THE LA RAZA SUPREMACIST AND
New York Times: Biden Admin IgnoredWarnings About Migrant Child Labor, Punished Whistleblowers
Hunter Biden’s hard drive, which he’s now conceded is legitimate, proved that Hunter was an exceptionally debauched character. Drugs and prostitutes dominated his life for a long time, and his own family didn’t trust him around teenage girls. That’s why it’s easy to believe Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s as-yet unsubstantiated claim that the Biden family was benefitting from human trafficking both in the U.S. and Eastern Europe—including Russia and Ukraine. Just because she says it doesn’t mean it’s true, so the real shock is that we live in a world in which it seems possible, even likely.
It took a strong stomach to watch the videos and view the photographs on Hunter’s hard drive. They revealed a compulsively exhibitionistic man who couldn’t stop recording himself smoking crack, sniffing cocaine, and cavorting with prostitutes, some of whom looked as if they fell into the statutory rape category. Moreover, the laptop revealed that, when Hunter requested money from his Dad (the current Oval Office occupant) to fund this debauchery, Dad paid up.
What the laptop also revealed, despite Biden’s strenuous denials, is that Joe was involved in Hunter’s many business dealings. We know this because Hunter’s staffers, business partners, and prospects were all welcomed into Joe’s vice-presidential office.
Now, thanks to Republican control over the House of Representatives, we’re getting an insight into the fact that all members of the Biden family may have received money from Hunter’s many business deals, including those with Ukraine and China. In March, Rep. James Comer (R-KY) reported that, in addition to the money Hunter and James Biden were pocketing through the family influence-peddling business, Hallie Biden (widow of Beau Biden and drug-addicted girlfriend of Hunter Biden) was also getting a cut.
Six more members of the Biden clan may have benefitted from the family’s various business schemes, bringing the total number of kin implicated up to nine, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revealed Monday.
The findings come after the Kentucky GOP congressman and other lawmakers on the panel examined suspicious activity reports sent by banks to the Treasury Department alerting of potential criminal activity in transactions involving President Biden’s family.
“Thousands of pages of financial records related to the Biden family, their companies, and associates’ business schemes were made available to members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, which confirm the importance of this investigation,” Comer said in a statement.
“The Biden family enterprise is centered on Joe Biden’s political career and connections, and it has generated an exorbitant amount of money for the Biden family. We’ve identified six additional members of Joe Biden’s family who may have benefited from the Biden family’s businesses that we are investigating, bringing the total number of those involved or benefiting to nine,” he said.
In a way, that’s kind of ho-hum stuff. Peter Schweizer long ago detailed the Biden family grift, all of which revolved around Biden’s political positions in the Senate and the Vice President’s office.
Yesterday, though, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (D-GA) added something unexpected to the businesses from which the Bidens profited. According to her, in addition to money coming to the Bidens from various foreign countries,
I just saw evidence of human trafficking. This involved prostitutes not only from here in the United States, but foreign countries like Russia and Ukraine. This is unbelievable that a President and a former Vice President, not only his son Hunter Biden, but many more family members extending past Hunter Biden and his immediate family.
As I noted, there is no way to know whether Greene is correctly interpreting the information the House committee is reviewing. The sad state in which America finds itself, though, is that everyone who hears this claim asks some variation of this rhetorical question: “Would that be a surprise?”
The answer, of course, is no. Given the Biden family’s rapacity, Joe’s penchant for sniffing and fondling little girls, an
d Hunter’s well-known and self-documented debauchery, it’s only too easy to believe that America’s president has enriched himself and his family through human trafficking.
The House Energy and Commerce Committee will hold a hearing on Tuesday morning to talk about President Joe Biden’s policy of importing hundreds of thousands of indebted foreign teenagers to take jobs that would otherwise go to better-paid young Americans.
The main witness is Christi Grimm, the Inspector General at Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services. For more than ten years, the agency has been delivering the so-called “Unaccompanied Alien Children” to labor traffickers nationwide.
The hearing will be chaired by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and by Rep. Morgan Griffith (R-VA), who runs the committee’s panel on oversight and investigations.
Republicans will likely focus blame for the scandal on Biden’s deputies at the Department of Health and Human Services. They will likely downplay employers’ preference for hiring disposable and cheap migrant workers instead of hiring Americans or investing in labor-saving machines.
So far, Republicans have declined to seek political advantage from the teenage-worker scandal, likely because many companies have benefited from the federal government’s long-standing role in the labor-trafficking racket. This silence has helped Democrats dodge any political fallout from potential public opposition to Biden’s imported workforce of indentured, indebted teenage workers.
The scandal was made undeniable by detailed articles in the New York Times, including an April 17 article that said:
Again and again, veteran government staffers and outside contractors told the Health and Human Services Department, including in reports that reached Secretary Xavier Becerra, that children appeared to be at risk. The Labor Department put out news releases noting an increase in child labor. Senior White House aides were shown evidence of exploitation, such as clusters of migrant children who had been found working with industrial equipment or caustic chemicals.
…
One [migrant], Marvin Che, said he came to the United States last year, when he was 16, and had been working 12-hour overnight shifts alongside other migrant children packing products at the manufacturer Pactiv Evergreen, including Hefty plastic party cups. “We came alone, so we have to work hard,” Marvin said.
