BLACK Feral youth just beat a 17-year-old to death - THE MOST VIOLENT SUBCULTURE IN THE WORLD

 CRIME IN AMERICA IS BLACK!

NO, WE HAVE A SERIOUS BLACK VIOLENCE PROBLEM IN AMERICA AND NOT ENOUGH PRISONS!

We have a serious violence problem in America, and it’s a combination of lax law enforcement and cultural breakdown.

Feral youth just beat a 17-year-old to death

Jonathan Lewis, 17, was just trying to stand up for a smaller friend who’d been robbed and dumped into a garbage can. Instead, the same mob turned on him...and beat him to death. We have a serious violence problem in America, and it’s a combination of lax law enforcement and cultural breakdown.

Daily Mail headlined this story:

A teenage boy has died days after he was horrifically beaten by a huge gang of bullies near a Las Vegas high school.

The attack happened on November 1 near Rancho High School, when 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis was pummeled by around fifteen other youths.

He is said to have been targeted after standing-up for a smaller friend who’d just been robbed by the mob, according to a GoFundMe page set up by his family.

Police officers found him at about 2.05pm that day, bleeding from the head.

The teen was put on life support at University Medical Center, where he died Tuesday after doctors made several attempts to save his life.

Here’s the footage of that murderous beatdown:

I know Jonathan Lewis died, but I’ve wondered what happened to this person:

And then there are the fights at airports:

Sports events:

And, again, schools:

We know that much of this violence is driven by a criminal justice system that functions as a revolving door. If you’re “in good” with the Democrats in your city, state, or country (that is, if you belong to a pro-Democrat voting bloc), you just don’t need to worry about serious criminal consequences. We know, too, that this violence is driven because leftist bureaucrats and politicians are preventing school administrators from disciplining students, even those who are violent.

And there’s the cultural factor. I’m sure that no one missed that Jonathan Lewis was white and his attackers black. Indeed, given that blacks are less than 14% of the American population, it’s unpleasantly surprising how often they feature prominently in viral videos about mobs of young people getting into brawls or coming together to beat an individual (sometimes fatally, as happened to Lewis).

For those with short memories, this goes back at least as far as the Rodney King riots. I still haven’t forgotten that Damian William’s defense was that he was “caught up in the rapture” of the moment when he tried beating Reginald Denny to death. Williams was acquitted of attempted murder but convicted of felony mayhem and misdemeanor. As it happened, he served only five years, getting released in 1997. Just three years later, he successfully murdered a drug dealer, leading to life in prison.

The reality is that black culture—led by white leftists and complicit black Marxists—tells young black people that self-control is white, that laws are racist, and that violence is a fire that is needed to purify America’s original sin of slavery. However, while whites occasionally get caught in the crossfire generated by this lie, as happened to Jonathan Lewis, we all know who really falls victim to this evil mindset: blacks. Their communities are broken, and their young men are killed.

I actually don’t blame the young blacks who engage in this violent behavior, although they must be punished. They don’t know better. I thought of this when two young black men parked their car next to mine and opened a door to create the famous movie marijuana scene from Fast Times at Ridgemont High:

They have not learned from their community how pot drags you down. They don’t know better.

However, none of these behaviors or habits need to be associated with skin color, despite what young blacks are told. They are purely cultural.

Indeed, ironically, as Thomas Sowell describes so ably in Black Rednecks and White Liberals, these are Scotch-Irish behaviors that came to America in the 18th century. Southern whites finally shook off the violence, alcohol abuse, promiscuity, hostility to education, refusal to plan for the future, and general imprudence that held them back in America—and that drove some of America’s worst racial episodes in the worst 20th century. However, beginning in the 1960s, American blacks embraced these same traits (see John McWhorter’s Losing the Race: Self-Sabotage in Black America) and have been dragged down by them ever since.

The left has a stranglehold on blacks and is killing them. Until the black community looks within and rejects the pathologies that leftists assure them are their cultural heritage and pushes back against the policies those same leftists impose on their communities, there will be more videos of brawls, more destroyed black communities, and more meaningless deaths.

HOW MANY CARS JACKED BY BLACKS AT WHAT COST?

