RUSSIAN RUNT DICTATOR PUTIN BOMBS SHOPPING MALL TO MURDER CIVILIANS

Many Dead After Russian Missile Strike on Shopping Mall in Ukraine

A Russian missile strike that hit a crowded shopping mall in the central Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk has killed at least 10 people and injured at least 40 others, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reported, Monday, June 27. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a Telegram post that the number of victims was “unimaginable,” citing reports that more than 1,000 civilians were inside at the time of the attack. Despite mounting evidence to the contrary, Russia has claimed repeatedly that it is not targeting civilians in the unprovoked war it launched on Ukraine just over four months ago. Moscow has not commented on the strike. The United States said Monday that the G-7 is closing in on a plan to force a lower price for Russian oil in what would be a major escalation of the campaign to punish the Kremlin for its invasion of Ukraine, AFP reported. "There is also consensus emerging... that the price cap is a serious method to achieve that outcome," U.S. President Joe Biden's national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, told reporters at the G-7 summit in Germany. A senior U.S. official described talks within the G-7 -- Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States -- as advancing. "We're still in final discussions with other G-7 counterparts working to finalize this, but we're very close to a place where G-7 leaders will have decided to urgently direct relevant ministers to develop mechanisms to set a global price cap for Russian oil," the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity. The goal of the plan is to starve the Kremlin of its "main source of cash and force down the price of Russian oil."
