Department of Public Safety directly clash with longstanding claims
by local police chiefs who routinely say that border cities are safe.
“These criminal organizations come across from Mexico to the U.S. side and they kill individuals. they murder individuals,” Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Lieutenant Chris Olivarez told Sara Carter with Fox News. “We have had several incidents that have taken place along the border using professional-type weapons the way they carry out these killings, very professional, very methodical.”

Osama bin Laden rightly coached his followers that “the people want to follow the ‘strong horse’ and will abandon the weak one.” We are witnessing our nation now being destroyed by the powerful Democrat demons and betrayed by the pitiable weakness and cowardice of our Republican champions. Unless the Republicans, the Patriots, the Conservatives, the lovers of our Constitution, quickly rise up and display backbone, this great American experiment may well perish from the earth.
Providence and our brilliant Constitution have given us a legal pathway to saving this nation, but it must be grasped and pursued with courage and righteous power. While the Democrats dishonored the tool of Impeachment against President Trump by using false and illegitimate reasons for their debauched actions, this must not be the excuse for abandoning this worthy instrument for correcting against corruption and stupidity in our highest public offices.
The evidence for Biden’s corruption and betrayal of America mounts by the day. We cannot wait for the situation to ripen further. Too many of our institutions supporting justice and the rule of law have already been compromised by criminal behavior and subornation from the highest levels. Every day that action to bring justice is delayed, creates more despair and consternation amongst the American people. They must not be allowed to lapse into apathy and cynicism.
A clear and powerful case for Impeachment must be mounted immediately. It will grow and become the basis for an education campaign that cannot be stopped or papered over by our now untrustworthy press and government handmaidens of deceit. More and more of the foul truth about the Biden crime family and our damaged Justice system will emerge, until the trickle of whistle blowers and damning evidence becomes a rushing torrent that can wash away the stains and ugly crimes of the past three years.
Too many of our fellow citizens, stressed and shell shocked by the blitzkrieg carried out by the former Democrat party, have been emotionally damaged and driven into hiding, along with their families, in the ruins of their homes, lives, and businesses. The fires and intimidation of Antifa and BLM still smolder across the land, and every day new attacks are launched against our school children at every grade level, as we are lectured and harassed to accept, nay, welcome, their corruption, sexualization, mutilation, and indoctrination. Meanwhile, those normative guardrails for any civilization to exist: Law and order, safety, common values and heroes, trustworthy lawmakers and leaders, and respect for the sacrifices and gifts of our ancestors; these are all being dissolved in an acid wash of lies and propaganda.
The red fascists masquerading as our Democrat political party have obliterated the home of Truman, Kennedy, and LBJ. What remains is a shell, a Trojan Horse packed full of crazy-eyed warriors prepared at every moment to commit murder and mayhem to advance their power. There is no polite answer to the armed killer at your door. In too many places, the police have been depopulated and terrorized. Our prosecutors have been emasculated and suborned. Even our armed forces are being hollowed out and rendered unfit for combat.
There is still time to turn the tide. We must now, without delay and without fear, use every tool that our Constitution gives us to stop the illegitimate mad tyranny being promoted and carried out by the Biden administration. There’s no profit in bemoaning the corrupt imbeciles who are carrying out our destruction, any more than protesting Adolf Eichmann while Hitler ruled. The evil and illegality flow from the top, down through the tiers of bureaucracy and time servers, the FBI and Department of Justice, Homeland Security, EPA, CIA, State Department, ad nauseum.
President Biden and Vice President Harris have violated their oaths of office. At the simplest level, they are governed by Article 2, Section 3 which reads in part: “(they) shall take care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” To be sworn in as President, Biden had to agree that “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Our bill of particulars for Impeachment can have many clauses, but there is no need to go any further than the President’s clear refusal to enforce existing immigration laws for more than two years, and to invite and allow a literal invasion on our southern border. This has caused manifest harms and damages to our entire nation, not least of which have been the proximate cause of nearly 200,000 deaths of American citizens from drugs like fentanyl flooding across our border.
The list of horribles caused by President Biden’s betrayal of our country, its laws, and its citizens, is long and blood soaked. We know that his illegal actions have resulted in the deaths from exposure, torture, and exploitation of thousands of individuals drawn by the “promise” of an easy illegal entry into our blessed land. We know that his actions have enriched the brutal and savage Mexican and South American cartels to the tune of billions of dollars each month. He has created a pathway, a royal road leading the worst corruption and destruction, to every doorstep in our nation. We are now flooded with deadly drugs, child prostitution, deranged criminal gangs and individuals, slave labor, and untold illnesses and disease.
