Cartels Ravaging S.D. Indian Reservations with Murder, Drugs and Gang Activity
“Make no mistake, the cartels have a presence on several of South Dakota’s tribal reservations,” Gov. Kristi Noem (R-S.D.) said Wednesday, explaining how Pres. Biden’s open-border policies have brought drugs, crime and gang activity to her state’s American Indian tribal reservations.
“The cartels are using our reservations to facilitate the spread of drugs throughout the Midwest,” Gov. Noem warned in a border address to a joint session of South Dakota’s legislature:
“South Dakota is directly affected by this invasion. We are affected by cartel presence on our tribal reservations; by the spread of drugs and human trafficking throughout our communities; and by the drain on our resources at the local, state, and federal level.”
….
“In particular, fentanyl – which is being manufactured by the Chinese and smuggled over our Southern Border – is causing these deaths. Total overdoses have increased by almost 20% across America since Joe Biden took office.”
The murderous illegal alien cartels are even recruiting tribal members to join in their criminal activities, Gov. Noem reported:
“Murders are being committed by cartel members on the Pine Ridge reservation and in Rapid City, and a gang called the ‘Ghost Dancers’ are affiliated with these cartels.
“They have been successful in recruiting tribal members to join their criminal activity. On the other side of the state, there is documented evidence of cartel activities on the Sisseton Wahpeton reservation and others.”
To make matters worse, South Dakota is powerless to provide the law enforcement help the tribes need, because the federal government has sole jurisdiction and responsibility to do so. The Biden Administration’s assistance has been so lacking that one tribe has been forced to sue it – twice – Gov. Noem explained:
“The Oglala Sioux Tribe sued the federal government. They pointed to evidence that the level of violent crime, drug trafficking, and gang activity on the Reservation is staggering, unprecedented, and overwhelming law enforcement resources.
“A federal judge ordered the Biden Administration to come to the table and work with the Oglala Sioux Tribe to provide the desperately needed law enforcement resources. But Biden has failed to make good on that obligation, so now the Oglala Sioux Tribe is suing again.”
Crime is so rampant that a State of Emergency has been declared on the Pine Ridge reservation, as a result of the Biden Administration’s failure to honor its obligations.
Gov. Noem said she plans to support the tribe’s latest lawsuit against the Biden Administration, which was filed on January 24, 2024.
The complaint cites “the United States’ failure to adhere to its treaty and trust responsibility to provide adequate law enforcement resources, as well as violations of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.”
“We will continue as a nation to hold the United States accountable under our treaties,” the tribe’s president, Frank Star Comes Out, says in a press release:
“Any lawlessness in Pine Ridge starts in Washington DC! In the name of humanity, equal rights and justice, you have an oath to uphold. Honor the Treaties.”
“Joe Biden is great on immigration. I guess depends on your perspective. If you’re a human trafficker, or drug dealer, you’d give him an A-plus, but theAmerican people would give him an F. The crisis at our border was not only entirely predictable, it was predicted. I predicted that if you campaign all year long on open borders, amnesty, and health care for illegals, you’re going to get more migrants at the border. That’s what’s happened since the election.” SEN. TOM COTTON

For starters, let's define the "fentanyl crises" for what it really is: Chemical warfare, effectively perpetrated on the American people by the Chinese communist government and their Mexican-cartel allies. This administration's open border, which is clearly an intentional policy, marks Biden and Harris as co-conspirators in what's arguably the CCP's chemical-weapons assault on U.S. citizens. “The Biden Immigration Agenda sacrifices the interests of the American People in order to serve the interests of foreign citizens, criminal cartels, and ultra-wealthy multinational corporations,” says the April 12 memo from Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN).
DEPORT THIS FUKER TO GITMO AND SENT BIDEN PACKING WITH HIM!!!
Impeach the bum!
You can tell what a good idea it is to impeach Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, just by all the screeching leftists who oppose the idea. MSNBC and their brethren have devoted endless hours to proclaiming there is no evidence on which to base his removal. Except, of course, for the millions of illegals and tons of fentanyl welcomed through our borders without objection.
What we have is a grotesque dereliction of duty by the secretary (who for some odd reason is the spitting image of the Japanese anime character Krillin) and under the terms of Article I he can be impeached and removed for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
This means, as Alexander Hamilton explained, in Federalist No. 65: “those offences which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or, in other words, from the abuse or violation of some public trust. They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated political, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself.”
The House impeachment articles state ad nauseum Mayorkas’ constant refusal to do his job or follow dozens of laws he is obliged to enforce. To a certain extent, officers of the executive department have flexibility in carrying out their duties, but they cannot simply refuse to do them at all. Any more than officials of the Treasury department could ignore random visitors entering their premises and walking off with bags of money.
