Kamala Saves The Day
“Protect and enrich.” This is a perfect encapsulation of the Clinton (LAWYERS-2) Foundation and the (LAWYERS-2) Obama book and television deals. Then there is the Biden (LAWYERS-3) family corruption, followed closely behind by similar abuses of power and office by the (LAWYER) Warren and Sanders families, as Peter Schweizer described in his recent book “Profiles in Corruption.”
These names just scratch the surface of government corruption (YOU CAN ADD LAWYER KAMALA HARRIS AND LAWYER CHUCK SCHUMER TO THE PATHEION OF DEMOCRAT BRIBES SUCKING CORRUPT LAWYER POLITICIANS!). BRIAN C JOONDEPH
AG Garland stonewalling on appointing a special counsel to probe President Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s influence peddling racket
There is an obvious need for a Special Counsel to investigate President Biden’s involvement in the influence peddling operation run by his son Hunter, in which millions of dollars were received from entities in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere. Yet, in testimony before a Senate committee Tuesday, the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, ignored the conflict of interest he faces, as an appointee of Biden, supervising the investigation of Hunter Biden underway in Delaware. Kyle Morris of Fox News reports:
Attorney General Merrick Garland on Tuesday refused to provide an update on the federal tax and finance investigation into Hunter Biden as he defended the probe and dismissed the need to appoint a special counsel.
Under questioning from Sen. Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn., who expressed concern over the fairness of the investigation that has caused Americans to question their "confidence" in the Justice Department, Garland did not say whether he has been briefed on the Hunter Biden investigation, which is being overseen by David Weiss, the U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware.
"He is supervising the investigation," Garland said of Weiss. "I'm not at liberty to talk about internal Justice Department deliberations, but he is in charge of that investigation. There will not be interference of any political or improper kind."

Garland fell back on the excuse that the US Attorney for the District of Delaware (one of the smallest of the US districts) was appointed by Trump:
"Because we put the investigation in the hands of a Trump appointee from the previous administration, who is the United States attorney for the district of Delaware," Garland responded. "And because you have me as the attorney general who is committed to the independence of the Justice Department from any influence from the White House and criminal matters."
The staff and budget available to Weiss, as well as the fact that he serves at the pleasure of the president, severely limit what can be done to investigate.
Moreover, recent revelations clearly indicate that President Biden himself was involved in Hunter’s business schemes when he was vice president and after, despite repeated denials by the president and his press secretary Psaki.
Jonathan Turley lays out the case:
The New York Post is reporting that President Biden agreed to cover more than $800,000 in bills of Hunter, including legal fees tied to the foreign deals. While President Biden’s denial of knowledge of Hunter’s deals has been repeatedly contradicted (including by Hunter himself), White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki declared that President Biden stands by his denials. However, she declined to explain new information showing that a key business partner in these deals visited the White House over a dozen times, including at least one meeting with then Vice President Biden.
The New York Post shows that on Jan. 17, 2019, Hunter Biden’s then-personal assistant, Katie Dodge told accountant Linda Shapero that Joe Biden was covering the legal costs. The email states “I spoke with Hunter today regarding his bills. It is my understanding that Hunt’s dad will cover these bills in the short-term as Hunter transitions in his career.”
What may be even more damaging is the the new disclosure that Hunter Biden’s business partner, Eric Schwerin, made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations between 2009 and 2015. Schwerin was the president of Rosemont Seneca, one of the key firms involved in the alleged influence peddling schemes. (snip)
President Biden has long insisted that that his son did “nothing wrong.” That is obviously untrue. One can argue over whether Hunter committed any crime, but few would say that there is nothing wrong with raw influence peddling worth millions with foreign entities. The public has a legitimate reason to know whether the President or his family ran an influence peddling operation worth millions.
Given this mounting evidence, the position of Attorney General Garland has gone from dubious to ridiculous in evading the issue of a special counsel appointment. He continues to refuse to acknowledge these conflicts with the President. In a hearing yesterday, Garland again refused to address the issue, even discussing what it would take to warrant the appointment of a special counsel. There is no reason why he cannot answer such legal questions without getting into the evidence produced in Delaware.
