JOE BIDEN'S HUMAN SMUGGLING OF 'CHEAP' LABOR DEM VOTING ILLEGALS
'Screw You': Biden's Border Crisis Gets Personal | Guy Benson Show
JOE BIDEN'S SABOTAGE OF HOMELAND SECURITY - Illegal immigration is also the ways and means by which illegal drugs enter the United States. Last year, 100,000 Americans, most of them young, died of overdoses, with two-thirds of these Americans succumbing to fentanyl that is produced in China and comes through Mexico.

GOP Rep. Lance Gooden: The Federal Government Funds Migrant Smuggling
If voters give the GOP a House majority in November, then GOP legislators will investigate and expose the migrant smuggling networks funded by President Joe Biden’s administration, said Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX).
“Many of these migrants are being aided, in fact, by [U.S.] nonprofits who are using our tax dollars to do the aiding and helping them across, helping them get on airplanes without documentation, helping them to evade court hearing and helping them to burrow into society and evade any questions from law enforcement,” Gooden told Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.
“It is just stunning to me that we are giving money to anybody that’s not a U.S. citizen — much less someone who’s come into this country the wrong way,” added Gooden, who was first elected in 2018 to Texas’s 5th district, east of Dallas.
When the migrants are south of the U.S. border, they are being supported by the United Nations and Mexican-based aid groups, Gooden said:
The United Nations … is receiving support from the US government, among others. And [it is] helping sponsor these caravans [of migrants], they’re giving them debit cards, providing them with financial assistance throughout their journey to the U.S. border.
But the migrants who cross the U.S. border also get support from a U.S -based network of Non-Government Organizations [NGOs], he said:
When the [migrants] get to the border, they try to claim asylum status, which has to be determined through a proper hearing. But during the time that they are waiting for their trial day, they are aided by these NGOs.
You’ve heard me talk about Catholic Charities, Jewish Family Council, [and] the Lutherans [which] are involved. What they do is they go to the border and take these asylum seekers from [the Department of Homeland Security, DHS]. They’re paid by [DHS] to provide aid. So there’s an incentive to bring in more people because the more people that the Catholic Charities [or] the Jewish Family Council bring in, the more money they get from the U.S. government. It is a way that the administration has helped to aid — and in fact fund — the invasion of our nation.
If the GOP gains a majority in Congress for 2023, it will be able to investigate the NGOs’ activities and their funding sources, he predicted:
What they’re doing is encouraging human trafficking, they’re emboldening the cartels, and they are making the problem much worse. I believe it’s criminal … I think that is important to the American people to know that these groups — who in the past have done really great work — are now in cahoots with the government with the United Nations and indirectly with the cartels, and they’re bringing people across our border and shuttling them across the United States …
I believe that the [GOP] leadership of our U.S. House is keenly aware that the biggest issue to the voters — aside from inflation — is immigration … So I’m very confident that the leaders of our house will hold hearings [in 2023] … We’re already making preparations — not measuring the drapes! — to be prepared to govern when we take over in a year.
A GOP-run majority in the House will be able to control the agencies’ spending and impeach homeland security chief Alejandro Mayorkas or even President Joe Biden, Gooden said:
Come January, though, when we are in power, we will do whatever the oversight role of Congress requires to ensure that this administration is held accountable. If they’ve broken the law, whether it’s a secretary or the President himself, if impeachment is the answer, then impeachment will be the action. I have full confidence in the Republican majority … to execute the will of the American people and the mandate that I believe they’ll give us in November.
But getting President Biden and the Senate Democrats to curb migration may require painful political compromises, he predicted:
If Republicans control the House, and the President and Democrats still control the Senate and the White House, they’ve got to work with us to get whatever spending package they want. There would be a time when I believe Republicans will come together and say, “What are the one or two things that we just absolutely have to have? And if the Democrats will cave and give it to us, could we swallow whatever other bitter pills are in this spending bill?” That’s a conversation I’ll have to have with my constituents.