Democrats trot out the oft-mistaken Jonathan Turley to somehow defend Mayorkas, saying “impeachment is not for being a bad Cabinet member or even a bad person.” But that misses the point. High-crimes-and-misdemeanors is an ancient legal phrase; not about partisan disagreements or simple incompetence, but actual abuse of office, as Hamilton says. It may or may not be violative of a particular criminal statute, but it is in some way political, and always a type of “bad faith” misuse of public office.
So Bill Clinton’s scandals were really high crimes and misdemeanors- Perjurious testimony before a federal investigation and interference with that investigation. But Donald Trump’s Ukraine phone call was the opposite, someone actually trying to do his job and enforce the law. Looking back at it, if anything, you could criticize Trump for not being tougher on Zelenskyy and wanting more answers on the crooked dealings in that country and payments to the Biden crime family.
Impeachment and removal is, of course, a very rare occurrence in the United States. In Britain it has fallen into disuse. That’s for a variety of reasons; in America, you need a large political consensus to vote for removal, and the President’s party usually can defeat it if they wish, merely to save themselves partisan embarrassment. Most likely, Democrats in Congress will in the end keep Mayorkas from being removed from office.
But Republicans should go ahead and attempt it anyway. Mayorkas’ conduct has been disgraceful, and he richly deserves whatever obloquy can be brought down on him.

NYC becomes a literal den of thieves as the ‘huddled masses’ continue to swarm in and set up shop
New Yorkers, meet your newest neighbor:
Charming fellow, isn’t he?
When addressing the “migrant” crisis (third-world invaders) flooding into America from every corner of the globe, those on the left often evoke the days of a bustling Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty with the “huddled masses yearning to breathe free” words emblazoned on the pedestal, or perhaps even remind us of our Christian ancestors who landed at Plymouth Rock to escape government persecution in Europe; they assert that this country was built on “immigrants” and without immigration, the U.S. as we know it, would have never existed.
But, as will all arguments left, that’s all fallacious and inconsistent. First of all, in one context those Plymouth Rock pilgrims are celebrated as immigrants fleeing tyranny, in another they’re decried as colonizers who displaced native populations. Secondly, this country wasn’t just built on those immigrating (first to the New World, then the British Colonies, and eventually, the United States), it was built on Judeo-Christian principles by anyone who believed in them and lived by those values, which clearly, at one point, applied to a vast majority of newcomers.
But somewhere along the way that mindset died, and the migrants of today (largely) fall into one of two camps: terrorists, or freeloaders. Either way, neither group has any intention of assimilating or contributing to American society.
We’ve got guys like the man below, seemingly here at the behest of unidentified overlords for some not-so-clandestine objective?
(Pamela Geller speculated that this border-crosser may be known-terrorist Movsum Samadov, leader of the Islamic Party of Azerbaijan.)
And then we’ve got the poverty-stricken third-worlders, some of whom can’t even read or write in their native languages, just doing what they’ve always known—crime—and New York City is the perfect case study of what life looks like when you introduce hordes of state-of-nature humans to modern Western civilization. Needless to say, “cultural enrichment” in the Big Apple isn’t going so well:
NYC migrant pickpocketing teams are the newest headache for NYPD as trio busted for string of West Village bar thefts
The NYPD is honing in on migrant pickpocketing crews that are now working the Big Apple — with nearly 100 asylum seekers already popping up on the NYPD radar, law enforcement sources tell The Post.
Also, this:
Breaking the law and barely surviving: Inside NYC’s underground migrant economy
Many new migrants are creating their own underground economy within their community — selling homemade food to other migrants or providing them services such as hair-cutting.
‘They aren’t going to a barber shop or a deli,’ Di Martino said. ‘They’re creating cash businesses and not paying taxes.’
Monica Yamaira Arias, 43, hawks roast pork, rice and fried plantains from her perch outside the Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown, which the city transformed into an intake center for recent arrivals. Arias, 43, arrived in New York more than a year ago from Venezuela, and now sits every lunch hour on a blue Igloo cooler selling home-cooked meals, packed in aluminum containers, for $10 each.
‘It’s what we’re used to eating in our country,’ said Arias….
And from today, this:
NYPD seizes illegal scooters from migrant shelters amid ‘uptick’ in moped-riding bandits in NYC
The NYPD is cracking down on unregistered scooters as robberies involving moped-riding bandits have become a frequent problem across the city over the past couple months.
Officers targeted migrant facilities throughout the five boroughs Wednesday night where they seized dozens of illegal electric bikes and took them away on a flatbed, ABC7 reported.
The confiscated bikes had no registrations or had stolen plates, according to the station.