…
[In Florida,] a boy working construction said he felt ashamed about not knowing how to read. He, too, was released in 2021 — at age 12 — and was immediately put to work by a man who had sponsored at least five children. At a day-labor pickup site, a 13-year-old released last year to a man he had never met said he wished he could enroll in middle school and start learning English. “People don’t know,” Antonio said, “but there are a lot of kids here living the same life.”
The number of unaccompanied children referred to ORR has ballooned from 15,381 in fiscal year (FY) 2020 to 122,731 in FY2021 and 128,904 in FY2022. Even as the numbers of unaccompanied children were skyrocketing, HHS’ capacity to care for these children diminished.
To cope with the influx of unaccompanied children, ORR opened Emergency Intake Sites (EIS) in early 2021.
However, HHS OIG reports doubt the efficiency and competency of case managers at EIS facilities, as well as the general health and well-being of the children housed at these locations. OIG found children have experienced emotional distress and instances of self-harm.
Due to overcrowding, unaccompanied children are now released to sponsors without sufficient vetting procedures. As a result, these children are vulnerable to trafficking and exploitation.
There are also concerns about ORR’s ability to track released children—according to recent findings, over the last two years, HHS has “lost immediate contact with a third of migrant children” and “could not reach more than 85,000 children” one month after they were placed with an adult.”
“We’re complicit as a nation in human trafficking,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said at a March 2021 press conference in Texas with 17 other GOP Senators.
M.E.Ch.A MEX SEPARATIST XAVIER BECERRA. A GAMER LAWYER WITH A LONG HISTORY OF SHADY ETHICS AS HE WORKED FOR THE BRIBES AND MEX CRIMINALS
The question of the day is, why have any Republicans voted to confirm any of Biden's Cabinet appointees? Every one of them has been chosen not for his expertise in any sphere of influence, but for his radicalism; the farther left these people are, the better in Biden's (?) view. Xavier Beccara probably belongs in prison. PATRICIA McCARTHY
Biden emerges as the 'Fagin' for exploited migrant children
Not too long ago, Joe Biden held President Trump up to scorn for his immigration policies, calling them 'inhumane,' 'criminal,' and a 'stain.'
Biden denounced Trump's separation of families policies intended to disincentivize family migration rackets, given that the law required detention for adults caught crossing the U.S. border illegally, but not children. The policy had been started under President Obama, so it was hardly his idea. Biden made such an issue of it he even sought out separated families and tried to make them millionaires through torts payouts, courtesy of the U.S. taxpayer, based on all the supposed 'harm' of the separation following their thousand mile journeys to el norte in the tender hands of the cartels. Biden insisted on never sending back unaccompanied minors, pleasing the open borders lobby mightily.
Now the results of his own supposedly "humane" immigration policies are in, and they are even more inhumane than anything he ever accused Trump of doing.
According to the New York Times, child exploitation has become a massive crisis in this country, affecting tens of thousands of foreign children brought in through Joe's open borders.
Worse still, Biden administration officials knew about the huge child-slavery rackets emerging and ignored every single warning -- almost as if they wanted it to be happening.
In the spring of 2021, Linda Brandmiller was working at an arena in San Antonio that had been converted into an emergency shelter for migrant children. Thousands of boys were sleeping on cots as the Biden administration grappled with a record number of minors crossing into the United States without their parents.
Ms. Brandmiller’s job was to help vet sponsors, and she had been trained to look for possible trafficking. In her first week, two cases jumped out: One man told her he was sponsoring three boys to employ them at his construction company. Another, who lived in Florida, was trying to sponsor two children who would have to work off the cost of bringing them north.
She immediately contacted supervisors working with the Department of Health and Human Services, the federal agency responsible for these children. “This is urgent,” she wrote in an email reviewed by The New York Times.
But within days, she noticed that one of the children was set to be released to the man in Florida. She wrote another email, this time asking for a supervisor’s “immediate attention” and adding that the government had already sent a 14-year-old boy to the same sponsor.
This being the Biden administration, they even retaliated against whistleblowers inside the U.S. government agencies who tried to warn about the child slavery they saw before their eyes, fostered and enabled by the Bidenite policies.
Ms. Brandmiller also emailed the shelter’s manager. A few days later, her building access was revoked during her lunch break. She said she was never told why she had been fired.
...and...
At least five Health and Human Services staff members filed complaints and said they were pushed out after raising concerns about child safety.
Jallyn Sualog was the most senior career member of the H.H.S. division responsible for unaccompanied migrant children when Mr. Biden took office. She had helped build the program after the passage of the 2008 law and, as a lifelong Democrat, had celebrated Mr. Biden’s win.
But soon, she said, she began to hear reports that children were being released to adults who had lied about their identities, or who planned to exploit them.
She warned her bosses in a 2021 email, “If nothing continues to be done, there will be a catastrophic event.” She continued to email about situations she described as “critical” and “putting children at risk.”
When her warnings fell on deaf ears, she complained through official channels, and they demoted her, moving her to a lousier position.
This sounds like something out of Dickens. Weren't there evil characters such as Bill Sikes and Fagin, who exploited street-urchin children in Oliver Twist? I looked up such examples on ChatGPT, which is kind of good for such questions and got:
Bill Sikes from the novel "Oliver Twist" by Charles Dickens (also various movie adaptations) - Bill Sikes is a brutal and violent criminal who exploits Oliver Twist, a young orphan, by using him in his criminal activities and treating him with cruelty and abuse.
