Biden’s Catch and Release network has released foreign populations into the U.S. interior in numbers greater than the population of many major American cities.
For instance, from January 2021 to February 2022, Biden released more than 765,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities, not including illegal aliens who successfully crossed the border undetected or Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) who were resettled by the federal government.
‘Load of Bulls—’: Career Immigration Officials Rip Mayorkas’s Plan
ROMA, Texas—Customs and Border Protection officials and Department of Homeland Security staffers ripped DHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s immigration plan as unserious and ill-equipped to handle the unprecedented surge of migrants on the border.
"I don't even know where to start," said one Border Patrol officer stationed along the southwest border, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to speak candidly. "Nothing in this plan Mayorkas says he’s going to do has even been started, and he’s not going to do it anyway."
Mayorkas released a 20-page report on Tuesday entitled "DHS Plan for Southwest Border Security and Preparedness" the night before he testified in front of Congress on the Biden administration’s handling of the border crisis. The report outlines six initiatives the agency is taking to stem the "increase in migration being experienced by the United States" and prioritizes migrant processing over border security.
But those with decades of experience working in immigration expressed skepticism at—or outright mocked—the plan in comments to the Washington Free Beacon. Their reactions demonstrate how Mayorkas has lost the faith of career personnel, many of whom complained of long hours and staffing problems.
"The plan looks like an absolute load of bullshit," said one senior DHS staffer. "Mayorkas is filled with excuses and his solution is to let them in. If you look at the plan there is an inordinate amount of focus on processing ‘vulnerable migrants’ compared to the lip service of securing the border. This administration has always been set to release as many migrants as possible and then make excuses as to why illegal aliens continue invading our country."
Mayorkas’s solutions to the crisis include providing migrants with "an updated information package to distribute to all noncitizens released from federal custody." Mayorkas also blamed Title 42, a federal law that gave immigration authorities power to rapidly deport migrants during a public health crisis, for exacerbating the migrant crisis by claiming it encouraged illegal crossings outside of legal ports of entry.
Both lines earned criticism from Michael Salinas, a former Border Patrol agent who was stationed for more than 30 years on the southern border.
"How naïve do you have to be to actually believe this? No illegal in my experience had ever planned to show up at the ports of entry to get processed," said Salinas. "All aliens are well aware that crossing the river will be the best course of action for results."
Mayorkas also championed "critical reforms that ended cruel and unjust policies of the prior administration," such as changing who is prioritized for deportation, as well as "new guidelines regarding immigration enforcement priorities" in his report.
All of the officials who spoke with the Free Beacon concluded that Mayorkas’s plan will result in the same conduct since Biden first took office: rapid processing and release of migrants. They pointed to Mayorkas’s "Border Security Pillar 2," which highlights CBP’s "processing efficiency and moving with deliberate speed" as an example of the administration’s commitment to so-called catch and release — the practice where illegal immigrants are processed by law enforcement officials and released into the country's interior before their court date.
"This administration has gutted immigration enforcement at every opportunity and is sending the message that America's laws are to be ignored," said Jon Feere, a former senior adviser at Immigration and Customs Enforcement and director of investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies. "The humanitarian disaster they've created is intentional."
During his congressional testimony Wednesday morning, Mayorkas claimed DHS has already "effectively managed an unprecedented number of noncitizens seeking to enter the United States." Last year, migrant apprehensions topped two million—the highest on record.
Immigration authorities have encountered more than 900,000 migrants in the 2022 fiscal year, with internal DHS numbers predicting more than 2.3 million by 2023. Immigration authorities on the southwest border are preparing for upward of 18,000 daily known crossings after Title 42’s repeal next month, more than twice the average daily crossings in July 2021.
"Mayorkas needs drug testing because I swear he’s high," another senior DHS official said. "His plan, in my professional opinion, is hardly a ‘plan’ so much as a fantastical work of fiction with some gaslighting for good measure."

What could better epitomize the dystopian nature of a governmental organ called the “Disinformation Governance Board” than putting it under the command of a bureaucrat who questioned the validity of Hunter Biden's laptop, calling it “a Trump campaign product,” and who served as an advisor to the corrupt Ukrainian regime?

Hours later, Politico reported that Nina Jankowicz, who previously served as a disinformation fellow at the Wilson Center, will head the board as executive director.
Katelyn Caralle of the UK Daily Mail adds:
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas did not disclose any powers that would be granted to the dystopian-sounding board while addressing lawmakers on Wednesday.
He explained that the board would work to tackle disinformation ahead of the November midterms, particularly in Hispanic communities.
But Mayorkas did say that the new board would come under the Biden-era Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3), meaning it would have no powers to crack down on disinformation and will instead try to combat it by throwing money at what it sees as problems. (snip)

Jankowicz also suggested last week that she opposes the The First Amendment because she thinks it is bad for 'marginalized communities' and called Elon Musk a 'free speech absolutist' because he wants to make Twitter more open to all voices.
Sounds like a taxpayer-funded propaganda organ directed at a key consttyency the Democrats fear losing.

Jankowicz has previously said that she was concerned that Twitter had determined early in 2022 to stop limiting speech from users about the 2020 presidential election, saying that "considering the long-term damage these lies do to our democracy," she was "dismayed about this decision."
Her view about elections, whether foreign or domestic, are that they "aren't an end point," but are "an inflection point," and that the policies of social media companies as regards free speech "need to reflect that." (snip)
Jankowicz also does not appear to be a fan of free speech, saying that setting up free speech in opposition to censorship is "a false dichotomy."