None of this, and much, much more is unknown to the White House and our government. What manner of human being would originate and stubbornly persist in carrying out such a destructive policy against his own nation, and along with his minions, continuously lie about it, with the cries and tears of raped and abused women and children, with the river of pain flowing forth from parents and families who have lost their precious loved ones to Fentanyl poisoning or gang violence?
In the end, the only way to stop the carnage and likely destruction of America, constitutionally, is by filing and fighting for Articles of Impeachment against Joseph R. Biden. And I would argue that the same should be done against Kamala Harris. Her hands are dirty. She is a full cooperating accessory to the criminal, illegal, and unconstitutional actions of the Biden Administration.
Bringing Impeachment before the House of Representatives, giving a full airing to the criminality and misdeeds of the Biden gang would explode nationally and could not be contained or constrained by a handmaiden media. Republicans are too much like the pachyderm afraid of the Democrat mouse at their feet. For God’s sake, GOP, you must step on this rat. With enough public outcry and exposure of the illegal Biden behavior, who knows what effect this will have on Senate Democrats if an impeachment trial is held?
The Lord works in mysterious ways, and may move the more than 50% of Democrats who already want Biden gone. Remember, the Speaker of the House is third in line if replacement of the President and Vice President should happen. We need a miracle to save America. Give us that miracle.

Biden's Deathly Presidency
For four years under President Trump, America enjoyed peace, security, and unparalleled prosperity. Trump's presidency was a historic era of good times in which we began to regain faith in the American Dream. Now we have the nightmare, and the death and destruction that go with it.
Yes, the Trump Era was prosperous, with historically low unemployment rates, low inflation, energy independence, and rising wages. But aside from that, the most important thing about Trump's presidency was the fact that Americans were secure, as they had not been under Obama and certainly are not under Biden. Under Trump, America was in so many senses vibrant and "alive" with pride in our country and hope for its future.
Now we have regular mass shootings in which citizens disarmed by the State have no way to defend themselves. Overseas, we have a war in Ukraine, the threat of a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, and Iran developing nuclear weapons with the encouragement of the Biden administration. The common thread is death and the fear that goes with it. And this does not even include Biden's aggressive defense of abortion on demand.
Under President Trump, I lived without fear. I knew that Trump supported my right to defend my home and that he supported the police who defended me as well. Just having the president and his administration on my side made me breathe easier. America was moving in the right direction, as was confirmed by every opinion poll during Trump's time in office before COVID was unleashed.
Long-term death rates are more a matter of demographics than policy, and they have been rising ever since Obama took office in 2008. But murder rates, deaths in war and civil unrest, drug overdose deaths, and accidental deaths are attributable to policy, and they have been rising under Biden, even during his short time in office. Under Biden, the U.S. murder rate, which had been declining under President Trump, is the highest in 25 years. According to former N.Y. police commissioner Howard Safir, the spike in violence is partly attributable to lack of support for police and soft-on-crime prosecutors. And it is Biden, with his anti-police rhetoric and refusal to prosecute (as in the case of those picketing Justice Kavanaugh's home), who is responsible for this climate of anarchy.
Now I plan my trips carefully, avoid eye contact with strangers, and carry only a driver's license and credit card. I drive inconspicuously as well, given the explosion of road rage incidents.
The most galling thing is that Biden never says a word about the victims of crime unless he can twist the incident into an anti-gun lecture, and he takes no action to protect anyone, especially law-abiding citizens in middle-class neighborhoods like my own. In this and so many other ways, he seems on the side of those who wish to destroy us. It's no accident that murder rates are spiraling at home and war is breaking out overseas. Both are a response to Biden's weakness, and death is the consequence.
I fear there will be more death ahead. I expect an invasion in Taiwan, Moldova, or Finland, and new outbreaks of violence in the Middle East involving either Iran or its surrogates. The incomprehensible Iran deal, which Biden is pushing, would "make Biden 'the biggest funder of terrorism in the world,'" according to Rep. Jim Banks. "Terrorism" is not just a derogatory word; it is the act of murdering innocent human beings, including women and children. Hasn't that fact entered into Biden's Iran deal calculations?