Federal regulations allow the appointment of a special counsel when it is in the public interest and an “investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney’s Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances.”
It is hard to imagine a stronger case for the appointment of a special counsel.
The corrupt media refuse to publicize the need for a Special Counsel, in utter contrast to the clamor they created to get the appointment of the Mueller investigation, which found nothing on President Trump and wasted 35 million dollars. However thorough and honest the efforts of the US Attorney in Delaware, this case requites the appointment of a Special Counsel, but thanks to the bias of the media, the public has little awareness.

Fifteen reasons why no one should vote Democrat this November
I prepared this list to feature some highlights from the last several decades of Democrat party control and behavior that show exactly how much self-delusion will be required to pull any Democrat lever in November.
One: Allowed a historic (on global historical standards) mass migration of undocumented immigrants from all over the world to enter the U.S. in a chaotic fashion to alter U.S. demographics and tip voting patterns to the left. The effects on social services to the neediest tier of U.S. citizens will be felt for decades.
Two: Aided and abetted a man-made global warming, Green New Deal agenda/fraud that is cover for the greatest transfer of sovereign wealth in world history (from the U.S. to China), while most recently crippling middle- and lower-class Americans with unaffordable fuel costs.
Three: Engaged in political fraud and miscellaneous criminality on a scale perhaps never seen in American history: Andrew Cuomo, Rachel Levine, Anthony Weiner, Chakah Fattah, Jesse Jackson Jr., Michael Madigan, Rod Blagojevich, William Jefferson Clinton, and Eric Swalwell to name only a few.
Four: Sponsored trillion-dollar, monumental spending sprees (“Build Back Better”) that engorged the federal debt and spewed out massive inflation that had not been seen in the country for 40 years. The impact on the standard of living of the lower middle class will be felt for decades.
Five: Infused a racially and politically polarized atmosphere in the country that had not been felt since the late 1960s, right in the shadow of a “person of color” as the U.S. President.
Six: Refused to stop urban violence in the summer of 2020, even as it burned down or incapacitated sections of many American inner cities. Likewise, refused to incarcerate perpetrators while simultaneously defaming local police forces who were needed to maintain order and protect.
Seven: Spurred on with the help of its MSM mouthpiece, the fraud that was the Trump/Russia collusion polarized the entire country for several years, wasted millions in taxpayer funding (the near senile Robert Muller investigation e.g.), and kneecapped the Trump Administration in international diplomacy.
Eight: Supported the dramatic expansion and weaponization/politicization of the IRS as an American “KGB.”
Nine: Colluded with the very nefarious hegemons/oligarchs of the U.S. tech industry (Zuckerberg, Gates, Dorsey, Bezos, etc) to restrict the average citizen’s freedom of expression/speech and very possibly warp U.S. elections.
Image: Voting (edited) by freepik.
Ten: Refused to pursue the origins of COVID-19—a disease that killed over a million Americans to date—while pushing the charade that the virus was simply from bats and a Wuhan “wet market,” all in the very shadow of China’s only BSL-4 virus research facility. And then Democrats colluded with the Americans involved in the virus research that likely engineered COVID-19.
Eleven: Ordered Americans to take an experimental vaccine that turned out to have far less efficacy than advertised while skewering small businesses throughout the U.S. in draconian lockdowns that spelled doom for their profitability and survival.
Twelve: Perpetrated and abetted the fraud of placing a person with obvious dementia and diminished capacity—and a record of selling his office for profit—in the White House. The effects on U.S. international standing are palpably catastrophic. Ask any Ukrainian.
Thirteen: Castrated the American oil and gas industry, helping to intensify inflation, eviscerate lower-middle-class savings, and place the world at the mercy of oil-rich despots, as the bankrolling of the Putin War on Ukraine exemplifies. All this just after the U.S. achieved complete energy independence in 2020.
