BIDENOMICS - JOE BIDEN DESTROYS THE AMERICAN ECONOMY ALMOST AS FAST AS HE DESTROYED U.S. BORDER

It's Not Just A Car Loan Crisis: This Is A Perfect Storm!

What happens in the U.S. auto sector is usually seen by economists and financial advisers as a presage to what will happen in the U.S. economy, and we have to admit that conditions are getting critical right now. Several key datasets are pointing to an ominous inflection point and a crushing auto loan crisis as consumers can’t afford their car payments and the rate of repossessions continues to rise. Experts say this is also an indication that a full-blown recession is near, and that U.S. drivers should brace for a turbulent 2023, with interest rates expected to soar even higher and souring credit conditions at major lending institutions. Americans are using unprecedented amounts of debt to fund record car prices. Numbers released in December showed a dramatic spike in the number of new car loans, with the average loan increasing by more than $2,000 in a single quarter, from just over $38,000 (a record), to $40,155 (a new record). Evidently, the reason why new car loans have hit record highs is simply that new car prices have also soared to all-time highs. But the discussion of whether record new car prices are the result of easy record credit, or whether record new car loans are simply following the explosive surge in car prices, seems irrelevant at this point. Instead, let’s focus on something even more alarming: the massive surge in the average interest rate on new 60-month auto loans. According to Bankrate, as of January 27, the rate was just over 6.67%, almost doubling since the start of 2022, and the highest in 12 years. “It is this surge in nominal auto debt as well as the unprecedented spike in new auto loan rates, that we believe has finally pushed the US car sector to the infamous Wile Coyote point of no return,” wrote financial analysts with ZeroHedge. Less than a month ago, citing an NBC report, the analysts noted that a soaring number of consumers were falling behind on their car payments. “A trend which will only accelerate in 2023 -- in a sign of the strain soaring car prices and prolonged inflation are having on household budgets,” they wrote. And it looks like their predictions are spot on. Things have escalated so quickly that today, more Americans are falling behind on their car payments than during the financial crisis, Fitch reports. This month, the percentage of subprime auto borrowers who were at least 60 days late on their bills rose to 5.67%, up from a seven-year low of 2.58% in April 2021. That compares to 5.04% in January 2009, the peak during the Great Recession. Consequently, the number of car repossessions is rapidly climbing all over the nation. Auto auction company Manheim reveals that the rate of repossessed cars increased 11% in 2022 compared to the prior year, -- “it is still rising fast, and unless something major changes, it will soon overtake most recessionary benchmarks,” the analysts highlighted.  Moreover, credit conditions are souring at major lending institutions as banks brace for soaring delinquencies, defaults, and catastrophic writedowns. New loan originations have also collapsed, not only because of higher loan standards but because most Americans suddenly realize they can't afford monthly payments at the current rates. A tidal wave of delinquencies is on the horizon, and banking institutions are already preparing for the worst. The implosion of the U.S. auto sector is coming, and it is going to be spectacular. In Wake of Biden's Documents Scandal, Americans Say Biggest Problem in US Is Poor Leadership

Getty Images

Weeks after President Joe Biden's lawyers discovered classified documents at his University of Pennsylvania office and Delaware home, a new poll shows Americans are pointing to a new issue as the greatest problem facing the country: poor leadership.

A Gallup poll conducted from Jan. 2-22 found 21 percent of respondents said "the government/poor leadership" is the United States' most important problem, up from 15 percent in November and December. In the latest poll, poor leadership beat out inflation, the economy, and immigration as the top issue on Americans' minds.

The rise in concern about government and leadership comes as the Biden administration faces a scandal over the discovery of classified documents improperly stored at Biden's offices at the Penn Biden Center and in the garage at his Wilmington, Del., home, where Hunter Biden likely had access, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

A Rasmussen poll last week shows most Americans fault the president for mishandling the documents, with 72 percent of voters and a majority of Democrats calling it a scandal.

At least 25 classified documents have been found at the Penn Biden Center and Biden's home, and FBI officials are reportedly considering searching more properties linked to the president. Even as some Democrats have criticized Biden over the scandal, he has not taken responsibility for retaining classified information, saying he has "no regrets."

Joe Biden to End Title 42 Border Barrier on May 11

President Joe Biden’s deputies are on track to remove the loopholed Title 42 border barrier on May 11.

In practical terms, the Title 42 barrier is “almost meaningless” because it is being used to delay a declining share of the migrants that Biden’s officials are welcoming, said Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.

But the end of Title 42 on May 11 will create a PR crisis for Biden’s deputies — and GOP legislators — who are trying to hide the growing economic damage to voters from the unpopular bipartisan policy of mass migration, he said.

For example, the removal of the Title 42 barrier also removes the legal and political justification for Biden’s much-touted January deal with Mexico, he said.

Under that deal, Mexico’s President agreed to accept up to 30,000 migrants expelled by Title 42 each month. That Mexican cooperation helps Biden’s deputies to pressure many more job-seeking migrants into Biden’s hidden channels that were created to reduce the visible monthly reports about illegal migrant numbers.

Biden’s deputies “are relying on Title 42 expulsions for this ‘Mission Accomplished’ spiking-the-football [media] narrative about a [supposedly reduced inflow of]  Cubans, Nicaragua, Haitians, and  Venezuelans,” Krikorian said, adding:

Mexico is accepting the [30,000] back through Title 42 expulsions — [so] the [visible monthly] numbers … are going to be lower this month … But if Title 42 ends, then what are they going to do?  … What’s the plan here? It seems to me that’s the question that the reporters aren’t asking: “If [the January deal] is some wonderful new enforcement initiative that is solving the border problem, are they [migrants] just all going to start coming again after May 11?”

Those hidden channels include the “parole pipeline” which is being used to import roughly 600,000 wage-cutting, rent-spiking job seekers in 2023. The huge inflow is in addition to roughly one million legal immigrants, and roughly one million temporary workers that compete for jobs against the roughly 3.5 million young Americans who start work each year.

Biden’s deputies prefer to hide the southern flow because “they don’t want to stop the flow,” said Krikorian.

When Title 42 goes, Democrats will need to create a new stick that pushes migrants into the hidden pathways, he said:

The administration won’t have the legal authority to [expel migrants] … unless they just essentially restart Remain in Mexico and call it something different. There’s no provision in the law other than Title 42 for the kind of expulsions that they’re doing. I don’t know what that is going to be.

The impending loss of Title 42 also creates a problem for GOP legislators who want to ignore the pocketbook pain of migration on GOP voters, said Krikorian:

Essentially, what the President is doing is unilaterally increasing the annual level of immigration, and he has no right to do it. Even if the border is more orderly, and more of the people are coming in through this … [quasi-legal] parole pathway, the President is freelancing what amounts to maybe a 50 percent or 75 percent increase in total immigration — on his own, outside the law.

The legalistic argument [against that] isn’t going to sway people who are not super-engaged in public debate — but the effects of that increase is something that might be politically important.

Instead of just complaining about border illegality, he said:

Republicans also need to be talking about the downstream [economic and civic] consequences of letting in all of these [migrant] people … they need to make the case about why immigration should be limited in the first place .. why it’s bad for American employees, and bad for taxpayers.

“The Democrat mayors are helping the Republicans” by talking about the economic costs of migrants, Krikorian said.

“We are doing our job” to pay for the support of migrants, New York City’s Mayor, Eric Adams, said on January 30. But he said,  “We need the national government and Congress to do their job.”

“Take the mayors at their word,” Krikorian said.

For the moment, GOP leaders are sticking to the legal argument. For example, 20 GOP-led states have sued to block the parole pipeline — but without mentioning the economic damage to Americans’ jobs and rents.

