Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the Biden administration's oilest, slipperiest, most mendacious cabinet member, was put through the congressional wringer Wednesday and Thursday, over his "turnstyle" border policies as he well should have been.
Former Vice President Joe Biden will nominate Alejandro Mayorkas to run the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), despite his role in creating huge Latin American migration and his involvement in several visas-for-sale scandals.

DHS is warning of copycat terrorist acts by extremists, especially with the midterm elections coming. Officials say they have seen misinformation inciting violence. Of course, they don't cite examples.
It reminds me of the letter from the Justice Department warning about violence at school board meetings and comparing the parents who were showing up to terrorists. When asked for examples of the violence, somehow the A.G. couldn't come up with any. Basically, he regurgitated talking points from the teachers' union and the White House without doing research. It was purely a political document to shut parents up.
During the Obama-Biden reign, they politicized the IRS to target political opponents in the Tea Party who just wanted smaller government and lower taxes. The IRS was used to violate the free speech and freedom of association rights of political opponents. Biden and others compared tea party members to domestic terrorists.
Somehow, we don't see a letter from the Justice Department warning the public and prosecutors about gangs and other leftist, extremist groups that terrorize cities throughout the country. The Justice Department doesn't seem to care.
We don't see warnings from DHS or the Justice Department about the terrorists, gang members, and other criminals coming across the border because no one in the Biden administration seems interested in stopping the flow from Mexican cartels. The Biden administration is much more worried about political opponents than criminals and terrorists.
Nancy Pelosi is out on the Washington Mall talking about 45,000 deaths from guns as if all the deaths were caused by violence. Why doesn't she talk about all the suicides caused by guns or other things, especially of children who got depressed because of the draconian actions of politicians, including the closing of schools?
Maybe she could talk about all the people killed by career criminals because Democrats have infected the United States with prosecutors and judges who let career criminals roam the streets. She doesn't appear to care.
Maybe Pelosi should talk about the 107,000 drug overdose deaths because she and other Democrats don't really care about enforcing the border and immigration laws. Don't they care about the children who die because of the lax enforcement of laws?
The Obama and Biden administrations have politicized the government to target political opponents instead of doing their job. It is a true shame that most of the media ignore the massive criminal activity of government officials as they targeted Trump and continue to pretend that the IRS and the Justice Department act independently and no one is above the law. What a joke!
The corruption of Obama, Biden, and Hillary was endless, yet most of the media just cheered! Woodward and Bernstein didn't care that the corruption in 2016 dwarfed Watergate.
The Democrats are the party of fear. They need to scare the public about something every day because their policies are so unpopular.

llegal Alien Acquitted of Killing Kate Steinle Sentenced to Time Served for Federal Gun Crimes
The seven-time felon, five-time deported illegal alien acquitted of murdering 32-year-old Kate Steinle in 2015 has been sentenced to time served for federal gun crimes for which he was convicted.
Jose Garcia Zarate, the 51-year-old illegal alien who has been in prison for almost seven years, was sentenced to time served this week for violating federal firearm laws. In February 2020, as Breitbart News reported, Zarate was initially deemed mentally unfit to stand trial for the charges, but in February, a doctor found him fit for trial.
In March, Zarate pleaded guilty to the federal firearm charges even as his attorneys pleaded with President Joe Biden to free him from federal custody.

Following Steinle’s 2015 killing on a pier in San Francisco, California, Zarate was charged with her murder after being caught on surveillance footage running from the shooting.
After his arrest, Zarate admitted to shooting and killing Steinle, who was walking on the pier at the time with her father, saying he chose San Francisco because it was a sanctuary city that shields criminal illegal aliens from arrest and deportation by federal immigration officials.
On November 30, 2017, Zarate was found not guilty of murdering Steinle.
Zarate will now face charges in Texas where he is accused of violating federal immigration law for refusing to report his location to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Trucker Abandons 111 Migrants, Two Found Dead in South Texas
La Salle County Sheriff deputies responded to frantic 911 calls from migrants being smuggled in a semi-tractor trailer near Encinal, Texas, on Friday. Dispatchers could hear screams from migrants trapped inside the closed trailer traveling north and away from the border on Interstate 35. When the vehicle was encountered, two migrants were dead and 111 were apprehended after an exhaustive search.
Breitbart Texas spoke with a law enforcement source who said 111 were found last Friday and Saturday after the incident took place. Some migrants fled from the vehicle after it was abandoned. The source says the vehicle, a commercial tractor-trailer, was finally located near Artesia Wells after a multi-agency search.
The calls were tracked by the 911 operators between Encinal and Cotulla, Texas. Officers were dispatched from multiple agencies and finally located an abandoned tractor-trailer and began the rescue operation, providing emergency treatment for approximately 30 migrants.
According to the source, one migrant inside the trailer and another outside were declared dead by a justice of the peace. Authorities believe that as many as 150 to 200 migrants may have been smuggled in the container.
Apprehensions were made on Saturday, several miles from the incident at a rest area on Interstate 35. The source says the driver was not found and the case was referred to the Department of Homeland Security Investigations office (HSI).
The source says as temperatures rise, this type of human smuggling is the most dangerous method. Temperatures in the region have steadily risen beyond 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
La Salle County sits on a major U.S. Interstate and historically has been known by law enforcement as a major smuggling corridor for humans, narcotics, and southbound weapons. The route stretches from Laredo, Texas, 1,500 miles to Duluth, Minnesota. The interstate can see at least 200,000 vehicles per day in this area, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