Fourteen: Devised the tragedy, debacle, and international embarrassment that was the U.S. running out of Afghanistan, leaving behind hundreds of American citizens, billions in military hardware, and 13 needless military casualties. With the sad reveal of U.S. military leadership, it sent a thumbs up to dictators worldwide that the window of opportunity was open wide, a realization that likely led to war in Ukraine and could easily lead to a Chinese invasion of Taiwan.
Fifteen: Offered up to our country perhaps the most despicable immediate family member of a sitting U.S. President, ever, i.e. one Hunter Biden. This week’s laptop reveal of him dismissively telling his sister-in-law/mistress to get HIV tested was the latest low of a truely low life. The disgrace that is Hunter pales in comparison however to that of the MSM who lied for both him and “the Big Guy” in 2020, keeping Americans uninformed enough that some actually voted for the most amazing crime family ever to reside in the White House—and I thought the Clintons had that sewn up.
Joe Biden’s Attorney General Promises to Not Interfere in Hunter Biden Probe
President Biden’s chief law enforcement officer, Attorney General Merrick Garland, promised the Senate Appropriations Committee on Tuesday he will not interfere with the agency’s probe into Hunter Biden’s potential tax fraud, money laundering, and violation of lobbying laws.
Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) asked Garland if he knew of the probe into the president’s son. Garland refused to reveal any internal deliberations against Hunter but noted the investigation is being run by David Weiss, a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney in Wilmington, Delaware.
Weiss, a 20-year federal prosecutor, will have to determine if there is enough evidence to seek a federal grand jury indictment against Hunter Biden in an investigation that may end up including other members of the Biden family, such as Joe Biden’s brother James Biden, and potentially the president himself.
“I’m aware of that, but he reports to you,” Hagerty pressed about the investigation under Weiss.
“He is supervising the investigation and I’m not at liberty to talk about internal Justice Department deliberations, but he is in charge of that investigation,” Garland reiterated.
Garland then promised the Biden administration would not interfere in the investigation. “There will not be interference of any political or improper kind.”
Hagerty continued his line of questioning by asking if Joe Biden ever told Garland that Hunter did not break any laws, including tax fraud, money laundering, and violation of lobbying laws.
“Absolutely not. And the President has not done that. And the President is committed not to interfere, not only in that investigation but any other kind of investigation,” Garland claimed.
Later in the hearing, Garland refused to say whether a special counsel should be placed over the investigation to maintain a just investigation. A special counsel would provide a degree of separation between Biden’s administration and the investigation. Legal experts have said a special counsel is necessary because Joe Biden has denied any wrongdoing by Hunter and may have influenced the ongoing investigation.
“The question of whether they have a special counsel is one that is an internal decision-making within the department, so I don’t want to make any judgments one way or the other,” Garland responded. “But I’m quite comfortable with the United States attorney for that district continuing in the role that he’s [Weiss] playing.”
During the 2020 presidential debate, Joe Biden claimed Hunter’s “laptop from hell” was a Russian plant “and a smear campaign.” Joe Biden has repeatedly claimed he was never involved in the family business.
But according to White House visitor logs obtained by the New York Post on Saturday, Hunter’s corrupt business partner, Eric Schwerin, met with Joe Biden at the White House 19 times between 2009 and 2015. Joe Biden was vice president during this time. The contact between Joe Biden and Schwerin directly contradicts Joe Biden’s repeated claims he was never involved in the family business. The Post’s reporting adds a twelfth instance Joe Biden has been involved in the family’s business scheme.
Meanwhile, 58 percent believe Joe Biden has indeed played a role in his family’s business, according to a Monday poll. Sixty percent say Hunter Biden has sold “influence and access” to Joe Biden. The poll also shows 67 percent believe Joe Biden should be impeached if he “secretly participated and facilitated” in the family’s business.
Text messages from 2019 on Hunter’s “laptop from hell” depict the Biden family payout mechanism. The instrument indicates a collection of 50 percent of familial salaries for 30 years.
“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” Hunter texted to his daughter in 2019. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won’t make you give me half your salary.”
The Biden’s family payment mechanism of collecting 50 percent of family salaries for 30 years could be legal “predicates” for racketeering charges, according to former Utah U.S. attorney Brett Tolman.
