George Soros’s Open Society Foundation donated millions of dollars to organizations dedicated to advocating for mass immigration and amnesty for illegal immigrants. George Soros’s organization has offered millions in monetary support to organizations that advocate for unfettered mass immigration and amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Press Secretary of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) Ron Kovach explained the role that globalist billionaire George Soros has had in the push for mass immigration and amnesty, telling Breitbart News “Soros and his shadow organizations have worked hand in hand with the Biden administration since Biden took office to not only shield, but encourage more illegal aliens to flock to the United States.”
Kovach went on to say “Soros has had a hand in almost every move the Biden administration has made to topple our immigration system,” pointing to the billionaire’s efforts to help “secure visas for those already illegally in the country through misinterpretations of Trump’s VOICE initiative, to assisting those attempting to avoid deportations,” and more recently “suing Gov. DeSantis for his Martha’s Vineyard flight.”
Spencer Lindquist / Breitbart NewsKovach added, “What’s worse is that most of his initiatives have had funding assistance through grants awarded by the Biden administration.”
The Federation for American Immigration Reform seeks “to reduce overall immigration to a more normal level.” The organization, which seeks to reduce legal immigration, states on its website “FAIR puts the interests of American citizens and future generations ahead of big business and partisan demands.”
Among FAIR’s detractors is Media Matters , a progressive watchdog group that refers to the organization as a “hate group.” Media Matters is not only funded by George Soros’s Open Society Foundations but has also received millions of dollars from the Ford Foundation , which Breitbart News revealed has spent over $100 million in support of amnesty and mass immigration.
New Virginia Majority
One organization, which has received $100,000 from OSF, is called New Virginia Majority . The organization seeks to build “a bloc of conscious, consistent voters to advance a new politics that is democratic, sustainable and just.”
They specifically work to mobilize “working class people of color in Virginia as the drivers of a bold new agenda for all.”
The organization’s board includes Charlene Sinclair, the managing director of the Groundswell Fund , a wealthy organization that funds progressive causes and has given over $100 million in donations since 2003. Another board member, Doris Crouse-Mays, Secretary, is the president of the Virginia chapter of The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations.
National Immigration Law Center
The National Immigration Law Center (NILC) received over $3.4 million from OSF between 2016 and 2020. A document from NILC titled “Strategic Framework for Transformational Change” lays out the organization’s plan to “consolidate immigrant power” and “forge consensus for culture change.”
NILC also intends to get candidates to get “candidates in key electoral races to center immigrants in their platforms and communications.” The organization hopes to increase “humanitarian admissions to the United States” and to take part in “enhancing citizenship pathways.”
NILC is a large operation , with nearly 70 different people working for the organization including leadership and employees.
Immigrant Legal Resource Center
The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) has received over $2.3 million from OSF in eight different grants between 2016 and 2020. The organization seeks to encourage immigration and naturalization and then mobilize them as a newly imported voting bloc.
A grant for $350,000 in 2020 was intended to “ encourage naturalization among eligible immigrants, assist them with the process, and mobilize their civic participation.” The same description is listed under a grant in 2019, which also totaled $350,000.
ILRC also attempts to prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants. The organization sells a book titled “Removal Defense: Defending Immigrants in Immigration Court.” One webinar from the ILRC, led by Executive Director Eric Cohen and Staff Attorney Kathy Brady, is titled “ Drugs and Naturalization .”
The training discusses how attorneys can defend immigrants from deportation if they have been convicted of a drug offense such as drug trafficking. The webinar discusses “what drug conduct or convictions might make the person deportable” and explains “defense strategies” for immigrants who may be deported due to drug-related charges.
Meanwhile, fentanyl deaths in border communities have skyrocketed as much as 800 percent, and four times as much fentanyl has come across the border under Biden since fiscal year 2019 when Trump was in office.
Another guide from the organization discusses how defense attorneys may approach cases in which an immigrant may be deported due to committing a crime of domestic violence, stalking, or even child abuse.
ILRC has taken several steps to ensure that criminal illegal aliens are not subject to deportation. The organization encourages probation officers to end their collaboration with Immigration and Customs Enforcement by taking measures such as “removing citizenship status and place of birth questions from internal forms” and prohibiting probation staff inquiries into the citizenship status of criminals.
The ILRC’s board of advisers has included both Nancy Pelosi and the Chairman of the California Democratic Party.
Black Alliance for Just Immigration
The Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI ) has received $600,000 from Soros’s OSF from 2017 to 2020. The organization has called Title 42, an immigration security measure, “ racist .”