The elite-directed inflow is delivering many poor workers, consumers, and renters into the U.S. jobs, housing, and schools needed by ordinary Americans.

FronterasDesk.com reported on January 26 about the success of Ilda Vasquez, a Guatemala who used claims of abuse by her husband to split her family and to get her two daughters into U.S. schools:

“He hit me many times, he even wanted to kill me. Here, he made a scar with a knife,” she said in Spanish, pointing to a crescent-shaped mark on [her] nose. She pulled down her face mask to show another deep purple scar where she said he burned her with a cigarette.

She’d hoped to ask for asylum in the U.S. and join her sister in Colorado. But like thousands of others, she was blocked because of Title 42.

But this month, she was able to get an exemption through CBP One [the parole pathway]. I reached her by phone in Colorado … “When the [approval] arrived, it was truly a relief, it was like a window,” she said. “Here I feel safer, because it is difficult for him to come here. In Mexico, we were very, very afraid.”

In Colorado, ‘Rent for Denver apartments increased more than 14% between 2021 and 2022, according to one survey… [and] suburban rents had jumped 25% on average,” the Denver Post reported on January 5.

The federal government has long operated an economic policy of Extraction Migration. This colonialism-like policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries and uses the imported workers, renters, and consumers to grow Wall Street and the economy.

The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.

The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because it allows elites to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.

A 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR). The 54 percent “Invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

Migrant Apprehensions Up 743 Percent in One U.S.-Canadian Border Sector in Freezing Weather

Swanton Sector Border Patrol officials report an increase in migrant apprehensions of nearly 743 percent in the first quarter of FY23 despite life-threatening weather conditions in the Canadian border region of Vermont and New York.

During the first three months of the new fiscal year, Swanton Sector agents apprehended 1,146 migrants who crossed the border from Canada into Vermont and New York, according to the CBP Nationwide Encounters report. This compares to 136 migrant apprehensions during the same period in FY22 — an increase of nearly 743 percent.

Swanton Sector agents apprehended more migrants during this period than during the entire FY22 reporting period, the CBP report reveals.

Since May 1, 2022, Swanton Sector agents experienced seven straight months of increases in apprehensions. Between May 1 and December 31, agents took 1,866 migrants into custody. This compares to the 2,004 migrants that were apprehended during FY20-22 combined.

“Combined apprehensions and encounters in Fiscal Year 2023 have already surpassed that of Fiscal Year 2022 and recent trends represent a sustained increase in illegal border crossings as we head into the harshest winter months,” Swanton Sector officials said in a written statement. “Swanton Sector’s terrain along the International Boundary with Canada includes rural and remote areas and ranges from mountains to lowland swamps. During the regional winter, which encompasses an extended season due to the sector’s geographic location and weather patterns, sustained sub-freezing temperatures subject both large and small bodies of water within our area of operations to freezing over.”

“Swanton Sector’s greatest concern in carrying out our mission of border security is the preservation of life—the lives of community residents we are sworn to protect, the lives of our Border Patrol Agents carrying out the mission day-in and day-out in the field, and the lives of the individuals, families, and children we are charged with apprehending as they attempt to circumvent legal processes for entry,” Swanton Sector Chief Patrol Agent Robert N. Garcia said in the statement. “Unfortunately, the transnational criminal organizations that stand to profit from the increased flow of human traffic care only about profits and have no concern for the welfare of those whose plight they seek to exploit for financial gain.”

Early in December, Swanton Sector agents working the border near North Troy, Vermont, rescued multiple migrant groups from freezing conditions, Breitbart Texas reported. One of the incidents involved a migrant family including small children.

Federal prosecutors are aggressively applying legal consequences to human smugglers working in this area.

As if the cost alone weren't enough to make the millions of illegal migrants brought in by Joe Biden's open borders unpopular here, the ingratitude and entitlement mentality of these illegals now seals the deal.                                      MONICA SHOWALTER

Dozens of migrants refuse to leave NYC hotel

Angel Rojas and Rafael Rojas, the Post reports, have been living rent-free at the Westin Hotel in Manhattan. A whistleblower recently called out Mayor Eric Adams’ (D) plan that gives lucrative city contracts to a number of hotels willing to house migrants arriving on buses.

So where does that migrant entitlement mentality come from in New York City?

As if the cost alone weren't enough to make the millions of illegal migrants brought in by Joe Biden's open borders unpopular here, the ingratitude and entitlement mentality of these illegals now seals the deal.

According to National Review:

More than 50 migrants camped outside the Watson Hotel in Manhattan in protest on Sunday night as the city sought to move the single male migrants to a new shelter at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal to make space for migrant families.

The new shelter holds as many as 1,000 single adult men and provides the same services the migrants had been receiving, city officials told the New York PostThe shelter is the fifth Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Center to open in the city since last year.

As for their demands, well, they let us know in this Twitter image below:

The translation is "Permanent Housing" followed by "Cancel Rent." Getty Images has an excellent collection of similar images worth a look here.

The New York Post noticed a funny resemblance in the migrants' demands and left-wing NGO sloganeerings.

Don’t blame the migrants, blame the lefty activists filling them with nonsense

There's no arguing with that.

But there's more to it than just leftists putting ideas into empty migrant heads. News reports say that many of the migrants refusing to move are Venezuelan, denizens of the country that was turned into a socialist dump by the late unlamented Hugo Chavez who really had a thing against private property, or paying at all for anything. The sign featured above has a small Colombian flag and that country has significant cultural crossover with Venezuela, as well as its own newly elected Chavista president, the loathesome leftist ex-guerrilla, friend, and imitator of Chavez, Gustavo Petro.

Odds are good that these migrants demanding as beggars to be choosers of what kind of "free" housing they expect to get were infused with that entitlement mentality from the day they were born, because entitlement to housing was pretty much all they ever heard about the topic from their socialist leaders in that free press-deprived hellhole.

Let's look at the tape:

In 2012, Venezuelanalysis, a Chavista press organ, ran this headline about Chavez's intentions:

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has made a commitment that every Venezuelan family must have a dignified home by 2019 “whatever it costs”.

Money, see, is no object. Sound like New York City, which has made similar promises to migrants, in its self-proclaimed obligation to shelter every illegal entrant at taxpayer expense?

More than 42,000 asylum seekers have arrived in New York City since last spring and we continue to surpass our moral obligations as we provide asylum seekers with shelter, food, health care, education, and a host of other services,” City Hall spokesperson Fabien Levy said in a statement.

Sort of. No wonder the migrants put two and two together and now call for free "permanent housing."

It gets worse.

Over in Venezuela, the locals have been infused with a "right" to housing from the Chavista government and its shills for many years. Here are a couple of whoppers from the pro-Chavez, Chavismo-aligned press to give you the flavor:

In Venezuela, the Right to Housing is Made Possible by the Revolution -Orinoco Tribune, 2019

The right to housing for working families is fully protected, in stark contrast to a past in which people were thrown out onto the street by capital with the complicity of the State. -Resumen LatinoAmerica and the Third World, 2021

As for Chavez himself, it gets worse still. Here's what Hugo encouraged in his quest to turn Venezuela into a socialist "sea of happiness" as he once put it:

Chávez tackles housing crisis by urging poor to squat wealthy parts of Caracas -The Guardian, 2011

Wearing red T-shirts from Hugo Chavez’ socialist party, and encouraged by the Venezuelan strongman himself, organized “squatters” seized 20 “unused” private properties in a suburb of Caracas in an attempt to keep angry slum dwellers from turning against him as the middle class is already doing.