Migration moves money, and since at least 1990, the federal government has tried to extract people from poor countries so they can serve U.S. investors as cheap workers, government-aided consumers, and high-density renters in the U.S. economy.
That economic strategy has no stopping point, and it is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities and their wages while it also raises their housing costs.
President Joe Biden’s $1.7 trillion Build Back Better (BBB) bill would allow cartels to get taxpayer funds for smuggling more foreign children and youths into U.S. schools, neighborhoods, and jobs, say GOP sources.
The plan, which is soon to be debated in the Senate, offers up to $3,600 per year to the guardians of all children — including imported children who have no Social Security number.
“There’s also a provision in there for a tax credit for illegal aliens who have children that are in the U.S.,” former border patrol chief Mark Morgan told Fox42kptm.com. He continued:
Think about that: You can illegally enter our borders as a family, and then you’re going to be rewarded by being paid to have your kid here illegally.
“This is going to act as an incentive for more illegal immigration negatively impacting our border security and impacting every aspect of our nation’s public health safety and national security,” he said.
The Democrats’ offer of money to the foreign parents of foreign children will likely fit within the Senate’s specials rules for debate over the so-called “reconciliation bill,” a Hill source told Breitbart News.
“I think the Social Security Number provision is not going to be voted out [by the Parliamentarian], so it is going to be a really salient point for another month,” he added.

The new giveaway will worsen the problems created by the 2008 update to Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000, he said, That act was unanimously passed by Congress, and it gave special protections to children.
But it is now used by the cartels to profitably deliver children to their illegal-alien parents in the United States and to deliver young laborers to labor traffickers around the United States.
Since 2008, the law has been used to move more than 350,000 “Unaccompanied Alien Children” into the United States, most of whom are young men looking for work. On November 21, Breitbart posted a Bloomberg report on the labor trafficking:
The Health and Human Services [HHS], Homeland Security [DHS], and Labor departments investigated the Enterprise situation but couldn’t track down most of the minors who were placed with sponsors there, according to the people familiar with the investigation. It’s not uncommon for federal officials to lose contact with unaccompanied children after their release from government custody.
The dead-end in the Enterprise case highlights apparent gaps in the federal system designed to care for children who cross the border without a parent.
The cartels will quickly see the economic opportunity created by the BBB, the source said. “Whatever opportunity you create for the cartels, they will fill,” he outlined,
They are going to look at that [payment] structure and say, “We can exploit that. There are people now who, despite wanting to come in legally can’t afford the thousands of dollars we might charge them. Now, even if they can’t afford it, the we’re happy to take them north because they once we get them in, then the government will help pay us and the coyotes for bringing them here. It’ll take the form of monthly checks.”
You’re gonna have the equivalent of having a government backed, illegal-alien enforcement mafia where the same people who bring the [migrants] here will now be coming around to pick up their monthly checks … The same people who are connecting the cartels to the [drug] gangs are going to use those same gangs as enforcers to collect cash and send it back to the cartels. They’re gonna put it in the same money laundering scheme that they’ve already got.
So you’re going to incentivize some of the more violent gangs that exist and the cartel members directly in some cases, to come by the new homes of these illegal aliens in the U.S. and harass them and take the taxpayers’ checks.
The illegal migrants will pay those checks to the cartels because the cartels have so much clout in their home countries, he said.
They will never be able to to walk away from in the same way that a little Bodega couldn’t walk away from the mob in New York City … They won’t be able to get out from the cartels. They’re gonna continue paying those taxpayer-funded checks in perpetuity … [because they need the cartels to] bring their friends and family up north.
Many Democrats understand that the welfare checks for foreign children will encourage more illegal immigration, he said:
They know what’s going on. But they know that they can’t say what their true goal is, which is actual open borders with open, uncontrolled migration both ways. And this is a step toward getting rid of borders.
“It’s a globalist mindset and it welcomes anything that moves toward open borders,” he concluded.

