As Joe Biden keeps saying 'what crisis?' and fails to stop it, the Mexicans have apparently gotten sick of this.
They're out building their own border wall, or at least, starter fence, now.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune:
Just south of the border wall in San Ysidro, Mexican officials have installed a chain link fence reinforced with razor wire at the top and bottom that prevents entry to a section of the Tijuana River channel, identified as one of the main points for migrants crossing into San Diego.
Behind the barrier, Mexican National Guard and immigration agents keep watch at all times.

Since its installation last month, the number of migrants crossing in that area has decreased. However, it has increased in others spots farther east, such as Jacumé in Tecate, just south of the border from Jacumba Hot Springs, according to Mexican officials. As a result, Mexican federal agents have increased their presence there, as well.
Wow. When the migrants move, the Mexicans stop them in the next spot, too. They know how this works.
And they understand very well the gaslighting of the open-borders lobby effectively shilling for the Mexican cartels who make billions from these crossings:
Mexican officials have defended the installation of the new fence in Tijuana. In a statement last month, Enrique Lucero, head of Tijuana’s Migrant Affairs Office, said the new fence did not violate migrants’ right to request asylum “since this point is not a legal port of entry to request asylum.”
No kidding.
They know this is an open border and they also know that this arrangement has wrought havoc on their own country as nationals from more than 150 countries stream in, now in numbers exceeding ten thousand entering the U.S. each day. Unlike the Biden administration, they known the nationals in the border zones in their own country are being hit hard.
After all, Mexicans are being driven from their homes based on cartel human-smuggling activity around Joe's open borders.

InSightCrime reports that Mexicans in northern Sonora state are so under siege from cartel infighting over the migrant smuggling trade they are now fleeing their homes -- and into the U.S.
According to InSightCrime:
On a recent November evening, residents of Sásabe, a small outpost on the US-Mexico border, received threatening messages warning of an impending attack. The next morning, they awoke to several houses engulfed in flames and dozens of men with high-powered weapons shooting at each other around the main plaza.
Hours later, nearly 100 locals, among them elderly men and women and young children, took off for the US-Mexico border. They found a hole in the border fence, crossed into the United States, and pleaded with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials to protect them.

Cartels don't go to "war" like this unless a lot of money is at stake. And there is.
Joe Biden's open borders policies have led to a full-blown war zone at the very edge of the U.S., with scenes like these, all because of the money and power at stake. It's compounded by the Mexican federal government's coddling of cartels. That's a toxic, explosive mixture that has led to this actual national security crisis.
And there are a host of other problems with this open border situation, including corruption of public officials; crime, disorder, and interference with business from the migrants; borders periodically shut down so the Border Patrol can "process" tens of thousands of illegal border crossers, halting legitimate cross-border trade; and more.
Fact is, the open borders Joe has opened wide for migrants of all countries has wrought havoc on Mexico and shown signs of destabilizing other countries, such as Panama. All of Latin America is affected by this nightmare in addition to the United States.
Mexico has an election coming and some of the opposition candidates seem to be gaining. Mexico City's ruling pols aren't stupid and can see the potential damage to their political prospects if the chaos of the border isn't halted.
It makes perfect sense to them to build a wall, something Joe Biden can neither comprehend nor consider because Trump.

President Trump once with hyperbole said he'd get the Mexicans to pay for the border wall.
It looks like Joe Biden has actually achieved that, but not based on anything positive he did, but based on what he didn't do that was his duty to do. He's out touting his 'virtual' border wall while Mexicans are building a real one.
Chalk it up to Mexicans doing the job Joe wouldn't do. The ironies abound.