“The fundamental goal of socialism is to satisfy human needs … the needs of all, equally, without privilege,” Chávez, who sent 1,600 troops to seize 47 private farms, told Venezuelans during one of his mandated national television broadcasts. -San Francisco Examiner, 2011

..and not just once, either:

Caracas Journal; The Squatters Have Their Day, Shaking Venezuela -New York Times, 1999

Might that call to squat from the authority in charge have influenced these Venezuelan migrants to squat at a Manhattan hotel? It certainly would be something they would be familiar with.

Here's a famous "fruit" of Chavez's famous call to squat:

The tallest slum in the world: Venezuelan skyscraper made famous by TV thriller Homeland has 45 floors, a helipad and large balconies with wonderful mountain views... but is home to squatters -Daily Mail, 2014

Predictably, Chavez blamed capitalism as justification for residents squatting on private property, and naturally, he refused to prosecute the squatters.

The Venezuelan government itself, which bills itself as Bolivarian socialist, features this pull-quote on its housing page from Hugo himself.

Via Google Translate:

"The housing problem has no solution in capitalism, here we are going to solve it with socialism, and more socialism, live by living, for that the Great Housing Mission Venezuela was born." Chavez, 2011.

So logically, the migrants' call for free housing is not just the words of activists in their mouths, but a call to socialism, the socialist paradise that somehow didn't happen in Venezuela. And yes, Hugo did build "free" government housing, or tried to, flinging it around like confetti.

Here's how that worked out, by one of Venezuela's greatest bloggers, Daniel, of Venezuela News & Views:

Image: By permission from Daniel

In 2007, Daniel wrote:

Because the fact of the matter is that the pent up demand for housing access, no matter how humble this one might be, is reaching dramatic proportions. And the government does not realize that no state controlled society has never been able to solve the problem. The only societies that have come close to solve it are those which are able to provide decent jobs at decent wages, something impossible in Venezuela today as the private sector is slowly squeezed to death. And even then, such societies report squatters taking over old abandoned buildings all the time. Even if these buildings are a heath hazard, such is the desperation. Venezuela does not escape this phenomena and in fact amplifies it greatly.

Traveling through Venezuela since 2004 shows a stupendous increase of "invasiones". An "invasión" is a group of people that get together and invade some large track of land and build shacks. The idea is to force the state to either expropriate the legal owner of the land to give it to the squatters, or to force the state to give them houses somewhere else to dislodge the land. The strategy is of course well worked out: the lands are ALWAYS close to major roads, and thus quite visible, quite the eyesores. Until 2004 some opposition governor still in office like Salas Feo or Lapi were able to stem such squats, but now that they have been replaced by "people loving" governors the situation has become catastrophic as these governors have no authority to stop such squatting organized from within chavismo itself. Below I am posting a montage I did of such an invasion in Carabobo, close from the very chavista town of Moron.

Which tells us a lot about what the ungrateful migrants demanding free permanent housing in New York have been steeped in. The government tells them free housing is a right, and tells them to seize that free housing as a matter of right, and the whole thing goes to hell in a handbasket.

That's what they heard for years growing up-- on television, on the radio, in the schools, in the streets, and that's what destroyed their country. Now, with this migrant-staged uprising, they are taking that learned lesson into the U.S. as a matter of 'right' and claiming the right to "permanent" housing on top of it.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams Begs Biden to ‘Fairly Distribute’ Illegal Immigration Across All U.S. Cities, Towns

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) is pleading with President Joe Biden to “fairly distribute” illegal immigration released into the United States across all cities and towns.

During a speech at the U.S. Conference of Mayors this week, Adams urged the Biden administration to take a series of actions that include amnesty for all illegal aliens living in the U.S., expedited work permits for border crossers, and an equal distribution program that would see newly arrived border crossers and illegal aliens sent to all cities and towns across the country.

“Today I am calling for a national response to the asylum seeker crisis, which includes six main points,” Adams said:

A dedicated point-person whose sole focus is overseeing and coordinating our national asylum seeker response, a decompression strategy at the border that establishes a plan for each migrant’s arrival — and creates a system to fairly distribute newcomers regionally, congressional funding for the Federal Emergency Management Agency to implement that strategy in the places of greatest need, expedited right to work options for asylum seekers who are allowed to enter the country, congressional legislation that provides a clear pathway to residency or citizenship for those who enter this country legally, and nationwide leadership that takes an all-hands-on-deck approach by bringing together nonprofits, the faith-based community, and the private sector, alongside state and local government to meet this challenge. [Emphasis added]

Adams’ plea to Biden to spread illegal immigration across all American cities and towns comes as more than 40,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived in the sanctuary city of New York City since the spring of 2022 — most of whom have been bused from Texas.

Also this week, Adams suggested that there is “no more room” in New York City for border crossers and illegal aliens, as the city’s homeless shelters are packed.

Rather than cracking down on illegal immigration, the Biden administration is creating new programs to bring even more migrants to the U.S.

Most recently, for instance, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched a mobile app where foreign nationals living in Mexico can schedule appointments to get released into the U.S. interior at the southern border.

Similarly, DHS announced a plan that blows open the doors to an even more expansive Catch and Release network at the border, where 360,000 more border crossers will be able to get into the U.S. interior by applying for humanitarian parole.

Already, Biden’s DHS is using a little-known parole program to mass-release hundreds of thousands of border crossers into the U.S. interior every month. At current estimates, the Biden administration has released 1.6 to two million border crossers into American communities since February 2021.

As Breitbart News reported, the latest projections estimate that Biden will set another illegal immigration record this year with 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens being apprehended. This figure does not include any of the known and unknown got-away illegal aliens who successfully made their way into the U.S. interior.

Given That Illegal Immigration Damages America, Why Does No One Stop It?

For ordinary Americans, watching the unending flow of illegal aliens into America leads to an inevitable question: Why is no one showing the political will to stop it? It turns out that more institutions and people than just the Democrat party benefit from that flood of humanity, drugs, and crime.

One of the big drivers of illegal immigration is the pernicious Chamber of Commerce, once a “Main Street” organization. Big Business in America needs workers. Illegal immigrants swell the worker pool, doing many of those supposed “jobs Americans won’t do.” You know, those in the construction industry, hotels, farming, etc. To the degree that Big Business can employ illegal immigrants at wages below those wages for legal American workers, illegal immigration is a winning issue for them.

Another pro-illegal institution is the Catholic Church. It not only solicits funds from parishioners but also generates hundreds of millions of dollars annually for supporting the illegal alien invasion.

The Chamber and the Vatican are only part of the cabal of businesses, NGOs, and government agencies that have built an ecosystem around the illegal immigrant trade. Illegal aliens are profitable for everyone but the American worker.

Somebody has to sell the cell phones the government is giving to illegals. Companies must facilitate the tens of billions of dollars illegal aliens send home yearly. Someone has to provide the gasoline for planes to fly immigrants around the country.

Schools get bigger budgets—to the tune of $59 billion. Hospitals earn almost $20 billion a year. Even hotels get into the mix, with one upscale Times Square hotel that has rooms going for $400 a night completely booked with illegal immigrants, some of whom spend their time beating their spouses, doing drugs, drinking, throwing out food, and having sex in the stairways.

Image: Illegal aliens entering the U.S. YouTube screen grab.

And of course, tens of thousands of bureaucrats across the country at all levels must be hired to deal with the onslaught. Their salaries must be paid for by the government, which means by taxpayers. Beyond all of that, we’re even paying $6 million a day to defense contractors to NOT build a wall on our southern border!

The amounts involved are simply staggering: well over $100 billion annually (or $200 billion, depending on who’s counting). In fact, that’s surely a severe undercount when considering those dollar figures don’t count the “enforcement“ of the border element of the equation. Every single year

There’s worse. While your money goes into the pockets of the illegal alien empowerment cabal, it’s only money. There are other, far more vicious costs.

