The Impact of Third Parties on the 2024 Election
A Gallup poll published on October 4, 2023 should serve as a wake-up call to both the Democrat and Republican Parties as well as their prospective presidential nominees in 2024.
A massive 63% of those polled told Gallup they agree with the premise that the Republican and Democratic Parties do such a poor job of representing the American people that a third major party is necessary. 46% of Democrats and a whopping 76% of Independents believe a third party is needed.
The change among Republican voters claiming the need for a third party is the most significant revelation of this poll. As of October of 2023, 58% of Republicans believe a third party is a necessity. That is up 13 points from last year when Donald Trump’s announced he would run for a second term. In the normal course of events, once Trump got into the race the percentage of Republicans agreeing that at third party was needed should have receded not increased. During Trump’s four years in office an average of only 39% of Republicans agreed that a third party was needed.
Much of this reaction among the general populace is due to three factors. First, the unpopularity of both Trump (57% unfavorable) and Biden (54% unfavorable). Second, the Democrat Party’s pursuit of far-left policies that alienate a majority of voters. And third, the Republican Party’s fecklessness in dealing with the Democrat Party’s extremism while publicly airing out their internal squabbles like children on a school playground.
This Gallup poll is not an outlier. Another recent poll exposes the potential impact of a third party vote on the outcome of the 2024 election.
In eight all-important battleground states that will decide the 2024 election, a majority of the registered voters polled said they would back a third-party candidate if the 2024 election features a rematch between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
Overall, 63% claim they would be open to supporting a centrist independent ticket. 72% believe Biden should not win a second term (which is among the many reasons he will not be on the ballot in November of 2024), while 63% say Trump should not win a second term. This opens the door for an alternative candidate to garner significant votes in the general election. A third party candidate cannot win in any of these states, but they will have a major impact on who does.
The Libertarian Party is extraordinarily bullish on their ability to achieve major inroads among the electorate in 2024 and make an Electoral College breakthrough for the first time in their 50-year history. Their confidence is exemplified by their 2020 vice-presidential nominee, Spike Cohen, who when asked about splitting the 2024 vote said:
Libertarians intend to take so many votes from Republicrats that neither of their candidates can win, and we win instead. If we fall short of that, we will still have a major impact. And if they want so many voters to stop voting for us, they should put up candidates that suck less.
The Libertarian Party’s impact on not only the Republican presidential ticket but down ballot elections as well cannot be underestimated. In 2020, 
Trump lost Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin (and thus the presidency) by a combined 42,000 votes, the Libertarian candidate garnered 153,000 votes in those states and 2024 projects to be a far better year for third-party candidates.
Among those factors is the emergence of the No Labels Party, which is intent on nominating an alternative “centrist ticket.” Thus far they have ballot access in ten states, including the battleground states of Arizona, North Carolina, and Nevada and will be filing petitions in additional states.
The No Labels Party is planning to choose a candidate at their convention in April of 2024 but names such as ex-governor Larry Hogan (R-Maryland), ex-governor Jon Huntsman (R-Utah) and Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virgina) have been bandied about as potential nominees.
Another name that could be added to the list is Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who recently announced his intention to run as an independent. He will have enormous difficulty gaining ballot access as an independent but he could consider the No Labels Party as an alternative. The consensus is he would siphon more votes from Trump than Biden as he has become the darling of many populist-leaning voters.
The Green Party will nominate a candidate at its convention. Cornel West, who was planning on running as the Green Party candidate, has dropped out, claiming he will run as an independent leaving the party with a list of eight unknown candidates. As the Party invariably siphons votes from the Democrat candidate, there appears to be little enthusiasm among the Green Party hierarchy to promote their ultimate nominee as defeating Trump is their main objective in 2024.
The resurgence of interest in a third party by a majority of Americans is also a reaction to the self-aggrandizement, incompetence, and avarice on display almost daily by members of both parties as Congress has evolved into an institution of near-permanent tenure for its members.
Chief among the complaints of many Americans who clamor for a third party is that Congress is run by “the Uniparty.” There is a Uniparty because once elected the bulk of House and Senate members have little fear of being defeated for re-election, thus, their common and overriding interest is enriching themselves, fundraising, and satisfying their financial backers.
This process evolved over many decades due to a large segment of voters choosing not to vote in primaries. Among Republican far too many opt to remain on the sidelines throw stones and complain rather than affect change. The typical turnout for a primary around 30%. The result of this indifference: since 1962 (30 election cycles) the average re-election rate per cycle for incumbents has been nearly 94%.
