THE DEMOCRAT PARTY'S CRIME TIDAL WAVE - Police: NYC Bicyclist Fatally Shot While on the Way to Shoot Another Person

Similar attacks have become increasingly common on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in New York City, with the New York Post recently reporting there have been 25 such incidents on NYC’s venerable subway system so far in 2022.

New York City saw at least three individuals shot overnight, and one was reportedly on his way to commit a shooting.

According to a New York Post article published Tuesday:

The slain 26-year-old man was riding a bike at Crown Street and Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, around 2 a.m. Tuesday when he was blasted in the head by a drive-by shooter in a dark-colored sedan, cops said.

The victim – who had been arrested a dozen times in the city – was wearing black rubber gloves when he was shot, and investigators believe he had planned to carry out a shooting with two other guys, police sources said.

He was later pronounced dead at a hospital. The Post report noted the incident was believed to be gang-related.

A few hours before, a man was shot in the buttocks and lower back in Manhattan and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. However, a motive regarding the incident was not immediately known.

“Another drive-by shooting also happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday at Astoria Boulevard North and Steinway Street in Queens, cops said,” the outlet also noted the victim, a man with several prior arrests, was shot in the arm, leg, and buttocks.

The alleged shooter opened fire from inside a white vehicle that may have been a Dodge Durango.

Officials have not yet made any arrests regarding the shootings, the Post reported.

A mid-year survey showed violent crime across cities in Democrat President Joe Biden’s America rose by over four percent during the first six months of this year, Breitbart News reported in September.

“Compared to 2019 crime rates, some cities have seen a doubling in murders and a 36 percent increase in aggravated assaults,” the outlet said.

During an October 25 debate, New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Rep. Lee Zeldin said he is running for the governor’s seat to fight crime in the state, Breitbart News reported:

We need to repeal cashless ball. We need to make our streets safe again. I’m running to take back our streets and to support unapologetically our men and women in law enforcement. This is about all of us together — Republicans, Democrats, independents, as New Yorkers — to make sure streets are safe again, to make sure subways are safe again.

The rise in violent crime across the nation is emerging as the deciding issue in the fast-approaching midterm elections, Breitbart News reported October 5.

“A Politico poll released Wednesday found that 77 percent of Americans believe violent crime is a significant problem in the country,” the outlet said.

Democrat John Fetterman Stands Behind Freeing Convicted Killers from Prison: ‘Proud to Run on My Record’

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - OCTOBER 29: Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania and Democratic U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman speaks during an Interfaith Call To Action event, hosted by Pennsylvania Democratic Party and its Black Caucus, at Triumph Baptist Church on October 29, 2022 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D), running against Republican Mehmet Oz for the state’s open United States Senate seat, says he is “proud to run” on his record of helping to free and attempting to free a number of convicted murderers from prison.

In an interview with WGAL News 8’s Barbara Barr, Fetterman was asked about his voting record on the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons where he consistently helped free and tried to free inmates convicted of brutal murders.

When asked if he would vote differently in any of the cases where he sought to free convicted murderers from prison, Fetterman said he was “proud” of his record.

The exchange went as follows:

BARR: Do you feel you’ve been maybe too sympathetic toward folks who committed crimes and are in prison – giving them a second chance – and not as empathetic to victims and their families? [Emphsis added]

FETTERMAN: I’m the only candidate in this race that actually has a record of fighting against crime. As mayor of my community (Braddock), with a community that had a very significant gun violence issue, and that’s the reason why I ran for mayor in the first place. And I was successful to partner with the police, to fund the police and to plan one that is also working with the community. And we were successful. [Emphasis added]

BARR: Would you do any of those votes differently? [Emphasis added]

FETTERMAN: Again, I’m proud to run on my record on actually fighting gun violence and crime during my time as mayor. [Emphasis added]

As chair of the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons, Fetterman helped free a number of convicted murderers from prison and has suggested freeing a third — roughly 13,000 — of all inmates in the state’s prison system.

In 2019, Fetterman successfully helped free a convicted second-degree murderer who was known as “a son of the devil” and who had allegedly threatened witnesses in the case with murder if they testified against him.

That same year, Fetterman voted to free from prison a convicted murderer who killed a man with garden shears and sought to have a hitman murder his accomplice. In June 2021, Fetterman was the sole vote to free a convicted murderer who killed an 18-year-old boy for heroin money.

Fetterman, as Breitbart News reported, has overseen the release of 13 convicted murderers while heading the Board of Pardons. Also, one of Fetterman’s appointees to the board sought to end mandatory sentences of life without parole for first- and second-degree murderers.

Poll: Black Voters Overwhelmingly See Violent Crime as Very Important Issue for Midterms

People vote in the Super Tuesday primary at Centreville High School March 1, 2016, in Centreville, Virginia. Voters in a dozen states will take part in "Super Tuesday" -- a series of primaries and caucuses in states ranging from Alaska to Virginia, with Virginia the first to open its polling …

Black voters are significantly more concerned about violent crime than other racial and ethnic groups, according to a Pew Research Poll released just over one week before the midterm elections.

Pew Research Center found 61 percent of American voters believe violent crime is “very important” when deciding who to vote for in next week’s midterm elections.

