BORDER OUT OF CONTROL! THE BIDEN INVASION OVERWHELMS THE BORDER

Texas Dept. of Public Safety Lt.: Border ‘Unsecured’ and ‘Out of Control’ – ‘There Is No Progress Being Made’ and It Will Get Worse

1:15

On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” Texas Department of Public Safety Lt. Christopher Olivarez said “there is no progress being made” on the border and “it’s an unsecured border. It’s out of control right now, and if this continues, it’s going to be even more out of control.”

Host Trace Gallagher stated, “[E]xcept for getting some of these unaccompanied minors into facilities faster, there [have] been very few signs of progress, lieutenant.”

Olivarez responded, “That is correct. So, we see it every day, day in and day out, our men and women of law enforcement who work the front lines day in and day out, who work extended hours away from their families, they see it every single day. And I can tell you right now, there is no progress being made.”

Olivarez later added, “Trace, right now, as it is right now, it’s an unsecured border. It’s out of control right now, and if this continues, it’s going to be even more out of control.”

Exclusive–Kobach: Sheriffs and ICE Officers Team Up to Sue Biden

illegal alien
Fox News
3:06

For the first time ever, local sheriffs have teamed up with federal ICE officers to sue a president and his Department of Homeland Security.

Thursday, at the federal district courthouse in Galveston, Texas, a lawsuit was filed by a group of Texas sheriffs and counties, along with an association of ICE officers, against President Biden and the leadership of the Department of Homeland Security.  This extraordinary action was driven by the extraordinary consequences of Biden’s immigration policies.

The sheriffs and ICE officers point out that the Biden Administration has willfully violated three different federal statutes that require certain illegal aliens to be detained and removed from the United States.  On February 18, 2021, Defendant Alejandro Mayorkas issued a policy memorandum that effectively prevents ICE officers from detaining or removing illegal aliens even though federal law mandates that those aliens must be detained and removed.

The sheriffs and ICE officers are simply asking the federal district court to require the Biden Administration to follow the law and to allow the ICE officers to do their job.

Their legal complaint points out that ICE officers have requested permission to take custody of numerous dangerous illegal aliens but have been denied permission by their superiors under the Biden Administration policy.  The crimes that those illegal aliens have committed include, among others:  rape of a child, aggravated sexual assault on a child, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, larceny, burglary, domestic violence, carrying a prohibited weapon, possession of drugs, resisting a law enforcement officer, and driving under the influence.  These are not minor crimes.  And these are not harmless aliens.

In addition, illegal aliens are now going straight from prison to the general public.  In the past, illegal aliens who had been convicted of crimes in the United States and completed their prison sentence would have been deported.  Now the Biden Administration is refusing to deport the vast majority of such criminal aliens.  Instead, they are being released onto the streets.

In effect, the Administration’s actions have forced ICE to stand down and have reduced deportations to a third of what they were a year ago.  That has in turn fueled the crisis at the border, encouraging more illegal immigration.  It has also created an unbearable burden for local law enforcement in Texas.

The sheriffs and ICE officers are seeking a nationwide injunction to allow them to follow the law, so that they can once again cooperate in detaining and removing criminal illegal aliens.  It’s a shocking state of affairs when it now takes a lawsuit for law enforcement officers to be permitted to follow the law.

Big Bend Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a group of migrants who broke into a ranch house and stole handguns, ammunition, and other goods. The agents found the migrants in possession of the weapons and other items.

Big Bend Sector Chief Patrol Agent Sean McGoffin tweeted photos of three migrants who allegedly broke into a Texas rancher’s home near the border with Mexico. He said the agents found the migrants in possession of two loaded handguns, ammunition, food, and clothing that were allegedly stolen from the house.

The burglary of the rancher’s home reportedly took place near Sierra Blanca in Hudspeth County, Texas, on June 29, according to information provided by Big Bend Sector Border Patrol officials.

“Through extensive training, our Border Patrol Agents are always prepared and ready to respond to various scenarios.  Without hesitation, these agents responded to the ranch house and safely secured the location, the stolen weapons, and the undocumented non-citizens,” McGoffin said in a written statement. “With the presence of weapons in the wrong hands, this situation could have turned violent; fortunately, our agents were able to control the encounter and bring it to a peaceful resolution.”

Border Patrol agents contacted the Hudspeth County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded and took the three migrants into custody for state charges related to Trespassing and Theft of Property, officials stated.

The incident illustrates the danger to Texas border residents emphasized by Governor Greg Abbott during a tour of the border with former President Donald Trump on Wednesday.

“The influx across the border is out of control, and the Biden Administration has shown that is not going to step up and do its job,” Governor Abbott told Breitbart Texas in an exclusive interview in June. “And amidst reports of even more people coming in across the border, we know we have to step up and do more.”

