Sen. Rick Scott Urges Kamala Harris to Preside over Mayorkas’ Impeachment Trial - WHY NOT PUT GAMER LYING LAWYERS HARRIS AND MAYORK, AS AS WELL AS THEIR BRIBES SUCKING BOSS JOJO, IN PRISON FOR SABOTAGE OF HOMELAND SECURITY?

Manchin: Border Crisis Is ‘Joe Biden’s Fault’ — He Opened Things Up ‘From Day One’ and ‘Waited Too Long’

On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Your World,” Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) stated that the crisis on the border is “Joe Biden’s fault” and he has had bad policies on the issue “from day one,” and Biden’s idea was “we wanted to make sure we could help as many as humanly possible. And the border was overrun, unbelievably overrun.” Manchin also stated that Biden “waited too long” to act on the issue.

Manchin said, “[F]irst of all, the border crises that we have are Joe Biden’s fault. Starting from day one, I disagreed, and we’ve been arguing about this back and forth. I think that, in defense of Joe Biden, their discussion and their basically explanation is that the world was in a flux after the pandemic, a lot of people were hurting around the world, we wanted to make sure we could help as many as humanly possible. And the border was overrun, unbelievably overrun. And then catch and release is horrible. So, they waited too long. But now they’ve come to the table to fix a horrific problem that we have. And saying that we have to wait another ten months for the politics to be right for somebody is wrong. That’s as wrong, if not worse as what — getting to this position. So, we have a chance to fix it. We should fix it as quickly as possible. And I’m hoping that good-minded people will come together. We have the ability to fix it, Democrats and Republicans, working together.”

Sen. Rick Scott Urges Kamala Harris to Preside over Mayorkas’ Impeachment Trial

Vice President Kamala Harris is the nation’s “Border Czar” and so should volunteer to preside over the Senate’s impeachment trial of President Joe Biden’s border chief, says Republican Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL).

“As Vice President, the Constitution directs that you also serve as the presiding officer of the U.S. Senate,” Scott wrote in a trolling February 20 public letter to Harris:

Although Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has publicly stated he intends for President Pro Tempore Patty Murray to preside over the upcoming impeachment trial of Secretary Mayorkas, I write to encourage and invite you to fulfill your constitutional duty to serve as the presiding officer of Secretary Mayorkas’ impeachment trial.

When President Biden appointed you as the “border czar” in early 2021, he tasked you with “stemming the migration to our southern border.” In accepting that appointment, you acknowledged a need “to deal with the root causes” of the flows of illegal immigration across our southern border. As such, you should be keenly interested in learning whether a high-ranking member of your administration is one of those “root causes” through his willful and persistent refusal to enforce our country’s immigration laws, frustrating the very core function of your role as President Biden’s “border czar.”

Harris got her unwanted “border czar” title when Biden was seeking to deflect blame in 2021 for his decision to open the nation’s borders.

It is unlikely that Harris will preside over any trial.

Harris got picked for the VP job partly because she is a close ally of the West Coast investors who also helped Mayorkas get the border job in Biden’s administration. Democrats are expected to vote en bloc against the House indictment of Mayorkas, so there is no need for Harris to sway the trial in Mayorkas’ favor.

Democrats also want to block any trial because they want to minimize the public recognition of their destructive migration policies.

Since January 2021, they have imported roughly 7 million workers, consumers, and renters to push up Wall Street’s stock values by shrinking Americans’ wages, subsidizing low-productivity companies, boosting rents, and spiking real estate prices. Their colonialism-like policy has killed many Americans and thousands of migrants, including child migrants on the taxpayer-funded jungle trail through the Darien Gap in Panama.

Scott wrote:

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been impeached by the House of Representatives. The two articles of impeachment adopted by the House assert Secretary Mayorkas has engaged in a willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law by enabling record numbers of illegal immigrants to flood into our country across the southern border, and has breached the public trust through his repeated false statements to Congress and persistent refusal to comply with duly issued congressional subpoenas. This matter now comes before the Senate, which is constitutionally tasked with conducting a trial and rendering judgment on each of the articles of impeachment against Secretary Mayorkas.

Our states and cities face an ongoing and widespread crisis due to the flood of illegal immigrants streaming across our southern and northern borders and moving freely within the interior of the homeland.

Some Republicans are pressuring the bipartisan establishment to hold the trial. Scott also joined a February 20 letter sent by 12 other GOP Senators to Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) that asked him to force Democrats to hold the trial:

On February 13, the House indicted Mayorkas for refusing to enforce Congress’s law that requires the detention of migrants at the nation’s border until their asylum claims are completed.

Pro-migration advocates — including Mayorkas — describe their perfume their illegal “catch and release” policy as just “prosecutorial discretion.”