This unrest among the electorate and their desire for a major third party portends a threat to both major parties, but in particular the Republican Party. The bulk of third-party angst is aimed at the Republicans, potentially leaving the now Marxist-controlled Democrat Party in the position of assuming near total and permanent hegemony within the halls of government.
It will take at least a decade for a third party to supplant the Republican Party as one of the two national parties. In the meantime, the Democrats will have achieved their goal of transforming America into an enfeebled one-party socialist nation.
Historically third parties have had little impact on American elections. However, a significant vote for a third party in 2024 will result in the Democrats winning the White House and at least one if not both chambers of Congress.
Which begs the question: what is the Republican Caucus in the House and Senate, the Republican National Committee, and Donald Trump doing to convince Americans to not vote for a third party?
Biden, resign now!
On October 7, when Jews celebrated the giving of the Torah by God to the Jewish people, Hamas massacred more than 1,000 Jewish civilians in Israel, shouting "Allah Akbar" (Our God is greater) over their desecrated bodies.
Children, women, and the elderly were raped, mutilated, and tortured in the name of Allah by a terrorist organization created with a sole mission to eradicate the Jewish state. Hamas Charter, Article 28 states "Israel, by virtue of it being Jewish and of having a Jewish population, defies Islam and the Muslims."
It was less than one month earlier that Joe Biden released $6 billion to Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism throughout the world whose stated mission is to eliminate the Jewish state of Israel.
Hamas has admitted that the $6 billion freed up Iran's money supply. It enabled Hamas to receive the needed weapons to carry out their massacre upon innocent civilians. Since Iran is a well-known sponsor of worldwide terrorism with a parliament which regularly engages in shouts of "Death to America," it begs the question: Why would the Biden administration hand over $6 billion to a sworn enemy? Giving aid to our enemy is clearly an act of treason; yet there have been no significant calls for his removal. Perhaps the answer lies with Biden, a man who has never met a kickback he didn't accept.
Evidently, Iran's strategy was to bide their time and wait out President Trump's presidency. They knew they had a friend in Biden.
President Trump, unlike Biden, made it clear to the Iranian mullahs that any threat to the security of even one American would be met with full force.
Consequently, during Trump's presidency the region was stable and quiet. There were no Islamic terrorist attacks here at home, nor in Israel.
Under his presidency, the Palestinian Authority offices in New York City and Washington, D.C. were closed. Their refusal to recognize the Jewish state led Trump to withdraw all financial aid to them. Additionally, he halted all financial aid to American college campuses which engaged in anti-Semitism.
During the Clinton, Bush, and Obama presidencies, Islamic Studies departments were created in numerous universities, and paid for by Islamic oil money. These Islamic Studies departments were instrumental in the rise of student anti-Semitism on college campuses throughout the nation. Jewish students in support of Israel were verbally and physically attacked by Muslims and their allies, the communist left.
Iran's decision to wait out Trump's presidency proved to be successful. Within a few weeks, all of President Trump's earlier acts in support of Israel and Jews were cancelled by Biden. Instead, he allowed the P.A. to reopen their offices and financial aid to the "Palestinians" resumed. Hamas and the P.A.'s Mahmoud Abbas recognized Biden as a friend. It became obvious that Biden and his State Department intended to treat Israel as a pariah state. No where was it more obvious than the day Biden refused to meet with the newly elected prime minister, Bibi Netanyahu.
The infamous act to hand over $6 billion to an enemy state was an act of treason; yet there were no calls for his removal. Instead, Biden and his handlers resumed nuclear arms negotiations which had been cancelled under President Trump, and Biden appointed now disgraced Robert Malley to head the talks. Since then, Malley has been charged with releasing classified information and his security clearance has been revoked. Further, a pro-Iranian spy network operating within the Biden State Department and Pentagon was recently busted. According to two independent news sources, Iranian government emails revealed Robert Malley helped fund, support, and direct Iranian intelligence operations to influence the United States. Malley was the chief interlocutor with Iran for the United States under both the Obama and Biden administrations.
Meanwhile, our open border is allowing Islamic fighters and sleeper cells to enter our country. The danger from sleeper cells spreading throughout American cities cannot be understated. We know 150 Islamic terrorists have entered our country. There may be many more undetected ones. These sleeper cells have the capacity when the time is ripe to conduct the same barbaric attacks terrorists carried out in Israel. They are marching in our streets and holding rallies in support of mutilating children, women, and the elderly. In Sydney, Australia, in front of the famous Sydney Opera House, they gathered with Hamas and Hezbollah flags with shouts of "Gas the Jews! Here in New York City, they gathered in Times Square with a warning to all Americans. "Allah is supreme and there is no other God but Allah.” They have shown the world who they really are and what atrocities they are willing to commit. We must believe them.
While the world is in turmoil, Joe Biden has chosen to keep our southern border open and fly those who have entered our collective home without our permission to cities throughout our country. It is a treasonous act worthy of removal. For the good of the country, I call upon Congress and Americans of all persuasions to call for Biden's resignation.