One tragic cost was paid by the families of the 100,000 Americans who died last year from fentanyl overdoses. (It’s a drug that almost exclusively comes over the southern border.) Plus, there were many times that number of addicts who didn’t succumb but continued to wreak havoc in their homes and communities.

Then there are the tens of thousands of women and children who suffer from sex trafficking across the border. And there’s the price paid in life and treasure by the victims of illegal alien crime. And Democrats whined when Trump wanted to spend a few billion to build a wall…

Exactly how many illegal immigrants are in the country? Numbers are all over the map. In 2021, a DHS report estimated that the number of illegal aliens in 2018 was 11 million. Not surprisingly, that’s essentially the exact same number the government has been claiming for decades!

That 11 million, of course, is a lie. Also, in 2018, Yale and MIT estimated the number at 22 million and potentially as high as 29 million. Way back in 2005, Bear Sterns estimated the number was 20 million, with another 3 million coming in annually. If that assessment was accurate, then 18 years later, we’d have another 52 million illegals in the country for a total of 72 million!

The one thing we know is that the government has been telling us the number is 11 million since the 90s, so it’s obviously lying, for that is impossible. In just the last 22 months, 5.2 million people illegally crossed into the United States, and that doesn’t include the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, who eluded detection. The exact number of illegal aliens in our midst is impossible to know for certain, but the most likely number is 35 million or more.

Given that illegal aliens seem to make up almost 10% of our population, the question is again: Why doesn’t someone stop this invasion? The real answer is actually quite simple: Power.

The reason this is not stopped is that illegal aliens flock to large cities in Democrat strongholds. It’s not because they vote, although no doubt some of them do illegally. No, it’s all about numbers. We’ll start with the proportions reported by Pew Research in 2019 about where illegal aliens live. As the report parrots the government’s lie of 11 million, we’ll triple their stated numbers. Doing so gives us 33 million illegal aliens spread over all 50 states.

Importantly however, 80% of those 33 million are located in large metropolitan areas in just 15 states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, TX, VA & WA. That’s approximately 24 million people, with 14.5 living in Democrat states and 9.1 living in GOP states. The fact that they are people but not citizens is critical because Congressional representation is based on population, not citizens. The number of people each Congressional district represents is approximately 735,000.

Of the 15 states listed above, eight have majority Democrat Congressional delegations (CA, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA), four have majority Republican delegations (AZ, FL, GA, TX), and one (NC) is even. California, with its estimated 6.6 million illegal aliens, has between eight and nine more seats than it would without illegal aliens. New York, with its 2.1 million illegal aliens, has approximately three more Congressmen than it should, while Texas, with its 4.8 million illegal aliens, has six or seven extra congressmen. When you do the math, those 24 million illegal aliens living in those 15 states result in a net positive of six Congressional seats for Democrats.

If six seats don’t sound like much, think again. In four of the last 13 Congressional elections, had the minority party had just six more seats, it would have been the majority party. And with that majority comes power. As the government has accumulated more power, as Washington has increased its control over the everyday lives of the American people, and as the leviathan of the bureaucracy has grown, the value of each and every illegal alien increases.

Money and power. Probably not news, but there it is. Those are the driving forces behind the refusal to stop this invasion of illegals and, instead, to encourage it. It’s interesting too that the cabal who are abetting this invasion are the familiar faces pushing the policies behind much of the dystopian chaos that our biggest cities are suffering through today: Activist NGOs, big business, bureaucrats and, of course, the Democrat party.

Hiding their avarice behind the fig leaves of “compassion” and “empathy,” the members of this cabal increase their bank accounts and their power with little regard for the benefit or desires of the legal citizens of the United States. But the truth is, why should they? They are all but declaring war on the United States and the American people, yet—somehow—they keep “winning” elections. Who says insurrection doesn’t pay?

Migrants, Bused to NYC, Arrested for Allegedly Stealing $12.5K from Macy’s

Four border crossers, bused from Texas to New York City, were arrested this month after allegedly stealing nearly $12,500 worth of merchandise from a Macy’s department store.

On Monday, the Nassau County Police Department in Long Island, New York announced the arrests of 19-year-old Wrallan Cabezas Meza, 30-year-old Jose Garcia Escobar, 21-year-old Miguel Angel Rojas, and 27-year-old Rafael Rojas for allegedly shoplifting at Macy’s.

All of the men are newly arrived border crossers who were bused from Texas to New York City as part of Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) plan to send migrant buses to sanctuary jurisdictions.

In total, nearly $12,500 worth of merchandise was recovered from the four border crossers. Escobar and Rafael Rojas were subsequently released from jail without bail. It is unclear if Meza and Angel Rojas remain in jail on bail.

According to the New York Post, Meza crossed the United States-Mexico border on July 4, 2022 while the others arrived at the border months later in September. All were put on buses by the state of Texas and relocated to New York City.

According to the whistleblower, border crossers are fighting hotel staff, drinking all day, and having sex in public, among other things.

Last week, Adams pleaded with President Joe Biden to create a federal program that would “fairly distribute” illegal immigration across the U.S. so as to relieve New York City of the burden of accepting tens of thousands of border crossers that have arrived since last spring.

How the IRS Enables the Border Invasion

How tax deductible nonprofits help migrants enter the United States.

[Order David Horowitz’s and John Perazzo’s new booklet: “Internal Radical Service: Abuse Of Taxpayer Dollars To Advance Leftwing Causes Illegally And Unconstitutionally”: CLICK HERE.]

Last year, bills to stop funding non-profits that help illegal aliens enter this country were introduced in the House and Senate. The Stop Federal Funding for Human Trafficking and Smuggling Act and the Protecting Federal Funds from Human Trafficking and Smuggling Act have failed to make headway. Meanwhile, the problem has only gotten worse.

Such bills would not be necessary if the IRS were doing its job. Instead, the IRS, which consistently targets conservative nonprofits, has refused to address the problem.

The mass invasion of the United States of America would not be possible without a nonprofit sector that has taken in over a billion, from both the government and private donors, to subsidize the invasion, providing aid, shelter, legal support and transportation for the invaders.

In December, Gov. Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas announced an investigation into nonprofits aiding the illegal entry of the migrants.

When migrants invade the United States, they find clothes, food and supplies left behind by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson under its No More Deaths ministry. The leftist church, which operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, even has an Amazon wishlist for directly purchasing items for migrants, like gloves, boxer shorts and camping blankets.

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson ministry admits that “those we serve often do not have legal immigration status or authorization to enter the country” but “we reject the notion that some people are ‘less deserving’ of care based on their motivations for crossing.”

Beyond supplies, the church ministry provides migrants with “wilderness survival resources” and “information about how to orient oneself to the area including description of major geographical landmarks”.

Federal authorities attempted to hold pro-invasion activists with No More Deaths accountable. While the most prominent trial on felony charges deadlocked and a second trial resulted in an acquittal, four pro-invasion activists were convicted on misdemeanor charges. And this is not the first time that pro-invasion activists with the Unitarian group have faced criminal charges. Despite ample evidence that the federal government believes that the group is engaged in illegal activity, the IRS has failed to pull the nonprofit status of its fiscal sponsor.

IRS regulations specifically state that “exempt purposes may generally be equated with the public good, and violations of law are the antithesis of the public good”. They warn that the, “violation of constitutionally valid laws is inconsistent with exemption under IRC 501(c)(3)” and that “planned activities that violate laws are not in furtherance of a charitable purpose”.

The IRS is refusing to enforce tax code regulations and is enabling the invasion of America.

The Unitarian Tucson ministry partners with the Unitarian Universalist College of Social Justice and its Border Witness program that promotes volunteering “at the border and along Central American migration routes”. This program also partners with Al Otro Lado.