Fagin from the novel "Oliver Twist" by Charles Dickens (also various movie adaptations) - Fagin is a criminal who exploits and manipulates young boys, including Oliver Twist, into a life of pickpocketing and crime. He preys on their vulnerability and uses them for his own gain.
We can add Joe Biden to that list, given his horrific activity ensuring that the child labor rackets go on, and small children are handed over to evil exploiters for their labor whether they like it or not. Biden not only has a funny connection to child sex exploitation rackets, he also seems to have one to child labor rackets. Andrea Widburg wrote about that here. This is very strange stuff for a president of the United States.
The Times also noted that White House domestic advisor, Susan Rice, understood very well that Biden administration policies of keeping unaccompanied minors inside the U.S. was what was driving the migrant surge.
In 2021, as images of children sleeping under foil blankets in overflow centers dominated the news, Susan E. Rice, the White House’s head of domestic policy, told staff members she was frustrated with the situation, according to five people who worked with her. Ms. Rice vented in a note she scribbled on a memo detailing the position of advocates, who believed a pandemic-era border closure was compelling parents to send unaccompanied children, sometimes called U.C.s.
It's a damning follow-on report from their earlier expose on February 27, and well worth reading the whole thing because it's one outrage after another -- stories of NGOs trying to warn the government they were releasing kids into the hands of child labor rackets straight out of Upton Sinclair's 1903 bestseller, The Jungle, and going ignored if not penalized, while children were being used for cheap labor in factories, slaughterhouses, assembly lines and other places kids shouldn't be working at under any circumstances. Yeet they were and still are, often at graveyard hours, and of course, at very low wages, sometimes absent wages because the children have "debts" to pay to human traffickers. I wrote about the extent of that problem after the first NYT expose, here. This subsequent report pretty well shows that the matter is even worse.
As a coda, it's worth noting that there is a flap going on now about NBC News pulling a story about child migrant labor, which seems to be seeping into the mainstream press now that the Times has given a coast-is-clear signal to the other press. The broadcasting outlet featured a migrant named "Pedro" who claimed to be a child but wasn't a child, and he was the featured poster boy for the story about child labor exploitation. It was a lousy error, and they should have used a last name for their source, or found one who would give one, as the Times did, and the error does make the story an embarrassment. AT contributor Rajan Laad looked at that issue today here.
But it's important to note that the broad substance of the report is correct -- there are tens of thousands of children being released into the U.S. for child labor purposes by Biden administration officials, who are trying to repress any criticism of their behavior. Might that have been part of the reason NBC pulled the story instead of just left it up, errors and all, the way most news outlets normally do, especially if it involves President Trump? It's worth consideration to think that the news honchos didn't like this story at all as it cast a finger at the Bidenites, and wanted it out of there anyway. Funny how that happens to an inconvenient story like this.
What's happened: Xavier Becerra, the embattled Health and Human Services secretary, was implicated in a damning New York Timesreport on the Biden administration's failure to stop the widespread exploitation of immigrant children.
What they're saying: Becerra has been described as an "incompetent and out to lunch" health secretary—a role for which he lacks the "relevant qualifications." The Times report appears to confirm this view.
• "Again and again, veteran government staffers and outside contractors told the Health and Human Services Department, including in reports that reached Secretary Xavier Becerra, that children appeared to be at risk."
• "Under the law, the Department of Health and Human Services is responsible for vetting sponsors to ensure they will provide for children’s well-being and protect them from trafficking or exploitation. But as shelters filled with children, the department began loosening some vetting restrictions and urging case managers to speed the process along."
• "At least five Health and Human Services staff members filed complaints and said they were pushed out after raising concerns about child safety."
• "We are pulling humanity out of 'Health and Human Services,'" a group of HHS employees wrote in a memo to their superiors earlier this year.
Warnings ignored: "I feel like short of protesting in the streets, I did everything I could to warn them," said Jallyn Saulog, the HHS official formerly in charge of the department's response to unaccompanied migrant children. "They just didn’t want to hear it."
HHS moved Saulog to a different position in 2021, several months after she filed a complaint with the agency's internal watchdog.
Why it matters: It's another scandal that raises serious questions about Becerra's capacity to serve as health secretary. He has also been criticized for "passive" and "low profile" leadership styles, as well his botched handling of COVID-19 and the monkeypox outbreak of 2022.
Affirmative inaction: Becerra almost certainly would have been fired by now if he wasn't Hispanic. The Washington Postreported in January 2022 that White House officials were "loath" to get rid of him because they feared "the ire of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and other grass-roots groups that pressed Biden to appoint more Latinos to his Cabinet."
New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns revealed that some Democrats thought Becerra was a "baffling" choice for health secretary when Biden was assembling his cabinet. It was actually a "panicked" and "hasty" pick by an administration attempting to "calm" dissent from Hispanic lawmakers and assemble "the most diverse cabinet in history."
Throughout the "fraught" nominating process characterized by "hurt feelings and [racial] grievance," Martin and Burns report, Biden chief of staff Ron Klain grew "weary" of the Democratic coalition's insistence on "treating the cabinet as an identity-politics Rubik's Cube."
Some context: A former congressman and state attorney general, Becerra had at least some relevant experience before Biden nominated him for health secretary. In 2018, for example, Becerra sued the Little Sisters of the Poor in order to compel them to pay for employee contraceptive coverage despite their stated religious objections.