Immigration: Mexico's government gloated triumphantly after a federal judge's injunction blocked Arizona's immigration law. But it's no victory for Mexico. In fact, Mexico's leaders ought to be mortified.
As radical immigration activists crowed with glee and the Obama administration claimed victory, Mexico's government joined the applause.
Calling Judge Susan Bolton's injunction Wednesday "a step in the right direction," Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa declared: "The government of Mexico would like to express its recognition for the determination demonstrated by the federal government of the United States and the actions of the civil organizations that organized lawsuits against the SB 1070 law."
In reality, it ought to be ashamed. Supposedly framed as an issue of federal power pre-empting state power, it's hardly Mexico's business. But Mexico made a big show of saying its interest was in protecting its nationals from the dreadful racism of Arizona that its own citizens, curiously enough, keep fleeing to.
Espinosa said her government was busy collecting data on civil rights violations and her department had issued an all-out travel warning to Mexican nationals about Arizona.
That's where Mexico's hypocrisy is just too much.
First, Mexico encourages illegal immigration to the U.S. Oh, it says it doesn't, but it prints comic book guides for would-be illegal immigrants and provides ID cards for illegals once they get here. In Arizona alone, Mexico keeps five consulates busy.
That's not out of love for its own citizens, but because Mexicans send cash back to Mexico that helps finance the government.
Instead of selling its wasteful state-owned oil company or getting rid of red tape to create jobs in Mexico, Mexico spends the hard currency from remittances. It fails to look at why its citizens leave.
According to the Heritage Foundation-Wall Street Journal 2010 Index of Economic Freedom, Mexico's big problem is — no shock — government corruption, where it ranks below the world average.
That's where Mexico's cartels come in.
Mexico's encouragement of illegal immigration undercuts its valiant war against its smuggling cartels. The cartels' prowess and firepower have made them the only ones who can smuggle effectively across the border. U.S. law enforcers say they now control human-smuggling on our southern border.
Feed them immigrants and they grow more cash-rich — and right now, immigrant smuggling is about a third of the cartels' income.
Mass graves and car bombings are signs of criminal organizations getting bigger, and more powerful. Juarez, which has lost 5,000 people this year, bleeds because cartels fight over not just who gets the drug routes, but who gets the illegal-immigrant smuggling routes, too.
Aside from the cartel mayhem in Mexico, the bodies are piling up in the Arizona desert and U.S. Border Patrol rescues of abandoned illegals left to die have risen.
It's not the desert's fault, and it's certainly not Uncle Sam's fault, as activists claim. No, it's the fact that Mexicans are encouraged to emigrate. Criminal cartels don't fear abandoning their human cargo in the desert, as long as Mexico does nothing and blames Uncle Sam.
Hearing Mexico's government now cheer the Arizona ruling, which will only encourage more illegal immigration, gives the country's regime a pretty inhuman face.
If Mexico had any decency, it would do all it could to discourage illegal immigration and keep a respectful silence about Arizona.
It needs U.S. support for its war on cartels. Instead of insulting American citizens, Mexico should confront directly the reasons why its people are so desperate to leave, and do all in its power to destroy the cartels that are slowly killing the nation. That includes defunding the murderous gangs by halting illegal immigration.

2.) have the means to sustain themselves economically;
3.) not destined to be burdens on society;
4.) of economic and social benefit to society;
5.) of good character and have no criminal records; and
6.) contributors to the general well-being of the nation.
The law also ensures that:
7.) immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
8.) foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
9.) foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
10.) foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
11.) foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