Biden's weakness has emboldened our enemies, and their actions pose a threat to our security. This is the way major wars begin. They can be prevented only by the projection of force of the kind we saw under President Trump, and Biden projects about as much force as a lady's fan. His weakness will get us into another war, and our young men and women will die in that war. There is death hanging over us, and Biden seems oblivious, fumbling with his note cards to find some kind of answer.
There is a new national mood in America unlike anything I've seen since the 1960s: a sense of foreboding and caution based on the very real threat of violence and collapse. There are more threats to our country, including the wealth destruction of inflation, to which Biden simply rolls his eyes, chuckles, and whispers some idiotic riposte. There are more criminal gangs, and Biden just welcomes more in. There is more road rage, more random shooting, more felons out on no bond/low bond. And there is a callous and brutal disregard for the lives of the unborn.
In response to the mounting violence, Biden seems remote, fuddling with his microphone like a man slipping into dementia, and those around him seem inept, if not callous, including his new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, who is said to have "frequently stumbled" during her first weeks. A president who is weak and advisers who are incompetent and anti-American to boot — that is a recipe for disaster, and disaster will end, as it always does, in poverty, destruction, and death.
There are bullies in the world who watched as Biden stumbled out of Afghanistan, and bullies don't have much respect for doddering fools who just want to survive a four-year term and leave a mess for someone else to clean up.
As a citizen, it is difficult to watch my country besieged by violence. Biden's presidency has been deadly in every respect: turning off economic growth and imposing environmental restrictions, proposing inflation-adjusted cuts in national defense while paying off student loans, and putting citizens at risk with his anti-police rhetoric.
There is little chance of a second Biden term, but just another two and a half years is painful to imagine. How many thousands will lose their lives because of one incompetent and wrong-headed leader? How far will America go into danger and destruction? And how much more difficult will it be for our next president, Trump or a Trump lookalike, to repair the damage and Make America Safe Again?

Biden Opens Border to 1 Million+ Illegals Per Year
President Joe Biden’s border deputies are doubling the inflow of illegals through the “CPB One” pathway, regardless of a multi-state lawsuit against the likely illegal process.
The monthly inflow will rise to 38,750 each month, allowing 465,000 illegal migrants to be registered and released each to take U.S. housing, jobs, and government aid.
Other channels created by Biden’s pro-migration border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, bring the planned inflow to almost one million illegals.
CBS reported:
“This is a continuation of the Biden administration’s expansion of lawful pathways and opportunities to access them, including CBP One appointments,” Homeland Security spokesperson Erin Heeter said. “The process cuts out smugglers while also providing a safe, orderly, and humane process for noncitizens to access ports of entry instead of attempting to enter the United States unlawfully.”
The CBP One service allows the migrants to avoid a recorded arrest at the border – ensuring an artificial reduction in the monthly reports about migrant inflows.
Pro-American critics say the CBP One process is illegal and is being used to smuggle an uncapped number of illegals past the cartels in Northern Mexico, past the TV media in the United States, and past the widespread public opposition in the United States.

Pro-American media groups continue to show the steady inflow of illegals:
The CBP One monthly inflow is in addition to the arrival of 30,000 migrants each month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. That parole pipeline will add another 360,000 migrants each year.
Biden’s border chief has also announced he will invite 100,000 left-behind family members of illegals from Central American countries.
Combined, the three pathways will deliver 925,000 illegal migrants into the United States– or one migrant for every three births.
The 925,000 goal does not count the migrants who sneak across the border — likely 1.5 million since January 2021 — nor the migrants imported via other programs.
Biden’s deputies also have announced plans to set up 100 sites in foreign countries to recruit more migrants, likely via the uncapped refugee pipeline.
The 100-site refugee inflow will likely be operated in cooperation with the United Nations International Organization for Migration. One of Biden’s deputies has just taken over the IOM group, simplifying the planned recruitment of more migrants.
These illegal migrants are in addition to the legal inflow of roughly one million legal immigrants, and roughly 1 million temporary workers. The 1 million per year legal inflow is the number set by Congress in 1990.
All told the Biden administration plans to import at least 3 million migrants and workers each year — or roughly six arrivals for every seven American births — regardless of Congress’ 1990 law.

That huge inflow will spike the cost of housing for young families, force down wages, crowd the schools needed by American kids,
But the Biden migration will also generate massive stock-market gains for older investors, and also dramatically expand the role of government aid agencies from coast to coast.
