JOE BIDEN'S INVADED TEXAS - Border Patrol Agents Catch Previously Deported Killer Sneaking Back into Texas

Migration is deeply unpopular because it damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, widens regional wealth gaps, and wrecks their democratic, equality-promoting civic culture.

For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

This pocketbook opposition is multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisan,  rationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity Americans owe to each other.

This push amnesty is being led by Zuckerberg’s FWD.us network of coastal investors who stand to gain from more cheap labor, government-aided consumers, and urban renters.

The network has funded many astroturf campaigns, urged Democrats to not talk about the economic impact of migration, and manipulated coverage by the TV networks and the print media.

Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a migrant who had been convicted by a Florida court for homicide. The convicted killer illegally re-entered the U.S. with a group of five other migrants.

McAllen Station Border Patrol agents apprehended a group of six migrants who crossed the border on September 27 near Mission, Texas. During processing, the agents found one of the migrants, a Honduran national, has a conviction from a Miami court for homicide, according to information provided by Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol officials.

The court sentenced the man to 18 months in prison and three years of probation. Following his prison term, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations officers removed the man to Honduras.

The migrant could now face federal felony charges for illegal re-entry after removal as a convicted felon. If charged and convicted, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

Later that day, Rio Grande City Station agents received a request for assistance from a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper regarding a vehicle bailout where several migrants fled into the brush following a pursuit.

Agents responded to the location and began a search of the area. The search led to the arrest of five migrants they found in the brush.

The DPS trooper arrested the driver on charges related to human smuggling and evading arrest.

A short investigation led the agents to a human smuggling stash house operation. Texas DPS troopers, Rio Grande City police officers, and Border Patrol agents teamed up to raid the stash house.

A search of the house led to the apprehension of seven more migrants illegally present in the U.S. No operator of the stash house was identified at the time.

DPS troopers requested assistance a few hours later regarding another suspected stash house operation. Weslaco Station agents responded and found 12 more migrants being held for transport into the U.S interior.

Agents identified the migrants as citizens of Ecuador, Central America, Mexico, and Peru, officials reported. DPS troopers took one person into custody and charged them with being the operator of the stash house.

So far this fiscal year, which began on October 1, 2020, Rio Grande Valley Sector agents disrupted more than 440 human smuggling stash house operations.

Exclusive Video: Migrants Bring Abandoned 7-Year-Old Across Rio Grande

ROMA, Texas — As a group of Central American migrants celebrated their arrival to the United States, one said she found a seven-year-old girl abandoned along the way. The young girl told Breitbart Texas she had no idea where her parents were. She clung to the woman who found her as they marched out of the darkness along the riverbank.

The woman and the unaccompanied migrant child were brought into Roma by human smugglers in Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas. For hours, smugglers ferried migrants across the river and into the hands of Texas Army National Guard. The smugglers operated openly and without fear with two rafts.

The video shows jubilant migrants who say their journey was hard but were thankful to be on U.S. soil. After the family members told Breitbart Texas where they were from, one woman said the child was found en route.

The child said she does not know the whereabouts of her father or mother.

The soldiers stationed along the river are the only force protecting the most vulnerable members of the migrant groups crossing–the unaccompanied children. The troops ushered in nearly 400 during the night. They work closely with the Border Patrol, and likewise, are equally overwhelmed by the volume of illegal crossings that have become a nightly event.

On the day of this interview, residents and visitors attended a rally to bring attention to child trafficking and exploitation in nearby McAllen, Texas. More than 132,000 unaccompanied migrant children have been encountered by the Border Patrol this fiscal year, a nearly 300% increase over last year.

Border Patrol agents told Breitbart Texas the child will be processed and turned over to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Once processed, the child will be and taken to one of many HHS child detention centers opened to absorb the increase in children crossing the border.

As of Friday, there were more than 13,000 unaccompanied migrant children in custody of HHS and Customs and Border Protection.

DHS Mayorkas’ Loose Border Chokes Joe Biden’s Poll Ratings

President Joe Biden’s approval ratings on immigration have crashed, according to a poll of Texas voters by Quinnipiac.