The allegations against Pena Nieto are not new. In 2016, Breitbart News reported on an investigation by Mexican journalists which revealed how Juarez Cartel operators funneled money into the 2012 presidential campaign. The investigation was carried out by Mexican award-winning Journalist Carmen Aristegui and her team….The subsequent scandal became known as “Monexgate” for the cash cards that were given out during Peña Nieto’s campaign. The allegations against Pena Nieto went largely unreported by U.S. news outlets.

"While other witnesses at Mr. Guzmán’s trial in Federal District Court in Brooklyn have testified about huge payoffs from traffickers to the Mexican police and public officials, the testimony about Mr. Peña Nieto was the most egregious allegation yet. President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) called out U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, saying he was misinformed about violence perpetrated against Mexican journalists.
During his Thursday morning news conference, Lopez Obrador took aim at Blinken, telling him to stay out of Mexico’s issues.
“Ask him to become informed and not act in an interfering fashion,” the Mexican president said. “Mexico is not a colony of the U.S. — nor a protectorate.”
The harsh rebuke comes one day after Blinken took to social media to express concern about the number of journalists killed in Mexico. As Breitbart Texas has reported, five journalists were killed in Mexico since the start of 2022.
“He is poorly informed because otherwise, he would be acting in bad faith,” Lopez Obrador said. “Of course, it is lamentable that journalists are murdered, but in all the cases we are acting. There is no impunity.”
Blinken’s counterpart in Mexico, Marcelo Ebrard, sent a letter rebutting the tweet and cited figures showing a decrease in violence in that country.
Lopez Obrador’s statement drew a response from White House Spokeswoman Jen Psaki, who said the government has seen the threats faced by journalists in Mexico and that Blinken was speaking factually.

The immigration debate has been raging for years. Advocates for open borders can be found on both sides of the political aisle and in a wide variety of special interest groups who have come to see the immigration system that delivers an unlimited supply of cheap and exploitable labor, an unlimited supply of foreign tourists, and unlimited supply of foreign students and, for the lawyers, an unlimited supply of clients. HOW MANY HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS WILL WE LET MEXICO SUCK OUT OF OUR OPEN BORDER?
There are many reasons why, for the first time, the government of Mexico would agree to work cooperatively with the United States over an extremely serious immigration-related issue. It is likely, of course that President Trump was not just posturing when he said he would cut off aid to Mexico and other countries who permit the United States to be invaded by illegal aliens.
Under Guzman’s leadership, the Sinaloa Cartel became the largest drug trafficking organization in the world with influence in every major U.S. city.
Mexican President Threatens U.S. Congressmen to Support Amnesty for 11 Million Migrants
Mexico’s President issued a veiled threat to Republican congressmen who oppose an immigration deal to grant amnesty to 11 million migrants who illegally entered the U.S. Politicians who oppose the forthcoming plan will be singled out and denounced during daily press briefings, he said.
During a morning press briefing this week, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador praised President Joe Biden, claiming no other U.S. counterpart had made a commitment to address 11 million illegal immigrants.
“He had committed to 11 million, to regularize the situation for 11 million immigrants,” Lopez Obrador said toward the end of the conference, adding the plan did not rest on Biden alone and he needed support on Capitol Hill.
“It depends on the Congress–it depends on this initiative being backed up and supported by the Congress,” he said. “By legislators from the Republican Party and the Democratic Party.”
Lopez Obrador said he hoped for unified support of the future initiative, but opponents would be directly attacked.
“We will make it known from here, that one party–their legislators–did not help something that is fair and humanitarian,” Lopez Obrador said.
The Mexican leader said that he would not accept a negative result and opponents would be made famous in his morning conferences.
Mexico’s President Says Biden Responsible for Migrant Surge at Border
Expectations created by President Joe Biden about better treatment for migrants led to the current border surge, said Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO).
During his daily news conference, AMLO spoke about the ongoing border crisis and said the increase in migrants entering Mexico and heading to the U.S. is partly due to the expectations created by President Biden.
AMLO: “Expectations were created that with the Government of President Biden there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so” pic.twitter.com/TNrZQamuWK

Mexico’s president says he will share with President Joe Biden his willingness to find a way to legalize the flow of migrants from Central America and Mexico as a way to meet American labor needs.
