1) U.S. Banks Flagged Over 150 Suspicious Financial Transactions from Biden Family
In April, U.S. banks flagged over 150 suspicious financial transactions from Hunter and James Biden, according to CBS News. The wire transfers included “large” amounts of money tripped for further review by American banks.
Wire transfers have been the tool of choice for money launderers. To mitigate the risks to the financial institutions, suspicious wire transfers over $10,000 are flagged for review. Wire transactions involving more than $10,000 are also to be reported to the Internal Revenue Service.
“The focus is on day one are those bank violations and those bank records,” Rep. James Comer (R-KY) told Breitbart News. “We are pretty confident in what we’re going to find in those. We have two bank violations. We have some bank statements in hand, and we believe that suspicious activity reports, which are bank violations when the bank notifies the federal government that we’re pretty confident that our client has committed a crime, Hunter Biden and Jim Biden have at least 150 of those. And I’ve said this before, and I come from a strong banking background, I don’t think there’s anyone in the history of the United States that’s had that many suspicious activity reports.”
Comer on Biden Case: We Want Bank Records, Suspicious Activity Reports, Tax Records
(CNSNews.com) - House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer said he'll follow the Biden family money trail as part of the investigation into classified documents found at Joe Biden's Wilmington home where Hunter Biden lived for a few years.
As The Washington Free Beacon reported: "According to government documents stored on his personal computer, Hunter Biden lived in 2018 and 2019 at the Wilmington, Del., home where his father had classified materials stored in the garage. It is unclear precisely when the documents were put in the garage or when Hunter Biden began living at the residence, but in May 2018 the president's scandal-plagued son was issued a Delaware driver's license listing his father’s home as his primary residence."
Other reports say Hunter Biden paid almost $50,000 a month to live at his father's house.
"That doesn't make sense," Rep. Comer told Fox News's Sean Hannity Tuesday night: He was commenting on reports of the exorbitant rent.
"We're looking into that. That's one reason we've requested bank documents, bank records. We're looking into the Suspicious Activity Reports. We're going to be looking at tax records just like the House ways and means committee did on the former President Trump.
"We're going to continue to look into this and all other areas of revenue from Joe Biden and from the Biden family.
"Look, you said it great in your monologue, Sean, that this family's been involved in influence peddling for a decade. And they received millions of dollars from anonymous sources in China. That's very concerning. We know that for a fact.
"Now the question is, how much of that trickled down to Joe Biden? And That's a major part of our investigation.
“Once we get these bank records and bank documents, we'll start holding our public hearings. And I think the American people will learn a lot about what influence peddling is and how much involved Joe Biden was with the family influence peddling schemes."
Comer said his committee also is looking into Hunter Biden's connection to a Chinese spy named Jackie Bao, who worked for the Chinese Communist Party before moving back to the United States, where -- "lo and behold, she started working for Hunter Biden," Comer said.
This past October, Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson shared with the Delaware U.S. Attorney's Office 220 financial records they obtained as part of their investigation into the Biden family's "foreign business entanglements," as they described it.
"Today, in light of your and DOJ’s failure to respond to our legitimate congressional oversight requests and as part of our ongoing congressional investigation, we are transmitting to you over two hundred pages of records relating to the Biden family’s connections to the Chinese regime and persons connected to its military and intelligence elements,” Grassley and Johnson wrote in a letter to U.S. Attorney David Weiss.
“If you are conducting a full and complete investigation, you should already possess these records. In the case that you are not and do not possess these records, we suggest that you review them in detail,” their letter continued.
The letter was accompanied by 220 pages of bank records and contracts obtained by the senators. Their letter summarized key elements of the Biden family’s engagements with individuals linked to the Chinese communist party and Chinese intelligence services, and the financial transactions that followed.
Comer: Hunter Biden Lived at Joe Biden's House and 'Paid for a Lot of Living Expenses'
(CNSNews.com) - Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, says Hunter Biden lived at the Delaware house his father calls home for "at least two years."
This is the same house in the Wilmington, Delaware area where classified documents were found stored in a garage and in Joe Biden's library.
Not only did Hunter live with his father: "We know Hunter Biden paid for a lot of living expenses at Joe Biden's house, which -- that in itself is a problem that Joe Biden's going to have to answer to in the future," Comer told Fox News Monday night.
Comer isn't the only one who's concerned about Hunter Biden's potential access to top secret documents found at the Wilmington house. On Sunday, John Ratcliffe, the former director of national intelligence under President Donald Trump, noted that "we don't even know" all the places the classified documents may have been in the six years that Joe Biden kept them in unsecured locations:
"And we also know one of the places they went was either owned or rented by a drug addict by the name of Hunter Biden, whose associates during part of this period of time included prostitutes, Ukrainian oligarchs and business associates from communist China," Ratcliffe told "Sunday Morning Futures."
