The immigration courts are supposed to give people who are seeking to remain in the United States or have violated the immigration law a fair review of any claims they have made. The Biden administration is trying to turn the immigration court into, essentially, a free candy store, so that anyone who appears in front of the immigration court winds up getting some kind of benefit or being allowed to stay in the United States. And that’s not what the courts were designed to do.

Some Democrat strategists have expressed concern over President Joe Biden’s handling of hot-button issues such as inflation and abortion amid increasingly bleak polling numbers facing the president.

“There’s the administrative part of the job and the political part of the job, and it seems like this president is leaning more in the administrative role at a time when his coalition is thirsty for political clarity and leadership,” Democrat strategist Joel Payne said in an interview with The Hill published Wednesday. “The president and his team have to be vigilant about providing that and balance the need to do both.”

Another Democrat strategist, whose identity was not relieved by The Hill, sharply criticized Biden and White House officials, suggesting they need to do a lot more to solve a mounting number of issues plaguing the country.

“It’s infuriating,” the top strategist reportedly stated. “Our house is on fire and it seems like they’re doing nothing to put the fire out. They’re just watching it with the rest of us.”

Worries regarding Biden’s performance from within the Beltway coincide with polling that show the president is losing support across the U.S.

Biden is underwater in 48 states — including the typically dark blue California and his home state of Delaware — while his approval rating is down to the lowest in his presidency, at only 30 percent approval and 58 percent disapproval, according to the most recent CIVIQS rolling job-approval average on July 3.

While twelve percent of survey participants do not approve or disapprove, Biden’s approval rating is underwater in 48 states. The only two exceptions are Hawaii (45 to 42 percent) and Vermont (44 to 38 percent). The president’s net approval is at negative 28.

Meanwhile, Biden allies like former White House advisor Cedric Richmond, are scrambling to defend the president’s actions (or lack there of).

“The country didn’t elect Joe Biden because they wanted a Democratic Donald Trump to go out there every day and divide the country more,” Richmond said, according to Politico Playbook. Richmond then added that Democrats taking aim at Biden are “scapegoating the President, or distracted and not focusing on what they should be focused on. He saved democracy once by beating a tyrant. He’s doing it again, but he doesn’t do it by beating his chest.”

Biden’s DOJ Sues Arizona for Requiring Proof of American Citizenship to Vote

President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) is suing the state of Arizona for its law requiring residents to prove their United States citizenship in order to vote in presidential elections.

In March, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) signed a bill into law that requires residents to prove that they are American citizens to vote in presidential elections. The law also requires new voters to provide proof of their address.

The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. Initially, officials made 140,000 arrests per year in the mid-2000s, but the northward flow dropped so much that officials only had to make 6,000 arrests in 2013, according to a 2014 letter by two pro-migration Senators, Sen. Jeff Flake and John McCain.

Nolte: Only 29% Want Biden to Run for Reelection or Have Kamala Run Instead

According to one of America’s most accurate pollsters (i.e., not Fox News), only 29 percent of likely voters want His Fraudulency Joe Biden to run for reelection in 2024.

Oh, and only 29 percent want Her Vice Fraudulency Kamala Harris to run in his place in 2024.

Meanwhile, 37 percent want to see former President Donald Trump run again in 2024, which is remarkable when you consider that he (allegedly) lost the 2020 election.

A full 59 percent of those polled say straight-up that they do not want to see Biden run again. A majority of 56 percent say the same about Harris, while 54 percent say the same about The Most Popular Politician In America.

The internals are even worse for Slow Joe. Only a plurality of Democrats — Democrats! — want Hunter’s dad to seek reelection. Forty-eight percent of Democrats say yes to a second term, while 33 percent say no.

It gets worse. Much worse…

Only 39 percent of black voters want Joe to run again, while a majority of 52 percent say no.

Black voters should be the most impenetrable part of Biden’s vote, but a majority want someone else.

When asked if they want Kamala to run instead of Joe in 2024, a mere 50 percent of Democrats said yes, while 32 percent said no. Among black voters, only 47 percent said yes to Kamala in 2024, while 42 percent said no.

There is some direct context for this in this same poll. A majority of 60 percent of Republicans want Trump to run in 2024—that’s 12 points higher than Democrat support for Joe in 2024 and ten points higher than Democrat support for Kamala.