“I have a teleconference with Biden on Monday and we are going to talk about that topic,” President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) said this weekend during one of his news conferences. “Let’s fix the migratory flow, legalizing it, to give guarantees to the workers so they don’t risk their lives, and that their human rights are protected.”
During the conference, AMLO said the U.S. would need about 600,000 to 800,000 laborers per year for economic growth. The Mexican politician brought up the Bracero program when the U.S. provided migrant farmworkers with permits during World War II.
The topic of the migrant workflow had not been previously discussed publicly by the Foreign Relations Ministry or the Interior Secretariat ahead of the virtual meeting between Lopez Obrador and Biden.
The issue comes as Mexican authorities see a dramatic rise in human smuggling activities as thousands of Central American migrants continue to make their way north. Mexican officials predicted a dramatic rise in migratory flows at the start of 2021 due to work shortages from the pandemic and recent natural disasters that shook Central America. Officials in Mexico did not publicly discuss the political effect that a Biden Administration would have on the matter.

Mexico: Where Is Your Shame?
At a demonstration Wednesday in Mexico City against Arizona's law.
Immigration: Mexico's government gloated triumphantly after a federal judge's injunction blocked Arizona's immigration law. But it's no victory for Mexico. In fact, Mexico's leaders ought to be mortified.
As radical immigration activists crowed with glee and the Obama administration claimed victory, Mexico's government joined the applause.
Calling Judge Susan Bolton's injunction Wednesday "a step in the right direction," Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa declared: "The government of Mexico would like to express its recognition for the determination demonstrated by the federal government of the United States and the actions of the civil organizations that organized lawsuits against the SB 1070 law."
In reality, it ought to be ashamed. Supposedly framed as an issue of federal power pre-empting state power, it's hardly Mexico's business. But Mexico made a big show of saying its interest was in protecting its nationals from the dreadful racism of Arizona that its own citizens, curiously enough, keep fleeing to.
Espinosa said her government was busy collecting data on civil rights violations and her department had issued an all-out travel warning to Mexican nationals about Arizona.
That's where Mexico's hypocrisy is just too much.
First, Mexico encourages illegal immigration to the U.S. Oh, it says it doesn't, but it prints comic book guides for would-be illegal immigrants and provides ID cards for illegals once they get here. In Arizona alone, Mexico keeps five consulates busy.
That's not out of love for its own citizens, but because Mexicans send cash back to Mexico that helps finance the government.
Instead of selling its wasteful state-owned oil company or getting rid of red tape to create jobs in Mexico, Mexico spends the hard currency from remittances. It fails to look at why its citizens leave.
According to the Heritage Foundation-Wall Street Journal 2010 Index of Economic Freedom, Mexico's big problem is — no shock — government corruption, where it ranks below the world average.
That's where Mexico's cartels come in.
Mexico's encouragement of illegal immigration undercuts its valiant war against its smuggling cartels. The cartels' prowess and firepower have made them the only ones who can smuggle effectively across the border. U.S. law enforcers say they now control human-smuggling on our southern border.
Feed them immigrants and they grow more cash-rich — and right now, immigrant smuggling is about a third of the cartels' income.
Mass graves and car bombings are signs of criminal organizations getting bigger, and more powerful. Juarez, which has lost 5,000 people this year, bleeds because cartels fight over not just who gets the drug routes, but who gets the illegal-immigrant smuggling routes, too.
Aside from the cartel mayhem in Mexico, the bodies are piling up in the Arizona desert and U.S. Border Patrol rescues of abandoned illegals left to die have risen.
It's not the desert's fault, and it's certainly not Uncle Sam's fault, as activists claim. No, it's the fact that Mexicans are encouraged to emigrate. Criminal cartels don't fear abandoning their human cargo in the desert, as long as Mexico does nothing and blames Uncle Sam.
Hearing Mexico's government now cheer the Arizona ruling, which will only encourage more illegal immigration, gives the country's regime a pretty inhuman face.