As London’s leftist mayor Sadiq Khan once quipped, crime—whether it’s jihadi bombings, acid attacks, and Islamic stabbing sprees, or tax fraudsters, pickpockets, and Mad Max moped bandits—is simply “part and parcel” of living in a (leftist) big city.
Timeline: How Biden Created the Border Crisis and Encouraged Illegal Immigration
Since Day One of his presidency, Pres. Joe Biden has vigorously used his office to enable, encourage and validate illegal immigration to the U.S., causing the current crisis at the southwest border, a timeline analysis of his presidential actions to-date demonstrates.
Just three years in, Biden already has “the most active immigration presidency” in U.S. history, with more than five hundred immigration actions, the Migration Policy Institute reported on January 19, 2024:
“By taking 535 immigration actions over its first three years, the Biden administration has already outpaced the 472 immigration-related executive actions undertaken in all four years of President Donald Trump’s term.
“The Biden administration’s 535 executive actions through January 17, as calculated the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), were issued in one of the most turbulent migration periods within the Western Hemisphere and indeed globally in recent history.”
The following timeline provides a small sample of the Biden Administration’s most aggressive pro-illegal immigrant actions, beginning on Day One of his prolific first year in office:
2021:
- Ordered a halt to the emergency construction of a wall on the southwest border. (January 20, 2021)
- Issued an executive order “Preserving and Fortifying Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals,” (DACA), signaling his support for allowing illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. (January 20, 2021)
- Revoked Trump-era executive orders promoting border security. (January 20, 2021)
- Announced a 100-day moratorium on deportations and immigration enforcement. (January 20, 2021)
- Implemented a policy requiring use of alternatives to removal of illegal aliens, allowing them to remain in the U.S. (February 1, 2021)
- Issued an executive order to end the “Remain in Mexico” policy, which required asylum-seekers to wait in Mexico while their cases made their way through U.S. immigration courts. (February 2, 2021)
- Exempted unaccompanied alien children (UAC) from Title 42 expulsion requirements that allowed the U.S. to quickly turn back migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border, for the sake of protecting public health. (February 17, 2021)
- Biden’s DHS Sec. Mayorkas delivered remarks effectively explaining the border is open for illegal immigration because the new focus would be on “processing” illegal aliens, instead of deporting them, and creating new “lawful pathways” for illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. (March 16, 2021)
- Began releasing illegal aliens into the U.S. on the honor system, if they promise to self-report themselves to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at a later date. (March 20, 2021)
- Canceled further wall construction being led by the Department of Defense. (Apr 30, 2021)
- Expanded asylum eligibility to include gender and domestic relationships. (June 16, 2021)
- Released at least 50,000 aliens, asking them to self-report to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. (July 2021)
- Authorized the use of “parole plus alternatives to detention” (ATD) in the Del Rio Border Sector. (August 5, 2021)
- Announced an expansion of alternatives to detention and of taxpayer-funded services to illegal aliens who are fighting removal proceedings. (August 17, 2021)
- Released more than 100,000 aliens into the U.S. on the self-report honor system. (August 31, 2021)
- Falsely accused Border Patrol agents on horseback in Del Rio, Texas of whipping aliens at the border. (September 24, 2021)
- Issued a memorandum encouraging the use of prosecutorial discretion to decline removal of deportable aliens. (September 30, 2021)
- Distributed more than $300 million in federal law enforcement grants to sanctuary cities, financially rewarding cities whose policies encourage illegal immigration. (Fiscal Year 2021)
- Canceled border wall contracts led by DHS related to the Laredo and Rio Grande Valley Border Sectors. (Oct 8, 2021)
- Issued a memorandum prohibiting enforcement of immigration laws in schools, health care facilities, recreational areas, social service and emergency facilities, ceremonial locations, and at demonstrations and rallies. (October 27, 2021)
- Formally created a program for alternatives to detention plus parole, resulting in “catch and release” for hundreds of thousands of aliens into the U.S. interior after they were encountered at the border. (November 2021)
2022:
- ICE’s principal legal advisor issued a memorandum recommending termination of cases in immigration court and directing ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) trial attorneys to prioritize their enforcement efforts. (Apr 3, 2022)
- Reversed Trump-era “public charge rule,” allowing aliens who are likely to become a burden to taxpayers to receive immigration benefits – such as a visa, admission, or adjustment of status. (September 9, 2022)
- Sued the State of Arizona to force the state to remove shipping containers placed to close gaps in the border wall. (December 13, 2022)
2023:
- Announced that DACA recipients are now eligible for Obamacare benefits and Medicaid, giving taxpayer-funded healthcare to illegal aliens. (April 13, 2023)
- Terminated use of Title 42 policy expulsion authority. (May 11, 2023)
- Ended the DNA testing program used to verify that adults crossing the border with a child are actually related to the child. (July 7, 2023)
- Sued the State of Texas to remove floating barriers placed in the Rio Grande River. (July 24, 2023)
- Rebranded “Alternatives to Detention” as “Release and Reporting Management,” through which ICE provides social services “individualized to each participant’s needs” to illegal aliens. (August 2023)
2024:
- Sued the State of Texas for enforcing a recently enacted state law allowing Texas judges and magistrates to order illegal aliens to return to their home country. (January 3, 2024)
“Since his first day in office, President Biden and his administration have worked to systematically undermine America’s border security,” House Speaker Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) said earlier this month, in a statement announcing release of a report listing 64 times the Biden Administration has “undermined border security and encouraged illegal immigration.