Mark Levin: Everyone in Congress Needs to Read Alex Marlow’s ‘Breaking Biden’
Bestselling conservative author and commentator Mark Levin said that everyone in Congress needs to read Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow’s new book Breaking Biden: Exposing the Hidden Forces and Secret Money Machine Behind Joe Biden, His Family, and His Administration. “This is a killer book,” Levin said. “If you want to know what the hell the Biden’s have been up to — you think you know about it, trust me, you don’t know about it.”
“I hope these various members of Congress read this book, particularly the House Oversight Committee, the Judiciary Committee, all these other committees, all the candidates really need to read this book and understand what they’re up against, ultimately,” Levin said during a Friday radio interview with Marlow about Breaking Biden.

Levin also touched upon how well-researched Breaking Biden is, adding, “This is a killer book. If you want to know what the hell the Biden’s have been up to — you think you know about it, trust me, you don’t know about it.”
“He’s got more notes, more sourcing in this book than I’ve ever seen,” Levin said about Marlow’s research for the book.
Marlow explained that before writing his book he “had no idea who [Biden] was in terms of the extent of his policy failures, the extent that he has mortgaged our country to foreign lands, the extent to which his family has grifted off the back of the American public.”
“And that’s why I have to back it up with 1,600 total endnotes — 130 pages — because every time I approach a new subject matter, there is something different,” Marlow said. “If you don’t learn something on the first page, then you’re much more knowledgeable than I was going into the book. Every single page, there’s something new.” Despite the copious amount of research that went into the book, Levin praised it as “easy to digest.”
Marlow continued on why he set out to write the definitive book on Joe Biden:
It’s because the media hates this country, so they don’t tell the truth about people who are useful to them. This is why we don’t know him well enough. We’re told he’s a puppet. Well, sometimes goes it alone, like he did in Afghanistan. He ends up getting American servicemembers killed and droning children. We’re told he’s dumb, but he’s been saying all this dumb stuff for 50 years, and his family keeps making tens of millions of dollars off of crafty deals. We’re told he’s a blue collar guy, but he lived in a 10,000 square foot house with a ballroom. We’re told he’s a nice guy, but he’s also a deadbeat grandpa who doesn’t acknowledge his own grandkids. Everything we’ve been told about this guy is a lie. Most importantly that he is not the biggest threat right now to this country, because he is.
“There’s so much stuff in this book. Trust me, you’ve never read a lot of this. I have not,” Levin concurred.
“This is not ‘another Biden book.’ This is a standout book that really unravels his ideology, his methodology, his background, what it is that he really wants,” Levin said. “And we, the American people, need to understand — what you have done is you have taken all the veneer off this man.”