The Biden administration’s strategy echoes the policies adopted by the government in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada — all of which have decided to grow their economy by extracting more consumers, renters, and workers from poor countries. The massive inflows, however, are sidelining the nation’s citizens.
Extraction Migration
The federal government has long operated an unpopular economic policy of Extraction Migration. This colonialism-like policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries, reduces beneficial trade, and uses the imported workers, renters, and consumers to grow Wall Street and the economy.
The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.
The lethal policy also sucks jobs and wealth from heartland states by subsidizing coastal investors with a flood of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers.
The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because the population replacement allows elites to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.
In many speeches, Mayorkas says he is building a mass migration system to deliver workers to wealthy employers and investors and “equity” to poor foreigners. The nation’s border laws are subordinate to elite opinion about “the values of our country” Mayorkas claims.
Migration — and especially, labor migration — is unpopular among swing voters. A 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR). The 54 percent “Invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

13 Gang Members, Released into U.S. by Feds, Among Illegal Aliens Charged with 15-Year-Old Boy’s Murder
MS-13 gang members, released into the United States by federal officials, are among five illegal aliens charged with murdering a 15-year-old boy in Frederick County, Maryland.
As Breitbart News reported this week, 21-year-old illegal alien Alexis Alfredo Ayala Lopez, 23-year-old illegal alien Jose Roberto Ramos Lopez, 29-year-old illegal alien Ismael Lopez Lopez, 27-year-old illegal alien Elmer Bladimir Reyes Reyes, and 20-year-old illegal alien Ismael Ivan Rivera Canales have been arrested and charged with murdering Limber Lopez Funez, who went missing in February before his remains were found in Gambrill State Park in April.
According to Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, which works closely with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency through its 287(g) agreement, Ramos Lopez and Lopez Lopez are both validated members of the violent MS-13 gang, which often funnels its recruits through the federal government’s Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) pipeline.
Thanks to Frederick County’s 287(g) agreement with ICE, the agency has placed detainers on all five illegal aliens so that they will be turned over to their custody if they are released from local police custody at any time.
The sheriff’s office also announced that a sixth suspect, MS-13 gang member Josue Mauricio Arrue-Paniagua has also been arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection to Funez’s death.
Jon Feere, Director of Investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies and a former ICE official in the Trump administration, reports that three of the illegal aliens charged with Funez’s murder arrived at the United States-Mexico border as UACs.
Together, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released the illegal aliens — two of which are MS-13 gang members — into the U.S. interior as a result.
The Funez case is deeply similar to the murder of 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton, which occurred in Maryland in July 2022.
A detailed investigation into Hamilton’s murder by the House Judiciary Committee revealed this month that the illegal alien MS-13 gang member accused of murdering the young woman had arrived at the border as a UAC just a few months prior.
Subsequently, despite his prior arrest in El Salvador for his being connected to MS-13, the illegal alien was briefly detained by DHS before being turned over to HHS. From there, only two months before Hamilton’s murder, the illegal alien was placed with an adult sponsor in Maryland by HHS officials.
Police allege that the illegal alien strangled Hamilton to death using the wire of a pair of earphones before sexually assaulting her. While the homicide charges were pending, the illegal alien was placed in a foster home with other children.
In the Funez case, all suspects are being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center without bail.

Bidenites quietly drop DNA requirement for illegal border crossers claiming to be 'families'
If the recent scandal of migrant child labor in the U.S. ever bothered the Bidenites, you wouldn't know it from their latest idiocy on admission of illegal border crossers into the U.S.
According to the Immigration Reform Law Institute's Brian Lonergan, writing for American Greatness:
... as of May 31, the federal government ended familial DNA testing at the southern border. Don’t expect to hear about this on the news, but it is a move that will have tragic consequences while also revealing the galling cruelty and hypocrisy of the Biden Administration.
Lonergan explained what's been going on that prompted a need for it:
Because recent U.S. immigration policy has favored family units over individuals crossing illegally, cartels have begun to “rent” children to their migrant customers looking to enter the United States. Once the migrants successfully cross the border, the children are then recycled back to Mexico and assigned to another client.
Along the way, these “rentals” are often subjected to violence and sexual abuse. Breaker boys, children who worked in coal mines in late 19th century America, faced an easier predicament by comparison.