Comer on Monday called Hunter Biden "a national security risk."
"We know that Hunter Biden had business associates that worked for the CCP [Chinese Communist Party]; we know that he had a business associate that was considered the head spymaster for the CCP; we know that, as Ratcliffe said, he was involved with some less than stellar people from Ukraine, from Russia, and, you know, we believe that Hunter Biden is a national security risk," Comer said.
"So to know that they were just, you know, these documents were laying around the house, in the garage, in the living room, I don't know if they checked the glove compartment or not in that Corvette but I hope they do.
"I mean, this is very concerning, and this is another reason why the Republican leadership should have already been briefed on the severity of what those documents were that were in possession at the Biden house."
Comer said the only reason we even know about the classified documents found at Biden's Wilmington-area home is because a CBS reporter found out about it:
"The White House was never going to tell us about this," Comer said. "This was going to be another one of many cover-ups with Joe Biden," he added.
According to a January 13, 2023 report in The New York Post:
"Disgraced first son Hunter Biden lived off and on at the Delaware home where classified documents from Joe Biden’s time as vice president were found last month — giving him unrestricted access to America’s secrets while he was addicted to drugs, hammering out shady foreign business deals and under federal investigation.
"The now-52-year-old began listing the Wilmington home as his address following his 2017 divorce from ex-wife Kathleen Buhle — even falsely claiming he owned the property on a July 2018 background check form as part of a rental application.
"Hunter also listed the home as the billing address for his personal credit card and Apple account in 2018 and 2019, respectively, Fox News Digital reported Friday after reviewing emails from his abandoned laptop."
The New York Post reported in April 2022 that "Hunter Biden frequently covered family expenses." According to that report:
"Hunter Biden’s access to lucrative financial opportunities also came with expectations — including kicking back as much as 50% of his earnings to his dad, text messages on his old laptop show.
“'I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,' Hunter Biden groused to daughter Naomi in January 2019. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.' Pop is Joe Biden.
"The laptop — infamously abandoned at a Delaware repair shop in April 2019 — does not contain any direct evidence of such money transfers, but does show that Hunter was routinely on the hook for his father’s household expenses while Joe Biden was vice president...."
Did Chinese Money Influence Biden Policies? Rep. Comer Requesting Documents From U-Penn
(CNSNews.com) - Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chair of the House Oversight Committee, said on Thursday night he wants to follow the trail of anonymous Chinese money to the Biden family, and the possible influence China's Communist Party may have had on Biden policies.
For example, in February 2022, the Biden administration ended the Trump-era China Initiative, established by the Justice Department in 2018 to counter national security threats from the People's Republic of China.
"So we're sending a letter to Penn, requesting documents related to the Chinese donations," Comer told investigative reporter John Solomon Thursday night:
"We want the list of the individuals involved, whoever was involved in soliciting donations from China -- we want all communications, because I think this is very important. This is another aspect of the potential for this family to be compromised.
"Look at the pattern here, from China. Anonymous donations to the Biden Center for diplomacy, which paid Joe Biden a salary; anonymous donors into Hunter Biden's shady LLC from China; anonymous purchasers of art from China at Hunter's new art gallery in New York City: There is a pattern here of massive amounts of money flowing into Biden interests. And this is why we're investigating this family.
"And I think what's happened in the last 48 hours with the mainstream media -- they see the legitimacy of this investigation. And I think we've got a lot of momentum now and a lot of purpose behind what we're doing, and hopefully, we'll be able to get some answers very soon."
Penn -- the University of Pennsylvania -- established the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., providing Biden with office space after he served as vice president.
Penn reportedly received millions of dollars in donations from China, among other sources, to establish the Penn Biden think tank -- where some classified material was found in Biden's office last November.
Threats from China
Looking back one year to February 2022, Assistant Attorney General Matthew Olsen explained the threat from China, even as he announced the end of the DOJ's China Initiative:
"I’ll give you a few examples of what the PRC government is doing," Olsen said in a speech at George Mason University in Virginia:
"First, it has targeted U.S. citizens with connections to the intelligence community to obtain valuable government and military secrets. In recent years, we have prosecuted four espionage cases involving the PRC, reflecting a concerted effort to steal our most sensitive information.
"Second, the government of China has also used espionage tools and tactics against U.S. companies and American workers to steal critical and emerging technologies. Agents of the PRC government have been caught stealing everything from cutting-edge semiconductor technology to actual seeds that had been developed for pharmaceutical uses after years of research and the investment of millions of dollars.