Amazon’s Alexa Claims 2020 U.S. President Election Was ‘Stolen’
Amazon’s popular voice assistant Alexa has recently claimed that the 2020 U.S. presidential election was “stolen by a massive amount of election fraud.”
Alexa has been telling its users that the 2020 presidential election between former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden was “stolen,” according to a report by Washington Post.

While the newspaper didn’t specify which version of Alexa it was testing, the voice assistant had reportedly cited Rumble — a video streaming platform used as an alternative to Google’s YouTube — when it claimed that the 2020 U.S. presidential election was stolen due to fraud.
Alexa also reportedly told users that the 2020 election was “notorious for many incidents of irregularities and indications pointing to electoral fraud taking place in major metro centers,” and had cited the newsletter service Substack.
Amazon told Washington Post that Alexa’s claim was “quickly fixed when brought to our attention.”
“These responses were errors that were delivered a small number of times, and quickly fixed when brought to our attention,” an Amazon spokesperson told the newspaper. “We continually audit and improve the systems we have in place for detecting and blocking inaccurate content.
After Amazon was approached for comment, Alexa started to refrain from answering whether the 2020 U.S. presidential election had been stolen, Washington Post reported.

Special Counsel Interviewed Joe Biden for Two Days over Classified Documents
President Joe Biden sat down for two days for an interview with Robert K. Hur, the special counsel investigating his handling of classified documents from his time as vice president that were found in his possession.
White House spokesman Ian Sams said the “voluntary interview” concluded Monday.
Sams said in a statement:
The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday. As we have said from the beginning, the president and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation. We would refer other questions to the Justice Department at this time.
Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Hur to investigate Biden in January after the federal government learned last November Biden maintained possession of classified documents in one of his offices and his garage.

The FBI began investigating Biden in November after learning Biden kept classified documents in his office at the Penn Biden Center. In December, Biden’s lawyers then informed the government of a second batch of classified documents found in his Wilmington garage, prompting Hur’s appointment as special counsel.
Hur’s interview with Biden comes after he has interviewed many of Biden’s closest aides and advisers, according to the New York Times.
As the Times reported:
Among them are Steve Ricchetti, a top White House aide, and Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser, the people familiar with the case said.
Prosecutors have also spoken to Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, who has been a key Biden foreign policy adviser for decades; Ron Klain, who served as White House chief of staff until earlier this year; and Michael R. Carpenter, the former managing director of the Penn Biden Center, who is currently ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Mr. Blinken’s interview was previously reported by ABC News.

The two-day interview with Biden suggests Hur is nearing the end of his nine-month investigation into the president.
In January, Biden said he was “surprised” to learn about the classified documents found in his possession.
“I was briefed about this discovery, and surprised to learn that there are any government records that were taken there to that office,” Biden said at the time.
“People know I take classified documents, classified information, seriously,” he added.
Hur’s investigation into Biden has played out while special counsel Jack Smith is prosecuting former President Donald Trump over his alleged mishandling of classified documents that were found at his Mar-a-Lago estate after he left office.
House Judiciary Report: Joe Biden Not Deporting over 99% of Illegal Aliens Arriving to U.S.
President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is failing to deport more than 99 percent of illegal aliens arriving to the United States, a report from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Tom McClintock (R-CA) details.
The report, released on Monday, shows the extent to which DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is carrying out the Biden administration’s expansive catch and release network.
According to Jordan and McClintock, more than five million illegal aliens arrived at the border from January 20, 2021, through March 31, 2023. Of those, at least 2.4 million did not have a confirmed departure from the U.S.
Meanwhile, during that same time period, the report states that DHS released nearly 2.15 million illegal aliens into American communities and just 5,993 illegal aliens first encountered at the border and placed into removal proceedings were ultimately deported from the U.S.