The September 24-27 poll of 863 registered voters showed that Biden’s immigration ratings have plunged to 20 percent approval, with 71 percent disapproval.

Much of the credit for the poll damage should be shared with Biden’s own border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas. The poll was taken as the TV networks showed how Mayorkas’ welcome for migrants helped cause the landing by 30,000 migrants in Del Rio, Texas.

In June, 29 percent of registered Texas voters backed Biden’s loose-border policies, according to a prior Quinnipiac survey.

The brutal Quinnipiac ratings are a huge contrast from industry-funded, pro-amnesty, rose-tinted push polls used to promote the pending amnesties in the U.S. Senate.

For example, a September 1 survey by the American Business Immigration Coalition (ABIC) claims that roughly 75 percent of voters support the amnesty proposals in the Democrats’ budget-reconciliation spending bill.

The push poll is intended to prod two Democratic Senators in Arizona — Sen. Krysten Sinema and Sen. Mark Kelly — into voting for the Senate’s draft amnesties and immigration expansions. ABIC was formed by business leaders in healthcare, real estate, construction, and energy.

The ABIC poll was funded in cooperation with Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us advocacy group for West Coast investors. “If you look at these polling results, you talk to business leaders, you talk to folks who are directly impacted — DACA recipients in Arizona — it’s an easy call, and I’m quite confident about where both senators are going to end up,” claimed Todd Schulte, the head of Zuckerberg’s FWD.us.

The pol is also intended to reassure potentially hesitant Democrats, such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), and Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH).

But the Quinnipiac poll showcases the political damage inflicted by Biden’s invite to migrants.

For example, 78 percent of independent voters disapprove of Biden’s border policies, while just 13 percent support those policies.

Only 26 percent of Taxes Hispanics support those policies, while 66 percent disapprove.

Only 33 percent of blacks support his border policies, the poll said.

Biden’s border policies have only 52 percent support from Democrats.

Graphic source: Quinnipiac

In 2014, Democrats lost five Senate seats after they pushed the 2013 “Gang of Eight ” amnesty, which FWD.us also insisted was very popular.

The Quinnipiac poll also showed 51 percent support for building a border wall.

The poll also showed 57 support for the repatriation of Haitian migrants after they crossed into Del Rio. The repatriation was backed by 52 percent of Hispanics, 34 percent of blacks, 61 percent of women, 54 percent of independents, and 44 percent of Democrats.

Biden’s border policies have helped to drag down his overall ratings.

Overall, Texas voters gave Biden a 32 percent approval rate, down from 45 percent approval in June, according to Quinnipiac. His overall disapproval rate has climbed from 50 percent in June to 61 percent.

Since April, public opinion has shifted 17 points against Biden’s loose migration policies, according to polls by Morning Consult for Politico. An August 28-30 poll of 1,997 registered voters shows Biden with 55 percent opposition and just 36 percent support. In a similar April, Biden had 45 percent opposition and 43 percent support on immigration.

This 17-point shift is echoed by other negative polls in August — and it may upset the Democrats’ plan to rush four massive, wage-cutting amnesties through the Senate in the fall.

The Quinnipiac poll is the first poll of Biden’s immigration ratings after the Del Rio chaos.

The Democrats’ support is likely to fall even further if GOP leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy stresses the pocketbook impact of rising migration. Those dinner-table issues include declining wages, spiking rents, and the continued shift of investment and housing wealth from low-migration heartland states to the high-migration, high-wealth coastal states.

Republicans are learning to make that pocketbook pitch.

“Democrats in Congress would rather ignore [President] Joe Biden’s humanitarian disaster than give up their dream of open borders,” said a September 25 weekend Republican Address by Rep. Yvette Herrell (R-NM). She continued:

But Americans won’t be distracted, not by the media, or the radical left. We stand for our workers. We stand for law enforcement. We stand for safe communities. We stand for borders. We stand for America.