These Biden/Kamala numbers are even more astonishing when you realize that Joe Biden is the sitting president. Sitting presidents almost always win reelection, which is why sitting presidents are almost always embraced by their own party for reelection — they want to win!

These are astonishingly bad numbers for an incumbent president and vice president, but this is what happens when you lose your base — as I have told you Biden eventually would.

Biden’s losing his base for a whole host of reasons that come down to 1) America’s economic collapse and 2) the demoralizing effect on the far-left of their glorious losses in the Supreme Court. There’s nothing Biden can do about those losses. But the left doesn’t care about reality. They just want to kill innocent babies and take our guns.

Biden has said he intends to run again, and I believe he will unless his health drastically turns to where even the corporate media can no longer prop him up. With numbers like these, though, the real threat to Biden is a challenge from within his own party, like Ted Kennedy’s run against a weakened Jimmy Carter in 1980. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has already launched a 2024 campaign for president. He’s airing ads in Florida to show Democrat voters he’s a fighter and all that. As things worsen in America, we will see more of this.

We will also see the corporate media push even harder to force Biden out, which is already happening. So his health might not have to take a drastic turn for the media to mention it. Instead, the media might start telling the truth now about how bad Biden’s health, especially his mental health, is.

Oh, and after Democrats are wiped out in the November midterms, the recriminations within the Democrat party will be popcorn-worthy.

Exclusive—Matt Mowers: Illegal Aliens Obtaining Driver’s Licenses Puts Everyone at Risk

New Hampshire’s First Congressional District Republican candidate Matt Mowers told Breitbart News Saturday this past weekend that Massachusetts is insane for allowing illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses with very little verifiable identification, putting everyone at risk.

“It’s the same type of insanity we’re seeing down in Washington, DC. You know, this is a time when we have record numbers of criminals crossing the southern border. This is a time when we have another humanitarian crisis on the southern border,” Mowers told Breitbart News’s Matthew Boyle on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Saturday.

Mowers weighed in on the subject after Massachusetts Democrats in the state legislature recently overrode a veto from Gov. Charlie Baker (R) on legislation that will allow illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses starting July 1, 2023, after passing a written test and a road test.

Mowers, who stated last week that this will endanger Granite Staters, added that the illegal aliens will be able to get driver’s licenses “with very little verifiable identification information to get it” since the “folks in the motor vehicles [department] are not equipped to judge if they’re real documents or not” when they present “documents from their home country where they are citizens.”

“You have no idea who the heck is getting these identifications. And then what they’re … you’re able to travel on a plane, you’re able to go and vote, you know, these are the things — it’s just absolute nuttiness,” Mowers continued.

The bill in Massachusetts received pushback from Republicans, who noted that providing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens could result in many being mistakenly registered to vote in the state.

The open borders lobby, with the help of elected Democrats, has made securing driver’s licenses for illegal aliens a key fixture of their agenda, to extend privileges meant for American citizens and legal immigrants to those who are neither.

Driver’s licenses for illegal aliens are vital for the open borders lobby because often when illegal aliens are pulled over by local police, driving without a driver’s license is the first criminal charge that can put them in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody for arrest and deportation.

Mowers worked in the State Department under President Donald Trump before he ran as a Republican against Rep. Chris Pappas in 2020. One of the issues he worked on was interdicting drug traffickers around the world.

“You talk to anyone who works at this, whether it’s local law enforcement, or whether it’s Border Patrol agents, or whether it’s anyone else in the world, the drugs are coming to New Hampshire because we have a drug problem… in many communities. We’ve been working hard to tackle it, but it still exists,” Mowers said, explaining that the drug problem is happening in his community and all over the country. “Part of the reason is because of the drugs that come across the southern border. They make their way up to Lawrence, Massachusetts, and those folks drive up 93 road. … And they sell drugs like candy to kids in our communities, and it’s causing that.”

As one of the solutions, Mowers said that to fix the problem you have to label the drug cartels terror organizations, “because that’s exactly what they’re doing [and] what they are.” He added that labeling them terror organizations “frees up a lot of resources to really go after them, allows us to work with other governments to go after them.” Additionally, Mowers said we need to “finish the wall,” “empower local law enforcement,” and stop allowing Democrats to defund the police.

Mowers is running in a crowded Republican primary on September 13, looking for another chance to unseat Pappas after the congressional district was newly redrawn.
