"Mexican president candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador called for mass immigration to the United States, declaring it a "human right". We will defend all the (Mexican) invaders in the American," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life, job, welfare, and free medical in the United States."

"Fox’s Tucker Carlson noted Thursday that Obrador has previously proposed granting AMNESTY TO MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS. “America is now Mexico’s social safety net, and that’s a very good deal for the Mexican ruling class,” Carlson added."

"Many Americans forget is that our country is located against a socialist failed state that is promising to descend even further into chaos – not California, the other one. And the Mexicans, having reached the bottom of the hole they have dug for themselves, just chose to keep digging by electing a new leftist presidente who wants to surrender to the cartels and who thinks that Mexicans have some sort of “human right” to sneak into the U.S. and demographically reconquer it." Joe Biden’s choice to run the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) lobbied White House officials to free a Los Angeles drug trafficker in 2001.

The nominee, Alejandro Mayorkas, was serving as President Bill Clinton’s top federal prosecutor in Los Angeles. He brushed off warnings from another federal prosecutor before asking White House officials to persuade President Bill Clinton to commute the 14-year prison sentence given to drug trafficker Carlos Vignali. Clinton did commute the sentence shortly before he left the White House.

If confirmed to the DHS job, Mayorkas would become the top official responsible for ensuring that drug traffickers are unable to get their drugs into the United States. Drug overdoses killed roughly 72,000 Americans in 2019.

Mayorkas’s nomination will be reviewed by the Senate’s homeland defense committee, likely chaired by Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH). Portman is up for reelection in 2022 and voted against Mayorkas in 2013. The other GOP members include Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), James Lankford (R-OK), Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Sen Mike Enzi (R-WY), Rick Scott (R-FL), and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO).

A May 14, 2002 report by the House of Representatives declared that “U.S. Attorney Alejandro Mayorkas provided critical support for the Vignali commutation that was inappropriate, given his position.” The report continued:

U.S. Attorney Alejandro Mayorkas called the White House in support of the Vignali commutation. Mayorkas, the top federal prosecutor in Los Angeles, was asked by Horacio Vignali to call the White House in support of his son’s clemency petition. Mayorkas then called the White House about the Vignali commutation. While Mayorkas does not recall the details of his conversation, he now concedes that his call conveyed support for the Vignali commutation.

Mayorkas supported the Vignali commutation despite his ignorance of the facts of the case and his knowledge that the prosecutors responsible for the Vignali case opposed clemency. Before he called the White House, Mayorkas had spoken twice with Todd Jones, the U.S. Attorney responsible for the Vignali case. Jones told Mayorkas that Vignali was a “major player” in drug trafficking, that he was “bad news” and that Mayorkas should not “go there” when it came to Vignali.

Despite these warnings from a prosecutor who was intimately familiar with the Vignali case, Mayorkas still called the White House in support of the Vignali commutation.

Mayorkas’ support for the Vignali commutation was inappropriate. Mayorkas knew little about the Vignali case. What he did know indicated that Carlos Vignali was an unrepentant, large-scale criminal. These facts alone make his support for the commutation, as a senior federal prosecutor, totally inappropriate.

In January 2006, CBS described the expensive campaign by Vignali’s wealthy father to spring his son after just six years of a 14-year sentence:

After his son was arrested, the elder Vignali, who is active in Latino causes, stepped up his donations to L.A. area politicians, giving more than $160,000. Vignali’s father persuaded at least nine prominent political figures to contact the White House on his son’s behalf.

In one letter, the former speaker of California’s state assembly actually proclaimed Vignali innocent, saying he was “falsely linked” to the drug ring and the victim of “guilt by association.” The lawmaker, Antonio Villaraigosa, who is currently running for mayor of Los Angeles, now says he made a mistake, as does L.A.’s Cardinal, who also wrote to the White House.

Vignali was in a large gang that ran drugs from California to Minneapolis, CBS reported:

Back in Minneapolis, some like drug investigator Tony Adams say the politicians who backed Vignali are hypocrites. And some who were part of Vignali’s drug gang are still serving a 20-year sentence. “Politicians always get in front of this camera and say we’re trying to take drugs off streets, put dope dealers in jail,” Adams says. “Well, you just let one out — a big one.”

The Daily Caller spotlighted Mayorkas’s 20-year-old support for a drug dealer.