Virulently racist Mexicans serving Congress are Joe Baca of California, Loretta Sanchez and sister Linda, also of California. Luis Gutierrez, the rabidly Mexican racist Congressman from Illinois Chicago. Grace F. Napolitano (D- CA) and Xavier Becerra.
NY Times: Biden Officials ‘Ignored’ Warnings of Surge in Migrant Children Being Labor Trafficked into U.S. Jobs
Officials in President Joe Biden’s administration have “ignored or missed” warnings from whistleblowers detailing a surge in Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) being labor trafficked into United States jobs, the New York Times reported.
UACs are detained at the U.S.-Mexico border before being sent to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) custody where most are eventually released to sponsors throughout the nation.
The Times, in an extensive report, spoke with HHS officials as well as whistleblowers and reviewed federal documents to unveil a widespread trend since Biden took office: UACs being labor trafficked, forced to work brutal jobs by their adult sponsors, with little-to-no oversight from the administration.
In a handful of cases noted by the Times, adult male sponsors were found to be sponsoring multiple UACs only to have them take hard-labor jobs once they arrived in their care. Those jobs include construction work, industrial plants with dangerous chemicals, and food processing facilities, among others.
Repeatedly, HHS officials and whistleblowers said they warned the Biden administration of such cases that appeared to be migrant child labor trafficking but received radio silence, and sometimes, employment retribution for doing so.
But all along, there were signs of the explosive growth of this labor force and warnings that the Biden administration ignored or missed, The Times has found. [Emphasis added]
[Emphasis added]
…
At least five Health and Human Services staff members filed complaints and said they were pushed out after raising concerns about child safety. [Emphasis added]
More cases reported by the Times show a trend where UAC sponsors use migrant children in their care to pay them back debts. In one case, a 12-year-old UAC boy was made to work after arriving in his sponsor’s care. That same sponsor had already sponsored at least five other UACs.
In February, the Times detailed in a report that HHS has lost contact with more than 85,000 UACs after they were turned over to sponsors living throughout the U.S. interior. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have seemingly admitted that many of those lost UACs have ended up in the child labor trafficking pipeline.
Last month, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra said he had “no idea” whether HHS has lost track of 85,000 UACs in the U.S. — questioning whether the figure is “based in reality or not.” Becerra also told Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) that he “never heard that number of 85,000 … it doesn’t sound at all to be realistic.”
Since Biden took office, a quarter of a million UACs have been resettled with sponsors across American communities. The majority, 64 to 66 percent, are boys, while 72 percent of all UACs are 15 to 18 years old. Only 15 to 16 percent of UACs are babies, toddlers, and pre-teens.

Under Holder’s watch at the DOJ Civil Rights Division, more than half of all the lawyers hired were chosen from four radical, anti-American organizations: the ACLU, National Council of La Raza, NAACP, Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights, John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky outlined in their 2014 book, “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department.”

In Part One of this series, we exposed the Chicano Marxist take over of the California legislature and their plans to defy federal immigration laws and expected actions of the incoming Trump administration. Gov. Jerry Brown’s nomination of Xavier Becerra to be California’s next Attorney General was the first of many steps to protect the pervasive lawlessness of the radical left.
"This is country belongs to Mexico" is said by the Mexican Militant. This is a common teaching that the U.S. is really AZTLAN, belonging to Mexicans, which is taught to Mexican kids in Arizona and California through a LA Raza educational program funded by American Tax Payers via President Obama, when he gave LA RAZA $800,000.00 in March of 2009!
Mecha's own slogan reads, "For the race everything. For those outside the race, nothing."
“In Mexico, a recent Zogby poll declared that the vast majority of Mexican citizens hate Americans. [22.2] Mexico is a country saturated with racism, yet in denial, having never endured the social development of a Civil Rights movement like in the US--Blacks are harshly treated while foreign Whites are often seen as the enemy. [22.3] In fact, racism as workplace discrimination can be seen across the US anywhere the illegal alien Latino works--the vast majority of the workforce is usually strictly Latino, excluding Blacks, Whites, Asians, and others.”
“Brown then let her true MSM colors show with a softball question to Murguia implying that opposition to illegal immigration is veiled racism: "What are the racial undertones to this debate for many people? Is that something that worries you?" Murguia was only too happy to be worried, alleging that there are "racial undertones, anti-ethnic overtones." That's when Dobbs got off perhaps his best line of the morning. "The National Council of La Raza is talking about race? La Raza - what does that mean? It means 'the race'!"
Biden's Embattled HHS Secretary Violated Federal Ethics Law, Special Counsel Rules
Becerra deviated from his prepared remarks during a speech at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus's annual awards ceremony in September to lavish praise on Padilla, whom he called "my brother, my friend, and senator." Speaking in his official capacity as HHS secretary, Becerra then announced he would be voting for the California senator in the upcoming 2022 midterm elections, eliciting gasps from his staffers in the audience who knew their boss had just stepped into a legal landmine.
"Secretary Becerra crossed the line," the Office of Special Counsel said in its report, which found that the secretary's comments were a blatant violation of the Hatch Act. The act prohibits presidential appointees from using their official titles when engaging in partisan political activity.