“In other words, the Biden Administration failed to remove, through immigration court proceedings, 99.73 percent of illegal aliens released into the United States during President Biden’s first 26 months in office,” the report states:
In fact, the Biden Administration’s 108,102 total removals account for just 2.15 percent of all southwest border encounters during that time and just 4 percent of the number of aliens with no confirmed departure from the United States. [Emphasis added]
Biden’s border policy is a fixture of his administration’s larger goal of ballooning the nation’s foreign-born population.
Analysis from the Center for Immigration Studies of the U.S. Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey (CPS) reveals that, as of August, the foreign-born population stands at about 49.5 million — just 500,000 immigrants short of hitting 50 million.
The foreign-born population today represents the largest ever in American history.

Madame Hillary lays down the law
Hillary Clinton recently called for the “deprogramming” of a large percentage of the American populace because they don’t hold the same leftist political beliefs and values that she does. Moreover, the FBI essentially labeled MAGA supporters as “terrorists” whose every move should be scrutinized. And the U.S. edges ever closer to becoming a one-party autocracy.
As those of us whom they crudely and preposterously smeared are neither cattle nor chattel, the only proper, indeed moral, response to them is: “Frightfully sorry, but it is not yours to dictate how we act or what we say.” Nor, I might add, do they (and their ilk) have the right to force us to go to re-education camp.
Can you imagine if our Founders were here today, and the likes of Hillary Clinton told them they needed to be “deprogrammed?” Or if the Biden administration threatened to take away their First and Second Amendment rights? Or if Deep State minions or school board functionaries branded them terrorists if they spoke up on behalf of their children? Dearest Lord in heaven it would be beautiful to witness!
“Mr. Jefferson, Mr. Adams, Mr. Adams, Mr. Washington, Mr. Henry, you must tone down your rhetoric! We will brook no calls for violence or insurrection from the uppity likes of you, who wish to destroy our democracy!”
Dreams aside, that is what tyrants say when they have all the power -- and have taken control of all major institutions. They then attempt to disarm their potential opposition -- and the general populace -- by taking from them their firearms -- and their words. In extreme cases, they will even attempt to jail their political opponents. (See the Third Reich, the Soviet Union, North Korea, China, Russia, and the United States under the Biden administration, circa 2023.)
Let me make this very clear: when the powers that be control everything, every lever of power, every institution, when they effectively control election procedures (and therefore the results, rendering them moot), and when they sneeringly mock those who question them, those who remain too civil or too cowed to attempt to throw off the chains that bind them deserve the servitude in which they find themselves.
Or, as another founder, Benjamin Franklin, once remarked: “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Hillary Clinton is an evil person

