Chicago Alderman: Biden Admin. Is Letting in Asylum Seekers Under ‘False’ Pretenses with Court Dates in a Decade - YOU MEAN GAMER LAWYER JOE BIDEN IS GAMING THE LAW?

Illegal invaders allegedly handed ‘NO NAME GIVEN’ boarding passes and permitted to fly

While American citizens continue to suffer under the tyranny, unconstitutionality, and criminality of the Patriot Act, foreign nationals with anonymous boarding passes roam the skies, flying to who knows where, to do who knows what; see the X post below, from conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair:

With “no name given” printed on a boarding pass, these flyers obviously didn’t have any identifying documents, let alone legitimate ones. Were they handed ballots as well? Perhaps even a stack? Are they exempt from TSA screenings too? Did we make sure they got signed up for welfare benefits and healthcare? Did we buy them an iPhone, clothes, and Christmas gifts for their children? Are they also allowed to carry a firearm? (For their safety of course.) Honestly, if any (or all) of those questions yielded an answer in the affirmative, I would not be the least bit surprised.

No name means no ID, and clearly, that’s no problem at all… just as long as you’re not an American. The last two times I’ve been to the airport, specifically Nashville, I’ve had issues with TSA and documentation. During the first incident, which occurred just two months ago, I wasn’t permitted through the TSA checkpoint to pick up my 12-year-old son, because I had just gotten my Alabama ID, and I still only had the paper copy instead of the hard plastic one—so I had to wait outside “security” (I use that word as loosely as possible) for him. The second incident happened just last week, and when TSA agents wouldn’t allow my five-year-old son through without a named escort pass, we all had to run back to the counter where I had to show my ID again, and give the agent my son’s name and birthdate… before we were eventually allowed through.

As St. Clair noted in a follow-up post:

Incredibly difficult to post these without putting the insiders at risk. Working on it. This will continue unfold over the coming weeks but I can confirm these are legitimate boarding passes. I am at a loss for words for what I am verifying. Thank you to everybody reaching out.

Now, I may be jumping to conclusions, but from what I deduce (since these are printed boarding passes), St. Clair obtained them through an airline employee(s?) who took them after the illegals got on the planes. Therefore, I can only assume that these illegals did go through TSA, with their “illegal privilege card” in tow; yet I don’t hear any TSA agents blowing the whistle. Instead, concerned citizens are getting the word out to people like St. Clair, which reconfirms my bias against the TSA, and the “little guys” who staff it.

What a strange and traitorous reality that Americans have quite literally become second-class citizens in America, with bona fide non-citizens taking first place. But whatever you do, don’t call it an invasion, let alone an insurrection—despite the appearance that this is more evidence of major political party overthrowing the established American government and American rule of law with overwhelming foreign (mercenary?) forces—or the Great Replacement, because that might land you in a six by eight cell without habeas corpus.

And let me guess, if I want to fly next year, I will still be expected to obtain my REAL ID, with zero tolerance for noncompliance.

Chicago Alderman: Biden Admin. Is Letting in Asylum Seekers Under ‘False’ Pretenses with Court Dates in a Decade

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Chicago Alderman and Democratic U.S. House candidate Raymond Lopez reacted to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson attacking Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for sending migrants to the city by stating that the blame should really be on the Biden administration “for letting asylum seekers come to this country under false pretense and then giving them court cases ten years from now.”

Lopez said, “We’ve walked down this path before, Kellyanne, when we saw Lori Lightfoot try to blame the Governor for the failure to protect and secure the border of the United States. My Mayor is blaming everyone except the person who needs to get the blame, and that is President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who are responsible for protecting and securing our borders and for having a functional immigration system. They’re not calling out Secretary Mayorkas for letting undocumented — for letting asylum seekers come to this country under false pretense and then giving them court cases ten years from now. They’re calling on the Governor, who’s clearly frustrated, who even has Democratic city mayors begging for help as they are being overrun on a daily basis.”

Judge Bars Biden Admin From Cutting Razor Wire on Texas Border

December 20, 2023

An appeals court on Tuesday blocked the Biden administration from cutting razor wire along Texas's border with Mexico.

