HOW MANY AMERICANS (Legals) WILL BE MURDERED BY ILLEGALS TODAY? - Pollak: Media Will Never Hold Biden Accountable for Death of Cayler Ellingson

These so-called undocumented immigrants are becoming legally indistinguishable from citizens as they openly reside in 500 sanctuary jurisdictions, receive welfare, education and medical care, are granted drivers licenses, and given tuition breaks at public universities as they, not legal immigrants or American citizens, are exempt from federal immigration, health and travel laws.

Pollak: Media Will Never Hold Biden Accountable for Death of Cayler Ellingson

His name was Cayler Ellingson, and he was 18 years old when he was run down by a drunken 41-year-old driver who later told police he killed the teenager because he was a Republican.

It is a crime eerily similar to the murder of Heather Heyer, the young woman who was murdered by a neo-Nazi in during unrest in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017 when he plowed his car into a left-wing march. The difference: the media will never blame Joe Biden the way they tried to blame Donald Trump.

Just last week, Biden commemorated Heyer’s death at a “unity summit” at the White House, which brought left-wing groups together to oppose the “MAGA Republicans” that Biden called a “threat” to America in his prime-time address in Philadelphia  on Sep. 1.

Biden, who used Heyer’s story on the campaign trail throughout his 2020 presidential run, told her bereaved mother at the summit that “you’ve found purpose worthy of the life that Heather lived and purpose to help us stand united as she did.”

Biden also repeated his false claim that Trump called the neo-Nazis “fine people” in the aftermath of Heyer’s murder — a lie that has become known as the Charlottesville “fine people hoax.”

In fact, Trump said that the neo-Nazis and other violent extremists should be “condemned totally.” But Biden, the Democrats, and the media have blamed Trump for inciting hatred and violence nationwide based on the fact that he simply acknowledged some of the protesters on both sides were peaceful.

How, then, to judge Biden for his remarks in advance of Ellingson’s murder, in which he described a “continued battle” for the nation’s very “soul” against “MAGA Republicans” who “represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic”?

Trump did not wait to speak out against Heyer’s murder: he did so on the day it happened, and two days after that, and three days after that, when he called it an act of “terrorism” in the same press conference as the “very fine people” remark.

Biden has said nothing about Ellingson’s murder, nor has he been asked to do so, even though his rhetoric was echoed by the driver who killed the young man over a political argument. The alleged murderer “told State Radio that the pedestrian was part of a Republican extremist group and that he was afraid they were ‘coming to get him.'” Allowing for the man’s drunken state, and possible mental illness, it is hard to avoid the fact that his words and sense of alarm reflected Biden’s own rhetoric.

In the days leading up to Biden’s Philadelphia speech, after he told Democrat donors that Trump supporters were “semi-fascist,” the Biden White House refused to distinguish between “extremist MAGA Republicans” and ordinary GOP voters, because they were “supporting an authoritarian figure.” There is a more of a direct connection between Biden’s words and Ellingson’s murder than there ever was with Trump and Heyer’s, yet the media have not, and will not, hold Biden to blame.

Sanctuary County: Three-Time Deported Illegal Alien Arrested for Possibly 21 Sexual Assaults

An illegal alien, deported three times from the United States, has been arrested in the sanctuary county of Fairfax County, Virginia, for possibly 21 sexual assaults, police reveal.

Juan Rodriguez Alfaro, a 42-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested last week on charges that he carried out multiple sexual assaults on women and girls on a nature trail in Fairfax County.

Police said Alfaro is possibly linked to at least 21 sexual assaults in the area and in some cases, they said he was naked. Before his arrest, in a separate 2021 case, Alfaro was wanted for attempted rape and sexual assault in Suffolk County, New York — another sanctuary jurisdiction.

In that case, Suffolk County police said Alfaro attacked a woman who was jogging and attempted to rape her. Alfaro was allegedly wearing only a tank top at the time.

At the time of the alleged sexual assault in New York, Alfaro had been deported from the U.S. three times, according to officials at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

Like New York state, Fairfax County has sanctuary policies on the books that prevent local law enforcement from turning criminal illegal aliens over to ICE agents for arrest and deportation.

Alfaro remains in police custody in Fairfax County. ICE officials have filed a detainer to request that Alfaro be turned over to their custody if he is released at any time. Fairfax County officials, as a result of their sanctuary policies, are likely to deny the request.

An Illegal Immigrant Tried To Kill His Ex While Out on Bail. This Soft-on-Crime Candidate Voted To Let It Happen Again.

North Carolina state lawmaker Wiley Nickel opposed bill to keep illegal immigrant criminals behind bars

In May 2019, an illegal immigrant in North Carolina tried to kill his ex-girlfriend just days after his release from prison. A month later, Democratic congressional hopeful Wiley Nickel opposed a bill that would have prevented the ordeal from happening again.

