, the CDC released a final rule on Sept. 11, 2020.
Then Summerhays noted that when the CDC issued its Termination Order ending the use of Title 42 in early April 2022, the Termination Order itself “claimed that it was ‘not a rule subject to notice and comment under the Administrative Procedure Act.’” Judge Summerhays disagreed, and ruled that the CDC Termination Order was subject to the public notice and comment requirements of the APA. And because the Biden Administration CDC had not bothered to seek public comment, it had violated the APA, and the plaintiffs – 24 states, led by Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri – were entitled to relief.
This is not the first time the Biden Administration has had its overreach rejected by a federal court because it failed to follow the law. Just in April, federal district Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle struck down Biden’s federal public transportation mask mandate because the CDC had exceeded its authority and failed to follow the requirements of the APA. Prior to that, the Supreme Court itself had struck down Biden’s vaccine mandate on large employers, on the grounds that the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration exceeded its authority. And in August 2021, the Supreme Court struck down the Biden Administration’s eviction moratorium, again, arguing that the CDC had exceeded its authority – “If a federally imposed eviction moratorium is to continue, Congress must specifically authorize it,” said the unsigned eight-page ruling.
That’s a remarkably bad track record. You’d think some lawyer somewhere inside the Biden Administration would scratch his head and wonder what’s up with that miserable record, and what could be done to fix it.
It’s not just that the Biden Administration doesn’t follow the law; sadly, the Biden Administration doesn’t enforce the law, either, at least not laws that it clearly wishes were not on the books.
For instance,18 U.S.C. § 1507 makes it a federal crime punishable by a fine and/or up to a year in prison to picket or parade near a judge’s home with the intent of influencing the judge. Ever since a Supreme Court draft ruling was leaked and published weeks ago, that law against picketing or parading near a judge’s home has been violated on a regular basis by protesters unhappy about that prospective ruling.
Department of Justice spokesman Anthony Coley refused to explain why Attorney General Merrick Garland wouldn’t direct federal law enforcement authorities to enforce the law, and White House press secretary Jen Psaki dismissed it by saying “I don’t have an official U.S. government position on where people protest.”
But there actually is an “official U.S. government position on where people protest” – the correct answer is, “not near a judge’s home.” Because protesting near a judge’s home to influence their decision is against the law!
President Biden is known for exaggerating his class rank in law school. Given his inability to adhere to the most basic fundamentals of the Constitution, perhaps Americans should wonder about his grade in 8th grade Civics class.

Joe Biden didn’t do anything wrong? A time-honored method of taking bribes is having them paid to a family member, usually in exchange for nominal or nonexistent services. It is comical to watch “reporters” pretend not to understand this. MONICA SHOWALTER

Mark Levin: Democrats accept anti-semitism, OPEN BORDERS AND NO LEGAL NEED APPLAY... courtesy of the Democrat Party of bribes suckers!
Migrant enclaves already are at the top of the U.S. lists for bad places to - 10 of the 50 worst places in America to live according to this list are in California, and all of them are famous for their illegal populations.
Our current period of political turmoil can be considered to have begun with the presidential election of 2008. The meteoric rise of a virtual unknown from the Illinois state Senate to the White House is fairly unprecedented. Though he lacked any depth of understanding of why things are the way they are, Mr. Obama was gifted with a commanding stage presence. After all, superficial appeal invariably trumps substance among the political activist community.
Obama was certainly helped when the Republican establishment decided that 2008 was a time to lose. Thus, the Republicans rewarded one of their own, John McCain, by giving him a place in the sun...much like what they did for Bob Dole in 1996. They also took the opportunity to put a major babe on the ticket in the form of the governor of Alaska. See, Republicans really don't hate women.
Then came the midterm elections of 2010. The vast public resentment for the Affordable Care Act (AKA "Obamacare") led to a "shellacking" of epic proportions, causing Dan Balz of the Washington Post to declare that the Democrats no longer had a "bench" from which new political talent could rise.
When Obama was termed out going into the election of 2016, the Democrat establishment reached down into the bottom of the barrel and pulled out Hillary Clinton. She, along with the eminently forgettable Tim Kaine, lost to a total political novice who made little, if any, effort to control his public utterances.
Mr. Trump, however, knew very well why things were the way they were. He also was an experienced problem-solver and resource-organizer. Thus began an extended hair-on-fire period for the minions of the progressive left, whom Obama brought into positions of power within his government.
In order to defeat Trump, the next time around, the progressive establishment had to further scrape out what was left of the barrel to acquire the archetypical empty suit. In order to protect Joe Biden from the 25th Amendment, they put an accomplished babbling fool on the ticket as well.