The administration must refrain "from damaging, destroying, or otherwise interfering with Texas’s c-wire fence in the vicinity of Eagle Pass, Texas, as indicated in Texas’s complaint," the order of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reads.

The court granted a temporary injunction that stops the Biden administration from cutting the razor wire while it hears the case, in which the State of Texas is attempting to stop federal immigration authorities from taking down the barriers. Both the state and the federal government agreed that the administration can cut the wire in the case of a migrant facing a medical emergency.

Texas has fought with the administration over its razor wire barricades for months. A judge in late October issued a temporary restraining order, stopping the Biden administration from taking the wire down after Texas sued the Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as other agencies and their heads, over the issue.

A month later, however, that same judge allowed federal authorities to cut the wire again, though she criticized the administration for its "utter failure" to stop illegal immigration. The state then appealed the decision to the Fifth Circuit.

Another legal feud between Texas and the Biden administration concerns the state's construction of a floating barrier in the Rio Grande. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals earlier this month ordered the state to remove the buoys.

FUK JOE BIDEN AND HIS CUBAN ALL THE WAY TO GITMO!

JOE BIDEN IS A PIG GAMER LAWYER UNABLE TO BE TRUTHFUL ON ANYTHING. THE DEMOCRAT PARTY HAS LONG PRACTICED A DOCTRINE OF OPEN BORDERS, AMNESTY OR NO ENFORCEMENT. WHAT EVER COMES UP, MAYORKAS WILL BE DOWN AT THE BORDER HOLDING THE FLOODGATES OPEN FOR JOE'S UNREGISTERED DEM VOTERS!

Joe Biden has said that he is willing to make “significant concessions” on border security in order to pass tens of billions of dollars in aid to war-torn Ukraine and Israel.

Joe funded Hamas, using Iran as a financial cutout. Hamas then committed the single largest one-day killing of Jews since the Holocaust. Hamas’ Bidenbucks facilitated murder, gang rape, kidnapping, and infanticide. While the world watched in horror, Joe went on another beach vacation.

Biden's Party is Over… and the Hangover Has Begun

As we approach the last year of Joe Biden’s term, it’s an opportune moment to reflect back on January of 2021. Our new President had been inaugurated (though we still don’t know that he was elected). Democrats believed the evil Trump had been vanquished from the body politic forever. We were assured that blue-collar Joe from Scranton was going to return normalcy to Washington -- as if that were a good thing.

Biden was riding high in the polls. His “wingmen” were in control of the executive branch. His allies were in power in Congress and his media lapdogs would guarantee that all news was good news. It was a heady time for team Biden.

The Left was giddy too. In Joe Biden, they had found that one kid in the gang who would act on any suggestion and accept any dare. Nothing could stop them now. This would be their opportunity complete the “fundamental change” that Barack Obama had started, but not finished -- because he had a sense of self-preservation that Joe lacks.

So, the Left unleashed their man-child in the candy store without adult supervision. Joe did what any spoiled child would do. He indulged his every wish -- and he wished to play king. He plundered the candy store like a Viking raider, with complete disregard that the sugar-high would be followed by a stomachache. The man-child was oblivious to the notion that in the adult world, choices come with consequences. That’s a lack of wisdom universal to immaturity regardless of whether one is 8 or 80.

Biden’s first year in office was a time of historic action -- and not in a good way.

Goaded by the Left, Joe unleashed his inner id, using his pen and phone to fulfill his lusts, and those of his radical toadies. With every action he considered, his gallery of sycophants remained behind him chanting: Go ahead Joey. Do it. We double dog dare you. And Joe did it -- consequences be damned.

He bragged about beating the tyrant Trump, and signed executive orders at a rate of dozens per day -- to cancel any accomplishment of Trump. It was irrelevant to him if Trump’s achievements were beneficial to Americans. If Donald did it, Joe undid it because… well, just because.

He threw our borders open to foreign invasion, simply because Trump had closed them. Joe’s policies added an additional 3.8 million criminals to our society. That’s enough people to populate Los Angeles -- admitted with no vetting, no control, and no apology.