Becerra's violation is just the latest in a string of legal transgressions from the Biden administration, which has shown little regard for the Hatch Act since taking over the reins of the federal government in January 2021. The Office of Special Counsel has also reprimanded Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, former White House press secretary Jen Psaki, and former chief of staff Ron Klain for violating the 1939 law.
Becerra in a March 30 email to investigators claimed ignorance of the law as a defense. The HHS secretary said he was not aware at the time of the reward gala that his remarks were a violation of the Hatch Act. He also promised to "work hard" to ensure he no longer violates the federal ethics law in future events.
But the Office of Special Counsel said Becerra should have known better, saying his "proffered explanations do not serve to mitigate the issuance of this report." The investigators stressed the severity of Becerra's crime, noting that his actions, if gone unaddressed, "undermine the viability of the Hatch Act and its purpose of ensuring a federal civil service free of partisan political influence."
The office noted that Becerra has participated in "comprehensive training on the Hatch Act, including a presentation from the White House Counsel's Office just three months before the gala," and that his unlawful statement in support of Padilla "was so obviously concerning that a member of his own staff, present at the gala, gasped and said, 'No, no, you can't say that,' immediately after hearing it."
High-profile Hatch Act violators are often let off with slaps on the wrist. It is not clear, however, what penalty Becerra will face for his infraction. The Office of Special Counsel on Tuesday referred the matter to President Joe Biden for "appropriate action."
The Hatch Act violation is the latest PR nightmare for Becerra, who has been called an "incompetent and out to lunch" secretary. Becerra came under fire this week after he was implicated in a New York Times report on the Biden administration's failure to prevent the exploitation of immigrant children.
The White House did not return a request for comment.
Becerra has already taken an aggressive and combative stance against President-elect Donald Trump, vowing to fight Trump’s efforts to enforce immigration laws, and even block attempts to deport criminal illegal aliens. Trump’s campaign centered on building a wall along the United States border with Mexico to keep out illegal immigrants, violent gangs, and terrorists posing as immigrants.
Xavier Becerra, currently a 12-year member of Congress, is an admitted member of MEChA, or “Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan,” often likened to a Latino KKK.
Recently, the State Assembly Committee on the Office of the Attorney General asked nominee Becerra to detail his plans on the issues of immigration, civil rights, the environment, policing and consumer protection – apparently the only issues the California Legislature is interested in Becerra defending.
In a letter released Saturday, Becerra praised California’s policies helping illegal aliens get driver’s licenses, free college tuition, and free lawyers to represent them in deportation cases, calling it “national leadership.”
“All of these policies and programs are representative of California’s values as a welcoming state,” Becerra wrote to the Assembly committee.
Becerra also took a shot at Trump for proposing to create a registry of Muslim immigrants during the campaign.”Disturbing statements uttered during the recent Presidential campaign have given rise to legitimate fears that the new federal administration might seek to adopt policies that would discriminate against people based on factors such as their religious belief,” Becerra wrote. “Any such policies would be antithetical to the deepest constitutional values and traditions of this nation — a nation founded in part by men and women fleeing religious persecution.”
“I have no intention of allowing this policy through the doors of California,” he wrote.
Like a good progressive foot soldier, Becerra also vowed to fight for abortion, calling it “reproductive freedom.”
Becerra said he will support California’s recent legislation expanding voter registration and participation in elections. He might want to look into the 650,000 newly registered California voters, registered online only weeks before the election. According to the Los Angeles Times, “98% of all the growth in California’s voter ranks in 2016 happened in just the last 45 days of the registration season.”
As Attorney General, Becerra has vowed to continue enforcing policies to combat climate change and work to “transition Californians to a low-carbon way of life.” Becerra added that a part of environmental protections is safe drinking water and vowed to “pursue the goal of providing safe drinking water to all Californians.” Perhaps Becerra can begin by supporting the safe drinking water bills that Assemblyman Devon Mathis has tried to get passed over the last two years? In Mathis’ district, wells began going dry in East Porterville more than three years ago, with more continuing to dry up every day.
Assemblyman Devon Mathis, R-Porterville, authored the bills to provide $10 million to homeowners (not farmers) to dig deeper wells and clean contaminated ones.
Both bills passed through the Assembly and a state Senate committee without opposition, only to have Senate Appropriations Chairman Ricardo Lara, D-Los Angeles and Mecha activist, put both bills on suspense– one after the other, killing them and depriving 10,000+ low-income individuals access to running water. Sen. Lara was playing politics with this Republican bill, despite the 10,000 poor people who need the clean water.
Sanctuary Cities
California, through its 35 Sanctuary Cities, is clearly violating U.S. Federal Immigration law. Recently, Democrat members of the State Legislature proposed two bills: SB 6 by Sen. Ben Hueso, to create a state program to fund legal representation for illegal aliens facing deportation, and AB 3 by Assemblyman Rob Bonta to create taxpayer-funded training for defense attorneys and public defenders on immigration law for illegal aliens.
And now California is going to try to prevent the new Presidential administration from enforcing federal immigration law despite the fact that the Constitution clearly imposes a duty on the president and the executive branch, to enforce the law.
Hiring Eric Holder… for what?
Democrats in the California State Legislature apparently decided Becerra isn’t enough legal muscle, and recently hired former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder to fight a “clear and present danger” from President-elect Trump… the same former Attorney General Eric Holder who was once blasted for helping to trigger a “war” on police and called America “a nation of cowards” on the issue of race. However, he now says he sees his “younger” self in Black Lives Matter activists… this is who California hired to assist California’s top law enforcement officer?