He said they are hearing from local residents and elected and law enforcement officials that they are seeing things they have never seen before.

“They’re seeing a lot of very bad dangerous people come across the border,” Abbott continued. “People that they are afraid of encountering, people who are causing damage to their fences, their livestock, their crops, their neighborhoods, and their homes.”

“Bad things are happening around here, and so they need help from the state to help them address this exploding crisis.”

The Texas governor pledged “mass arrests” of migrants who illegally cross the border and commit state crimes like the burglary and theft incident above.

“If you come to Texas, you’re subject to being arrested,” Abbott said in a message to migrants thinking of coming to Texas. “You’re not going to have a pathway to roam the country. You’re going to have a pathway directly into a jail cell.”

The governor told President Trump on Wednesday that Texas law enforcement officers carried out “40,000 apprehensions of people who’ve come across the border illegally, and they have busted 41 stash houses.” On top of that, Texas police have arrested 1,800 migrants for criminal violations of state law.

Report: Joe Biden Met with Hunter Biden’s Mexican Business Associates in VP Office

Joe Biden reportedly met with Hunter Biden’s Mexican business associates at the vice presidential residence in 2015, despite telling Americans repeatedly during the 2020 election that he had never discussed his son’s business dealings.

The New York Post‘s Miranda Devine reported Wednesday that documents — and photographs — on Hunter Biden’s now-infamous laptop documented meetings between then-Vice President Biden and his son’s foreign business partners:

Among more than 100 events scheduled in Hunter’s diary at the VP’s residence at the Naval Observatory in Washington, DC, there are meetings which appear to overlap with Hunter’s business interests.

“Breakfast with Dad — NavObs” is one such meeting recorded for 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2015. Five photographs date-stamped on that day and taken at 10:03 a.m. and 10:04 a.m. appear on the laptop, showing Joe posing with four of Hunter’s business associates, including Mexican billionaires Carlos Slim and Miguel Alemán Velasco.

One photo also features Velasco’s son Miguel Aleman Magnani, the founder of budget airline Interjet, at whose Acapulco mansion Hunter and wife Kathleen had stayed that March. Jeff Cooper, a longtime Biden family benefactor, who ran one of the largest asbestos litigation firms in the country, Illinois-based SimmonsCooper, also appears along with Hunter.

Cooper and Hunter had been working on energy deals in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America. A 2013 email from Cooper demonstrates their high expectations of the association with the Aleman dynasty.

Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow recently revealed his new book, Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption, that Hunter Biden took nearly two dozen flights through Andrews Air Force base, the home of Air Force One and Air Force Two, while his father was in office.

Hunter Biden is suspected of having used trips with his father on Air Force Two to arrange business deals and impress potential partners.

Migration damages ordinary Americans’ ca

Smugglers Cover 100 Migrants in Chemicals to Throw Border Patrol K9 off Scent in Texas

Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents found 100 migrants covered in a dangerous chemical inside a trailer as temperatures soared above 100 degrees.

“Picture yourself in this situation: 100 plus degree Fahrenheit weather, locked in a trailer in complete darkness, no circulating air, 100 strangers rubbing shoulders with you, covered from head to toe in High Calcium Hydrated Lime, inhaling the empowering scent of Fabuloso (all-purpose cleaner), and entrusting your life to an unknown smuggler,” Laredo Sector Border Patrol official said in a written statement. “Unfortunately, these are common scenarios undocumented individuals face while trying to enter and travel through the U.S. undetected.”

Laredo Sector agents found the migrants locked inside the hot trailer. The smugglers covered them in the dangerous High Calcium Hydrated Lime chemical to hide the human scent from Border Patrol K-9 teams at interior checkpoints.

“Calcium Hydroxide is used in industrial settings, such as sewage treatment, paper production, construction, and food processing, therefore, it produces a potential health risk for individuals,” officials stated. “Calcium hydroxide is a hazardous substance and can severely irritate the skin and eyes, or cause permanent eye damage.”

Officials said ingesting High Calcium Hydrated Lime can lead to potential poisoning and death.

“Centers for Disease Control and Prevention describes Fabuloso as a strong chemical that is associated with health problems such as nose, throat, and lung irritation, sneezing, wheezing, dermatitis, difficulty breathing, and even asthma,” the press release states.

Officials said human smugglers have no regard for the health and safety of these migrants. The covering of the migrants with these dangerous chemicals is one of many tactics the smugglers use to try and sneak the migrants past Border Patrol checkpoints.

The images in the tweet above “are tragic testimonies of the ruthless and careless methods transnational criminal organizations use to carry out their illicit activities,” officials concluded. “The use of these chemicals is another [indication] of how smugglers view undocumented individuals, as a mere commodity.”