What is less discussed is the role of nonprofits who operate on both sides of the border to ‘legally’ help the invaders enter the country. When the illegals apply for asylum at border crossings, many are accompanied by nonprofit volunteers who help them cross over.

Al Otro Lado, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, sees to it that the migrants not only receive help with their asylum paperwork, but it also “provides accompaniment for refugees”. A fundraiser by Nicole Ramos, the head of Otro’s Border Rights Project, discussed how she regularly accompanies migrants to the ‘port of entry’ and advocates for them.

One of the Unitarian Universalist College of Social Justice volunteers described how Al Otro Lado “staff and volunteers reach out to newly-arrived migrants” before they are “loaded into a small van and driven to the port of entry where they will present themselves to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) officials” and how they run workshops for the migrants to “prepare for a credible fear interview”.The social justice volunteer describes posing for “a quick selfie with my new friend Rogelio, a Tijuana ex-gang member”.

The most notorious example of “accompaniers” may be Pueblo Sin Fronteras.

PSF has been accused of coordinating and guiding a number of the migrant caravans invading the United States. The organization appears to be accepting tax-deductible donations under the fiscal sponsorship of the Alliance for Global Justice. The Alliance, which has also served as a fiscal sponsor for Black Lives Matter, bail funds and the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, designated as a terrorist group and a subsidiary of the PFLP by Israel, is one of the most glaring examples of the IRS enabling not just illegal, but terrorist activity.

The mass migration of over 5 million invaders under Biden has been accompanied and enabled by a growth of infrastructure enabling them on both sides of the border. Leftist churches have set up missions south of the border that run shelters which harbor the invaders before they  enter America. Others traffic them and plant them in vulnerable areas in this country.

Leftist churches describe these activities as “accompaniment” without necessarily clarifying  what this entails. ‘Accompaniers’ operating in Mexico include the Presbyterian Peace Fellowship and the notoriously radical and destructive Christian Peacemaker Teams.

The Lutheran Border Servant Corps describes having reached 41,000 as part of having “accompanied asylum-seeking families on both sides of the U.S./México border”. The Jewish Family Services of San Diego operates hotel rooms for migrants. And these are only a few of the many organizations that continue to be players in the migrant invasion space.

While there are secular humanitarian groups involved, the majority of border organizations have partnerships, sponsorships or some ties with leftist Christian or Jewish groups. That stems from their disproportionate involvement in the refugee resettlement of mostly Muslim “refugees”.

Their border operations are not necessarily new, but they have gained new significance due to the scope of the crisis under Biden’s open border program and its 5 million illegal invaders.

The Jesuit Refugee Service, which is registered as a Vatican foundation, and is also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, describes a “challenging mandate to protect and walk with a record number of migrants at the US southern border”. While it’s not always clear how literal ‘walking’ may be, JRS works with the Jesuit Ignatian Solidarity Network which held the ‘Restore Protections for Holy Families’ event with the Bishop of Tucson and others accompanying migrants to the port of entry. The migrants did so while wearing t-shirts decorated with Biden’s campaign logo. The Ignatian Solidarity Network is a 501(c)(3) operating out of John Carroll University in Cleveland.

Also accompanying them was the head of the Kino Border Initiative, which has offices both in America and Mexico, and operates under the 501(c)(3) status of the U.S. Catholic Conference.

Much of the border crisis could be resolved if the IRS was tasked with removing the nonprofit status of the groups and fiscal sponsors enabling the invasion of America. The misery that has spread from El Paso to Manhattan is being unwittingly financed by taxpayers through the tax-deductible donations that guide, direct and protect the illegal alien border invasion.

As the David Horowitz Freedom Center has documented in “Internal Radical Service” by David Horowitz and John Perazzo, the IRS has allowed a variety of leftist organizations to illegally operate as nonprofits, in violation of tax codes. But the border crisis is probably the single largest example of a destructive nonprofit operation to destroy this country through 501(c)(3)s.

And none of this would be happening, the overloaded homeless shelters, gang members and coyotes trekking through vulnerable border areas, and the rising violence without the IRS.

Biden, Mayorkas Import Poverty, ‘Enslavement’ via Migration

President Joe Biden speaks beside Alejandro Mayorkas, secretary of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) headquarters in Washington, DC, US, on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022. Biden and his administration began today to contend with Hurricane Ian, a storm poised to rank among …

Migrant farmworkers “are sort of enslaved” in the wealthy Californian district of Half Moon Bay near Silicon Valley, a political activist told the Washington P0st.

The Post‘s article detailed the murder of seven farm workers by a Chinese-born worker, but also showcased the government tolerance of large-scale illegal hiring and poverty wages in the once-admired “Golden State.”

The slum conditions in the Californian farm — just 15 miles northwest of Silicon Valley — are “very typical images … for California and the country,” said the activist, Irene de Barraicua, a manager at Lideres Campesinas. Her group champions California’s farm workers, including the many wage-cutting, illegal-migrant farm workers who are allowed by the federal government to work as stoop labor in the United States.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief wants to import even more foreign workers for jobs throughout the United States — despite the inevitable damage to Americans’ ability to compete for decent wages and conditions.

“If you had money and a better system, would you think that America should be bringing in more people?” a reporter asked border chief Alejandro Mayorkas in a brief January 8 press conference on Air Force One.

“Our system is not calibrated, as I mentioned earlier, to meet our [economic] needs, nor meet the opportunities that migrants can bring to the United States,” said Mayorkas, who also praised Canada’s high-volume migrant inflow:

You know, we look to the north [for guidance].  And Canada — and Canada realized that it has a 1-million-person labor shortage there, and they are bringing in approximately 1.4 million migrants this year to address that labor shortage. Our [one-year visa-worker] programs — our H-2A, our H-2B, our skilled worker programs — are far outdated to really meet the economic needs as well as the economic opportunities that immigration can provide.

Mayorkas is a Cuban-born, equity-above-the-lawpro-investorpro-migration zealot. He is already pressuring companies to provide better wages and work conditions to the migrants who are being used by employers to replace older, slower, and sicker Americans.

Since early 2021, Mayorkas has allowed perhaps four million poor southern migrants to cross into the United States and has stepped up the legal flow of white-tech foreign graduates for Fortune 500 jobs.

Many of the migrants welcomed by Biden and Mayorkas now work and live in squalor and poverty. In New York, for example, some of the migrants are trying to pay their rent by selling candy in the subway, according to a January 28 report in the New York Post:

Newly arrived South and Central American migrants are descending underground to peddle candy in subway stations and aboard trains across the Big Apple — often with babies strapped to their backs — in order to scrape by.

Maria Vaca, 25, who on Friday had been in New York for just eight days, said she needed money to pay rent to her cousin in the Bronx where she was staying with her husband and three kids. She said she collected $70 Thursday. “I was told people buy candy here,” Vaca said of the 59th Street-Columbus Circle station where she was joined Friday by her 6-year-old daughter, who clung to her leg, her eyes wide.

Another mom, who declined to give her name and said she was in town for only 15 days, hawked $2 bags of M&Ms and Skittles at the same station, with her toddler daughter bundled up and strapped to her back.

This flood of poor migrants allows employers to reduce wages and helps landlords to raise rents. Some of the resulting American poverty was described by the Washington Post on January 28:

Velle Perkins faced a no-win choice on Tuesday: She could get the brakes repaired on her car, or she could save that money for groceries.

She picked the brakes. “They were screaming,” she said. “And I knew I couldn’t drive like that.”