Since Trump — who is not referring to himself as “The Office of President-Elect,” as his predecessor did — has not yet taken office, nor any official actions, it is hard to see specifically for what purpose Holder has been hired.
There certainly is poetic justice in hiring the failed Attorney General of the failed Obama Administration to defend the failed and deteriorating policies of the Jerry Brown administration and radical Democrats running the state.
Described as a “devious, power-hungry, racial zealot,” Eric Holder is also a dubious choice since he is the only U.S. Attorney General in history to be held in contempt of Congress, when he refused to turn over Operation Fast and Furious documents to Congress. One of the most reckless law enforcement operations ever conducted by the Justice Department, it involved selling guns to Mexican drug cartels, and resulted in the death of a U.S. border patrol agent, Brian Terry, as well as hundreds of Mexican citizens.
Additionally, the Justice Department under Holder, and now Loretta Lynch, has one of the worst records before the U.S. Supreme Court, losing significantly more cases than either of the Bush or Clinton Departments of Justice. “In most administrations, the department wins about 70 percent of the cases before the Supreme Court; Mr. Holder’s department has a losing record and has lost at least nine cases 9-0–even with Obama appointees Elena Kagen and Sonia Sotomayor on the court,” wrote Jared Taylor of American Renaissance, in a review of “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department.”
Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a records request with the California Legislature Joint Rules Committee seeking to examine legislative records regarding the state’s employment of former Obama U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. The record request includes:
All contracts between the California Legislature and former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. or Covington and Burling.
All communications between the California Legislature and former U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. or Covington and Burling about the Legislature’s retention of Holder and/or Covington and Burling.
“Judicial Watch’s records request is designed to expose how California state legislators are wasting tax dollars to take care of another corrupt politician – Eric Holder – under the guise of resisting the rule of law on immigration and other matters,” stated Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. “His record at the Clinton and Obama Justice Departments demonstrates a willingness to bend the law in order to protect his political patrons.”
The hiring of Eric Holder by the California Legislature confirms a lack of confidence in Xavier Becerra by Gov. Brown and Democrats in the Legislature–which must be quite humiliating for Becerra, especially after his promise to uphold California’s “progressive” policies on immigration, Obamacare, energy, and criminal justice. “If you want to take on a forward-leaning state that is prepared to defend its rights and interests, then come at us,” Becerra said, directing his comment to Trump. Choosing Holder also reiterates the anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-religion movement of Marxists in America, but particularly in California. The biggest obstacle standing between Marxism and Marxist domination of the world is America, and the U.S. Constitution. And standing between a Marxist takeover of America is California – only when California is destroyed can Marxists proceed.
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), on Thursday, slammed Biden’s plan to open Obamacare and Medicaid rolls to illegal aliens, calling it “an insult to American citizenship.”
“Rewarding illegal immigration will bring more illegal immigration,” Cotton said.

(CNSNews.com) - President Joe Biden's plan to expand taxpayer subsidized health coverage to Dreamers -- thousands of young people brought to the United States by their undocumented parents -- will "break our bank and every other state's bank," Texas Lieutenant Gov. Dan Patrick told Fox News on Thursday.
"We can't afford to put the whole world on Medicaid," he said.
Patrick was reacting to a video tweet, in which President Joe Biden announced:
"Today, my Administration is announcing our plan to expand health coverage for DACA recipients, by allowing them to enroll in a plan through the Affordable Care Act or through Medicaid.
“Health care should be a right, not a privilege...And we'll continue to do what we can to protect Dreamers, push congress to give them and their families a pathway to citizenship, and ultimately, peace of mind that they all deserve."
There's just one problem: The law requires Obamacare and Medicaid recipients to be lawfully present in the United States.
Patrick noted that in Texas, 50 percent of all children are on Medicaid, and 51 percent of all Texas births are billed to Medicaid.
He said Medicaid plus education consumes about 85 percent of Texas' budget, while the rest is public safety and "a few other things."
“And the more you increase Medicaid and the more people you put on it, the more you bust budgets and you bankrupt states. That's why Texas has fought back about expanding Medicaid.”
Patrick said Biden is telling DACA people "a big lie."
"You have to live and remain in Texas to get Medicaid or have a Social Security Number or be a citizen. Well, they ask us to ignore the fact they're not a citizen, they won't have a Social Security number, so they can't qualify anyway.
“This is just a big fraud on these kids who came to America, brought by their families -- many of them have been here a long time, but they can't get a job anywhere, or a legitimate job, because they're not citizens, they don't have a Social Security Number.
"We can't afford to put the whole world on Medicaid."
Patrick noted that Texas has just passed a law aimed at taking border control away from the federal government, which isn't doing the job.
According to Patrick, Bill 2424 says, "if you're a criminal and cross the border in Texas with a record, you could face up to life in prison, the strongest law in the land on the border; and if you cross the first or second time, you spend one to two years in jail.
"We're going to arrest them, we're going to put then in prison, and let Biden take us to court and we'll see who wins."
Patrick said border control is the "number one issue" in Texas for sure:
"Under Biden, we've had seven million people at least come in that we've apprehended. Got-aways, people we didn't see, since he's been president -- by the time he leaves is 10 million people or more.