National Immigration Forum
Meanwhile, the National Immigration Forum (NIF) received $1 million from OSF between 2016 and 2020. The Soros-backed group supports amnesty for illegal immigrants .
While other Soros-backed organizations that enable mass immigration do so in order to import and mobilize a new voting bloc, NIF appears to be more interested in enabling the importation of immigrants for the benefit of corporations , who seek out cheap labor.
NIF runs a program called “ New American Workforce ,” the description of which reads “the Forum is a trusted partner when major companies seek to advance services to support and advocate on behalf of their new American workforce.”
Their Corporate Roundtable seeks to “advance strategies that integrate new Americans into the U.S. labor market.” One of the objectives of the roundtable is to “Advocate for pro-immigrant policies and integration programs.”
NIF’s officers and board of directors include religious officials and individuals in business and real estate.
Unidos US Action Fund
Meanwhile, Unidos US Action Fund , which received $300,000 from OSF across 2019 and 2020, uses ethnic identity politics to push liberal immigration policies. Their home page reads , “We’re building Latino Political Power.” The organization supports amnesty for illegal immigrants and engages in policy advocacy on immigration.
America’s Voice
America’s Voice (AV) has received nearly $1.6 million from OSF to support progressive immigration reform. Like the other Soros-backed organizations, AV supports amnesty for illegal immigrants and tracks ads from the Republican Party opposing Critical Race Theory or illegal immigration, which it calls “racist and xenophobic.”
Executive Director of America’s Voice Frank Sharry previously served as the Executive Director of the National Immigration Forum, a position he held for 17 years.
United We Dream
An organization called United We Dream (UWD), which supports amnesty for illegal immigrants, received at least $700,000 in grants from OSF related to immigration. UWD is led by Greisa Martinez Rosas , who herself was an illegal immigrant. The group also advocates for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Patrol, and the police more generally, to all be defunded.
Equally as radical, UWD has called for detention camps to be closed so that illegal immigrants can be released into the interior. UDW also believes that illegal immigrants who have been deported should be allowed to return to the United States.
Several more organizations that endorse amnesty and mass immigration have received financial support from OSF. Grants to such organizations can be found here .
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is now being sued for busing migrants to Martha’s Vineyard by Alianza Americas, a non-profit organization that is backed by Soros .
The Ford Foundation (FF) is another wealthy organization that has given large sums of money to nonprofits that support mass immigration and amnesty. A report from Breitbart News found that FF gave more than $100 million to various pro-amnesty groups, including some, like United We Dream and the National Immigration Law Center, that also received funds from OSF.
A Yale University study from 2018 reveals that there may be anywhere from 16 million to 29 million illegal immigrants within the United States, a figure that has undoubtedly shifted since the study was conducted. According to recent polling from Gallup, a plurality of Americans would like to see immigration decrease.
Roughly three million economic migrants have been allowed across the southern border into the U.S. economy since Biden’s inauguration. Roughly two million additional legal migrants, temporary workers, and white collar illegals have been allowed in via U.S. airports. The combined inflow is huge — roughly four million immigrant workers join the labor force each year.

The Democrats are obsessed with racism, sexism, terrorism, and LGBTQ+. Why then, are they encouraging an open southern border, and giving preferences to Muslim immigrants, when both increase all of the above because ingrained biases travel with immigrants across America’s borders?
Since Biden came into office, there have been 4.5 million encounters at the southern border. The number of crossers remaining in the United States legally and illegally is a well-guarded secret. Perhaps it’s because Mayorkas and Biden are leveraging the use of temporary parole , refugee, and temporary protection (TPS) statuses to import “legally” an unlimited number of immigrants with minimal qualifications and background checks.
People from 13 countries can come to the border and qualify for TPS. This includes people from El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen. Many TPS immigrants have lived here for over 10 years. In 2021 , more “temporary” immigrants became citizens than new arrivals.
Unaccompanied minors (under 21) are immediately designated as refugees, but not counted as refugees . Under Biden, over 260,000 unaccompanied minors have been processed , of which 82% were from Central America. ( Between 2014 and 2017 , the total was 3,092 .) A 2015 study showed that 12% of minors were sponsored by criminals, including human traffickers.
In 2021 , 66% of the unaccompanied minors were males, and 72% were 15-17 years old. It’s unknown how many will join gangs or work for cartels because post-release follow-up is optional. When Team Biden says the border is secure, it’s concealing that hundreds of thousands of virtually unvetted people walk across the border and live in the United States “legally.” The absence of transparency on immigration is scandalous.