Joe added $5 trillion to our national debt -- enough $100 bills to reach the Moon and back 10 times. The spending drove inflation to a 40-year high. Interest rates reached a 20-year high, as the Federal Reserve struggled to tame the mess. In so doing, Joe placed home mortgages out of reach for many Americans.

He choked domestic energy production, making us again dependent on foreign oil. Prices for gas and electricity skyrocketed. In the process, he enriched Russia (a producer of oil) and China (a producer of solar and wind technology). We’re expected to pay no attention to the little issue that the Biden family received millions of dollars from Russia and China, for no apparent service.

Joe surrendered unconditionally to the Taliban in Afghanistan. As we fled, 13 soldiers were killed, Joe broke our word to our allies, and he armed a global threat. It was done because he wanted a talking point on the twentieth anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center.

Joe shipped billions of dollars of our war material to Ukraine -- which coincidentally was another multi-million-dollar benefactor of the Biden family. While he armed Ukraine, our own military has fallen to its lowest level of preparedness since before WWII. But our soldiers do get their pronouns correct now.

Joe used the power of the executive branch to infringe on our rights of assembly, religion, speech, property, due process, and self-defense. When stopped by the courts, he didn’t comply but pursued workarounds -- showing utter contempt for the Constitution that he is sworn to defend.

He weaponized our criminal justice system, breaking all legal precedents in a childish tantrum to punish anyone whom he disliked. Actual criminal wrongdoing was irrelevant. Political adversaries, pro-life protesters, election deniers, and non-compliant members of the press had their homes raided and faced criminal prosecution via creative application of laws, for purposes that were never intended.

Biden gave a national address standing before a satanic red backdrop with symbols of his military power standing at attention. He dehumanized half of the Americans whom he is sworn to represent, calling them semi-fascists. In other comments he has repeatedly threatened military force against anyone who challenges his government.

Joe Biden’s first year in office was a time of great hubris, for which I’m sure he felt entitled, given his 46 years of “government service.” But Greek philosophy frowns on hubris for a reason:

Hubris was not something you wanted to be accused of if you were in ancient Greece. It was thought to be behavior outside the norm. Most specifically, that behavior in which one would attempt to defy -- or challenge -- the gods. To display such arrogance meant that you became a target of Nemesis and she is inescapable.

So, has Joe:

  • Acted outside the norm in weaponizing the government against its people? Check.
  • Defied God by infringing on God-given rights? Check.
  • Displayed arrogance by ignoring his oath and the courts? Check.

Joe dared Nemesis, the Greek Goddess of Divine Retribution, to pay him a visit. It seems that Nemesis has now arrived, signaling that the party has ended, and the hangover has begun.

As we near the end of Joe’s first term, his last year looks very different from the first.

  • Biden’s approval is down to 34 percent, and that doesn’t appear to be the floor.
  • The party he leads is losing the minority vote, and tearing itself apart over its hatred of Jews.
  • His son is facing felony charges for being the collections guy in the family bribery business.
  • The House of Representatives has opened an impeachment investigation, because the corruption became too great to ignore.
  • Biden faces the possibility that his legacy will be as America’s most corrupt President.
  • The public is ridiculing him for his inability to navigate stairs or stages.
  • His friends are abandoning him.
  • His nemesis Trump is poised to exact revenge in 11 short months.

If Biden were an adult, he might reflect on the last three years and wish that he’d simply exercised a bit of self-control. But that’s not who Joe Biden is. President “Man-Child” will spend his last year stamping his feet, denying any wrongdoing, and demanding more candy.

Congress must hold Biden’s feet to the fire on immigration

As Congress considers a bargain with the Biden administration on immigration, they must proceed with extreme caution.

Right now, a bipartisan group of senators are engaged in negotiations with the administration to enact border security policies in exchange for a foreign aid package. Joe Biden has said that he is willing to make “significant concessions” on border security in order to pass tens of billions of dollars in aid to war-torn Ukraine and Israel.

Biden’s public willingness to concede that new security measures are needed at the southern border is a step forward, but the devil is in the details, and so far the reported details leave much to be desired. While no legislation has been officially proposed and no framework has been unveiled publicly, CBS News reported earlier this month on the concessions the White House apparently has in mind.