D.C. Officials: Attempted Juvenile Carjacker Had 9 Prior Carjacking and Robbery Charges in 5 Weeks

A 13-year-old Washington, DC, juvenile who was shot and killed during an alleged attempted carjacking of a federal officer had nine prior carjacking and robbery charges in a five-week period, District officials said.

The tragic incident is representative of the soaring crime and the District’s bewildered justice system:

  • A total of 760 carjackings occurred in the first ten months of 2023, police data show.
  • Sixty-five percent of those arrested for carjacking are juveniles.
  • U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Matthew Graves, who is responsible for prosecuting those D.C. police arrests, prosecuted only 56 percent of those arrested in 2023.

Police said Vernard Toney Jr. tried to carjack an off-duty federal security officer on October 28 but was killed during the incident. Toney’s death is the second teenager fatality in a five-day span linked to carjackings. On Thursday, police arrested a 15-year-old who tried to steal a vehicle, which ended in a crash and the death of another teenage girl.

Toney and the 15-year-old girl both had prior arrests for carjackings, the Washington Post reported Monday.

Police charged Toney in May after several carjackings, robberies, and assaults in just a five-week period in Southeast Washington, one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the District and potentially the nation, the Post reported. The District currently ranks at number 173 in safety on a list of 182 American cities, according to a study recently released by WalletHub.

A juvenile court judge recommended in May that Toney receive psychological and educational evaluations. Months later, in August, prosecutors dismissed one charge against him, documents reviewed by the Post show.

The judge also suggested the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) should hold him, not an iron-clad jail cell. The judge’s decision to place Toney in DYRS’s custody adheres to an overall ethos in Washington and other jurisdictions that “juvenile offenders should be rehabilitated instead of punished,” the Post reported:

In D.C., as in other jurisdictions, the juvenile justice system is designed to be entirely rehabilitative. Names and records are confidential, defendants are referred to as “respondents,” and the maximum punishment for a youth is confinement until they are 21 years old.

After being placed in the care of DYRS, Toney became another statistic in his fatal altercation with the off-duty federal officer, police say. “Guns, carjackings, 13-year-olds — [a] recipe for tragedy,” District Mayor Muriel Bowser said Monday. “And that’s what we have.”

Several District residents previously told Breitbart News about how crime has impacted their lives. The exclusive interviews can be found here.

Julia Nikhinson, File/AP

Shots were fired late Sunday night after three individuals tried to break into a Secret Service SUV being used by agents protecting President Biden’s granddaughter, Naomi.

The Associated Press reported that the incident occurred in Georgetown, when the agents “saw the three people breaking a window of the parked and unoccupied SUV.”

One of the agents opened fire, causing the three individuals to flee in a red vehicle.

FOX News noted that the Secret Service released a statement on the incident, indicating, “There was no threat to any protectees and the incident is being investigated by the DC Metropolitan Police Department and the Secret Service.”

The AP observed, “Police have reported more than 750 carjackings this year and more than 6,000 reports of stolen vehicles in the district.”

Violent crime is up over 40 percent, compared to where it was last year.

PHOTOS: NYC ‘Menace’ Pepper Sprayed, Held by Neighbors for Allegedly Targeting Woman

A well-known East Village ‘menace’ was pepper sprayed and subdued by citizens after he allegedly targeted yet another woman.

The New York Post obtained video footage the outlet said appears to be two years old. The clip was revealed following a recent incident involving a different woman on Second Avenue whom Fritz Marseille is accused of targeting, the news outlet reported Saturday.

Still images show the sidewalk encounter and the man in question:

The video shows a woman pointing pepper spray at the man who charges at her.

Moments later, two people intervene, yanking him away and holding him against a gate. The outlet said punches were thrown in those moments.

Readers may watch the clip by clicking this link.

“The footage was sent to Kenley Stevenson, a 24-year-old writer who bolted her new apartment last week after two recent creepy encounters with the homeless harasser,” the Post article said.

She explained the clip showed how long the incidents have been happening:

The Long Island woman said an unhinged Marseille jumped inside her waiting Lyft Sept. 30, just a day after she moved into the Second Avenue pad, screaming, “I’m going to have babies with you!”

On Oct. 21, he allegedly chased her down at lunchtime. She waved pepper spray at him to drive him away.