Porous Border Causes 50 Percent Spike in Fentanyl Overdoses, Texas Sheriff Tells Trump

WESLACO, Texas — A North Texas sheriff told former President Donal Trump his county is seeing a 50 percent increase in the number of deaths related to fentanyl being smuggled from Mexico. His comments came during President Trump’s tour of the Rio Grande Valley with Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

“We’re seeing a 50% increase in deadly overdoses this year,” Tarrant County Sheriff Bill E. Waybourn told President Trump. “In fact, in the first quarter of 21, it was three times the amount it was last year with fentanyl overdoses.”

“We know that the cartel, the Mexican drug cartel is responsible for where it’s going and it’s going all over the country,” Waybourn continued. “I’m in Fort Worth, but it’s happening, and I’d be remiss to say, it’s on every sheriff and every chief and every Director of Public Safety’s radar, this business of fentanyl and the deadliness and the thread it is to us as it continues to grow.”

President Trump asked the sheriff if the fentanyl is coming from China. The sheriff responded that the drugs come from China through Mexico and across the porous borders.

The sheriff said the smuggling suspects they have arrested said they are bringing the drugs directly across the Mexican border into the U.S.

“I certainly believe, and I believe the law enforcement in the room, is that the drug cartels in Mexico should be the number one enemy of American law enforcement, plain and simple. And we need to draw a line and protect our children.”

Sheriff Waybourn told a story about a 15-year-0ld who died from a fentanyl overdose last month. He said the cartels package the drugs in pill form to make them appear safe.

“They got a hold of something they thought was safe,” the sheriff told President Trump. “They had no idea what it was. It was pressed in some cartel lab, far away.”

He explained that the increase in fentanyl smuggling across the porous border caused the price of these deadly pills from $50 a gram in January to about $15-$20 a gram now.

“And what we’re experiencing Tarrant County, way beyond the border,” Waybourn stated. “We’re a hub, we know that we’re a hub where we have cartel agents embedded up there that we’re trying to locate and arrest and prosecute, and we’re doing a pretty good job of that in some cases.”

“But we know that as it comes into the county it does have an effect,” he concluded. “And, you know, to that end, the group of people that it’s hitting is the 16 to 24-year-old group because, again, it appears to be a safe drug, they think it’s a pharmaceutical drug because of these pill presses that they’re using.”

Waybourn’s comments came during a briefing to former President Trump in Weslaco, Texas, on Wednesday afternoon. The briefing, attended by Governor Abbott, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick, DPS Director Steve McCraw, and several members of the Texas congressional and legislative delegations, brought the former president to the Rio Grande Valley Sector — the epicenter of the human and drug smuggling border crisis.

CNN: One Million Migrants Since October 2020

One million migrants have crossed the border since October, according to a June 29 report by CNN.

CNN reported:

More than 1 million migrants have been arrested after illegally crossing the US-Mexico border since last October, according to two US Department of Homeland Security [DHS] officials, surpassing the 2019 border crisis tally with three months still left in the fiscal year.

The June 2021 numbers have not been finalized, CNN reported. But the numbers are likely to reach almost 190,000, despite the rising temperature, according to CNN’s report:
In June, more than 6,300 people on average have been encountered crossing the border every day, according to one official, citing the 21-day average.

The southern numbers do not include the annual steady of roughly 1 million legal immigrants, the roughly 800,000 temporary visa workers, and the people who overstay their legal visas.

The one million number also does not include the 250,000 migrants who have sneaked across the border, according to agency reports provided to Breitbart.

In May, 180,000 migrants were caught crossing the southern border. Most were sent back to Mexico to rest before their next attempt as Biden’s deputies allowed 68,000 migrants into the United States.

An additional 50,000 migrants successfully sneaked through the border to reach jobs inside the United States, according to unpublished official estimates provided to Breitbart.

Overall, in May, roughly 230,000 migrants crossed the border, and 120,000 got through the border, including roughly 100,000 job seekers.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is trying to expand migration across the border by widening many side-doors in the nation’s migration law. He is also expanding opportunities for illegal and legal for migrants to get green cards from Americans.

Overall migration — legal and illegal, temporary and permanent — may hit 2.5 million in Biden’s first year in office. The huge inflow will intensify competition for the jobs and housing that are needed by the roughly four million young Americans who are entering the labor force in 2021.

Migration damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, and wrecks their open-minded, equality-promoting civic culture.
For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates. This opposition is multiracial,  cross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisanrationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity Americans owe to each other.
So far, Republican leaders have dodged much of the immigration debate, likely because GOP donors want more imported consumers, renters, and workers.
Instead, GOP leaders have merely characterized Biden’s migration as a chaotic border crisis, as cruel to migrants, and helpful to the drug cartels. This border-focused message downplays the inflow numbers, hides the economic damage done to Americans, and will likely help the Democrats win non-ideological and comfortable swing voters in 2022 with a soft-focus strategy of promising humane, orderly, and safe migration.