An evil person is someone who engages in malevolent behaviors. They are frequently immoral, depraved, wicked and/or mentally ill.
Each of those words can easily be attributed to Hillary Clinton. The many crimes she committed while the First Lady of Arkansas are well-known old news; Whitewater, Rose Law Firm, an impossible windfall on cattle futures, her unceremonious firing from the Watergate Committee for lying (before her marriage to Bill), etc.
She was, it would seem, a born criminal, and a very greedy one. The Clinton Foundation was nothing but a massive grift that made the Clintons very rich, a pay-to-play operation; it did little or no charitable work.
Before it was about power, it was all about money. She felt that, with her Wellesley and Yale education, she was entitled to wealth, no matter how she came by it.
Then, once she had a taste of power, her desire for power superseded her lust for money. But she craved both and as we all know, she would go to any lengths to get both.
She was certain she would win the presidency in 2016 but she took no chances. She enlisted far-left lawyer Mark Elias to quietly get election laws changed to benefit the Democrats. She commissioned the Steele dossier and the Russian hoax was off and running. It would take up the next two-plus years and $35 million spent on the Mueller phony investigation.
The fabricated-out-of-whole-cloth fairy tale was our mainstream media’s drug of choice. They were consumed by it and fell for every made-up morsel that was leaked to them. Molly Ball bragged about how they stole the election in Newsweek. The Pulitizers gave awards to reporters at both the WaPo and NYT for perpetrating the biggest lie ever told.
Hillary refused to acknowledge her 2016 loss for a day, she was so certain that her win was in the bag. She knew about all the cheating and likely underwrote most of it, the ballot-harvesting, the corrupt machines, the drop-box stuffing “mules,” the illegally changed election laws with COVID as a ruse. It was rumored that she threw a bottle of champagne at a $100,000 television screen that election night.
She is a disturbed woman. Her “Trump’s supporters are a basket of deplorables” line will define her forever as will her assertion to Christiane Amanpour that Trump’s supporters need to be “de-programmed” as if she is Mao re-incarnated (or Lenin, or Stalin).
She is an evil woman; every word she uses to condemn Trump is true about herself. That she is so self-unaware is hardly news. Is there no one in her life that can rein in her viciousness? Seems not…Bill and Chelsea suffer from a similar personality disorder.
Her comments to Amanpour curiously coincide with Newsweek’s expose on the FBI’s new task force created to target Trump supporters.
What is so enraging is that the Republicans in Congress do nothing about these obvious breaches of the Constitution. Does no one in Congress notice how tyrannical the Biden regime has become? The DOJ, the FBI, the IRS, the ATF, the military have all been re-invented as institutions modeled on those that prevailed the former Soviet Union and Mao’s China.
The DOJ’s countless legal attacks on President Trump reek of Stalin’s show trials and Mao’s “struggle sessions.”
Hillary clearly imagines her opponents suffering in concentration camps where they will be “deprogramed. The media pundits, most of them quite ignorant of the Constitution, are loving the lawfare. The more absurd and unconstitutional the charges against Trump are, the more gleeful they are. A few Democrats must surely be aware of how egregious their party’s abuse of the law is but do not dare speak up about it. The Democrat party is run like the mafia, like a cartel. In the swamp, everyone has something on everyone else; it is corrupt because it is based on leverage over others. It’s how they control all members of the Congress – except Matt Gaetz and his seven brave colleagues.
Under the circumstances, it is hardly surprising that Hillary oozes out the woodwork on Amanpour’s show that no one out of D.C. watches to so casually vent her inner Stalin. These people, the Clintons, the Obamas, the Bidens, the Bushes, etc. live in a bubble of their own making due to their massive wealth.
They actually do believe that that wealth entitles them to rule over the rest of us, to tax us, to spend our money in Ukraine but not our own southern border, on ridiculous programs like DEI, CRT, ESG, LGBT…. transgenderism and the mutilation of children, each of them too young to smoke, drink, vote, or join the military; but they are old enough to consent to the destruction of their genitals?
We are living in a world gone mad, a world where the left denies the existence of objective truth, gender is no longer a social construct but imaginatively non-binary (an affront to any legitimate biologist) and elections must be stolen by the left to ensure their permanent power over the rest of us. Institutions like the WEF, the UN and the WHO seek to exert their power over the planet, to depopulate it by any means necessary, some of them recent and obvious, and to turn the surviving population into serfs who will “own nothing and like it.”
This is the agenda the American Democrat party hopes to implement. It apparently does not occur to them that their own children and grandchildren will be among those serfs. They assume their wealth will protect them and their families for generations to come. It will not. No one survives a failed nation.
Hillary Clinton is the personification of the globalists’ authoritarian dream. She is onboard with every tyrannical strategy of the radical left. Starve us of energy, make us drive EVs so they can tell us if and when we can charge them, and dictate how far we will be allowed to travel. Their dream of 15-miute smart cities is particularly frightening. That was the plan for Lahaina, Maui. It was to be America’s first “smart city.” So weird that it burned. London now has surveillance cameras everywhere in order to penalize those not driving EVs. Given the rise of fuel costs, is it any wonder those cameras are being vandalized? The whole climate crises is as big a hoax as Hillary’s Russia hoax. It’s all about controlling the populations of Western nations. Humans are a blip on this four-billion-year-old planet; to think we can affect the climate is the height of misplace pomposity. It’s just a ploy, a psyop.
Much has been written about Hillary’s sit-down with Amanpour. No one can possibly defend what she said without revealing their own inner support of Maoism. All commenters tell the truth; she is certifiably mentally disordered and has a demonic streak. To say what she did as casually as she did certainly proves that the country dodged a bullet when she lost in 2016. The woman is a menace but we are fortunate to hear her speak “her truth,” her subjective truth. She’s very likely a sociopath.