Social media users commented on the Post article, one commenter stating, “People are forced to defend themselves since the elected officials have failed to keep the city safe.”

“Dems only need about 5 more years of control of that city to make it 3rd world,” another person said.

In July, the Post reported the “homeless, convicted sex offender” was targeting women in the area, who asked the outlet to help them.

“Fritz Marseille — who spent five months in jail last year for allegedly groping two women — hangs out between East 3rd Street and East 5th Street along Second Avenue, allegedly accosting women who ignore his advances, witnesses said,” the outlet noted, adding he had told another woman he was going to rape her.

A few days after the Post article was published, the outlet reported he was sentenced to 15 days in jail “for forcible touching and harassment after violating the terms of an earlier plea deal,” according to a spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.

The most recent Post article regarding Marseille said he now spends his time between East 3rd and East 5th streets on Second Avenue.

The number of physical attacks on New York City women has increased 41 percent over the past four years, a Breitbart News report said on October 7.

Two Hillsborough County, Florida, sheriff’s deputies were seriously injured in an alleged ambush by a driver who weaponized his vehicle Thursday.

Click on Orlando reported that the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) received a call from the mother of 28-year-old Ralph Bouzy, indicating Bouzy was acting erratically and frightening her.

When HCSO Cpl. Carlos Brito and Deputy Manuel Santos responded to the call, they allegedly found Bouzy in a car and tried to speak with him, but he refused and drove off.

Two more deputies then arrived on the scene, and Bouzy allegedly circled back, ramming into the deputies.

Cpl. Brito may lose his leg as a result of the attack.

NBC 6 noted that Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister commented on the incident, saying, “There is no other way to describe this other than an ambush. Our deputies put their lives on the line every day to protect this community, and what happened today makes me absolutely sick.”

VIDEO — L.A. Police: Woman Runs over Son’s Foster Mom amid Dispute

A woman is accused of hitting her child’s foster mother with a truck in the San Pedro area of Los Angeles, California, on October 1.

The disturbing incident over custody occurred outside a Target store near Capitol Drive and Gaffey Street, ABC 7 reported Saturday.

Thirty-nine-year-old Miesha Scott arrived at the location to meet the child’s foster parents and transfer custody, law enforcement said. But the exchange did not remain peaceful for long.

The foster father dialed 911 for help because the woman allegedly had the child and was about to flee the scene.

When the dispatcher asked if the woman was the mother, the man said yes. Officers were then able to make contact with Scott who told them she was upset.

“So you keep telling me to calm down … that’s why I said, ‘Can you call somebody that can negotiate all of our situation so we all be fair, so no one cause no more commotion,” she said in body camera footage of the incident:

Officers eventually took the boy and handed him off to his foster parents. Meanwhile, Scott got back into her truck and appeared to leave the area.

However, the woman turned around, accelerated, then collided with the foster mother. She also nearly hit one of the police officers, a policewoman said in the Los Angeles Police Department’s video.

“As Scott continued to drive away, she encountered another officer who opened fire. A brief chase ensued, but the woman eventually hit a tree at Paseo Del Mar and Pacific and was taken into custody,” the ABC 7 report noted.

The outlet also said she was not shot but was slightly injured to do the wreck, adding the foster mother was not seriously hurt during the incident.

Now, the suspect faces charges consisting of two counts of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon on an officer, and felony evading.

It is important to note that Los Angeles County child welfare agency has reportedly placed some of over 200 foster children in hotels for months at a time despite much criticism, the Los Angeles Times reported in May.

“The county’s decision to house foster children in hotels underscores California’s chronic shortage of families and group homes willing or able to house youths with significant untreated trauma and histories of violence,” the article said.

In January, Christine Stoner-Mertz, who is the CEO of the California Alliance for Child and Family Services, wrote that California must see foster youth as a priority.

“Children in California’s child welfare system had little to no say about the circumstances that brought them into foster care. No budget shortfall, lack of political will or mixed up priorities should further delay support they need to thrive,” she stated.

Details have emerged from last week’s domestic assault arrest of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross, who allegedly shoved his girlfriend, broke items including her cell phone and car key, and “r[an] a knife across” her Mercedes, according to court documents received Friday by TMZ Sports.