“It is the number-one issue. Crime all over the country, fentanyl everywhere, the number-one killer of people 18 to 45.
"It is broken, they're doing this on purpose. It's not an accident. They know it's not secure. They want to flood this country. They want to turn these people one day into citizens, give them a voting card so that they control America.
"That's what it's all about. Because everyone who comes here is saying, he's our George Washington, we thank him. They want to vote for Democrats. And that's what this is all about -- one day, taking over America."

It is Biden, Obama, and other leftists who continually seek to divide the country, not Trump
The Washington Post a few days ago highlighted a just-published book by its former columnist Thomas Edsall, now at the New York Times. The book’s publisher, Princeton University Press, writes:
Thomas Byrne Edsall fears that the country may be headed over a cliff, arguing that the election of Donald Trump was the most serious threat to the American political system since the Civil War. In this compelling and illuminating book, Edsall documents how the Trump years ravaged the nation’s politics, culture, and social order.
This analysis is a crock. Democrats have been seeking to divide the country by race, sex and class for decades. They have sought to destroy anyone who got their way. It started way before Trump.
Is American politics past the point of no return? In this compelling book, New York Times columnist and political reporter Thomas Byrne Edsall documents how the Trump years ravaged the nation’s politics, culture, and social order.
Obama lied continuously to get Obamacare passed, not Trump. People who were against Obama’s policies on healthcare and other things were frequently called racists. “See! Right-wing intolerance, hatred and racism fuel this movement.”
Obama dictatorially ignored immigration laws when he implemented DACA, not Trump
Obama and Biden support lawless sanctuary cities and states, not Trump
Obama used the IRS to target political opponents, not Trump. He sought to silence people who disagreed on policies before elections.
Biden compared tea party members who wanted smaller government as domestic terrorists. Democrats frequently use this tactic whether it is people who want to make America great again, people who protest elections, or parents.
Obama and Biden have used the Justice Department to spy on and target political opponents, not Trump.
Obama and Biden support soft on crime DA's, not Trump
Obama and Biden dictatorially use the EPA to destroy energy companies, not Trump
Biden is destroying women and girls right by making them share space and compete with biological men, not Trump
Biden appointed a woman to the Supreme Court who can't even define what a woman is, yet we are supposed to trust her to interpret laws.
Biden supports allowing kids to be castrated, or have their breasts removed without their parents’ knowledge, not Trump.
Biden ordered Catholic priests to stop showing up at Walter Reed Hospital, not Trump
The ESG movement is meant to divide and destroy companies that don't adhere to leftist policies.
Biden and Obama support abortion on demand and withholding health care from newborn babies in botched abortions, not Trump
Biden and Obama oppose school choice for poor kids, not Trump.
Biden's justice Department targeted parents and Catholics, not Trump.
A probe of the National School Boards Association’s call for federal investigations of parents as domestic terrorists found the White House was involved in the drafting process that led to the controversial request.
Obama and Biden had slush funds at EPA, Justice Department and CFPB where they shook down companies and gave kickbacks to leftist groups, not Trump.
Biden's justice Department doesn't care about groups that targeted cities or crisis pregnancy centers or illegally protested in front of Supreme court justices’ houses, not Trump's
The CDC, under Biden, coordinated with teachers’ unions to keep schools closed, which has caused massive permanent harm to children and families.
The American Federation of Teachers lobbied the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on, and even suggested language for, the federal agency’s school-reopening guidance released in February.
The media is a major participant in the destruction of American culture and politics.
They participated in spreading the lies about Russian collusion and calling Trump an illegitimate president for years to divide and conquer the public.
They still participate in covering up for the Biden family corruption, which is massive.
The media repeated all the misinformation from Fauci and the CDC while silencing those who disagreed. People who didn’t take the vaccine were fired and were said to want people to die.
The media never called Democrats who have challenged elections “election deniers,” but calls any Republicans who challenged an election “deniers” to disparage them in the eyes of the public.
The media and other Democrats always play the race card to intentionally divide the country.
The examples are endless:
The “hands up, don't shoot” narrative was a blatant lie to gin up racial hate and division against white cops. How many police have been injured and killed because of this intentional lie?
The media targeted white Christian boys for the crime of wearing MAGA hats. The media and other Democrats don't care who they destroy as they quest for power.
Democrats used the filibuster over 300 times to stop Trump's policies and appointments. But then:
Democrats working to dismantle the filibuster as a major impediment to their legislative agenda say the procedural maneuver is a threat to civil rights.
Trump was falsely blamed for a photo showing kids in cages to gin up racial hate towards him. The pictures were from the Obama, Biden years.
Biden and others continually lie about what Trump said at Charlottesville. Trump repeatedly denounced white supremacists and Nazi's but that wouldn’t divide the public so they lie.
We keep hearing that Trump is an authoritarian, which is absolute BS. Trump tried to give the money and power to the people. Obama and Biden tried to amass power for themselves and the government.
Trump’s policies were lifting all boats. Minorities and the poor were seeing real wages rise substantially. The poverty rate hit a record low in December 2019 under Trump, not under the Great Society and anti-poverty programs that keep people poor and dependent on the government.
Think how much better Trump could have done if the media and other Democrats weren’t seeking to destroy him every day.
Obama and Biden refuse to enforce immigration laws Congress passed and dictatorially implemented DACA.