In other words, the cartels are running a rent-a-kid operation in order to get illegal border crossers into the interior of the country as a "family unit" which the Biden administration is still allowing, despite its claims about running a tougher border operation after the end of Title 42.
The kids are used as fodder to get an illegal migrant into the U.S., and then recycled back to Mexico to "serve" as another phony parent's kid, and abused horribly in the process. For some, when they get too recognizable to Border Patrol agents, they are eventually shipped into the states as "unaccompanied children."
If they enter alone, they're handed over to slavers claiming to be their parents or other relatives in order to work at egg farms, construction sites, industrial cleanup operations, and other horrors of child labor documented in a two-part report in the New York Times by Hannah Dreier, all so they can pay their "debts" for their entry into the U.S.
These workers are part of a new economy of exploitation: Migrant children, who have been coming into the United States without their parents in record numbers, are ending up in some of the most punishing jobs in the country, a New York Times investigation found. This shadow work force extends across industries in every state, flouting child labor laws that have been in place for nearly a century. Twelve-year-old roofers in Florida and Tennessee. Underage slaughterhouse workers in Delaware, Mississippi and North Carolina. Children sawing planks of wood on overnight shifts in South Dakota.
Largely from Central America, the children are driven by economic desperation that was worsened by the pandemic. This labor force has been slowly growing for almost a decade, but it has exploded since 2021, while the systems meant to protect children have broken down.
No DNA testing on those kids or their "parents" or "uncles," either, despite Biden officials' claims to being shocked at the exploitation allegations. The Bidenites claimed they had big plans to vet these kids' sponsors better:
After the article’s publication in February, the White House announced policy changes and a crackdown on companies that hire children.
...and...
Robyn M. Patterson, a White House spokeswoman, said in a statement that the administration was now increasing scrutiny of employers and reviewing its vetting of sponsors.
There also was this New York Times headline about Biden's White House promising they'd do better.
Biden Administration Plans Crackdown on Migrant Child Labor
Yet somehow, none of this included DNA testing, which they have since dropped.
Instead, Biden promised a crackdown on employers who hire illegal immigrant child labor -- with no sign of that happening, either, despite, or perhaps because, of all the big corporate wokester names involved, such as
Ben & Jerry’s, Fruit of the Loom, Ford, General Motors, J. Crew, Walmart, Whole Foods and Target. In Grand Rapids, Mich., children worked late nights at plants operated by Hearthside Food Solutions, which makes and packages food for other companies, including General Mills, Frito-Lay and Quaker Oats.
There was also a promise to pick up the phone when a child migrant calls to report exploitation while handling industrial chemicals or operating construction equipment or something similar.
On Monday, senior administration officials said Health and Human Services would now direct operators to return calls to children and require them to explain what local law enforcement agency would be in touch.
And in the grand finale, Biden's big crackdown included a promise of a welcome packet for the "sponsors" with information on U.S. labor law, as if cartel exploiters would actually be concerned about that.
Case managers will also start providing information to sponsors and recently released children about U.S. labor protections.
Just no DNA testing about who these people are, and why they can claim some kind of familial right to be guardians of these kids and why they're being released, despite whistleblowers attempting to stop that and being punished
As has been noted on the GOP side of the House:
A spokesman for Speaker Kevin McCarthy said Xavier Becerra, the secretary of health and human services, “cut corners on vetting procedures to prioritize the expedited release of minors, and as a result more migrant children are being handed off to traffickers and exploited.”
With problems like that, one wonders why the Bidenites ever so quietly dropped that DNA testing requirement for incoming migrant "families."
As Lonergan notes:
Despite the preposterous claims by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that his department is “taking it to the cartels,” the U.S. government has become the silent partner of the ruthless criminal enterprises that are profiting from human misery at our border.
The cartels transport the migrants from the Northern Triangle or other points south to the U.S. border, and Biden’s immigration agents process them at the border so that various nonprofit groups can disperse them throughout the interior of the United States. It’s an efficient pipeline that benefits all the partners. The best part is that the enterprise is mostly funded by the U.S. citizen taxpayers, who then must suffer under the numerous bad consequences that come from a reckless mass migration policy.
Lonergan adds that the Biden White House doesn't seem to care because they have their narrative:
Are the architects of this ghoulish flesh-peddling market held accountable for what reasonably could be called crimes against humanity? Quite the opposite. Biden, Mayorkas, and other fellow travelers hide behind the rhetoric that they are the compassionate saviors of children...