"Third, the PRC government has used malicious and unlawful cyber campaigns to pursue technological advancement and profit. The PRC reaps the benefits of these criminal activities, while the victims, including governments, businesses and critical infrastructure operators, lose billions of dollars in intellectual property, proprietary information, ransom payments and mitigation efforts.
"Finally, China’s government has gone to great lengths to silence dissent. It has intimidated journalists and employed a variety of means to attempt to censor and punish U.S. citizens, residents, and companies for exercising their rights to free expression. I mentioned earlier Operation Fox Hunt — the PRC’s illegal effort to coerce the return of certain Chinese dissidents to China — which is just one example."
Then Olsen explained why DOJ was scrapping the China Initiative:
"We have heard concerns from the civil rights community that the 'China Initiative' fueled a narrative of intolerance and bias. To many, that narrative suggests that the Justice Department treats people from China or of Chinese descent differently. The rise in anti-Asian hate crime and hate incidents only heightens these concerns...
"There are also increasing concerns from the academic and scientific community about the department’s pursuit of certain research grant fraud cases. We have heard that these prosecutions — and the public narrative they create — can lead to a chilling atmosphere for scientists and scholars that damages the scientific enterprise in this country.
"Safeguarding the integrity and transparency of research institutions is a matter of national security. But so is ensuring that we continue to attract the best and the brightest researchers and scholars to our country from all around the world — and that we all continue to honor our tradition of academic openness and collaboration.
"In light of these concerns, we began a review soon after I took office...While I remain focused on the evolving, significant threat that the government of China poses, I have concluded that this initiative is not the right approach. Instead, the current threat landscape demands a broader approach.
"I want to emphasize my belief that the department’s actions have been driven by genuine national security concerns. But by grouping cases under the China Initiative rubric, we helped give rise to a harmful perception that the department applies a lower standard to investigate and prosecute criminal conduct related to that country or that we in some way view people with racial, ethnic or familial ties to China differently..."
Olsen said the DOJ's National Security Division would be "relentless in defending our country from China," but instead of calling it the China Initiative, DOJ would lump China in with other hostile nations, through a so-called "Strategy for Countering Nation-State Threats."
Joe Biden Vows to Veto Bill to Abolish the IRS
President Joe Biden ridiculed the Republican Party on Monday for proposing a bill that would end the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and income taxes.
“They’re fiscally demented, I think,” he said, referring to Republicans.
The president spoke about Republican economic proposals during a breakfast speech for Martin Luther King Jr. Day hosted by Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.
Biden raised concerns about the Republican plan that would end the IRS and income taxes in favor of what is called the “Fair Tax” which would create a National Sales Tax administered by the states.
“They want to raise taxes on the middle class by taxing thousands of everyday items from groceries, gasoline, clothing, and cutting taxes for the wealthiest, because they want to supplant the money lost from taxes on the millionaires and billionaires with a sales tax on virtually everything in the country,” he said.
The Fair Tax Act was introduced by Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) who pitched it as a way to ease the tax burden on Americans.
“Instead of adding 87,000 new agents to weaponize the IRS against small business owners and middle America, this bill will eliminate the need for the department entirely by simplifying the tax code with provisions that work for the American people and encourage growth and innovation,” Carter said in a statement.
Even if the bill passed the House, it would not pass in the Democrat-led Senate.
Biden argued that the IRS needed the additional agents to help hold millionaires and billionaires accountable.
“You know, all these new IRS agents we have is because they fired a lot of them, and a lot are retiring,” he said.
He vowed to veto any of the Republican proposals to cut funding to the IRS or end the IRS.
“Let me be clear: If any of these bills happen to reach my desk, I will veto them,” he said. “Any of them.”
DID OBOMB USE THE I.R.S AGAINST THIS POLITICAL ENEMIES?
Bombshell report alleges Biden family had 150+ suspicious bank activity flags

After studying the documents on the Hunter Biden laptop, former
criminal prosecutor and New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani
concluded that: “What Hunter Biden is, is a bagman… I’ve
prosecuted many cases like this. He’s collecting Joe’s bribes that com
e to about $12 million from Ukraine and $3.5 million from Russia. Bu
t the big money comes from China. And the amount of money
involved is in the tens of millions of dollars.” Today, there is
documented proof that that the Biden family has received at least $31
million from entities controlled by the CCP, with greater Chinese
payoffs yet to come.
Rudy Giuliani sums up what ultimate elite capture looks like, stating: “The Biden Family is owned by the Chinese Communist Party.”