As a North Carolina state lawmaker, Nickel roughly three years ago voted against House Bill 370, which required sheriffs in the state to comply with Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers issued against illegal immigrants. Those detainers help ICE take custody of illegal immigrants when they're arrested on local charges and subsequently released on bail. Just one month before Nickel's vote, a self-described "progressive" sheriff's refusal to honor an ICE detainer prompted a violent rampage.

On May 15, 2019, police arrested 37-year-old Honduran national Luis Analberto Pineda-Anchecta—who was deported from the United States in 2006 but reentered the country illegally—after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend. One day later, ICE placed a detainer on him, which, if honored, would have kept the illegal immigrant criminal in custody. But progressive Mecklenburg County sheriff Garry McFadden ignored that detainer, and Pineda-Anchecta was free to roam the streets following his release on bond on May 17, 2019. Four days later, Pineda-Anchecta kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, tied a rope around her head to keep her quiet, told her he intended to kill her, and took her to a secluded, wooded area near a highway. The victim escaped, and Pineda-Anchecta was later sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Three years after the incident, Nickel is running to replace outgoing Republican congressman Ted Budd in North Carolina's 13th Congressional District. Nickel says he's running in part to "support law enforcement" and make sure "everyone feels welcome and safe in our communities." For the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association, however, Nickel's vote on House Bill 370 did just the opposite—the association supported the bill with "high priority," arguing that it provided "an appropriate and careful balance under the Constitution for the rights of the accused and for the public safety of our communities."

Nickel did not return a request for comment. His decision to vote against the sheriffs' association-backed bill could become a flash point in his race against Republican Bo Hines, who has called to "enforce our laws, deport all criminal aliens, and save Americans from dying."

Nickel first entered the political arena in 2006, when he ran for state Senate in his native California. Nickel lost to Republican incumbent Jeff Denham by approximately 20 points, despite funneling thousands of dollars of his own money into the race and running in a district that "was carved out specifically to elect a Democrat." Nickel's own family donated to Denham's campaign before Nickel entered the race.

Nickel went on to work for Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign before he launched another state Senate run in 2018, this time in North Carolina. He went on to serve two terms as a state legislator before announcing his 13th district congressional bid after Budd vacated his seat to run for U.S. Senate. North Carolina's redistricting process made the district considerably less red, prompting the Democratic Congressional Committee to add Nickel to its "competitive ‘Red to Blue' program."

Nickel will square off against Hines in November. Both candidates have raised roughly $1.7 million as of June 30.

Ernst: VP Harris Saying Border Secure ‘Laughable’ — Biden Administration ‘Ignoring’ Crisis

1:21

Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) said Tuesday on FNC’s “The Faulkner Focus” that it was “laughable” that Vice President Kamala Harris said that the U.S.-Mexico border was “secure,” but our immigration system is broken.

Ernst said, “I’m dumbfounded that we have an administration that is ignoring the humanitarian crisis and the risk that poses to all communities across the United States as they allow those illegal immigrants to cross over the southern border and release them into the interior.”

She continued, “We know that there are folks on the terrorist watch list that have been apprehended. How many of them got away? These are concerns that we have with the Fentanyl crisis, with human trafficking, with, of course, weapons trafficking. All of this is extremely concerning to everyday Americans as they see crime rise across the United States.”

Anchor Harris Faulkner asked, “The vice president says the border is secure. Ten seconds what is your rebuttal?”

Ernst said, “Laughable. I wish the vice president would actually go to the border and speak with the CBP agents, the National Guard and Texas law enforcement to find out what’s really going on.”

Report: Man Accused of Beheading Woman Is an Illegal Alien Previously Convicted of Child Rape

A man accused of beheading a woman in broad daylight in San Carlos, California, last week is an illegal alien who overstayed his tourist visa years ago, a local report states.

Jose Rafael Solano Landaeta, 33, was arrested and charged after San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said he beheaded his ex-girlfriend, 27-year-old Karina Castro outside her apartment building.

Police said Landaeta decapitated Castro with a Samurai sword. Castro was the mother of two young daughters — a seven-year-old and a one-year-old. Castro’s family has started a GoFundMe for her two daughters.

According to the San Mateo Observer, Landaeta is an illegal alien who has been living in the United States for years, with a criminal record, without having been deported:

Immigration sources confirm that Jose Solano Landaeta, the suspect who beheaded a 27 year old mother of two in a San Carlos, CA neighborhood September 8th, was in the United States illegally. Jose Solano Landaeta, 33 from Venezuela, entered the country on a tourist visa about ten years ago, say ICE sources. He never left. [Emphasis added]

California enforces a strict sanctuary state law that prevents local law enforcement from turning criminal illegal aliens over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

Thousands of illegal aliens every week are said to be turned loose across California as a result.