If Mexico had any decency, it would do all it could to discourage illegal immigration and keep a respectful silence about Arizona.
It needs U.S. support for its war on cartels. Instead of insulting American citizens, Mexico should confront directly the reasons why its people are so desperate to leave, and do all in its power to destroy the cartels that are slowly killing the nation. That includes defunding the murderous gangs by halting illegal immigration.
"They will destroy America from within. The leftist billionaires who orchestrate these plans are wealthy. Those tasked with representing us in Congress will never be exposed to the cost of the invasion. They have nothing but contempt for us who must endure the consequences of our communities being intruded upon by gangs, drug dealers and human traffickers. The allegations against Pena Nieto went largely unreported by U.S. news outlets.

Mexico cynically wades into El Paso shooting debacle, brimming with hypocrisy
As if the El Paso mass murder couldn't be a more noxious showcase for political bad behavior, in wades the Mexican government, launching lawsuits against the U.S. for supposedly failing to protect its citizens, which is something they've never bothered about before. According to NBC News:
Mexico on Sunday threatened to take legal action against the United States for failing to protect its citizens after this weekend's mass shooting in the border city of El Paso.
Of the 20 people gunned down at a Walmart at the Cielo Vista Mall, at least seven were Mexican citizens, and Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard promised Mexico City will act.
Apparently, they've seen how their individual illegals can exploit loopholes in U.S. law to their advantage, and now that bastion of peace and tranquility to our south would like a serving of the same. Instead of warning Mexican potential illegals to stay out of the U.S. the way a normal country would do, they want to muscle the U.S. legal system to their benefit, creating a sort of right to protection in the U.S. which is something Mexicans certainly don't have back home.
And more to the point, the Mexican state would like to blame the U.S. for the action of the lone freak who shot up the Wal-Mart in El Paso, same as the average Democratic politician. The fact that the freak is going to the executioner's table is irrelevant, because what they're really after is putting the U.S. and President Trump in particular on trial.
According to a summary of their doings from Axios:
Mexico threatened legal action Sunday against the U.S. for failing to protect its citizens after a shooting in the border city of El Paso, Texas, killed 20 people, including 6 Mexican nationals, the New York Times reports.
Details: Mexico's Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said the Mexican government was looking into extraditing the suspect to Mexico on a terrorism charge over Saturday's shooting, per CNN. Mexico also plans legal action against the seller who provided the weapon used in the attack, according to the NYT.
The big picture: Many Mexicans are aware of an anti-immigrant screed apparently posted online by the suspect just before the shooting and they see the attack as an expression of tensions between the U.S. and Mexico over immigration, guns and violence, often fueled by President Trump's policies and rhetoric, the Times notes.
On those grounds, any American who's attacked, assaulted, drinks poisoned liquor, or is killed in Mexico, should have grounds to do the same. Failure to protect, don't you know. Such irony. Turns out more Americans (75 of them) have been killed in Mexico than all the remaining countries of the worldcombined. Here's what Forbes reported last year:
In 2016, according to my analysis of the data, more Americans were reported killed by homicide in Mexico than the combined total of Americans killed by homicide in every other country abroad.
More than 31 million Americans visited Mexico in 2016, the National Travel & Tourism Office says, and State Department data shows there were reports of 75 American homicide victims there. In comparison, 49 million Americans traveled to all other foreign countries, and 69 were reported killed by homicide.
That's quite some hypocrisy they've got, given the number of American dead bodies they've got on their record. Think they'll go along with reciprocity? Not the Mexican government we know. The double standard stands.
But that's hardly their only hypocrisy. Here's another logic joke from them:
They encourage their nationals to emigrate illegally (remember the Mexican government comic books? Apparently, they're still distributing them) to get rid of potential discontents, and now they complain when the place, loaded as it is with unvetted migrants they don't want around, is somehow not safe? Any city loaded with illegals is a den of crime -- just look at the crime in Chicago, Baltimore or any sanctuary city. Apparently, those killings are O.K. by the Mexicans so long as they are done by other Mexicans or maybe Central Americans. But this Dallas-area white interloper doing the killing is something different, something sue-worthy? They've tolerated crime for years on both sides of the border, not doing a thing so long as the distilled remittances keep coming. Now at this late date, with this lone freak, they are suddenly upset.
