Breitbart’s Marlow: Burisma Bribery Just the Beginning, Biden Family ‘Doing Deals in at Least Half a Dozen Countries’
Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow, author of Breaking Biden: Exposing the Hidden Forces and Secret Money Machine Behind Joe Biden, His Family, and His Administration, said Friday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that Hunter Biden’s Burisma business dealings were a clear example of bribery and just the beginning of the Biden family deals.
Anchor Larry Kudlow said, “How about in terms of flying around and all the influence peddling, were you able to uncover any additional stuff on the Burisma issue and the bribery issue, you know, and maybe beyond what these IRS agents are saying?”
Marlow said, “I think the Burisma one is always important to come back to because this is the clearest example, easy to document of clear bribery where you’ve got a government policy that was altered, specifically in order to pay the Biden family some money. Hunter gets a million a year deal and Burisma has one request, Larry, one request, fire the prosecutor. They asked multiple times.”
He continued, “Joe does it and brags about it. Now we know thank to some FOIAs that the State Department actually thought the prosecutor was doing a good job. So we materially changed our government policy in order for the Bidens to make money. Clear as day, get the handcuffs out right now.”
Marlow added, “We know they’re capable of that and we know they’re doing deals in at least half a dozen countries that I document in the book. You have start from that premise. Once you start from there, they’re willing to do this and then you can get to a place where you subpoena Hunter and ask him, Hunter, what did you do for the companies? He’s never given that answer. I want to know the answer, what Hunter did for the companies that we’re paying him.”

China’s Goal is World Supremacy, and America is Helping
Presidential wannabes agree that China is the greatest geopolitical threat and that the solution is economic decoupling. But decoupling from China will be economically disastrous for Americans while leaving unaffected China’s mission to unseat the American superpower. Its partner in this mission is Russia. That’s why the war in Ukraine matters.
Candidates haven’t mentioned our adversaries’ plans because voter priorities are the economy and preserving freedoms. This makes sense. Voters don’t prioritize unknown issues, and American education, unlike education in China and Russia, doesn’t focus on maintaining the nation’s strength and integrity. No one learns that, if Russia and China are ascendant, that endangers American freedoms, breaks the economy, and introduces world chaos. Presidential candidates should explain that economic decoupling won’t protect America from its greatest geopolitical threats and then articulate how their approach will.
China’s and Russia’s missions are rooted in righting the perceived wrongs of history. For 500 years, from 1453 to 1945, a contest for global supremacy took place between the Chinese, Russian, European, and Turkish empires. After WWII, the United States was central to creating a new rules-based world order.
Memorialized in the U.N. Charter, empires were to be dismantled and made part of history, and all nations committed to honoring sovereign borders. However, the signatures of Russia and China didn’t signify agreement. Their conduct demonstrates that they reject the Charter’s principles, which reflect Western influence and a Western rules-based order.