McCarthy tweeted the Herrell message on the 25th — and then retweeted a September 28 tweet from Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO) that spotlighted the amnesty’s danger to Americans’ ability to earn a living:

For many years, the donor-funded GOP leaders, including McCarthy and Rep. John Katko (R-NY) — and their staff — have downplayed the pocketbook impact of migration on Americans’ communities. One reason for this policy is to avoid making any campaign promises on immigration that would be opposed by the donors.

Instead, the GOP tries to spin up the turnout of its base voters by spotlighting the non-economic aspects of the migration problem, including crime by migrants, border chaos, and drug smuggling.

Migration is deeply unpopular because it damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, widens regional wealth gaps, and wrecks their democratic, equality-promoting civic culture.

New Video Angle Further Debunks Claims that Mounted Border Patrol Agent Struck Migrant

An Associated Press video released over the weekend shows a new angle on the incident involving a Del Rio Sector Horse Patrol Unit’s encounter with Haitian migrants. The video angle shows the agents did not strike the migrants. Instead, they used horses to turn back the migrants attempting to cross the Rio Grande.

AP journalist Sarah Blake Morgan tweeted a video taken from the middle of the Rio Grand showing three horse-mounted Border Patrol agents attempting to block a group of Haitian migrants from entering the U.S.

The video shows the migrants attempting to enter the U.S. after crossing the Rio Grande. The agents use their horses to control the migrants to turn them back.

At one point, one of the agents chases the migrant seen in multiple photos. While reports claim the agent whipped or “strapped” the migrant, the video shows the agent grabbing the migrant and turning him around toward the river.

The agents in this video do not appear to have struck any of the migrants with reins.

The video provides additional confirmation to the statement from photographer Paul Ratje who shot many of the photos now at the center of the dust-up. Ratje told KTSM NBC9 that he “didn’t ever see [the agents]whip anybody. ”

He was swinging [the reins], but I didn’t see him actually whip someone with it,” the photographer stated. He took the infamous photos that have “really been misconstrued” from the Mexican side of the river.

Despite any reported evidence of agents on horseback striking migrants, the Department of Homeland Security and the White House ordered the sector to stop utilizing the horse teams.

Among those who apparently misconstrued the images is President Joe Biden. “To see people treated like they did, horses running them over and people getting strapped, it’s outrageous I promise you those people will pay,” the president said during a press conference on Friday.

Vice President Kamala Harris also offered her conclusions on ABC’s The View. “I was outraged by it … It was horrible and deeply troubling. There’s been now an investigation that is being conducted which I fully support, and there needs be consequences and accountability.”

Horse Patrol Units of the U.S. Border Patrol have a long history of carrying out migrant rescues in remote and hazardous terrains all along the southwest border.

New York Times Issues Correction After Claiming Border Patrol Used Horse Reins to Strike at Migrants

The New York Times corrected an article from last week which asserted that horseback Border Patrol agents used their reins to “strike at running migrants. The Times‘ correction states the original version of the article “overstated what is known about the behavior of some Border Patrol agents on horseback.”

The Times White House Correspondent Michael D. Shear wrote an article on September 24 where he reported President Joe Biden’s call for “consequences” for Border Patrol agents’ actions against migrants crossing the border near Del Rio, Texas.

In the original article, Shear wrote:

President Biden vowed Friday that Border Patrol agents who mistreated Haitian migrants crossing the Rio Grande “will pay” after an investigation, calling the scene at the border “horrible to see” in his first comments on actions by his administration that have drawn severe condemnation from many of his own supporters.

“It’s outrageous,” he said. “I promise you, those people will pay. There will be an investigation, underway now, and there will be consequences. There will be consequences.”

The images of agents on horseback chasing, and in some cases using the reins of their horses to strike at running migrants, came as Mr. Biden’s administration moved to forcefully round up and deport more than 2,000 of the 15,000 migrants who gathered in a makeshift camp in Del Rio, Texas. Thousands more have been moved to other parts of the country or have been released with orders to appear in court later.

Since that time, a photographer who shot many of the images now at the center of the controversy told KTSM NBC9 in El Paso he “didn’t ever see them (the agents) whip anybody,” Breitbart Texas reported.

Photographer Paul Ratje said his photos have “really been misconstrued.”