She also knew that by spending about $350 on the repairs, she’d have to find another way to buy food for her family. The careful math of the working poor is something Perkins understands well. The 49-year-old works as an administrative assistant at a D.C. college. But her paycheck only stretches so far, so she often has to make no-win choices. “Every bill you pay, you’re thinking, ‘How much are you going to pinch off to go to the grocery store?’” she said. That might mean not paying her full electric bill some months, or trying to get by with the bare minimum amount of gas in her car some weeks, she said.

However, the Democrats’ expansion of poverty gives Democrats another argument to expand government aid and welfare programs.

The establishment-run media in the United States downplays the spreading poverty caused by Mayorkas’ migration.

For example, the edited Washington Post article dodged the question of whether the California mushroom-farm workers and murder victims are legally present in the United States.

Still, the Post‘s reporters included hints about the obvious. They twice described the workers as “immigrants” from Mexico, Guatemala, and China in an article where the editors pretended there is no difference between legal immigrants and illegal migrants:

One worker said he had spent two years at the farm and it was his first job in the United States after migrating from Guatemala.

“I just know this place in the United States, it’s the first time I’ve come,” he said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to avoid the ongoing controversy. “I don’t know restaurants, hotels, all of that. What little I know is on that farm.”

The alleged killer, 66-year-old Zhao Chunli, now has legal status, according to an article in the New York Post that did not explain if he arrived as a legal immigrant:

Speaking in Mandarin from a county jail in Redwood City, Zhao said he has been in the US for 11 years and has a green card. He said he has a 40-year-old daughter in China and lived with his wife in Half Moon Bay.

Many migrants arrived legally, and then illegally refused to go home. Many of those overstay migrants get green cards via numerous mini-amnesty loopholes in the “Adjustment of Status” rules.

Local politicians claimed to be shocked by the conditions in their district, according to the Washington Post:

“The living conditions are deplorable, heartbreaking,” said Ray Mueller, a San Mateo County supervisor who toured the farm with law enforcement officials Thursday morning and later tweeted photos from the scene. “There’s modified [shipping] containers. It looks like there’s rooms where people are living where there’s no running water. Very little shelter from the elements. No one should be living there.”

But migrants — including one-year H-2A farmworker migrants — are often treated as disposable cogs by employers who face severe economic pressure to use the cheapest workers they can find. For example, Prism Reports reported on January 5:

Ángel worked in the H-2A program for several years until 2019 [when he illegally stayed]. During his time picking tobacco and doing other agricultural work in the U.S., three different employers stole wages from him. Ángel was also coerced into paying hundreds of dollars in illegal fees by a labor recruiter—money he was promised would be reimbursed in his first paycheck. The funds never came.

“Maybe some Americans can’t understand why [immigrants] keep quiet because they can’t imagine being in such a position,” Ángel said. “If you keep quiet, you will be rehired, and you can return to the U.S. to work. Even though an employer doesn’t pay us what we’re owed or give us breaks in the heat or give us adequate housing, we endure the abuse because we have families to take care of and it is better to be able to legally work in the U.S. then to sit in Mexico distraught, hungry, and with no way to feed your family.”

Since 2021, Biden and his deputies have invited 3.5 million economic migrants across the southern border. That huge inflow is in addition to the legal inflow of at least 3 million legal immigrants, refugees, and temporary workers.

“We’re trying to make it easier for people to get here, opening up the capacity to get here, but not have them go through that godawful [migration] process,” Biden told an international press conference on January 10 in Mexico.

Biden’s pro-migration policy gives Mexico more clout whenever the two countries negotiate their different priorities amid the cross-border flow of migrants, drugs, and legal trade goods.

Texas to Build New 30-Foot Border Wall in Laredo Sector

The Texas Facilities Commission awarded a $224 million contract to build nearly ten miles of 30-foot border wall segments on private or state-owned properties along the Rio Grande in Webb County.

The Fisher Sand and Gravel Company received the award of the $224 million contract to build approximately 9.4 miles of state-funded border walls. The state has already negotiated property access for 5.4 miles of the project.

The State of Texas has been in negotiations with ranchers with property along the Rio Grande in the Laredo and Del Rio Sectors for more than a year, one rancher told Breitbart Texas. These ranchers favor the project to stop the destruction of their property by migrants who tear down fences and leave tons of garbage in their wake, the rancher said.

One key issue for the ranchers is having access to gates to allow them to work both sides of the barrier after it is completed.

The project will be similar to 30-foot border walls built near Eagle Pass.

Laredo Mayor, Dr. Victor Trevino, expressed reservations about the new border wall construction, the Laredo Morning Times reported.

“Being the mayor of the largest inland port, I am a supporter of border security, but I am not convinced that a physical border wall will do anything except divide our community along partisan lines,” Trevino told the local newspaper. “In speaking with my counterpart in Nuevo Laredo, Alcaldesa Carmen Lilia Canturosas, we believe security can be achieved by working closer together than by being divided.”

The Laredo Sector is the second-least-busiest of the nine southwest border sectors. So far this fiscal year, which began on October 1, 2022, Border Patrol agents apprehended only 13,622 migrants. This is down from 22,779 during the same period in FY22 — a 40 percent decrease.

The Del Rio Sector is the second-busiest sector. During the first quarter of this fiscal year, these agents apprehended 142,444 migrants. This represents an increase of more than 55 percent from the 91,600 apprehended during the same period last year, according to the December Southwest Land Border Encounters report.

EXCLUSIVE: Mexican Cartel Smugglers Use Budget Airline to Move Haitians near Texas Border
Haitians in Reynosa

Cartel-connected human smugglers are using a faster and cheaper way to move primarily Haitian migrants from Mexico City to the border city of Reynosa. Using a bureaucratic loophole and sometimes corrupt immigration officials, smugglers are able to use low-cost airlines instead of ground transportation.

For several weeks, Breitbart Texas traveled through Mexico speaking with migrants and officials from the National Migration Institute (INM) to uncover the inner workings of the new pathway. The journey begins in Tapachula, Chiapas, where Haitians can legally enter and claim asylum.

Individuals can pay corrupt INM officials $3,000 for a humanitarian ID granting migrants asylum in Mexico. They can also obtain one after spending three months in Chiapas under the care of the federal refugee agency COMAR.

Along with the ID, migrants also get or purchase a Mexican version of a Social Security number known as CURP. A top INM official in Tamaulipas revealed to Breitbart Texas that in the case of Haitian and Cuban migrants, the CURP even includes a photograph.

When a Haitian is caught without proper documents, they are given a 20-day permit to leave the county since deportation flights to Haiti are currently halted, an INM official revealed to Breitbart Texas.

“That permit allows them to travel freely through Mexico for 20 days,” the official said.

With the legally obtained IDs or with fraudulently purchased ones, migrants are then taken to Mexico City’s airport where they purchase a one-way ticket to Reynosa on Viva Aerobus, a low-cost airline where the ticket averages $60 USD.

Through multiple trips from Mexico City to Reynosa, Breitbart Texas was able to document the large number of Haitian migrants who are flying to the northern border city. Migrants are waved past immigration checks so long as they have a valid document regardless of circumstance.

Outside the airport, the Haitians usually gather in groups as they wait for cartel-operated passenger vans or Suburbans, according to law enforcement sources. Migrants are moved to stash houses or hotels until they can be smuggled into Texas. Before the migrants cross the Rio Grande, the Mexican asylum documents are discarded, an INM official revealed to Breitbart Texas.

Tom Cotton: Joe Biden Will Keep Foreign Drug Dealers in U.S.

NEIL MUNRO

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) slammed President Joe Biden’s administration amid evidence that his deputies want to minimize the deportation of illegal migrants who are caught dealing deadly drugs.