Their policy encourages illegal migration by showing would-be migrants that will get released to take the American jobs they need to pay smuggling debts. Poor migrants can now safely mortgage their homes and farms to walk into a job in the United States.

The policy also gives the business alliance of smugglers, drug cartels, and labor traffickers a quasi-legal conveyor belt for getting clients into the United States and getting their clients’ wages back to foreign bank accounts.

A new report from the Congressional Budget Office reinforces the vast evidence that the federal policy of Extraction Migration shifts family wages and workplace investment toward Wall Streetreal estatecoastal states, and government.

The economic policy is very unpopular, in part, because it also diverts politicians’ focus away from American communities and the drug-fuelled “deaths of despair” among discarded Americans.

‘Extortion Attempt:’ Joe Biden Hopes to Cut Deportations amid Migrant Crime Wave

A plan by President Joe Biden, called an “extortion attempt,” would shield more criminal illegal aliens from deportation as data shows his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has drastically cut interior immigration enforcement.

Biden’s White House is threatening to cut deportations of even the most violent illegal alien convicts unless Congress approves billions in funding that passes through DHS before getting handed to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) helping facilitate illegal immigration.

RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), told Breitbart News that the threat from Biden is echoed by the establishment media with claims that DHS needs the billions in funding to enforce federal immigration law.

“This is nothing more than a misleading extortion attempt to prolong a self-inflicted invasion that has been compounded by the gutting of interior enforcement,” Hauman said. “Keep in mind this is an administration that sought to suspend all deportations for 100 days and proposed a mass amnesty on day one — efforts built upon through the issuance of radical policy memos.” [Emphasis added]

The claim, Hauman said, is false — noting that Congress gave DHS more money than the agency requested to fund more detention space for illegal aliens even as Biden had sought to slash detention space by 30 percent.

Likewise, the Senate package supported by Biden and crafted by Sens. James Lankford (R-OK), Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), and Chris Murphy (D-CT), would, among other things, preserve DHS’s parole pipeline for illegal aliens into the United States interior and get work permits much more quickly to those released.

The accelerated work permits, in particular, would serve as a huge pull factor for more illegal immigration at the southern border, experts have told Breitbart News.

Some have suggested that DHS ought to be audited to get to the bottom of where Biden is using billions in taxpayer funding allocated to the agency by Congress even as he has cut deportations and interior immigration enforcement.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data analyzed by Center for Immigration Studies Director of Investigations Jon Feere finds that Biden has cut deportations of criminal illegal aliens by 60 percent in his first three years in office compared to former President Donald Trump’s first three years.

Similarly, from 2021 through 2023, Biden reduced at-large arrests of criminal illegal aliens by nearly 70 percent, deportations of criminal illegal aliens by 67 percent, and ICE detainer requests of criminal illegal aliens by 44 percent.

“The administration’s claim that its immigration policies are designed to focus on criminal aliens is demonstrably false,” Feere writes:

The Biden administration has dramatically cut immigration enforcement in the United States and the result has been a decrease in arrests, prosecutions, and removals of criminal aliens. The administration has chosen to leave tens of thousands of criminal aliens in American communities without any apparent concern about the impact on public safety and national security. This is happening amid a historic influx of mass illegal immigration into the United States which is undoubtedly adding large numbers of new criminal aliens to the country. [Emphasis added]

Hauman said that given the Biden administration’s record on increasingly reducing interior immigration enforcement, it is likely that the DHS funding request “would be used to fund the processing and transportation of illegal aliens, not only putting us in the same situation we’re in but making it worse.”

“Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ response to being impeached is to lash out and threaten to harm American communities with the release of thousands of criminal aliens,” Hauman said. “Mayorkas and the White House are warning Congress and the American people that their lives will be put in danger if Congress doesn’t approve a supplemental that would codify the crisis under the guise of ending it. This is extortion, plain and simple.”

Biden’s threat to stop deporting criminal illegal aliens from the United States comes as several high-profile cases have swept national headlines.

Just this week, four illegal aliens were arrested in the sanctuary city of Chicago, Illinois, after allegedly robbing and strangling a 48-year-old man on the city’s subway. Also this week, two of the eight illegal aliens accused of carrying out a mob attack on police officers in New York City are now known to be members of Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua gang.

Meanwhile, a five-time deported illegal alien has been charged this month with causing a hit-and-run that ultimately left 10-year-old Alex “AJ” Wise Jr. dead in Midland, Texas. Far north of the southern border, in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, an illegal alien freed into the United States interior has been charged with killing a 20-year-old mother and her three-year-old daughter.

In Rusk County, Wisconsin, an illegal alien from Mexico — who should have been previously deported by ICE following a drunk driving conviction — is now charged with killing 35-year-old Steven Nasholm, a husband and father of three young daughters.