One of China’s goals is to restore the most expansive borders of the Chinese Empire. Taiwan is first. Next up could be Arunachal Pradesh’s disputed border with India or Russian Manchuria.
Russia’s goal is to resurrect the dismantled Soviet empire. Ukraine is first among fourteen target sovereign states, including three members of NATO. Putin’s strategy is the same “Military First” approach used by Russian leaders from the time of Peter the Great (1682-1725) onward.
Russian leaders know their place on the world stage relies on military power because economic power has been elusive. If they stop flaunting military power, they become the unthinkable—a second-rate power. Military First works because Russians have learned that they must sacrifice quality of life because their sovereignty is always at risk.
China’s strategy is psychological warfare. The Chinese have always viewed nations using weapons to secure power as feeble-minded. But armed nations inflicted a “Century of Humiliation” on China. In 2023, the Chinese know that weapons, like their 340-plus warships and a partner that is the world’s nuclear superpower, can play an important role in psychological warfare. This complements their traditional psychological focus of painting adversaries as inferior powers. China (and Russia) offer an echo chamber for Biden/Harris’s obsession with slavery, gender, and sex as personal variables and policies abdicating personal responsibility.
American voters who think addressing wokism isn’t a priority don’t know how profoundly our adversaries use progressive policies to paint America as an immoral, unequal, divided, declining superpower. Russia loves it when the White House threatens new defense outlays unless it includes free travel for soldiers seeking abortions. Add repurposing American media coverage of insurrections, unfair elections, and corrupt political families, and it’s easy to depict America as inferior.
Inferior nations are also dependent on others. China uses its economic heft to secure the real and psychological dependence of foreign nations. When Russia, the Turks, and Europe secured global power through colonial empires, China did so with a global tributary empire that sees foreigners, including Westerners, validate Chinese superiority and submit to Chinese demands. In exchange, China allows them to trade in peace.
China knows that economic ties are binding ties that wreak havoc when broken. “No one weaponizes [economic] interdependence more than China.” Today, China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has, at last count, 147 indebted clients, with positions indistinguishable from tributes sucked into China’s orbit.
Even absent BRI, Taiwan’s economic dependence on China places it in the same orbit as most nations, including Ukraine, Russia, and many Western nations. The latter are bracing for Chinese responses to economic decoupling. First up are restrictions on the metals the world needs for green energy, semiconductors, and defense materials.
To achieve their goal of diminishing America on the world stage, China and Russia have been using education to prepare their people for the road ahead. Some Russians initially protested the war in Ukraine, but then they learned that they were “in the middle of a global confrontation with the West, and so, right or wrong, they need to take their country’s side.”
In 2022, Russia launched a new patriotic history that indoctrinates Russians so they can “draw correct conclusions from the past.” In 2023, Russian universities began teaching “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood,” which prepares students for ongoing wars with the West because it’s necessary for “Russian peace.” They teach Western inferiority. “Abortions, veganism, and childfree lifestyle have been labeled as the cult of death.”
When China lost the Cold War, the Chinese Communist Party immediately implemented a “Patriotic Re-education Campaign“ to indoctrinate students in the who, what, and why of China’s Century of Humiliation and China’s long-term goal. It’s a history of victimization by white oppressors and a goal of a world taking the lead of benevolent China.
Is it chance that this campaign’s message is remarkably like lessons taught in many American schools about white oppressors, or that China’s lessons unify the nation while America’s divides? China’s spies have infiltrated the U.S. Congress and law enforcement, so why not America’s education system?
While Russia has a bullseye on the West, China’s is on white people, and this includes Russians. China’s greatest humiliations came from Japan and Russia. Russia forced China to cede Russian Manchuria, prevented China from re-annexing Mongolia, and invaded Xinjiang. The 1968 Brezhnev Doctrine threatened interference in Chinese sovereignty. The mutually acrimonious 1969 Sino-Soviet split included armed border clashes over parts of Russian Manchuria. Recently, China began calling areas in Russian Manchuria by their Chinese names.
China has disguised its Russian animosity with its psychologically potent “no limits” partnership. It’s not happenstance that there is growing cooperation on advanced military and nuclear technology between Russia, North Korea, and Iran. Russia has allied with Iran for drones and possibly missiles, and North Korea, which is a Chinese satellite, is supplying its ammunition. All this concerns America and its Israeli, South Korean, and Japanese allies. It’s also not a coincidence that China stays on the sidelines, orchestrating a benevolent power image that allegedly complies with multilateral sanctions against Russia.
China knows that “Russia’s military image and credibility have crumbled.” But Russia remains useful for depleting Western ammunitions, flaunting its nuclear arsenal, distracting America’s allies, and enabling images of bombed-out Ukrainian cities. Add China’s military buildup and Taiwan’s economic dependence, and China has a potent psychological campaign to encourage Taiwan to wave a white flag. Meanwhile, Xi can smirk at Big and Little Russians (also known as Ukrainians) killing each other while sending its troops to Arunachal Pradesh and bolstering the harassment of Taiwan.
What could go wrong if America’s adversaries achieve their mission? Economic impairment, freedoms imperiled, a return of sovereign infringing empires, more nations choose autocratic dictates over a western-rules-based order, and China humiliates white people and becomes the new solo economic and military superpower without firing a shot. It would be good if presidential candidates helped voters to understand the what and why driving geopolitical rivals, in addition to what’s at stake, and endeavored to convince voters that they have what it takes to outsmart calculating adversaries executing strategies to achieve a new autocratic-centric world order.

Hunter has reportedly sold five paintings worth $75,000 each to an anonymous buyer. Hunter’s art dealer, Georges Bergès, has previously boasted he had strong ties to businessmen in Communist China, which has concerned many due to the Biden family’s business ventures abroad.
“We are 95% sure that that artwork went to China,” Comer said. “We don’t know where exactly that went to in China, but we’re going to try to find out when we get subpoena power.”