Hillary Drops the Veil on Her Party’s Totalitarianism
The Democrats are making no effort to hide their totalitarian impulses. Certainly, Hillary Clinton isn’t. In an interview this week with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour. she suggested that Trump supporters were part of a cult and needed formal deprogramming.
Whatever the reason, you know, make America great again was a bid for nostalgia to return to a place where people could be in charge of their lives, feel empowered, say what they want, insult whoever came in their way. And that was really attractive to a significant portion of the Republican base. So, it is like a cult.
And somebody has to break that momentum.
Amanpour was visibly taken aback at this candor, but didn’t press her as to how and for whom this deprogramming was to occur. In the past, whenever a Republican candidate for any office made an outrageous comment -- and this was supremely outrageous -- every candidate of his party would be asked if he agreed with it. I’d suggest the RNC encourage its candidates to take the same tack.
Babylon Bee, my favorite satire site, made hay of this interview, “Viewers are perplexed by a CNN interview featuring a deranged old lady who recently escaped from an elder care facility, angrily ranting about wanting to ‘deprogram’ half of the nation’s population.”
But there’s nothing new and nothing funny about the totalitarian impulse on the Left. Last January a Rasmussen survey indicated that one-third of Democrats thought children should be removed from the homes of unvaccinated parents (despite the very low rate of COVID infections and mortality in children) and a whopping 50% of them wanted to imprison the unvaccinated.
Nor do we lack evidence that the Democrats have captured the intelligence and federal law enforcement agencies and used them to harass, muzzle, imprison and “unperson” those who dare to disagree with them.
Indeed, the same week Hillary advocated deprogramming, Newsweek (which just a few years ago claimed we are all socialists now) reported that the FBI seeks to track and counter Trump supporters.
The FBI and DHS report concludes: "Sociopolitical developments -- such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence -- will almost certainly spur some domestic terrorists to try to engage in violence."
The threats listed in that paragraph are all clearly associated with America's right and in particular with Trump's MAGA supporters. Right after January 6, the FBI co-authored a restricted report ("Domestic Violent Extremists Emboldened in Aftermath of Capitol Breach, Elevated Domestic Terrorism Threat of Violence Likely Amid Political Transitions and Beyond") in which it shifted the definition of AGAAVE ("anti-government, anti-authority violent extremism") from "furtherance of ideological agendas" to "furtherance of political and/or social agendas." For the first time, such groups could be so labeled because of their politics.
It was a subtle change, little noticed, but a gigantic departure for the Bureau. Trump and his army of supporters were acknowledged as a distinct category of domestic violent extremists, even as the FBI was saying publicly that political views were never part of its criteria to investigate or prevent domestic terrorism…
"We cannot and do not investigate ideology," a senior FBI official reassured the press after January 6. "We focus on individuals who commit or intend to commit violence or criminal activity that constitutes a federal crime or poses a threat to national security."
But the FBI went further in October 2022 when it created a new subcategory -- "AGAAVE-Other" -- of those who were a threat but do not fit into its anarchist, militia or Sovereign Citizen groups. Introduced without any announcement, and reported here for the first time, the new classification is officially defined as "domestic violent extremists who cite anti-government or anti-authority motivations for violence or criminal activity not otherwise defined, such as individuals motivated by a desire to commit violence against those with a real or perceived association with a specific political party or faction of a specific political party."
You’ll excuse me if I question the ability of the FBI to deal with the issue in a nonpartisan matter. We know how they violated the law when lying to the FISA court to snoop on the Trump campaign. This week we learned that it had the flash drive that authenticated Hunter Biden’s laptop weeks before the election and never disclosed that when 50 former intelligence officials publicly asserted that the laptop story had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
That the Bureau has already been fully weaponized against MAGA supporters is beyond debate.

