HOW MUCH OF CRIME IN AMERICA IS BLACK?
With these vicious influences within the Black community (socialism, Islam, and the BHI), it’s not surprising that physical attacks against Jews tend to come from Blacks. ANDREA WIDBURG
As the crime wave sweeps across President Joe Biden’s (D) America, citizens are “more likely now than at any time over the past five decades to say there is more crime in their local area than there was a year ago,” Gallup reported in October.

VIDEO: NYC Man Pleads Guilty in Fatal Beating of Elderly Chinese Immigrant
2:41A New York City man accused in the fatal beating of a Chinese immigrant has pleaded guilty and may spend the next 22 years in prison.
Fifty-one-year-old Jarrod Powell pleaded guilty to a hate crime manslaughter charge in the death of 61-year-old Yao Pan Ma that happened in 2021, Fox News reported Thursday.
“Jarrod Powell attacked Mr. Ma because of his race and is now being held accountable. My thoughts are with Mr. Ma’s family and friends as they continue to mourn this loss,” Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said in a press release.
On April 23, 2021 in East Harlem, the victim was collecting cans when he was shoved to the ground and kicked in the head, the Fox report continued.
Surveillance footage shows what happened and police escorting Powell, who was homeless and had previously been in prison, out of the 25th police precinct station following the incident:
Powell has been accused of stomping on the man’s head multiple times, and his injuries later put him into a coma.
Per the district attorney’s news release:
An MTA bus driver, who was stopped at a traffic light and witnessed the attack, flagged down a nearby ambulance. FDNY EMTs found Mr. Ma and transported him to Harlem Hospital, where he was treated for facial fractures and bleeding on the brain. As a result of the attack, Mr. Ma sustained a traumatic brain injury and was placed on life support. POWELL evaded authorities for four days until he was identified through video surveillance and apprehended by the NYPD on April 27, 2021.
Powell later claimed he had been attacked by two Asian men the day before the attack on Ma. However, he did not report the alleged robbery.
“Mr. Ma remained hospitalized in a vegetative state until he died from his injuries on December 31, 2021. As admitted in his plea to this hate crime, POWELL targeted Mr. Ma because he was Asian,” the district attorney’s press release noted.
In January 2022, community members gathered to remember Ma at a vigil:
Powell’s sentencing is scheduled for March 9 and “Bragg’s office currently has 44 open cases related to anti-Asian hate crimes,” the Fox report said.
In November 2021, billionaire Democrat mega-donor George Soros scored another local district attorney’s office when Bragg (D) won, according to Breitbart News.
“In June, Bragg was linked to Soros after it was revealed that the far-left Color of Change PAC which endorsed his candidacy was receiving millions from the billionaire investor,” the outlet said.

Alabama Basketball Player Darius Miles Charged with Murder
1:48 Alabama forward Darius Miles and another man have been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a 23-year-old woman near the university campus in Tuscaloosa Sunday morning.
Miles, who has been officially removed from the basketball team, was taken into custody and booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail at 6:45 ET, according to ESPN. The shooting occurred in an area known as The Strip, near university boulevard. The victim, Jamea Harris, is from the Birmingham area.
Tuscaloosa Police Captain Jack Kennedy said that the cause of the incident appeared to be a “minor altercation.”
“At this time, it appears that the only motive was a minor altercation that these individuals had with the victim as they were out on the Strip,” Kennedy said at a news conference.
Kennedy said, “…the driver of another vehicle, in which Harris was a passenger, approached campus police near Bryant-Denny Stadium at about 1:45 a.m. saying that someone had shot into the vehicle, and he fired back. One of the suspects was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital, and Kennedy declined to disclose who fired the gun or who was hurt.
“Neither the driver of the other vehicle nor Harris nor Davis appeared to be affiliated with the university.”
The University of Alabama issued a statement in response to the shooting.
“The University of Alabama’s utmost priority is the safety and well-being of the campus community,” the statement read. “We are grieved by the incident that occurred near campus last night and extend our deepest condolences to the victim’s family and friends.”

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee Introduces Bill Criminalizing ‘Conspiracy to Commit White Supremacy,’ Criticism of Non-White People
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) introduced a House Bill criminalizing “conspiracy to commit white supremacy,” which includes criticism of non-white people which influences an individual to commit a hate crime.
The legislation, H.R.61 “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023,” introduced last Monday by Democratic congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas, seeks to “prevent and prosecute white supremacy inspired hate crime and conspiracy to commit white supremacy inspired hate crime.”
The congressional bill, which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, states that someone engages in a white supremacy inspired hate crime “when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime.”
Accordingly, “conspiracy” to engage in white supremacy inspired hate crime entails the publishing of material “advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on ‘replacement theory’, or hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-White person or group.”
It also calls for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to gain “authority to conduct operations and activities pursuant” to what it deems “necessary and appropriate to interdict, mitigate, or prevent such action from culminating in violent activity.”
The bill would grant the department authority to “prosecute” persons engaged in such actions, with “records of white supremacy inspired hate crimes” maintained and annual reports provided.
In response, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) accused Democrats of “making a mockery of the First Amendment.”
“In case you weren’t aware of what the Democrats were prioritizing in the 118th Congress, just take a look,” she wrote. “When they’re not bankrupting our country, they’re busy making a mockery of the First Amendment.”
“Who wants to tell her about the First Amendment?” asked conservative attorney Harmeet Dhillon.
“Congressman Sheila Jackson Lee just introduced a bill that would make it a federal crime for White people, and White people only, to criticize mass immigration or to say anything that she claims would vilify ‘a non-White person or group,’” wrote one Twitter user.
“Sheila Jackson Lee should be introduced to the Bill of Rights. Particularly the first amendment pertaining to free speech,” another wrote.
“This is a disturbing, yet not surprising, piece of #AntiWhite legislation,” yet another user wrote.
Previously, Jackson Lee has argued that institutional and systemic racism “taints and spoils” the way America treats minorities, adding that there are “aspects of America’s laws, America’s structure as relates to the black community in particular and other communities that is racist.”