Illegal Alien ‘Got-Away’ Wanted for Murder in Mexico Found Living in Las Vegas
An illegal alien, who successfully crossed the United States-Mexico border, was found living in Las Vegas, Nevada, while being wanted in Mexico for murder.
Daniel Luis Ibarra-Lopez, a 25-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, crossed the border sometime after the alleged murder took place. Like nearly two million so-called “known got-aways” on President Joe Biden’s watch, Ibarra-Lopez was able to enter the U.S. without detection by Border Patrol agents.
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials, they were told on Feb. 17 of this year that Ibarra-Lopez was wanted for murder in Mexico and had successfully fled to the U.S. via the border.
More than a month later, ICE agents arrested Ibarra-Lopez near Las Vegas and he was given a final deportation order by a federal immigration judge in October.
From there, ICE agents took Ibarra-Lopez to the San Ysidro Port of Entry in San Diego, California, and turned him over to Mexican law enforcement officials so he could be prosecuted for the murder charge against him.
Similarly, last month, an illegal alien convicted of raping a five-year-old child in Brazil was able successfully cross the border into the U.S. sometime after his conviction. ICE agents ultimately found the illegal alien living on Martha’s Vineyard.

Watch: Arizona Border Town Remains Shut Amidst Uncontrolled Flow of Migrants
LUKEVILLE, Arizona — A warning sign has been placed at the entrance of the Organ Pipe National Monument area, recommending tourists refrain from entering the area due to ongoing Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operations. Nearby, the town of Lukeville is completely shut down and void of human presence. At the same time, Breitbart Texas witnessed a constant flow of mostly African migrants crossing the border wall and walking through the Organ Pipe National Monument, hoping to secure their freedom in the United States on Tuesday evening.
This Breitbart video shows signage placed by CBP at one entrance to the monument, cautioning travelers to stay out but offering no clue as to what lies ahead. After driving past the sign, Breitbart Texas observed CBP Office of Field Operations (OFO) personnel — those normally tasked with inspecting legitimate travelers and cargo at the port of entry shut down because of the migrant crossings — performing duties once reserved for Border Patrol agents.

The Lukeville port of entry nearby is completely void of any legitimate trade and travel. As Border Patrol personnel driving vans and buses shuttled migrants to a processing facility from the Organ Pipe National Monument reserve, a stream of mostly African migrants continued to cross the border unabated. The video shows a line of migrants stretching for as far as the eye can see, walking on a self-guided quest along the border wall, searching for Border Patrol agents to surrender to.

The migrants ultimately found OFO personnel instead. The CBP OFO staff from the shuttered port of entry corralled the migrants at a staging area and began loading them into the arriving vans to leave the desert area. The available transportation resources proved insufficient to move the hundreds of migrants Breitbart Texas watched.

The port in Lukeville has been closed for more than one week, rattling the few local business operators who rely on tourist travel for their livelihood. A convenience store, restaurant, and a duty-free shop were closed on Tuesday and will likely remain shuttered until the port reopens. The reopening date remains a mystery, according to an employee at the food mart fueling station in Why, Arizona. The store, 30 miles from Lukeville, provides services to local residents but relies heavily on cross-border travelers for revenue. According to an employee who spoke to Breitbart Texas, the store reduced the hours of operation and may close on certain days if business remains slow.
Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs (D) visited Lukeville over the weekend after sending a scathing letter to the White House on Friday criticizing the closure of the port of entry. Hobbs is demanding $512 million in federal funds to offset state expenses to cope with the migrant surge into her state. Hobbs described the closure of the port, writing, “The decision to close the Lukeville Port of Entry has led to an unmitigated humanitarian crisis in the area and has put Arizona’s safety and commerce at risk.”
Hobbs added, “Our ports of entry are essential to our state and our country’s economy, and it is vital that they be properly staffed and resourced to continue to fuel economic growth in the state.” Despite the governor’s pleas, the unabated flow of migrants continues, and the town of Lukeville remains shuttered.
The constant surge of migrants crossing into the United States at the Arizona border resulted in a simultaneous increase of migrants being released into the country to pursue asylum claims as Border Patrol-operated processing facilities in the region remain over capacity. As reported by Breitbart Texas, detention capacity and transportation issues have resulted in hundreds of migrants waiting days to be transported away from the border wall in Lukeville.