“It’s the Biden administration policy to allow illegal aliens to stay in America even after they: -Deal fentanyl and heroin -Commit fraud -Commit assault -Drive drunk -Launder money,” Cotton tweeted February 8.

“More than 80,000 Americans died from drug overdoses last year. And the Biden administration just announced that deporting illegal alien cartel members who deal with fentanyl and heroin is no longer a priority for his administration,” he added.

For more than 20 years, many Americans have been killed by drunk-driving illegals, including many killed after federal and state officials decide not to deport illegals.

It's the Biden administration policy to allow illegal aliens to stay in America even after they:

-Deal fentanyl and heroin
-Commit fraud
-Commit assault
-Drive drunk
-Launder moneyhttps://t.co/Vr0RhYAJQV

— Tom Cotton (@TomCottonAR) February 8, 2021

The Washington Post reported February 7 how Biden’s deputies are changing deportation priorities for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency:

While ICE’s new operational plans are not yet final, interim instructions sent to senior officials point to a major shift in enforcement. Agents will no longer seek to deport immigrants for crimes such as driving under the influence and assault, and will focus instead on national security threats, recent border crossers and people completing prison and jail terms for aggravated felony convictions.

“Generally, these convictions would not include drug based crimes (less serious offenses), simple assault, DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or charges without convictions,” acting director Tae Johnson told senior officials in a Thursday email advising them on how to operate while new guidelines are finalized.

“The priority for the enforcement of immigration laws will be on those who are imposing a national security threat, of course, a public safety threat, and on recent arrivals,” Biden spokeswoman Jen Psaki said in the February 8 White House press briefing:

Nobody is saying that DUIs or assaults are acceptable behavior, and those arrested for such activities should be tried and sentenced as appropriate by local law enforcement. But we’re talking about the prioritization of who is going to be deported from the country.

The priority list for deportations also excludes migrants who take American’ jobs and wages. This policy will largely abandon the task of protecting Americans’ right to a national labor market.

Biden has repeatedly declared he wants to make the nation’s immigration system more “fair” to migrants. Since January 20, he has minimized deportations, stopped construction of the border wall, offered an amnesty to migrants, broken anti-migration deals with three counties, and has lowered legal barriers to migration.

However, he has said little or nothing about how he will protect Americans’ rights, wages, safe streets, and reasonable housing from foreign criminals or job seekers. A February 2 statement said:

President Biden’s strategy is centered on the basic premise that our country is saferstronger, and more prosperous with a fair, safe and orderly immigration system that welcomes immigrants, keeps families together, and allows people—both newly arrived immigrants and people who have lived here for generations—to more fully contribute to our country.

Amid Biden’s inrush of migrants and shutdown of deportations, more than 20 million Americans are unemployed or are stuck in part-time jobs.

Biden is also rolling back protections for American graduates, who have lost at least one million jobs because Fortune 500 CEOs and their subcontractors have hired more than 1 million foreign graduates for jobs sought by Americans.

In a separate tweet, Cotton lambasted Biden’s team for dropping a rule that would protect American graduate from losing jobs to H-1B graduate visa-workers who are willing to work for low wages in the hope of getting green cards:

Big Tech abuses the H-1B visa program to hire cheap foreign labor instead of Americans. That isn’t good for American workers, but the Biden administration is letting companies get away with it.https://t.co/YIolIoyqJl

— Tom Cotton (@SenTomCotton) February 5, 2021

For years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration — or the hiring of temporary contract workers into the jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

The multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedpriority-driven, and solidarity-themed opposition to labor migration coexists with generally favorable personal feelings toward legal immigrants and immigration in theory.

Joe Biden's deputies attack Americans' right to their own national labor market, by quietly barring the deportation of illegal migrants who take Americans' wages and jobs.
That labor policy helps corporate donors.
But hurts blue collars & college grads. https://t.co/RNCMFv4aJh

 IMPEACH THE FUKER!

The sheriff sent a letter to fellow sheriffs in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas asking for available resources to be sent immediately to Kinney County.

Sheriff Coe says the additional resources will assist his undermanned and overworked department to deal with a constant flow of migrants hoping to escape from the Border Patrol. The sheriff expresses his belief that every county in Texas has now become a border county due to the number of migrants being smuggled away from the border region.

Coe referenced the 40 Texas counties that issued a declaration of invasion in recent months. He asks fellow sheriffs to send officers, equipment, or other support staff to assist in his efforts to patrol his county.

Kinney County Letter From Sheriff Brad Coe

Sheriff Coe is currently receiving deputies from Galveston and Goliad Counties in Texas. These deputies are assisting the sheriff with highway interdiction efforts designed to combat human smugglers traveling through Kinney County on local highways. Coe tells Breitbart Texas the high-speed pursuits involving migrant smugglers are almost a daily affair.

Texas Rangers are currently investigating the recent mysterious death of a migrant smuggler. Deputies found the man dead after the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and came to an abrupt stop after striking a tree. A firearm was found in the vehicle and authorities suspected the migrant smuggler may have died fdrom a self-inflicted gunshot.

Coe’s deputies are also called frequently to address complaints of trespassing, property damage, and theft caused by the steady flow of migrants on area ranches. As reported by Breitbart Texas in early January, one suspected migrant utilized a stolen highway road roller to escape apprehension causing damages to multiple ranch fences.

Kinney County Attorney Brent Smith told Breitbart Texas he routinely hears similar theft and damage complaints from residents and ranchers in the county.

“Their frustrations are growing, not just with the federal government but also with the state government,” he emphasized. Smith, who serves as the county’s prosecutor, has presented more than 4,000 cases on behalf of the county in 2022. Most involve migrant criminal activities.

More than 50,000 migrants were apprehended in December in the Border Patrol’s Del Rio Sector, which includes Kinney County. Although the Biden administration recently added Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua to the list of countries whose citizens are immediately expelled from the United States under the Title 42 Emergency COVID-19 authority, the move has not reduced the migrant traffic leaving the border region at the hands of migrant smugglers.

Rather than surrender in masse hoping for release into the United States, migrants amenable to immediate expulsion are pushed into more remote regions of the border hoping to avoid detection and return to Mexico.

Red States Sue Biden’s DHS for Creating ‘Parole’ Migration Pipeline

A coalition of 20 Republican states, led by Texas, filed a lawsuit in federal court on Tuesday against President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to prevent it from expanding the “catch and release” of border crossers into the U.S.

The lawsuit challenges the Biden administration’s recent expansion of the parole program, whereby the administration will “allow up to 30,000 qualifying nationals per month” from Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Haiti to stay in the country and work while they await their immigration hearings.

As Breitbart News reported:

“Today, I’m announcing that my administration is going to expand the parole program for people not only from Venezuela, but from Cuba, Nicaragua, and Haiti,” Biden told reporters at a White House press conference.

Biden claimed he has the power to raise immigration numbers because the Republicans have refused to vote for his mass immigration policies. “I’m left with only one choice — to act on my own, do as much as I can on my own to try to change the atmosphere,” Biden said.

The plan would use the soon-to-expire Title 42 border barrier to block illegal migration while also awarding 360,000 “parole” tickets that allow would-be migrants to work and live in the United States.

The GOP state attorneys general argued the parole program’s expansion goes far beyond what is authorized by statute and was unlawfully implemented in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.

The complaint states:

The parole program established by the Department fails each of the law’s three limiting factors. It is not case-by-case, is not for urgent humanitarian reasons, and advances no significant public benefit. Instead, it amounts to the creation of a new visa program that allows hundreds of thousands of aliens to enter the United States who otherwise have no basis for doing so. This flouts, rather than follows, the clear limits imposed by Congress.