There are also completely unvetted illegal immigrants. Between January 2021 and January 2022, an estimated additional 1.13 million illegal aliens arrived. The majority are Latinos living in sanctuary cities , where most unacceptable behaviors are concealed.
In the United States, anyone who questions the goodness of legal or
illegal immigrants is silenced as a racist. The result is that many
Americans don’t know that the immigrants themselves are a
continuous source of racists, sexists, and terrorists to America.
The increasing Latino population parallels increasing gang membership. Between 2010 and 2015 , membership increased by 11%. This is tied to reintroducing a policy to give refuge to minors from Central America. The average age of a gang member is 17-18 . Latinos make up 18.5% of the population, but they are an estimated 46% of gang members, while Blacks are 35%, Whites 13%, and Asians 4%.
Gangs are responsible for 13% of all murders, 48.9% of violent crimes, 42.9% of property crimes, and 39.9% of drug sales. Gangs are terrorists, but the FBI appears to see “White” as a requirement for categorizing someone as a domestic terrorist.
Gang members can arrive through the southern border, but most are homegrown. Young Latinos are marked by gang recruiters; the same goes for young first- or second-generation Muslims. They are marked by militant recruiters. Since 2007 , there have been, respectively, 23 and 16 documented cases of young Somali-Americans joining or trying to join Al-Shabaab and ISIS.
The so-called “ brothers in the fight for equality ,” Blacks and Latinos are anything but. Most countries see discrimination as useful for hierarchically ordering societies, and they carry their discriminatory practices across the border. Nations in LatAm are no different. That’s not good for Native Latin Americans and Afro-Latinos living in the United States.
African American gang members are also well acquainted with the missing Black and Latino brotherhood. In 2007, 2011 , 2016 , and 2018 , there were documented incidents of Latino gangs in Los Angeles engaging in ethnic cleansing and fire-bombing Black communities. African-American job seekers are also most likely to lose jobs to Latinos.
The U.S. Muslim population has grown by 3000% since 1965. The Administration decides which refugees come to America. Since 2010, including paroled Afghan refugees , upwards of 50% of refugees have come from Muslim-majority nations. Some have arrived through America’s Diversity Visa lottery. In FY 2023, Muslims will make up more than half the winners.
Many refugees and “temporary” aliens come from countries like Iran, Afghanistan, and Venezuela that don’t keep or share records of their citizens with the United States, and U.S. data on foreigners is limited. After the 2022 Afghan refugee airlift, it was discovered that 31 had red flags. Homeland Security located three. Another 50 “indicated potentially significant security concerns” because their fingerprints had been found on improvised explosive devices.
In August 2022, Muslims and non-Muslim Americans were busy accusing White people of a murderous hate crime against four Muslim men. It turns out the perpetrator was a wife-beating, serial-killer Afghan refugee .
Many Muslims are anti-Semitic, racist, sexist, and anti-LGBTQ+. The Muslim population’s increases have paralleled an increase in anti-Semitic hate crimes , and this rises when conflicts flare up between Israel and the Palestinians. White Muslims have a long history of bias against Blacks that ties to the Arab slave trade that ended in 1962.
That hatred doesn’t stop at the border, and it doesn’t stop when Muslims are Black. Homosexuality and changing genders are illegal in most Muslim-majority countries, where those behaviors are abhorred. Muslim men “ are allowed more sexual freedom, but homosexuality is still seen by some as beyond the pale.” Muslim-Americans have argued in court that “ sex is binary , fixed, and immutable.”
Most Muslim nations are non-secular. Depending on interpretations of Islamic law, forced marriage, child marriage, and polygyny are legal; women are the property of their husbands and fathers; it’s legal to beat a disobedient wife; and spousal rape is impossible. Women have restrictions on non-marital sex, what they wear, and where they go. In U.S. training centers, refugees are taught which Islamic legal behaviors are illegal, but ingrained behaviors are hard to change. Several Afghan refugees have been charged with sex with a minor and wife beating.
Sexism is also rife in Latin America, a top region for intimate partner violence and femicide . But battered undocumented Latinas, like Muslim women in America, do not seek help. Latinas fear deportation , while Muslim women fear their families.
Honor killings are new to America, and about 25 occur annually. The perpetrators are mostly Muslim residents. Female genital mutilation (FGM) was foreign to the United States. That is no longer true , and most victims are Muslim residents. Femicide is up in the United States. Is this due to the increasing Latino population? That’s unknown.