Fifteen reasons why no one should vote Democrat this November
I prepared this list to feature some highlights from the last several decades of Democrat party control and behavior that show exactly how much self-delusion will be required to pull any Democrat lever in November.
One: Allowed a historic (on global historical standards) mass migration of undocumented immigrants from all over the world to enter the U.S. in a chaotic fashion to alter U.S. demographics and tip voting patterns to the left. The effects on social services to the neediest tier of U.S. citizens will be felt for decades.
Two: Aided and abetted a man-made global warming, Green New Deal agenda/fraud that is cover for the greatest transfer of sovereign wealth in world history (from the U.S. to China), while most recently crippling middle- and lower-class Americans with unaffordable fuel costs.
Three: Engaged in political fraud and miscellaneous criminality on a scale perhaps never seen in American history: Andrew Cuomo, Rachel Levine, Anthony Weiner, Chakah Fattah, Jesse Jackson Jr., Michael Madigan, Rod Blagojevich, William Jefferson Clinton, and Eric Swalwell to name only a few.
Four: Sponsored trillion-dollar, monumental spending sprees (“Build Back Better”) that engorged the federal debt and spewed out massive inflation that had not been seen in the country for 40 years. The impact on the standard of living of the lower middle class will be felt for decades.
Five: Infused a racially and politically polarized atmosphere in the country that had not been felt since the late 1960s, right in the shadow of a “person of color” as the U.S. President.
Six: Refused to stop urban violence in the summer of 2020, even as it burned down or incapacitated sections of many American inner cities. Likewise, refused to incarcerate perpetrators while simultaneously defaming local police forces who were needed to maintain order and protect.
Seven: Spurred on with the help of its MSM mouthpiece, the fraud that was the Trump/Russia collusion polarized the entire country for several years, wasted millions in taxpayer funding (the near senile Robert Muller investigation e.g.), and kneecapped the Trump Administration in international diplomacy.
Eight: Supported the dramatic expansion and weaponization/politicization of the IRS as an American “KGB.”
Nine: Colluded with the very nefarious hegemons/oligarchs of the U.S. tech industry (Zuckerberg, Gates, Dorsey, Bezos, etc) to restrict the average citizen’s freedom of expression/speech and very possibly warp U.S. elections.

Ten: Refused to pursue the origins of COVID-19—a disease that killed over a million Americans to date—while pushing the charade that the virus was simply from bats and a Wuhan “wet market,” all in the very shadow of China’s only BSL-4 virus research facility. And then Democrats colluded with the Americans involved in the virus research that likely engineered COVID-19.
Eleven: Ordered Americans to take an experimental vaccine that turned out to have far less efficacy than advertised while skewering small businesses throughout the U.S. in draconian lockdowns that spelled doom for their profitability and survival.
Twelve: Perpetrated and abetted the fraud of placing a person with obvious dementia and diminished capacity—and a record of selling his office for profit—in the White House. The effects on U.S. international standing are palpably catastrophic. Ask any Ukrainian.
Thirteen: Castrated the American oil and gas industry, helping to intensify inflation, eviscerate lower-middle-class savings, and place the world at the mercy of oil-rich despots, as the bankrolling of the Putin War on Ukraine exemplifies. All this just after the U.S. achieved complete energy independence in 2020.
Fourteen: Devised the tragedy, debacle, and international embarrassment that was the U.S. running out of Afghanistan, leaving behind hundreds of American citizens, billions in military hardware, and 13 needless military casualties. With the sad reveal of U.S. military leadership, it sent a thumbs up to dictators worldwide that the window of opportunity was open wide, a realization that likely led to war in Ukraine and could easily lead to a Chinese invasion of Taiwan.
Fifteen: Offered up to our country perhaps the most despicable immediate family member of a sitting U.S. President, ever, i.e. one Hunter Biden. This week’s laptop reveal of him dismissively telling his sister-in-law/mistress to get HIV tested was the latest low of a truely low life. The disgrace that is Hunter pales in comparison however to that of the MSM who lied for both him and “the Big Guy” in 2020, keeping Americans uninformed enough that some actually voted for the most amazing crime family ever to reside in the White House—and I thought the Clintons had that sewn up.
llegal Alien Gets 10 Years for Stabbing 33-Year-Old Man to Death
An illegal alien has received a 10-year prison sentence for stabbing a 33-year-old man to death in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 2021.
Victoriano Dias Barrera, a 40-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was sentenced to 10 years in prison this week by Sixth Judicial District Judge Justin Lightfoot for stabbing to death Victor Huerta on April 4, 2021.
Barrera was originally charged with first-degree murder but pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter to reduce his prison sentence.
According to prosecutors, Barrera was in a hotel room with a handful of other people, including Huerta, when the two got into a heated argument. Eventually, Barrera ended up stabbing Huerta to death with a knife, though his defense team claimed he was defending himself.
When first responders arrived, they tried to save Huerta’s life, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Huerta’s sister told the court she has “fallen into a strong depression” since the loss of her brother.
“Since they told me the bad news that he was killed, ever since that day my life hasn’t been the same because they took my only brother that cared about me,” she said in a victim impact statement.
Barrera is likely to be deported to Honduras following his prison sentence. He has also been ordered to pay $150,000 to Huerta’s family.