In establishing this unlawful program, the Department did not engage in notice-and-comment rulemaking under the Administrative Procedure Act, substituting instead its unilateral judgment to bring into the United States hundreds of thousands of aliens who otherwise have no other authority to enter.

Along with Texas, state attorneys general from Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming joined the lawsuit.

The states argue the expanded parole program would cause them to suffer irreparable harm due to the financial constraints the migrants would place on state governments.

“Texas spends millions of dollars each year on public education costs to educate illegal aliens, which puts a strain on its system for citizens and which costs are uncompensated from the federal government,” the complaint reads. “If the Defendants allow these new aliens into the United States in violation of federal law, then the harm will only grow over time.”

“This increase strains Texas’s resources and ability to provide essential services, such as emergency medical care, education, driver’s licenses, and other public safety services,” the complaint continues.

Some experts have warned that the parole expansion is simply a pretext for “mass amnesty.”

Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) spokesperson RJ Hauman called the parole expansion “one of the most egregious and unlawful abuses of humanitarian parole authority in the history of our nation.”

Hauman said:

The recently-expanded parole program is one of the most egregious and unlawful abuses of humanitarian parole authority in the history of our nation and another example of unconstitutional usurpation of power by a president who is hell-bent on ignoring or subverting immigration laws. The Biden administration has one goal in mind – allowing as many people as possible to enter the United States regardless of the impact on the American people and the integrity of our system.

“As the 20 states correctly note, the Biden administration’s parole program is not case-by-case, it is not for urgent humanitarian reasons, and there is no significant public benefit. It amounts to the creation of a brand new visa program, something only Congress has the power to do,” Hauman continued.

The case is Texas v. Department of Homeland Security, No. 6:23-cv-00007 in the United States District Court or the Southern District of Texas.

The Migrants in the BMW Who Looted a Macy’s

I thought they were supposed to do the jobs that Americans wouldn't?

I thought they were supposed to do the jobs that Americans wouldn’t? Atlanta shows that we have no shortage of leftists and racists willing to smash and loot our cities. But apparently it’s not enough.

We need to import more.

Four migrants bused into New York City from Texas were busted for snatching thousands of dollars in merchandise from a Nassau County mall, officials said Monday.

Wrallan Cabezas Meza, 19, Miguel Angel Rojas, 21, Rafael Rojas, 27, and Jose Garcia Escobar, 30, are accused of driving from the Big Apple to Garden City and stealing $12,489 in goods from Macy’s Roosevelt Field earlier this month, according to county police.

Cops caught the crew shortly after the Jan. 9 heist in Hampstead when Meza was pulled over for allegedly failing to use a turn signal in a 2006 BMW with bogus plates, a criminal complaint in the case states.

The suspects later told a Spanish-speaking Nassau County detective that they came to New York City on a bus from the Lone Star State, Detective Lt. Richard Lebrun said.

It was unclear when they were brought up north, but Meza crossed the US-Mexico border on July 4, 2022, and the others during September last year, according to Nassau County cops.

They’re clearly impoverished as you can tell by the BMW and choice of retailers.

Open borders have consequences. And a whole lot of those military-age young male migrants act like Vikings, penetrating a wounded nation and robbing it blind.

Some will just settle for defrauding the welfare system, but if you’re a young guy in your 20s, why not join the BLM mobs and loot yourself some serious goods.

We know that a lot of the looting is organized by gangs who then resell the proceeds on some of our final dot com platforms.

And Latin America does have some fine organized gangs.

While these four oppressed climate refugees have been arrested, I’m sure they’ll be out soon with the apologies of the city and the state for the systematic racism that valued property more than their right to loot America.

I can’t wait until Biden pins medals to their chests.

Hundreds of Migrants Getting into U.S. Weekly by Scheduling Appointments at Border through Biden’s Mobile App

Hundreds of migrants are being released into the United States weekly by scheduling appointments at the United States–Mexico border through President Joe Biden’s recently launched mobile app.

The app, known as Customs and Border Protection (CBP) One, entices foreign nationals living in Mexico who are pregnant, mentally ill, elderly, disabled, homeless, or crime victims to schedule an appointment with agents at the border in the hopes of being released into American communities.

Figures published by KPBS San Diego show that foreign nationals in Mexico are flocking to the app to schedule appointments at the border for release into the United States. For instance, appointments throughout the rest of the month are all booked up.

The figures suggest that hundreds of migrants are getting into the United States weekly solely through the app in addition to the tens of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens who are being released into American communities after arriving at the border.

KPBS San Diego reports:

Appointments for January are already booked. Migrants who want to schedule an appointment in February have to get up at 6 a.m., log on to the mobile app, and hope they secure a slot. [Emphasis added]

The first group of migrants to successfully secure appointments through the CBP One app entered the United States on Wednesday. In San Diego, roughly 200 individuals were allowed to cross the border, according to Enrique Lucero, the director of Tijuana’s Migrant Services Department. [Emphasis added]

The department is helping migrants in Tijuana use the app. They set up a Wi-Fi hotspot — the same one Maria used while trying to take her photo — and have several staff ready to guide migrants through the process. [Emphasis added]

These migrant releases into the United States interior come as the Biden administration has overseen the largest inflow of illegal immigration in American history. Since Biden has taken office, Breitbart News reports, there have been some 4.2 million border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended at the border — not including the millions more who successfully crossed the border.

In December 2022 alone nearly 252,000 border crossers and illegal aliens were apprehended at the border. Likewise, an estimated 72,000 illegal aliens were known to have successfully entered the U.S. through the border.

Biden’s top Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have partnered with a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to massively expand its Catch and Release network that keeps border crossers briefly detained before releasing them directly into American communities.

DHS refuses to disclose the number of border crossers released every month.

Angel Mom Wants Life in Prison for Daughter Kayla Hamilton’s Accused Illegal Alien Killer

Angel Mom Tammy Nobles says she wants life in prison for the illegal alien MS-13 gang member charged with murdering her daughter, 20-year-old Kayla Marie Hamilton, last year in Aberdeen, Maryland.

As Breitbart News reported last week, the Aberdeen Police Department arrested a 17-year-old illegal alien MS-13 gang member from El Salvador in connection with Hamilton’s murder. He is expected to be charged with first-degree murder. Police have not released the suspect’s full identity to the public.

According to police, Hamilton was strangled to death in July 2022. Hamilton’s family said the young woman had recently moved to Aberdeen with her 22-year-old boyfriend. The illegal alien’s DNA, police allege, matched with evidence recovered at the murder scene.

In an interview, Nobles told Fox News Channel that she wants the maximum sentence for the gang member accused of murdering her daughter. In the state of Maryland, which abolished the death penalty a decade ago, that would be a life sentence in state prison.

“I just want the detective and everyone that worked on her case, to tell them thank you for working so hard … and apprehending the person who did this to her,” Nobles said. “I’m hoping that he gets the most that we can get him to serve … because I feel like if he’s done this at such a young age, there’s no telling what he’s capable of as an adult.”

Nobles described Kayla as “a very kind-hearted, very loving child” who “always saw the good in everybody, she was very trusting, too trusting, and she could not see danger at all.”

“It’s really hard to process,” Nobles said. “Not only that we have to process losing her, we also have to process what happened to her.”

Nobles also said she has no idea how the illegal alien MS-13 gang member got to be in the same area as her daughter, though a report from Breitbart News gives some insight.

Former Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official Jon Feere, with the Center for Immigration Studies, reports that the suspect had been released from the border into the United States by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC).

Every year, thousands of UACs are released directly into American communities after having arrived at the southern border. Many arrive in the U.S. at the prime MS-13 gang recruiting age, enticing mostly teen males from El Salvador to join their ranks.

“I wouldn’t want any parent to experience and go through what I’m going through,” Nobles said.