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy said Saturday on FNC’s “One Nation” that he will bring the 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was Russia collusion to testify at a congressional hearing.
Host Brian Kilmeade asked, “We saw the revelations coming out of Twitter as Elon Musk is unmasking the corruption that existed there and the denials that they testified about. So for you personally you have another move you want to make. Not only do we want to hear from the former executives of Twitter and the other entities, but you have something else you want to say.”

The Group the Chinese Communists Fear the Most
I have rarely heard it mentioned in the mainstream media, but, according to reports, during the 1990s in communist China, thirty thousand members of Falun Gong were rounded up and executed. The founder of Falun Gong, Li Hongzhi, fled China and now lives in the U.S., while in China members of the order went underground. According to Freedom House, "Falun Gong practitioners across China have since [July 1999] been subjected to widespread surveillance, arbitrary detention, horrific torture, and extrajudicial killing — abuses which continue today." Nonetheless, there are still some 100 million practitioners worldwide, and the movement continues to grow.
Information concerning the repression of Falun Gong is a Chinese state secret, with severe penalties for anyone attempting to obtain data. As the Falun Data Infocenter puts it: "The CCP has also used political and financial influence around the world to either keep journalists silent, or drive false narratives about Falun Gong." With total control inside China and compliance by foreign journalists, the Chinese Communist Party has driven a false narrative that minimizes the number of Falun Gong practitioners and hides data on the number of those abducted, tortured, killed, and killed for their organs, thus totally obscuring the record. At the same time, Chinese and foreign media continue to suggest that the victim is the abuser: the false idea that Falun Gong is a cult with dangerous potential.
For anyone who has studied the history of or practiced Falun Gong, the enormity of this continuing abuse and misinformation is obvious. Falun gong is a benign practice of meditation, exercise, and moral instruction with no political ties of any sort, but it is often represented, even by well-meaning Western journalists, as a "cult" or as a right-wing anti-CCP organization, as in a recent article in the Guardian, relying heavily on statements by Media Matters. According to the article, Falun Gong and its associated media, including the Epoch Times, have engaged in "conspiracy narratives" targeting Democrats and the Chinese Communist Party and of "links" between Joe Biden and the CCP. In fact, a great deal of evidence is emerging in the Comer investigation to show that those links are far from being conspiracy narratives. (See also a 2020 New York Times article, which labels Falun Gong "a leading purveyor of right-wing disinformation.")
If those journalists would do their homework, beginning with studying Falun Gong websites and the book Zhuan Falun by Li Hongzhi, instead of relying on the well funded Chinese "zero out" campaign, they would realize that Falun Gong is an uplifting instruction based on traditional, conservative Chinese practices.
The story of the Chinese government crackdown on Falun Gong is a classic example of totalitarian intolerance of competing ideas, and it involves both propaganda and physical terror. A careful examination of the record proves that the response of the communist Chinese regime is not very different from that of ancient regimes toward their own enslaved peoples. Despite their vast power, totalitarian leaders are fearful and at times even paranoid, as was Stalin, and the flip-side of fear is repression.
In reality, Falun Gong is a complex spiritual practice involving qijong-like exercises, positive thinking, and moral belief based on truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. As a practitioner myself, I know how Falun Gong can transform an individual from illness to health, confusion to knowledge, and intolerance to open-mindedness. It is obvious to me how a totalitarian regime would view Falun Gong as a threat, as indeed it would be to any form of deceit, corruption, or intolerance. As Falun Gong spread in China during the 1990s, at one point with 60 to 100 million followers in China alone, the practice became a threat to a government that had once encouraged it as a healthy "money-saving" vehicle and a social safety valve for a dissatisfied citizenry. Yet within months, beginning in July 1999, perhaps 100,000 followers were arrested and 30,000 executed. Even now, nearly 4,000 practitioners were arrested in 2021 (latest figures).
It is critical to consider the magnitude of this repression, with between two and four million Falun Gong followers "detained" in forced labor camps between 2000 and 2008 alone. Chinese policy toward Falun Gong is similar to the more widely publicized repression of Uyghurs, 1.5 million of whom have reportedly been detained in China, with hundreds of thousands of others subjected to forced sterilization, forced abortion, and religious suppression, and with the razing or damaging of 16,000 mosques. Like totalitarian regimes of the past, the CCP appears willing to employ the most ruthless tactics in order to secure its hold on the country.
Though Falun Gong is not a political movement, the exponential growth of Falun Gong during the 1990s might well have pressured authorities to change, and as soon as China's leaders recognized this threat, they suppressed Falun Gong with a heavy hand. One could hardly be truthful, compassionate, and forbearing and lend one's support to a communist regime governed by a few thousand members of the political elite intent on benefiting from their rule at the expense of the general population. Falun Gong teaches a form of gentleness and goodness that threatens the lies and violence of any totalitarian government.
One must ask: if the Chinese communists are willing to imprison millions of ethnic and religious minorities and to murder tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, what are they capable of in the future? How many lives are they willing to expend in a takeover of Taiwan? And once Taiwan is taken, how many Taiwanese will they imprison and execute? In the event of a war with Japan or with the United States, how many are they willing to see die, on both sides? And if Chinese communism were ever to achieve world domination, what kind of future could we expect? As Christians, probably something not unlike what the Uyghurs and Falun Gong have already experienced.
At the same time, the specter of Chinese repression should open our eyes to the remarkable value of our own system of democratic capitalism. The CCP has diminished Falun Gong in China, but, like all religious and spiritual practices, Falun Gong has found a safe home in America, at least in principle, though the Biden administration continues to restrict religious practice, to challenge religious rights in the courts and in agency practices, and to unleash the power of agencies like the Justice Department and IRS against the open practice of religion. Many of the same tactics adopted in communist China are accepted by progressives in our own country, including the encouragement of birth control and abortion, even late-term abortion and infanticide after birth.
For the present, there is still a difference between totalitarianism and democracy as practiced in the USA. Now is a time when American citizens, media, government, and corporations need to see clearly that communist China is a totalitarian government and to recognize what it is capable of. China's record toward Falun Gong, a violent repression that continues today, is one element in a string of crackdowns and arrests. We do not need to send a balloon over China to understand the nature of their regime, but we do need to recognize the enormity of its abuses and take appropriate actions to defend ourselves.