Biden Admin-Released Migrant Crime Wave Sweeping Sanctuary Cities
Sancutary cities and their suburbs are experiencing a crime wave from migrants who are released by the Biden administration after illegally crossing the border between ports of entry. Police, particularly in the Chicago area and New York City, reported significant increases in crime related to migrants relocated to their cities.
The police chief of Oak Brook, Illinois, a suburb of the sanctuary city of Chicago, is reporting a series of crimes being committed by migrants who the Biden administration released after they illegally crossed the border between ports of entry. Oak Brook Police Chief Brian Strokis reported six felony arrests of migrants in a single day and a total of 49 migrant arrests since October 23.
“I believe that six felony arrests in one day illustrates that migrant criminal activity is a real problem,” Chief Strockis said in a statement released by DuPage County. “The amount of these types of arrests that we have had in the last couple of months is significant and would be taxing for any police department. We are well prepared to continue our enforcement efforts and I can assure you that there are easier places to commit these crimes than Oak Brook or DuPage County.”
DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Belin announced the felony charges against the migrants after two separate incidents in a Macy’s store located in Oak Brook. The incidents involved migrants from Chile and Venezuela. Judge Joshua Dieden denied the State’s motion to detain the migrants without bond in both cases.
The apparently organized migrant group brought magnetic devices to remove anti-theft devices from merchandise before loading it into suitcases and removing more than $10,000 worth of merchandise from the Macy’s store, prosecutors reported. The second incident involved the alleged theft of nearly $1,000 in merchandise.
Chief Strockis told Fox News they arrested 47 migrants since October 23. While on the air with Fox News on Tuesday, Strokis said he had just received word of the arrest of two more Venezuelan migrants for alleged theft activities. The chief said there have been at least 175 migrant arrests in Oak Brook during the past year — mostly for property crimes, NewsBreak reported.
In December, The Federation for American Immigration Reform, FAIR, reported an 11,000 percent increase in the arrest of Venezuelan migrants in Chicago since the border crisis began. FAIR reported:
According to police data obtained by CWBChicago, there were just six arrests of Venezuelan-born people in 2021 and 26 in 2022. Now, as of November 12 this year, Chicago PD has arrested 686 Venezuelans, representing an 11,333% increase over 2021.
2023’s numbers are only through November 12, leaving the second half of November and the entire month of December to add to the 686 arrests.
The migrant crime wave is not limited to the Chicago area. New York State Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis posted a video on X showing a group of migrants attacking two NYPD officers who were attempting to disperse a crowd near Times Square.
“The video released last night capturing the assault of two NYPD officers by a group of illegal migrants in Times Square is infuriating and a horrifying example of why Mayor Adams needs to stop misinterpreting ‘Right to Shelter’ and put an end to our city’s migrant crisis once and for all,” Malliotakis wrote. “As migrants continue to commit crimes all over our city, including murder, stabbings, robberies, prostitution and assault, the city is refusing to cooperate with federal detainer and deportation requests from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Republicans, Democrats & Independents should, at the very least, be able to agree that migrants who assault our police or commit crimes in our country should be deported immediately and have any future immigration application denied.”
The New York Post reported that migrants are turning to pickpocketing in the Big Apple, causing major problems for the NYPD and possibly leading to the assault case above. A staffer for a Red Lion told the Post that teams of migrants hit the area during peak pedestrian traffic times on Friday and Saturday.
One frustrated NYPD officer told the Post, “We have a hard enough time going after actual New Yorkers committing crime. Now we have to deal with a whole different subset of people who arrive here with no means of support, no legal means of working or opportunity.”
New York City is currently housing more than 67,000 migrants in hotels out of the more than 172,000 migrants transported to the city since the spring of 2022 after being released by the Biden Administration from the border region. Texas Governor Greg Abbott did not begin busing migrants to New York City until August of that year, according to the governor’s office. Since the start of that transportation program, Texas has moved more than 37,500 migrants to New York City.
In December, The Federation for American Immigration Reform, FAIR, an 11,000 percent increase in the arrest of Venezuelan migrants in Chicago since the border crisis began.