It is important to know that the majority of protesters on Jan. 6 were peaceful and that many of the individuals sentenced to years in jail did not do anything violent, and, in some cases, didn’t even enter the Capitol. Yet there were no consequences for violent pro-abortion activists who attacked and burned pro-life centers and churches, Antifa and BLM got off largely scot-free for burning and looting cities, and the government and media were strangely silent about violent “transurrections” at multiple state Capitols.
The FBI has been found untrustworthy and politically biased, and it isn’t likely to reform any time soon. In a statement to Newsweek, the agency asserted that it would “never open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity.” But its sincerity on that score seems highly suspect, based both on the revelation that Trump supporters are targeted more than other political groups and that the FBI was part of the Censorship Industrial Complex, according to The Twitter Files, not to mention that the FBI was planting spies in Catholic churches and pretending parents concerned about their kids’ schooling were domestic terrorists.
Looking at the treatment of dissenters from the democratic agenda, like Trump and Elon Musk, Robby Stark makes a persuasive case that the totalitarian impulse of the left is already in force:

for opposing Democrats too effectively • Grandma’s [sic] (including one with cancer) who thought they were allowed in the Capitol after police waved them in were thrown in prison over January 6th despite zero violence •[snip] The DOJ and Democrat DA’s are deploying lawfare to bankrupt prominent Trump officials and supporters — "the process is the punishment" • College kids won’t get into schools if they express any conservative views and many will be failed in classes if professors find out they’re conservative • Parents were treated like terrorists by Merrick Garland and the DOJ for protesting school boards over COVID and the sexualization of children • Professional programs to become doctors and nurses are adding steps to screen for ideology to eliminate conservatives: Many do it in sneaky ways (doctors do this with requirements to get the COVID vax in order to get a residency) • Some states passed laws to take custody from parents who don’t affirm the new gender identity of their kids and even legalized kids running away to their state to get an abortion or sex change • BLM and Antifa members received multi million dollar settlements after burning down cities with riots and looting for a year because they’re modern day brown shirts that the Democrats had to reward to ensure they do it again in the future Our future is closer to Russia under Stalin, Cuba under Castro, China under Mao or Venezuela under Maduro than we are to the ideals of our constitution. We’re living through the intentional destruction of the country we know and love.

The close collaboration between the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the multi-billion dollar asset management firm Blackrock (JOE BIDN’S BIGGEST BRIBSTER) in devising the March 2020 rescue operation for Wall Street has been revealed in an article published in the New York Times yesterday.
Since Biden’s inauguration, the University of Pennsylvania has disclosed at least $14 million in donations from China or Hong Kong, the Free Beacon reported last week. The names of these donors have yet to be disclosed by the Department of Education, breaking the precedent of prior administrations which published foreign donor names in a public database.

What happened: A bunch of Democratic lawyers are getting rich after settling a class action lawsuit against Google.
• The plaintiffs in the case, Illinois residents who can prove Google violated their privacy rights between 2015 and 2022, will receive about $95 each.
• Their lawyers will receive $35 million in fees.
Why it matters: The lawyers who worked on the Google case are Democratic donors, obviously. Lawyers love Democrats because Democrats favor policies that inevitably require the involvement of lots of highly compensated lawyers.
• Lawyers and law firms donated $254 million to Democrats during the 2020 election cycle, more than four times the amount they gave Republicans. That's a quarter of a billion dollars.
By the numbers: Collectively, the named attorneys have contributed thousands of dollars to Democratic candidates and committees over the years, and $500 to Mitt Romney in 2012, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.
• Tina Wolfson, Adhoot & Wolfson — donated more than $13,000 to Democratic candidates since 2016.
• Theodore Maya, Adhoot & Wolfson — donated to Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