Doubts remain as to the authenticity of the election that put Biden and Harris in charge of the federal government. But rather than directly defend the mechanics of the balloting process or justify the slanted news coverage that suppressed anti-Biden information, Biden's defenders continue with a strenuous effort to impose official censorship of those who publicly challenge Biden's legitimacy. What cannot be censored is that, in the same election that put Biden and Harris in office, the Republicans picked up fourteen seats in the House of Representatives. Go figure.
Meanwhile, the wheels are really falling off the modern Democrat establishment. The baby formula shortage represents a problem that just shouldn't have ever happened. The ensuing response leaves much to be desired. It's hard to say if Putin actually timed his invasion of Ukraine to coincide with Biden's presidency, but it's pretty easy to speculate as such, considering the obvious ineptitude at the top of the command structure. Early on, the debacle of the much-advertised withdrawal from Afghanistan kind of set the stage for a continuous string of epic bungles. But that's old news.
The greatest damage done to our homeland has resulted from Biden and his handlers going along with the once politically sexy Green New Deal. Motor vehicles and their carbon-based fuel have long been a target, but no one ever included synthetic fertilizer (the lifeblood of modern farming) in the mix, even though it is mostly made from natural gas. Also, the misguided push for putting more demand on the electrical grid ignores the inconvenient fact that 60% of domestic electrical generation is done with fossil fuels, plus another 20% being derived from nuclear fission. The remaining 20% comes from a mix of hydroelectric, geothermal, wind, and solar.
Back to Obama. It wasn't just he who opened the door for the radical leftists to flood into the government; it was also his milieu. He wasn't working alone; ask Bernie Sanders and Liz Warren. But Obama was the obvious choice for the point position. He's at least partially non-white at a time when it matters more what you are than who.
But there was something larger. A short while after the collapse of the Soviet Union, socialism was no longer a dirty word. True, North Korea remains a glaring example of the squalor imposed by a command-and-control economy. And the devolution of Venezuela from resource-rich prosperity to people having to hunt stray dogs and cats for dinner sends an indelible message. But the polarity of the Cold War imposed a certain kind of discipline on American politics that no longer exists.
How else could clowns such as Beto O'Rourke and AOC ever be taken seriously? We are waiting on the threshold of another "shellacking" as happened in 2010. But wild swings in politics are not really a good thing. Stability is good. Businesses like predictability, rather than surprises, as do the rest of us.
“Attorney General Eric Holder's tenure was a low point even within the disgraceful scandal-ridden Obama years.” DANIEL GREENFIELD / FRONTPAGE MAG
HSBC laundered hundreds of millions and perhaps billions of dollars for drug cartels responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of people over the past two decades. The bank transferred at least $881 million of known drug trafficking proceeds, including money from the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico, which is known for dismembering its victims and publicly displaying their body parts.
The Republican staff of the US House Committee on Financial Services released a report Monday presenting its findings on why the Obama Justice Department and then-Attorney General Eric Holder chose not to prosecute the British-based HSBC bank for laundering billions of dollars for Mexican and Colombian drug cartels.
Since leaving the Obama administration in 2015, former Attorney General Eric Holder has gone on to make a living off of heading the so-called National Democratic Redistricting Committee, an organization with the stated purpose of ending partisan gerrymandering.
Holder has filed lawsuits throughout the country tying up statehouse redistricting efforts claiming particular segments of the electorate had been disenfranchised by alleged gerrymandering.
According to Holder, gerrymandering also plays a role in gun violence in America.
During an appearance on MSNBC’s “The 11th Hour” on Wednesday, Holder told host Stephanie Ruhle that “structural problems” in our representative government were enabling the “gun lobby.”
“[W]e also have to do the structural things,” he said. “You know, gerrymandering is something that is a problem here, where people can side with the gun lobby, with the special interests against the will of their constituents and not suffer any electoral consequence because they are in these safe seats. So, it’s a combination of, I think, a lack of will, structural problems, and we have to get to a better place.”
Holder argued if there were no gerrymandered lines, more Democrats could get elected and pass laws with background check requirements.
“The lines were drawn — gerrymandered lines were drawn in such a way that it is almost impossible for the other party to win,” Holder said. “And therefore, if you are in a safe Republican seat, the only thing that you are concerned about is a primary as opposed to a general election. And the way you forestall a primary challenger is to go further and further to the right and take more extreme positions so that you can’t get outflanked from your right side.”
“If you’re in that safe Republican seat and the Democratic challenger comes on and says, you know, I want to fight for gun safety, you’re — you’re safe,” he continued. “And so, you can just cater to your base, cater to that extreme part of your base, and not have to deal with or do that with your constituents by significantly large numbers want to have happened. I mean, the polls are like 80, 90% of the people in this country saying that we should have background checks before anybody has the ability to buy a weapon. You don’t see that in law.”
Holder attacked the Texas legislature and said if not for its “gerrymandered power,” there might be those in charge that could “stop these kinds of mass shootings from occurring.”