The only reason this is occuring is that Joe Biden has put a loophole in for cartels in his refusal to expel illegal crossers traveling alone who are under 18, and in his refusal to detain any group claiming to be "families." Whistleblowers have been punished, as the New York Times notes, so the child exploitation continues. From there, all kinds of mayhem has followed because the cartels seen their opportunity and they took it.
In both kinds of crimes against children, whether of using rent-a-kids to get single migrants over, or releasing single children traveling alone to skeevy exploiting sponsors claiming to be relatives, significant amounts of child exploitation can and has been stopped dead by DNA testing to detect phony "families."
If Biden cared about this, he wouldn't have stopped the DNA testing to prevent this exploitation of migrant children.
That he didn't tells us he's got some other game going on, and it's not pretty.
Hang this issue around him. He needs to answer some questions about this sneaky gift to the cartels and the child exploiters.

Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty Against MS-13 Gang Member Charged with Murdering Uber Eats Driver
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against an MS-13 gang member who had recently been released from prison on parole, charged with murdering an Uber Eats driver in a case that police have called “demonic.”
Oscar Solis, a 30-year-old MS-13 Gang member, was arrested last month for allegedly murdering and dismembering 59-year-old Randall Cooke, a husband and stepfather, as he was delivering food to the gang member’s home in his final delivery for the night, Breitbart News reported at the time.
This month, Solis pleaded not guilty to murdering and dismembering Cooke, even as prosecutors said the gang member stabbed the Uber Eats driver 35 times.
Prosecutors confirmed they will seek the death penalty against Solis.
“I’ve never seen anything like this before,” Pasco County State Attorney Bruce Bartlett told the Tampa Bay Times. “I cannot focus on how an individual can be so vile. I cannot for the life of me believe he was so nonchalant in what he did.”

According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, on April 19, Cooke was texting with his wife, Kathy, whom he married in 2020, on the night of his murder. Cooke had one final Uber Eats delivery to make, a job he got to support his wife and stepdaughters’ dreams of living oceanside.
Police said security camera footage shows Cooke making the delivery at Solis’s residence before the camera shuts off. From there, police believe Solis yanked Cooke inside the home, murdered him, dismembered his body, and then stuffed his remains in trash bags, which he later took out to garbage cans with another suspect.
Solis had been recently released on parole from prison in January of this year in Indiana and then moved to Holiday and failed to register as a convicted felon — a violation of his parole.
Solis’s lengthy criminal record includes stabbing a fellow prison inmate multiple times, aggravated battery, multiple burglary convictions, drug offenses, resisting law enforcement, and assaulting prison staff.

Five Illegal Aliens Charged with Murdering 15-Year-Old Boy in Maryland
Five illegal aliens are now accused of murdering a 15-year-old boy sometime earlier this year in Frederick County, Maryland.
Alexis Alfredo Ayala Lopez, a 21-year-old illegal alien; Jose Roberto Ramos Lopez, a 23-year-old illegal alien; Ismael Lopez Lopez, a 29-year-old illegal alien; Elmer Bladimir Reyes Reyes, a 27-year-old illegal alien; and Ismael Ivan Rivera Canales, a 20-year-old illegal alien, were arrested and charged this week with murdering 15-year-old Limber Lopez Funez and dumping his body in Gambrill State Park.
Back in late February, Funez’s family contacted the Frederick Police Department to report the teenager missing. The following day, police detectives discovered a crime scene about half an hour away from the state park where Funez’s body was later found in late April.
“Since Mr. Lopez Funez was first reported missing back in late February, we have had officers and detectives working tirelessly, investigating this case,” Frederick Chief of Police Jason Lando said in a statement.
“Our team spent countless hours following leads and conducting searches all over the county,” he continued. “We were all hoping to find Limber alive and well, but sadly that did not happen.”
Through collecting digital, video, and forensic evidence, police detectives were able to identify the five illegal aliens as prime suspects in Funez’s murder. On May 26, search warrants for the suspects were issued and each was apprehended by police.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency confirmed to FOX5 DC that all the murder suspects are illegal aliens living in the United States. All are charged with first-degree murder.
“On behalf of the entire team at FPD, our hearts go out to the victim’s family,” Lando said. “While we know it will not bring Limber back, we hope the arrests, in this case, will offer some closure to the Lopez Funez family.”
The case is still being investigated. The five illegal aliens remain in police custody.