The FBI categorizes people by race. “ This is white, black, Asian, and American Indian .” Latinos, unless they are Black (3.7%), are categorized as White. This ends up allocating extra blame to Whites for crimes like femicide, and gang-related crimes. FBI Data limitations notwithstanding, immigrants with an unequal view of women may help to explain why, despite #MeToo, sexual assaults have been increasing.
When will the government remove its blinders and recognize that outside the West, racism, sexism, and anti-LGBTQ+ are ordinary, tolerated, and often legal? Violent criminals are also common because policing is corrupt or in a nascent state. The Administration’s deceptive immigration practices are endangering Americans. Where is the truth and transparency Biden promised?

When talking about immigration, Democrats like to conflate illegal and legal immigration, dropping the word “illegal” and spouting meaningless babble about no human being illegal. They like to preach that illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than American citizens, a factoid that has been exposed as a lie .

It highlights the difference between legal and illegal immigrants, between those who love America and want to be Americans and those who murder them.
Pelosi and Schumer like to talk about the “Dreamers.” Well, Ronil Singh had dreams, too :
Ronil Singh came to the U.S. from his native Fiji to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming an officer, joining a small-town police force in California and working to improve his English. The day after Christmas, he stopped another immigrant, this one in the country illegally, who shot and killed the corporal, authorities said Thursday…
"This suspect is in our country illegally. He doesn't belong here. He is a criminal," Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson, whose agency is leading the investigation, told reporters.
Newman Police Chief Randy Richardson fought back tears as he described Singh, a 33-year-old with a newborn son, as an "American patriot."
"He came to America with one purpose, and that was to serve this country," Richardson said…
"He was living the American dream," said Stanislaus County Sheriff's Deputy Royjinder Singh, who is not related to the slain officer but knew him. "He loved camping, loved hunting, loved fishing, loved his family."
And now he is dead. The blood of Kate Steinle , Mollie Tibbetts, and now Ronil Singh and others is on the hands of open border advocates and the sanctuary city loons who provide no sanctuary for the American citizen victims of illegal alien criminals.
Even if it were true that illegal aliens commit crimes, including murder, at rates lower than American citizens, that would be irrelevant. The murder rate for illegal aliens should be zero because none of them should be here and the indisputable fact is that Jamiel Shaw Jr., Kate Steinle, and Mollie Tibbetts would be alive today if the illegal aliens who slew them were still staring at the other side of a border wall liberals refuse to build.
Pelosi has said that a border wall would be “ immoral, ineffective, and expensive ” when it has been documented when it has been demonstrated that none of that is true . The fact is that walls are so effective they have been built in scores of countries around the world and in the U.S. places like San Diego and Yuma have demonstrated their effectiveness as Pelosi and Schumer worry more about Syria’s borders than our own:
According to Quebec University expert Elisabeth Vallet. there are 65 completed or under construction border walls in the world today.
One-third of the world’s nations have border walls or barriers with their neighbors.
Pelosi believes this is immoral.
Tell that to Israel, Hungary, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Ireland, etc.
And Nancy Pelosi has a wall around the backyard at her home in San Francisco.
What is immoral is a policy endorsed by Pelosi and Schumer of sanctuary cities and even states that allows such criminal aliens in our country to murder Americans and a Democratic caucus that would abolish I.C.E. and those who risk their lives daily to provide some semblance of border security. What is immoral is politicians such as Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf not only refusing to cooperate with I.C.E. but giving illegal aliens a heads-up when I.C.E. raids are imminent .
In the wake of the Singh murder, Schaaf still insists that warning illegal aliens about I.C.E. raids was and is the right thing to do, the lives of American citizens she is sworn to protect be damned:
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf -- who once warned Northern California residents about an impending ICE raid -- said she has “no regrets” for her actions and said the federal immigration agency “has gone astray.”
“I have no regrets, none. The more time goes by, the more certain I feel that I did the right thing in standing up for our community and pointing out our values are not aligned with our laws,” Schaff told BuzzFeed in an interview . “That’s hopefully the message that is sent out.”
The message Schaaf, Pelosi, and Schumer are sending out is one of callous disregard for the lives of American citizens. Democrats are endangering their lives and the lives of migrant children by enticing caravans to drag young children a thousand miles with lies about easy entry and waiting jobs :
The father of an 8-year-old Guatemalan boy who died in U.S. custody took his son to the border after hearing rumors that parents and their children would be allowed to migrate to the United States and escape the poverty in their homeland, the boy's stepsister told the Associated Press.
Felipe Gomez Alonzo died Monday at a New Mexico hospital after suffering coughing, vomiting and fever, authorities said. It was the second such death this month. Another Guatemalan child, 7-year-old Jakelin Caal, died in U.S. custody on Dec. 8.
The fact is that if we had a wall, or whatever the hair-splitters want to call it, both these children would be alive today. And it is American kids are dying too, killed and murdered by illegal aliens who have no right to be here. Just ask the parents of Justin Lee, 14, who was killed in a hit-and-run accident by an illegal alien :
An illegal immigrant has pleaded guilty to a hit and run that killed a Wixom teen in June.
Miguel Ibarra-Cerda, 22, entered his plea Thursday, the day his trial was set to begin before Judge Cheryl Matthews in Oakland County Circuit Court.
Ibarra-Cerda is charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident when at fault, resulting in death, and reckless driving causing death for the collision which killed Justin Lee, 14. Ibarra-Cerda faces up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the first charge and 15 years in prison and a $2,500-$10,000 fine on the second charge. Matthews will sentence him Dec. 20.
Or ask the parents of 12-year-old Clinton Howell , shot and killed shortly before Christmas by an illegal alien from Jamaica:
Police in Connecticut have arrested an 18-year-old undocumented immigrant from Jamaica on murder charges related to the shooting death of an innocent 12-year-old boy a week before Christmas.
Bridgeport Police Chief Armando Perez on Monday announced the charges against Tajay Chambers stemming from the December 18 death of Clinton Howell outside his family's home on Willow Street.
Chambers has been charged with murder; murder with special circumstances; use of a firearm during the commission of a felony; illegal possession of a firearm without a permit; risk of injury to a child; reckless endangerment, and larceny….
CTpost.com reported, citing police sources, that earlier that evening, Chambers and his alleged co-conspirators were driving in a stolen car when they got into an argument with some people walking along Willow Street, among them Howell’s relative.
There have been many suggestions as to how to pay for the wall, such as Sen. Ted Cruz’s idea to apply drug asset forfeitures to wall construction or to tax the billions of dollars aliens return to their home countries .. Pelosi certainly found no problem locating $3 billion for the ineffective and absurd “Cash for Clunkers” program under Obama, didn’t she?
The wall would in fact pay for itself, if only in the reduced cost of crimes that would be eliminated, saving both dollars from overburdened social services and the cost of illegal alien crimes, particularly the cost in human lives such as that of Ronil Singh, who is survived by his wife and young son.
His death, the death of a legal immigrant pursuing the American dream, and countless other American citizens, including children, is on the hands of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. Perhaps Pelosi can attend Singh’s funeral and explain how his death and the deaths of others in the absence of a wall is all President Trump’s fault and that not building the wall is the moral thing to do.

(CNS News) – Three MS-13 gang leaders have been convicted by a federal jury of participating in a transnational criminal enterprise through “a pattern of racketeering activity … murder, extortion, drug trafficking, money laundering, and witness tampering,” according to a Sept. 29 Department of Justice press release.
The three men convicted are Luis Flores-Reyes, 41, of Arlington, Virginia, Jairo Jacome, 40, of Langley Park, Maryland, and Brayan Contreras-Avalos, 27, of Langley Park, Maryland.
La Mara Salvatrucha , the gang known as MS-13, is described by the DOJ as a “transnational criminal enterprise.”
According to the DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs, “MS-13 was formed by Salvadoran immigrants that came to the United States in order to escape the civil war in their home country. Some of its members were trained in guerilla warfare and the use of military weapons. The gang is well-organized and is heavily involved in lucrative illegal enterprises, being notorious for its use of violence to achieve its objectives.”
As the press release explains, “MS-13 is organized into a series of sub-units or ‘cliques’ that operate in specific geographic locations.”
Among the three men convicted, Jacome was the “highest ranking member” of a local MS-13 clique in Langley Park, Md., known as “Langley Park Salvatrucha (LPS).” The other two men, Flores-Reyes and Contreras-Avalos were both “leaders” within the “Sailors Clique.”

As DOJ reports, the Sailors Clique held territory in Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Texas, and El Salvador.
All three men took part in operating an MS-13 “protection scheme” in the Langley Park area, which extorted local businesses, charging them “rent” for operating within MS-13’s “territory.”
During the time of the conspiracy, the three convicted men took part in a minimum of six murders. According to the DOJ, most of the murder victims were people the three men believed to be gang rivals.
For example, Contreras-Avalos, along with other MS-13 members, stabbed two homeless individuals to death in June 2016 in Hyattsville, Maryland because they allegedly belonged to the rival 18th Street gang, said the DOJ.
In December 2016, the DOJ reported that Jacome ordered the murder of a 14-year-old MS-13 member who he suspected was cooperating with law enforcement. Jacome helped carry out the murder of the young boy, whose remains were discovered in woods near Germantown, Md., 18 months later.
Such actions taken against suspected informants is an integral part of MS-13 operations. MS-13 operates under the maxim “ver, oir, y callar,” which means “see, hear, and say nothing .” The murder orchestrated by Jacome was an example of the gang enforcing “very, oir, y caller.”
In March 2017, a member of the Sailors Clique was hiding from law enforcement near Lynchburg, Va., when he had a dispute with a student at the local high school over marijuana. After the dispute, Flores-Reyes commanded a group of MS-13 gang members to drive down to Lynchburg and kill the local high school student, said the Justice Department.

The gang followed Flores-Reyes’s orders by kidnapping the student from his front lawn, cutting off his hand, and then murdering him. Flores-Reyes then helped the killers hide from law enforcement, states the press release.
Additionally, the gang trafficked marijuana, heroin, and cocaine, with “a large share of the proceeds” being “sent to gang leadership in El Salvador to further promote the illicit activities of the gang.” The gang used “structured transactions and intermediaries to avoid law enforcement scrutiny,” the DOJ reports.
All three gang members, Flores-Reyes, Jacome, and Contreras-Avalos were convicted of racketeering conspiracy. Additionally, Flores-Reyes and Jacome received convictions of murder “in aid of racketeering and extortion conspiracy.” Flores-Reyes and Contreras-Alvalos were also convicted of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
According to the DOJ, Flores-Reyes and Jacome face mandatory life in prison while Contreras-Avalos only faces a “maximum penalty of life in prison.” The date of sentencing has yet to be set.
The case was investigated by the FBI Washington Field Office , HIS Baltimore, DEA New York Field Division, DEA Baltimore District Office, Prince George’s Country Police Department, Montgomery County Police Department, Virginia State Police, Lynchburg Police Department, Prince William County Police Department, and Bedford County Sheriff’s Office, with the “valuable assistance” of the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. This mass-cooperation among departments at the federal, state, and local levels reflect the widespread reign of the convicts’ criminal activities.
“Today’s conviction,” said Steve K. Francis, Acting Executive Associate Director of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), “highlights HSI’s commitment to protecting public security and to keeping our communities safe. We will continue working with our local, state, and federal partners to disrupt and dismantle transnational criminal organizations such as MS-13.”
“These defendants wreaked havoc within our communities through drug trafficking, extortion, fear, and murder – now they will be held accountable,” said Erek L. Barron, U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland. “We will relentlessly prosecute those who terrorize our communities with intimidation and violence.”

U.S. Border Arrests of Migrants with Criminal Histories Up 350% Since 2020

As the record-breaking Fiscal Year 2022 for migrant apprehensions along the southwest border ended last week, a subset of those with criminal convictions also rose significantly compared to prior years. Although the criminal arrests constitute a minority, their numbers have increased nearly 350 percent between 2020 and 2022.
According to Customs and Border Protection (CBP), arrests by Border Patrol agents of migrants with prior criminal convictions rose from 2,438 in 2020 to 10,778 in 2022. The total for the year will be finalized and later this month.
A source within CBP, not authorized to speak to the media, told Breitbart Texas the count reflects migrants who have prior criminal convictions in the United States. The source says access to foreign criminal databases are limited and time constraints during post-arrest preclude efforts to check violations of foreign laws.
In most cases, the source says access by the Border Patrol to databases in the more than 150 home countries of migrants crossing the border is non-existent. The source says the increase in encounters of migrants with some of the most violent offences in their background is staggering.
According to CBP, the number of migrants who have criminal convictions for Homicide and Manslaughter rose from 3 encounters in 2020 to more than 60 in 2022. More than 120 migrants with homicide or manslaughter convictions have been encountered since January 2021 — compared to 11 during the Trump era.
As recently as September 13, Border Patrol agents in Uvalde, Texas, who had previously been convicted for a murder in Florida in 1996. Larios had multiple convictions for other offences, according to Border Patrol.
In the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector, nine migrants listed as registered sex offenders were arrested crossing in September. These arrests will add to 323 migrants in 2022 with prior criminal histories involving sexual offenses. The nine migrants arrested in Tucson Sector had convictions in Washington, Iowa, Missouri, California, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C.
More than 800 migrants with existing convictions for sexual offences have been encountered by the Border Patrol since President Biden took office, compared to 431 from the Trump period.
According to CBP, migrants arrested by the Border Patrol with criminal convictions for illegal weapons possession, transport, or trafficking rose from 49 in 2020 to 282 in 2022. Arrests of migrants with convictions for illegal drug possession or trafficking rose from 386 in 2020 to 2,005 in 2022.
Those migrants arrested with serious criminal convictions in their past can face hefty sentences under existing federal law for the crime of re-entry after formal removal. According to the Department of Justice, the statutory maximum penalty for re-entry is a fine, imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or both. However, a migrant whose removal was based on a criminal conviction of a crime considered an aggravated felony, such as homicide or rape, the maximum term of imprisonment is 20 years.
The rise in migrants with criminal convictions is not surprising, considering the increase in overall migrant apprehensions. Migrant apprehensions by the Border Patrol have risen from 400,651 annually in 2019 to 2.2 million in 2022 . One source within CBP who agreed to speak with Breitbart Texas says more than 600,000 migrants eluded apprehension due to the overwhelming increase in cross border migrant traffic.

Other than offering some vague nods to “border security,” Democrats never put forth any policy that would prevent the hundreds of thousands of unknown people streaming into the U.S. Yet if you point out that the party doesn't care about securing the border, a confounded news anchor will insist, “Silly fool! Why, everyone supports border security!”
It’s a cover-up for what Democrats truly believe in: An open border that discriminates against no one from anywhere.
Look at any one of the Democrats running for the party’s presidential nomination, and you will not find a single policy proposal that would stop a single illegal entrant. Or even just the top five of them in the RealClearPolitics national average.
Former Vice President Joe Biden’s plan on his website : “We have got to address the root causes of migration that push people to leave behind their homes and everything they know to undertake a dangerous journey for the chance at a better life." It says nothing about halting the obscene numbers of migrants showing up at the border with bogus claims for asylum or the illegal border crossers with histories of child sex abuse and violent gang affiliations caught daily. Ah, but it does check the empty “secure our border and enforce our laws” banality.
Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders calls for expanding protections for illegal immigrants already in the U.S., “developing a humane policy for those seeking asylum," and virtually eliminating the deportation and detention of illegal aliens altogether. Sanders’ website doesn’t even bother nodding to the “border security” cliché.
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren doesn’t mention immigration at all on her website. But in interviews, she says the same nothing that every Democrat says. “We need an immigration system that is effective, that focuses on where problems are,” she said Wednesday on CNN , though Democrats never seem to find “where the problems are” when talking about the topic. They deny that even one illegal immigrant might be a rapist or drug dealer, even though there are scores of them. They deny that there’s a “crisis” at the border, where five children have died in recent weeks. They deny that illegal immigrants soak up welfare benefits (even though they do). So where exactly are the “problems”? Warren said in the interview that “we need immigration laws that focus on people who pose a real threat,” but how exactly do Democrats define “real threat”? They apparently see no threat, otherwise they wouldn’t oppose the construction of a border wall with the fury of a volcano god.
California Sen. Kamala Harris has compared Immigration and Customs Enforcement to the Ku Klux Klan, called on Senate Democrats to resist funding any measure or resource on the border that functions to apprehend and detain illegal border crossers, and made protections for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients among her top issues. I think we know where she stands on “border security.”
South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg finally got some policy positions on his website and he proposes “immigration laws to reflect today’s humanitarian and economic needs” as well as “reasonable security measures at the border.” Well, I feel better now, how about you? Last month, Buttigieg said he would be happy to welcome an infinite number of immigrants, legal or not, to his city, where he thought they would contribute to the snowplowing and need for more firefighters. Aw, shucks! Is that what the tiny Guatemalan woman who arrived at the Texas border with seven children wanted to do all along? Why didn’t they say so? Hand them each a helmet and hose!
The 2020 Democrats, with the media’s help, will either avoid the immigration issue as long as possible, or keep repeating “border security, border security, border security” in hopes that no one notices what they’re really after: Open borders and unabated immigration.