The administration is reportedly mulling a proposal that would reinstate the use of Title 42 at the border if daily illegal crossings at the border exceed a certain threshold, while also promising to ramp up the detention and deportation of illegal aliens. While no details have officially been proposed, one Senate negotiator floated an automatic reinstatement of the Title 42 order if illegal crossings exceed 3,000 a day. Earlier this month, more than 14,000 illegal aliens crossed the U.S. southern border, shattering a single-day record for illegal crossings. The ideas being considered are generally good ones, but they are inadequate to quell the historic crisis we are facing.

The major problem with these proposals is it still gives the administration too much discretion over enforcing immigration law.

Giving the administration expanded authority to close the border and deport illegal aliens is fine if you have an executive willing to enforce these laws, but this administration has consistently demonstrated a willingness to disregard federal law and the Constitution in order to facilitate the arrival of millions of illegal aliens. Enacting more laws that the administration can just brush aside will not do anything to fix the border. If Congress is serious about solving the crisis, they will have to essentially put Biden and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in proverbial straitjackets, and enact new laws that limit the administration’s discretion.

Admittedly, this is a difficult thing to do considering how much enforcement authority is vested in the executive branch over border security. One idea that could be effective is allowing border states such as Texas and Arizona to deport aliens who cross into their territory illegally. This would remove significant authority from the Biden administration and place it in the hands of state governments much more willing to enforce the law. Any deal must also restrict the administration’s parole authority, which they have abused to resettle large numbers of illegal aliens across the country in what can accurately be described as a stealth amnesty.

Another major problem with these ideas is the proposal to allow 3,000 illegal aliens to cross the border daily before triggering the Title 42 order. This would be a major decline from the 10-12,000 illegal aliens who are currently entering the country on a daily basis, but would still be unacceptably high. Former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson, who served in the Obama administration, once said that 1,000 apprehensions of illegal aliens at the border constituted a “bad” day. There is no reason Congress should tolerate or normalize 3,000 illegal border crossings on a daily basis, even if that would be a steep decline from the current numbers. Three thousand illegal crossings per day amounts to 1,095,000 illegal entries per year, or about the same number of legal immigrant admissions to the U.S. each year. The standard for border security should be much higher than that.

Of course, the House of Representatives has already passed legislation that would mostly solve the border crisis. This Spring, the House passed the Secure the Border Act, which would reinstate the Remain-in-Mexico program, mandate E-Verify at the national level, and require DHS to resume construction of the border wall, among other policies. These ideas should be the cornerstone of any effective border security legislation.

The current negotiations may represent the last chance for a course correction at the border for the foreseeable future. The ultimate outcome will have high stakes for the trajectory of the country, which puts all of the pressure on the negotiators to secure a good deal. A token border security effort or simply creating new laws that the administration can ignore is insufficient. Congress must assert its authority and bring this unprecedented crisis to a conclusion.

Biden Admin Promises Not to End Mass Release of Illegal Alien Invaders

This is treason.

Immigration compromises always end one way. And yet the Lucy and the football game keeps going as Democrats offer over and over again to trade “border security” or “immigration security” for “immigration reform” that leads to a mass invasion.

Trading domestic immigration security for amnesty for the aliens already here ended with no security and more illegals. Every previous immigration compromise would have been more of the same.

Now the mini-compromise being negotiated by the Biden administration won’t compromise on the invasion.

Biden officials have told Hispanic lawmakers that they are resisting GOP demands to limit the administration’s authority to release migrants through the legal tool known as parole, according to people familiar with the matter…

Officials told senators they were not backing down on parole.

The Biden administration has made unprecedented use of parole — both to release people into communities when Border Patrol is overwhelmed and as the basis for new, legal pathways into the country for select nationalities.

Parole is the whole problem since it means the mass release of illegal aliens into the country.

The Biden admin won’t stop doing that. Republicans are proposing some version of Title 42 and higher asylum request standards, but those all assume that the Biden administration actually wants to stop the flow of illegal aliens. It does not. Some Dems do, but the administration has its eye on the bigger picture of transforming America.