Ross was arrested October 23, around 3pm by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department after they received a call from a woman who said Ross was “dragging her through the house and has torn up the house,” according to reports. He was released on October 24 after pleading not guilty to the charges.

Police said that Ross had “found something on [the woman’s] phone that upset him,” and said the victim reported that Ross “began yelling, ‘got in her face’ and told her to get her stuff out of the apartment,” the Kansas City Star reported.

Ross admitted to police that, after discovering the woman was cheating, he threw her items out the door of the Shawnee home and broke a computer, which he claims was his.

According to TMZ’s report, “two neighbors say they witnessed Ross push the woman … as well as ‘run a knife across’ the woman’s vehicle.”

Ross was “charged with one count of domestic battery with no priors as well as one count of criminal damage of less than $1,000,” according to the court documents. He is due in court again on December 4.

The wide receiver was placed on the Commissioner’s Exempt list and is not allowed to practice or attend games.

The Chiefs take on the Miami Dolphins this Sunday in Frankfurt, Germany.

Video: St. Louis Man Accused of Trying to Steal Baby Before Breaking 82-Year-Old’s Arms

Video: St. Louis Man Accused of Trying to Steal Baby Before Breaking 82-Year-Old’s Arms
St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department

A St. Louis man was caught on surveillance video allegedly trying to grab a baby from a mother’s arms during what police described as a string of “random attacks” on strangers, the Daily Mail reported on Sunday.

The man, later identified by police as 19-year-old Anthony McGee, is accused of going on to break an 82-year-old woman’s arms. Police said McGee also hit another woman with a glass bottle before trying to snatch the baby. The incidents occurred in the Central West End neighborhood just before 9 a.m. last Sunday.

The surveillance footage shows the mother carrying her 11-month-old with the father walking beside them as they cross the street. Then, a man in a gray hoodie starts to cross alongside the family suddenly lunging in what looks like an effort to grab the child. The video shows the mother holding onto her baby as the father fights him off and chases him out of frame.

WATCH:

Several witnesses called the police and tried to stop the attacks, KMOV reported. One witness told the news outlet she heard a woman screaming and saw McGee restraining the 82-year-old woman.

“I heard someone screaming, a woman screaming,” said a woman who lives in apartments near the location of the incident. “When I looked out the window, I saw the woman, and she was held and restrained by a man.”

The witness told the outlet she saw McGee try to flee when police arrived, but he was apprehended.

McGee is facing several charges, including multiple assault charges, resisting arrest, criminal action, endangering the welfare of a child, and kidnapping, according to the report.

McGee has been accused previously of attacking random strangers.

“Just two weeks ago, police in Clayton, a neighboring area, arrested McGee after they said he punched a victim who was walking down the street,” according to the report. “In the Clayton case, McGee was charged with a misdemeanor and released. After the Central West End attacks, he is now being held without bond.”

Jim Whyte, head of the Central West End Neighborhood Security Initiative, said their surveillance cameras caught several parts of the Sunday attack and said he hopes the footage will help keep McGee in jail.

“We had some brief dealings with him on a previous incident,” Whyte said. “Our homeless outreach team has engaged this young man on a number of occasions trying to get him services because he appears to be homeless.”

The fatal shootings all occurred toward the end of the two hour window.

A 29-year-old man was found in an alley “in the 5600 block of South Wabash Avenue” deceased with multiple gunshot wounds and a 30-year-old man was shot and killed in an alley “in the 300 block of East 59th Street.”

A third man was fatally shot as he stood on the sidewalk “in the 7400 block of South Stewart Avenue.”

ABC 7 noted that three men were fatally shot in Mayor Johnson’s Chicago around 1 a.m. Saturday morning as well.

An 18-year-old Chicago man managed to violently rob a sporting goods store while out on pretrial release with seven previous cases pending, officials say.

Jaquan Bush, who has six prior juvenile cases, was out on bond for an adult charge of possessing a stolen motor vehicle when he entered a Champs store in the city’s expensive Loop neighborhood on September 17, CWB Chicago reported

Prosecutors alleged Bush grabbed a Nike jacket off a display rack and rushed for the door. He was confronted by the store manager, who believed he recognized Bush from a previous robbery, and a struggle ensued.

Bush then allegedly pulled out a knife, “lunged” at a female employee, snatched the jacket from her hands as she attempted to pull it away from him, and escaped.