Among those who apparently misconstrued the images is the President of the United States. “To see people treated like they did, horses running them over and people getting strapped, it’s outrageous I promise you those people will pay,” the president said during a press conference on Friday.

AP journalist Sarah Blake Morgan tweeted a video taken from the middle of the Rio Grand showing three horse-mounted Border Patrol agents attempting to block a group of Haitian migrants from entering the U.S. The agents in this video do not appear to have struck any of the migrants with reins.

As the lack of evidence that agents struck, whipped, or strapped migrants with their horses’ reins, the Times published a correction that reads:

Correction:

An earlier version of this article overstated what is known about the behavior of some Border Patrol agents on horseback. While the agents waved their reins while pushing migrants back into the Rio Grande, The Times has not seen conclusive evidence that migrants were struck with the reins.

Shear’s corrected article, now dual bylined by Katie Rogers, states:

“It’s outrageous,” Mr. Biden said. “I promise you, those people will pay. There will be an investigation, underway now, and there will be consequences. There will be consequences.”

Later, Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary, added that the president was not “prejudging” the outcome of the investigation.

Images of Border Patrol agents on horseback waving their reins while pushing migrants back into the Rio Grande have prompted a torrent of criticism from Democrats and civil rights groups who have accused Mr. Biden of continuing some of the most aggressive approaches to immigration put in place by President Donald J. Trump.

The Times article went from claiming Border Patrol agents were “using the reins of their horses to strike at running migrants” to its current version that says the agents were “waving their reins while pushing migrants back into the Rio Grande.”

The original article also does not appear to provide any of the numerous photographs taken at the scene to provide context for their now debunked claims.

Horrors of Child Trafficking, Exploitation Exposed at Texas Border Rally

MCALLEN, Texas — More than one hundred visitors and residents in the Texas border city of McAllen attended a rally and march to the border wall to shed light on the dangers of child trafficking. One guest speaker at the event, Karla Jacinto, recounted her story as a victim of child trafficking at the age of 12.

Retired ICE-Homeland Security Investigations Agent Victor Avila, who survived a brutal cartel attack in Mexico, also spoke to the crowd about child trafficking cases he investigated during his career.

The event, attended by more than 100 residents and visitors to McAllen, opened with an invocation by Dr. Nilsa Alvarez who recounted the open cases of missing and exploited migrants. Dr. Alvarez asked the crowd to pray for those victims and their safe return to desperate family members. The event culminated with a march to the border wall gate.

Karla Jacinto shared intimate details of being a victim of child trafficking after becoming enamored with a man who later forced her into prostitution in Mexico at the age of 12.  She says a dysfunctional home environment that included physical and sexual abuse made her an easy target for exploitation.

She said the man she initially thought she loved waited three months to finally reveal his plans for her. The man, she says, forced her into prostitution and at one time forced her to work as a prostitute even while she was pregnant. After delivering her child, she says the baby was taken from her.

She says she was faced with being forced to cross illegally into the United States by her captor on multiple occasions. Luckily, she avoided being trafficked across the border to be exploited further. She was ultimately rescued by a person she credits with helping her to find the strength and recognize her self-worth as a human being. She now advocates on behalf of victims and shares her story to bring awareness to the issue.

Victor Avila, a retired ICE investigator, survived an attack by  Los Zetas Cartel gunmen in Mexico in 2011. Avila was shot 3 times in the attack that killed his partner, HSI investigator Jaime Zapata. Avila told the attendees of the march about the process traffickers use to exploit children.

“There is force, fraud, and coercion involved in human trafficking, sometimes it’s one, others it’s all three” Avila explained.

The former federal agent says in one case he investigated, human traffickers killed and disposed of a newborn child at a brothel in New York by encasing the baby in concrete. The body was kept where the victims could see it.

“Think about how that affects the victims, the breakdown of the psyche, the mental, physical, emotional state of them,” Avila stated. “People sometimes think victims are shackled, no, they are mentally coerced.”