While media reports have focused University of Pennsylvania’s Biden Center, less attention has been paid to University of Delaware’s Biden Institute, even though these two “institutes” were opened on the same day and meant to serve a shared goal of being incubators of advancing globalism and leftism. The UPenn Biden Center became a pipeline for longtime Biden allies into his administration, and, as previously reported by Peter Schweizer, proceeded a suspicious influx in Chinese donations to the university.
Together with a Penn Biden office in DC, the two entities that would be the public-facing “stage” for the “Biden Brand.”
The key players at the University of Delaware’s Biden Institute were either Biden family members, people with deep ties to China, or both. In fact, in my new book, Breaking Biden, on sale today, I reveal that the University of Delaware Biden operation was Hunter’s “baby” and was part of a larger strategy to replicate the Clinton Global Initiative without onerous fundraising.
Who would provide the funds to the UD Biden Institute if they weren’t going to be gathered by traditional means? That part is unclear, but the constellation of facts I present in the book certainly raises suspicion that it could be a vehicle for influence peddling that could benefit entities foreign and domestic.
Valerie Biden Celebrates Hunter’s “Baby”
On December 11, 2018, the University of Delaware announced that it was naming its public policy school after Vice President Biden. Emails show that this move was orchestrated by members of UD’s Biden Institute. It was on the day of the announcement that Hunter Biden received a text message from his aunt and former Joe Biden campaign manager, Valerie Owens (who chairs the Biden Institute), crediting him for the deepening partnership with between the Biden family and the university: “Bravo Hunter—UD was your baby and you made sure I was part of it.”
The University of Delaware Biden Institute was Hunter’s “baby.” And this was the type of baby the family most certainly was not going to ignore.