While police were still investigating the robbery, Bush managed to land himself yet another felony case. He was arrested for possessing a firearm when cops responding to gunfire and reports of a person shot “said they saw Bush walking down a street with one side of his hoodie weighted down,” the local outlet reported.

Bush attempted to run away and led officers on a chase into his backyard, where they discovered that he had ditched the gun under the porch, police said.

Officers also reported having to call for backup when Bush’s “irate” family members surrounded the cops.

Bush has not been accused of the shooting reports at this time.

When finally taken into custody, once again, Judge Mary Marubio ordered the teen to be detained for violating pretrial release conditions in a stolen vehicle case. That previous incident involved Bush bailing from a stolen Kia Optima when police observed him parking it on June 30, officials said.

“Prosecutors said he didn’t put the car into park before trying to run away, and it crashed into another vehicle,” the outlet reported.

Bush was reportedly able to post just a $500 bail and was set free after his hearing on July 1.

“During the hearing, prosecutors did not tell Judge Ankur Srivastava about the six juvenile cases that prosecutors now say are pending,” according to CWB Chicago.

An elderly school bus driver in Louisiana was accused of choking a student on Monday, and video footage shows the incident unfold.

The driver, who was transporting children from Marrero Middle School at the time, was arrested, officials with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office told Nola.com on Thursday.

Sgt. Brandon Veal told the outlet that 77-year-old Miles Jenkins was booked on simple battery; however, WVUE reported Thursday he was out on bond.

According to the Jefferson Parish Public School System, Jenkins worked for its transportation vendor, First Student, the Nola.com article said.

Video footage shows the bus driver, who resigned from his position, allegedly pushing the young student while on the bus:

At one point, the man appears to slap the student, who tries to push the man off of him. Moments later, the bus driver seems to hold the student against the window with his hands around the child’s neck.

WVUE noted it was unclear what caused the incident in the first place.

The student’s father reported what happened to the sheriff’s office, and the agency’s school resource officer opened an investigation.

The school district said it was aware of the situation, the safety and well-being of students was its primary concern, and also noted it was working with authorities during the investigation.

“Jenkins was booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna. Bail was set at $500, but he was released without having to pay because of crowding at the jail,” the Nola.com report said.

In April, a school bus driver in Colorado faced 30 child abuse charges for allegedly slamming on the brakes to “teach the kids a lesson,” according to Breitbart News.

Driver Brian Fitzgerald reportedly said he was sorry, but he was trying to “educate” and “control the students,” who ranged from kindergarteners to sixth graders.

BERKELEY, Calif. - The Berkeley Police Department released body cam video from a deadly shooting police shooting at a car dealership that started with a man killing his son's mother who worked in the business.

Calls to 911 came in on Sept 21 before 11:15 a.m. of an active shooter at the Toyota of Berkeley Service Center, located at 1025 Eastshore Highway. Callers reported that a woman had been shot by a man who entered the service center and started shooting.

Berkeley and Albany police officers arrived at the Toyota dealership within minutes, some wearing tactical gear. When they arrived, officers didn't hear any gunfire, but they entered the business in search of potential victims and suspects.

A team of officers made it to the second floor of the building where they encountered 24-year-old Lamar Walker crouched near a desk, pointing a silver firearm at them, the video shows.

Five officers discharged their firearms, fatally striking Walker, the police department said.

On the floor near the suspect, officers located 24-year-old Alonna Gallon. Gallon had been killed when Walker shot her at point-blank range at her desk— that moment was also shown in surveillance footage released by police.

Relatives of the Gallon said Walker was the father of her 7-year-old son King.

Gallon's mother, Yuvonda Gallon, previously told KTVU that Walker had recently moved back to California from Atlanta. Gallon said her daughter and Walker had not been in a relationship for some time.

The two were co-parenting King, who is now left without his mother and father.

"That is saddening for me for real," Gallon said. "I told him that his mom and his dad was gone, and he laid his head back and said, 'No they're not.' He walked out crying, he's seen everyone crying."

Police: Chicago Teen Violently Robs Store While out on Pretrial Release

Jaquan Bush

While police were still investigating the robbery, Bush managed to land himself yet another felony case.