Now Biden, without Congressional approval, has approved billions in health insurance benefits for illegals.
Biden wants to buy young people’s votes, so he is dictatorially trying to cancel student debt.
Biden and his EPA are dictatorially forcing people to buy expensive electric vehicles powered by flammable pollutants.
Biden is forcing schools to allow boys to compete with girls and forcing girls to share facilities with people with penises.
Conclusion: The media and other Democrats will seek to destroy whichever Republican is chosen as the presidential candidate, just as they have in the past. It doesn't matter if they are black, white, orange or if they are a woman. They are the party of personal destruction. Just watch what they do to Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, and Clarence Thomas.
(They really have absolutely no idea how many illegals are in the country as the Democrat Party, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, La Raza/ UnidoUS, Mexico and the Catholic Church thwart any effort to count them)
“The watchdogs at Judicial Watch discovered documents that reveal how the Obama administration's close coordination with the Mexican government entices Mexicans to hop over the fence and on to the American dole.” Washington Times
The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. Initially, officials made 140,000 arrests per year in the mid-2000s, but the northward flow dropped so much that officials only had to make 6,000 arrests in 2013, according to a 2014 letter by two pro-migration Senators, Sen. Jeff Flake and John McCain.
“The cost of the Dream Act is far bigger than the Democrats or their media allies admit. Instead of covering 690,000 younger illegals now enrolled in former President Barack Obama’s 2012 “DACA” amnesty, the Dream Act would legalize at least 3.3 million illegals, according to a pro-immigration group, the Migration Policy Institute.”
Analysis: Biden’s Migrants to Enjoy Multi-Billion-Dollar Welfare Payday
More than a million migrants, whom President Joe Biden’s administration has released into the United States through a parole pipeline, could enjoy a multi-billion-dollar welfare payday a few years from now, new analysis suggests.
As Breitbart News reported, since early 2021, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has released more than a million migrants into the U.S. interior by awarding them parole — a program initially intended for rare, case-by-case circumstances.
Analysis conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies’ George Fishman, a former DHS official from the Trump administration, finds that should many of these migrants awarded parole remain in the U.S. for at least five years, they will become eligible for American taxpayer-funded welfare benefits.
The “parole payday,” as Fishman writes, would be to the tune of billions:
And for those in parole status for a year or more, most, but not all, of the payday will only come to those who are still parolees five years after getting their stamps. Additionally, some parolees will be able to adjust status to lawful permanent residence, such as by marrying a U.S. citizen, or for Cubans, by being physically present in the U.S. for a year. [Emphasis added]
…
If we were to use this value as an estimate of the parole payday for parolees once they have been in that status for five years, the yearly cost of President Biden’s parole bender will be about $3 billion a year per million parolees. The first Biden parolees will begin receiving their parole paydays in January 2026. [Emphasis added]
In some cases, when migrants deliver children in the U.S. who are then immediately rewarded birthright American citizenship or when migrants are under 18 years old, welfare benefits will become immediately claimable.
“[Benefits checks] will go directly to the parents or legal guardians, whether or not they are eligible for benefits themselves,” Fishman writes. “As to federal housing benefits, as long as one member of a household is eligible, the whole household can receive benefits.”
Fishman, though, said House and Senate Republicans can ensure that American taxpayers are saved from footing the bill for this “parole payday” by changing the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) to exclude migrants given parole from being considered for welfare benefits altogether.
The Biden administration’s parole pipeline serves as that network’s most effective tool in getting migrants into the U.S. interior. Breitbart News reported last year that the parole pipeline runs like a “full service travel agency” for border crossers, many of whom walk up to Border Patrol agents asking for parole.

YOU HAVE TO BE A PIG PARASITE LAWYER OR CORRUPT AS THE DAY IS LONG TO BE IN THE CORRUPT BIDEN ADMINISTRATION. BECERRA IS BOTH!
HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra to Oversee Biden Scheme Opening Obamacare to DACA Illegal Aliens
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra will oversee a scheme by President Joe Biden to open Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, and Medicaid rolls to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
This week, Biden announced a plan to open Obamacare and Medicaid rolls, both subsidized by American taxpayers, to nearly 600,000 illegal aliens currently enrolled in DACA — the program created by former President Obama, via executive order, that has shielded more than a million illegal aliens from deportation through the years.
Becerra, whom Breitbart News reported has long reviewed opening taxpayer-funded health coverage options to illegal aliens, will oversee the scheme — proposing a federal rule by the end of this month which, if finalized, would make DACA illegal aliens eligible for Obamacare and Medicaid.
“Of the nearly 580,000 DREAMers who arrived in this country as children and currently have DACA protections, an estimated 34 percent do not have health insurance coverage … [this] rule would change that,” Becerra said in a statement.

“Under the proposed rule, DACA recipients will be able to apply for coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace, where they may qualify for financial assistance based on income, and through their state Medicaid agency,” the White House wrote in its announcement.
Prior research has found that offering Obamacare to illegal aliens would cost taxpayers about $4,600 per illegal alien. Such an estimate indicates that taxpayers could be charged about $2.8 billion every year to provide subsidized health coverage to every DACA illegal alien.
Already, American taxpayers are forced to subsidize at least $18.5 billion of annual medical costs for illegal aliens living in the United States, according to estimates by Chris Conover, formerly of the Center for Health Policy and Inequalities Research at Duke University.