Tied to China from the Start
Like the University of Pennsylvania, University of Delaware (UD) disclosed receiving funds from China soon after forging the partnership with the Bidens.
The emails show that in March 2016, Hunter and his colleagues met with incoming UD president Dennis Assanis to discuss plans for the UD/UPenn venture months before Assanis was officially instated. Assanis has deep and long-standing ties to China. In addition to serving as the founding director of the U.S.-China Clean Energy Research Center—Clean Vehicle Consortium (CERC-CVC) since 2003, Assanis has been a guest professor (2003–2008) and advisory professor (2009 to present) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). This fact alone raises concern given that SJTU has signed cooperative agreements with China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA). What’s more, cyberattacks on American companies such as Google have been traced to computers at SJTU.
Like UPenn, the UD Biden Institute was quickly stocked with future Biden appointees–at least twelve so far–including soon-to-be senior Biden advisor Mike Donilon and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy. Assanis himself would be named to Biden’s President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
The University of Delaware had never disclosed receiving funds from China until April 2018, when it accepted over $3.2 million for a contract with an unnamed Chinese entity. This came two months after the Penn Biden Center opened its DC office. Then, in December 2018, UD received $1.9 million from an unnamed Chinese entity. In 2019, UD received another $625,000 from China. In 2020, UD initiated three contracts with the Chinese entities and received over $1 million in funds. In sum, UD has received over $6.7 million from unnamed Chinese sources, including a substantial amount from the Chinese government.
All these funds started flowing to UD after the Biden Institute was announced and increased immediately after the launch of the Penn Biden Center.

Supporting Chinese Military Technology
This money from China is cause for alarm given that UD has thirty-seven international partnerships with Chinese universities, including several that support the development of Chinese military technologies. The most logical reasons for the Chinese to engage in these partnerships is that they want to influence American institutions, acquire American intellectual property, or both.
On February 8 2022, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) wrote a letter to UD president Dennis Assanis urging him to terminate UD’s academic and research partnership with Xiamen University, which actively supports Beijing’s military-industrial complex and which allegedly conspired with Huawei to steal trade secrets from an American semiconductor start-up. Yet, according to the International Cyber Policy Centre’s China Defence Universities Tracker database, that partnership with Xiamen University is only a “medium” risk.
The University of Delaware has worked with at least four other universities linked to Chinese defense laboratories.
“Like the Clinton Global Initiative Without the Money Raise”
In April 2016, Hunter exchanged emails and had at least one meeting with Craig Gering, a talent agent for the legendary Creative Artists Agency, about Vice President Biden’s future after he leaves office. Gering took “confidential notes” from the meeting that describe details about the plans for the UD/UPenn operation, including the possibility of Hunter serving in the Penn Biden Center DC office. Gering fantasized about an entity that “operates like The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) without the money raise.”
CGI claims it convenes “established and emerging global leaders to create and implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges,” according to its website, but functionally, it was an easy way for the Clintons to reap donor funds to leverage relationships with celebrities and major corporations to boost their profiles all the while promoting their own cultural and political agenda items. Donations to CGI dried up when it came under media scrutiny from Schweizer and others for soliciting millions of dollars from foreign governments and businesses—the same governments and businesses that received favorable treatment from the Obama administration during Hillary’s tenure as secretary of state.

The Clinton Global Initiative was shut down in 2016 and revived in 2022. In retrospect, it was always meant to be an influence-peddling operation by the Clintons. It was shuttered at the specific moment where Hillary Clinton could no longer do anything substantial for the donors.
That’s where the Bidens could step in and fill the void.
“Wealth Creation” for the Bidens
It was clear from the Laptop from Hell emails that Biden World fantasized about an entity like the CGI for Joe. It could be a means for influential figures around the world to boost the Biden brand. The UD/UPenn/Biden venture is ultimately about “wealth creation,” according to Gering.
It could be used for philanthropy, bettering the world, and advancing the Biden name. But most importantly, “wealth creation.”
A stunning admission.
The degree to which the Bidens were able to leverage these new entities to benefit themselves financially is unclear, but we do know, thanks to the Laptop from Hell, that the vision was in place to create a secret money machine that could be relevant for generations.
It was Hunter’s baby.

The close collaboration between the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the multi-billion dollar asset management firm Blackrock (JOE BIDN’S BIGGEST BRIBSTER) in devising the March 2020 rescue operation for Wall Street has been revealed in an article published in the New York Times yesterday.
Since Biden’s inauguration, the University of Pennsylvania has disclosed at least $14 million in donations from China or Hong Kong, the Free Beacon reported last week. The names of these donors have yet to be disclosed by the Department of Education, breaking the precedent of prior administrations which published foreign donor names in a public database.