The event was coordinated by Landon Starbuck, an artist and advocate for ending child trafficking and exploitation. Starbuck told Breitbart Texas she is concerned about the lack of advocacy for the thousands of unaccompanied migrant children crossing our borders.

Breitbart News regularly reports on the horrors of child traffickingchild sex trafficking, and other forms of human trafficking.

Exclusive Video: Smugglers Move Migrants into Heart of Texas Border City

ROMA, Texas — Cartel-connected human smugglers moved their operations from hiding in the remote outskirts of Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas, Mexico to the heart of this Texas border city less than one hundred yards from the Roma International Bridge. The smugglers faced no opposition from Mexican law enforcement authorities as they crossed hundreds of Central American migrants into the United States.

A popular scenic overlook on the Rio Grande in Roma, Texas, affords a birds-eye view of this large-scale human smuggling operation. Friday evening, Breitbart Texas visited Roma and observed the smuggling operation in full swing as they moved nearly 400 migrants into the heart of the downtown area. Exclusive video shows traffickers bringing the migrants across the Rio Grande and delivering them into the hands of Army National Guard troops patrolling the riverbank. The operations take place with smugglers making no pretense of attempting to hide their activity. Migrant groups interviewed by Breitbart Texas were mostly Central American family units and also included several unaccompanied migrant children.

The Texas National Guard soldiers gather the migrants as rafts deliver them through the darkness in a series of back-and-forth trips across the Rio Grande. After multiple deliveries, the soldiers escort the migrants into the Roma town square in groups of 50 or more. Within feet of the entrance to the Roma City Hall, Border Patrol takes custody of the migrants and record basic biographical information. The migrants sit in the dimly lit town square for hours waiting for a ride to a Border Patrol processing center.

The Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley Sector is overwhelmed with the volume of migrants crossing daily and lacks the transportation resources to quickly move the migrants to their processing facilities. The outdoor detention is commonplace in Rio Grande Valley cities and in other southwest border locations.

A Border Patrol agent, not authorized to speak to the media, says the cartels decided to move their operations closer to the heart of the city. When asked why he thought Mexican law enforcement were not stopping the cartel smuggling, which is also illegal in Mexico, he said, “because they work for the cartel.” As reported by Breitbart Texas, human trafficking is closely controlled by the cartels.

In the video, the smuggler announces to the National Guard soldiers he is done for the night and will bring no more across. By this time, it’s well after midnight and several rafts delivered nearly 400 migrants unabated into the heart of Roma.

According to a source within CBP, most of the migrants will be released to the Catholic Charities Respite Center in downtown McAllen. There, the migrants will await transportation to other United States cities.

TX Gov. Abbott Promises to Hire Border Patrol Agents Punished by Biden Administration

2:02

Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX), on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” pledged to hire Border Patrol agents who were punished by the Biden administration for riding on horseback while blocking Haitian migrants.

Anchor Chris Wallace said, “A number of people have been — Democrats especially — have expressed outrage over those Border Patrol officers on horseback who were at the border and seemed to be trying to block Haitians pretty aggressively from coming across the border. Here was President Biden on all of that this week.”

In a video, President Joe Biden said, “It was horrible what you saw coming to see people treated like they did, horses running them over and people being strapped. It’s outrageous. I promise you. Those people will pay. They will be an investigation underway now, and there will be consequences.”

Wallace said, “Governor, even if you think that those officers are being scapegoated, are you at all troubled by the images of these officers on horseback very aggressively pushing back on the Haitian immigrants coming across?”

Abbott said, “They wouldn’t have been in that situation had the Biden administration enforce the immigration laws and secure the border in the first place.”

He continued, “As you know, course, the person who took those pictures said that the characterization that the Democrats have made about the Border Patrol using them as whipping people coming across the border is false. They were simply maneuvering horses.”

Abbott added, “I will tell you is what the president said going after the Border Patrol who were risking their lives and working so hard to try to secure the border. If he takes any action against them whatsoever — I have worked side by side with those Border Patrol agents — I want them to know something. If they are at risk of losing their job by a president who is abandoning his duty to secure the border, you have a job in the state of Texas. I will hire you to help Texas secure our border.”