A version of Title 42 with a capacity trigger would slow down the rate of the invasion rather than stop the invasion.

Raising asylum standards would provide discretion and that is likely to have limited impact.

Republicans are insisting on parole because it’s the real issue here. If the Biden administration had to house the invaders in government detention centers, it would be motivated to stop them from entering the country. Instead, it’s the cities that are struggling to house them. Parole is the reason why NYC, Chicago and D.C. are flooded with illegal aliens. Urban Democrats should be demanding an end to parole. Because parole shifts the housing burden to them.

As long as Biden can keep releasing illegal aliens and then inviting more to come through “new pathways”, the invasion continues.

This is treason.

Media Give Biden a Pass on Border Detention Facilities They Called 'Concentration Camps' Under Trump

Migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border (Getty Images)
December 19, 2023

The media for years savaged former president Donald Trump for holding migrants in detention facilities they compared to concentration camps. The same outlets are giving President Joe Biden a pass for flirting with the same facilities.

Biden, whom the media feted for supposedly undoing his predecessor's "harsh and extreme" immigration policies, could soon revive those policies to secure emergency funding for Ukraine in the Senate. One policy in particular stands out: forced detention, where those apprehended crossing the border are held in government facilities indefinitely for immigration violations. Democrats have acknowledged that the policies are reminiscent of those implemented under Trump.

But the media's Trump-era invective is nowhere to be found in reports on the Senate's negotiations, replaced with descriptions of a "compromise" and "major changes." The Washington Post called the proposed moves "restrictions," while NBC News praised Biden for his willingness to "take the heat" to "get the deal done." Only CNN mustered a bit of criticism, lamenting that Biden's openness to "stricter" policies "puts him at odds with key allies tasked with selling his reelection."

Flashback: The media railed against indefinite holdings under Trump, calling them "concentration camps" and trodding out talking heads to decry the "callous" and "racist" policy.

New York Times, Aug. 21, 2019: "Migrant Families Would Face Indefinite Detention Under New Trump Rule":

The administration’s goal with the new rule is deterrence, and its message to families fleeing Central America is blunt: Come here and we will lock you up. Critics say it is the latest in a series of policies by President Trump meant to close off the United States from the rest of the world.

Washington Post, July 19, 2019: "How Migrant Detention Became American Policy":

And why comparisons to concentration camps failed to shut them down.

The Atlantic, July 3, 2019: "A Crime by Any Name":

The horrors detailed in the press were hard to believe. ...

If these acts do not represent animus toward those human beings the president has described as murderers, terrorists, and rapists, whom he declares an infestation, whom he identifies as the enemy by sending the U.S. Army to the border, whose families he has destroyed in a bid to inflict sufficient agony so as to deter future newcomers—if all of this does not make American immigration detention facilities concentration camps, it makes them far too close to the concept for any American to find acceptable.

This is, perhaps, the most daunting element of this entire conversation. If these facilities even vaguely resemble concentration camps, then American society has failed in ways many Americans do not want to contemplate.

CNN, June 18, 2019: "Ocasio-Cortez Compares Migrant Detention Facilities to Concentration Camps":

Ocasio-Cortez also referenced how some migrant children were being held in facilities formerly used to detain Japanese Americans during World War II. Last week, the Department of Health and Human Services, which is tasked with caring for unaccompanied migrant children, said it would use facilities at Fort Sill Army Base in Oklahoma to house minors.

Newsweek, June 20, 2018: "Trump Detention Centers Listed Alongside Nazi Concentration Camps on Wikipedia":

The Wikipedia entry "List of concentration and internment camps" has seen the addition of the Trump administration's child detention centers which are being used to house immigrant children. The extensive list includes concentration camps used by the Nazi regime.

MSNBC has yet to call Biden racist:

And the president likely won't be on the receiving end of a critical homily this Christmas:

But don't call it hypocrisy. To the New York Times, Biden's about-face is simply a reflection of "how drastically the politics of immigration have shifted to the right in the United States."

It appears the media's perspective has "shifted" along with it:
