WHERE ARE THEIR FAT MOUTHS NOW? JUSSIE SMOLLETT - ONLY ONE MORE BLACK HUCKSTER CON MAN - NO DIFFERENT THAN BARACK OBAMA, AL SHARPTON AND JESSE JACKSON!

WILL WE SURVIVE BLACK SUPREMACY?

Jussie Smollett took the stand in his trial this week and boldly claimed there was “no hoax” and that he didn’t plan the attack against himself. But he also admitted to being intimate friends with the two men that Chicago Police investigators say perpetrated the fake attack on the actor. Smollett also scolded special prosecutor Daniel Webb for reading the actor’s text messages aloud, including multiple uses of the full N-word in open court.

Former ‘Mighty Ducks’ Actor Convicted of Hate Crime Hoax

Jussie Smollett found guilty on 5 of 6 counts of disorderly conduct

Jussie Smollett, a professional actor of middling renown, was convicted Thursday on multiple counts of disorderly conduct for staging a hate crime against himself in January 2019. A Chicago jury deliberated nearly 10 hours before finding Smollett guilty on five of six counts related to the phony attack he paid two Nigerian brothers to carry out in an effort to garner sympathy and boost his public profile.

The staged attack was initially successful, as dozens of Democratic politicians and prominent celebrities immediately and credulously believed Smollett's ludicrous account of being recognized on the streets of Chicago by two white guys in "Make America Great Again" hats, and targeted because of his race and sexual orientation.

NEVER FORGET: All the Libs Who Fell for the Jussie Smollett Hate Crime Hoax

Vice President Kamala Harris, who had recently announced her campaign for president, was among those who condemned the "attempted modern-day lynching" of the C-list celeb. Television host Andy Cohen urged police to "CATCH THESE EVIL HOMOPHOBES AND LOCK THEM UP FOREVER." Many of these public comments have yet to be deleted.

Prosecutors approved charges of disorderly conduct against Smollett several weeks after the incident in light of overwhelming evidence that the attack had been staged. Those charges were subsequently dropped, however, after Michelle Obama's former chief of staff, Tina Tchen, reached out to Cook County state's attorney Kim Foxx. Smollett was indicted again on similar charges in February 2020 amid widespread public anger at Foxx's handling of the case.

Smollett, best known for his role in The Mighty Ducks, could face several years in prison as a result of his conviction, but most observers expect probation to be the most likely outcome. If that's the case, we can all look forward to the actor's inevitable quest to rehabilitate his career despite never accepting responsibility for his actions. Smollett maintained his innocence throughout the trial. One of his attorneys had previously suggested that the Nigerian brothers, whom Smollett had paid with a $3,500 check, had worn "whiteface" during the fake assault.

Hollywood celebrities who fully-backed convicted hate crime hoaxer Jussie Smollett have been silent, as of this reporting, in the wake of Thursday’s guilty verdict in Chicago.

“We have a media that says it’s a debate that whether or not what happened to Jussie Smollett is a hate crime. It’s absurd. It’s not a fucking debate,” exclaimed actress Ellen Page (now Elliot) in 2019.

Watch below:

“This is a racist hate crime and is disgusting and shameful to our country,” tweeted pop singer Katy Perry.

“Homophobia existed before Trump, but there is no question that since he has injected his hatred into the American bloodstream, we are less decent, less human,& less loving,” tweeted director Rob Reiner, who also deleted his post as the evidenced piled on against Smollett.

“THIS is why we have to have zero tolerance against homophobia and racism. Jussie’s life matters,” exclaimed actress Olivia Munn in a now-deleted tweet.

“VILLAINY, RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA,” lamented singer Cher in a tweet that she never deleted.

Oscar-winning actor Viola Davis wanted America to “take this racist and homophobic act of violence very personally.”

The Office star Mindy Kaling was “disgusted and horrified” when the news broke.

Scandal star Kerry Washington called for “justice for Jussie.” Well….

Even as proof of Smollett’s guilt became readily apparent, some celebrities, especially his Empire, remained in the actor’s corner, bitterly clinging to the hope that two racist Trump supporters attacked him at 2 AM on a cold Chicago winter’s night.

“No one could be that hurtful? To stage this? Right? To fuck with all of us by playing into our weaknesses & make it even harder for victims to come forward?! No one could choose to be that hurtful? Right?! RIGHT?” a perplexed Alyssa Milano asked.

“Until I can see some definitive proof–which I haven’t seen yet–then, you know, I gotta go with him until I see otherwise,” said Queen Latifah.

Watch below:

While Blackish star Anthony Anderson did not defend Smollett, he did celebrate the prospect of him winning an NAACP image award after corrupt prosecutors in Chicago abruptly dropped the charges against him.

“It’s not my place or any other person’s place to judge him or whatnot, but I’m glad [that] he’s nominated…I hope he wins because I’d be interested to hear his speech,” said Anderson.

“Our country deserves better than the kind of morally bankrupt people who have taken our democracy hostage and condone hate crimes. Sending love to Jussie,” opined Molly Ringwald.

“Heartbroken and furious reading about the attack on [Smollett]. I want Trump and all MAGA lunatics to burn in Hell,” tweeted comedian Billy Eichner, who deleted the post shortly after news of Smollett’s hoax came to light.

On Thursday, a jury convicted disgraced actor Jussie Smollett for five counts of felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report after he hired two brothers from Nigeria to stage a fake hate crime against him. The class 4 felony carries a maximum sentence of up to 3 years in prison for each count, though experts believe he will likely get probation and be sentenced to community service if convicted. Smollett was acquitted of just one count of disorderly conduct.

As of this writing, none of the celebrities above have issued a statement about Smollett’s guilty verdict.

Al Sharpton, on Jussie Smollett in 2019: ‘The Guilty Must Face the Maximum’

Rev. Al Sharpton reacted to actor Jussie Smollett’s claim to have been the victim of a hate crime in Chicago in 2019 by declaring: “The reported hate attack on my friend and brother, actor Jussie Smollett is despicable and outrageous. The guilty must face the maximum.”

Sharpton also used his show on MSNBC to defend Smollett, repeating his demand for the “maximum of accountability”:

Smollett was found guilty of five counts of felony disorderly conduct by a Chicago jury Thursday.

Sharpton, who had a history of racist, antisemitic, and homophobic rhetoric before being rehabilitated by President Barack Obama and MSNBC as a legitimate advisor and pundit, has been involved in several hoaxes, most notoriously in the case of Tawana Brawley, who falsely claimed to have been brutally sexually assaulted by a group of white men, including a police officer. Prosecutor Steven Pagones won a defamation judgment against Sharpton for falsely claiming he was a perpetrator.

In 2012, Sharpton was involved in promoting the claim that the neighborhood watch volunteer who shot and killed teenager Trayvon Martin in a scuffle was “white”; in fact, George Zimmerman was of mixed descent, with a white father and Afro-Peruvian forebears on his mother’s side.

More recently, Sharpton has been a strong advocate of criminal justice reform, which includes more lenient punishment for criminals — with exceptions for those Sharpton wishes to bring to justice.

Smollett is facing a possible sentence of up to three years in prison, but would likely face probation and community service.

The leader of the Los Angeles Black Lives Matter is standing in solidarity with accused race hoaxer Jussie Smollett in a trial the BLM leader claims is a “white supremacist charade.”

L.A. BLM leader Melina Abdullah, a former CSU professor and rabid defund the police activist, praised the former Empire actor for his “courage” as he stands trial in Chicago for allegedly perpetrating a fake hate crime.

Abdullah railed against the trial in Chicago in her statement, claimed that the American justice system is “white supremacist,” and insisted it is an example of the “corrupt systems are working to devalue [black] lives.”

“In an abolitionist society, this trial would not be taking place, and our communities would not have to fight and suffer to prove our worth,” Abdullah exclaimed. “Instead, we find ourselves once again being forced to put our lives and our value in the hands of judges and juries operating in a system that is designed to oppress us, while continuing to face a corrupt and violent police department who has proven time and again to have no respect for our lives.”

“In our commitment to abolition, we can never believe police, especially the Chicago Police Department (CPD) over Jussie Smollett, a Black man who has been courageously present, visible, and vocal in the struggle for Black freedom,” the extremist continued.

Abdullah added that “policing at-large is an irredeemable institution,” and attacked the Chicago Police Department for its history of civil rights abuses.

“Black Lives Matter will continue to work towards the abolition of police and every unjust system,” Abdullah concluded. “We will continue to love and protect one another and wrap our arms around those who do the work to usher in Black freedom and, by extension, freedom for everyone else.”

Chicago prosecutors have charged the 39-year-old actor with six counts of felony disorderly conduct for lying to the police and filing three false police reports about an attack he said he suffered in Jan. of 2019.

Jussie Smollett took the stand in his trial this week and boldly claimed there was “no hoax” and that he didn’t plan the attack against himself. But he also admitted to being intimate friends with the two men that Chicago Police investigators say perpetrated the fake attack on the actor. Actor Jussie Smollett was convicted of five counts of felony disorderly conduct Thursday for faking a hate crime in Chicago, after former Michelle Obama aide Tina Tchen had urged Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx not to prosecute him.

Tchen admitted reaching out to Foxx on behalf of an unnamed Smollett relative. Foxx, who received over $400,000 from left-wing billionaire donor George Soros for her campaign in 2016, dropped the charges and later recused herself from the case.

A judge appointed a special prosecutor, Dan K. Webb, who later indicted Smollett and investigated Foxx’s office. As the New York Times reported at the time: “Mr. Webb’s office said that it unearthed evidence that supports ‘substantial abuses of discretion and operational failures’ by the state’s attorney’s office in prosecuting the initial case in 2019.”

Tchen would later be appointed chief executive officer of Time’s Up, the organization attempting to drive sexual misconduct out of Hollywood. But she had to resign earlier this year after offering advice to then-New York Governor Andrew Cuomo as he faced claims of sexual harassment.

As the Associated Press reported:

The chief executive of the sexual harassment victims’ advocacy group Time’s Up resigned Thursday amid outrage over revelations that its leaders advised former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration after he was first accused of misconduct last year.

Tchen’s resignation comes after the Aug. 9 departure of the organization’s chair, Roberta Kaplan. Both women had been the target of ire from Time’s Up supporters over the idea they had offered any help to Cuomo, who resigned Monday, three weeks after an investigation overseen by New York’s attorney general concluded he sexually harassed at least 11 women.

Smollett also received a White House “shout-out” from then-President Barack Obama in 2016.

Jussie Smollett was convicted of five counts of felony disorderly misconduct on Thursday in Chicago for faking a hate crime in January 2019 — when Democratic presidential contenders rushed to declare their sympathy for him as a purported victim.

As Washington Post correspondent Dave Weigel pointed out earlier Thursday, in advance of the verdict, “every major 2020 Dem (not Buttigieg) rushed to comment, credulously, on the Jussie Smollett hoax.”

Some examples were as follows:

The media rushed to portray Smollett as the victim of a hate crime perpetrated by MAGA-hat-wearing Trump supporters in Chicago who happened to be strolling by in the wee hours of one of the coldest nights in living memory.

Because Smollett blamed Trump supporters as the perpetrators, his story was all too readily believed by the same press that eagerly promoted a variety of anti-Trump hoaxes, most notably the “Russia collusion” hoax, which would fall apart upon actual investigation.

‘Breaking the News’ Exclusive Excerpt—Alex Marlow: ‘Justice for Jussie’: a Media Chronicle of a Hate Crime Hoax

Now that Justice for Juicy has finally been served, I want to share this particularly delightful excerpt of Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption, my New York Times’ bestselling book that is the perfect Christmas gift for everyone on your list, especially the libs. In this passage from the “Fake News Hall of Shame,” you will see how the entirety of the Democrat Media Complex—from Joe Biden to CNN’s media correspondent Brian Stelter—put what was left of their credibility on the line on behalf of the Empire actor, who, as Dave Chappell famously said, “was clearly lying.” Enjoy!

***

Over the past half century or so, American law enforcement and popular culture have conferred an extra level of seriousness and gravity to “hate crimes” as opposed to regular crimes. The definition of a hate crime, according to the FBI, is a regular crime with an added element of bias. “A ‘criminal’ offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity,” the FBI.gov website states.

Hate crimes are sure to grab headlines across international news because the victimhood is doubled. The victim was a casualty of whatever crime had been committed, and they’re a victim of racism/sexism/ homophobia/bigotry, etc.

This explains why the media instantly was whipped up into a frenzy when a gay, black actor was allegedly attacked in Chicago in late January 2019. Jussie Smollett, an actor on the popular Fox show Empire, had supposedly been attacked by two men while walking home from a Subway sandwich shop at around 2 a.m. on January 29. According to Smollett’s original report, two white men beat him badly, fractured one of his ribs, and wrapped a noose around his neck (a symbol for lynching). The assailants also allegedly hurled racial and homophobic slurs, asking him if he was “that f***ot ‘Empire’ n***er?” They even poured bleach on his dark skin, according to Smollett, in what would have been an unspeakable act of abject racism.

If the attack wasn’t dramatic enough, the two supposedly white attackers were also wearing red “Make America Great Again” hats, the iconic sartorial symbol of Donald Trump supporters. As they left a broken Smollett at the scene, they had supposedly shouted “This is MAGA country,” despite the fact that they supposedly were in Chicago.

This all happened on one of the coldest nights of the year with an overnight windchill well below zero degrees.

Smollett later posted to his Instagram a photo of himself in a hospital bed, scratched and bruised, providing ample evidence for would-be sup- porters to draw bold conclusions about the veracity of his account.

Smollett’s story was immediately embraced by the media and Holly- wood establishments.

A gay black man had been a victim of a racist and homophobic attack by Trump supporters! This was way too good to check!

Or was it? Since, of course, this hate crime turned out to be a giant hoax.

Still, the media was inundated with virtue signaling on behalf of Smollett, accepting his claims wholesale. Some examples out of an infinite list:

  • Then-senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) tweeted praise for Jussie and called the (hoax) attack “an attempted modern day lynching.”
  • New Jersey senator Cory Booker called the fake attack “vicious” and “an attempted modern-day lynching.” He tweeted an endorsement of an “anti-lynching” bill in Congress.
  • The NAACP blamed Donald Trump for the (hoax) attack and a general atmosphere of terror in the United States.
  • Maxine Waters (D-CA) said she knows and loves Jussie and his family and called him a “fantastic human being.” She suggested President Trump deserved some of the blame.
  • The New York Times took Smollett’s story as gospel, reporting Smollett “was attacked in Chicago by 2 assailants who yelled racial and homophobic slurs.” Joe Biden quoted the tweet— uncritically—and predictably added some generic sanctimonious lecturing to Americans about bias: “We must stand up and demand that we no longer give this hate safe harbor; that homophobia and racism have no place on our streets or in our hearts. We are with you, Jussie.”
  • CNN’s Don Lemon said in an interview that he texted Smollett every day following the phony attack, asking if he was okay.
  • Yamiche Alcindor, PBS’s White House correspondent and NBC News fixture, tweeted, “We have to do better as a country. This is disgusting.”
  • Rolling Stone’s Jamil Smith declared the attack “terrorism.”

If the journalism class was irresponsible, the celebrity establishment was downright reckless. Transgender nonbinary actor Elliot Page (who at the time was a lesbian actress named Ellen Page), Cher, pop star Katy Perry, actress Olivia Munn, actor Billy Eichner, Rosie O’Donnell, Rob Reiner, Moonlight writer/director Barry Jenkins, Frozen actor Josh Gad, Star Trek actor George Takei, and many others rushed to defend Smollett and/or attack MAGA and Trump before the evidence was in.

Nearly all of these reactions were instantaneous, tweeted or grammed soon after initial details emerged, despite the fact that the story’s main sources were Jussie himself and celebrity gossip blog TMZ.

Meanwhile, local news reporters were left with little concrete evidence to back up Smollett’s wild story. On January 30, about thirty-six hours after the purported attack, reporter Rob Elgas of ABC 7 Chicago reported that “no obvious people that could be assailants” had been dis- covered by local law enforcement, and that “detectives have poured [sic] over hundreds of hours of surveillance video.”

But this still didn’t dissuade the media that Jussie had been victimized.

The Chicago Tribune blared a headline that in retrospect looks downright comedic: “Week before reported attack, Jussie Smollett got threatening letter with ‘MAGA’ written for return address.” The article details that Smollett was sent a letter filled with white powder that spelled in “cut-out letters”—so corny! “You will die black f*g,” it allegedly said. The Tribune pointed out that the letter was also stamped with American flags.

If this hate crime had been real, it would certainly have been the lamest, most ham-fisted, most uncreative hate crime in American history. As the days wore on and there was still only circumstantial evidence and no credible witnesses to affirm Smollett’s story, he needed to do dam- age control, so, with (crocodile) tears in his eyes, he sat down with Robin Roberts on ABC’s Good Morning America. The interview is largely incoherent and borderline embarrassing, but he says he is “pissed off” at his doubters for refusing to see the truth.

Hours later a report emerged that there were two “persons of interest” in the alleged attack. Charlie De Mar of local Chicago CBS sent a tweet that must have given the Jussie fanboys and girls a cold sweat: “Police raided the home of two persons of interest in Jussie Smollett case last night. Both men are of Nigerian decent and have appeared as extras on the show. Police took bleach, shoes, electronics and more.”

This was the beginning of the end of the latest woke hate hoax.

The two men, brothers who had been background actors on Smollett’s Fox television show, were detained by Chicago police. Police suspected Smollett paid them to stage the attack.

Around this time, social media ramped up its censorship game. Instagram deleted a post by Donald Trump Jr. that was skeptical of Smollett. The Facebook-owned platform later said it was removed “in error.”

On February 20, 2019, just three weeks after the alleged incident most definitely did not take place, Jussie Smollett was charged with disorderly conduct and became the suspect in an investigation for filing a false police report.

Still, as of February 20, 20th Century Fox TV and Fox Entertainment still backed Smollett, describing him as a “consummate professional.”

That sentiment didn’t last long, though. Smollett was arrested on February 21. Chicago police superintendent Eddie Johnson said Jussie falsified the hate crime (and the MAGA letter) because “he was dissatisfied with his salary” he was earning from Empire.

Fox announced he would no longer appear on the show a day later.

Smollett was eventually indicted for sixteen counts of disorderly conduct by Cook County, all of which were eventually dropped. Joe Magats, an assistant state attorney, did state shortly thereafter that it was not “an exoneration.” “We believe he did what he was charged with doing,” Magats told the local ABC affiliate.

That didn’t stop CNN’s Brian Stelter, host of the ironically named Reliable Sources, from suggesting that Jussie was now in fact the “victim,” concluding that he was “triumphant” and could return to work on Fox television. Apparently it was wishful thinking on Stelter’s part, as Smollett never did film any new Empire episodes.

He was charged for a second time related to the hate crime hoax in February 2020. This time six new charges were brought against him by a special prosecutor. He pleaded not guilty.

NAACP Blamed Donald Trump for Fake Hate Crime Against Jussie Smollett

The National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People (NAACP) blamed then-President Donald Trump for the supposed hate crime against black and gay actor Jussie Smollett in 2019 in the City of Chicago.

A Chicago jury found Smollett guilty of five of six counts of felony disorderly conduct on Thursday for faking the hate crime  and reporting it to police.

As Breitbart News reported at the time:

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored Persons (NAACP), the country’s most influential civil rights organization, has blamed President Donald Trump for Tuesday morning’s attack on actor Jussie Smollett.

NAACP president and CEO Derrick Johnson issued a statement Tuesday afternoon specifically blaming Trump’s “racist and xenophobic rhetoric”:

The recent racist and homophobic attack on acclaimed actor and activist Jussie Smollett is troubling. The rise in hate crimes is directly linked to President Donald J. Trump’s racist and xenophobic rhetoric. It is dangerous for any society to allow a tone of divisiveness and hatred to dominate the political discourse. As this rhetoric continues to bleed into our everyday lives, dangerous behavior will continue to place many law-abiding individuals at risk. We pray for a full physical and mental recovery Jussie Smollett and many unnamed victims of this forum of hate based terrorism.

The NAACP had not appeared to react to Thursday’s verdict at the time of this article’s publication.