Mayorkas “is a gift for Republicans who want to make an issue of Biden’s immigration policies,” Jessica Vaughan at the Center for Immigration Studies told Breitbart News November 23:

He is the exact kind of nominee that people didn’t want to see — someone in favor of corporate interests on immigration, of looking the other way on fraud, of rubber-stamping every [migration] application. This should be an easy softball for them to hit out of the park. This is something that’s going to be helpful to them in the Georgia Senate races — I mean, [Sen. David] Perdue [R-GA] and [Sen. Kelly] Loeffler [R-GA] should be commenting on this. All of the stars align here — cronyism, corruption, swampiness, and the immigration issue.

Mayorkas’s nomination is touted by a wide range of cooperating pro-migration progressives and business groups. For example, Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us group declared November 23:

He comes with the deep respect of the business community, national security and foreign policy experts, immigration reformers, and elected officials and career civil servants from across the ideological spectrum. As the former Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, he has deep expertise in bringing together bipartisan stakeholders, including to work to modernize our broken immigration system. He has previously been confirmed three times by the United States Senate, and we urge his swift confirmation to ensure there is a Senate-confirmed leader of DHS at this critical time.

However, Mayorkas’s record is getting more public review because of the importance of DHS in holding back migrant pressure on U.S. borders and wages.

Under Obama, Mayorkas ran the citizenship agency and was promoted to the deputy DHS job as officials gradually dismantled border protections and triggered a wage-cutting mass migration from Central American. That migrant wave was finally stopped in 2020 by President Donald Trump.

For example, a report by the Center for Immigration Studies showed that Mayorkas suppressed routine anti-fraud efforts at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency:

A damning December 2015 GAO report found that [USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate] FDNS asylum fraud prosecutions rarely, if ever, occurred during the Mayorkas years. It found that half of the eight USCIS field divisions had referred either one fraud case to U.S. attorney’s offices from 2010 to 2014 or none at all. One office reported that not a single referral had been accepted in the prior two years. Another reported that its U.S. attorney had accepted no asylum fraud referrals since 2010.

Besides strong-arming USCIS employees to “get to yes” instead of valid denials or fraud investigations, another reason for this dismal showing during Mayorka’s 2010-2013 USCIS years was that the very FDNS directorate heralded in the Post story was never allowed to refer cases to prosecutors, subpoena witnesses, or even carry guns.

The USCIS report also showed how Mayorkas created several green-card-for-sale scandals:

The [Office of the Inspector General] concluded that in these three cases Mayorkas “exerted improper influence in the normal processing and adjudication” of the visas, “inserted himself in unprecedented ways” in the adjudication process, and “intervened with the career USCIS staff in ways that clearly benefited the stakeholders.”

“In each of these three instances, but for Mr. Mayorkas’s intervention”, the report summary noted, “the matter would have been decided differently.”

Biden's Illegal Immigrant Gravy Train

By Rick Fuentes

In the face of congressional fiscal and logistical roadblocks, President Trump has been undaunted in his efforts to control illegal immigration through the use of emergency powers, executive fiats, and discretionary financing to build an $11 billion wall on the southwest border.  Biden proclaims that he will not spend a dime on another foot of construction.  Instead, he will sprinkle fairy dust over the heads of everyone who’s already breached it and turn a blind’s eye to those in passage.  The new price of admission: lifelong fealty and a vote or two.  Election fraud will be old hat, as counting ballots would become the constitutionally-protected, token expression for biennial Democrat landslides.

Customs and the Border Patrol, to the extent that they will survive the hissy fits of the Squad, will be made to sit on their hands in the role of babysitters and midwives.  Coming late to the party, Sandy Cortez and her comrades did not bear witness to the crowded cages packed with Obama-era immigrants, a nasty practice that has made a non sequitur of her rants about CBP mistreatment under Trump and put a fluff in her political sails.

To the delight of American corporatists and the Bishop of Rome, safely tucked away in a gated city-state, no one at the borders or airport entries will sort the wheat from the chaff.  Embargos on immigration from countries that put America in its crosshairs will be set aside, affording former adversaries an express lane to the shining city on a hill.  America’s goodwill will be expended on all but her citizens, whose working-class communities will play host to a mixed bag of émigrés from third-world neighbors and war-torn Mideast outposts.  The familiar black bloc regalia of Antifa seems a fashionable fit for a relocated American Daesh.

In 2015, the European community opened its borders to the huddled masses.  Hordes from the war-torn Middle East and Africa, in numbers of two million or more, swept across the Mediterranean and Aegean, overrunning the Canary Islands and washing onto the shores of Spain, Greece, and Italy.  As quickly as they could be put on trains and planes, they fanned out into Hungary, Germany, and Scandinavia.

Immigrants taken in by the globalist delusions of the European Union swelled by the tens of thousands, taxing government ministries with their welfare and forcing second-class citizenship on the native population.  Attempts at assimilation went limp as divisive cultural, religious, and language differences pushed aliens into urban enclaves and no-go zones featuring all the semblances of their past lives, particularly violence, misogyny, unemployment, and poverty.

Today, Sweden is literally a hand grenade with the pin pulled out.  In 2019, Swedish police responded to 257 bombing and grenade attacks nationwide, up from 162 the previous year.  A 2016 investigation by Dagens Nyheter, Sweden’s most read newspaper, found that ninety percent of shootings in the country were committed by migrants.  Using hand-me-down weapons and explosives from the Balkan Wars and trafficked from southeast Europe, gang warfare has spread from the southernmost cities of Malmö, Gothenburg, and Stockholm, across the Öresund Bridge into Denmark.

Sweden authorities have gone to great lengths to put the kibosh on inconvenient truths of immigrant gun and bomb violence and rapes, going so far as to divert blame for the 2016 murder of a Stockholm social worker by sympathizing with the plight of the Somali teenager who stabbed her.  Some police commanders have broken ranks with this wokeness, acknowledging the presence of more than forty immigrant-based crime networks across the country whose activities have increased even in the face of a pandemic.  Swedish gangs with Western-style noms de guerre like Brothas and Loyal to Familia feature members with Muslim surnames.  Gun buybacks, grenade surrender amnesties, truces, sit-downs, pizza parties, and even the coronavirus, have failed to reduce the violence.

At the height of the migrant crisis in Germany in 2015 and 2016, violent crime spiked more than ten percent.  Ninety percent of that increase was attributed directly to the influx of more than a million mostly male, majority-Muslim asylum seekers and war refugees from north Africa, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria.  Like Sweden, the German government has taken pains to downplay stories of immigrant crimes, especially rape attacks on non-Muslim women, out of fear of inciting animus from the populace.

The rest of Europe has fared no better.  Rising crime and incidents of terrorism across the continent and the British Isles have put citizens and their political leadership at odds.  Compassion fatigue in some countries has given way to the emergence of vigilantism and political parties with platforms and anti-immigrant rhetoric.

Europe’s migrant crisis and aftershocks should raise the alarm for Democrats who would make vindictive changes to American immigration policy.  If allowed to seize the reins of the presidency, they will seek absolute power in those decisions, with little interest in heartwarming tales of long walks to freedom or the calamitous impact to local economies and constituents.

The first 100 days of a Biden presidency would reinstate deportation protections for 650,000 so-called Dreamers, along with 400,000 in temporary protected status, and look favorably upon putting the country’s more than eleven million undocumented immigrants on a greased downslope to citizenship and full voting privileges.  He may seek the release of more than 67,000 asylum seekers held back in Mexico, bringing about a renewed assault on our southwestern border.  He will not only lift the ban against foreigners migrating from unfriendly nations of the Middle East, but raise the caps as well.  Expulsions for reason of the pandemic will cease, ending a Trump policy that sent almost 200,000 illegal entrants back to their homelands in the last nine months.

Biden’s foreign policy initiatives will finish off Obama’s desire to put America in second place,  replete with Russia and China appeasement, getting Iran back on the destructive path to nuclear capability, reducing Saudi influence in the region, and giving the Palestinians renewed standing on the world stage.  A hair-trigger Israel will be caught in the middle, destabilizing other countries in the crossfire, setting off internecine conflicts that may require military intervention, and prompting additional waves of migration to Europe and America.

None of this sits well with a decisive number of Americans already convinced that their fundamental voting rights were compromised.  As we’ve seen from the coronavirus and its impact on the legitimacy of a presidential election, the fears of an unwitting electorate can be made to abet a duplicitous political outcome.  Imposing hurtful immigration policies on a suffering economy will follow a similar strategy.

We are a nation of immigrants, with a responsibility to protect our borders and the safety of our citizens by taking the full measure of those who have chosen to ignore the legal process.  Abruptly bringing millions of illegal aliens out of the shadows by the stroke of a pen will knock taxpayers back on their heels and secure one-party control for generations to come.  Who will push back?  After years of watering down free speech, perhaps allegations of xenophobia, racism, hate speech, and privilege will slap down any dissent.