Now for a third hypocrisy: They say they want to extradite the maggot? What the heck would that be for? Like El Chapo Guzman, he'd be in a fine position to continue his Internet postings in a Mexican prison because all kinds of contraband is tolerated in Mexican prisons, particularly cell phones, and anything can be bribed for. For that matter, he'd be in a great position to escape, much as Guzman did from Mexican prisons, more than once. The creep, under Mexican law, would also be spared the death penalty, something he's not going to be spared if he stays in Texas. It looks like this extradition move is some sort of revolting bid to save him and allow him to flourish. You can bet he'd be a happy camper if somehow he got extradited to Mexico. Sorry amigos: The maggot is going to pay.
What we are seeing here is plain old garden variety Mexican meddling in our internal affairs, this time rooted in some icky festering wounded national pride, some bid from Mexico to assert itself over U.S. laws in the wake of Trump's muscle on Mexico over the illegal migrant surge, using the U.S. courts with their continuous anti-Trump rulings to make itself the sovereign here. Mexico has already sent their illegals and now they want to take over gubernatorially through the courts, which puts this act on a continuum.
This garbage should be smacked down for the hypocrisy it is and as fast as possible. We don't need their government ruling over here and we sure as heck shouldn't be paying them.
WE WILL NOT HAVE HOMELAND SECURITY UNTIL WE RID OURSELVES OF THIS PIG LAWYER JOE BIDEN!

EXCLUSIVE: Human Smugglers Earn $1B from U.S.-Mexico Border in December 2021
Facebook Slaps Down Animal Rescue Charity While Human Trafficking, Drugs Run Rampant on Platform
Facebook has reportedly placed restrictions on the account of a UK dog rescue charity, severely hampering its ability to raise funds for the operation of the charity. Meanwhile, human trafficking and drug dealing run rampant on the platform around the world.
BBC News reports that Hope Rescue, a dog rescue charity based in Wales, claims that Facebook placed restrictions on the charity’s Facebook page causing them to lose around £15,000 ($20,412) in donations. The charity had recitations placed on its social media pages after it promoted a raffle that included alcohol as a prize. The raffles are legal by UK law and had been promoted on Facebook in the past without issue.

Hope Rescue founder Vanessa Waddon told BBC Radio Wales that the charity had regularly included alcohol as a prize in its fundraising efforts without issue. Waddon claims that last month “out of the blue” the charity received a notice that it had violated Facebook’s community guidelines.
Waddon stated: “Our appeal didn’t work so we took down all the posts as requested. Then suddenly they took away our donation button and started restricting how many people could see our posts.” Waddon stated that it was “devastating to suddenly lose that,” as the charity brought in an estimated £15,000 ($20,412) in donations. She added that charities with “bricks and mortar property,” like the Hope Rescue shop in Pontyclun are allowed to use alcohol in their fundraisers according to Facebook’s rules.
But she said it’s been impossible to contact anyone at Facebook about the issues. “We’ve literally done everything,” she said. “We even had somebody in California go to the office for us but we just keep getting automated messages.” A Facebook spokesperson stated: “I can confirm we are investigating this.”
While Facebook is focusing on the possible charity raffle prize of alcohol being advertised on its platform, a member of the company’s management team was recently caught attempting to meet with a 13-year-old boy for sex. Facebook (now called Meta) recently confirmed to Breitbart News that Manager of Global Community Development Jeren A. Miles no longer works for the company after he was caught on camera allegedly attempting to meet with a 13-year-old for sex. A video of Miles published by the amateur pedophile hunters PCI Predator Catchers Indianapolis went viral across YouTube, Reddit, and other websites.
The company has also failed to crack down on reports of human trafficking and drug dealing across its platform, but users can rest assured that there is no chance someone will win a bottle of wine in a UK charity raffle.