Landaeta had a criminal record that included raping a girl younger than three years old and only served three years probation, according to the San Francisco Chronicle:

A review of court files in San Mateo County found one more prior serious case for Landaeta-Solano. In 2012, he was accused of rape with an unconscious person and was sentenced to a reduced charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a victim more than three years younger. He served three years on probation and successfully completed required programming, after which the charge was expunged. [Emphasis added]

Castro’s family described Landaeta as a “diagnosed schizophrenic on meds” who “would use that as an excuse for his behavior. He drank excessively and you’re not supposed to do that on those kind of medications.”

Landaeta remains in San Mateo Jail without bail.

San Diego: Fentanyl Seizures Up 323%, Overdose Deaths Up 2,375%

(CNS News) -- San Diego and Imperial County comprise the epicenter of fentanyl drug trafficking in the United States, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ), which reported that seizures of fentanyl in San Diego were up 323% in FY2019-FY2021 and that fentanyl overdose deaths increased 2,375% in San Diego County between 2016 and 2021.

“A decade ago, we didn’t even know about fentanyl, and now it’s a national crisis,” said U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California Randy Grossman. “The amount of fentanyl we are seizing at the border is staggering. The number of fentanyl seizures and fentanyl-related deaths in our district are unprecedented.”

More fentanyl is seized in San Diego and Imperial County than in any of the 300-plus ports of entry into the U.S., said Grossman's office in a press release.

In the firsts nine months of FY2022 (October 2021-June 2022) Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) captured 5,091 pounds of fentanyl. That "amounts to about 60 percent of the 8,425 pounds of fentanyl seized around the entire country," said the DOJ.

According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, "Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is 50 times more potent than heroin and 100 times more potent than morphine.  Just two milligrams of fentanyl, which is equal to 10-15 grains of table salt, is considered a lethal dose.  Without laboratory testing, there is no way to know how much fentanyl is concentrated in a pill or powder."

In San Diego, the CBP said fentanyl seizures went up 323% in the last three years, "from just 1,599 pounds in FY 2019 to 6,767 in FY 2021."

In addition, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office said that "fentanyl-related overdose deaths have increased 2,375 percent in San Diego County, from 33 in 2016 to at least 817 in 2021," according to the DOJ.

The DOJ also reported that Mexican drug cartels are heavily involved in fentanyl manufacturing and trafficking in the U.S., and that much of the precursor chemicals needed to make fentanyl come from Communist China.

(Screenshot, Facebook, 2017)
(Screenshot, Facebook, 2017)

“Fentanyl is an extremely dangerous narcotic that kills indiscriminately,” said HSI San Diego Special Agent in Charge Chad Plantz. “Fentanyl is not the type of drug you experiment with, and it is only a matter of time before drug users consume a fatal dose. This deadly drug does not discriminate nor do the transnational criminal organizations (TCO) who smuggle this dangerous drug."

These organizations "have no regard for the lives taken and the violence created by this illegal enterprise," said Plantz. "We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners and prioritize investigations targeting the drug cartels who are smuggling fentanyl into the United States and bring to justice any organization or individuals who seek to profit off the sale of this dangerous narcotic.”

Grossman's office explained that its is focused on prosecution of the criminals trafficking in fentanyl and prevention for the people tempted to partake in drug use.

“We continue to work with our law enforcement partners to pursue justice for the victims who die as a result of fentanyl trafficking and to prosecute the people responsible for this crisis," said Grossman, "from the Mexican drug cartel leadership, to the couriers, to the street dealers who distribute the fatal doses."

He added that in the Southern District of California over the last five years there has been a 1,600% increase in prosecutions of people engaged in fentanyl-related crimes.

Heroin is not produced in the United States. Every gram of heroin present in the United States provides unequivocal evidence of a failure of border security because every gram of heroin was smuggled into the United States. Indeed, this is precisely a point that Attorney General Jeff Sessions made during his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on October 18, 2017 when he again raised the need to secure the U.S./Mexican border to protect American lives.”

                                                                                           Michael Cutler …..FrontPageMag.com

From April 2020 to April 2021, more than 100,000 Americans died from drug overdoses, according to data from the National Center for Health Statistics. An overwhelming majority of those deaths came from opioids, and fentanyl smuggling has surged at the southern border since the start of Joe Biden's presidency.Joseph Simonson and Collin Anderson

“Joe Biden is great on immigration. I guess depends on your perspective. If you’re a human trafficker, or drug dealer, you’d give him an A-plus, but theAmerican people would give him an F. The crisis at our border was not only entirely predictable, it was predicted. I predicted that if you campaign all year long on open borders, amnesty, and health care for illegals, you’re going to get more migrants at the border. That’s what’s happened since the election.”

                                                      SEN. TOM COTTON

Likewise, the Biden-Harris plan for national immigration policy — which seeks to drive up legal and illegal immigration levels to their highest levels in decades — offers a flooded labor market with low wages for U.S. workers and increased bargaining power for big business that has long been supported by Wall Street.                                                                      JOHN BINDER