Over many decades, the American Left, the Democratic Party and their mutual propaganda arm, the self-styled “mainstream media,” have successfully portrayed conservatives and the Republican Party as a coalition of the wealthy and intolerant. Further, the Democrats and the left have claimed that they are the true champions of the working or middle class as they unceasingly fight to defeat and marginalize this evil menace.
The reality, however, is that this cabal has virtually no interest in defending or aiding the working class as they are, in fact, the party of a bifurcated constituency: the wealthy and those dependent on the largess of the government.
Of the fifty wealthiest congressional districts throughout the country, the Democrats now represent forty-one . Of the remaining nine represented by Republicans, three are in Texas, the only red state on the list of fifty districts. Not coincidentally the residents of these same fifty districts are supposedly among the most well-educated and sophisticated. This transformative process is not a recent phenomenon as the trend began in the 1980’s and accelerated rapidly in the early 2000’s.
America’s elites, now overwhelmingly represented by the Democratic Party, have a single overriding interest: their self-indulgent lifestyle. This is manifested in their mistaken belief that conservatives (i.e. the “right”) are hell bent on enforcing their version of morality on the nation, thus potentially calling into question the lifestyles of the rich and solipsistic.
The veracity of this claim is immaterial as it would require an element of deliberation not emotion -- a trait in extremely short supply among the nation’s privileged class, nearly all of whom have difficulty in generating an original thought due to the ill-education rampant in America’s universities. Thus, the mindless accusations of racism, misogyny and Fascism directed at the conservative rubes in middle America are acceptable, and in far too many instances believed, particularly as many had the temerity to vote for Donald Trump – who, although wealthy and Ivy League educated, is considered the ultimate unsophisticated rube.
As conservatives are the dominant force in the Republican Party and this nation cannot function politically with more than two major political parties, the alternative is the Democratic Party. An entity dominated by the American Left, an assemblage whose core philosophy is antithetical to the interests of the wealthy and privileged. Yet, determined to protect their lifestyles and vilify conservatives, they willingly ally with the left and overwhelmingly support virtually any Democratic candidate. In the recent 2018 mid-terms, Democratic House candidates outspent their Republican opponents by a two to one margin thanks primarily to this wealthy but myopic assemblage.
Their colleagues in the Democratic Party, and the preponderance of the membership, are those dependent on the largess of the federal and state governments. On the other hand, the growing segment of the citizenry who are working and self-sufficient are increasingly joining those who believe in limited government in migrating to the Republican Party-- a process that is accelerating with the policies and tactics of Donald Trump in combating the entrenched left and their determination to culturally and economically transform the nation. The Republican Party will inevitably become the party of the working or middle class. As such, they could potentially dominate the political agenda for the foreseeable future.
The left and the Democratic Party, in order to offset this possibility, must aggressively seek to increase the number of dependents by promoting the legalization and ultimate citizenship for untold millions of illegal immigrants and promising all Americans cradle to grave economic security. In order to enact this strategy to defeat the Republicans, the left must have the active participation and financial support of the nation’s wealthy-- which they have.
The Democratic Party has evolved into essentially an incompatible two-tier class-driven entity encompassing the nation’s wealthiest and the nation’s poorest. Nonetheless, it is at present a convenient home for the elites to hold off the imaginary horde of conservatives outside their gilded doors.
However, the voting numbers within the party are overwhelmingly with those who generally support the leftist philosophies of redistribution (e.g. socialized medicine and guaranteed incomes) and curtailing of freedom (e.g. speech, assembly and religion). While it may not manifest itself to the affluent who have cast their lot with the Democrats, the redistribution of wealth must, by necessity, come from the wealthy, as that is where the bulk of the nation’s wealth resides. It is also this same small-in-numbers group that benefits the most from freedom of speech and assembly.
Once fully embroiled in this marriage of convenience, a divorce will be impossible as the co-inhabitant of the Democratic Party, the dependent class, must continue grow in order to electorally defeat the Republicans and protect the left’s agenda. Further, the oversold expectations promulgated by the left will never be satisfied regardless of how many promises are made or token redistributive programs are enacted by the current ruling class. Only a complete transformation of this nation into a failed socialist state will satiate the left, their acolytes and their attendant army of dependency. A goal more in reach than ever thanks to the inability of the nation’s elites to give a damn about the future of the country.
There is not a more short-sighted and self-absorbed group of citizens in this nation than the white, wealthy well-educated urban and suburban voters. They are willing to rend the fabric of this nation in order to protect their privilege and lifestyle. While the vast majority of Americans will ultimately pay the price, the current ruling class and their progeny will have far more to lose.