However, Pew found 81 percent of black voters believe violent crime is a very important issue when considering who to vote for, compared to 65 percent of Hispanic voters and 56 percent of white voters.

Interestingly, 82 percent of black Democrats think crime is very important to their vote next week, while only 33 percent of white Democrat voters feel the same.

Pew Research Center surveyed 5,098 U.S. adults, including 3,993 registered voters, from October 10 to October 16.

If Pew’s poll numbers are any indication, Republicans, who have emphasized crime in their pitch to voters this midterm cycle, could be in for record levels of support from black voters.

While Democrats are trying to pivot away from anti-law enforcement policies like defunding the police or abolishing ice, the GOP is presenting themselves as voters’ tough-on-crime choice in next week’s election.

For example, House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) pledged to hold federal funds from local prosecutors and “woke district attorneys” who refuse to prosecute crimes as part of House Republicans’ Commitment to America plan.

In the upper chamber, National Republican Senatorial Committee chairman Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) released an 11-point plan that, among other things, similarly calls on Republicans to focus on reducing the country’s rising crime rates. Point three in Scott’s plan strives to reduce crime by increasing police funding and imposing tougher penalties for criminals.

Scott told Breitbart News that the way to end the crime wave is to “enforce the law.”

The Republican Party is also focused on securing our southern border, which would reduce crime and the fentanyl influx by cracking down on those who enter the country illegally.

Black voters’ emphasis on crime could also be the reason why they are increasingly supporting the Republican Party and Republican candidates at record levels.

Recently, an October USA Today poll found that 21 percent of black Americans support the GOP. If the Republican Party can gain 21 percent of the black vote in next week’s midterms, that would nearly double the 12 percent of black voters who supported former President Donald Trump in 2020, which was a record for a GOP presidential candidate in recent years.

Georgia, which has a 33 percent black population, could be a preview of what Republicans can expect nationwide from black voters.

For example, Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) is performing 12 points worse among black voters than he did in last year’s special election, according to recent polls. Further, Georgia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams is also struggling to get the same amount of black support in this cycle as she did in her 2018 loss to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R).

Abrams is polling at less than 80 percent among black voters, which is a decline from the 85 percent she earned in 2018.

Rapper Takeoff, one-third of hip-hop act Migos, was shot and killed Tuesday morning, according to a report.

He was gunned down at a private party at 810 Billiards & Bowling in downtown Houston, TMZ reported. He was 28.

The “Walk It Talk It” hitmaker, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, died soon after Houston Police and fire officials arrived on the scene at around 2:40 a.m. following multiple reports of a shooting.

Houston Police Lt. Ronnie Willkens said the man appeared to have been shot in the head or neck, AP reports.

Two other victims were transported to nearby hospitals and their immediate fate is reportedly unknown.

Police did not release the identities of the victims, but said it was a fatal shooting.

The victim’s identity will not be released until it is verified by the county coroner and his family has been notified, police said.

Police confirmed that Migos members Quavo and Takeoff were in attendance at the time of the shooting, according to KPRC.

Quavo was not injured, TMZ reported.

Two weeks ago Quavo and Takeoff released their debut “Only Built for Infinity Links,” without the third Migos member, Offset.

Officers confirmed that his mother had flown in to Houston to speak to them, with the police chief urging anyone with information or footage to come forward.

At a press conference on Tuesday, Finner said: 'There were at least 40 people in that private party. Someone knows who the actual shooter or shooters are.

'Anyone with that information should provide that information to us, and let us solve this situation, and bring justice to this family.

'It doesn't matter how famous you are, anybody who loses his or her life is a life lost.

Khan’s London: Police Arrest Suspect After Man Shoved Onto Underground Tracks

The British Transport Police (BTP) have arrested a suspect after releasing footage of a man they were seeking in relation to a member of the public being shoved onto the tracks of the London Underground on October 27th.

The force released video footage of a black male who they were “seeking to identify in connection [with the incident] after he was seen behaving aggressively at Marylebone station on Saturday 29 October” on their website and on social media.

On Thursday, the London Underground, often referred to as the Tube, saw a “series of assaults”, with one man allegedly assaulted at Baker Street station at 11:50 a.m., another allegedly shoved onto the railway tracks at around 12 p.m., and a third coming forward to say he was allegedly “assaulted by the same man on a train from Finchley Road” later on.

Announcing they had found the man they believed to be a suspect, the BTP said: “We’re pleased to update that a 37-year-old man has been arrested after a man was pushed on the tracks and two others assaulted on the Underground last week,” in an update on the case shared on social media.

“He was identified by two off duty officers on the Central Line this afternoon. Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal,” they added.

Similar attacks have become increasingly common on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in New York City, with the New York Post recently reporting there have been 25 such incidents on NYC’s venerable subway system so far in 2022.

These shoving attacks sometimes prove deadly, as in January of this year when Michelle Alyssa Go, a 40-year-old East Asian heritage woman, died after being pushed into the path of an oncoming train by Simon Martial, a 61-year-old black male.

They have also taken place in Continental Europe, with a Moroccan migrant pushing a woman onto railway tracks in Hamburg, Germany in 2017, and a Tunisian migrant pushing a man onto railway tracks on the Paris Metro in France and yelling “Allahu Akbar!” in January of this year, for example.
