Report: Joe Biden’s Migrant Mobile App Freed Haitian, Now Accused of Double Murder, into U.S.
A Haitian migrant, reportedly released into the United States via President Joe Biden’s parole pipeline, is now accused of double homicide in Orange County, New York.
Kenol Baptiste, a 30-year-old Haitian migrant, was indicted in Orange County on two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder.
On April 1, prosecutors allege that Baptiste stabbed his two roommates — who were also from Haiti — to death using a knife. Baptiste then allegedly sought to hide the knife he used and fled the scene.
A report reveals that Baptiste had been released into the U.S. interior less than a year before, after scheduling an appointment at the border via the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “CBP One” mobile app.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told Fox News Digital that Baptiste had arrived in the United States in July 2023 when he presented himself at the Paso Del Norte port of entry in El Paso, Texas. [Emphasis added]
The spokesperson said he presented himself on July 25 at the port of entry after booking an appointment on the CBP One app. Baptiste was given a notice to appear (NTA) in immigration court, was processed and paroled into the U.S. for pending removal proceedings. ICE has since placed a detainer on him, which requests he be transferred to ICE custody on his eventual release from jail. [Emphasis added]
As Breitbart News recently reported, Biden’s parole pipeline has released more than 950,000 foreign nationals, including Baptiste, into the U.S. interior since January 2023. Nearly 550,000 of those foreign nationals have arrived via the CBP One app.

DHS Chief Mayorkas Unfamiliar with Travis Wolfe, 12-Year-Old Missouri Boy Allegedly Killed by Illegal Alien
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas says he is unfamiliar with the case of 12-year-old Travis Wolfe, the Missouri boy who died as a result of a crash allegedly caused by an illegal alien.
During a Senate budget hearing on Thursday, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) asked Mayorkas about Wolfe, who died last month from his injuries associated with the crash.
“Travis Wolfe. Do you know that name?” Hawley asked, to which Mayorkas responded, “Not off the top of my head.” Mayorkas also said he was not familiar with Endrina Bracho of Venezuela who is accused of causing the crash that killed Wolfe.
Hawley continued:
Travis Wolfe is a 12-year-old boy from Missouri. This is him. Travis was killed on December 20, 2023. Or I should say he was in a tragic attack on that night. He died some weeks later [due to] a head-on collision. The person driving the vehicle who’s now been charged with six criminal counts is Endrina Bracho. [Emphasis added]

In response, Mayorkas said, “I know that all of our hearts break for the family of this young boy who died in that accident.”
Hawley also revealed that local law enforcement briefed him that Bracho arrived at the United States-Mexico border sometime last year and was released into the U.S. interior soon after being detained by Border Patrol agents.
This revelation comes after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials told Breitbart News that they could not comment on Bracho’s immigration history “due to privacy.”

Also injured in the crash were Wolfe’s parents, Timothy and Stephanie.
“I know you think your policies are a success, you’ve sat right there in that chair and told me over and over ‘Our policies are working.’ You’re on the record years and years saying that,” Hawley told Mayorkas.
“Maybe they’re working for you, maybe they’re working for your political objectives whatever they may be I don’t know,” Hawley continued. “But they’re not working for Laken Riley or Travis Wolfe … they are a travesty. What you have done is a travesty.”
Bracho remains in St. Louis County custody on a $500,000 bail.

Previously-Released Illegal Alien Arrested in Crash that Killed Democrat Senator’s Adviser
A local news outlet confirmed Tuesday that the man arrested for his involvement in a Reno, Nevada car crash that killed Democrat U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto’s (D-Nev.) senior adviser was an illegal alien.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed to The Reno Gazette Journal that the man arrested, 18 year-old Elmer Rueda-Linares, entered the U.S. illegally in 2021 and was “released on his own recognizance.”
In the early morning hours of April 6 of this year, Sen. Masto’s senior adviser, Kurt Englehart, was killed in a car accident with Rueda-Linares, who has been charged with leaving the scene.
Rueda-Linares was initially charged with felony hit-and-run, but the charge has been changed to failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
Federal officers have placed an immigration detainer on Rueda-Linares, who is being held on $100,000 bail at the Washoe County Jail and will appear before Justice of the Peace Scott Pearson on Thursday.
“Impairment does appear to be a factor in this crash,” according to The Reno Gazette Journal’s April 8 story, two days after the fatal accident, in which it reports Rueda-Linares’ arrest and details of the deadly crash:
“Police, fire and a paramedic crew responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash at 4:27 a.m. Saturday at Kietzke and Peckham lanes, behind the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.
“‘The occupants who fled the scene were later located by police, and the driver arrested,’ according to a news release. ‘Impairment does appear to be a factor in this crash.’”
